NED The Coup Maker – NGO Funding Is A Civil Right

Coup Maker, National Endowment for Democracy’s subset, The World Movement for Democracy, has an interesting article, “The Right To Receive Funding”.   “International and regional human rights laws protect civil society’s right to receive resources. Yet, many governments restrict CSOs’ access to funding to strangle civil society.”

The article is so rife with bizarre pronouncements under the guise of human rights it is glaringly borderline psychotic.

March 2025, NED sued the Trump government for failing to give them $240 million in previously allotted funding.  In May 2025, Rep. Crane introduced a bill to defund NED.  Tabled.   February 2026, Congress approved $315 million for NED and its affiliates within a $50 billion appropriation for ‘diplomacy and assistance’.   A heading that includes every Democracy Program NGO known to mankind.  Like a code word.  It doesn’t matter what you are doing as long as you frame it as Democracy and Human Rights.

What is Civil Society?  In its broadest sense, Civil Society is the people outside of government and business, as in Taxpayers.  Along comes the dragon and suddenly NGO’s are defined as Civil Society because they frame the words – human rights and democracy.  When an organization receives the majority of its funding from governments, when an organization takes money and pays no taxes, when an organization interferes in the political and government environment of other countries as well as its own – it is NOT Civil Society.

Technically, as Taxpayers we have the right of refusal to have our money given to anyone or any country because we are Civil Society.  Congress should not have the right to designate our funds to ANY charity/NGO without our approval and permission.  Taking Taxpayer funds under the guise of an NGO is not a Human Right!    But National Endowment for Democracy has challenged this Protocol by proclaiming every NGO can take whatever it wants from ‘every government’ as an international human right proffered via Civil Society.

The fact that NED uses this money to initiate coups, regime changes, and civil strife is simply another stranglehold on Taxpayers by the government.  The Board of NED is as follows:

  • Damon Wilson – CEO:  “Under Wilson’s leadership, NED has sharpened its strategy, making venture capital-style investments in freedom entrepreneurs advancing democracy in their own countries.”  His background includes NATO, Atlantic Council, Bush, and Save The Children in Rwanda…
  •  Peter Roskam – Chair:  Lawyer.  Task Force to combat antisemitism.  House Leadership Trump 2017.
  • Eileen Donahoe – Vice Chair:  Lawyer. Former UN ambassador, Director at Soros Human Rights Watch.
  • Kenneth Wollack – Vice Chair:  USAID.  Brookings.  National Democratic Institute (NED subsidiary).
  • Stuart Apellbaum:  Lawyer.  VP AFL-CIO.  President, Jewish Labor Committee

Etc…  None of these people seem to have any background in societal functions such as human rights or development from a nonpartisan view, but instead are more Deep State players with an Agenda.  Looking to absorb noncharitable money from taxpayers under the heading of NGO.  Shouldn’t Taxpayers get at minimum a write-off?

The last financial statement filed by NED was for FYE September 2024.  Government Revenue was $354.1 million.  $238,000 was earned as nontaxed Investment Income.  Grantmaking was nearly equal between domestic and foreign entities.  Domestic Entities are listed and include (Foreign entities are NOT listed on their Form 990, instead they list a broad area served):

  • Eye Media Group – provides entertainment and current affairs television in Afghanistan – based out of “CIA”? headquarters in VA as a ‘for-profit’. Oddly – they have no executives, Leaders, Board, or team members running the Show. Gift – $770,000.
  • DIRECTORIO DEMOCRATICO CUBANO, INC. – funds opposition against the regime in Cuba. Based in Miami, they also seem to have no leaders, executives or Board to moderate funding…  $650,000.
  • China Digital Times, Inc. – Led by Berkeley professor and Vice Chair for World Movement for Democracy, Xiao Qiang, promotes China propaganda. $1,247,000.
  • The Solidarity Center – founded by the AFL-CIO as a voice on job security. Other than it’s Director – there are no leaders or executives at the Solidarity Center according to their website.   However, it has secured funding from Norway for their work in – Ukraine since USAID funding was knifed.  $34.26 million…
  • Center For International Private Enterprise – Online Publication owned by The National Interest. Founded by Irving Kristol, father of Bill Krystol, atheist Trotskyist Jews, coined the godfather of neoconservatism.  $33.4 million.

Taxpayers are paying for Unions. We are paying for regime change in Cuba.  We are paying for groups that don’t exist.  We are paying for online publications of propaganda.  And if we don’t give them the money that is their ‘human right’ they sue the US Government, aka Taxpayers.  Because it is their inherent right to take our money!  Unabashedly.

DOGE?  We know DOGE tore apart USAID and the State Department money laundering throughout NGO’s, but USAID was still awarded $50 billion FY 2026.  Accountability is nonexistent.  The slush fund is alive and well!

The US Constitutionality of Welfare

According to Forbes, Netanyau’s net worth is estimated to be $80 million with a 400% annual growth rate on an annual salary of $179,000.   He is considered one of the wealthiest Prime Ministers in the world.   His real estate holdings include;  a beach house in Malibu, a penthouse in NYC, a vacation home, a luxurious home, and a penthouse apartment in Israel at a total value of roughly $30 million.   Yet, we are told to investigate Hamas wealth.

The political corruption is a global phenomena.  And bears witness to the fact that not one of these politicians can be said to be remotely adhering to Christian values or any other religious denomination.   As in the old adage;  Power Corrupts.

Would this Power be curtailed if certain criteria were instituted regarding;  term limits, market trade limitations, salary limits, and the elimination entirely of pensions – with the exception of The Military – and even then with exception to net worth limitations?

Pensions are becoming the number one expenditure for many government institutions, including the Department of Education whose value is near zero.   The budget for the 2023 Department of Education is pushing $275 billion – on expenditures of $308 billion.   The first accounting error in the Department is the fact that student aid is $200 billion or 60% of the entire budget.  The second error is of course – over-spending.  Student Aid is technically an asset, a receivable – not an expense.   The reason it becomes an ‘expense’ would be if it is not aid – but instead, a gift.  A gift is taxable to the recipient and should be offset by the 20% tax rate – in a strict accounting scenario.

But The US Constitution does NOT allow Congress to make GIFTS…

The next five Department of Education spending grifts are for 5 different Offices for a total expenditure of $140 billion – to operate the Department.   The remaining expenditure categories include; education disaster recovery, education sciences, English language, and upper management.

In other words, this Department has become a monopoly of AID which includes aid to families hiding wealth –

How can we eliminate the massive hidden assets that drive poverty?

It is estimated that Hidden Assets amount to $7.8-$9.8 TRILLION globally with an annual increase of roughly $40 billion.   Assets that are never taxed.   Will a data credit system make hiding wealth easier or harder?  Are the players ever punished?   How can it be tracked?

CBDC’s are being tagged as the future for Central Banking.   But is Central Banking at the helm of financial collapses, money laundering, and corruption?

Central Banking was a post WWI construct to control the money and money supply.   They operate as a monopoly and were established to prevent money laundering, terrorism financing, consumer protection and bank fraud.  However, everything they were created to deter, they made – easier.   There is little differentiation between ‘paper money’ and ‘digital money’ backed by nothing …  Conversion is simply a means for making fraud and laundering more private $$$$ for the criminals while making credit more tight for the individual.

The invoking of the Central Banking System was incorporated most widely by The House of Rothschild, Oppenheim, and Hottinguer.   The purpose was to elevate public debt.   And thus the Cartel was preserved and exponentially expanded as individuals incurred usury unsustainable debt.

The Department of Education was established with its primary purpose being to gather statistics and information.   By the Carter years, its purpose morphed into funding debt.  A welfare program paid for by Taxpayers.   But they were not alone.   The Department of Agriculture became the stop-gap for funding free school lunches – more welfare.   And The Department of Interior funds free education for all Native Americans – like Pocahontas – Elizabeth Warren.

The argument for maintaining these welfare programs and Departments was justified by liberal interpretations of the Commerce Clause of The Constitution:  Congress shall have the power to regulate Commerce among foreign nations, with states, and with Indian Tribes.

Commerce is legally defined as:  the activity of selling, trading, exchanging, and transporting goods and people.

Welfare is NOT Commerce.  The entire point of commerce is profit.  Welfare is NOT a Constitutional Right, it is not mentioned in any interpretation of clause with the following General Welfare/Taxation Clause:

Article I, Section 8, Clause 1:

The Congress shall have Power To lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts and Excises, to pay the Debts and provide for the common Defence and general Welfare of the United States; but all Duties, Imposts and Excises shall be uniform throughout the United States.

Does Welfare benefit the ‘General Welfare’ of the People of The United States uniformly?

No.   It is not uniform to the Common Good – and only applies to free goods and services benefiting a particular segment of society – the poor.   Thus Welfare is NOT supported by The US Constitution in any form.  Whether in the form of free education, free meals, free housing, free food, free insurance or any of the bountiful programs instituted outside of our constitution.  It is illegal.

Some pundits would argue that welfare is a ‘Civil Right’.  Yet, Civil Rights are applied only on the basis of ‘discrimination’ – not as a civil mandate.   According to HHS of the Federal Government, there is no civil right related to a person’s income level.  Civil RIghts are a protection based on identity.

Welfare was instituted during the FDR New Deal era as various Acts – Social Security Act, The Housing Act, etc…  However, every ACT must be supported by The Constitution.   In 1803, The Supreme court held that Congress cannot pass laws that are contrary to The Constitution.

And The Constitution is quite clear that ‘General Welfare’ means that it must apply uniformly to the Common Good.   There is no clause that specifies that allieving income disparity or poverty is Commerce unless said persons would become self sufficient productive members of society contributing to The Common Good and repay their debt.

The Departments of Education, Interior, Agriculture, and Housing are operating outside of The Constitution when making welfare payments via a nonrepayable gift.  Therefore, the elimination of these entities is a viable Supreme Court Lawsuit furthering the reigning in of profiting off Political Corruption – and laundering said profits via offshore, nontaxable, havens sitting on Tens or Hundreds of TRILLIONS – at the Expense of Taxpayers.

Migrant Caravan Funding? Catholic Church, Red Cross, Hope Border Institute, University of Texas…

Civil Rights lawyer Mario B Williams out of Georgia is one of the four lawyers who have filed a class action against the Trump administration on behalf of a group of the Caravan attendees claiming, “President Trump continues to abuse the law, including constitutional rights, to deter Central Americans from exercising their lawful right to seek asylum in the United States.”  The lawsuit apparently also refers to Trump as ‘our president’. An oddity since they aren’t citizens…

Mario Williams has been billed as the legal advocate of last resort when your case is so flimsy no one else will take it.  April of 2018, he was headlined in The Seattle Medium for his intent to initiate a $20 million “legal campaign to investigate and uncover the ties of political and business leaders to White supremacist groups. He wants to dig up their secret rivers of money and shame them into cutting off the extremists.”

The money for the campaign is coming from a company called, Libre By Nexus.  Launched by 2 ex-cons in 2013, Michael Donovan and Richard Moore, the firm guarantees bail for immigrants to win their release from detention.

Libre is a for-profit company that has annual revenues topping $30 million and over 6500 clients.  Their fees include a $14 per day ankle bracelet that clients must wear until their court date which is typically 3-4 years in the future.  That tallies to $33,215,000.   The daily cost to Libre for the bracelet is $3.   They are currently the subject of a lawsuit claiming the bracelets frequently don’t even work, and their niche is ‘predatory’.

With upwards of 14,000 scheduled to arrive sometime around November 25th, detainees will likely be referred to Libre via Mario Williams. Libre could thus easily double their current revenues if they added just another 6500 to their coffers of ankle bracelets.

Follow The Money.

The name of Mario Williams firm is, ‘Nexus Derechos Humanos’.  It lists as its parent and funding company – Nexus Services Inc., the same parent company of Libre By Nexus.   The lawsuit filed against the Trump administration is funded by Nexus Services, Inc whose founders are Michael Donovan and Richard Moore.  They do not want their pool of caravans to be squelched and thus deprive them of an ongoing revenue stream.

Located in Verona, Virginia, they operate a number of subsidiary companies within their particular brand including a charity called Nexus Caridades.  Their business plan continues to expand and they have moved into real estate offering rental housing for immigrants – at a price.

While CEO Donovan continually claims that they are not in this for the money, they are doing this simply from their hearts… the fact remains it is a highly profitable venture – they never attempted to sustain a charitable organization.  They are capitalistic capitalizing on a deficiency caused by caravans of illegal immigrants demanding free reign in the US.

And so, the question keeps returning, who is behind the funding of these caravans?

Certainly, Flores of Pueblo Sin Frontera is named continuously, but an even grander ulterior motive is levied by Hope Border Institute.  Comprised of various Monsignors and Deacons of the Catholic church, University of Texas, New Mexico State University, and others, their website claims that many Catholic migrant shelters in Mexico are core in the creation of the caravans “within the framework of symbolic reenactments during Easter season of the Stations of the Cross (Via Crucis), or Christmas-time posadas (the novena commemorating the pilgrimage in search of shelter of Jesus’ migrant family).”

Catholic Deacons can not act without the approval and sanction of Pope Francis.

In addition they provide a list of those who are initiating ‘direct organization’ in each country:  “…in Honduras by COFAMIPRO (Comité de Familiares de Migrantes de El Progreso) and in El Salvador by COFAMIDE (Comité de Familiares de Migrantes Fallecidos y Desaparecidos del Salvador); another similar organization in Honduras is the Comité de Familiares de Migrantes Desaparecidos del Centro de Honduras (COFAMICENH).”

All of this is at the core of US aid which is channeled to Mexico for the so-called “Southern Border Plan” as part of the Mérida Initiative. Originally developed to thwart the trafficking of drugs and money laundering, the Clinton, Bush and Obama administrations diverted funding to help drug treatment, instead of drug flow – thereby allowing the influx of drugs and trafficking while creating a burgeoning ‘treatment program’.  Another capitalist idea shadowed in a social program!  Follow The Money!

Hope Border Institute claims that US regime coups have been instrumental in causing the collapse of countries as corruption is cultivated and chaos then reigns. One such coup was promulgated in 2009 by the Obama administration on Honduras wherein a fraudulent election was aided by US government agencies to insert Porfirio Lobo Sosa of the National Party.  He has since been indicted for helping to protect drug organizations, corruption, redirecting funds, etc…

They go on to claim that these caravans are a “messianic moment reflected in the emergence of a powerful new transnational migrant rights movement, that is undermining long held orthodoxies regarding the imperatives of state sovereignty within the context of migration policy and human rights. All of this also lays the basis for fully incorporating migrants as collective subjects as to the mass human rights crimes  which have been committed against them with convergent responsibility on the part of the US and Mexico, within the framework of Mexico’s incipient transitional justice process, and of a convergent process on both sides of the border.”

In other words, the US and Mexico are fully responsible for the human rights violations of Honduras, El Salvador, and Guatemala, and thus the US must now pay for these violations by chaos and violence if necessary and by accepting the flow unconditionally which now averages 450,000 annually.

Honduras’ COFAMIPRO, and El Salvador COFAMIDE are backed by The Red CrossThe International Committee of the Red Cross has embarked on what they term a “Movement” in the publication of the Red Cross Red Crescent Magazine. Their front page issue on the website highlights:  Beyond Borders; Building Trust and Protecting Migrants…”

So you wanted to know who is behind the caravans…

Want to know why Pope Francis keeps pushing for the US to be open arms and open borders?

They are likely – a major funding source…

Black Lives – “Burn Everything Down”!

With Hillary lagging in the Polls behind Sanders, spending most of her media time defending herself against a boatload of accusations, where is Soros? Given he is her preeminent backer, what happens if she continues her downward spiral? Will Soros shift his weight?

Actually, he hasn’t given up – yet. In fact, the nouveau organization, Black Lives Matter, is working in front of the camera that is operated by Soros behind the scenes. Taking Sanders off stage at events, the organization is literally stealing the mike and the stage to support their own agenda. Stealing, because they didn’t pay for the event. And while they state on their website that they are not politically motivated… they are funded by George and Alexander Soros, Beyonce and Jay Z – very political headaches.

Given that they are NOT political, it is interesting that they have garnered the support of the White House when they only began as a slogan just 2 years ago. Quite a hefty rise to fame in such a short period of time – for a non-political organization…

What have they accomplished? Well, they like to send incendiaries to spike protests across the nation and help to create chaos and anger wherever they descend. At a recent takeover of a conference in Phoenix in July, the head of Black Lives Matter shouted, “Burn everything down”!

Personally, I don’t see how this attitude will make people think you aren’t anything but radical, tyrannical, terrorizing and brutal. Not exactly the impression that espouses your agenda… just sayin’ –

Who else is funding the Black Lives organization? A company called Resource Generation who state as their goal the coming together of young activists and young money for the purpose of making social change. But if they are not political, why do they continually target political events? Bernie Sanders, O’Malley and Jeb Bush were the most recent. Hillary was left unscathed as she met briefly with a few members ‘after’ her own rally had concluded. An obvious setup.

Their tactics are disruption, not exactly filled with solutions or ideas or much of anything with substance. But the tactics are similar to the chaos that Soros continues to infuse as a means of dismembering a country. And interestingly, these tactics are supported by the Soros blog, Think Progress.

What do they want?

They want police reform – but they also seem to want a public affirmation of the police brutality toward blacks and a formal apology that they were targeted.

This would, of course, completely alienate the police force, sheriffs offices, and all other agencies tasked with defending US citizens. Are their rogue police? Definitely. So what would police reform look like? Because stepping back, as they did in Baltimore, did not keep the homicide rate among black on black populations down, in fact it rose unprecedentedly.

The demands listed on their website state: 1) the arrest of Darren Wilson for the murder of Michael Brown, 2) redress of systemic pattern of racial discrimination… 3) demilitarization of law enforcement 4) the release of the names of ALL officers involved in shootings of blacks for the past five years and 5) a decrease in law enforcement spending with the funds redirected to the Federal departments of employment, housing and education.

Answers:

  1. won’t happen
  2. wording on website is too convoluted to say anything
  3. possible – many organizations working tirelessly on this – without burning down everything
  4. not possible – vengeance, retribution, and putting lives at risk
  5. well we saw what happened in Baltimore – an escalation of black on black murders…

If you want to use the civil rights movement of Martin Luther King Jr. as an example of what Black Lives Matter is attempting to do today there are some rather definitive differences:

  1. he was highly educated – a PhD
  2. civil rights movement was about ‘non-violent protest’
  3. King reflected, “Since being in India, I am more convinced than ever before that the method of nonviolent resistance is the most potent weapon available to oppressed people in their struggle for justice and human dignity”
  4. An ardent follower of Ghandi, King stated that, “He struggled only with the weapons of truth, soul force, non-injury and courage.”

Vengeance begets vengeance begets a cycle that has no gold ring, no end. While there is a definite problem with crime in the US, (murder rate 15k to 16k per year) be careful what you ask for, because what a non-police city looks like is two cents away from Martial Law.
