Let’s take a look see at Mexico’s Immigration Laws:

Mexico recognizes six different immigration statuses that must be met to stay iin the Country. 

Mexico as a visitor for up to six months, you must:

  1. Have enough money to pay for your stay in the country.
  2. Have an invitation from a private or public organization.

IF your country is not on their ‘List’ you must apply for a VISA.

  1. Have a family relationship with a Mexican citizen, according to Article 55 of the Immigration Law.

  4. Have enough money to pay for your stay in the country.
  5. Own real estate in Mexico.
  6. Have investments in the country according to the Mexican

Mexico as a permanent Resident Requires you to abide by the laws as a Temporary Resident For Four Years, THEN:

  1. To have enough points in the immigration points system.
  2. To have been a temporary resident for four years.
  3. Be related in a straight line up to the second degree to a Mexican by birth.
  4. To have been a temporary resident for two years in the case of a conjugal or concubine relationship with a Mexican citizen or permanent resident.
  5. Be a refugee or under the condition of political asylum.
  6. Have a family relationship with a Mexican citizen, according to Article 55 of the Immigration Law.
  7. Be a pensioner with enough monthly income to pay for your stay in the country.If someone is in Mexico illegally, they could face fines, deportation, or even arrest and prison time.

The Fifth Industrial Revolution Needs Tech Talent

The Fifth Industrial Revolution is upon us.   While technology and AI are ever expanding and exploding, the labor market is left in the dust.   Many jobs are becoming extinct, just as in every revolution, but the shift to expand the necessary skills needed to meet today’s market is being met with resistance.  “ALL Americans must be employed before we cave to one immigrant” is the rallying cry.   But ALL Americans no longer have the necessary skills.  The Education system was too engrossed in making peasants to see past their World Order dysfunction.

By 2026, the shortage of ‘available talent’ is expected to reach over 1.2 million.  Technology is only a part of the equation.   Constantly upgrading the talent with the advancements has fallen flat.  A person trained in a particular field five years ago is already obsolete.  They can either retrain or find themselves ‘laid-off’. 

Within this weave, there is burnout.  Burnout occurs when management can’t replace talent and are forced to rely more and more on a smaller pool of overworked talent.  The cycle expands as the business loses its reputation among recruits and a digression develops.

The Americans demanding full employment by Americans don’t appear to understand the concept of obsoletion that is normal within every Industrial Revolution.  It is like requiring phone operators to be employed when there are no more landlines.  The shortage of pilots when planes were first developed.  Mechanics for the first line of automobiles. 

Where is the Job Market today?  What jobs are in demand and which jobs are or will soon become obsolete?

The degrees in highest demand are not always the ‘most popular’.  Too often those unpopular degrees are the ones that prove the biggest waste of time and money:  Liberal Arts – starting salary $36,000.  General Psychology – starting salary $34,000.   Communications. English.    Wherein Demand means ‘shortage’ translates to higher salary:  mathematics & Statistics, Nursing, Physician Assistant, IT, Computer Science, Engineering etc…

Jobs that will soon be obsolete include:  Bank teller, Cashier, Data Entry, Retail workers, actors, writers – anything that can be replaced by faster and less costly AI.  Like it or not – this is the future.  It is advancement.   When my grandmother was born cars were the latest invention, no planes, no bare legs, and women had a 23” sucked in girdle waist.  Chinese made up 90% of the railroad workforce.  Today, blacks make up 50%-60% of sports.   Should be fire all black athletes and replace them with whites?

Musk has warned America about the declining birth rate – to a crowd of naysayers.  But here are the statistics:  In 2016, the birth to death ratio for whites in America was less than 1.  The fertility rate between 2021 and 2023 had dropped to 52.9 per 1,000 white women compared to Asian/Pacific Islanders – 446.3 per 1,000.  

IF you want America to be White Again – you have to have babies.  It is that simple.  IF you want all Americans to have jobs, you have to be ‘marketable’.  Basic economics.

There are two fundamental guides that either ground us or see us fail;  Critical Thinking and Emotional Thinking.  Both are necessary components in every aspect of our lives, however, the weight of each should correspond to the value attainment.   For example; a business survival guide would likely lean 75% Critical to 25% Emotional.  Art would likely be the reverse.   DEI turned businesses upside down given it is based 100% on Emotional values.  DEI caused bankruptcies, increased incompetence, and worse – required blacks at 14% of the population to be the new hires consuming some 97% of ALL new hires.  Whites were fired to meet the DEI Requirements.  A business that didn’t – would be put out of business.

DEI also consumed salaries as an entire department had to be created.  It dragged businesses into the rabbit hole of inferior quality.  It also caused CEO’s to quit at a greater rate than ever before given they didn’t want to be associated with a failing company.  Unlike captains they had no intention of going down with the proverbial ship.

And Lastly, for qualification:  There are 7 separate types of VISA’s available for immigrants:  EB-5, Temporary Visa’s, B-1, B-2, Green Cards, Immigrant visa’s and H-1B.  The H-1B which is causing all the controversy is available only for ‘skilled workers’ with a bachelors or masters degree and capped at 85,000.  LPR Immigrant Visa’s are permanent and can allow up to 675,000 per year.  It is the LPR’s that are exploited given they can get public assistance, welfare and in-state tuition.

Unfortunately, the people most aggressively arguing don’t know this facet of immigrant VISA’s.   Our problems in the US are today.  To fix our problems, solutions require examination.   Unlike government which likes to create ‘committees’ to evaluate everything for years, the private sector, aka Musk and Ramaswamy, are the finger snappers – they see through the eyes of Critical Thinkers.  We don’t have years.   Yellen is claiming we will go into default on debt January 20th.   That hits our credit rating which hits the value of the dollar and trade.  Don’t be like government …

 

DTRA vs Skilled HB-1 VISA’s: Musk vs Loomer

Laura Loomer, the self described Jewish Princess and supporter of all things AIPAC is suddenly attacking Musk and Ramaswamy.  Her gripe?  DOGE wants to restructure and expand H1-B Visa’s for immigrants who possess heightened technology skills to help American companies grow and expand.   Loomer sees this as a challenge to Jews given these skills are found mostly in India and Asia.

Deporting unskilled illegal immigrants who welfare up the economy, while importing skills deemed unfilled in America tech is now called “Anti-MAGA”.  And Loomer is rallying for … Jews – whose skill sets are killing and torturing.

Oddly, the impact of the Pandemic in debilitating and assassinating Americans has taken its toll on ‘skilled workers’ forced to take the jab.  Now we have a shortage.  Imagine how that works?   Logic is bereft in those who advocate sheeple running off the proverbial cliff to their death. 

With the loss of Ukrainian bioweapon labs, the US Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) moved their death manufacturing facilities to Africa where they illegally test their poison products on an unending slew of African women and children – There are now 18 countries in Africa ‘hosting’ these poison labs, including in Kenya. 

DTRA is an evolution of the Manhattan Project conducted during WWII to develop, produce and use Nuclear Bombs.  The Father of that Project was Julius Oppenheimer, an Ashkenazi Jew whose father was a wealthy ‘textile importer’ from Hesse, Germany.  Moving to NY, they lived in luxurious neighborhoods, collected Picassos and van Goghs, and educated Julius at the private Jewish school, Ethical Culture Fieldstone School.  This elite school was based on Marxism, eugenics, and the ideology that morality is distinct from theology.  Atheism.

In this context, eugenics is a form of genocide.

Outside of the US, DTRA’s workforce is stationed in Germany, Kazakhstan, “Azerbaijan”, Ukraine, Georgia, Armenia, Kenya, Uzbekistan, South Korea, Japan, and Singapore.  Their Mission is to create DNA targeted biowarfare weapons.  Given the recent downed aircraft in Azerbaijan, it is coincidental that DTRA operates there.  Military personnel working with nuclear facilities are subjected to radiation on a constant basis – something like the Nevada nuclear tests in the fifties which ultimately killed my father.

DTRA manufactures vaccines and has partnered with Fauci’s NIH in their testing on humans and animals.   They tell the FDA which drugs and vaxes can be sent thru the Emergency Use Authorization process without being ‘trialed’.  Thus allowing all Americans to become the ‘human trial’. 

In 2014, while the DoD was busily bombing Syria to oblivion, DTRA confiscated their stash of chemical and biological weapons.  During their bombing campaign against Iraq in Operation Enduring Freedom, DTRA confiscated Iraq’s entire stash of ‘uranium’ and sold a portion of the bounty to Canada.

Director, Rebecca Hersman, comes from a background at CSIS and was an Obama appointee in the Defense for Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction and holds a Master of Arts in Arab studies.  Creating an Enemy.  The Motto is:  Counter and Deter.  

The agencies Financial Statements were accompanied by the Auditors “DISCLAIMER” ~ “We were unable to obtain sufficient appropriate audit evidence to provide a basis for an audit opinion that the financial statements are complete and free from material misstatements”.  Citing either ‘significant deficiency’ or ‘material weakness’ in:  payables, expenses, property plant and equipment, reporting obligations and – Fund Balance With Treasury – their largest asset at $1.8 billion.   In other words, their entire FS report is so flawed it can not be considered close to accurate.  A biggee.

There are 280 vaccines in the pipeline and over 900 prescription meds under the auspices of NIH and DTRA.   Over 24 Pharma companies are currently working on 1 mRNA Pandemic vax:  Bird Flu which has been renamed from H5N1 to HPAI = ‘highly pathogenic’.  They intend to inject cows, chickens, sheep, and humans.  Trials are being conducted in Kenya, under the auspices of John Nkoimo, Ministry of Defense Kenya, trained at Joint Command & Staff College, Oxfordshire, and Kings College, London.

As of August 23, 2024, Kenya celebrated the transfer of property and equipment to Nkoimo which included;    four HAZMAT trucks and Chemical, Radiological, Biological and Nuclear (CBRN) defense equipment and training.  DTRA Director, Robinson, calls it ‘disaster response infrastructure’.

Jane Wachira, CEO of Kenya Veterinary Vaccine Production is working in alliance with DTRA in creating a pathogen that will infect humans and animals with a death rate of 40% or higher.   She has personally studied the methane gases from cow farts and their impact on greenhouse gas emissions – utilizing the $41 Billion in disappeared Green Fund monies at World Bank.

Jane’s objective is ‘sustainable cows’.

The Pandemic Mentality is focused on death.  Those deaths do not preserve highly skilled workers.   Our Education Department has assured the extensive lowering of American student proficiency to the point we sit at 33rd among developed countries.  As such we have created attitude burger flippers instead of mechanical engineers.   We can either extend our failure or we can import those with the necessary intellect. 

Australia has been doing this for decades.  

Future DTRA pandemics, overloaded prescriptions, and assassination vaxes  put America at risk of collapse.  Musk and Ramaswamy see this divesture and provide a solution.  Loomer sees solution as anti-AIPAC.   Loomer has a journalism degree.  I think Musk and Ramaswamy are a bit more qualified in countering The Fall of America.

Temporary Protected Status For Illegal Immigrants

As an illegal immigrant, if you enter the US under one of the countries deemed to be hostile, you may apply for Temporary Protected Status (TPS).  This status allows an illegal immigrant from specific countries to file for TPS as a safety precaution given their own country is in turmoil.  It is a temporary status. It does not confer on them a green card, or a legal status, in essence they are in limbo.   The status must be updated regularly as circumstances in their country change.   

This is what the Haitians coming across the border illegally are directed to do by immigration.  They are NOT legal.  They are ‘temporary’ illegals living under a protected status.

During this temporary stay, the US Government provides:  Supplemental Security Income, Supplemental Nutritional Assistance, the women, infants and children program, free school lunches, subsidized housing, and Medicaid.  

The government estimates of the number of persons in the US not legal but protected ranges between 850,000 to 1.2 million.   The fact that the Agency has no idea how many – SHOULD be a bit worrisome.  There is currently an additional 450,000+ applicants awaiting the approval of their TPS applications.  

When the ‘government’ doles these freebies and charity out – they don’t ask permission from The People – they make a unilateral decision and voila your money is Gone Baby Gone. 

This is the argument being levied by democrats regarding Springfield Ohio.  The Haitians are there legally via the TPS, but they are NOT legal residents – they can’t buy homes, cars, or anything else that would benefit the economy.  When immigration finds them employment they are paid minimum wage, not union wages, and the government subsidizes the EMPLOYER to hire them.  More associated taxpayer costs.   More US unemployment.

This status was added to the Immigration Act in 1990 within the Department of Homeland Security under Big Daddy Bush.   In 2021, the courts reiterated that if the person came into the country illegally but was given TPS status, they could not apply for permanent residency.

Currently there are numerous lawsuits in US Courts regarding HHS determination that some country’s should be removed from the designation particularly in California.   Given the requirement for continued renewal, California is arguing the renewal should be automatic.  

When arguing the illegal immigration status, the typical democrat response is to assert the tax revenue that is generated.    According to Reuters, the cost of illegal immigration is $151 billion annually.  According to a study from IDEP, illegals contribute $11.7 billion in tax revenue.  Roughly 50% of them pay no taxes.  Of course, these numbers are statistical estimates/guesses because the government doesn’t actually account for people or money in real time.

Stats: 

  • Of the foreign born legal Haitians in the US 69% have become naturalized citizens. 36% of Haitian immigrants and their children live in poverty. 
  • 7% are on some source of welfare.
  • 48% lived in owner occupied homes.
  • The Trump administration attempted to end many existing designations while the Biden regime expanded protections to include – Venezuelans among others. 
  • The crime rate in Springfield, Ohio is 34.51 per 1000; the crime rate in Ohio is 2.78 per 1000.

Immigration confused with illegal immigration has splintered America.   Crime, gangs, safety, particularly in urban environments is spectacularly high.  No amount of falsified FBI crime reports can hold up to the eyes, ears, and attacks levied on American citizens daily.   No manner of falsified statistics can allay the vast number of businesses physically destroyed.  Lying has become a national crisis with pathological overtones.  

A disease perpetrated by OUR GOVERNMENT. 

BORDER INVASION – A Legal Unraveling of Treason

The Border Invasion brings with it a plethora of issues that the democrats seemingly embrace, including;   diseases, gang violence, child trafficking, chaos, murder, and a proposed Civil or Revolutionary War.   It appears the FBI and Military intend to use these men to fight and kill Americans – providing them with the means, guns – while decrying gun violence and calling for confiscation.   And Texas is taking a stand.

Like the US Military, FBI recruitment necessitates a relaxation of requirements for enlistment due to large shortages in personnel.  In particular, those lax requirements include; weight, education (high school not required), drug use, mental acuity, IQ development, physical fitness, and experience – opening the door to the illegal immigrant young men invading our border.   Would this be “Legal”?

The potential Election of Nikki Haley is looking rather lame.   Biden requires more and more drugs just to exist on stage for five minute intervals.  The protests across France and Germany are fueling and reinvigorating a power struggle that has been brewing for 3 years.   And unrest is growing stronger – but is that what they want?   Are we falling into their designed plan?

Article IV Relationships Between the States

“The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion.”

What constitutes an invasion per legal review:   “gangs operating within the territory of a U.S. state, may fall under the category of invaders, provided their criminal activity reaches a scale or degree of organization that deliberately overthrows or curtails the lawful sovereignty of the state.”   The basic point is ‘entry and enmity’.  They must show active hostility.   Given the vast majority of the ‘invaders’ are nonwhite and the Biden White House is adamantly inciting antiwhite ideology, that alone could qualify the definition.

What is a Republican government?   A government which is elected.   Nonelected officials have no power over The People according to the US Constitution.   These nonelected officials would include the Federal Reserve, NIH, CDC, EPA, SEC, SSA, CIA, IRS, FTC, USAID, etc…  They are independent of the government and thus have no authority over The People according to The Constitution.  We have zero obligation to do as they say….

Over the span of three years, between 6 million and 10 million illegal immigrants have crossed the southern border.   The vast majority are flown into Mexico via the Bush, Clinton, Obama, Carter NGO – Welcome.US which utilizes donated and prebought airline tickets – buses – trains – and ships to offload.

In 2021, Biden passed a widespread law that outlines how illegals can be exempt from the normal processes for naturalization.  The law says that “any alien who… at the time of application for a visa, or… for admission or adjustment of status, is likely at any time to become a public charge is inadmissible.”

However, the plethora of exemptions has made the ‘public charge’ rule baseless.  Included in those exemptions is “EXEMPTIONS ALSO INCLUDE – every single one of the inadmissible aliens that the Biden administration has let into the country since January 2021.” ~ The Heritage Foundation.

The fact that half the States are now backing Texas creates a blue/red civil war as the split between those who support the invasion and those who oppose.   A convoy of truckers are making their way to Texas to aid in the ‘oppose’.   The timing is interesting in that Canada’s Supreme Court just ruled that Trudeau’s application of the Emergency Act to quell the truckers protesting last year – was unconstitutional.   Setting the precedent against Biden.

Of course, the border crisis is a backpack on the Ukraine Funding Crisis wherein Biden is asking for $60 BILLION to buy new weapons from Lockheed, Raytheon, and Northrup after depleting our inventory thru donations to Ukraine.   The Trump wall that was denied was a request for $5 billion – for reference purposes.

Biden’s lawyers are claiming that an ‘invasion’ must be defined as coming from a ‘foreign army’. 

Are cartels facilitating the border crossings considered a foreign army?  Yes.  Because they bring in drugs, arms, and illegal substances in order to murder American citizens.   Fentanyl deaths are the direct result of these cartels crossing into the US illegally.

James Madison, the father of the US Constitution, labeled an invasion as ‘foreign hostility’.   Given he was an author of the document, I imagine his definition would take precedence over WH lawyers and media pundit’s definition who had no parlay in the drafting of either The Constitution or Bill of Rights.

“Section 4 of Article IV includes any unwanted unlawful entry that harms or threatens to harm the interests of the state or states invaded and the citizens therein. “  Articles of Confederation, the states sought to provide “for their common defense … against all force offered to, or attacks made upon them, or any of them, on account of … any … pretense whatever.”

The term ‘invasion’ is hugely impactful given hundreds of NGO’s and Catholic churches are facilitating and funding this border crisis.   In addition 3 living  previous presidents of the US are facilitating this foreign hostile invasion making them complicit in treason.   They desperately need the term quashed!

Among the invaders are criminals of other nations – Venezuela, known terrorists, cartels selling illegal drugs, and migrants carrying diseases without quarantine.  A Health Invasion.

Had the Biden Handlers processed the illegal invasion via the proper protocols of medical tests, drug tests, and criminal affiliations, Biden Handlers might have a case.   Had the NGO’s provided a process for properly ensuring that the migrants were not a threat to Americans – If Mayorkas had made any attempt to quell the sheer numbers instead of inflaming them – the White House might have a case.

But they specifically chose not to.  They specifically failed to attempt to secure the border.  THUS, they are fundamentally complicit in purposefully violating the US Constitution and should be subject to all criminal consequences therein.

ILLEGAL MIGRANTS Disappear in the Crop Picking Agriculture Industry

There are 73 Federal Agencies whose personnel are authorized to carry guns and make arrests.   Within the CIA and FBI alone, two of the 73 agencies, there are over 50,000 such agents.   The White House handlers want to add another gun toting agency via the newly minted 85,000 IRS agents authorized to carry guns and shoot American citizens.   But the agency already owns 5000 guns and over 5 million rounds of ammo.   

There are roughly 445,000 National Guardsmen whose designation is also known as members of the US ‘militia’ under the ‘dual control’ of the states and feds.   According to that statement, the National Guard could have been deployed by the DoD, Army, or Navy to defend the Capitol January 6th given it would be deemed a ‘federal mission.’  

The actual number of agents within the Federal Agencies is unknown because it’s a – secret.   Typical weapons carried by agents include a handgun, rifle, shotgun, pepper spry, baton and Taser.   There are roughly 380,000 stolen guns in the US each year, the largest source from parked cars.

Career criminals and the new breed of dissenters don’t buy guns and go through background checks – they use ghost guns they manufacture and the 380,000 they steal.   And for this – The Handlers are coming for our guns while beefing up their 73-agency weapon stash.

During Biden’s regime there has been more violent crime than under any other president.   Mass shootings are now commonplace.   Stabbings are rising.   Assaults are rising.   Chicago’s weekend violence typically involves about 25-30 shootings and 5-15 dead.   These are predominantly gang related with innocent bystanders caught in the gunfire. And the government wants us to be defenseless.

Any longer, police simply ignore certain neighborhoods given their DA office puts them back on the street within 24 hours – with repeat crime occurring within hours of their release!

If these gun toting criminals are pushed into the suburbs we will have a Mad Max Scenario!   Yet, somehow it appears that is exactly the next phase.   Citizens will join neighborhood militia’s – and ‘self defense’ will be contested.   Churches now have assigned internal militias to counter the target of the anti-Christ brigade of BLM, gangs, and Antifa.

Biden is now calling on Congress to ‘repeal the immunity of gun manufacturers’ from liability while declaring he has already done everything conceivable to ban assault weapons and high capacity magazines.   But despite all the banning, requirements, regulations, and safety measures pushed thru – gun violence continues to rise exponentially – revealing to anyone but a FOOL that regulation has accomplished NOTHING.

Along the same lines of ‘punishment’, the Biden regimes Sanctions on Russia have done absolutely nothing to deter their economy. In Fact, without the US, Russia’s economy is doing better than it has in a decade!   Revealing that our wholier-than-thou government is wholly inept in war, peace, and everything in-between!

There are now over 20,000 gangs with over one million members in the US.   LA is the gang capital of the US with MS-13 being the largest and most prominent.   The 18th Street gang has garnered prominence in southern California for its criminal activity and is a known rival of MS-13.   Both gangs originated in Mexico, El Salvador and Guatemala.

The government’s solution to gang violence is to  bring in more members because they typically shoot each other – aka, Chicago.   Stray shootings are considered casualties of war, and drug deaths are tolerated because they are killing themselves – reducing the population.  This is the mentality logic.

When illegal immigrants are escorted into the US by Border Patrol and National Guardsmen without any vetting, in order to survive, joining a gang is their only option other than work as farm hand pickers or handmaidens to the Rich.   The vast majority of illegal immigrants being bussed across the US from the border are;   male 18-30.

How long can the federal government house 6 million+ male immigrants in hotels and shelters?   Approaching $200 billion per year, before the April-May wave, somehow the government would delude us into thinking this cost is offset by the tax revenue they generate. How can they generate revenue at all?  

During the reign of FDR, migrants were treated with the same regard as a buzzard – let them eat trash.   The difference was that these migrants were Americans, mostly farmers hit by the depression and Dust Bowl.   Agriculture work in California paid cotton pickers 40cents a day on average.   Today, 86% of agriculture workers are foreign born, while 45-50% are undocumented.

In Mexico, the wage of farm workers is roughly $196 per month. By comparison, migrant workers can make 10x that if they work 30 days a month. But their pay is typically offset by housing and food chargeoffs against their wages.   The housing is typically an overcrowded bunkhouse and the food and water are filled with disease borne illnesses.

In essence, these migrants are slaves.   No different than the slaves used to build Dubai – subject to human rights abuses.   Our agriculture industry is by and large an industry reliant on slave labor – hence the vast majority of migrants being let in are male of solid labor build chosen via a lottery by the Agriculture Industry.   Buy an able bodied worker at an auction.   The are bussed to camps for this purpose.   And the $200 billion annual cost?   Just another fabricated lie!   

They can’t leave these heinous conditions because there is literally nowhere to go – can’t speak English, don’t have any form of transportation, not a dime to their name, and live in inhumane, subpar conditions not too different from 1933.

It is crop season! Labor shortages mean crop reduction in planting and harvesting.   Shortages also increase the price of crops.   With the advent of the Plant Based Proteins, more labor intensive workers are necessary – and migrant workers are the only means of keeping the prices down.   With the next season nearing, the Industry cried fowl – and the WH Handlers opened the gates!

The ugly underbelly is that many of these workers will die.   There will be no accounting, no census, no statistic, because they don’t exist once they enter the US – and either become a criminal gang member or a crop picker – they have no identity. And somehow in this maze of buzzard humans our esteemed government has decided that the cost of gang member criminal activity is worth the price of the crop pickers.   Many will become victims – but according to Hillary, “What difference does it make” – they are already dead.

DeSantis & Abbot – The Legality of Illegal Immigrant ‘Redistribution”

When Illegals cross into the EU they are immediately put into refuge camps – most of which have deplorable conditions and experience rape, lack of food, and crises.   Many of these camps have been burnt to the ground by these illegals.   In the Queen’s Court of Australia – illegals are denied entry to the mainland completely.   Canada has a strict vetting system for ANY entry.   Yet the US is somehow the boogeyman because crossing our border illegally is a crime.

The latest hypocritical denouncement is making headlines as DeSantis ‘flies’ illegals that are flooding Florida to ‘sanctuary states’.     The basis being used to define these actions as criminally illegal are under the heading, ‘human trafficking’.   The legal definition of human trafficking according to the Department of Justice is:

The recruitment, harboring, transportation, provision, or obtaining of a person for labor or services, through the use of force, fraud, or coercion for the purpose of subjection to involuntary servitude, peonage, debt bondage, or slavery.

Busing illegal migrants to another city where they are allowed to vacate the bus and are now under their own recognizance – does not even remotely align with the DOJ definition.

In addition, the point becomes even more moot given the Biden Handlers bussed immigrants all over the country in 2021 – most of whom – disappeared.   Children were sent to dubious facilities – without an account of whether they were being sold into sex trafficking.

There are no written records of these ‘deliverances’ – or their subsequent acclimation.   And in fact, when Martha’s Vineyard collected the migrants from it’s streets and sent them to a military base jail – THAT would be coercion and false imprisonment.   It would also field the liberal response, “we don’t have the facilities to take care of them”…  

Because, NO city has the facilities to manage an influx of 2 million illegals.  AND THAT IS THE POINT.

But the liberals were caught in a trap – albeit self imposed.   And as such have completely eviscerated any legal complaint against Abbot or DeSantis.   Otherwise, DC Mayor, Chicago Mayor, Martha’s Vineyard Mayer, and the Biden Handlers in the WH would all be also subject to criminal prosecution.

Throughout 2021, the Biden Handlers were bussing immigrants all over the country at night in an attempt to evade the media queries.   Where were the criminal charges?

When illegals were dropped off in DC near Kamala Harris’ property, she used security detail wearing weapons to threaten the migrants from ‘touching her wall’.    That would be illegal.

Some liberal media outlets have declared that all the immigrants are seeking asylum from communist countries.   But the US is now closely aligned with Communism – so that argument falls deaf and dumb.   Even more fraudulent, is the fact that the vast majority are not fleeing communism – but instead are being recruited by force and coercion via the Podesta/Soros regime.

The True Human Traffickers.

The liberals claim is that the US has a shortage of agriculture workers due to a sudden rise of ‘excessive deaths’ for ‘unknown reason’ and thus illegals can fill those positions.   But that aligns with ‘involuntary servitude’…   These same liberals didn’t ask the illegals to work the fields. They didn’t give them work permits.   They didn’t offer them training or a choice.

It is ‘estimated’ that Canada has between 41,000 and 200,000 illegal immigrants.   It is estimated that there are over 11.5 million illegals in the US – over 15 times that of Canada.   So maybe we should share those illegals with our Queensland Canada?   Canada’s population is roughly 12% of the US – allowing for 1.4 million US illegal immigrants to be deposited in Canada via humanitarian equality.

According to statistics – 67% of all illegal immigrants to the US come from Mexico and Central America.   The next largest segment, 15% come from Asia.     Given Mexico is NOT a communist country – 50% of all illegals can legally be shipped back to Mexico.

Soros demands “Open Borders” . But no country advocates for a policy of zero control – not even Germany, Soros favorite grandchild.   Instead, Germany built camps within barbed wire or cement walls.   The number of those who actually became acclimated to the culture and language took years of jailed sequester and reached a mark of just 10%.

The democrats have lost this busing issue.  

Various Democrat NGO’s argue that illegals don’t pose a hardship on sanctuary cities via increased crime.   Really?   The largest Sanctuary cities in the US include: NYC, LA, Chicago, Philadelphia, and San Diego.     How are those crime stats stacking?

NYC crime up 60% in one year.   LA crime stats are actually worse than NYC.   Chicago bends to 55-60 shootings every weekend and Lightfoot snorts.

According to a 2021 law enforcement report for NYC the demographics by race for crime is:   Perpetrator – 52% black, 29% Hispanic, 20% white and 11% Asian. For perceptive, the racial demographics of NYC are:   62% white, 15.4% Black and 8.6% Asian.

While the actual number of illegals residing in NYC is unknown, the Grand and Glorious Wizards have determined the number to be 500,000.   The population of NYC is 8.4 million – thus illegals represent 6% of the total population.   I suppose in that regard – the illegal immigrants are NOT the greatest concern – and we should instead concentrate on the HUGLEY disproportionate number of crimes committed by Blacks.

Another Liberal faux pas.

In other words – it isn’t about Mexicans coming to the US – it is about the illegals who are not vetted, who commit heinous crimes without repercussion or consequence, and the complete lack of an Operating – Justice System!   Whether it be crime or borders, the statistics provided by the Liberal DOJ reveal the true implosion of the American Culture.
