FBI: Kash Patel’s FBI Stats Appear To Be Fragmented

Kash Patel claims that the FBI has arrested 300% More people in 2025 vs Biden in 2024 – yet he also asserts crime is down 20%…   Can they both be true?  Yes and No.  The data for 20% is actually for 2024 per the last time the FBI updated its crime statistics.  The last data available is October 2024 thru August 2025.  The Caveat:  2021 Expanded Homicide Data includes fewer homicides due to an overall decrease in participation from agencies that are not yet reporting via NIBRS.

Crime didn’t go up during the Pandemic – the reporting system changed and estimates were inserted for the cities and states not reporting.  Example:  FBI claims there have been zero homicides in Alabama for 2026.  Alabama records 8 as of January 9th.  The property crime rate between 2000 and 2020 had been on a steady decline dropping by roughly half well before Kash Patel. Assault is now the third largest crime per prison statistics behind rape and murder.

NIBRS:   As of May 2024, police agencies serving cities and counties with a population over 250,000 are reporting to NIBRS covering a total US population of 76.7 million or 22%.  Numbers Don’t Lie…  unless they are creatively created to enhance what you want them to.  Crime has thus become a political manipulation just like everything else.  When Kash raved about his arrest record, the bigger question would be; ‘how many were criminally charged and went to jail?’  Second Question would be; ‘what were their crimes?’

The number of people incarcerated in federal, state, local, and juvie remains unchanged for a decade – roughly 2 million.  But the numbers include those people who have not had a trial and may be innocent.  20% are there for simple drug possession and 34% are in prison for ‘violent crimes’ which includes murder, manslaughter, rape, robbery, and assault. 

Clarifying Assault: “ Legal assault is an intentional act making someone reasonably fear immediate harmful or offensive contact, even without physical touching.”  As Pam Bondi sat in a Miriam Adelson seminar she recounted an incident at Florida State University wherein a female student verbally attacked and harassed a male student for wearing an IDF shirt. The entire altercation lasted about 10 seconds.  After being informed by the university president, Pam Bondi put on her big girl pants and contacted Florida’s attorney general and law enforcement, saw the case proceed through the system, and the student responsible expelled.  The boy is pressing battery charges despite the girl not touching him.

The girl’s entire life is now solidified in Hell because she said, ‘Fark You”.  That’s who we put in jail.  Not the pedophiles whose feelings might get hurt, ~ Trump. Bondi actually took a bow for her bravery in destroying this 20 year old girl’s life.

With the DOJ and Trump hyperfocused on AntiSemitism prosecutions, our judicial system collapses even further into itself.  Under Biden’s Regime we saw murderers go free and now under Trump we have free-speech advocates jailed.  But only when that speech presents as antisemitism which is then redefined as assault.  All a person has to do is make the assertion  – they believed a threat might occur.  And a person’s life would be instantly ruined.  Two decades ago, the system became obsessed with fake rape charges.  The incident rate became so prevalent that a new specialized class of attorneys were born.  Defending young men, many of whom saw their lives blown apart and jailed based on vindictive young women.

The US ranks fifth in the world for incarceration.  Fighting for first position under El Salvador, Cuba, Rwanda and Turkmenistan. 

By contrast, Trump has commuted the sentence of a Jewish man, Jacob Deutsch, convicted of $50 million mortgage fraud.  44 of Trump’s individual pardons were convicted of money laundering, bank fraud, campaign finance, insider trading, and wire fraud. Some of the billionaires, all wealthy.  With these pardons, restitution is also alleviated.   But some little girl who said “Fark you” to a weak kneed Jewish boy is the focus of Pam Bondi’s arrests?

We have traded an Alzheimer Patient for a Narcissistic Psychopath to run the Greatest Country on Earth – into the ground so that a bunch of Looney Tunes in Davos can Run The Greatest Show On Earth – a carnival.

Kash Patel’s FBI Data Explorer site remains locked claiming to end reporting as of August 5, 2025.  Incident Data By State is through 2022 giving the appearance that the Data Patel provides is falsified earning him the award for criminally obscuring data and making harmful negligent statements without factual evidence.   He should be indicted for FRAUD.

America’s Terrorism – Brought To You By The CIA & FBI

The identity of the body in the Tesla was based on an ID that miraculously was barely burned.   The coroner says the person in the vehicle died before the explosion.  Early police reports claimed the explosion was detonated remotely.  As in a bomb-phone?  Like Netanyahu boasted about.  The man’s wife has yet to come forward and not one ‘reporter’ has attempted to interview her.  This is right up there with the Thomas Crooks fiasco that was never investigated.

In a text, Steven did mention that he was building drones for the military and was excited about this new adventure.  Contrary to NBC, Steven was not veteran, he was active military.   Did he know something he shouldn’t about the drones he was building?   

It was October 1, 2017 when Stephen Paddock was stated to be the mass murderer.  No motive was ever discovered.  He brought 24 firearms and 1000 rounds of ammunition killing 60 people and injuring another 867.  The FBI and ATF responded.  The story changed multiple times.  The first ‘preliminary report’ was released 3 ½ months later.  Conspiracy theories abounded – The Atlantic Council responded by chastising social media for not censoring.  The case was shelved.  Paddock was cremated by the coroner and his ashes given to his brother.   No funeral.

There was no funeral for Thomas Crooks either – his body was cremated by the coroner.  What happened to all those overseas bank accounts the FBI located?  There was no body for Osama bin Laden.   Epstein. 

It is interesting to note that both the FBI and ATF Directors are lawyers with no experience in criminal applications.  In fact, Christopher Wray’s Bachelors degree was in ‘philosophy’.  It is further notable that Christopher’s Wray’s appointment in Trump’s first Presidency was conferred via Chrispy Crème Christie  – who has revealed himself to be a Trump hater.

Why were the police in New Orleans instructed to lie in their press conference?  Who has authority over the local police?   FBI and ATF.  What would they gain by not claiming the attack was rooted in terrorism? 

The narrative has holes:  FBI claims an unidentified neighbor stated Jabbar was leaving permanently  and didn’t need his belongings even though he was considered ‘money deficient’.  After allowing ‘the press’ to walk through the home of Shamsud-Din Jabbar, leaving explosives, a laptop, his driver’s license and credit card, his clothes, a suitcase on the floor, his car key, the open Quran…and other evidence for her to photograph, the police have decided to go back to the home today…  

The word used by the ‘journalist’ walking through his home was to describe the house AFTER the FBI ransacked it as – disarray.  Cupboards open and a towel on top of the dryer… As though implicating Jabbar of the crime of disarray post ransack.   When looking at the desk, it appears as though the items have been placed there in a staging display.  I am reminded of the documents the FBI claimed were ‘classified’ in Trump’s home.  Same staged array.

STAGED.  He had every intention of returning.

Meaning this was not pre-meditated.  Meaning the orchestrators of the Paddock terrorism are alive and well today – all messages to Trump.

Perhaps the warning is to back off or they will escalate their violence against Americans.  Two attempted assassinations.  Failed.  Purposefully?   Warnings?   Three planes.  And a memory:  January 2017, Estoban Santiago, Army Reserves stationed in Alaska.  He visited his command office several times complaining that they had put a device in his head and it was making him do things he couldn’t control.   They ignored him.  He got on a plane heading to Fort Lauderdale, carrying his gun, and opened fire inside the airport.

No motive ever found. 

Interestingly, every article written on Santiago was altered extensively including where he was born and his current status as a Reserve officer at the time of the shooting.  Ultimately creating a completely different person and a completely different version of his past to remake who he was – from awarded ten medals – to discharged for disciplinary measures.  Even altering which airline he traveled on.  The person who identified Estoban was Democrat Rep Bill Nelson.  Their relationship is not known. 

Guns vs Mental Health CRISIS In America

Gun Violence.   We have mass shooters and we have ganglanders.  Ganglanders perpetrate the vast majority of ALL shooting deaths.  Most often amongst themselves and other gangs.  Occasionally they miss and take out children and bystanders.   The Democrat rationale is to do nothing.   Poor underprivileged guys doing what guys like to do – kill each other.   Yawn.   No repercussions.  Mass shooters.  Vast majority are undergoing mental health behavioral problems and are taking some kind of psyche drug.   Vast majority are already known to the FBI for their potential propensities.   What roll does the FBI play in these shootings?

There are four forms of psyche drugs being pumped into children:  Antidepressants, anti-stimulants, stimulants, and antipsychotics.   In Canada, 9% of the youth population between 3 and 19 are on some form of mental health drug.  But not all mental health issues are mental health issues – parents are asking doctors for prescription psyche drugs for their toddlers due to ‘irritability’.  

33% of children in foster care are prescribed a psychotropic drug.  Stories abound of children drugged into zombie territory taking 10 to 15 different psychotropics as young as 10.   The same is said for immigrant children shuttled across the border.  The Federal Government forces them to take these drugs because the federal government has traumatized them.   In the last ten years, teen suicide rates have gone up 60%.

It Isn’t The Guns!  It’s The Drugs!

The most common drug given to children 8 and above is Fluoxetine (generic Prozac).  It lists 24 different side effects, with the caveat, that isn’t the entire list.   One such side effect is suicide and thoughts of death.  Others include psycho-mania.    The latest shooter falls into this generalization of mental health issues and prescribed drugs.

North America has the highest psyche drug use in the world, Asia has the lowest:  America = 168 DDD per 1,000 compared to Asia = 5.6 DDD per 1,000. 

The opioid crisis is a Big Pharma Crisis.  Nothing is being done to curb either.  In fact, the Opioid crisis is being treated with free opioids, and the mass shooting mental health crisis is being treated with amping up psyche drugs!   Why?  Profits. 

Merck’s latest financial data shows that net profits are up 33.86% as of 12/23.  Oddly, Kamala prefers to target the 2% margin at Kroger Foods.   Novartis is up 40%.   Eli Lilly is up 68%.  These companies don’t call their drugs drugs, they call them ‘Oral Therapies’.   They are called ‘treatments’, not ‘cures’.  And every single ‘therapy’, without exception, comes with a host of side effects including – death.

The school shooting in Georgia is the 16th this year – under the tutelage of Biden not addressing ‘mental health’.   The US is a monster when it comes to mental illness:  20% of all adults and 20% of all children have a debilitating mental illness.   When addressing mental health the very first thing a psychiatrist will do for treatment is require Drugs be implemented – no matter the cause.   The idea being sedation is the first course of the cocktail.  

Hitler’s well documented mental illness was ‘caused’ by a blitz of drugs he took, including:   cocaine, oxycodone, meth, heroine, hormone injections, steroids, etc…  Soldiers on Meth has also been an ongoing devastation since at least WWII – documented in Ukraine today and highly likely in the IDF. 

The Government, the CIA, the FBI, Big Pharma and all their employees are well aware of this coordinated catastrophic agenda.   To eliminate as many as possible without regard to guilt.   Justifying murder and suffering for the sake of the almighty dollar.  Just like Ukraine wherein the purpose for eliminating Ukrainians is less people to share the $11 Trillion in minerals the CIA will confiscate when Russia leaves…

Immigration – Gangs – And America’s New Gangland

The border crisis that doesn’t exist is now in my backyard.  A mere twenty minutes away an entire neighborhood is now in the hands of a Venezuelan gang taking over entire apartment complexes.  Denver has become the nations capitol for number of illegal immigrants per capita.   City officials attempt to detract from the issue by claiming these apartment complexes had already been cited for violations.   Governor Polis – is noticeably absent. 

The influx of gangs is barely visibly addressed by the White House, preferring to defend the nicey nice women and children flooding into America.  Because America needs more low skilled workers.   Because farmers need gang members to pick cotton and grapes.   Deportation is not an option because Venezuela outright refuses to take them.   And given the current animosity between Maduro and the WH Handlers – that is not about to change.

Not to worry – crime is significantly lower ~ says the mind muddled fussbuckets on Twitter.   Barbarians grow up to be Barbaric.   Adding to the Faulty Towers debacle – due to the increase in opioid use, school delusionalism and lockdowns, children are ‘depressed’ and need medical intervention.  Not to worry, Sandstone Care is there to help put these dysfunctioning children in your neighborhood.   Right across from the Child Care Center.

AUXILIUM PARTNERS:  Auxilium has four partners;  Vaulted AI, Advanced Psychiatric Health, Figure AI, and Kamino Digital Assets.   The appearance is the implementation of AI healthcare utilizing teens as the experimental quotient.  Much like a Big Pharma Trial.   Let’s see what happens.  One such application is Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS). 

TMS is a wearable helmet that changes your brain’s magnetic field and transmits electrical currents thru induction.   Essentially, TMS is the new evolution of lobotomies performed extensively in the 1940’s and 1950’s.  At the time lobotomies were like a fad, the new super dooper medical creation that would forever solve the problem of disruptive women.

According to Mayo Clinic “the biology of why TMS works isn’t completely understood, methods may change as experts learn more about the most effective ways to perform treatments.”  Despite this – the FDA gave approval.  Side effects include:  seizures, head pain, headaches, hearing loss, emotional mania, spasms, twitching and lightheadedness.  It is unknown what long term effects may be…  and little to support its efficacy. 

Sandstone concentrates its patient load on those between 12 and 18.  They are not in lockdown in the facility and are free to go wherever they please whenever they please.  As in to neighboring homes and the Child Care Center just across the street.   As with all these ‘care’ facilities, their biggest problem is finding employees. Secondarily, the Psychiatrist is not an employee but a part-time contractor who typically makes an appearance for roughly 3-4 hours per week.   In the meantime – drugs and sedation are the means of control.

I am reminded of the Kamala word tribute wherein she claims she will fix everything Biden did to the economy.   Create a problem – create a new industry to solve the problem, much like a hamster wheel.  The Hamster representing Taxpayers.

And suddenly, all the promises of we are different, we are here to help you, we care, all the illusions  of Big Pharma once again poke the dragon.  It is like Climate Change – creating a new industry of wealth on idiotic ecological disaster technologies.   Or the Opioid epidemic pushed by the Medical Industry in alliance with Big Pharma.   Create The Epidemic – Cure the Epidemic.

Despite numerous citizen meetings across Colorado as Sandstone demands more and more facilities within housing neighborhoods, City Council members recently approved by 100% vote the zoning variances necessary for Sandstone overruling the proximity to Child Care Centers which are city, county and state regulated.    

In my opinion, Behavioral Health and Medical facilities should be located on medical/hospital property – Gangs need to go back to their respective countries – and border laws already in existence should be enforced.   Those who don’t enforce the law are thus guilty of association.  End the MANIA.

GLOBAL Pedophile Trafficking Cartel That Doesn’t Exist…

The Guardian would have us believe that child trafficking is a QAnon right wing ghost story.   Yet The Guardian was front and center in the Jimmy Savile scandal that embroiled the UK in a pedophile ring of elites and politicians dating back to the 1980’s.  Or The Franklin Scandal that nearly took down the White House with George Bush in the 1980’s.   Or the Belgium Scandal with Marc Dutroux who buried two of his kidnapped rape victims – ALIVE!

According to The Guardian, this is all drivel and never happened…   except they reported on these scandals and confirmed their authenticity.

Those victims who survived these horrors have a continuum;   the perpetrators included politicians, police, MP’s, entertainers, sports figures, and clergy, ie Powerful Figures who could circumvent criminal investigations and charges.  The victims were all deemed to be liars.

This isn’t just Epstein. This is a global Cartel that panders to the whims of people with money.   The means of protection?    Blackmail. Photos.   Videos.

Some of the victims are kidnapped.   Others are given away by their parents for money, others are taken from group homes or foster homes, and still others disappear after crossing the US Border… 50,000 of them according to Biden.   Disappeared.

Belgium is on the US State Department notification of risk as a hub for child and human trafficking.   Ukraine was/is considered the point of entry.   The ‘Grain Exports’ is likely the means for its continuation. Most of which were sent to Poland.   Except the Polish government declared ‘the grain’ had expired and was tainted.   Meaning the victims perished.

Thereafter, Poland announced they would be a transit route for Ukraine’s Grain to other countries and not a destination –

Edward Brongursma was an attorney and a politician serving in the Senate of The Netherlands starting in the 1950’s. His career as a politician began after he was imprisoned for having sexual relations with a minor when he was 40 years old.   They embraced his pedophilia.

Pedophilia, aka pedophilic disorder, could have many causes, including genetics, hormones, and structural brain changes.

Despite Theresa May declaring throughout her term as PM that she would once and for all investigate the massive number of allegations put forth by victims of the Jimmy Savile Grand Scheme, she never did.   In fact, it appeared her father, Hubert Brasier, a clergyman might have had involvement.

There were over 1400 allegations put forth by victims naming names.  After The Queen knighted Jimmy Savile, he was assured protection from the highest authority.   Despite Theresa May attempting to make a ‘show’ of investigating the shamble of perpetrators numbering over 1400, the entire investigation was halted and removed from media sites.   All sources of detailed data regarding May’s father have been wiped clean.   The only perpetrator to ever be found guilty was Savile himself – AFTER he was dead.

Geoffrey Dickens, a UK Conservative MP, had a dossier of allegations of sexual abuse committed by eight high ranking UK politicians. He gave his dossier to then Home Secretary, Leon Britton, and it was apparently destroyed. The subsequent Home Secretary, Theresa May, claimed it never existed.    In 2012, Tom Watson, a Labour MP, stated that there is “clear intelligence suggesting a powerful pedophile network linked to Parliament and to Number 10.”

The Franklin Scandal began to take a dark turn when President Bush’s name came into the fray.

Roughly the same time period as the Jimmy Savile Scandal broke another sex scandal was being probed.  In the late 1980’s The Franklin Scandal surfaced in which allegations of White House involvement was implicated.  Boys Town was the source of the victims.   In that incidence, the only person to be charged was one of the victims – she went to jail for 4 ½ years for perjury.

A New York based pedophile ring was brought down in 2012. The Madame of the ring, Anna Gristine, stated that her clients included the elite of the elite, bankers, politicians, entertainment execs, etc… None were named and none were charged. She spent four months in jail.  A previous Madame who was indicted for similar charges stated she was prepared to name names.  Shortly thereafter, she was found dead.  The police ruled it ‘suicide’.

The far left Atlantic, published an article in 2021, “The Great (FAKE) Child Sex Trafficking Epidemic”.  The article is part of a larger project by The Atlantic to dispel and repudiate ‘Conspiracy Theories’. ALL deemed to come from right wing lunatics just ‘gossiping’. The Atlantic article was likely the fodder for The Guardian hit-piece about the movie, ‘Sound of Freedom’.

CRIME AND CONSEQUENCE IN AMERICA – A Creative Depopulation Methodology

The cost to incarcerate one person has risen from roughly $19,000 per year in 2000 to over half a million on Riker’s Island.   In 2021 NYC spent $556,539 per each inmate – having doubled the cost from 2015.   Housing 10,000 inmates, Riker’s annual cost is $5.565 BILLION. The cost to keep someone in solitary vs with the general prison population is roughly 20% MORE.   Could these figures be the real reason cities are allowing crime?   They don’t want to ante up for the Cost?   Or maybe they don’t have personnel?   It is high time we re-introduce slave labor for prisoners.

In 2023 we house about 2.2 million inmates who sit idle while taxpayers foot the bills.

Here is Chicago’s Take on Prison Labor:

U.S. prison labor programs violate fundamental human rights, new report finds. Prison laborers are at the mercy of their employers. They have no control over their work assignments, are excluded from minimum wage and overtime protections, are unable to unionize, do not receive adequate training and equipment, and are denied workplace safety guarantees despite often dangerous working conditions.

They are Criminals!   They are NOT employees.   But maybe they could work off the cost of their incarceration via a standard minimum wage.   Varying by state, let’s use $150,000 per year cost to incarcerate, with a 7 year prison term earning $15 per hour.   At the end of 7 years they would have paid off (interest free) $210,000 on their $1,050,000 debt.   Somehow that is deemed an infringement of human rights.

But that doesn’t begin to address the cost of criminals.   What about ‘reparations’ for the victims?

Once a person is released they must meet with a parole officer, get drug and alcohol testing, and take re-education anger management classes.   All add to the pork belly of debt after prison.   Finding a job is nearly impossible and for many prisoners they are given an envelop with $20 and the boot!

According to prison data, 75% of the costs associated with a prisoner are security and healthcare.    Somewhere in the mayhem of critical thinking, the leftist liberals decided that charging a prisoner for his costs to stay in prison was disgraceful!   How dare they!   A welfare handout – free room and board was mandated –

Prisoner Rights Are More Important Than The Victims.

When advocating for prisoner rights, no one seems at all concerned with the losses endured by the victims.   How Dare They!    Human Rights For Criminals!   But human rights have now become a catch-all for the criminal – so what is the deterrence?   How many times have we heard of ex-prisoners committing crimes so they can return to the life of free room and board?   Saved from the loonies walking the streets!   Saved from the bigger loonies managing our country in what we call Congress.

If we were to imprison Hunter, Blinken, Clinton, etc…   how much do you think it would cost?   Certainly Hillary would demand that her NY State residence be reproduced on prison grounds… complete with pool, sauna, maids, etc…   Her pension is FAR LESS!

Ultimately that is the juggle – the cost to incarcerate vs the cost to commit egregious crimes.   When the local DA and mayor measure these offsets, this is what determines the value of imprisonment.   When a criminal commits crimes, the victim is usually a citizen – not the government.   Therefore allowing criminal activity impacts citizens – NOT the government wallet.   A deflection of cost.

Same Chicago:   What is the annual COST of crime in the US?   Answer = $4.7 to 5.8 Trillion – with a capital T.  

Today we have a black inner city population that is immune to consequence for crime.   Emboldened and egocentric, these persons are committing the most heinous assaults for NO REASON other than the high of adrenaline encapsulated within a universal hatred of everything.

Cities and states are doing nothing to mitigate the risk to innocent citizens – making them complicit in the outcomes.   WHY?   As cities implode in crime, more residents leave, less tax revenue received, more cut budgets, and more CRIME.   It is a Mad Max scenario of primal existence.

Yet in the end, the same Handlers pronouncing Human Rights defense will be the ones opening the gas chambers. Too Far Gone!

The purpose leans toward the WEF Agenda of only the Best 1 billion will survive –   Leaving us to speculate that the destruction and rampant crime within major cities is a siphoning of the elimination of the worst being set up for mass gassing of the ‘riff-raff’.

And their NGO Handlers will be the first in line to press the “Red Button”.

In order to effectively depopulate earth as per the WEF convention, one must first rid the planet of the weakest links.   Those that have no productive value.   IN order to ascertain exactly who those links are – the Cartel has devised a means of undivided animosity toward the criminal mindset.

The methodology worked when inciting a near 50% animosity toward Russia – built on fake Disinformation and Propaganda.   Now they are using this same tool to take out the predominant Black Communities from Large cities.   And NO ONE is complaining.   Not even Blacks!

When looking for military recruits – the same agenda is deployed – if you support drag queen special ops – sign here.   When looking for teachers – the agenda is to find the one most vacant and brain cleaved in order to isolate who is a droid with little – critical thinking. NOT because the military or Education Department have ANY initiative to enhance their agencies and AMERICA – but as a means of isolating the weak and most vulnerable to ‘depopulation’.

CRIMINALS do NOT have human rights because they have denounced those rights within their CRIME.   I fully support the ideology that ALL Criminals should work labor to pay for the cost of incarceration as well as the cost of their crimes to VICTIMS. ONLY when consequence is the Mantra will Crime fade.

POLITICO:  Gun Violence Is Actually Worse in Red States:   Politico and their Left Masters would have us believe that NYC and Chicago crime stats prove that these are safe cities compared to overall US stats…   The Illusion of Crime!   But NYC, LA and other major cities are no longer reporting crime to the FBI for statistical gathering.  In fact the last year for reporting was in 2019 – and now over 40% of cities are NOT reporting to the FBI’s Fact Sheet.

This not only goes in the face of the cities but makes the overall rates wholly inaccurate and the Politico argument a farcical mess of worthless tabulation.

The entire states of California, New York and New Jersey do NOT participate in the NIBRS program reporting crime stats to the FBI.    The NYPD claims that it is transitioning to a new reporting system – but that was 3+ years ago.   Pennsylvania and Florida just 26% reported.   The data obviously is compromised and Politicos entire argument regarding crime has no bearing on reality.

Left Liberal’s have been quick to note that red states have the highest crime rates – therefore their gun laws don’t work.   But Red States does not equate to Red Cities.   The vast majority of large cities have far left mayors, DA’s and Council Members.    These DA’s don’t prosecute thousands upon thousands of crimes – so they don’t make the tally of stats and completely devalue that city’s statistics.

The Louisville shooter manifesto stipulates that he wanted to kill people on behalf of liberal leftists so they could advance their gun confiscation agenda…  His parents claim he was unstable and on Pharma medications.   The trans manifesto has yet to be released and it is doubtful the public will gain access.  WHY?   Because it doesn’t fit the agenda.

POLITICO:   “in cities and rural areas alike — where the rate of deadly gun violence is most acute, regions where Republicans have dominated state governments for decades.”

According to Politico, the solitary reason for the increased violence in Red States is:   the advent of shotguns, revolvers, ammunition cartridges, breach-loaded rifles and the American republic itself.   Because ‘the people’ who settled America – the Europeans – had significant social, economic, religious, ethno and ideological difference that made them hate each other and thus create this constant internal war.   Oddly the author completely left out Africans?   Asians?   Hispanics?  And DEMOGRAPHICS.

Segregation and no guns would seem to be the Far Left solution to such disparities of crime.    Or perhaps they think that Italians will start fighting the Polish in America?   Having created a crime spree among Blacks the Cartel has decided this needs to be expanded into all out chaos among each ethnicity.   An amazing litany of misinformation and the next level of hate to be pushed on America – each other.

War and fighting have been a mainstay of civilization from Cain & Abel to the Romans and Macedonians to Muhammed and Genghis Khan.   And the causal factor was always the same – to conquer and own!   Using whatever weapon was available.

Both the mayors of NYC and Chicago have declared that they had lost control of crime given the lack of consequence or justice imposed by Soros appointed DA’s.   There are currently 70 such prosecuting DA’s in cities across the nation.   With the exception of a few die-hard Red States the vast majority of Soros legacy picks line most of east coast thru Texas – as well as San Francisco, LA, Seattle, Portland, Minneapolis, which are riddled with these Defund Police & Elevate Crime urban bomb fuses.

The Politico author, Colin Woodard, has ignored states and cities and DA’s in his bizarre caste of America and has instead divided the US into nine fiefdoms based on original settlers.   TO somehow flip a fiefdom to a red/blue state in the middle of his gun confiscation agenda is the muddiest of propaganda one could roll in.  Woodward is himself a puppet of the WAPO, Economist, Bloomberg diaspora wherein he routinely advances their means of anarchy and Marxist Communism.

The only way to divest this agenda would be to deploy National Guards via governors in a call to militias.   Certainly such a division would tear the fabric of America to shreds.   Many believe we have allowed these illusions and propaganda tactics for too long to make any change.   But history teaches us otherwise.   Sitting idly is what Americans have done for centuries…  Sitting idly has helped fuel the illusions.   Sitting idly has cost America its place on the stage.

Gun violence has escalated.   However, if one wanted to look at the most recent spike it began in the mid-1960’s at the exact same time that morality puddled.  The source of the puddle?   The Mafia Cartel.   The pawns?   Musicians & Actors.  The “moral to the story” westerns and post WWII movies with the Jimmy Stewarts of cinema were replaced with sin, porn, incest, prostitution and – crime.   Criminals were glorified.   Sex was worshipped.

This time period marks the moment the Cartel came into full control of America.  It also reveals a means to ‘unwind’.   It shows what must be done to retract the damage.   And the concept that this deviant behavior was centuries in the making is now more closely abbreviated to just 60 years.

Paul Pelosi Assault – A Hyped Medi Spin – Detail Spoiler

I don’t ordinarily enter the MSM fray of gossip, but today I thought I would make an exception over the David DePape and Paul Pelosi ‘fallout’. The inconsistencies, the added after-the-fact factoids, the altered accounts, are so obviously damage control, with a bent on distraction, that the air needed clearing:

  1. The released Dispatch states that DePape was a friend.
  2. The unknown third party who opened the door for the police to enter casts a light toward a possible tryst exchange.
  3. The fact that the police did not intervene immediately indicates that they did not see an immediate threat.
  4. The glass door shards are all on the outside on the patio indicating the door was smashed ‘from the inside’.
  5. Initial accounts stated both men were in their underwear.
  6. A url – daviddepape.com redirects to NBC News.
  7. The temperature at 2am was in the high forties – so David did not enter the house only wearing underwear and no shoes… he undressed in the house.
  8. DePape is a known liberal who was living in Berkeley – a very liberal city and officiated nudist weddings – himself a nudist.
  9. There was one hammer – it belonged to Pelosi.   It was in Pelosi’s hands when the police arrived.   It was likely the cause of the smashed glass door – from the inside.   Making Pelosi the perpetrator.
  10. Pelosi’s August DUI included 5 days in jail and 3 years of probation meaning he was not allowed to drink alcohol.
  11. Photos of Pelosi’s crashed Porsche show the passenger door open. The passenger airbag was deployed.
  12. The Internet has been scrubbed.
  13. FRIDAY, the media was reporting that DePape was a far right wing MAGAhat Q supporter.   They claimed blogs set up by DePape as evidence. Those blogs no longer exist…
  14. DePape was taken to the hospital with absolutely zero account of his injuries.
  15. DePape has not been allowed an interview.
  16. A woman has come forward claiming she was DePape’s ‘partner and they never married but had 3 children. Her name is Oxane Gypsy Taub. She claims she and DePape were together 13 years and then he disappeared 7 years ago.   She adores Nancy Pelosi.
  17. None of the ‘mentioned blogs’ exist any longer although The Gateway Pundit does claim the blogs were created Friday and Pulled Saturday…
  18. The san Francisco Chronicle claims they have a picture of Taub and another man getting married and DePape officiating in – 2013.   The other man was Jamyz Smith who was 20 at the time.   She already had three children – their last name is Gonzalez
  19. In 2017, Gypsy and a George Davis filed an appeal in a case brought by San Francisco Police for public nudity.
  20. On Aug. 26, 2021, a jury found defendant Oxane Taubguilty of 20 counts– from felony charges of stalking, dissuading a witness, and attempted child abduction to misdemeanor counts for violating protective orders and child molest.” The boy was 14 and she was sentenced September. She is currently in jail.   The Media claims she is Russian.
  21. Gypsy moved to the US in 1988 at the age of 19 to become a pornographic actress and stripper.
  22. Her birth name is Oxana Chornenky although other accounts state Chornenky was her first husbands name whom she married in Los Angeles.

Deductions:   Gypsy is lying about her entire relationship with DePape.   DePape has no children by her.   Her testimony is likely for one purpose – ‘get out of jail free’. DePape will likely never be allowed to testify. The Media will announce a plea deal and he will disappear with an undisclosed sum of money.   The Media will continue to claim that DePape is a right wing conspiracist in order to deflect away from the inaccuracies of the Media hype and to protect Pelosi and the third party player in the game of ‘underwear’.  

The Left has no platform, no party, and the Midterms Will Advance with this story used as some means of anti-Trumpism.   Trump supporters do not believe a lick of the stories, that have changed frequently since initially broken.  

NATO Vying To Be Global Censorship Police…

NATO is inflamed over the amount of ‘disinformation’ that is plaguing social media platforms.   According to their own self image, NATO states: “NATO member countries maintain open civil communications systems, some with very high rates of social media and social messaging use.”   Simultaneously, NATO states that false messages and inflammatory statements are a direct danger in “the damage they can do to citizens’ faith in the institutions of democratic governance and resources of public information and discussion.”   Therefore, ‘open communication’ must be censored.

These ‘warfare campaigns’ must be silenced in order to have a free open source of information.   Please read that again…  ‘silencing in order to be free and open source’.   Claiming disinformation is warfare sets the stage for the institution of Nazi style laws that prohibit anyone from saying anything deemed disinformation.

Given that humans are currently responsible for tattling on other humans, NATO wants AI to take control.

Currently, certain words or phrases are delisted and are the source of censorship.   But together with Johns Hopkins, NATO wants emotions to be targeted.   They term this new design as ‘Sentiment Analysis’. If AI determines a particular sentiment is not within the programmed guidelines, a circuit breaker effect would be instituted globally.

Within this algorithm of AI regulatory analysis, censors will not only delete the communication pathway, but could also insert legal action resulting in censor police knocking down doors. All of this is based on The Great RESET of global governance.

Member states of NATO would be required to adopt these censorship mechanisms or face de-alliance.

DISINFORMATION Definition:   false information which is intended to mislead, especially propaganda issued by a government organization to a rival power or the media.

In other words, disinformation is born of government propaganda according to dictionary.com.   That would indicate that the government is using the media to convey the notion that disinformation is parlayed via individuals on social media – which IS the disinformation!  Funny word-play!

Johns Hopkins is a partner of NATO.   They have other interesting partnership alliances, including with; Tsinghua University in China, China University in Hong Kong, Shanghai Jia Tong University – China, and Nanjing University – China.   They have been heavily involved in the Thousand Talent Program in China and have yet to decouple that arrangement despite concerns over the sharing of US intellectual property.

While our media, NATO and White House Handlers would have us believe China is our enemy… Johns Hopkins does not.  ODD!

Johns Hopkins is also the designated source of statistics for CoVid cases and deaths via their algorithm.   They are a perpetuator of Climate Change Theory including climate change’s racism.   An event with two speakers , one from Bloomberg’s Johns Hopkins is scheduled at Harvard the latter part of this month to discuss Climate’s racism.

Given climate is racist, trees are racist, birds are racist, street signs are racist, sidewalks are racist, crayons are racist…   the Cloud should be deemed racist given it represents fluffy whiteness. Right?

In 2020, Johns Hopkins contributed $2.4 million to Democrats and $92,000 to Republicans. But they are nonpartisan.   Its most recent grant from NIH announced October 2021 is in the amount of $4 million.   The purpose of the grant is to study and research the use of psilocybin mushrooms to explore the impact on tobacco addiction.   So you might cure that smoking addiction but you’ll be crazy and confined in a mental institution, so who cares…

A total of 85% of Johns Hopkins funding is via federal and state governments – $2.562 million. That means ALL taxpayers are paying for Johns Hopkins to give the money to Democrat PACs…   Sounds logical.

Johns Hopkins provides internships for students with: GAVI, UNICEF, WHO and Pan American Health Organization, although a WHO internship was cancelled this year because of CoVid.   ???

At the recent NATO Summit, US Defense blunderer, Lloyd Austin, made the following playbook statement with regard to China:   “We see an increasing interest in our allies and partners [in the Indo-Pacific] to ensure the region remains free and open, and the rules-based international order remains in place.”

However Jens Stoltenberg was quick to add that Russia continues to take a close second place as the target of demonizing after NATO expelled 8 Russian ‘spies’, errr diplomats.   The evidence?   NATO declared their decision was based on intelligence and they are not going to comment on their intelligence…  Ah

NATO has gone Full ballistic mental in abiding by the Handlers that make the rules.   What becomes increasingly clear is that the pedophilia based NATO is being situated to be the global police, not just of coups but of censorship as in Big Brother. Not one UN Peacekeeper or NATO personnel accused of sexual assault was jailed despite more than 2,000 allegations.  Just one allegation was from a 12 year old who claimed she was paid 75 cents for each of the 40 men she was prostituted to.

Capitol Protest Detainees: Guilty Until Earth Freezes Over…

The federal criminal court system would seem to operate on the premise – guilty.   Not even addressing the second lopsided clause, ‘until proven innocent’.   While the Fifth Amendment to the Constitution guarantees the presumption of innocent until proven guilty, an obscure Obama era proclamation muddied that right.

The National Defense Act of 2012 expressly gives the president the exclusive right to capture and detain indefinitely anyone considered an enemy combatant.   As such they can be imprisoned indefinitely without a trial or even proof of guilt.

Over 612 detainees are being held under this guise as a result of January 6th.   Only a handful have even had a trial.   And most of those who have were declared a threat and re-imprisoned.

Others have charges labeled as ‘entering a restricted building, and disorderly conduct’.  

According to US Code 1752, a Restricted Building references ‘entering a premise without lawful authority’. Given the plethora of photo and video evidence showing Capitol police officers removing gates and opening doors while milling with the Protesters inside the Capitol – this particular charge is a corrupt manifestation of fraudulent justice.

Given the US Capitol is a ‘public building’ it is not restricted per se. However, there do exist rules regarding prohibitive items; guns, knives, aerosol cans, explosive devices, mace, liquids, food, and sealed envelopes.

According to 18 US CODE 1752, a restricted building is specifically defined as:

(A)

of the White House or its grounds, or the Vice President’s official residence or its grounds; NOT applicable.

(B)

of a building or grounds where the President or other person protected by the Secret Service is or will be temporarily visiting;   NOT applicable given President Trump was not in the Capitol.   The Secret Service is NOT tasked with protecting members of Congress. Members and the Capitol Complex are protected by the Capitol Police. When they readily allowed entry onto grounds and inside the Capitol, they effectively negated ANY potential restricted Building status.

(C)

of a building or grounds so restricted in conjunction with an event designated as a special event of national significance; such events are defined to include inaugurations, state of the union addresses, democrat and republican conventions, or the presence of a particular dignitary.   Electoral count is not among those definitions.

Therefore, this was NOT a Restricted Building as defined by the US Code.

January 6th was a Wednesday.   The US Capitol is open to the public Monday thru Saturday from 8:30 to 4:30.   Those persons who destroyed property within the Capitol must be shown to have specifically done so with evidence proving the destruction.   Disorderly conduct is considered a minor offense – in order for it to be classified as a felony, the person must have mishandled and discharged a deadly weapon.

The ONLY person to do so was the ‘officer’ who killed Ashli Babbitt!

By contrast, liberal states are releasing convicted rapists and murderers from jails due to CoVid case rates.   Some of whom repeat their offenses.   The illogic is extraordinarily insane.   Yet the motive operandi is still to delete all those who defy the George Orwell 1984 Institutionalization of ALL.   Which is defined as any-and-all pro-Trump.

The National Defense Act of 2012 is 566 pages and buried in its wordy plethora of Progressivism is a provision that even brought the ire of the very liberal Huffington Post when it found:

“…buried in this law are two provisions (Sections 1021 and 1022) that authorize the indefinite military detention, without charge or trial, of any person labeled a “belligerent”―including an American citizen.”

Belligerent:   As a noun, belligerent refers to anyone engaged in war or conflict or anyone who engages in a hostile manner as defined by International Law.   Thus the law is governed within the UN.  And Obama’s insertion of this law into the American Constitution allows the UN to supercede the US Constitution as a globalized government.

Meaning the UN is holding the keys to the incarceration of the 612+ detainees from the January 6th Capitol ‘trespass’.

The UN body that would be instilled with this power is the International Court of Justice with 13 presiding judges.

Judge Joan E. Donoghue is the presiding president. She was first elected to the court in 2010, re-elected in 2014, and elected by the ICJ judges to be President of the ICJ in 2021.   Oddly coincidental?   An American who previously worked in the US State Department and US Treasury, she was elected president February 8, 2021, 3 weeks after Biden’s inauguration.

During Donoghue’s tenure in the Department of State, Condoleezza Rice and Hillary Clinton presided as Secretaries. In the early 1980’s she worked for Covington & Burling.   Covington & Burling were hired by the State of California under Gruesome Newsom along with Eric Holder to fight President Trump. They were also instrumental in calling for the release of all Guantanamo detainees under the Fifth Amendment of the US Constitution – before the Obama WH instituted the Amendment in 2012.

Donoghue’s impartiality is obviously compromised.

In July 2021, Pelosi announced that she intended to send Capitol Police to Florida and California to establish satellite offices so as to mitigate threats against the Capitol.   Such a move would in essence Federalize the Capitol Police giving them power of sovereign states.  Ultimately deriving their authority from – THE UN.

Each chess move may appear to be the sacrifice of a pawn, but pawns are expendable when taking down the King in the final move for checkmate.   And globalization is the end Agenda within the guise of Agenda 2030 – the 4th Industrial Revolution.

While prisoners held in Guantanamo number just 39 now, the Capitol Protesters are essentially under the same CIA system of confinement without charges, torture, and no due process.   The cost of the Guantanamo detainees is $13 million per prisoner – per YEAR!   Supermax prisons on US soil run roughly $70,000 per prisoner per year.  This would be where the Capitol detainees are likely held.   As taxpayers who control the government, we have the right to protest unconstitutional actions and actions wherein Congress exploits the law and undertakes unjudicial and unsubstantiated charges.

As of January 6th, Steven Sund was the Chief of Capitol Police. He was forced to retire at the request of Pelosi as did Sergeant at Arms Michael Stinger and Paul Irving.   On July 23rd, Tom Manger, age 66, came out of retirement and applied for the job as Chief of Capitol Police.   He has been a ferocious critic of every Capitol protester!   Manger has been a radical vocal critic of all things President Trump.   He supported Blasey Ford’s subsequent false assertions against Kavanaugh, has worked in conjunction with Schumer and Reid, and is associated with a number of liberal organizations affiliated with the FBI bent on reconstructing police via public sanctioning and defunding.

This chess move was a Pelosi manipulation.  The purpose is obvious.  The corruption is obvious.   The fraud is obvious.   Capitol Police are given gag orders.   Four have taken their lives as a direct result.   But blackmail is heinous indeed – not only involving the blackmailee but all other family members, friends and associates.   It is The code of The Mafia.   And it would appear – the Code of Congress…
