NED The Coup Maker – NGO Funding Is A Civil Right

Coup Maker, National Endowment for Democracy’s subset, The World Movement for Democracy, has an interesting article, “The Right To Receive Funding”.   “International and regional human rights laws protect civil society’s right to receive resources. Yet, many governments restrict CSOs’ access to funding to strangle civil society.” 

The article is so rife with bizarre pronouncements under the guise of human rights it is glaringly borderline psychotic. 

March 2025, NED sued the Trump government for failing to give them $240 million in previously allotted funding.  In May 2025, Rep. Crane introduced a bill to defund NED.  Tabled.   February 2026, Congress approved $315 million for NED and its affiliates within a $50 billion appropriation for ‘diplomacy and assistance’.   A heading that includes every Democracy Program NGO known to mankind.  Like a code word.  It doesn’t matter what you are doing as long as you frame it as Democracy and Human Rights.

What is Civil Society?  In its broadest sense, Civil Society is the people outside of government and business, as in Taxpayers.  Along comes the dragon and suddenly NGO’s are defined as Civil Society because they frame the words – human rights and democracy.  When an organization receives the majority of its funding from governments, when an organization takes money and pays no taxes, when an organization interferes in the political and government environment of other countries as well as its own – it is NOT Civil Society.

Technically, as Taxpayers we have the right of refusal to have our money given to anyone or any country because we are Civil Society.  Congress should not have the right to designate our funds to ANY charity/NGO without our approval and permission.  Taking Taxpayer funds under the guise of an NGO is not a Human Right!    But National Endowment for Democracy has challenged this Protocol by proclaiming every NGO can take whatever it wants from ‘every government’ as an international human right proffered via Civil Society.

The fact that NED uses this money to initiate coups, regime changes, and civil strife is simply another stranglehold on Taxpayers by the government.  The Board of NED is as follows:

  • Damon Wilson – CEO:  “Under Wilson’s leadership, NED has sharpened its strategy, making venture capital-style investments in freedom entrepreneurs advancing democracy in their own countries.”  His background includes NATO, Atlantic Council, Bush, and Save The Children in Rwanda…
  •  Peter Roskam – Chair:  Lawyer.  Task Force to combat antisemitism.  House Leadership Trump 2017.
  • Eileen Donahoe – Vice Chair:  Lawyer. Former UN ambassador, Director at Soros Human Rights Watch.
  • Kenneth Wollack – Vice Chair:  USAID.  Brookings.  National Democratic Institute (NED subsidiary).
  • Stuart Apellbaum:  Lawyer.  VP AFL-CIO.  President, Jewish Labor Committee

Etc…  None of these people seem to have any background in societal functions such as human rights or development from a nonpartisan view, but instead are more Deep State players with an Agenda.  Looking to absorb noncharitable money from taxpayers under the heading of NGO.  Shouldn’t Taxpayers get at minimum a write-off? 

The last financial statement filed by NED was for FYE September 2024.  Government Revenue was $354.1 million.  $238,000 was earned as nontaxed Investment Income.  Grantmaking was nearly equal between domestic and foreign entities.  Domestic Entities are listed and include (Foreign entities are NOT listed on their Form 990, instead they list a broad area served): 

  • Eye Media Group – provides entertainment and current affairs television in Afghanistan – based out of “CIA”? headquarters in VA as a ‘for-profit’. Oddly – they have no executives, Leaders, Board, or team members running the Show. Gift – $770,000.
  • DIRECTORIO DEMOCRATICO CUBANO, INC. – funds opposition against the regime in Cuba. Based in Miami, they also seem to have no leaders, executives or Board to moderate funding…  $650,000.
  • China Digital Times, Inc. – Led by Berkeley professor and Vice Chair for World Movement for Democracy, Xiao Qiang, promotes China propaganda. $1,247,000.
  • The Solidarity Center – founded by the AFL-CIO as a voice on job security. Other than it’s Director – there are no leaders or executives at the Solidarity Center according to their website.   However, it has secured funding from Norway for their work in – Ukraine since USAID funding was knifed.  $34.26 million…
  • Center For International Private Enterprise – Online Publication owned by The National Interest. Founded by Irving Kristol, father of Bill Krystol, atheist Trotskyist Jews, coined the godfather of neoconservatism.  $33.4 million. 

Taxpayers are paying for Unions. We are paying for regime change in Cuba.  We are paying for groups that don’t exist.  We are paying for online publications of propaganda.  And if we don’t give them the money that is their ‘human right’ they sue the US Government, aka Taxpayers.  Because it is their inherent right to take our money!  Unabashedly. 

DOGE?  We know DOGE tore apart USAID and the State Department money laundering throughout NGO’s, but USAID was still awarded $50 billion FY 2026.  Accountability is nonexistent.  The slush fund is alive and well!     

Gaza Humanitarian Foundation: Founded by Israel & Trump

The Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (GHF) was founded by President Trump.  It is primarily funded by USAID.  And its acting Director is a former USAID functionary who directed the ‘use of Taxpayer funds’ for billions of projects primarily in the Middle East, including Afghanistan. John Acree has worked in various capacities at USAID since 2010 during the Obama administration and Biden administration.  Prior to that Acree worked for International Resource Group, a contractor for USAID.  The same USAID somewhat dismantled for its fraud, theft, and mismanagement of funds.  GHF is paid $140 million Per Month since its founding in February.

The Executive Chairman of GHF is Johnnie Moore Jr, an evangelical advisor to Trump who was part of the Biden administration.  He is an outspoken supporter of ridding the world of Palestine, and sits on the board of the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews (IFCJ).  This Fellowship claims – bridging Christianity with secular Jews and includes giving money to Jews, alleviating poverty among Jews, paying for Jews to move to Israel, teaching Christians to supplant Christianity with Judaism, saving Jewish lives with money from Christians.  SO, the “bridge” has zero benefit to Christians.

According to the GHF website Moore and Acree are the only two employees of this Foundation and aid process… As of today – they claim to have ‘distributed 91 million meals to Gazans’.  Including 2 million meals delivered over the last 2 days.  How is that possible when we see only buckets of flour and mele? 

Obviously, this Gaza Foundation is an Israeli front to extract funds from USAID for Israel – not for starving Gazans.  It is a front.  And Trump personally created this and installed its Director and Chair based on their Israeli overlords.

In that theme, Trump was recently quoted as saying that “Hamas doesn’t want a Gaza Deal, I think they want to die”..   

According to witnesses and former US military veteran contractors and mercenaries, this distribution scheme lures Gazans into open air, baked sun, areas with a few boxes of aid – and then uses these areas as sadistic death traps with snipers, grenades and toxic tear gassing.  So far over 1050 Palestinians were shot dead via this sadistic scheme and another near 6,000 seriously injured. 

The UN and 11 humanitarian aid organizations confirm that GHF “ is a project led by politically connected Western security and military figures, coordinated in tandem with the Israeli government”.  President Trump wants them dead.

This is not just condoned by America’s President, it is funded by US Taxpayers.  And Trump has become a Mafia Mobster.  Al Jazeera has used satellite imagery, videos, and eye-witness accounts to reveal how this ‘distribution’ is actually conducted.  The final stretch once at the site reveals cattle corrals where people are crammed together like animals waiting at a slaughterhouse.

Hamas claims Witkoff, Trump and Netanyahu are lying – constantly changing what has already been agreed to – and painting a false, and fake distortion of the negotiations in order to continue to murder Palestinians unabated. 

Trump blamed Hamas, saying;  “Now we’re down to the final hostages, and they know what happens after you get the final hostages”.

Qatar stated their mediated peace talks collapsed again this week, after the US and Israel pulled out of them, accusing Hamas of not acting in good faith.

Israel’s far-right Heritage Minister Amichai Eliyahu said the government should not intervene as the residents of the enclave face starvation. “All of Gaza will be Jewish!

The US via President Trump is guilty of aiding the War Crime of genocide and civilian starvation.  IF this is how Trump and his Zionist partners act toward an entire civilization and country, it affirms they would rationalize this toward anyone – including Americans. 

The Great Purge was a Stalin terrorism campaign targeting civilians who did not properly embrace the new dictator Stalin.  Between 1936 and 1938, the Soviet Secret Police targeted anyone ‘perceived’ to be enemies of the state.  It is estimated that over 1 million people were summarily executed and another 6 million plus were sent to forced labor camps.

There are many conflicting accounts of The Purge, and Stalin in general, some claiming he was antisemitic, others claiming he embraced Marxism and Leninism.  Still others claim he was anti-communist despite being an absolute dictator.  The fact that Stalin fought the Nazis in WWII to help the Jews further deflates the AntiSemitism or anticommunism rewritten history which attempts to once again victimize Bolshevik Jews.

Not to be diminished, FDR and Churchill adamantly applauded Stalin who was named by Time Magazine Man Of The Year on more than one occasion.

All told nearly 62 million died under Stalin’s Regime including old, young, babies, and 7 million noncitizens from Germany, Greece, Poland, Hungary and Romania particularly the aristocrats, intellectuals, bourgeoise, kulaks (peasants who resisted collectivism – or today’s MAGA who no longer support Trump’s actions), and land owners.  The ‘cleansing’ was a purposeful genocide to save only the slaves of the state.

This cleansing in Palestine is by the same Stalin Bolsheviks and McCarthy Communists of which President Trump is apparently a member.

One cannot defund Planned Parenthood and then collectively assassinate Palestinian children.  One cannot create a $140 million monthly slush fund via an organization, USAID, shuttered for running mafia styled money laundering schemes and not be Cartel.  One cannot delegate to Tulsi Gabbard the Russiagate investigation and then vocalize it was all in vain given Obama has immunity – unless one is compromised. 

Russia, India, and China, are watching this stage play in real time and so far refusing to become a part of the globalization that is Trump’s American Bolshevik Empire.

The Council Of Europe Wants To Colonize Russia

The Council of Europe was organized in 1949 for the purpose of upholding human rights, democracy and the rule of law.  It was founded in the UK where private citizens are now being rounded up and jailed for exercising their right to freedom of speech on the Internet.  But the Council is not concerned with those violations, instead it is concerned with judging the expelled Russia and discussing when it would appropriate to begin bringing justice for crimes in Ukraine.  Of course, Ukraine is above all crimes and has been despite being written up continually by the UN and Amnesty International for well over a decade!

Good Job Council!  Well Done!

According to the webpage, their accomplishments over the last 70+ years include abolishing the death penalty in full 2002.  In addition, the Council takes credit for strengthening human rights by abolishing torture…I guess Julian Assange doesn’t count.  Third, they have upheld anti-racism and discrimination – except when it’s against white people.  They protect children’s rights even when the child is mutilated and/or trafficked.  They defend cultural diversity even when it replaces European culture, and they make sure everyone has the opportunity to have good quality medicines and vaxes even when their side-effects include DEATH!

The Committee of Ministers make all the rules and decisions on values, ethics, human rights and democracy.  Their joint Chairs include Xavier Bettel and Patrick Engleberg.  Bettel’s degree is Law.  Yet he was appointed head of ‘Religious Affairs’ for the Green Party, the Socialists Party, and the Democratic Party while marrying another man and professing atheism.  Three parties which are mainly considered ‘atheist’ are tasked with ‘Religious Affairs’.  Odd.  It is alleged that Bettel’s master’s thesis was completely plagiarized with the exception of possibly 2 pages.  Ethics?

Patrick Engleberg has no biography other than being an ambassador of Luxembourg or maybe the UK – differing accounts.  No registration of birth, no jobs, no wife, no religion, a blank canvas. 

These two men created a Tribunal against Putin, Lavrov, and PM Mishustin because ‘international law holds heads of state responsible for any aggression toward another country’.  Except when Ukraine was torturing and murdering over 15,000 citizens in the eastern portion of Ukraine via their Nazi Military Unit – Azov.  Kyiv would be responsible for all the evidence.

The newly elected president of the Council is Alain Berset, in 2020, it was revealed a woman was attempting to blackmail him for an affair he had with her for which she had photographs.  Berset is married to Muriel Zeender and is a member of the World Economic Forum where he speaks regularly.  Recently speeches have been about the peaceful democracy exhibited by poor Ukraine brutally at the mercy of the evil Russia.  Obviously morality and values are NOT necessary in order to run the Council or discuss issues without bias toward his Master Klaus Schwab.

Boris Tarasyuk is the Ukrainian permanent ambassador to the European Council.  He founded the Institute For Euro – Atlantic Cooperation.  The Institute is funded by the US Department of State and USAID.  This organization is tasked with ‘border security, and arms control’ – among other agendas – none of which have been remotely achieved.

Theodorous is the newly enthroned President of The Council as of January 2024. A Greek journalist, he embraces what is called the New Democracy Agenda – a panhellenic socialist movement.  When the Left politicians and Media lay claim to our Democracy as being destroyed – this is what they refer to.  Created in 1974 as the Third Hellenic Republic, they follow the ideology of a unitary government ie a one party state ie a form of Monarchial rule.

Reminder:  ALL these Councils, Initiatives and Movements are Funded By The US GOVERNMENT.   Or to be more precise – Unwitting US Taxpayers.  And many have existed for over 75 years.  Does the Trump Team know this history?   Doubtful.

The First Hellenic Period was marked by the ascendancy of the Roman Empire.  It is also marked by the rise of Greek Mythology.  The two sources that give rise to the history of this period include:  Polybius and Siculus.  The earliest remaining manuscripts of these scholars including Bibliotheca Historia are from the 15th century AD>  The ONLY evidence they ever existed.

The Second Hellinistic Period gets its ancient evidence from “History.com”.  History Dot Com was created in 1995 by A&E Networks, ie Hearst and the Rockefeller Group – now Walt Disney.  Entertainment Run By Paul Buccieri.   SO – our History is a direct creation of Hollywood during the Jewish coup.

Ratcheting The War Regime: Syria and Iran

NY FBI AGENT DENNEHY:  Amid the early 2025 Us Federal mass layoffs Dennehy was directed to retire from his role leading the FBI’s New York Field Office.  U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi  criticized Dennehy’s office for allegedly withholding files related to Jeffrey Epstein though no evidence was provided to support this claim​. Dennehy stated in an email to colleagues that he was given no reason for his removal.

This is the official version?

Trump is threatening Iran to make a nuclear deal or be bombed by the US.  WAR – again.  Infinite WAR.  Maryan Rajavi is making the rounds again calling for an Iranian coup so that MEK may reign.  MEK was created in 1961 by Marxist students to take down the US installed Shah.  They were thus instrumental in the 1979 Iranian Revolution which brought into power Khamenei.  MEK didn’t like Khamenei either – so they helped orchestrate the Iran-Iraq War.  They were a designated terrorist organization until 2013 when Obama lifted its status.

Maryan Rajavi is simply attempting to use the US to go to war with Iran so she and her Marxists can rule over the country – and suddenly she’s a “Hero”?

That regime change worked really well with Ghaddafi and most recently Assad. 

Tucker interviewed Qatar’s Foreign Minister and asked why Hamas was headquartered there.  Surprisingly, he stated that the US under Obama had made the request and they complied.   Thereafter, the sums delivered to Hamas under the guise of Palestine increased dramatically suggesting yet another source of siphoning for individual NGO wealth in the US.

USAID money did not go to Palestinians, it went to ‘partner organizations.  According to AP, the two senior officials at these ‘aid groups’ spoke on condition of anonymity because of the political sensitivity of the issue and of their work in Gaza.  In other words they don’t want to provide access to analyzing the money trail.  There are 17 NGO’s claiming to provide aid to Gaza. 

Example:   Multiffaith Alliance is an NGO in New York claiming to assist Gaza.  Their partners include NGO’s in Israel and Syria.  One such partner, Afya Foundation, spent roughly 50% of their contributions on grants – unlisted.  The remainder is pocketed as salaries rent and net assets.  They partner with Jewish NGO’s such as the United Jewish Appeal (The Jewish Federations of North America) – whose entire mission is to help Jews.  The Jewish NGO’s partner with organizations that have nothing to do with aid.  Such as, Sustainable and Green programs in New York via Project Hope.

Catholic Relief Services – funded by US government, including; USAID, Department of Agriculture, CDC, as well as the UN which is funded by the US.  In addition to ‘Peace Building’ they provide micro-finance loans at usury rates.   Their 2023 Financials show $300 million in Net Assets.  The US government gave them $531 million.  On revenue of $1.47 Billion, $351 million was spent on food programs – 24%.  CEO Sean Callahan received compensation of $643,000 in addition to benefits and a pension plan.  As a Funny side note, the EVP is James Bond!   They spent $4 million on advertising. 

While they don’t list the beneficiaries of grants the Form 990 claims all monies went to west Africa.  In naming the foreign countries they work in – Palestine is NOT listed, although Israel is.   They are headquartered in Baltimore Maryland.

On the Books – these are just 2 of many entities receiving money for Palestine that never makes it to Palestine.   Instead it is rerouted through hundreds of NGO’s all taking their cut.   When the Pro-Israel crowd denounces what Palestine does with ALL their funding, the reality is a large swathe is diverted to Israel and unnamed entities in West Africa – whether existing or not.

Qatar was doing the bidding of Obama.   So that the Obama regime could grow the graft by $Trillions. 

Trump’s Supreme Court Lawsuit Lost To Looney Tunes

Briefly watching the Democrats holding signs and making facial expressions to convey their animosity was like watching a version of Mean Girls aged 10.   The elementary school brainstorm failed to do anything for anyone except build annoyance.  Embarrassing display’s on the world stage is only matched by the ranting tantrums of media entertainers and jesters as they are instructed to make themselves into human hyenas.  Just Gross.

Imagine having your children and grandchildren watching such a maniacal display of disobedience and having the same  disrespect in their school environment…  The psychological impact is akin to the Ukraine brawls that were common in their parliament as fists flew and bodies splayed.  This is far far beyond Zelenskky and Fetterman showing up in workout gear – but still on par with an odd Master Handler forcing this behavior for entertainment.

Bad News Bears – Supreme Court has ruled against freezing the $2 billion in USAID.  A ruling that defies the US Constitution in the line of command.  While the finding declares that the money is owed for ‘completed contracts’ – those contracts would necessitate scrutiny for fraud – a legal basis.   Perhaps sending teams into the offices of the ‘contractors’ who must prove they have ‘completed’ their assignments before payment can be disbursed could at the very least push them to be productive.   

Similar to when you buy a newly constructed home and a ‘walk-thru’ inspection is typical before money is disbursed.

Who filed the lawsuits against Trump?  

Lawsuit #!: Public Citizen, Democracy Forward, American Foreign Service Association, American Federation of Government Employees, and Oxfam America.   Lawsuit #2:  Global Health Council, Management Sciences For Health, and Small Business Association for International Companies, HIAS and the American Bar.

Public Citizen:  a lobbying group founded by Ralph Nader.   Democracy Forward: is a nonprofit providing legal services.  American Foreign Service:  is a labor union within the Department of State headed by ‘acting Senior Official Katherine Rodriguez’. Oxfam: is venture capital fund run thru donor advisory middlemen.  American Federation:  is a labor union representing government employees.

In other words, the USAID lawsuits are not about aid – they are about union employees and NGO’s who have nothing to do with foreign aid contracts.  The lawsuit should have been tossed.  These people have no cards in the game.  

Lawsuit #2:  HIAS:  is a Jewish organization providing assistance for Jewish refugees – including those in Ukraine.  Management Sciences For Health is a vaccine initiative of Bill Gates, Pfizer, Roche, and other foundations working in Africa for ‘depopulation’.  The Global Health Council works with WHO.   They are primarily funded by Bill Gates, Rockefeller and MacArthur to distribute vaccines across Africa.

It would appear that this lawsuit  is central to Bill Gates being left out as the middleman between USAID money and WHO – as well as a bizarre diaspora of Jewish refugees working in alliance with AIPAC.  
It will be an interesting deep dive to find out what outstanding and completed contracts are represented within this $2 billion ‘pledge’.   If in fact the contracts are valid – and what the contracts pay to the lobbyists and Gates vs actual AID. 

One dissenter in the Supreme Court appeal supporting releasing the funds was Scott Greytak.  He is a Director at the German NGO, headquartered in Berlin, US Transparency International.  What TI does is measure corruption of everyone else:   “In its main surveys, Transparency International does not measure the weight of corruption in economic terms for each country. It develops a Corruption Perception Index (CPI) based on surveys conducted by private structures or other NGOs: the Economist Intelligence Unit backed by the British liberal weekly newspaper The Economist the American neoconservative organization Freedom House  the World Economic Forum or large corporations”.

In other words, they are simply a lobbyist organization with no cards in the game.

Funding for TI comes from western governments (unnamed), Exxon, Mobil, Bechtel, Pfizer, Shell, KKR, Deloitte, and Ernst & Young.   TI has been cited for taking money from organizations that are considered ‘revolving door’ pay for play.   In 2017 when Trump came to power, TI scraped their US Chapter after accusations that they were simply a front group with Hillary connections and absolutely nothing to do with their designated charter.  That office was reopened when Biden won the election.

According to Transparency’s website if you want to know anything about who they are, what they do, where they work – Subscribe.  Because, transparency is NOT for them – only for you.   They are an ‘undesirable foreign agent’ in Russia.

The Two Lawsuits may actually amount to nothing if Forensic Auditors are deployed to mine thru the ‘contracts’ to find if in fact any of the funds are slated for their contractual purpose.   Or if they are a fraud in which middlemen take 90% of the cut.   The Supreme Court decision does not say any of these organizations can be paid – it states that contracts with USAID funding should be fulfilled IF the contract is completed.

The The The That’s All FOLKS!

The US International Development Corporation w/in USAID+

The US International Development Corporation operates under the auspices of USAID and ‘other’ agencies within the federal government.   Their purpose is to invest taxpayer dollars into other countries for development projects. DFC’s lending capacity is used to provide loans, loan guarantees, direct equity investments, and political risk insurance for private-sector led development projects, feasibility studies, and technical assistance.  The ‘loans’ charge interest at country level rates which can be as high as 30%.

Their website provides a list of active projects.  The list includes 1431 records over 120 pages.  They include:  Africa regional, Kenya, Zambia, Uganda, Vietnam, India, etc.. etc…  It also lists Ukraine.  Unfortunately, all information regarding the Ukraine funding purpose, who received the funding, and the project label has been Redacted.  “Information has temporarily been redacted, including to protect the safety of implementing partners.”  It is the ONLY project country redacted.

Some of the DFC funding is simply issued to a bank which could simply be a persons off-shore account.  One such investment is to Acorn Holdings Ltd – $180 million to build 38 student housing rental units in Kenya.  The financing is over an 18 year period.  Another project worth $200 million to finance a new credit card company in Colombia. 

As of 2024, the board of directors of DFC was Antony Blinken, Samantha Power, Janet Yellen and Gina Raimondo.  According to their 2024 Report, the Net Cost of operating this revenue and asset building entity operation was a loss of $241.5 million.  The independent audit report stated it could NOT perform an audit and offered no opinion – except to say that the statements were prepared in an accurate fashion.

The Chief Executive Officer of DFC was Scott Nathan, an Obama holdover who has stepped down.  He worked for Podesta’s Center For American Progress which is funded by The Open Society.  Andrew Hauptman also funds Center For American Progress.  His board affiliations include the Israel Policy Forum – funded by the US Government.

Deputy CEO of DFC is Nisha Desai Biswall.  She is also on the board of US Institute For Peace, The Institute For Sustainable Communities, and The Leadership Counsel For Women in National Security – which is funded by Open Society, BAE Systems, Peraton, Lockheed, L3Harris, Microsoft and General Atomics. 

The Leadership Council For Women built a database of nearly 1,000 well-qualified women ready to serve in senior politically appointed positions and shared their profiles with the Biden-Harris Transition Team.  They are embedded throughout the federal government.  Madelaine Albright and Blinken served on its board.

Paraton’s slogan is “We help the intelligence community fight the invisible war…”. Peraton is funded by the US government as part of the burgeoning US Intelligence Community.  Which means that George Soros is directly involved in and has direct access to our federal intelligence divisions including but not limited to:  NSC, CIA, US Special Op Command, NTI, DoD, biological defense programs, CNAS, CSIS, etc.. with control over Antony Blinken and Michelle Flourney who co-founded WestExec Advisors…

David Cohen, Deputy Director of CIA worked also for WestExec.  Secretary of Defense, Robert Work worked for WestExec. Deputy AG, Lisa Monaco worked for WestExec… the list goes on…

In 2022, Teneo bought a majority stake in WestExec.  Teneo Board included Clinton and Tony Blair.  They raised money for the Clinton Foundation, created the slush fund from USAID for Chelsea Clinton, and paid Huma Abedin as a consultant while she was working for Hillary.  Teneo is majority owned by CVC Partners.  CVC is headquartered in the British Channel Islands.

When analyzing the Financial Report for the US International Development Corp, there is no data for any of the 1431 current projects to track interest revenues, or percentage ownership of any asset, or any information regarding past projects.  There is no available tracking of the projects  Giving the impression it is simply a shell wherein billions are laundered into private companies and foreign banks which can’t be accessed. 

While many of the Soros/Clinton regime have been ousted from the Federal Government by Trump, their expanse drills down into an absurd webbing of profit and nonprofit organizations housing every high-end official from the cabinets of Clinton, Bush, Obama and Biden.  Paid for thru government grants, within every Department of the government including the DoD. 

Obama is not the brain-child.  His cabinet came from Clinton.  The Clinton cabinet came from Soros.  The Leadership Council for Women in Security are upper level, they are NOT the trans that were used for the Clown Show in the Open and Transparent government under Biden.  They were a distraction.  The Game Players are still operating.  And their skill-set is not to be under-estimated.

The fall of the House of Clinton would trigger a domino effect, upending globalist entities like Bilderberg, billionaires such as Bill Gates & George Soros, and their bought politicians worldwide… ~ Charles Ortel, Wall Street.

Their Power is maintained via NGO’s.  The Pritzker Family has 64 different NGO’s.   The Clintons are a bit more conservative they have five:  Clinton Foundation, Clinton Global Initiative, Clinton Presidential center, Clinton Climate Initiative and Other…  In 2015, the year before she lost the Presidential Election, the Foundation reported grant income from governments of $15,238,404.  The ‘other’ category listed on Form 990 reported revenue of $135,479,460.  Their ‘fundraising event’ incurred a net loss of $1.1 million.  Their payroll Expenses amounted to roughly $33 million and Net Asset were $324 million.

And then.   The Clinton 2015  990 identifies additional foundations in Stockholm, London and Kenya.  It reveals four Partnerships:  Haiti Development, Acesso Fund in NY, ACCESO OFERTA LOCAL-PRODUCTOS DE EL SALV in San Salvador, and CIUDAD VERDE AMARILO TRIADA FRAILEJONIIId in Bogata.  It lists Eight Taxable Corporations, 2 of which are owned 50%, 6 are owned 100%:  Acacia Development in NY, Acesso Wordwide in NY, Fondo Acceso in Bogata, Acceso Cashew in India, Tukula Farming in Cameroon, Acceso Aferta Local in Colombia, Moyo Development in NY, and Acceso Peanut Enterprise in Haiti.

The largest Grant the Clinton Foundation made in order to maintain its charitable status – was $2 million to Chelsea Clinton’s, Alliance for A Healthier Generation.  The second largest grant was to JP Haitian founded by Sean Penn whose company has been charged with multiple labor violations and sexual misconduct.  Chelsea’s company also received funding from the CDC, Merck, The US Department of Agriculture, a number of Individual State agencies,  and the US Department of HHS.  

This is how the Clintons and the Pritzkers and the Obamas cleanse their money.  Tracking of the money is lost in the maize.  Like following shell companies in the Caymans.   But the point continues to thread through the NGO statehood that has become the Shadow Government.  

In perusing the FY 2024 Department of State Budget, Foreign Operations means NGO’s that have an office in another country, or NGO’s that are connected within the Cartel enabling the Clinton Royal Casino.   For Example:  The Asia Foundation claims to operate throughout Asia promoting gender equality and women’s empowerment, climate action – all the buzz words.  Yet their Headquarters is in San Francisco.  The Agency was founded by – the CIA.

The International Fisheries Commission:  Stated Purpose – The International Fisheries Commissions support the Department’s strategic goals of securing a sustainable global environment and ensuring economic prosperity and security.   They operate out of the Office of International Trade and Commerce and yet are funded by the Department of State – because according to them fish cross borders they don’t just reside in the US…

The US Global Development Strategy is a new agency created by Biden in September 2024.  This new agency is basically a mini-me version of the World Economic Forum moving into the White House.  They will achieve this Strategy thru partnerships with NGO’s and Stakeholders.     

Contributions to International Organizations – CIO:  CIO is an account that disburses funds to the UN Main account and an additional 45 other institutes, organizations, NGO’s, agencies, etc…  None of whom are required to audit their receipts and expenditures for The State Department.

These NGO’s simply request money – and the State Department pays. 

Sesame Workshop:   CEO = Sherry Rollins Westin. Her salary is roughly $850,000 along with 14 additional Executives.  They get $6.6 million in government funds on total revenue of $271 million of which $82 million is expended on salaries, amid total amassed assets of $550 million.  WHY does the State Department need to provide ANY funding?  They are awash in FUNDS.  They have $260 million invested in various hedge funds and venture capital funds that produce tax free income because Sesame Street Workshop is – an NGO.

Sesame spends $246.6 million on program services outside the US, the largest share spent on Central America = 75%.  The basis of their charitable status is via Grant Making:  The largest recipient is the International Rescue Committee founded in Germany in 1931 by the Communist Party and Nazi’s.  **They are funded by the State Department.   Run by the CEO David Miliband, a Jewish UK Labour Party member who was raised a Marxist and takes a salary of over $1.245 million – .  Therefore:  The State Department gives money to Sesame Street and Sesame Street gives money to the IRC which is funded by the State Department indirectly funding the UK Jewish labour party Miliband whose brother Ed who is a member of the UK parliament.

Sherry Rollins Westin also serves on the board of the US Global Leadership Coalition.    The Coalition receives government funding.  What does it do?   It holds meetings to promote “increased support for the United States diplomatic and development efforts among both politicians and the public”.  Translation?  They help facilitate coups.  Their Leading Voices include:  Calling Powell, Maddy Albright, Wily Bill Gates, Jimmy Mattis, betray us Petraeus, and Condo Rice.

The stated objective of the Coalition is to tap into the 95% of global consumers outside of the US.  Their funding comes from USAID, The State Department and The Peace Corps.  They account for 5% of all Discretionary Funding by Taxpayers – $84 Billion in 2023.

Arresting Clinton as in The Fall Of The House of Clinton is looking like a minor excavation of the spider web that is rooted in The Department of State.  USAID is run thru the State Department – their budget is roughly half the total budget so other funding is re-routed thru HHS, Department of Agriculture, Department of Energy, Department of Commerce, and  …  The Pentagon.

The Kingdom of NGO’s: Pilfered From US Taxpayers

Historically, the use of foreign aid was to help the needy and poor.  When that wasn’t realized, the use of foreign aid was stipulated to be to secure an ally.   Blackmail.  Be nice and we will give you money.  With the rise of NGO’s, foreign aid became a money laundering scheme with a kickback portion to Congress – 5% to the country or entity – and the rest laundered back to NGO’s paying no taxes and exorbitant salaries and fees to its Board Members.  

The ultimate recipient of the fraud uncovered by Musk is the Kingdom of NGO.  They run America.  Congress is paid to keep quiet and pretend they have some relevance via screaming fits of rage on pod casts and angry tweeters!    

In 2022, Politico was purchased by the Axel Springer Group headquartered in Berlin.  They describe themselves as:  POLITICO is the global authority on the intersection of politics, policy, and power”.   No small ego.   USAID funding uncovered by Musk under the guise of subscriptions was thus paid to Axel Springer – a foreign for-profit entity making roughly $4 billion in annual revenues.

36% of Axel Springer is owned by Kohlberg, Kravis, Roberts and Company.  KKR is a venture/vulture capital firm worth $25 billion based in New York.  Their initial business strategy was to buy out small family businesses that were struggling and offer pennies on the dollar. 

Mathias Dopfner, a German businessman owns 22% of Axel Springer.   Although he is not Jewish, he claims to be a Zionist.  Employees in Germany must swear allegiance with Israel as part of their contract.  13% of Axel is owned by the Canadian Crown, aka UK Royal family, and 22% is owned by the widow, Friede Springer.  As of 2023, their plan was to take-over the US Media market which is dominated by USA Today and The New York Times.

In the early 1950’s, Axel Springer’s rise in the media world came from a $7 million donation from the CIA (an equivalent today of $262 million).  That CIA Director would have been Allen Dulles.  A job he was fired from in 1961 by JFK.   Shortly after his firing, be was chosen as a member of the Warren Commission investigating Kennedy’s assassination.

Reuters claims that Politico ‘Subscriptions’ to the tune of $8.2 million are simply a smart tool:  “Government agencies that subscribe do so through standard public procurement processes—just like any other tool they buy to work smarter and be more efficient.”  A Politico Pro subscription is $12,000 – that would fund 683 ‘Subscriptions’  – there are roughly 480 government agencies.

The outcry against Trump and Musk is met by the New York Times and AP having received a combined $60 million in subscription payouts.  A New York Times ‘subscription’ is $300 per year.   The outcry is obviously false.  The subscription claim wasn’t thought out clearly given there is no supporting ‘invoice(s)’.

USAID also funds Israel.  Israel has received a cumulative total of $310 billion from US Taxpayers – despite Israel ranking as the 4th most successful economy of developed nations ~ The Economist.   Their GDP per capita is $55,000, on par with most high-end European countries. 

The USAID money to Jordan pays for the refugees of Palestine caused by Israel.  Turkey charges for their acceptance of refugees as a direct result of US, EU, Israel, and Canada war policies.  Ukraine has managed to sop up the vast majority of aid from the EU and US at the direction of Soros and his proxy CIA. 

The EU’s Financial Transparency System tracks the beneficiaries of all aid.  Unfortunately, the site that reports the specific names of persons and entities is “DOWN”.  “Page no longer exists”.

Bloomberg is also the recipient of funding from “various” federal agencies.  “Jan 17, 2025 — Biden-Harris Administration Awards nearly $3.6 Billion in Homelessness Assistance Funding to Communities Nationwide.”  Article has been taken down.  Bloomberg’s NGO, Everytown For Gun Safety, receives grants from NIH and the CDC – coded as ‘research’.    

Despite Everytown being a political lobby group, they were able to capture an IRS 501©(3) charitable status. 

Example:   Everytown’s funding includes, ‘Crankstart Foundation’ owned by Michael Moritz and Harriet Heyman who are worth $6-$10 billion.  Their funding comes from Oxford University in the UK under the ‘careers service’ heading.  University of Oxford gets money from the US Department of Veterans Affairs…  University of Oxford also gets money from Bill Gates Foundation which gets money from NIH.

Pilfered.   There are multiple venues within the Federal agencies for ‘redirecting funds’ to obscure the intent, including grants to universities which then have carte blanche on spending without having to reveal the details.   This is why Federal Agencies cannot pass an audit – the trail is obscured through a maize of unaccountable funding and buried expenditures.  

Those screaming the LOUDEST are likely bilking our government of The Most!      

The GEOPOLITICS of The CIA and Trafficking Enterprises

After the wrong candidate won the primary in Romania, the government declared the election fraudulent and has now called upon the pro-EU coalition parties to form a singular party and elect the president.   In Mainstream this is called an authoritarian dictatorship aligned with the communist EU.

Israel is illegally bombing Syria relentlessly while annexing territory without any pushback from – anyone.  This is called authoritarianism.

Chad is the latest French colony in Africa to boot France’s military out of their country.   The guise of the colonization was based on protecting Chad from terrorism.  In the racket, terrorism means we’ll protect you from us destroying you…  Mafia mentality.  Or, Authoritarianism.

Gabon and the Ivory Coast are slated to follow in Chad’s footprint.  

Meaning – the Western Regime is losing Africa and will need to find resources to steal from elsewhere. 

Israel is likely to lay claim to Syria’s northern oil, while Germany is looking to own Damascus.  And the World – shifts.   If Africa takes control over their own resources, the West will need to find alternative sources – which requires coups, riots, and protests to achieve. 

Blinken discusses modernizing Ukraine with funds stolen from Russia.  The reality is Ukraine rebuilding by the stakeholders is about carving vast mines across the countryside to excavate the minerals so desperately needed by the US and EU.   Taking control of Syria means confiscating their gas pipelines to fill the losses across Germany, France, and the UK due to massively restrictive sanctions imposed on Russia that have failed.   Altering Romania’s election results is about a COUP as imposed by NED and Soros.   All Authoritarianism.

At this point in time there are ZERO democratic countries across the globe.  Democracy died along with the day The Music Died.  The illusion is to pretend the West is the last bastion of democratic order so as to garner and maintain the  Big Daddy control.   Losing Africa is – a BIG DEAL.   Other Middle Eastern countries need to pay attention.  Israel will come for you too.  But, Venezuela may be the next target.  

The point of entry into a Venezuela coup is apparently via Guyana.    Guyana’s President, Ali, opened the country to US oil company ExxonMobil for oil in waters disputed by Guyana and Venezuela.   Exxon is taking 645,000 barrels per day from waters that Venezuela claims belong to them.  A formal complaint was filed and Maduro and Ali signed the Argyle Agreement to resolve the dispute without military intervention.  Nothing has changed.

Maduro was in dispute with Chevron Oil wanting to have access to Venezuela’s water for drilling.  When Maduro refused, in 2022, the U.S. Treasury Department justified its decision to issue the Chevron licenses based on “specific actions that relieve the suffering of the Venezuelan people and promote the restoration of democracy”.   Completely and Totally ILLEGAL.Democracy thus means Chevron Oil.

The Biden Regime has been attempting to find a viable way to steal Venezuela’s oil – given the last attempt at an election coup failed.   Isn’t it odd the Green Revolution always comes back to where the West can steal more oil?

Meanwhile the CIA has its own set of problems:  where to get a fresh supply of children for the trafficking market.  With Africa pulling away, South America and Latin America were considered fertile ground.   As is – Romania.   As is Syria.   Just ask Mel Gibson who has been working in the shadows to combat the trafficking.   A profound appetite in Israel.   A resource.

YOUR FIRST CLUES:   The US government has 20 different agencies tasked with mitigating child  trafficking.   Out of the millions roughly 150 children might be saved each year.   The President’s InterAgency Task Force (PITF) was formed in 2000 to monitor child trafficking.  In 2003, they created the Senior Policy Operating Group to act as representatives of the 20 agencies doing the ‘monitoring’.    The PITF developed five committees.  The committees developed two working groups.  The Working Groups held listening sessions with NGO’s and developed memorandums.  Biden gave them a Presidential Award in 2021.  Their last Report was in 2020.

The Central Manager of these agencies is Ukraine’s best friend – Antony Blinken. 

According to USAID, Ukraine has been a primary source, destination and transit of human trafficking since 1990 when it gained independence.   They work with key stakeholders to increase their capacity to identify, assist, advocate for, and raise awareness about victims of trafficking.  Is this why Politicians flock to Ukraine?   To party, to coke up and to be awarded the child of their choice?   Given Epstein Island was shut down. 

We have been consistently told that corruption and fraud employed by US governmental officials is 1000x what we can possibly imagine.   We have been told by government leaders and rebels in Colombia that the CIA operates the entire drug trafficking enterprise.   In Afghanistan the Opioid Enterprise.   In Mexico the illegal border crossings.  In Ukraine the entire trafficking enterprise. 

When Secretary of State Blinken steals Taxpayer funds for these countries, and yes we still send money to the Taliban ($1.4 billion in 2022), are these billions used to prop up the Entire CIA Mafia CORPORATION?  When defining these “AID” appropriations which NGO’s are they funneled thru? 

We given aid to Canada… To China!  To Ireland!  To Denmark!!  To Mexico.  To Saudi Arabia.   OBVIOUSLY these countries are NOT in dire straights.   Obviously – this is simply Money Laundering to Congress, The State Department, the CIA, FBI, and a slew of NGO’s.  TAXPAYER MONEY.   Monopoly Money…. As in the contents of the back pack of Luigi Mangione…

The Organized Crime & Corruption Reporting Project

The Organized Crime and Corruption Reporting Project (OCCRP) was created in 2006 as an NGO reporting on crime and corruption across the globe.  It’s founders include: Paul Radu, a Romanian, and Drew Sullivan, an American.   Their mission statement is their commitment to Truth in a world of disinformation and wrong information.  Funding is thru:  USAID, US State Department via National Endowment For Democracy, Open Society Foundation, Knight Foundation, the ICFJ, Google Ideas and the Swiss Confederation.

The majority of their funding is from US Taxpayers.  Each year OCCRP selects their Person Of The Year Award for MOST CORRUPT.  True to form, that title has been bestowed upon:  Trump, Putin, Lukashenko, Bolsonaro, Maduro, Assad, etc…    Something akin to the other Soros project, Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC).  Like all things Soros, the SPLC was created initially to help the poor in court proceedings, what it is today is a far left ‘smear factory’.

Today the OCCRP is no different, it is a Washington controlled apparatus run by USAID and NED which controls all aspects of their internal organization and gives them the leads to inherit their title as the ‘largest global network of investigative journalists’.  The initial $1.7 funding grant from the US State Department was funneled thru Drew Sullivan’s agency, “The Journalism Development Group”.  Which is NOT a charity.   

While the OCCRP claims to work in Moldova, Montenegro, and Sweden, its focus is primarily Russia.   Undermining Putin’s integrity and creating/uncovering corruption within Putin’s circle.   One such source being the Panama Paper Caper wherein their reporting focused exclusively on President Putin and the Troika Laundromat. 

One such scheme uncovered by OCCRP was coined the Troika Laundromat.  This scheme allowed the flow of some $8.8 billion of funds from Russian companies and figures into Europe and the US between 2003 and early 2013.  One person named by the OOCRP was Erich Rebasso of Austria who turned himself in to the Vienna police.   His criminal confession named names.  Vienna police claimed the criminal activity was committed by foreigners out of their jurisdiction.  Four years later he was ambushed and killed.

The $8.8 billion Laundromat let oligarchs and politicians from the EU and US to secretly buy from state-owned companies, so as to buy real-estate both in Russia and abroad, to buy yachts, to hire music superstars for private parties etc.  Despite perhaps hundreds of shell companies operating within this Laundromat, throughout Europe, the focus of the OCCRP report focused on one;  Ruben Vardanyan.  He was the CEO of Troika Dialog Investment Bank co-founded by Peter Derby, an American and Bernard Sucher, an American.  

The stories produced by the OCCRP under the guidance of NED and USAID are used as the basis for the US Government to sanction – RUSSIA.  As such the organization is simply another tool of the US Government much like WAPO, USA Today, Newsweek, NBC, NPR etc…  All for the purpose of providing Soros with US Taxpayer funds to libel and slander Russia so as to support coups, including in Ukraine, and including the deceased Navalny as prime instigator in the attempt to destroy and/or assassinate President Putin.

This also reveals that the State Department, USAID, NED, the CIA and Soros work in conjunction.  Samantha Power is the Director of USAID.  Anthony Blinken is head of the State Department.  Damon Wilson heads NED.  William Burns heads the CIA.  They answer to Soros. 

A diehard Clintonite, William Burns was the ambassador to Russia during the Troika Laundromat scandal.    Anthony Blinken was the Director of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee overseeing ‘foreign aid’ during the Troika Laundromat.  And Samantha Power was working for Senator Obama during the Laundromat period.  She exposed Obama to the Sudan Darfur War.  A revolution – an uprising – a coup.  NED funds the rebels in Sudan.

At the same time period, Damon Wilson was assigned to the State Department’s NATO Office under the tutelage of Madeleine Albright. Wilson views authoritarian Russia and China as “the main geopolitical challenge of the 21st century,” and that “there is no possible successful strategy to confront Putin’s aggression without a strong NATO”.  He helped coordinate the Orange Revolution in Ukraine.

TO SUMMARIZE:  The information used by Congress to make decisions on Russia comes from an organization run by the State Department and USAID – OCCRP, under the auspices of George Soros, funded by the State Department and USAID, funneled thru a for-profit organization via OCCRP’s co-founder Sullivan, which is given awards by variants of the World Economic Forum sustainability agenda, to support the approval of coups and revolutions funded by The State Department and NED – BY CONGRESS.
