Arizona Education Department Under Fire – Another Biden LOSS

BIDEN IS FUMING!   Apparently, Arizona is providing spiffs to schools that don’t demand mask mandates and Biden wants the Treasury Department to punish Arizona for their state sovereign use of funds obtained thru Biden’s American Rescue Plan Act dated March 2021.   Using the Treasury Department to make the accusation and determinations regarding the use of Education funds is NOT the proper legal lineage. The money went to the Department of Education and was then allocated to public schools across the country.   The money had attached the following requirements:

Part 1–Department of Education

(Sec. 2001) This section provides additional FY2021 funding for the Department of Education (ED) to assist states with addressing the impacts of COVID-19 on elementary and secondary schools.

ED must use specified funds to support the identification, enrollment, and school participation of homeless children and youth.

Local educational agencies (LEAs) must reserve funds to address student learning loss. The remaining funds may be used for any allowable purpose under federal education programs and for other specified purposes, including for the purchase of sanitization supplies and educational technology.

It is pretty clear, that the money is Arizona’s and any remaining funds may be used at their discretion for ‘any allowable purpose or other specified purpose’.   The federal education program makes no mention of mask requirements.   In addition, per the CDC, masks are within ‘guidance rules’, not mandates.

Tch Tch.

Biden is subjecting himself to more lawsuits.   And thus building the impeachment scenario.   The Treasury Department person Kathleen Victorino made this statement, “By discouraging families and school districts from following this guidance, the conditions referenced above undermine efforts to stop the spread of [Covid]-19.   Accordingly, these school programs as currently structured are ineligible uses of funds provided under the American Rescue Plan.”

IN reading the Bill Section 2001 of the Rescue Plan, ‘stopping the spread’, is not mentioned anywhere as a provision of the funding or as a state requirement.   However the Bill does state that Use Of Funds shall include responding to the children’s “emotional and social needs”.   The Bill is not a CDC Mandate, it is to assist school operations, to help students re-acclimate, to address the social and emotional well-being of students, and to support learning that was impaired by online school closures.

They haven’t a leg to stand on.

But then Kathleen Victorino is the scapegoat.   She is “Acting” Deputy Compliance Officer.  And once again we witness the Fall within the expendables.

It is simply another blow to Biden designations who are clueless and not properly advised on legal matters.   Whether this is done purposefully to further destroy the entire administration has yet to be proven.   But given the lady in waiting – Hillary – it is suspiciously so.

Knowing that the Cabalists were going to destroy the global economy, it was a necessary default to find a president and VP who were considered expendable pawns.   Their legacies would ultimately be abject failures and their reputations dragged thru dung.   This was NOT a good fit for the Hillary ego.

So they found the most extinguishable pawns they could; Biden and Harris.   Once the damage was done and the economy and people were extinguished, Hillary could saunter to the podium and offer her expertise in saving not just America – but the WORLD!   Imagine her ego? Her eyes glazed!   Her vision of glory as she dons her robe awarded by the UK Chancellorship and takes her seat on the global throne.

Legacy.

Never underestimate the wicked in their deign for glory!

US SCHOOL ABJECT FAILURE – The Dumbing of America

The Abysmal No Child Left Behind 100% Proficient Act is 100% a FAILURE.   Public schools across the country reveal a striking disintegration and teachers refuse to accept any blame.   While promoting sex, CRT, sex, and nonhistory derangement, teachers blink a rapid vapid denial of acknowledgement or knowledge of what their role is in the public school system.   I am assured by Kamaltoes as she eyes the ceiling and the floor and the walls right and left, that everything is hunky-dory.   But teachers are the end-all culprit.

Oxford Academy in California ranks in the top 1%.   70% of their students are Asian.   To be admitted to junior high, a student must pass rigorous tests.   Student to teacher ratio is high, and yet, somehow, they surpass the abysmal averages which now project proficiency in the 30% ratio.

Apparently, Bush’s ‘No Child Left Behind’ left near everyone – BEHIND!

In 2017, a report determined that the main reason for a failed public school system was ‘lack of parent involvement’.   Unfortunately, the report also found that a ‘lack of diversity’ in the gifted programs needed an overhaul. Why?   Because schools needed to find ‘different ways of recognizing different talents’ so as to make gifted ‘all inclusive’.   In other words you can be academically stupid, but gifted in rap, and that should be enough to grade your giftedness…

School spending is stagnant was another failure.   School spending per pupil has now reached beyond college tuition rates with $25,000 per student, per year, considered ‘not enough’.

Yet homeschool costs range in the $500-$1000 per child ratio.   Where does the money go?

The Witches Brew of course. Pensions.   Benefits.

When my children were in school, I balked at the biannual fees I was required to pay to rent books and supplies including toilet paper and sneeze tissue.   Of course these costs are doubly taxed as subsidized by every person who has the audacity to own their own home – including those on Social Security.

So how would education be funded in the Great RESET when home ownership is vacated?

Perhaps the great seerers of mankind haven’t thought that far. Or perhaps they see no point in educating peasants. Or perhaps they see education as an elite privilege…   Even if their intellect is indubitably negligible.    I have had the dubious opportunity to have worked with a fair share of those ‘negligibles’.

Pension spending in public schools accounts for a low 11% of expenditures to a high of 40% in Illinois where government corruption and fraud is a mainstay.   For example:   In Colorado, the 2010 pension reform gradually phased in increases to the amount of money school districts had to contribute to pensions for each dollar spent on employee salaries, from 13.85 percent that year to more than 20 percent in 2018.

These numbers reflect costs ‘prior’ to the CoVid School closures wherein ALL costs were maintained despite layoffs of teachers, bus drivers, cafeteria workers, admin, janitors, etc… Somehow, despite ALL THE LAYOFFS, costs emerged higher than the previous year…

And the victims are Children and the dwindling number of US homeowners.

In Germany where homeschooling is illegal, the home ownership rate is a dismal 50%.   The US is conflating between 63% and 65%, France is about 64%, and the Bernie Sanders of the world blink rapidly as they pronounce China’s rate of 90% and South Africa’s on par with the US…

How is that possible?

It’s not – it is the rules of snake oil factoids perpetrated by communist countries.  In China an 8×5 foot cage in a hallway classifies as ‘home ownership”.

In 2019, Colorado Springs Colorado school district learned that in order to be ‘solvent by 2049’ a budget cut of $900,000 annually would be required.   Of course that was based on Common Core Math and would likely be double that number in the real world of Math.   Pensions accounted for a budget expense of $35 million per year and the district was toying with bankruptcy.

In other words, the Public School System in the US is beyond broke and bankrupt – it is operating on fumes.   All while Proficiency ratings virtually tank!   Reading and Math Proficiency for Colorado is not the 100% touted by Bush, it is in the low 40th percentile ranking for reading and 35th percentile for Math.

We are raising the next generation of Imbeciles!   Burger flippers.   With Attitude.

Think their earnings will support the Social Security deficit? The deficit that was the result of loans to the ‘General Fund’ for such admiral causes included mercenaries and coups and wars.? Called the Pentagon’s Black Book?   Maybe we should confiscate investment earnings from all Congressional Members?

I remember when the Mafia was accused of keeping two sets of books – now it is our government.

As I have vocally stated, while the vast majority of property tax assessments are for public schools ‘based on enrollment’ and enrollment has been virtually decimated in the past two years – shouldn’t my taxes recognize that downturn? Instead they rose 20%.   As did most other homeowners.

A Class Action lawsuit against County Tax Assessments would assume a lawyer with the guts and ethics to fight.   But as we have been made witness, lawyers are for the most part drivel amoeba’s. Including the lawyers that presume Congressional Office as our State Representatives.

On Holiday.   On our Tax Bill.

Just Sayin’

US EDUCATION: Dumbing of America for Control

The Department of Education has a federal taxpayer funded budget of $71.5 billion, which represents about 8-9% of funding.   State and local property taxes comprise about 31.5% of collections of which roughly 40-50% is spent on schools.   Last year state and local tax collections totaled about $1.1 trillion.   Each public school pupil costs between $11,000 and $25,000 per year with a total budgetary expense for 2017 at $694 billion covering 50.8 million public school students.   That would represent an average of $13,661 per child or about $2500 higher than the average public state college. In addition, school fees and supplies can add upwards of $1200 per student per year – not including a computer and backpacks. By contrast, the cost to homeschool a child averages about $450 per child – or 3% of the average public cost.

Does throwing more money at schools make for a better education?

NY Buffalo District schools ranked an ELA proficiency rating of about 24%. In Wisconsin ACT scores dropped to 20 out of 36 exam questions – basically an “F”.   Tulsa Oklahoma stated that proficiency rates ‘plummeted’ in 2017.

The curriculum utilized over the last few decades has continued to morph into a vague image of its self once upon a time.   Today, according to Bruce Deitrik, this dumbing down was purposeful and deliberate.

Why?

To create sheeple incapable of accomplishing anything of value thereby subjecting them to the progressive globalization and New World Order of peasantry.

The riots and protests that we have been made witness to over the last decade is confirmation that our public education system is dysfunctional and completely worthless.  Students haven’t the ability to make change, state the name of five Presidents, or debate common philosophy, history, art, literature – or much of anything of value.

But it doesn’t stop there. Supposedly 72% of high school graduates ‘enroll in college’ compared to just 9% in 1940.   Why?  Colleges used to be for the elite, those with money and brains.   But savvy marketing over the course of decades changed the entire frontier from 160,000 students in 1000 colleges to 20 million annually in 5300+ colleges and universities.

It all changed in 1964 when Lyndon Johnson set up the Great Society programs that gave federal funding to colleges, scholarships, low interest loans, and subsidized the creation of 30 new community colleges per year.   Those subsidized student loans now aggregate $1.5 trillion spread out among 34 million students.

And within the Socialist Agenda we should absorb that debt.

Why?   Because the students can’t repay, they can’t afford it, they don’t want to pay it, they feel it should be free…   And in their pee-brains, no other country charges for college…

Today the US has about 20 million enrolled in college, which equates to 6% of the population.   The entire EU had 4.8 million who graduated tertiary education in 2017 out of a population of 513 million, which equates to .9%, an 85% discrepancy ratio.

Why? Because in the EU only those students who have tested intellectually superior – are allowed to go to college. And the determination is made during the formative years by the someones who make such determinations.

Today, facing off the bizarre CoVid appellate court, teachers unions and governors are holding court and digging in their heels to prevent students from returning to school after a 6+ month hiatus.   The ‘online’ mandate has resulted in some rather interesting failures including Michigan declaring that online instruction will not count toward the required annual instruction hours, Virginia’s Fairfax County parent’s filing complaints, and a plethora of failed online tech, poor outcomes and a high dropout ratio.   Thousands of schools didn’t even have an online availability, and the scramble for those that did to initiate 6 months of course curriculum in weeks – was an obvious mud bath.

While Pearson was the Bill Gates go-to, another rather obscure online forum has been quickly rising in the ranks – BYJU’s.   Funded by Zuckerberg, the very liberal – General Atlantic, The IFC whose parent is World Bank, Tencent Holdings out of China, and various venture capitalists connected with Google and prominent supporters of – Obama, provide the composite history of BYJU.  Making it much worse, Disney has collaborated in the ‘learning is fun’ module where basic concepts in Marxism and white supremacy are employed to devalue children.

I suppose we can count on them to provide unbiased, intellectual modes of online learning….

Unfortunately, like Amazon, BYJU is mired in disgruntled employee shrew where videos reveal a toxic environment of verbal abuse, nonpayment of wages, mindless firings, and an overall work-life balance of -1.

Apparently in collaboration with Twitter and You-Tube, BYJU management threaten employees if their social media accounts are not in compliance with corporate standards of liberal ‘tolerance and inclusion’, of those they deem tolerable and worthy of inclusion

While the article concludes that ‘investors should not be concerned’ regarding the complaints and controversies, the main user – students – likely should be concerned given they are being fed a ‘feed’ of information that is controlled by the Liberal Deep State.

In the end, education in the US has now become a choice of indoctrination or intellectual stimulus.   One is provided by the Deep State – the other must be provided by Parents.   One costs upwards of $15,000+ per year – the other costs $450 per year.   One requires students to submit to 12-14 years of primary education – the other shows typical graduation data as of 16.   One is controlled by parents – the other is controlled by The Nazi State.

Ultimately – the choice is yours.

US Student Debt: Ask Bill Gates and New America Foundation – A Ponzi Scheme

Student debt now stands at $1.41 trillion. 70% of college students are in significant debt, 44 million students and graduates. 33% of people over the age of 25 have a bachelors degree or higher.   While it sounds impressive, the percentage is actually lower than it was before student debt was initiated in 1958, before the debt was a federal obligation.   21% of public university’s revenue is made up from tuition and fees, the rest is subsidized.   90% of revenue of private universities is funded through tuition and fees.   The government spends over $80 billion on college students annually which is higher as a factor of GDP than Germany, France, Canada, Japan, Spain, and Italy who provide instate free education.

What Happened?

Primary education in the US, on average, tops at roughly $13,500 per student per year, funded by taxpayers.   So where is all the money going?   40% pays for pensions. Another 10% is applied to administration, and of course now we have interest on school debt, purchase of buildings, outside services, etc…  How much is actually spent educating?   Pennies.

Blame Betsy Devos… Inane.   She inherited the entire broken system that took 60 years to create!

As of 2018, outstanding education debt had tripled over the previous 10 years!   That would be aka – Obama.   And it would seem interestingly coincidental.   If you want to control the youth – enrage and enwrap them in debt while indoctrinating them into a Socialist agenda of free everything.   I think it is called A Perfect Storm.

While many pundits would cite Germany’s model of free college, they dutifully forget that in Germany, college is a privilege for a select few based on whether the government determines you qualify for college or should instead benefit from ‘trade school’.

While I believe the notion of a trade school is beneficial, when the government makes the determination where you go, it, the government, owns your life.   That is called Communism.

It all fell apart under the Eisenhower introduction of the National Defense Education Act of 1958 which was launched to increase the number of science and math graduates.   Richard Cornuelle saw an opportunity and created United Student Aid Funds.   Private industry would back bank loans on behalf of college students after they exhibited rigorous potential for repayment based on guaranteed jobs upon graduation.   The model was a success! Student loan delinquency was 20 times lower, and job placement was $22.50 per student under the private plan.   Comparatively, the Federal Jobs Corps spent nearly $6700 per student during the same time period. And today that cost is $76,000 per actual placement.

In 1965, despite the success of Cornuelle, President Johnson signed the Higher Education Act, as part of his Great Society Agenda.   As a result, the government began a ferocious scheme to hijack the private institutions student loan programs and in 2000 under Bill Clinton Cornuelle’s vision was bought out by Sallie Mae for the sum of $770 million whereby the Federal government took over a successful private endeavor.

In 1999, the total outstanding student debt stood at $90 billion.   Ten years later, student debt grew by 511%. And the percentage of students graduating with a degree in math or sciences was roughly 20%.  Give it to the government to fail a successful private endeavor.

Today we offer degrees that have absolutely no benefit whatsoever in the job market, that cost the student in loans, that absolve any necessity in obtaining the degree, and further no value.   But hey, colleges want students and will offer whatever it takes to mobilize the thought that without a degree you are nothing… even if the degree is in dog watching.

Even if that degree is in – nothingness.

And still we wonder how it is that a person can graduate with a college degree in ‘communications’ and not be able to find a job outside of hamburger flipper at McDonalds while balancing a loan debt of $100,000?

Once again, the brain drain of this stigma can be found as a perpetual head thump – ‘if you don’t go to college you will make no money – and if you do, you can be a millionaire’.   Of course, many of the brain thumpers – never went to college, but that is rarely observed.

So what is the real point?

Money.   Control. Indoctrination.   And universities are all too eager to Swamp their pockets with this scheme funded – by taxpayers. Ultimately, WE pay for the defaulted loans, WE pay for the scholarships, WE pay the liberal arts degrees that have no inherent value!

Unfortunately today, even our esteemed private foundations that support foundations, that support NGO’s that support government funding of private enterprise – are mired in a clandestine middleman phenomena that basically redirects funds from the cause they claim to support, to the various councils and committees, and board members therein ultimately creating a Ponzi scheme within a Ponzi scheme within a Ponzi scheme so as to divert funds from the actual cause to a host of people with degrees and money from the poor they despair!  WHEW!

All within the pretext that ‘The Government” is helping the disadvantaged.

Lumina Foundation is the successor of Cornuelle’s vision, albeit within a somewhat distorted version of the initial schematic. You see, Lumina’s largest grant to support college education for the needy went to the OECD to fund an ‘analysis of the labor market’. They gave money to the Rockefeller Advisors!   And they have given massive amounts of money to New America Foundation whose executive Chairman includes Google’s Schmidt.

In essence, Foundations are giving the funding to each other, benefiting no one other than themselves, while receiving a non-profit status of NO TAXATION.

So where is our Education money going?

It is lining the pockets of the super wealthy who create Foundations funding their own Foundations. Want to know who is under cup number 1?   Gates.   Clinton.   And once upon a time – the US Department of State.

Obama’s Alliance Foundation – A Blunder of Racism

A new, old organization is being tauted by Obama and his contingent of keepers; Bloomberg and Soros. It’s called the new and improved My Brother’s Keeper Alliance. Because the old one didn’t take. Backed by $80 million – to start – it can’t lose… or can it?

What happened to the Foundation he started in 2014?

Obama is focused on the; ‘tragic history in the US which makes it tougher for some to succeed…” History? I am a woman. We were property in history. White men were persecuted in the UK for their faith and banished. White men were ostracized for their debt and imprisoned, only to be shipped to Australia. History? I’m sorry, but history is over. The reason certain minorities succeed and other’s fail has been proven over and over again – family.

His new and improved foundation uses the acronym – MBK. But when I looked it up, MBK already exists and has since 1999. It too is a nonprofit 501(c)(3). It’s logo and site are copyrighted. It’s purpose is to help minorities who have health issues they need to overcome. Initially, HIV was the focus.

There would appear to be a copyright infringement here…

Obama’s site was uploaded in 2015. It’s aim focus’s exclusively on men and boys – no women allowed club. It is exclusive to boys of color, so whites are specifically excluded. I went through the website and still could not find exactly what they do. They have ‘documents’ posted online that encourage businesses to hire ‘men of color’. And they ask for donations. I just don’t see what they do with the money except maybe write more PR documents.

I have a background in business and generally when one launches a new business there is a past, a track record, and a business plan of ‘action’. But this Alliance has none of this – no history, no proven track record, and no plan of action. They just want – money because the $80 million has vanished?

Playing with the statistics: In 2013, about 40 percent of whites between the ages of 25 and 29 had a bachelor’s degree or more, compared to about 20 percent of blacks, 15 percent of Hispanics and 58 percent of Asians, according to data from the Current Population Survey. Blacks make up 12% of the US population. Given these stats, 20% of the 12% should be represented in businesses – 2.4%.

So let’s take a look at the NFL: Of the 175 cornerbacks in the league, 170 are black. At running back, 107 of the 120 players are African-American. White players account for 27.7 percent of the NFL rosters.

In the NBA, 35.7% of all professional employees are people of color. But wait – only 12% of the US population is black, therefore whites are unjustly discriminated against in this venue. And 47% of head coaches are people of color. In the category of players, the discrimination gets even greater – 76% of all NBA players are African-American.

Does this mean we must require the NBA and NFL to alter their drafts so as to be less discriminatory?

No. Forcing coaches to hire more whites from a pool of applicants knowing that it could cost them the championship, is absurd. Forcing businesses to hire blacks from a pool of applicants when the qualifications are non-existent, is absurd. Every time we make ‘race’ the problem, we are creating the problem. It is not about race, it is about poverty and education. It is about family and values.

You can’t lift people out of poverty without education. You can’t lift people out of anger and crime when the value system of the family does not exist.

Statistics also don’t measure a person’s heart. For example, my ex-husband’s sister was a verifiable brainiac. She got a very prestigious degree from Stanford. She ‘chose’ to use that degree to teach high school. Income, for her, was not a measure of success. For her, teaching was the success.

Look no further for an example of minority success than to Asians in the US. They have a divorce rate of about 8-10% compared to African-Americans who have a significantly higher divorce rate as well as a significantly higher rate of children born out of wedlock. (And before you go there – no, the solution is not more condoms.) Asians have a lower unemployment rate – even compared to whites. They have the highest rate of income and education of any racial group in the US. Their value structure is about family, provision, and education. It works.

The solution is education. Education in school, but also education about values, morality, marriage, parenting and ethics. It is not about forcing businesses to hire a person based on race. It is about bringing everyone to the line of ability.

So what is the focus of this new and improved Foundation? Division. Race. Gender. Hardly a promotion of anything of value.

Hillary vs. Hillary

The media keeps hyping how Hillary is ahead in ‘the polls’. But they don’t mention what poll nor do they say how they phrased the question. For example, if they were to ask, “Of all the Democrats running for president, who would you vote for?” Ummm, she’s the only one running, so I guess that would definitely put her in the lead…

So, what are you supposed to do if you are a democrat or liberal and you can’t stand Hillary?

Where are her Democratic contenders? Has she made a ‘Pac’ with the Devil to keep all other democratic candidates away, denouncing competition? She could compare notes with Kim Jong-un who garnered 100% of the votes, of course he was the only one running, and if you didn’t vote chances are you were shot.

Biden certainly doesn’t conjure up any sense of reality, he’s too easy to laugh at instead of with. But the problem is, no one really wants to spend the money knowing in advance they can’t contend against Hillary’s Soros funded Pacs and bank accounts. Perhaps the agenda is to keep the pool clean. To not dilute the oil with vinegar. And they may be right. One of the problems with Republicans is that too often they divert votes from a party win by having too many candidates spreading a thin layer amongst each. And when the dust settles on one, all the losers have to pretend they like the winner after throwing mud every which way.

As it stands now, there are three Republicans running against one Democrat with a potential run of three additional Democrats and NINE Republicans. I’m already weary in anticipation of the television ads, the rhetoric, the in-fighting, the glossy headlines, the fake smiles, the jabs and jaunts and overload of media deciphering content that is basically – meaningless. UGH!

Who is the biggest winner? The media of course, because they sell all the advertising spots! The money rolls. It certainly would save money to have just one candidate running… Just kidding!

With so much ugliness surrounding her recently, Hillary would seem doomed from the getgo, so what keeps her afloat? Media manipulation, lots of coaching, some plastic surgery, and probably a life coach to help soften that hardline, don’t give a damn attitude.

Re-creating Hillary. Who will she be now?

Apparently, she is targeting the young voters, although I think that’s a mistake. I would think she was far too much like the nasty grandma who pinches your cheek and makes young people cringe. Anyway, as such, her primary issues include: LGBT rights, marijuana, immigration, climate change and education.

A. **Education: 1) increase Pell grants to $10,000 after a person completes a year of ‘national service’. 2) Allow students to refinance loans at lower rates.

What is ‘national service’? Serving in the military. How can students refinance? Not sure yet.

B. **Climate Change: 1) carbon tax (carbon = coal, petroleum and natural gas), and 2) research.

Problem. Non carbon footprints include; wind, sun, hydroelectric and nuclear. Today 70% of electricity is produced using fossil fuels, 50% from coal and 20% from natural gas. Therefore the carbon tax would transfer to electricity as well.

Problem 2: Nuclear waste. We have yet to find of valid and safe method of disposal. We currently have over 88 nuclear facilities in operation with 5 more coming on in the next few years. Young people are hugely concerned about nuclear, especially given the most recent implosion in Japan and the fallout. Selling young people nuclear, is an uphill battle.

And research? I think we’re a bit over uncontrolled research projects that waste immeasurable dollars. Yuck.

C. **Pot: she wants more – research…

D. **LGBT: Advocate.

E. **Immigration: She wants to wave a wand and make everyone here – legal. Problem? What happens to all the people that are in the trials of getting through legally? What happens to those people today, tomorrow and the next day? Do you just open the gates to anyone and everyone unilaterally?

The Ghouls that are out of the closet and following her include:

  1. having upwards of eight to ten different email addresses that she used while Secretary of State illegally.

  2. Benghazi – a mess that caused numerous deaths – conceivably at her hands.

  3. Using an aide while in the White House as Secretary of State who was on two payrolls (illegally) and who has potential ties to the Muslim Brotherhood

  4. operating a foundation that has all sorts of shadowy chemtrails involving Middle East agenda’s the Ukraine agenda and little to no evidence of true charity

  5. advanced age and potential undisclosed health problems

  6. lies unfolding more often that challenge her credibility

Who likes Hillary? Hollywood certainly, she represents the proverbial ‘Queen’. She plays the ‘poor me’ candidate with historical reference to Bill’s dalliances. She has a powerhouse of money backing her. She represents something new – a woman president. Although it isn’t new really like she’s making history. Females who are world leaders include; Brazil, Bangladesh, Argentina, Germany, Liberia, Denmark, Lithuania, Kosovo, Jamaica, – there are 22!

It would be prudent to review why Hillary lost to Obama. The most glaring reason that might encompass a number of faults would be that she was simply too arrogant. She assumed the win would belong to her. And that arrogance follows her much like the dustbowl that follows the character in the Peanuts comic strip, Pigpen.

Once, after bathing and dressing in clean clothes, “Pig-Pen” stepped outside his house, and instantaneously became dirty and disheveled, whereupon he declared to Charlie Brown, “You know what I am? I’m a dust magnet.”

TETHERED – Government Trafficking Targets Homeschoolers

Why is the government targeting certain families and abducting their children?

In this blog I will discuss Home Schooling as just one of the targets:

In Germany and Sweden it is illegal to homeschool children – and as a result some of these families have fled to the US and Canada. Worldwide, homeschooling is illegal in 31 countries, mostly socialist, communist and Islamic. But even as homeschool refugees seek asylum and safety in the US, they are shocked to find a hostile reception. Why?

Target: Many of the children targeted by the Department of Social Services for abductions are homeschooled. Why?

The movement to homeschool is growing. For some families it is in response to the idea that our education system in the US dummies down our children. In addition, it is believed our system provides a biased view of the world and undermines values that these families embrace.

Contrary to popular opinion, homeschoolers tend to fair better than students in public schools. Homeschooled students have been shown to score 15-30 percentile points higher than public schooled children on standardized achievement tests. They score higher on ACT and SAT tests. And their scores are not reflective of the education of the parents. Those that argue against homeschool claim that they miss out on social interaction and extracurricular activities provided in the public system. But this is the same public system that continues to cut art, PE, and music from their curriculum. The same system that charges extra fees for books, scholar magazines, toilet paper, tissue paper, lab fees, field trip fees, teacher fees, registration fees, etc… Extra fees can easily add up to $1000-$1200 per year per child. While the federal government spends about 2% of it’s budget on education, the states ante in 13-35%. As of 2011, the average cost per student in public schools was $12,608 (not including the fees parents pay).

When did the Department of Education become so aggressive? When did they gain power?

In their infancy, the DOeD had little to no role in implementing education criteria or policies. Jimmy Carter thought otherwise and in 1979 created the DOE Act which effectively gave the federal government more control over individual state mandates. Carter, a member of the Trilateral Commission that was established by David Rockefeller in 1973, was an advocate for greater government control. One area of concern to this policy of globalization was our youth. Our youth were an obstacle that needed to be harnessed. Our youth were susceptible, open, and vulnerable. To parley that vulnerability, Carter felt that the place to mold perception was in the school system.

When Reagan was elected he cut the budget for the DOE, but their role was planted.  In 1979, the budget was $12 billion, today that number has burgeoned to $70+ billion. For 2015, the federal government estimates it will spend $149 billion for education. Add in state and local dollars and the figure blows up to $922.6 billion! And it’s still a broken system.

So how’s that workin for ya?

The primary role of DoeD is to provide and administer financial assistance to education and collect data on schools. But that role has been breeched. When the DoeD paid for and guided the design of the Common Core Initiatives, they breeched their boundaries of non-interference. While states could choose not to be a part, they would lose money as a result. Money was the incentive, not the system.

As it has unfolded, Common Core has shown to embrace values that are not consistent with many families and thus acts to encourage a separation. Parents and students are more stressed by the changing curriculum.  States continue to back out.  And teaching has become secondary to test taking.

So, how does The Common Core stand up to SAT scores? Well, we won’t really know because as of 2016, the SAT exam will be completely revised. One of the key changes, “Scoring does NOT deduct points for incorrect answers. Students are encouraged to select the best answer to every question.”

So why does the government target home schooled children?
