Trump Dismantles Syria Sanctions – Israel Bombs Syria

While President Trump dismantles Syria Sanctions Program in support of the new al Qaeda government, Israel is bombing the new government installed by the Mossad.  Not to be deterred, Israel is also continuing its bombing of Lebanon and Yemen so they can feel the Trump Heat.   Meaning there is a good likelihood Israel will reignite its lobs on Iran after all the good Ole American’s dug further into their piggy banks and gave away our military security to the Access of Evil – Israel.

July 1, 2025, US President Donald Trump signed an executive order reversing decades old sanctions on Syria so as to “give these guys a chance.”  Apparently, Netanyahu didn’t get the memo and has resumed bombing them.  Trump claims his decision was ruled by Prince bin Salman of Saudi Arabia.  However, Trump promoted The Caesar Syria Civilian Protection Act created in 2019 which ensures accountability from US and Israeli deposed President Assad and his ‘cronies’. 

The Act, which passed the House, but was only put on the Senate calendar without ever passing, went into law as a provision buried in the National Defense Authorization Act.  The purpose was to waive sanctions if the parties are engaged in meaningful negotiations and the violence against civilians has ceased.  The ‘violence’ as documented by The Act instituted sanctions on any state, person, or private business which conducted any trade with Syria – in particular Iran and Russia.  To protect the Syrian population from being able to eat. 

The Caesar Report was a product of Human Rights Watch (HRW) – the Soros Entertainment Show.  Caesar was the code name of a Syrian defector who claimed to have thousands of photographs documenting the torture in Syrian prisons under the tutelage of Assad.   Caesar gave the thumb drive of these purported images to the Syrian National Movement.  Which then gave the drive to Soros, Human Rights Watch.  This unidentified Caesar testified before Congress under the Obama Regime.

Every photograph shown was previously reviewed by HRW for authenticity.  They then chose 27 persons out of the 28,707 on the thumb drive to analyze and present as evidence of the ‘atrocities’ at the hands of Assad before Obama’s Congress.  In other words, Congress and now Trump used George Soros as the point man to take down Assad.  And replace him with Israel’s creation – Al Qaeda.  Who Israel is now bombing.

HRW claims they identified the 27 persons in the photographs via their investigations which  included examination of evidence provided by families of the deceased and fellow detainees…  Coincidentally available online.

Another organization cited by HRW and Obama was SAFMCD.  They seemed to disappear as of January 2019 with 87 followers on Twitter.  Mouaz Moustafa, a Syrian/American activist who was a staffer for Congressman Vic Snyder and Blanche Lincoln, became the executive director of the Syrian Emergency Task Force facilitating John McCain’s  visit with the Northern Storm Brigade inside Syria.  This Brigade was collaborating with and likely formed by the CIA and Blackwater mercenaries.. inside Turkey. 

The Syrian Emergency Task Force is a US based NGO – their office was in Washington, DC.  They too ceased operations and the over $1 million in net assets disappeared.  They name the identity of Caesar as Fareed al-Madhhan.   Fareed claimed to have worked as a photographer in the Documentation Unit of the Syrian Military Police before the revolution. His job was to photograph scenes of crimes and incidents involving military personnel.

CONTRARY to everything HRW stated, Wikipedia claims that Fareed escaped Syria by wearing sunglasses and fled with the assistance of the Free Syrian Army.  He arrived in Jordan and took refuge in Europe handing over the photos to the Syrian national Current in Turkey.  Qatar then commissioned a London law firm, Peter, Carter,, Ruck to authenticate the photos.  The Free Syrian Army disbanded in 2015.  They were trained and supported by Turkey and the CIA.

Trump’s creation of the Caesar Act in congruence with Human Rights Watch – Soros, confirms that his Deep State allegiance dates before his first presidency.  His second presidency was thus built with Deep State intentions, funding, and ‘possible’ vote manipulation.   His alliance with al Qaeda confirms that the Deep State is their creator, including CIA, Mossad, and MI6. 

And the intentional deception against America and Russia is rooted in the old – not the NEW;  Soros, “My two biggest adversaries are Russia and America.  I will take them down from within.”   Followed by a broad smile.

The US International Development Corporation w/in USAID+

The US International Development Corporation operates under the auspices of USAID and ‘other’ agencies within the federal government.   Their purpose is to invest taxpayer dollars into other countries for development projects. DFC’s lending capacity is used to provide loans, loan guarantees, direct equity investments, and political risk insurance for private-sector led development projects, feasibility studies, and technical assistance.  The ‘loans’ charge interest at country level rates which can be as high as 30%.

Their website provides a list of active projects.  The list includes 1431 records over 120 pages.  They include:  Africa regional, Kenya, Zambia, Uganda, Vietnam, India, etc.. etc…  It also lists Ukraine.  Unfortunately, all information regarding the Ukraine funding purpose, who received the funding, and the project label has been Redacted.  “Information has temporarily been redacted, including to protect the safety of implementing partners.”  It is the ONLY project country redacted.

Some of the DFC funding is simply issued to a bank which could simply be a persons off-shore account.  One such investment is to Acorn Holdings Ltd – $180 million to build 38 student housing rental units in Kenya.  The financing is over an 18 year period.  Another project worth $200 million to finance a new credit card company in Colombia. 

As of 2024, the board of directors of DFC was Antony Blinken, Samantha Power, Janet Yellen and Gina Raimondo.  According to their 2024 Report, the Net Cost of operating this revenue and asset building entity operation was a loss of $241.5 million.  The independent audit report stated it could NOT perform an audit and offered no opinion – except to say that the statements were prepared in an accurate fashion.

The Chief Executive Officer of DFC was Scott Nathan, an Obama holdover who has stepped down.  He worked for Podesta’s Center For American Progress which is funded by The Open Society.  Andrew Hauptman also funds Center For American Progress.  His board affiliations include the Israel Policy Forum – funded by the US Government.

Deputy CEO of DFC is Nisha Desai Biswall.  She is also on the board of US Institute For Peace, The Institute For Sustainable Communities, and The Leadership Counsel For Women in National Security – which is funded by Open Society, BAE Systems, Peraton, Lockheed, L3Harris, Microsoft and General Atomics. 

The Leadership Council For Women built a database of nearly 1,000 well-qualified women ready to serve in senior politically appointed positions and shared their profiles with the Biden-Harris Transition Team.  They are embedded throughout the federal government.  Madelaine Albright and Blinken served on its board.

Paraton’s slogan is “We help the intelligence community fight the invisible war…”. Peraton is funded by the US government as part of the burgeoning US Intelligence Community.  Which means that George Soros is directly involved in and has direct access to our federal intelligence divisions including but not limited to:  NSC, CIA, US Special Op Command, NTI, DoD, biological defense programs, CNAS, CSIS, etc.. with control over Antony Blinken and Michelle Flourney who co-founded WestExec Advisors…

David Cohen, Deputy Director of CIA worked also for WestExec.  Secretary of Defense, Robert Work worked for WestExec. Deputy AG, Lisa Monaco worked for WestExec… the list goes on…

In 2022, Teneo bought a majority stake in WestExec.  Teneo Board included Clinton and Tony Blair.  They raised money for the Clinton Foundation, created the slush fund from USAID for Chelsea Clinton, and paid Huma Abedin as a consultant while she was working for Hillary.  Teneo is majority owned by CVC Partners.  CVC is headquartered in the British Channel Islands.

When analyzing the Financial Report for the US International Development Corp, there is no data for any of the 1431 current projects to track interest revenues, or percentage ownership of any asset, or any information regarding past projects.  There is no available tracking of the projects  Giving the impression it is simply a shell wherein billions are laundered into private companies and foreign banks which can’t be accessed. 

While many of the Soros/Clinton regime have been ousted from the Federal Government by Trump, their expanse drills down into an absurd webbing of profit and nonprofit organizations housing every high-end official from the cabinets of Clinton, Bush, Obama and Biden.  Paid for thru government grants, within every Department of the government including the DoD. 

Obama is not the brain-child.  His cabinet came from Clinton.  The Clinton cabinet came from Soros.  The Leadership Council for Women in Security are upper level, they are NOT the trans that were used for the Clown Show in the Open and Transparent government under Biden.  They were a distraction.  The Game Players are still operating.  And their skill-set is not to be under-estimated.

InterNews – A Soros, CIA, Mossad Enterprise of Subjugation

In 1982, Internews Network was created by David Hoffman, Kim Spencer and Evelyn Messinger.  Messinger was the founding Director of the Soros Foundation’s Electronic Media Program.  She is president of Digital Citizen, on the board of Link TV,  which she founded, and works with the World Bank and PBS on other media projects.  She was a member of the advisory board for PBS.  She was co-creator of “Spacebridges” alongside Steve Wozniak of Apple fame, also in 1982.

1982 is the year Soros began to set in motion the Soros Empire.  No longer just a hedge fund operator, The Soros Protocols began to take shape with the ultimate goal being the full implementation of the Protocols of The Elders of Zion.   Internews Network was the medium to take control of the media and Hollywood. 

Link TV was a noncommercial broadcast that operated from 1999 thru 2023 with funding from the Bill Gates Foundation.  It was licensed to promote news via Deutsche Welle, Ted Talks,  France 24, Democracy NOW, Arab Labor – an Israeli network, etc…   ImMEDIAte Justice Productions was their launch to specifically target the youth audience.  Their focus was Reproductive Justice.  They worked across the US, China, Uganda and India to promote feminism and sexuality and disbanded in 2024.

In 1967, Lyndon Johnson created the Corporation For Public Broadcasting.   In 1969, the CPB talked to private groups to start PBS, an entity intended by the CPB to circumvent controversies caused by certain NET public affairs programs that aired in the late 1960s and threatened opposition by politically conservative public figures, potentially threatening the left leaning liberal future viability.  Warren Magnuson a democrat of the FDR era sponsored the bill for the creation of the CPB. 

PBS is the consolidator news brand within News Hour Productions LLC, a wholly owned nonprofit subsidiary of WETA that produces PBS News Hour, PBS News Weekend and Washington Week with The Atlantic’s Jeffrey Goldberg.  The same Atlantic I discussed yesterday.

A Wikileaks document released in November 2005, makes this statement:  “The November 10 article accuses Soros of undermining the impeached former President of Lithuania, Rolandas Paksas, and of funding the Orange and Rose revolutions in Ukraine and Georgia. Later articles indicate that Russian intelligence services know Soros works for the CIA…”  ~Respublika, a Lithuanian newspaper published since 1989.

Soros working for the CIA would mean that InterNews and the Corporation for Public Broadcasting are CIA assets funded through the DoD, Department of Commerce, USAID, Department of State, Department of Energy, and NGO’s, including The Atlantic which is funded by the Open Society  amongst a plethora of other agencies.  It means, these departments are under the thumb of the CIA which works in conjunction with The Mossad to run the show!  The Show Must Go ON!

According to The Hill, Jeff Goldstein is front and center in the picture as an advisor to Soros.  He currently is the senior advisor for investment activities and strategy in the Department of Commerce CHIPS Program instituted by Biden in 2022.   Connected within this web is the CIA’s NGO Investment Fund, In Q Tel which makes investments in startup Tech – driving funding from the Department of Commerce Soros advisor – Goldstein.  Artificially creating markets – AND profits.

The revelation is that funding for Soros and CIA Operations are routed through numerous departments within the Federal Government, including, but not limited to – USAID.

Goldstein and Chris Canavan, another Soros Fund Management icon, were instrumental in the Victoria Nuland approach to Ukraine – Soros having already invested $1 billion into the country in 2014 – after the Coup.  According to Freedom of Information, Nuland, Soros and Canavan were running the Ukraine operations to obscure who was running the operations in Ukraine.   Which is why the CIA is heavily involved inside Kyiv.  Orchestrating and implementing the only strikes that are accurate against Russia – and still losing.

Saving face from their losses, the CIA allows the ill-equipped and ill-trained Ukrainian troops to take the hits.  Figuratively and literally.

In yet another Wikileaks expose, the CIA poses the question as to whether they are better off maintaining ‘clandestine operations’ across the globe, or open operations exposed and manipulated thru their media propaganda media points.   The point is to find where Americans are likely to sway better so as to maintain covert coups – via demonizing the opposition while funding the rebels.   The point being to hopefully secure a positive view of rogue operations.

As Musk and his stalwart IQ geniuses work thru audits putting KPMG to shame (they are the official outsourced government auditing agency – including NATO – charging millions to reach the result – (‘we cannot issue an opinion due to malfeasance, lack of data, and inability to source documents’), the speed with which they can maneuver is something the Soros/CIA is incapable of maintaining.  As such their only defense to date has been – ‘but, but, but…’. 

Hopefully, KPMG is FIRED!

All of this reveals the Deep State Plan to divest America, Europe and Russia of landscape and citizens was a target that began in the 1930’s when Communists took control.  Communists from the Soviet Union, Bolsheviks who set their sights and sought Global Control – of Health, Wealth, Education, Banking, and Economics in order to subvert and subjugate every nonJew.
