The CDC Works in Conjunction with the DoD and The CIA

The Communicable Disease Center was founded in 1946.  It was a popular year in that the CIA, BLM, SSA, and UNICEF were all founded in the same year under Harry S. Truman.  Truman’s claim to fame continued as he authorized dropping the bombs on Japan, and oversaw the Manhattan Project, the Truman Committee, Marshall Plan, NATO, expansion of the New Deal and served as a Shabbos Goy for his neighbors.  The CDC was established under the US Public Health Service (USPHS) and is considered ‘military’ under US Code.

The Communicable Disease Center was originally tasked with malaria in collaboration with the Rockefeller Foundation.   The Rockefeller’s were prominent throughout the Truman regime and likely shaped the vast majority of his policies and decisions. The Malaria Project was created under the same auspices as the Manhattan Project.  Thousands of mental patients and US Troops unknowingly became Malaria test subjects under the umbrella of the CDC.  The Project tasked doctors with removing malaria from naturally exposed U.S. troops then injecting those strains into people with syphilis and schizophrenia.  Pockets of troops in the South Pacific unwittingly became guinea pigs for potential anti-malaria drugs. But certain treatments were worthless or harmful, leaving numerous service members with lasting organ damage. ~ Karen Masterson.  Those drugs were from the Big Pharma cartel – the Rockefeller Institute.

At this point in history the Rockefellers, Kuhn Loeb, Aldrich, JP Morgan, Weinberg, and Lehman were running the White House.  The Bankers were in charge, the vast majority being Bolshevik/Ashkenazi. 

By the time the CDC for Malaria was formed as a military unit of the government, Malaria in the US was nearly eradicated.  Despite Malaria’s rapid decline, the CDC and Rockefeller decided that spraying DDT inside 6.5 million homes was the best measure.  By this time there were estimated to be roughly 4,000 cases and 150 deaths across the US.  By 1950 there were no more cases. But DDT was continued to be used despite findings it caused reproductive issues. 

And the concept of curing a disease by creating more diseases with the cure became the Big Pharma Mantra with CDC support as of the 1950’s.

Dr. Joseph Mountin was appointed the first Director of the CDC.  His bio asserts he received his medical degree from Marquette University School of Medicine in June 1914, although Marquette did not have a medical program until 1913.  Given Malaria no longer existed, Mountin created the Epidemic Intelligence Service that trains ‘disease detectives’.  Their job entails finding out the root cause of disease – to which they have found – none.

In 1949, given the entire purpose of the CDC in eradication malaria no longer was viable, Dr. Alexander Langmuir expanded the scope to include noncommunicable diseases, environmental health, and family planning, ie abortion.  Within the spectrum of ‘noncommunicable diseases’ is autoimmune diseases which came to be known as those derived from vaccines, such as HEP-B.  In 1957, Langmuir convinced the US Public Health Service to coordinate research with the Department of Defense.  At that time, the infamous Allen Dulles was the Director of the CIA and Neil McElroy was Secretary of the DoD.  McElroy came from the advertising department of Proctor and Gamble… 

Thus, it appears that the CDC was intimately involved in drug developments and psychoanalysis via their coordination in research with the DoD in MKUltra and other nefarious projects undertaken illegally.

The CIA’s Office of Scientific Intelligence organized the project, code-named Project MKUltra, in coordination with the U.S. Army Biological Warfare Laboratories.  Some 80 institutions, including colleges and universities, hospitals, prisons, and pharmaceutical companies participated in the research program. In all, about 150 separate experimental investigations were carried out.

The point person for MKUltra was socialist Sidney Gottlieeb of Jewish immigrant parents. He solicited the necessary subcontractors.  While the agencies involved are protected, they include 33 Universities, 15 research foundations, 12 hospitals and 3 prisons. In addition, the Advanced Research Projects Agency, the Office of Naval Intelligence, and the DoD were involved.  Patients describe the horrors as mental rape – and the uncontrollable need to react with violence.

The CDC is a partner in the National Interagency Confederation for Biological Research at Fort Detrick, specifically with the Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases.  The same Fort Detrick named as the primary source of CoVid 19.  In addition, the National Center For Medical Intelligence (NCMI) works in conjunction with the CDC, and DIA at Fort Detrick. While the CIA also has a medical intelligence unit, the NCMI is the primary organization for classified CoVid 19 information and analysis.  During the 70’s when the CIA was brought to Congress over its assassination and MKUltra protocols, many departments were downsized, renamed, and reorganized to regain obscurity from public view.

Nothing changed.  Instead, secrecy became ‘classified’ and biological warfare was diluted into unassuming agencies, including NIH.  However, all intelligence agencies, all departments within the DoD, many Universities such as John Hopkins and Columbia, a host of NGO’s, and the CDC work in a unified climate at Fort Detrick, the assumed source of CoVid, SARS, HIV, Ebola, and other viruses rescaled for maximum pandemic impact.

All these departments working in conjunction attempt to frame themselves as independent but the reality would be the CIA is in control.  The same CIA involved in the Epstein scandal the Franklin Scandal and the perverse illegal ‘Projects’ wherein humans become torture subjects for warfare gain.  Take away the CIA and they all become ‘dangling participles’.

Federal Government DATA Linked to NGO’s and NBC Universal

Lawyers in DC are crying for Congressionally Approved Funding.   Yet, somehow with their advanced law degrees they fail to cry for the fraudulent use of that Congressionally Approved Funding.   WHY?

Federal Fraud is a criminal offense in which conviction results in fines, imprisonment and restitution.  Once out of jail a person is faced with termination of any previous licenses, employment difficulties, financial strain and loss of reputation.  The best means of serving the lowest possible conviction is primarily based on ‘cooperation’.   That cooperation usually includes naming names.

Given the extent of the fraud uncovered by DOGE, in a corporate atmosphere, forensic accountants would be brought in, IT experts, and the entire financial mechanism of the corporation – outside of basic essential functions – would be put on hold.  Those that don’t ‘cooperate’ would be considered persona non-grata and removed.  All access permanently disabled immediately.

REI Systems is the contractor for all IT at the National Endowment For Democracy, an NGO funded by government grants.  REI is also the IT contractor for the Federal Government’s modernization, including for the Department of Commerce, FDA, General Services Administration, Health Resource Services and the US Immigration Services.  They claim their services with the federal government have improved operational efficiency across the board.

In 2022, the last year NED provided an IRS Form 990, REI was paid over $3million for their IT services.  That same year, NED withheld submitting to an audit.  Their Grant Making totaled $152 million with the largest recipients being International Republican Institute (IRI), The International Democrat Institute (IDI), Solidarity Center and CIPE – $126million. 

The IRI is basically a neoconservative entity that works in alliance with the IDI to initiate protests so as to create coups.  In 2022, their latest Form 990, Revenue was roughly $135 million mostly federal grants.  They have 14 offices across the globe and all their funding is spent on grants outside of the US, including $13.9 million for Iceland and – Greenland…  All grants are given the same descriptive title “Democracy Assistance”.  IRI spent $1.3 million on IT that year. 

IRI’s CEO is Shyam Salona. Their COO is Gregory Garrett who came from Peraton.  Peraton was formed in 2017 and acquired by Veritas Capital.  Veritas CEO is Ramzi Musallam, a billionaire investor whose company invests in products and services to government and corporate clients.  Specifically, the military and defense industry, IT, and Healthcare data business.

In other words – our federal government IT data systems are conjoined via private capital funds that link IT services between NGO’s and the government.  All Data.  Could there have been a ‘back-door’ installed giving access to government data from the NGO’s and the Venture Capital firms?    Ramzi formerly worked for JP Morgan.  Meaning leakers are not the problem as much as material security and cybersecurity breaks in the entire government IT system.

Including to President Trump.

Certainly DOGE’s IT team could investigate the data systems connections  to ascertain whether this has already been done or is in the making.   But the concept of routing everything from personal emails to classified documents to deals with Zelenskky to Russian conversations could potentially be insecure.  

REI Data partners include Microsoft, Sales force, Amazon, Tableau, and Govcon, among others.  Govcon – “a digital marketplace for government contracting”. ADG Digital partners directly with REI whose client list includes:  FDA, GSA, USAID, Department of Energy, FEMA, Department of Health SBA, USDA, NIH, Department of commerce, US immigration Services and – NBC Universal, owned by Comcast and GE. 

The current CEO of NBC Universal is Michael Cavanaugh who previously was co-CEO at JP Morgan.  The Chairman is Cesar Conde who previously worked with Secretary of State Colin Powell, Bill Gates, Obama and was a WEF youth leader.  Kimberly Harris is General Counsel for NBC having previously been deputy counsel and assistant to Obama.

I’m sure there is the CIA lurking in this shadow maze somewhere in this web of cybersecurity non security data ruptures.  At the very least, the Federal Government should NOT be sharing IT data and emails with an organization tied to outside NGO’s and Capital Venture Firms, including Veritas and JP Morgan.

The US International Development Corporation w/in USAID+

The US International Development Corporation operates under the auspices of USAID and ‘other’ agencies within the federal government.   Their purpose is to invest taxpayer dollars into other countries for development projects. DFC’s lending capacity is used to provide loans, loan guarantees, direct equity investments, and political risk insurance for private-sector led development projects, feasibility studies, and technical assistance.  The ‘loans’ charge interest at country level rates which can be as high as 30%.

Their website provides a list of active projects.  The list includes 1431 records over 120 pages.  They include:  Africa regional, Kenya, Zambia, Uganda, Vietnam, India, etc.. etc…  It also lists Ukraine.  Unfortunately, all information regarding the Ukraine funding purpose, who received the funding, and the project label has been Redacted.  “Information has temporarily been redacted, including to protect the safety of implementing partners.”  It is the ONLY project country redacted.

Some of the DFC funding is simply issued to a bank which could simply be a persons off-shore account.  One such investment is to Acorn Holdings Ltd – $180 million to build 38 student housing rental units in Kenya.  The financing is over an 18 year period.  Another project worth $200 million to finance a new credit card company in Colombia. 

As of 2024, the board of directors of DFC was Antony Blinken, Samantha Power, Janet Yellen and Gina Raimondo.  According to their 2024 Report, the Net Cost of operating this revenue and asset building entity operation was a loss of $241.5 million.  The independent audit report stated it could NOT perform an audit and offered no opinion – except to say that the statements were prepared in an accurate fashion.

The Chief Executive Officer of DFC was Scott Nathan, an Obama holdover who has stepped down.  He worked for Podesta’s Center For American Progress which is funded by The Open Society.  Andrew Hauptman also funds Center For American Progress.  His board affiliations include the Israel Policy Forum – funded by the US Government.

Deputy CEO of DFC is Nisha Desai Biswall.  She is also on the board of US Institute For Peace, The Institute For Sustainable Communities, and The Leadership Counsel For Women in National Security – which is funded by Open Society, BAE Systems, Peraton, Lockheed, L3Harris, Microsoft and General Atomics. 

The Leadership Council For Women built a database of nearly 1,000 well-qualified women ready to serve in senior politically appointed positions and shared their profiles with the Biden-Harris Transition Team.  They are embedded throughout the federal government.  Madelaine Albright and Blinken served on its board.

Paraton’s slogan is “We help the intelligence community fight the invisible war…”. Peraton is funded by the US government as part of the burgeoning US Intelligence Community.  Which means that George Soros is directly involved in and has direct access to our federal intelligence divisions including but not limited to:  NSC, CIA, US Special Op Command, NTI, DoD, biological defense programs, CNAS, CSIS, etc.. with control over Antony Blinken and Michelle Flourney who co-founded WestExec Advisors…

David Cohen, Deputy Director of CIA worked also for WestExec.  Secretary of Defense, Robert Work worked for WestExec. Deputy AG, Lisa Monaco worked for WestExec… the list goes on…

In 2022, Teneo bought a majority stake in WestExec.  Teneo Board included Clinton and Tony Blair.  They raised money for the Clinton Foundation, created the slush fund from USAID for Chelsea Clinton, and paid Huma Abedin as a consultant while she was working for Hillary.  Teneo is majority owned by CVC Partners.  CVC is headquartered in the British Channel Islands.

When analyzing the Financial Report for the US International Development Corp, there is no data for any of the 1431 current projects to track interest revenues, or percentage ownership of any asset, or any information regarding past projects.  There is no available tracking of the projects  Giving the impression it is simply a shell wherein billions are laundered into private companies and foreign banks which can’t be accessed. 

While many of the Soros/Clinton regime have been ousted from the Federal Government by Trump, their expanse drills down into an absurd webbing of profit and nonprofit organizations housing every high-end official from the cabinets of Clinton, Bush, Obama and Biden.  Paid for thru government grants, within every Department of the government including the DoD. 

Obama is not the brain-child.  His cabinet came from Clinton.  The Clinton cabinet came from Soros.  The Leadership Council for Women in Security are upper level, they are NOT the trans that were used for the Clown Show in the Open and Transparent government under Biden.  They were a distraction.  The Game Players are still operating.  And their skill-set is not to be under-estimated.

OIL & GOLD: The Middle East and South American Grand Theft

Like Palestine, Iraq was declared a mandatory colony of the British Empire post WWI.   Iraq was given independence in 1932 under the auspices of the Kingdom of Iraq – under Hashemite Rule.  In WWII, The Kingdom of Iraq was used as an air base by the US against the Syria Mandate which was under French rule.  In 1941, the UK and the Soviet Bolsheviks attacked Iraq under Operation Countenance and took control.  The purpose was to ‘secure their oil field’ while simultaneously installing the Shah, Reza Pahlavi, as the Western proxy ruler of Iran.

In other words, the Middle East has never been the Middle East, it has always been a Mandated Colony of the West since the fall of the Ottoman Empire.  Israel wanted the entire Middle East be given to them after the Ottoman fall.  The EU was not so willing. Freedom = slavery to the West.  So, it is no surprise, these colonies might be a bit miffed.  

Syria will be colonized by Israel.  But Germany and France want a piece.  It is like watching jackals on a feeding frenzy having taken down a lion.  Tearing flesh …

When the US decided to assassinate Saddam Hussein, the ensuing two years the country was ruled by The Pentagon until 2005 when Jalal Talabani was installed – a Kurd.  He was loyal to Bush and Obama – doing their will as a Colony.  When Talabani died, the US installed another Kurd, Fuad Masum, a Communist.  He was forced to step down when he illegally appointed a new PM. 

So, the US installed Barham Salih, a Kurd who studied in the UK.  The Kurds represent just 15% of the demographical population in Iraq.  Arabs making up 75%.  What does Iraq have in resources that makes it a Western caliphate forever?  Oil, natural gas, phosphate, sulfur, agriculture products, petro-chemicals and fertilizers.  Because the US confiscates Iraqi petroleum, Iraq imports crude from the UAE. 

There are 27 International oil companies operating in Iraq – drawing their oil.  In Syria, Exxon and Royal Dutch Shell are the prime operators.   Israel wants a piece of the PIE.

 Why does the West need to absorb these Middle East countries?   Oil.  In fact, despite the rhetoric of US being a net exporter, the reality is a bit different: 

2023:  The US consumes 20.25 million barrels per day.  The US produces 12.93 million barrels per day.  The US exports 4.06 million barrels per day.  Leaving a shortage of 11 million barrels per day.  While importing 6.5 million barrels per day.   Contrary to Common Core math at the government level – this does NOT make the US a net exporter in any rationale.  But it does reveal the US is making bank on the elevated gas prices sold at the pump to US citizens as a direct result of ‘shortages’.

The US military in northern Syria steal 66,000 barrels of oil daily, traveling in tankers to Iraq.  From there it is sold on the black market to possibly Israel with profits never recorded on the Pentagon black books.   A lose lose for Americans.  Imports are from Canada, Mexico, Saudi Arabia, Iraq and Colombia.   Iraq and Colombia being colonies of the CIA.   Which is why Venezuela is sanctioned so heavily – they have more oil than Satan.

Today, the US military signed agreements with Trinidad and Tobago allowing for US troops to deploy in their countries.    The islands are a mere 7 miles from the coast of Venezuela.  In addition, the US is planning to install bases in Guyana while Venzeuela and Guyana attempt to work thru a dispute over the Essequibo Strip.

This oil rich, natural gas, and gold strip bordering both Guyana and Venezuela is disputed. In 1966, the UK and US arbitrated which country this strip should belong to.   Guyana won – Venezuela contested.  It remains contested. Guyana sent in Exxon Mobil to drill.  How does this impact the CIA and DoD?  Every deal has to concede to a ‘cut’ of the spoils.  Just like the Drug Trade.  The Child Trafficking Trade.  Those cuts are untraceable/nontaxable funds. 

In 2024, the independent audit of the DoD resulted in a ‘disclaimer’, as in the auditors cannot verify the accuracy.  It failed its 2023 audit – Disclaimer.  It failed its 2022 audit.  It failed its 2021 audit.  It failed its first submission financial report, and their ‘restated financials’ for 2020. Disclaimer.  I stopped looking.   There is no line item for stolen oil and gas – for mercenary payments in gold – or for trafficking profits.

Fair Guess – the DoD has failed every audit for the last 80+ years.  Fair Guess.  The DoD doesn’t give a rats arse.

KPMG is the auditor of every agency of the US government and NATO. 

Fact Checkers vs Critical Thinking: What Is TRUTH?

I have been writing about history because I believe only through unpacking history can we understand truth today.   I was reading an article about Roswell 1947 and how those truths and everything that came after can never be divulged because ‘we humans would literally go insane’.  In other words, supposedly we are held in silent idiocy because we are too fragile to know the truth and only a few within the highest of elite are capable of absorbing the phenomena’s.

Apparently we are being fed bits and pieces of truth to keep us from insanity…  These gatekeepers use Hollywood as a salve to slowly bend the information of the Matrix.  The source?  The Department of Defense.  THAT is the biggest lie.  The same people protecting us from insanity are killing us with wars and pandemics and bad medicine.   Have the gatekeepers always managed humans?

Critical Thinking:  we are told that humans lived for ten thousand years with relatively little advancement in technology, yet have gone from horses as vehicles and pots as toilets to aerospace and massive highrises in 1 century.  Suddenly, humans conceived of all of these inventions just by ‘chance’.    I would ‘guess’ the chances of that happening are 1 in 23 trillion.  The same 23 trillion the Pentagon has LOST in their bookkeeping.  ODD.

The architecture of ancient Rome would be a primary source of question.  We went from this splendor to mud huts and dysentery.  From stone wheels that would survive thousands of years to sloppy wooden wheels on wagons that fell apart when snagged on a stick.  Truth became Fiction.

When confronted with the pyramids, Easter Island, astrology, etc… Science simply creates a fantasy response because they ‘don’t know’.   But the fantasy is labeled Science giving it prestige so the people believe it represents Truth.   Further taking us away from thinking and analyzing.  When this occurs, parts of our brain shutdown from lack of use.  And that lack becomes a genetic failure.

Was Da Vinci an alien?  Was Tesla an alien?   The largest skeleton ever found was 25+ feet long.  Science response – a pituitary malfunction.   Based on what evidence?  NONE.  There are countless remains of human giants being discovered across different continents.  Science declares this is a fraud… Why?  Because the Narrative Has To Fit The Picture.

Of course Science is now Fact Checkers.  Politifact is now owned by the Poynter Institute.  It works in collaboration with the Washington CIA Post, the Washington CIA CNN, Knight Foundation, and the Annenberg Foundation of elitism.  This media outlet is also funded by the US Government thru the CIA outlet, Voice of America.   They claim the giant skeletons are all a mirage.

These Fact-Checkers are given media awards for spinning.  Reading scripts.  The vast majority have no education in journalism, yet they ALL graduate magnum com laude.  Like AOC, their degrees are questionable. 

So what qualifies a person to be a ‘fact-checker’?

  1. First type in the headline you want to fact check into Google to see if anyone else has called out the information as false.
  2. Check to see what all the other MSM are saying about the topic.
  3. Check out the biographies of the experts to see if they have the knowledge and experience to say what they say.
  4. I refuse to go on – because this is making me nauseous.

What qualifies someone as an ‘expert’?

Here’s my Kamala version of a response (made up):  In order to be an expert you must become an expert as recognized by other experts who are identified as expert by their expertise. 

The Official Expert Definition of Expert:  An expert can be believed, by virtue of credentials, training, education, profession, publication or experience, to have special knowledge of a subject beyond that of the average person, sufficient that others may officially rely upon the individual’s opinion on that topic.

In other words, being an expert means your opinion has more ‘value’ than everyone else’s.  What gives it ‘value’?  Education.  Is there a degree in ‘Truth’?  When the debaters Fact-Checked Trump, did they already know his answers before he stated them?  How else could they factcheck without research?   ABC Linsey Davis:  Script reader with a degree in Communication.  She claims she ‘delivers stories’. 

Science is theory.  It is opinion.  Facts are no longer even considered.  Evidence is theorized.  And History has been rewritten to protect the peasants from knowing the Truth because we are too ignorant to accept it as TRUTH and must be Deceived.

THE US Government Accounting Office for The Pentagon….

The US GAO has a whisper for the Pentagon, “psst, we just figured out that in 2022, seven out of 16 weapon systems had sustainment cost growth above the thresholds identified in law.  Do you think you could take a look at this before it goes public?”   Sustainment costs include costs for repair parts or personnel and account for about 70% of a weapon system’s total cost.   Some weapon systems saw cost overruns of 183%.  That would be typical ‘tricky dick’ accounting  methodologies according to Garp.

Apparently the repairs incurred on the field in Ukraine were massive given the Pentagon would have to send specialists making $300,000 per year to Ukraine to rebuild pieces of junk inventory that were subsequently blown up.   And there was no specific category to bury the costs.   Or maybe a few dozen mercenaries were ‘recategorized’ as ‘weapon repair’.  In either event, The Pentagon is once again underwater and needs more Ukraine aide to cover their arses.

GAO II:   The Office of Personnel Management, which oversees health insurance for 8 million federal workers and their families at a cost of more than $60 billion a year, has never checked the eligibility of those on its rolls.   These scams are thought to cost US taxpayers $3 billion per year – of course, that figure is likely much higher given that the organization NOT overseeing the costs is the same organization estimating the fraud.  The Fraud has been ongoing for at least 14 years…

GAO III:   Climate Change could unearth buried nuclear waste and cause massive contamination in oceans.   “In Greenland, chemical pollution and radioactive liquid are frozen in ice sheets, left over from a nuclear power plant on a US military research base where scientists studied the potential to install nuclear missiles.”   Those ice sheets are melting…  What is the government doing?   Screaming for aide for Ukraine.

GAO IV:   A recent report by the U.S. Government Accountability Office reveals poor living conditions inside military barracks – from mold and exposed sewage, to broken windows, nonexistent HVAC systems and more.

These living conditions would qualify as toxic waste contamination in any other ordinary setting – and the barracks would be scraped while 50000 tons of dirt would be used to attempt to absorb the chemicals.

This is what your Commanders think of our soldiers.   This is what we pay for while Congressional leaders keep pocketing $100’s of millions in insider stock manipulation.  This is beyond abhorrent!   SEND MORE $$$$$$$ to Ukraine….

Not ONE Congressional member has addressed any of these hideous discrepancies.   Instead, they print more money to initiate coups in Russia and Iran – their current targets.   So how corrupt is our government?

The Departments of the government are required to have put together annual financial statements.   The last one available is FY 2022:

Total Assets – $3,521,784,000

Total Liabilities – $3,742,863,000

NET IN THE HOLE – $221,079,000 2022

The biggest increase in Liability/cost was for Federal Employee and Veteran Benefits…  Huh?

The Net from 2021 which was a positive of $255million means the Dod overspent by roughly $529 million in 2022 – for Ukraine…  Someone is seriously lying somewhere….

The very Independent Audit done for the Department of Defense is conducted by the US Government’s Inspector General Office.   The current head of the Inspector General Office is Michael Horowitz, a Jewish Harvard Lawyer appointed by Obama.  His career was noteworthy in that it was quite indistinct.   The Inspector General Office is tasked with conducting investigations of all employees – within itself.   The purpose of which is to identify waste, abuse, integrity…   There is no term limit for this position.  Perusing the current cases on the docket for the Inspector General, and the vast majority are prison related…

Fines and penalties captured by these various agencies, including the Inspector General Office can go to the General US Treasury, or… they can be disbursed by the agency to ‘programs to help victims’.   No accounting involved…

For example:  The fine allocations differ for each department and can sometimes go to programs that help victims. When the Securities and Exchange Commission fined J.P. Morgan $13 billion in 2013,  $2 billion went to the U.S. Treasury to settle claims, $7 billion went to state and federal housing agencies and $4 billion went to help struggling homeowners.

There are two relative abnormies:   1.   if the Inspector General is ONLY allowed to investigate within itself how could it bring a case against JP Morgan – unless JP Morgan was a government banking entity… And 2.   Why don’t US Taxpayers have a shred of a say?   But we are supposed to believe the disposition of these extraordinary fines in the billions annually, despite no evidence that this revenue showed up on any Agency Financial Statement.  We just accept – pinky swear.

How much is skimmed off the top of these black books transactions?   Trillions?  Who is being paid off?  Does the money just go back to the Banker under the table?

According to JP Morgan’s Financial Report for 2013 – their legal costs, including representation and related fees, amounted to a total of $8.5 billion.   Assets under management were $2.3 Trillion – and life was GOOD.   Eliminating legal costs to fight the lawsuit, there is a government surplus of $5 billion not paid  by JP Morgan.   Why would the government artificially inflate/create revenue?

From an accounting standpoint artificial inserts are typically called plugs – “PLUGS are used when the assets and liabilities don’t align” and it will cost more to find the error(s) than to push a plug.   If the BS is short on assets to liabilities = the equalizer would be a PLUG.  As in plug the hole.   Normal corporations might plug anywhere from $hundreds to $multiple hundreds of thousands… maybe.   But no reputable CPA would sign off on those sort of numbers.

VOILA!   A Government Sign-off….  Problem Solved.

It is fair to conclude that every succeeding member of Congress has some knowledge of this flim-flam job and voluntarily chooses to ignore these massive failures… How much does that cost?   More than we want to imagine.

The problem with hiring 22 million people is you now must bribe – 22 million people.   That could get quite expensive.  And the depth of the Black Books becomes unfathomable.   A century of fakery.  90% of my job history was fixing.   Every corporation no matter how elite tended to hire their friend’s step-brother’s neighbor whose daughter knows somebody that took an accounting course in high school….  And then they can’t quite wrap it around their pea-brain that maybe the IRS won’t accept a plug of $15,000,000 on Assets of $150,000,000…  DANG.

Department of Defense Run By Incompetent Boobs

African states are splintering. There are two factions; the ones accepting US/France colonization and those who declare their sovereignty.   In the quest for Chips and Minerals, the US reliance on China is seen as purgatory.   Having been culled from other nations, the US is now looking for Namibia to be their regime.   Given both the President and Prime Minister are US trained groupies, Namibia’s government will likely give the US whatever it wants.

With a GDP over $12 billion, Namibia has a poverty rate over 50%.   But the US sees the country as a potential for colonizing their resources. In particular: diamonds, oil, copper, uranium, and rare earth metals necessary for building defense systems. Currently, Namibia’s export partners include;   South Africa, China, Belgium, Botswana, and Germany. The US is about to levy a heavy hand.

The countries with the greatest reserves in rare earth minerals are: China, Vietnam, Brazil and Russia.

As the US Military transfers weapons to Taiwan, General Milley has warned the US State Department that creating WWIII in Taiwan will not end well.   Why?   Our stock of military weapons is on empty. Perhaps we should curtail arming other countries like Afghanistan, Algeria, Argentina, Austria, Australia, Brunei, Barkino Faso, Bulgaria, Brazil and Barundi – and that’s just the A’s and B’s….

The US needs a friendly ally in Taiwan. They are the major supplier of chips to the US – and until that changes, the US will continue to court Taiwan.   That shift is scheduled to occur in 2025 when the newly constructed largest in the world Intel chip plant in Ohio is operational. At that point the Taiwan courtship is over, and the need has been resolved.  As is protocol, the US is likely to hand Taiwan to China and be done with it. Unfortunately, the Biden Administration has already made the declaration so there is no walking back the intent.

China provided necessary components for the US Military Industrial Complex. China decoupling was a mistake. The US Cabalists fatal error was not having ‘alternatives’ in place before demonizing the bad boy China.   Now the fence is wobbly and no one seems to communicate leaving grandiose holes in the US trade partnerships.   Including those rare earth metals/minerals necessary to restock weapon inventories! Hence – rape the African nation Namibia is the alternative presented by Center For Strategic Studies.

Recently Zelenskyy declared that he had personally seen the stocked US warehouses filled with weapons that should all be transferred to Ukraine for safe keeping.   Not sure why our military thought it wise to show Zelenskyy the US stockpile – but then Zelenskyy has risen to heights of godly proportions in the bobble heads of the US Military and Congress.

Soon the IRS will have more ammo than the US military!

Between 2018 and 2022, before the war, 29 countries were arming Ukraine.   The US, Poland, UK and Germany were the largest suppliers. This would give every indication that the war was being staged 4 years before it occurred.

Zelenskyy made his debut into the world as a gay porn dancer and yet the liberals who adore him demand that the US President be of the moral and ethical values of a saint. An odd excursion into OZ.

Today our esteemed military is asking for assistance from citizens who might have spotted an F-35 crash landing followed by its explosion into a fireball… which is somehow nontrackable by the entire Military.   Because somehow, the esteemed agents of defense who can train Ukrainian pilots in the US can’t find an $80 million lost jet.   The fact that Ukrainians were slated to begin training in the US as of September 15, alludes to the situation.   The pilot ejected from an operational jet. The jet originated from the Marine Corp base in Beaufort S.C. which hosts one F-35 training squadron.

The scuttle is that the jet lost its tracking capability ( the mishap).   Tracking and surveillance equipment are powered by rare earth minerals. Did Lockheed skip corners?   Lockheed Martin’s F-35 stealth fighter uses 920 pounds of rare earths per plane in its electronic warfare systems, targeting radars, and electric motors.

Lockheed Martin makes the F-35 Lightening II.   Their quarterly financials for September thru December 2022 revealed: Net Income up 444%, EPS up 441%, Net Change in Cash up 1242%.   In 2022, Lockheed won a $30 billion DoD contract for 398 F-35’s for the US Military, International Partners and Foreign Military sales. 268 of the 398 are presold to Switzerland, Czech Republic, Canada, Germany, Finland and Greece.   The money for these international sales comes from – US Taxpayers giving Lockheed its profit.

Technically, that should mean every US Taxpayer has a share value in Lockheed.

March 2023, Lockheed sold its UK Seabed Resources company to Norway. UKSR holds two seabed exploration licenses in the Pacific Ocean’s Clarion-Clipperton Zone (CCZ), a 4.5 million square kilometre (1.7 million square mile) swathe of sea floor lined with potato-sized rocks rich in resources such as: coal, diamonds, uranium, zinc, platinum, palladium, cobalt, copper, nickel, and manganese.  And rare earth minerals.

Apparently ruining our oceans is far more valuable than preserving relations with countries that have the minerals.   The authority to destroy our oceans comes from the UN initiative, International Seabed Authority based in Jamaica.

The logic:   1.   Decouple from the only source of rare minerals – China. 2. Have no alternative in place.   3. Consider the US colony Namibia as a potential source for lost rare earth minerals forcing current trade partners out of business. 4. Tax US Taxpayers to give their money to Lockheed to build 268 F-35’s for sale to other countries. 5. Tell Lockheed to sell their seabed exploration licensed company to Norway for an undisclosed amount initially financed by US Taxpayers who do not get reimbursed for its sale.  6.  Train Ukrainian pilots who don’t speak English on $80 million F-35’s.

Ukraine Black Sea Grain Deal: A Trafficking Hub

As the rhetoric goes, Russia publicly declared that they would not renew the Ukraine Black Sea Grain Deal.   The Deal was launched last summer with specific guarantees to Russia – as well as Ukraine.   Problem: The West didn’t uphold their side of the Deal and continued to levy sanctions on Russian fertilizer and grain including shipping and insurance issues.   Every major media in the West is tasked with promoting the same story – same verbiage – same dastardly notations.   Same Propaganda.

What they don’t inform is the fact that Ukraine’s entire cereal exports account for just $9 billion in total value, representing 19% of total exports.   Or 1% of its GDP.   In fact, Ukraine’s trade has been highlighted to show that cereals account for the majority of its exports.   However, according to UN Comtrade – of all goods exported – “Other” represents the largest category at 40%.

Headlines:   “The Needy Will Die!”   “We Feed The World”.   What needy, 90% to 95% of Ukraine’s cereal exports were actually sent to the EU.   Not Africa or Moldova, or Pakistan.   Poland declared the grain spoilt and agreed to allow livestock to consume it.   Since then, Poland has declared they will be a transit line – not a hub for Ukraine grain.

The Deal meant that Ukrainian ships could freely move about the Black Sea without restrictions. But there are numerous oddities about Ukraine’s and the West’s assertions:

  1. It is unknown what is truly in the shipping or railway containers. Given Ukraine was a shipping point for child and slave trafficking – could that be why the West is so incensed?
  2. The grain did NOT go to the nations in need – but was sent to transit points in the EU.
  3. The global trade of cereals represents just $159 billion.   Meaning Ukraine at its best accounts for roughly 5%.
  4. Top exporters of cereals:    US, Argentina, India and Russia.
  5. Russia called on the West, the UN and Turkey to abide by the Contract and relieve sanctions that target Russia’s ability to ship grain.   Not once – but every single time Russia agreed to extend the Deal, despite the West, aka US, not adhering to the Russian side..
  6. The amount of cereals exported by Ukraine has already been surpassed by Russia and Argentina –
  7. What’s The Grain?

Obviously there is something else afoot – and given the amplified concern over grain – it is much more likely that the grain housed something else much more profitable.   Something along the lines of Drugs, organs, Women slaves, and children.

Something is very amiss.

  • According to the World Integrated Trade, the category “Other” Trade is labeled “service” = $15.5 billion exported on $10.7 billion imported.
  • Farm workers have also become war conscripts, leaving farmers high and dry to tend what’s left of fields. Zelenskyy initiated exemptions for ‘some farmers’. Locals declare that doubling conscripts ignored the exemption. And training consisted of five days.

According to Ukraine’s agriculture calendar as provided by the US, Ukraine has only just harvested its agriculture products, ie winter wheat and corn and nothing has been exported since last summer and fall. Yet a row with Poland last April was about spoilt grain imports that were ‘subsidized’. Who is subsidizing Ukraine grain?   USAID.

And where did Ukraine get grain to export in April?

At the time of the row with Poland, the Minister of Agriculture, Henryk Kowalczyk, was criticized for accepting Ukraine ‘grain’ and profiting from its sale.   He was immediately terminated just hours before he was set to meet with Zelenskyy.   10% for the other Big Guy.

When the Black Sea deal was created Zelenskyy declared that Ukraine would serve the global good and export its grain to Sudan, Somalia, and Yemen.   Sudan received nothing from Ukraine but instead imported from Russia, Argentina, and Romania.   Somalia imported from Russia. Yemen’s wheat came from Canada, India, Russia and US.   Ukraine?   Nada.

So again – what exactly did Ukraine transport in those 1080 ships that left port last fall?

US Department on Trade:  “Ukraine is one of the world’s top agricultural producers and exporters and plays a critical role in supplying oilseeds and grains to the global market.”   In whose reality?

During CoVid, Ukraine’s economy ranked 119th.  Ukraine’s median wealth in 2018 was $40.   GDP PP was $3,881- estimated. given Ukraine has no bookkeeping.  During Covid Ukraine took a complete shutdown as a solution – destroying its economy. Grain output slumped by 40%.   Fields died.

Zelenskyy has adamantly proclaimed that Ukraine has received some $40 billion from the US in aide.   Yet Biden’s Black Book declares the US has spent $130 billion+.   Zelenskyy has declared that 70% of US arm shipments end up on the black market.   Yet the DoD does nothing, says nothing, hears nothing…   Now US Taxpayers are told that  money sent to Ukraine came from US Social Security Department… a department that routinely declares it is BROKE!

And here it is before edits:   In 2017, according to World Bank, Ukraine’s shadow economy accounted for 37% of GDP.   That would translate to “Other Services” in imports and exports.  That would include child trafficking, organ trafficking and slave trafficking.

The fact that The US Department of Defense refuses to account for ANY of Ukraine’s funding, the fact that Biden signed an EO giving Lloyd Austin the power to declare a National Emergency, the fact that Ukraine’s shadow economy accounts for 40% of trade, the fact that Ukraine has been embroiled in Child trafficking, organ trafficking, drug trafficking – should IMPACT American People in the complete breakdown of the US Government and its NGO’s.

200 US BIOLOGICAL WEAPON Labs Across The Globe …

The US Military under the auspices of the Department of Defense has over 200 biological labs across the globe. Many are in Africa, including: cort d’Ioivre, Uganda, Senegal, Liberia, Kenya, Cameroon, etc… The also have one in Kazakhstan, Georgia, Ukraine, and Afghanistan.   The largest in the US covers 800,000 acres in Utah, The Dugway Proving Ground, which has operated since 1942.   At this Biologic Site, Aerial nerve agent testing involves open-air release of agent toxins which is estimated to be 500,000 lbs of nerve agents and at least 328 open air tests of biological weapons.

ALL of which are then airborne –

Walter Reed Armed Forces Research Institute opened two primary labs in the 1960’s in Thailand and Kenya. The lab in Thailand, The Armed Forces Research Institute of Medical Sciences is a leading lab in CoVid. It works in conjunction with USAID, CDC, WHO, foreign governments, and NGO’s.   The US Army declares it is a leading proponent of vaccine development over four categories:   (1) diseases that spread easily in densely populated areas (respiratory and dysenteric diseases); (2) vector-borne diseases (disease carried by mosquitoes and other insects); (3) sexually transmitted diseases (hepatitis, HIV, and gonorrhea); and (4) diseases associated with biological warfare.

Karen Kingston is a former Pfizer analyst and current whistleblower providing valuable information regarding the CoVid “viral gene based therapy” which was authorized under Pfizer BioNTec and approved under the name Comirnaty August 2021.

According to Kingston, Phase 1, 2, and 3 trials all occurred simultaneously using a very small volunteer sample of around 3,000 with adverse events being provided and then redacted by the DoD prior to being sent to the FDA.   The agency within the DoD is the Office of Health Affairs.   Adverse events included ‘death’.    Kingston claims that the Dod redacted information that would have made the vaccine unapprovable by the FDA.

In an Open Access paper written by 4 Chinese at the University of Massachusetts Medical School titled, Viral Vector Platforms – Published February 2021, it discusses the failure of this method of curing a mutation.   The CoVid mRna ‘vaccine’ was actually viral based Gene Therapy introduced to cause the mutation.

Gene Therapy is the treatment of a genetic disease by the introduction of specific cell function-altering genetic material into a patient.   The key step in gene therapy is efficient gene delivery to the target tissue/cells, which is carried out by gene delivery vehicles called vectors.

The conclusion of the authors was:   “Treatment of patients with this class of investigational drugs has resulted in severe adverse effects and, even in rare cases, death.”

The CDC is currently siting a ‘study’ of over 50,000 employees of the Cleveland Clinic published January 2022 in which they compared unvaccinated who had CoVid with the Vaccinated.   Oddly, the study omits the 10,000 of the pool who were not vaccinated and never had the virus.   A 20% lost value.     The end study result showed that there was no significant difference among any groups.

FYI: The CDC Website continues to highlight healthcare workers and patient pictures with diaper masks instead of the newly regulated N-95…  

AND just to make your twiddles TWEEK – Governor Newsome and Magic Johnson were pictured multiple times at a football game bumping fists and yelling without any mask at all despite the California Mandates.

This is why the maskless Bandit Bojo who was seen at multiple parties having a grand old time maskless during strict UK Lockdown is simply the truism to the perpetuated lie.   TO his defense, Bojo immediately lifted ALL Mandates. As in Poof – no more – they don’t exist.   While Parliament demands his immediate resignation, it would appear we are witnessing the defection within the Cartel Cabalists.

Ultimately, what these infractions and the Ukraine/Russia propaganda reveal is a massive attempt to distract from the Literal criminally Illegal actions that have been perpetrated by Dod, CIA, FBI, State DA’s, Governors, Senators, Congressional Representatives, the FDA, the CDC, WHO, NIH, NAIAD, and a host of NGO’s.   The extent of the fraud and murder charges are unfathomable.   In a Real World Scenario – the incarcerated would number in the THOUSANDS if not Hundreds of Thousands Globally.

We have corrupt AG’s determining their own corruption – et al.   It is so far removed from what Americans were led to believe in our own government that many cannot comprehend.   Attempting to explain and educate would be met with blocked brick walls.  And it is to those that still can’t see the disintegration of all values, morays, and ethics – that we appeal.

The Clinton/Obama/Bloomberg/Rothschild/Rockefeller/Morgan/ Cabalists are only 1% of the extent of global evil.  

Reading comments on the fray of various media sites, the American peoples are considered the root – instead of these Cabalist frays.   And in such instigation, any war will target American Peoples.   The ultimate misnomer. But one that the Cartel continually inserts for a global hatred of Americans – instead of the Cartel itself.

China Sanctioned For Brain Control Weaponry

The Biden Handlers are sanctioning China’s military medical research for surveilling the Uyghurs.   In addition, they seemingly inadvertently stated that one such facility makes ‘brain control weaponry’.  

“Mind control technologies are weapons which use electronic microchip implants, nanotechnologies, microwaves and/or electromagnetic waves to subvert an individual’s sense of control over their own thinking, behavior, emotions or decision making by attacking the brain and nervous system.”

In 2015, Russia accused the US of making such technology and forcibly implanting chips in humans. In 2018 DARPA acknowledged they were working on mind-controlled troops connected to weapons.   In 2018, journalist, Curtis Waltman of MuckRock, filed a FOIA request with the Washington State Fusion Center. What he received instead from the Department of Homeland Security was not what he requested, but far more insidious:   EM Effects On The Human Body. The file detailed a drawing of a human with arrows pointing to various systems that could be manipulated:   Forced memory blanking. Controlled dreams. Induced changes to hearing. Intense forced pain like hot needles piercing flesh. Wild flailing with periods of rigor mortis. Intense itching. Itching inside eyelids. Forced movement of jaw. Reading and broadcasting thoughts. Forced waking visions. Microwave hearing. Manipulation of hands. On and On and ON!

Esteban Santiago-Ruiz, a veteran who served in the Puerto Rico and Army National Guard for 7 years, moved to Alaska in 2015.   He went to an FBI office in 2016 and claimed the CIA was speaking to him through his television. The CIA told him that if he did not do as they said, they would cause him escalating pain in his head until he did.  The FBI claimed he was a mental case and dismissed his claims.   Subsequently, he got on a plane to Florida and opened fire in the Broward County airport randomly killing 5 and injuring 40.

Timothy McVeigh claimed the US Army had implanted a chip in his brain – also a veteran, McVeigh became known as the Oklahoma City Bomber.

David Voigts is an ex-Navy officer and a whistleblower. He claims he has been tortured since January 2012 via electronics warfare. He sights the Havanna Syndrome as such a diplomat targeted mind control warfare perpetrated by unknown sources.

Dr. Katherine Horton is a scientist who studied physics at Oxford University, where she obtained her Masters of Physics and then went on to get her PhD. She is a high energy physicist and system analyst. She worked for years at CERN in Geneva. She has been gangstalked by Military Intelligence agents.

While it is difficult to discern between these accounts and what they are labeled, Schizophrenic, the CIA has been actively ensconced in this sort of parapsychosis since the 1950’s:   BLUEBIRD, ARTICHOKE, MKULTRA, MKSEARCH and MKNAOMI.  

While the initial precipitous reasoning for mind control was to create the ‘perfect military soldier’ who would operate according to the controller, as opposed to his own instincts, the nefarious world saw a different application.

Controlling human behavior thru pain would ultimately dehumanize the person to the point of AI.   Work 16 hours a day.   Never counter your orders.   Life is a computerized version of humanity.   Death is not a consequence, it is a ritual.

And then there are the worst case scenarios involving sex trafficking, child sexual assault, and suddenly the defense attorney for Ghislaine Maxwell comes to mind as she proclaims that the accounts of the witnesses against Ghislaine could be construed as faulted.   Their memory called into account…  As in Chipped.

Maxwell’s lead attorney is Bobbi Sternheim.   Her renowned clients include Osama bin Laden’s henchmen – al-Qaeda Chief Khalid–al Fawwaz, and Minh Quang Pham as well as numerous Mafia of Notoriety. A strange Choice to be sure… and not one that presumes a verdict of innocence.

AFTER MKUltra was uncovered within the CIA – it was a full 25 years since their program was activated before any action was taken.   The 1970’s trial saw that the CIA pinky swore they would never do it again…   Of course since then it has also been uncovered that there is $21 trillion ‘missing from the Department of Defense’.   As in two books.   $21 trillion.

The idiocy in declaring Russia or China as ‘creating’ this warfare tactic – has brought the intelligence offices down on their own knees as their deviance rises to the surface.   Revealing the likely use of military veterans and other susceptible citizens to experiments within the guise of mass murder a viable CIA/Military joint exercise – is the true Nazi Regime. .

But stupidly accusing China of engaging in the same mind control warfare and sanctioning their facilities today – only opened their own Pandora Box. That has existed for 70+ years…  And they have perfunctorily proclaimed in such announcement that they are infinitely and arrogantly ABOVE THE LAW.
