New York DA, Cy Vance, Jr., claimed to be filing criminal charges against President Trump because employees of Trump were given tax-free perks including: use of apartments and car leases.   Millions of dollars later, thousands of taxpayer funded hours later, that is best NY has to offer in their entire investigation.   Today, Vance back tracked as his trumped charges against Trump reveal that a precedent could derail a huge number of corporate elites.  OOPS! 

But it isn’t the first time Cy Vance has bungled a prosecution… he has a history.

1. Two years after launching an investigation against Paul Manafort, Turmp’s campaign chairman, all 16 charges were ‘dropped’.
2. IN 2015, Vance opted NOT to investigate the sexual assault charges brought against Harvey Weinstein despite claims by the NYPD that the charges were strong. Weinstein made donations to Vance’s campaign.
3. Vance spent 5 years and $10 million in taxpayer funds investigating a small Chinese American family bank 2009.   The bank had self reported a mortgage fraud committed by an ex-employee to its regulators.   Instead of targeting the ex-employee, Vance went after the entire bank.  ALL 80 charges were ultimately dismissed.
4. Vance’s office argued in support of leniency for Jeffrey Epstein which resulted in the judge denying the request and being somewhat repulsed by the prosecutor office’s position.
5. A stout Democrat, he has been lauded by Barry Scheck who defended OJ Simpson, Michael Bloomberg, and Ed Koch.

Of course, lastly, he was a staunch supporter of Hillary Clinton in 2016.   And thus, on the payroll for the lineage of vengeance and retribution.   Coincidentally, Vance has declared he will NOT run for re-election in 2021.   Thus his duty to the Cabal is complete, and his predecessor will be ladeled with the duty to actually prosecute a dead charge.

The obvious Hollywoodesque stage play is rife with unattainable legal precedent.   But that is of course not the context, the context is simply the ‘charge’ – an allegation. Much like the failed allegations as sited above. Hyped for Effect!

While Hillary Clinton’s power waxes and wanes as she and Billy age into nursing home and Alzheimer’s attendance, Hillary is dutifully determined to take everyone with her to the grave or to Gitmo – whichever comes first.

Coming on the heels of Guilliani’s disbarment from practicing in New York, the demented Cabal think these dual actions will somehow cement President Trump’s demise.   Which only gives rise to the incredible shortcomings in our current military/CIA/FBI intel – or intellect.   It appears they are playing Yahtsee in a game of 3D Chess.

To further ridicule themselves, they called upon retired General Barry McCaffrey to ask for the immediate resignation of Tucker Carlson for his brutal denouncement of General Milley.   Milley’s career is less than stellar and like Lloyd Austin involves little to no actual literal combat or intelligence acumen.  Instead, his resume is one of ‘coups’ and ‘climate change’.   He has been a vocal opponent of the January 6^th capitol visitors, an advocate of critical Race Theory, as well as a proponent for the destruction of Syria.

His response to the discovery that numerous military weapons disappeared – was shock – as in he had ‘no idea’.   Even the IRS does not accept a defense of ignorance!

To accept that a commanding general had no idea what was happening within his command is simply insane and supports his retirement.
