Trump & DeSantis Lawsuits: Frivolous Distractions

Deutsche Welle Headline:   UN report: Venezuela committing crimes against humanity to crush opposition.   Reality:   New York Attorney General appointed via George Soros has charged civil fraud against Trump, Ivanka and Eric.   The Purpose?   To ‘crush opposition’ using intelligence agencies to target certain individuals, aka, MAGA’s.

The exact same methods the UN has determined are being used by the Maduro government in Socialist Venezuela are now the means employed by the American government.   We are a fully socialist Marxist Dictatorship. According to the UN’s own promulgations.

The Charge? Crimes Against Humanity.

According to the UN definition, Crimes Against Humanity include:   Imprisonment – in violation of fundamental rules and international law. Persecution against a collection political or religious group. Torture – as in solitary confinement.  All of which have been perpetrated by the Liberals for 6 years.

If prosecuted, such crimes are punishable by 30 years in prison.   Which would apply to every member of Congress, every member of the FBI and CIA and DOJ for committing these heinous acts against the civil liberties of Americans.   For most of Congress, that penalty would account for the remainder of their lifetime.

NY AG, Letitia James has been diligently working to find any reason to persecute President Trump.   The charge? Between 2011 and 2021, Trump falsely inflated his net worth by billions.

Among the damages James is seeking includes;  “award disgorgement of all financial benefits obtained through the persistent fraudulent practices, estimated to total $250 million.”

A sub-paragraph to the charges notes that all valuations were made by Trump’s accounting firm.   NOT Trump.  

For Six Years this is the best the Soros diggers could find.   The Accountants are technically liable for not following GAAP rules. However, that is a significantly broad determination and the Attorney General has to Prove Beyond Doubt this was intentionally done by the Accounting Firm.

The accounting firm central to this filing is Mazars USA.   Headquartered in Paris, the firm employs 42,000 globally.   It’s Board Chair and CEO is Victor Wahba. Their website states they are committed to sustainability and the environment.   Maybe that means they don’t use paper….

At the behest of AG Letitia James, Mazars USA resigned from operating as the Trump accounting firm February 2022.   At this point they declared that no inflation of any financial numbers existed  and provided James with all the evidence in support of this fabricated accusation.  Despite Mazar’s dropping Trump as a client in 2022, the lawsuit would fall under their employment contract for the time stipulated by AG James. And the responsibility for any misstatement in Trump’s financials and taxes would fall wholly under their responsibility.

Given Mazars has revealed itself to be an alliance of the WEF, is an interesting breech.

Mazar contested AG James assertion regarding their failure to follow GAAP.   So the legal battle will in reality be Mazars vs NY State.   And penalizing Trump for any misconduct on the part of Mazars would be unlikely given he – Trump could not be held responsible for having knowledge of GAAP.

It is likely counter suits will result, including harassment.

The frivolous lawsuit brought against DeSantis by ‘Venezuelan’ Migrants in the US illegally, is also rife with irrationality.   A)   the migrants signed a waiver,   B)   the migrants were subsequently bussed to jail by National Guardsmen – not Boston or DC as they claimed to want, C)   they are NOT US citizens and have zero Constitutional rights,   and D) President Biden has routinely bussed illegal migrants throughout the country.

The only motive for these lawsuits is to smear reputations.   What these lawsuits do reveal is a heightened desperation and an abject lack of legal knowledge.   The Midterms will be scrutinized. We know all their corrupted tactics.   They will LOSE.

Hollywood Hysteria…

Breaking Alert:   Alyssa Milano cookie factory and Rob Reiner whine and dine have made a joint declaration that they will henceforth offer all their homes and estates to Wuhan virus contaminants!

They will gratuitously provide their full staff including; maids, dressers, butlers, makeup artists, bald sheen designers, hairdressers, pool boys, chauffeurs, gardeners, cooks, shoppers, playmates, and sanitizer staff to accommodate these victims. If their homes are not big enough they have vowed to create sanitized dwellings on the land to assist in the care and quarantine of any and all victims.


Pledging to divest their entire fortunes, they have stated they are deftly working on getting Pelosi onboard as well but so far keeping her dentures captive has not proven to be sufficient to keep her mouth shut.   So they are pursuing alternate methods like spitting on her lawn and running naked thru her sprinklers… alas to no avail.

Both Cookie Lady and Whine & Dine have declared that their entire wealth fortunes will be depleted because they have no more need of money given they will be shacking up together in a tent erected along the Juarez border where they will provide water to any illegal wanting to cross from Mexico.

In addition, they will provide every illegal with a gun and a knife for protection against the American meanies.

They are confident that this RESET will help reduce their Milano cookie waistlines and give them a sense of what it means to bathe without having three servants bathe you and towel you dry.    Given their recent foot in mouth gaffes, they are determined to show the people of the world that they are truly the best and brightest stars in the galaxy!

Clint Detention Center – Not Fit For Illegal Immigrants…

DeBlasio claims that the Clint detention center for illegal immigrants “does not look like a place where families are supposed to be…” That would be true!

Kamala Harris is telling children that they are all “born leaders, everyone is a born leader.”   One child looks totally confused and walks away.

“Protect the children!”   The mantra cry!

“They are marching around like a prison.” DeBlasio is confused.   He would seem to believe they should be holed up in the Ritz eating caviar…

The ‘viral video’ posted by Joaquin Castro that purportedly shows the dastardly conditions of a detention center is really just a solitary shot of one portion of a room with a half dozen women all sitting on the floor in brand new sleeping bags.  I imagine the media crew and makeup artists filled the remainder of the room.

Another ‘viral video’ shows a shower that Castro says is too small and dirty. It is a makeshift shower. Like one found at a US park campground…  He doesn’t like it.

I wonder if Castro has ever used a ‘porta-potty’ because I doubt they would meet his copious standards despite the fact that most citizens of the US who have visited a festival, music venue, park or recreation center have been required to make use of these facilities.

Given Castro supports everything illegal, it would do his sense of justice good to visit a few prisons and let him sit in a room with a half dozen or so inmates discussing their leadership qualities…

Cortez doesn’t like the fact that the sink is linked to the indoor toilet and claims that this means the immigrants are drinking toilet water. Obviously, Cortez is unaware that this same system is utilized in just about every jail cell across the US…

And while the rather bizarre Facebook recount of border agents being lewd and graphically racist has been cited by CNN and Politico, there are a few unanswered questions:   1) these videos seem to have initially been created during the Obama administration under the auspices and knowledge of the then Obama appointed official in charge of Border Patrol who has since been replaced by Trump.   2)   If this Facebook Group was ‘secret’ and private, how did Ocasio gain access?   These groups are accessed by invitation only.   3)   While Ocasio makes ominous claims about what is stated in these dastardly postings, the posts she reveals are rather innocuous… ”let me know how she looks in real life…”   Not exactly the vast number of death threats she claims. Odd.

Castro represents Texas 20th District which is 70% Hispanic, and has voted Democrat since 1956. And while Castro tauts his image as being from an immigrant family and raised by a single mom, he was born and raised in Texas by two parents, and somehow managed to go to Stanford and Harvard. His parents did not officially marry, however, they were ‘together’, his father a math teacher and his mother a volunteer at protests. His mother supported the campaign of Angela Davis, a communist activist and member of the Black Panther Party.  OUCH!   His twin brother worked in Obama’s Cabinet for Housing and Urban Development. Neither twin has worked outside of politics or held any ‘job’.   A bit odd.

Like Ocasio, Ilhan and Obama, Castro would seem to have appeared out of nowhere from a less than middle class family with little to define his life except that he managed to attend the most elite and costly schools in the country.

But with the detention centers burgeoning with captured illegals, and Trump giving Pelosi’s Democrats two weeks to find an alternate solution to the planned deportation, they, the Democrats, have done nothing. As such, their two weeks are up and the media was called in to help create a staged scene of chaos and inequity to deflect and disguise the real issue.

Still, not one Democrat has actually put up a dime to help these poor illegal immigrants with the exception of George Soros and the Catholic Doicese. Their help comes in the form of a debit card, a cell phone, new clothes and a possible bonus should they make it into the fray of the United States that they abhor so vehemently.

Instead of crossing the border with camera crews, security detail, and guards, perhaps these Democrat lovelies should spend a month or two in El Salvador or Honduras volunteering their time, allocating their wages, and helping these people who they so dearly adore…

And while all the MSM outlets stated they would black out any July 4th parade spectacles given Independence Day is now deplorable day, they managed to highlight Biden, Beto and DeBlasio as they marched in Independence, Iowa amidst a handful of paid supporters woefully forced to carry Biden signs for the camera frenzy.   Hehe. Independence boasts a population of roughly 6,000, 97% of whom are white. The county voted overwhelmingly Trump in the Presidential election.

The detention center fray is an obvious distraction given the candidates really have no platform or script that would distinguish them from one another. They have instead become mannequins who mouth the same, scream the same, lie the same, and lead relatively nontransparent lives while busily counting their $$$$$$.  Each one has utilized a ghost writer to write their biography.  I have not the pleasure of knowing anyone who has read any of their books, and most are even unaware a book exists.  Perhaps Soros is buying all the copies as a means of aiding their ‘fundraising’ efforts.

Then again Kamala has quickly learned how to spend her newfound wealth.   In 2015 it was revealed that her choice of hotels cost $850 to $1750 nightly, paid for by campaign financing and $2000 to $4500 for first class airfare. All the while claiming to be black, when she isn’t, a working class stiff, ummm, she isn’t, and pledging to leverage the US debt into the $100 trillion mark.   I’m sure CNN will hold a blackout of that transparency…

Illegal Immigrant Crisis – Global Chaos

Dutch authorities have admitted massive fraud in the refugee benefit program wherein Turkish citizens with homes in Turkey are using fake ID’s to claim benefits in The Netherlands and Germany.  According to Dutch authorities upwards of 17million Euros have vanished and perhaps as many as 12,000 Turks and migrants are capitalizing on the fraudulent scam.  

In fact, the Turkish town of Rashdiye is home to 700 Turks, all of whom claim and are supported by German welfare.   This is their ‘wage’, it provides for all their needs including a home, food, and even televisions.  According to one such resident, his children work and own multiple hotels, but this is free money.  German authorities are aware, but choose to ignore the situation because it would be bad press coverage and stoke more animosity toward the migrants.

Last year, when an employee of Germany’s state reception authority discovered that a large number of migrants were collecting multiple benefits using different names, sometimes as many as six, and reported the fraud, she was fired.   Her boss told her to bury the files in the basement where they wouldn’t be found, leave it alone, and most importantly, keep quiet.  She refused.

Still, nothing changed, no one is denied benefits.  It might appear racist or discriminatory, or their fragile demeanor might be offended…

The Dutch authorities state that the fraud is most likely widespread throughout the EU with Turks, Syrians, Afghani’s, and Lebanese playing the game.  And they have an unlikely assist to help them in these schemes – medical doctors.   In both Germany and France, medical doctors sometimes provide fake medical certificates for immigrants who have no ID in order to prevent deportation.   They then use these fake documents to obtain welfare benefits including ‘retroactive benefits’.

The cost of illegal immigration is difficult to tally, because it involves services not typically transparent such as;  deportation costs, travel costs, medical costs, fraud costs, housing and welfare costs, childcare costs, border costs, security costs, and societal costs.

According to the Heritage Foundation, as of 2013, the cost to the US was roughly $55 billion per year for ‘illegal immigrants’.   According to FAIR, Federation For American Immigration Reform, the annual ‘NET’ cost is now $116 billion per year on a federal, state and local level.

The confusing issue that seems to somehow allude the MSM, is attempting to classify illegal vs legal immigration.   No one is opposed to immigration, it is the illegal portion that is at issue.  If Governor Jerry Brown wants to personally go to Honduras and grant California documents to a bunch of Hondurans and personally fly them back to San Francisco, then more power to him.  If George Clooney wants to house illegals at his home in Lake Cuomo Italy and have Amal get them legal citizenship while providing an annual stipend to keep them off welfare, more power to him.

But this constant defense of illegal activity is simply nonsense.

Germany has estimated a cost of $86 billion over four years to support their immigrants and plan to pay for it out of their surplus budget…   Unfortunately, they are also attempting to spend their surplus on the creation of a new military given the US demand for them to be in compliance with the 2% requirement, and they are spending their surplus on debt repayment so that they can be in compliance with the EU Commission requirement of no more than 60%.   Some economists argue that Germany’s surplus comes at a detriment for other EU countries whose markets are squeezed because of Germany’s low import strategy which, despite Merkel’s rhetoric, is a nationalist strategy.   Germany is actually on par with China, hypocritically claiming a global alliance effort, while supporting a nationalist economic Germany.   Greece and Italy suffer in particular.   But Germany’s imports are falling, its trade economy is faltering, and its ability to pay for all these welfare immigration costs is less likely.

Germany is also battling their policy of uniting unaccompanied immigrant minors with their extended families.  The same policies that the US battles.    It also follows that many immigrants claiming to be minors are actually considerably older, and thus not entitled to the unification.  In 2015, 95,000 unaccompanied minors applied for asylum, in 2016 it was 63,200, and in 2017 31,000 – 90% of which are males.    How many family members were they entitled to bring to Germany?

Without documentation, these Afghani’s and Eritreans that overwhelm the system claim they are under the age of 18 and therefore entitled by German law.  Backing off, Merkel has ordered her government to deny the reunification and is ordering Medical testing  to determine their true age.

With the radical islamafication movement within the EU, France is now facing the ultimate truism as they predict that many mayoral candidates in the 2022 cycle will be Salafi Muslims as entire districts and towns are majority Islam.

Arguments still abound regarding the net surplus these immigrants bring…  Arguing that tax revenues are increased as a result, the NET deficit in France was still $22 billion in 2009 and the argument is terribly poor because it does not consider the true ‘COSTS’!

Illegal immigrants in a district north of Paris now account for 20% of the population.   But it is illegal in France to identify a person by their status – so true numbers are virtually impossible to tabulate.   This same District has a 50% unemployment rate and the locals there blame France…for their predicament.

Macron’s solution?

Process them faster so they are no longer illegal.  As for the unemployment – education and language remain the deterrents.

It is interesting to read articles from four or five years ago wherein the immigration issue was a nonissue and the governments and respective media outlets were encouraging more and more, faster and faster, only to read articles today wherein the same governments, the same media outlets, decry the folly and are quick to label blame.

It is reminiscent of the Clinton and Obama reproach today of Trump’s anti policies only to find articles and videos in which they said the same thing against the illegal flux 3 – 5 – and even 10 years ago.  Odd those videos don’t seem to make it to the unbiased MSM?

It is why we need to claim history vehemently –  because it remains evidence.

Border Crossing = Child Trafficking

The easiest way to fight and purge the rhetoric being spewed from the mouths of babes and boys is to offer statistics.  The Department of Homeland Security releases annual tables that provide data on illegal entry, asylum entry, children entry, by country, by age, by most any characteristic. Statistics.

They portray a clearer picture of what is happening, by whom, and to whom.  For example:

  1. Aliens Determined Inadmissible By Region and Country of Nationality:   Politico and DW have not done their homework.   In 2016, Obama sent back over 274,000, 192,000 came from Mexico, 48,000 from Asia (China), and  only 9900 came from South America (Honduras and Guatemala).

Therefore the notion that the majority of these immigrants are fleeing the crime and persecution of South America – is not even remotely accurate.

  1. Aliens Apprehended by Region and Country of Nationality:   In 2016, the total was 530,000 with 501,754 coming from – Mexico, 9875 from South America, and 12,267 from Asia.
  2. Petitions For Naturalization Filed and Denied:   In 2016, 972,000 were filed and 86,000 were denied.  This number was roundly beaten in 1996, and 1997 when Clinton was President, and in 2007 under Bush. In fact during Clinton’s term, roughly 8 million were naturalized.  Obama came in at a close second.
  3. The TOTAL number of people granted ‘Asylum’ is barely a thread by comparison.   According to the DHS, in 2016 11,729 were given asylum, the majority came from Guatemala, Honduras, el Salvador, China, Iraq, and Syria.

Another DHS Table reflects the fact that the vast majority of illegal immigrants in the US came here during the Clinton years of 1997 thru 2001 numbering roughly 7 million of the total 12 million coming from Mexico – and roughly 1 million coming from South America.   It is estimated that the gang population in the US is about 1.5 million.  The majority of the gang population is of Hispanic origin including Mexico, el Salvador, Honduras and Guatemala.

Chicago has the highest gang population, followed by Los Angeles, Detroit, and Camden, NJ.

According to the State Department, 600,000-800,000 people are trafficked across our borders every year – half of them are children.  According to NGO’s the figure is well over a million.   They are used for sexual perversity.  Where is Peter Fonda?  The View? Hillary?  Half a million children!

According to Project Muse, which researches trafficked children, in many instances parents or smugglers are paid by family members to bring their children to the US for the purpose of becoming a sex slave.  They sell their children.  Follow the money.

According to a State Department report issued during the Obama administration, the top three regions of origination for trafficked children in the US include; the US, Mexico and Philippines.  The most vulnerable children within the US include those in the child welfare system and juvenile justice systems.   These statistics would thus support the Franklin Scandal of the 1980’s and the Jimmy Savile Scandal in the UK of the same time frame.  Both took their victims from group homes, foster homes, and government funded detention centers holding youth.

These statistics completely upend the Democrat cratting, the Hollywood wooding, and the media diafying… because of 2300 children held in border detention centers with some crying…  It does not even compare to the true tragedy and represents  .4% of the children suffering sexual abuse.  Closing the borders, closes the hole of traffickers.   It is odd who wants ‘open borders’, could it be because they support child trafficking?   And that is the real issue.  Where will the perverts and pedophiles find their victims if the borders are closed?   Epstein Island?   Burned to the ground.

The blubbering Senators who claim children were crying in the Detention Center?  Obviously they haven’t spent much time at home – or in a Day Care, because children CRY!   I recently had the fortune/misfortune of sitting in the ‘cry room’ at church where ten toddlers cried and wailed the entire time!  Not one of them was being mistreated, and they were WITH their parents.

The argument is stupid and only supports the ignorance of the elite who don’t actually raise children – but exploit them instead for sexual perversity.  If we close the borders, these people will have to go to other countries to get their yum-yums.  And other countries might actually prosecute them.  Oh darn.

So tell me Politico, Hillary, Comey, Fonda, and The View – where are those 1 million sexually molested children that have gone missing each and every year… worldwide?  Why aren’t you offended?  What about the UN Peacekeepers who rape and trafficking children each year?  Where is your outrage?   Obvious.

US Homelessness – an Epidemic?

Homelessness in the US is inhumane. We all need to give more money.   We need more shelters, more beds, more and more…

But the picture is far more complicated. The statistics don’t exactly support the Socialist demand. The US has a fairly low homeless rate when compared globally to wealthy nations, at roughly .17%. For example, UK’s rate is .38%, Australia’s is .43%, France is .21%, Luxemburg is .28%, New Zealand is .94% and The Netherlands is .19% – while Hungary is .1% and Poland is .08%.

In addition, according to endhomelessness.org, only 81% of the available beds in the US are used by the homeless.   So building more shelters would not seem to be the answer. It is like curing the stuffy nose when the disease is cancer.

Statistically;  26% of sheltered homeless people had severe mental illness, 35% had substance abuse issues, in 2010, 1.593 million people ‘experienced’ homelessness, however only 123,800 were considered chronic homeless.   Experiencing homelessness is not the same as living on the streets, it includes those who were forced to leave their homes and may have moved in with family or friends temporarily until they could get their life back on track.

The numbers are difficult to actually tabulate, and mitigation for the chronic is wholly different than the transitional.  Solutions are rarely so simplistic as – more.

The statistical numbers include illegals who come to the US through our borders, unaccompanied children, and women with no work skills. The states with the highest homeless rate include; DC, New York, California, Florida and Texas.   Interestingly, these rates do not correlate to the states with the highest poverty rate, however they do correlate with the states having the highest rate of illegal immigrants.

It is estimated that roughly 39% of all homeless are children under the age of 18. The greatest cause would be a father who has deserted his family.  And the secondary cause is illegal immigration.  Period.

Therefore, the major ‘cause’s’ of homelessness can be identified as resulting from the abandonment of a father, severe mental illness, illegal immigration, and substance abuse.   Tackling those problems will help to erase the disease. Just building more shelters is like the adage; “give a man a fish and you feed him for a day, teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime.”

If our current shelters have a 19% vacancy rate, building more is obviously not the solution. Stopping illegal immigration – providing mental healthcare – tackling substance abuse promulgated by doctors and Big Pharma – and teaching abandoning dads (of all colors) the motto; stay or pay – will have the largest impact on homelessness.

Raising the minimum wage is useless because it doesn’t even remotely represent the cause of the problem.   My youngest son has a roommate…  that’s not a negative.   It doesn’t mean he deserves a 2 bedroom apartment solo because he doesn’t make enough.  It doesn’t mean we should subsidize all those who want a 2 bedroom apartment but can’t afford one…  ?

Trump’s plan to reduce illegal immigration and reverse opioid abuse reflects a true understanding of the problem and offers a cure for the disease instead of a band-aide for the cancer.   The issue with abandonment is delicate as it is considered racist. But the statistics substantiate the problem: 57.6%-72% of black children are raised by a single parent (statistics vary widely based on MSM vs not MSM).   If we continue to deny, qualify, justify, or ignore that statistic, then we won’t change it. It will haunt us with all the sub statistics that it creates, including homelessness.

But for those who cry for the wealthy to shell out more money to give more freebies, to spend more, well, they have missed the point.   There is no such thing as equality, it never has and never will exist. And while the US has a very low rate of homelessness compared to its European and Australian buddies, the US has been unjustly and unwisely attacked for not being perfect.

And while those that demand more charity also seem to be quick to note they haven’t any to give, the point is further defeated and seems more of a Socialist/Communist desire, albeit an altruistic one.

Humanism isn’t about building an ever bigger welfare system, humanism is giving people the desire to produce, the means to produce, and the integrity of self sufficiency and responsibility.
