The CIA and NED Collude in Their Iran Propaganda Deception

Iran’s Protests, Iran’s Media Source, Iran’s Propaganda is sourced back to Langley, the US State Department, via National Endowment For Democracy and the CIA.  Human Rights Activists News Agency or HRANA.  Their financial Reporting is done thru Lotus Business and CPA Consulting in Maryland and provide their services to US Government Contractors.  Per their last filing Form 990 – 2024, there is one employee, Keyvan Rafiee and one sub-contractor, Matthew S. Goode in California.

HRANA’s job is to provide the stories for the mainstream media regarding Iran including the protests, and most recently the fabricated women facing execution which even the White House just posted on Twitter.  The 40,000 figure being scripted across the media AND Trump is said to be closer to 300 while over 100 Iranian police were also killed as a result of the protests.  Media outlets which publish HRANA’s reports on behalf of the CIA include;  NBC, NPR, CBS, ABC, Reuters, NY Post, CNN and multiple European Media. Oddly their stated address does not correspond with the tenant Directory at Fairfax Center.

The current President and CEO of National Endowment for Democracy is Damon Wilson.  Notable Board Members include Victoria Nuland and Tim Kaine.  Their tag line, ‘Supporting Freedom Around The World’, was somewhat borrowed by Trump when he declared that he will Free The Iranian People.  Free in the world of coups, riots, and bomb campaigns typically means free the people ‘forever’ as in they are dead.  Syria.  Yemen.  Iraq.  Damon Wilson was directly involved in the Orange Revolution in Ukraine. He was positioned in Iraq shortly after the assassination of Saddam Hussein.  And specifically credited with NATO’s expansion.

The framing of Iran as an evil creature to be destroyed is the creation of these various NGO’s in collaboration with the CIA.  Bita Hemmati is scheduled for Iranian Execution – the first woman!  The image is AI generated per a google inspection of the photo.  According to HRANA:  5 protestors have been sentenced by Branch 26 of the Tehran Revolutionary Court to death, five years in prison, and confiscation of all assets.  It is unclear how they will be imprisoned after they are hung.

Abdorrahman Boroumand Center parallels with HRANA.  Anne Applebaum is one of 6 Directors at The Center.  She is a journalist for The Atlantic. Sheherazade Semsar is Board Chair – a French citizen and CEO of McCourt Global and the former CEO of Politico in Europe.  McCourt’s, Project Liberty, was one of the investors in the consortium of Tik Tok buyers.

Both of these NGO’s report financing in the range of $1 million to $1.4 million annually.  Francis Fukuyama is listed as a Director of The Center.  He serves as Council Member of the International Forum For Democratic Studies – founded by NED.  An prolific author, he has expressed the opinion that the US is in political decay and a new kind of governance needs to be instituted.  I’m guessing – Stakeholders.

The entire legacy propaganda against the Iran Regime is a creation of the CIA and it’s proxies which actively fund every aspect of the PR and riots in order to install a pro-American establishment which will, like the Shah, voluntarily give their oil to Conoco Phillips and Chevron so that Iranians can be subjected to poverty.  The same stage as was set for Iraq, Syria and Ukraine.  However, if Israel and the US continue to indiscriminately bomb the country, they lose the oil infrastructure necessary for capture.  Which is likely why The Hegseth Bludgeoners are instead targeting little girls at schools…  Purposefully.  NOT an accident. 

Taxpayers fund the NGO’s, fund the coups, and fund the rebuild while stakeholders sit back and collect the profits.  In this case, those profits include the short and long oil sales perpetrated from within the White House and likely thru Plus500, an Israeli trading platform which focuses exclusively on oil and gold.

In this regard, Mr. Fukuyama is absolutely correct, America’s political system has decayed, Congress is irrelevant, and Stakeholders are running the Greatest Show on Earth – complete with clowns and whipped animals who perform in submission.  Trump’s biggest failures include Venezuela and Iran.  Venezuela because their oil infrastructure had already decayed and required billion to rebuild and Iran because Israel has begun a targeting campaign to hit their oil facilities.  Creating multiple billions in damage.

It is reported that Trump wanted to invoke the nuclear option to cover for his failure and got in a tiff with 4-star Dan Caine.

The Propaganda machine of the CIA is rife with green screen creations and AI photo and video, all designed to deceive Americans so they can continue their quest of coup and conquer so as to enlarge the American Empire and take over all the competitive Mafias drawing them into one global CIA Mafia of control, tithing, and submission.  They do this because they can.  Because no one calls them out.  Because no one has the balls to stop the madness that has literally destroyed America.  Not Congress and Not our Military!

NED The Coup Maker – NGO Funding Is A Civil Right

Coup Maker, National Endowment for Democracy’s subset, The World Movement for Democracy, has an interesting article, “The Right To Receive Funding”.   “International and regional human rights laws protect civil society’s right to receive resources. Yet, many governments restrict CSOs’ access to funding to strangle civil society.” 

The article is so rife with bizarre pronouncements under the guise of human rights it is glaringly borderline psychotic. 

March 2025, NED sued the Trump government for failing to give them $240 million in previously allotted funding.  In May 2025, Rep. Crane introduced a bill to defund NED.  Tabled.   February 2026, Congress approved $315 million for NED and its affiliates within a $50 billion appropriation for ‘diplomacy and assistance’.   A heading that includes every Democracy Program NGO known to mankind.  Like a code word.  It doesn’t matter what you are doing as long as you frame it as Democracy and Human Rights.

What is Civil Society?  In its broadest sense, Civil Society is the people outside of government and business, as in Taxpayers.  Along comes the dragon and suddenly NGO’s are defined as Civil Society because they frame the words – human rights and democracy.  When an organization receives the majority of its funding from governments, when an organization takes money and pays no taxes, when an organization interferes in the political and government environment of other countries as well as its own – it is NOT Civil Society.

Technically, as Taxpayers we have the right of refusal to have our money given to anyone or any country because we are Civil Society.  Congress should not have the right to designate our funds to ANY charity/NGO without our approval and permission.  Taking Taxpayer funds under the guise of an NGO is not a Human Right!    But National Endowment for Democracy has challenged this Protocol by proclaiming every NGO can take whatever it wants from ‘every government’ as an international human right proffered via Civil Society.

The fact that NED uses this money to initiate coups, regime changes, and civil strife is simply another stranglehold on Taxpayers by the government.  The Board of NED is as follows:

  • Damon Wilson – CEO:  “Under Wilson’s leadership, NED has sharpened its strategy, making venture capital-style investments in freedom entrepreneurs advancing democracy in their own countries.”  His background includes NATO, Atlantic Council, Bush, and Save The Children in Rwanda…
  •  Peter Roskam – Chair:  Lawyer.  Task Force to combat antisemitism.  House Leadership Trump 2017.
  • Eileen Donahoe – Vice Chair:  Lawyer. Former UN ambassador, Director at Soros Human Rights Watch.
  • Kenneth Wollack – Vice Chair:  USAID.  Brookings.  National Democratic Institute (NED subsidiary).
  • Stuart Apellbaum:  Lawyer.  VP AFL-CIO.  President, Jewish Labor Committee

Etc…  None of these people seem to have any background in societal functions such as human rights or development from a nonpartisan view, but instead are more Deep State players with an Agenda.  Looking to absorb noncharitable money from taxpayers under the heading of NGO.  Shouldn’t Taxpayers get at minimum a write-off? 

The last financial statement filed by NED was for FYE September 2024.  Government Revenue was $354.1 million.  $238,000 was earned as nontaxed Investment Income.  Grantmaking was nearly equal between domestic and foreign entities.  Domestic Entities are listed and include (Foreign entities are NOT listed on their Form 990, instead they list a broad area served): 

  • Eye Media Group – provides entertainment and current affairs television in Afghanistan – based out of “CIA”? headquarters in VA as a ‘for-profit’. Oddly – they have no executives, Leaders, Board, or team members running the Show. Gift – $770,000.
  • DIRECTORIO DEMOCRATICO CUBANO, INC. – funds opposition against the regime in Cuba. Based in Miami, they also seem to have no leaders, executives or Board to moderate funding…  $650,000.
  • China Digital Times, Inc. – Led by Berkeley professor and Vice Chair for World Movement for Democracy, Xiao Qiang, promotes China propaganda. $1,247,000.
  • The Solidarity Center – founded by the AFL-CIO as a voice on job security. Other than it’s Director – there are no leaders or executives at the Solidarity Center according to their website.   However, it has secured funding from Norway for their work in – Ukraine since USAID funding was knifed.  $34.26 million…
  • Center For International Private Enterprise – Online Publication owned by The National Interest. Founded by Irving Kristol, father of Bill Krystol, atheist Trotskyist Jews, coined the godfather of neoconservatism.  $33.4 million. 

Taxpayers are paying for Unions. We are paying for regime change in Cuba.  We are paying for groups that don’t exist.  We are paying for online publications of propaganda.  And if we don’t give them the money that is their ‘human right’ they sue the US Government, aka Taxpayers.  Because it is their inherent right to take our money!  Unabashedly. 

DOGE?  We know DOGE tore apart USAID and the State Department money laundering throughout NGO’s, but USAID was still awarded $50 billion FY 2026.  Accountability is nonexistent.  The slush fund is alive and well!     

VENEZEULA: A Fentanyl Diversion For Coup & Oil

As President Trump attempts to sway Zelenskky and the European leaders on a Peace Deal, he is sending war troops to Venezuela.  As a result, 1.4 million militia military have been ordered to stand ready…  The supposed purpose is the accusation that Maduro is directly in control of the drug cartels – particularly those sending Fentanyl into the US.  In reality, Trump is the new CIA and coups are their forte.  Trump wants Juan Guaido.

Whether Maduro is legitimate of not should be of no consequence to the US.  Given our own corrupt elections, we have no ground to stand on in interfering with other countries – many of which have corrupt elections as well. 

Guaido was a student activist during the Chavez presidency and became a founding member of the political party, Popular Will.  A progressive, socialist ideology, Popular Will was funded by the International Republican Institute (IRI) and the International Democrat Institute (IDI).  Both Institutes are subsets of National Endowment For Democracy the hard left Soros Global Coup Makers.  With which President Trump is now in complete alignment.

Damon Wilson is the current CEO and President.  His focus is globalization, enlarging NATO, and collapsing Russia under the illusion of ‘democracy’.  The same NED which recently brought Victoria Nuland onto their Board of Directors. 

In other words, Guaido was a Deep State project of NED and President Trump is once again on board with the Matrix.  Maduro is correct in his appraisal of Guaido as a puppet guilty of treason. NED works extensively in Ukraine and Moldova, the source and the secondary source for all grain train transport feed for the European trafficking cartel.  That feed being children and organs.  While calling both China and Russia ‘authoritarian’ states which still need to be successfully ‘couped’.  Leaving open once again the potential for Trump to play a hard court left turn on the Ukraine peace deal through Zelenskky.

The concept that Maduro represents the Venezuelan gangs is about discreditation without evidence in order to validate a military takeover.  It is no more realistic than accusing El Salvador’s President, Bukele, of representing the gangs.   In actuality, the Deep State is active and operational via President Trump.  And coups are ongoing.

The Cartel of the Suns is a Venezuelan military junta.  The Sun’s phenomenon began when Colombian drugs began to enter into Venezuela from corrupt border units and the “rot moved its way up the ranks“.  But the Colombian Cartel is run by the CIA, so we now have the CIA fighting for control of the trafficking in Venezuela with Trump’s assistance. 

The allegations against the Venezuelan military actually arose when Chavez was president in the 1990’s.  The source of much of the ‘information’ regarding the military connections to the cartel came from Vice News.  Vice News was used as the main source of allegations against Syria’s Assad, Iran’s Ayatollah, as well as the Israel-Palestinian genocide – Vice is pro-Israel.

In 2023, Vice News filed for bankruptcy and was bought by Soros Fund Management, Monroe Capital and Fortress Investment Group.  Full circle.

Today, Trump sent 3 warships to patrol the waters outside of Venezuela with 4,000 military personnel onboard.  A clear threat to Venezuela’s sovereignty and against International Law.  The primary source of Fentanyl, as I have reiterated before, is TEVA Pharma right here in America.

As the political fallout strikes keep pummeling Netanyahu, Trump decided to enter the fray by claiming Netanyhu is a ‘war hero’ – and then adding, he is also a war hero – unacknowledged…  Neither man wears a uniform.  Neither participate in any combat.  The message of self-adulation is clearly on par with moralistic nihilism. And the tenuity of the Ukraine deal becomes ever more unstable with Trump demanding the next meeting to be sans-Trump.  When it fails – he will be absolved.

Striking Venezuela may involve their oil platforms.  Currently, in addition to Venezuela operating off the coast, En-Italy, Repsol-Spanish and Chevron-American are tapping the oil reserves of Venezuela which are declared the largest proven reserves in the world.  That would  be the rationale for the coup …
