The fall of the House of Clinton would trigger a domino effect, upending globalist entities like Bilderberg, billionaires such as Bill Gates & George Soros, and their bought politicians worldwide… ~ Charles Ortel, Wall Street.

Their Power is maintained via NGO’s.  The Pritzker Family has 64 different NGO’s.   The Clintons are a bit more conservative they have five:  Clinton Foundation, Clinton Global Initiative, Clinton Presidential center, Clinton Climate Initiative and Other…  In 2015, the year before she lost the Presidential Election, the Foundation reported grant income from governments of $15,238,404.  The ‘other’ category listed on Form 990 reported revenue of $135,479,460.  Their ‘fundraising event’ incurred a net loss of $1.1 million.  Their payroll Expenses amounted to roughly $33 million and Net Asset were $324 million.

And then.   The Clinton 2015  990 identifies additional foundations in Stockholm, London and Kenya.  It reveals four Partnerships:  Haiti Development, Acesso Fund in NY, ACCESO OFERTA LOCAL-PRODUCTOS DE EL SALV in San Salvador, and CIUDAD VERDE AMARILO TRIADA FRAILEJONIIId in Bogata.  It lists Eight Taxable Corporations, 2 of which are owned 50%, 6 are owned 100%:  Acacia Development in NY, Acesso Wordwide in NY, Fondo Acceso in Bogata, Acceso Cashew in India, Tukula Farming in Cameroon, Acceso Aferta Local in Colombia, Moyo Development in NY, and Acceso Peanut Enterprise in Haiti.

The largest Grant the Clinton Foundation made in order to maintain its charitable status – was $2 million to Chelsea Clinton’s, Alliance for A Healthier Generation.  The second largest grant was to JP Haitian founded by Sean Penn whose company has been charged with multiple labor violations and sexual misconduct.  Chelsea’s company also received funding from the CDC, Merck, The US Department of Agriculture, a number of Individual State agencies,  and the US Department of HHS.  

This is how the Clintons and the Pritzkers and the Obamas cleanse their money.  Tracking of the money is lost in the maize.  Like following shell companies in the Caymans.   But the point continues to thread through the NGO statehood that has become the Shadow Government.  

In perusing the FY 2024 Department of State Budget, Foreign Operations means NGO’s that have an office in another country, or NGO’s that are connected within the Cartel enabling the Clinton Royal Casino.   For Example:  The Asia Foundation claims to operate throughout Asia promoting gender equality and women’s empowerment, climate action – all the buzz words.  Yet their Headquarters is in San Francisco.  The Agency was founded by – the CIA.

The International Fisheries Commission:  Stated Purpose – The International Fisheries Commissions support the Department’s strategic goals of securing a sustainable global environment and ensuring economic prosperity and security.   They operate out of the Office of International Trade and Commerce and yet are funded by the Department of State – because according to them fish cross borders they don’t just reside in the US…

The US Global Development Strategy is a new agency created by Biden in September 2024.  This new agency is basically a mini-me version of the World Economic Forum moving into the White House.  They will achieve this Strategy thru partnerships with NGO’s and Stakeholders.     

Contributions to International Organizations – CIO:  CIO is an account that disburses funds to the UN Main account and an additional 45 other institutes, organizations, NGO’s, agencies, etc…  None of whom are required to audit their receipts and expenditures for The State Department.

These NGO’s simply request money – and the State Department pays. 

Sesame Workshop:   CEO = Sherry Rollins Westin. Her salary is roughly $850,000 along with 14 additional Executives.  They get $6.6 million in government funds on total revenue of $271 million of which $82 million is expended on salaries, amid total amassed assets of $550 million.  WHY does the State Department need to provide ANY funding?  They are awash in FUNDS.  They have $260 million invested in various hedge funds and venture capital funds that produce tax free income because Sesame Street Workshop is – an NGO.

Sesame spends $246.6 million on program services outside the US, the largest share spent on Central America = 75%.  The basis of their charitable status is via Grant Making:  The largest recipient is the International Rescue Committee founded in Germany in 1931 by the Communist Party and Nazi’s.  **They are funded by the State Department.   Run by the CEO David Miliband, a Jewish UK Labour Party member who was raised a Marxist and takes a salary of over $1.245 million – .  Therefore:  The State Department gives money to Sesame Street and Sesame Street gives money to the IRC which is funded by the State Department indirectly funding the UK Jewish labour party Miliband whose brother Ed who is a member of the UK parliament.

Sherry Rollins Westin also serves on the board of the US Global Leadership Coalition.    The Coalition receives government funding.  What does it do?   It holds meetings to promote “increased support for the United States diplomatic and development efforts among both politicians and the public”.  Translation?  They help facilitate coups.  Their Leading Voices include:  Calling Powell, Maddy Albright, Wily Bill Gates, Jimmy Mattis, betray us Petraeus, and Condo Rice.

The stated objective of the Coalition is to tap into the 95% of global consumers outside of the US.  Their funding comes from USAID, The State Department and The Peace Corps.  They account for 5% of all Discretionary Funding by Taxpayers – $84 Billion in 2023.

Arresting Clinton as in The Fall Of The House of Clinton is looking like a minor excavation of the spider web that is rooted in The Department of State.  USAID is run thru the State Department – their budget is roughly half the total budget so other funding is re-routed thru HHS, Department of Agriculture, Department of Energy, Department of Commerce, and  …  The Pentagon.

USAID – US Government Ponzi Scheme of Opaque Spending

USAID has been working through local, international, and U.S. NGOs to strengthen Haiti’s economy, build the capacity of Haitian institutions, improve democratic processes and the rule of law, and raise living standards to support long-term development and stability. –

There are over 9,000 NGO’s helping Haiti…  including IRC (International Rescue Committee) founded by communists in 1933.  The IRC is funded by the Four Separate Departments in the US Government, including USAID, as well as by the UK and EU.  Obviously the funding for Haiti – is benefiting the gangs. 2024 – the US claims it sent over $100 million.   US hurricane victims?   Nothing.

After 9-11, the stated purpose of the IRC in the US was to increase immigration.  As of 2020, the last time they filed their Form 990 – net assets were $304 million on income of $970 million.   Within the US, all funds were directed to refugees/illegal immigrants.

USAID website:  “Addressing security and goodwill in over 100 countries”. They do NOT cover aid to Americans – only refugees.   Their audited 2023 financial report indicates that of the 37 audit recommendations created over the decades – to date they completed 7.

The US is literally funding the collapse of countries world wide:  Namibia, Haiti, Afghanistan, Nicaragua… are noted. Colombia’s Navy transports refugees from Venezuela and Nicaragua to Mexico where they complete their journey to the US via a slew of “Catholic Charities” all paid for by US Taxpayers.  Since 2017, The US Government has given Colombia nearly $2 billion – and this is how it is used.  The money is sourced thru the State Department.  The number of Venezuelan refugees being resettled – 3.2 million.

The Exchange?   While the US is being recreated as a foreign country – foreign countries are being ravaged for their resources by the US, including Nicaragua, Colombia, Haiti, Afghanistan, Syria, and more.  Haiti was the same in 2010 when Hillary illegally absconded with thousands of children who were never seen again and the gold mines were confiscated and given to her brother.  This is the OTHER HALF of the Deal within which inserted puppet governments are awarded a tythe.  A mafia style reparation.

Within the USAID financial statements there are 2 outstanding bond guarantees with Israel, one of which has been on the books since 1993.   No payments are made, no interest is paid and together the principal and interest = $4,642,000,000.  These loans were made to support the costs of Israeli settlers moving from Russia, Ukraine, Poland, Ethiopia, etc… to Israel. 

As of FYE 2023, USAID Net Position was $36,662,500,000 of Unexpended Appropriations.   The budget for 2024 was $63.1 Billion.  The money went to illegal immigrants, Ukraine, and likely – Israel.  Unlike every other government reports, financials for USAID are not built to reveal actual costs – but instead claim ‘categories’ , such as:  Health, Humanitarian Aid, Peace.  There is no breakdown of costs at all for audit purposes.

In addition to funds warranted directly to USAID, the Agency also receives allocation transfers from the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), Commodity Credit Corporation, the Executive Office of the President, and the State Department.   Much like a Ponzi scheme.

Additional financing sources for USAID’s various credit programs and trust funds include amounts obtained through collection of guaranty fees, permanent indefinite borrowing authority from the U.S. Treasury, proceeds from the sale of overseas real property acquired by USAID, and advances from foreign governments and international organizations.

The recipients of funding include:  World Food Program – UN, administered by Cindy McCain, Unicef, International Organization for Migration, World Health, Food & Agriculture etc… totaling $13.6 billion – where does the other 78% of funding go?  We don’t know because their transparency is more opaque than transparent.    On a footnote, the financials state that USAID has had difficulties  with non-US NGO’s in Ukraine committing fraud and corruption and that money cannot be accurately accounted for.  

The Ukraine government claims it needs $5 billion per month to operate.  Exports for 2024 aggregated $30.7 billion on imports of $51.2 billion – deficit spending  = $20.5 billion.  Not a good hedge – but then the newly reorganized BlackRock and other Bond Issues are paying 36% interest for which US Taxpayers foot the bill when we give our money to the till, aka, the IRS.

While Social Security is broke.  Money is flying from agency to agency and NGO to NGO.  And despite HHS sitting on unexpended appropriations of $942 Billion as of September 30, 2023, new appropriations never take this into account – nor do the auditors make any reference to this accountability.  KPMG is the auditor for ALL government agencies. 

FY Spending By US Government FY 2024 = $6.3 trillion on receipts of $4.4 trillion.  This number will likely be correct 2-3 times before the end of the year.

UN Refugee Resettlement – Numbers Don’t Add

US Refugee Resettlement Program makes BIG BUCKS! There are nine government contractors who are authorized to help assimilate Muslims into the communities where they are relocated. Some of these contractors do not appear to actually do anything other than redistribute the money to other affiliates while collecting lucrative salaries for this redistribution arrangement.

The Hebrew Immigration Aid Society is one of the Big Nine. Their income was a mere $31 million. There cost for payroll and management services amounted to about $14 million representing about 45% of expenses. Occupancy was $2.2 million, travel was $3.2 million and office expenses were another $2.2 million. Most of their grants go to Jewish refugee programs…hmmm.

While the majority of the funding for the resettlement programs comes from the US government, a handful of private donors include: Patricia Bauman Foundation, Ford Foundation, Gill Foundation, Open Society Institute Foundation (Soros), Public Welfare Foundation, NEO Philanthropy, New World Foundation, Unbound Philanthropy, Tides Foundation, Vanguard Charitable Endowment, Reynolds, and Arca Foundation. Many of these are intertwined and can find there way back to Soros and even Clinton…It would appear that the refugee push is nearly 100% a liberal or Progressive Democrat initiative forged to create a new and  most lucrative business profile – Refugee Resettlement.

It’s estimated that each refugee costs about $65,000 to $70,000 to resettle in the US, that does not include medical care and welfare entitlements after their arrival, it includes airfare and charitable assistance through the nine programs we fund as taxpayers.

The organization which would appear to receive the greatest amount from our esteemed government is the International Rescue Committee, headed by a former member of the UK Parliament, David Miliband, whose annual compensation (not including benefits) is $600,000. Boasting an annual revenue of $562 million, payroll amounts to $211 million, travel and conferences about $36 million, ‘Other’ unidentified expenses are a healthy $10 million, and Occupancy and Office are about $38.5 million. The majority of its grants and support go to Sub-Sahara Africa which does not include Syria, Iraq, Myanmar or Nepal where the majority of refugees originate. Odd.

According to the Resettlement Support Center of Africa, the majority of Sub-Saharan refugees looking for US entrance come from Rwanda, Tanzania, Uganda and the DRC. According to a report issued by the RSC, it is recommended that ‘psycho-social’ support will be necessary in order for these people to assimilate. Problems encountered include;   they are not educated even at a basic elementary level, many are illiterate, they have no skills, they have little to no English language capabilities, and their culture is vastly different with respect to women and children, ie rape and beatings are acceptable.

While we ignore and attempt to stifle the fact that rape and child abuse in refugee settlement camps is rampant, we can only begin to see what happens to non-Muslim women subjected to their different ‘cultural’ ideologies. Germany is not alone in this, rapes in Norway, Denmark and The Netherlands have spiked as well. Who is protecting these women and children? Obviously NOT the governments, instead they attempt to claim the old school vulgar notion that these women and children asked for it or were simply too ignorant to get away from it. An incredibly dispassionate view of – life!

I am reminded of the atrocities of rape committed by Muslims under the command of US and Canadian military personnel. Our Leaders allowed the violence to perpetuate telling soldiers to ignore the atrocities under the justification that ‘it’s a cultural thing’ – raping and sodomy of young boys…, setting women on fire…, beating children senseless with sticks…, burying women alive… It’s ‘cultural’.

~In Norway 3 Muslims brutally raped a 14 year old girl orally and anally – 1 got 344 hours community service, the other two were sentences to 10 and 17 months in jail.

~In Oslo, 100% of violent rapes are committed by Muslim immigrants, 50% of all rapes are committed by Muslim immigrants

~Sweden has dubious honor of being the rape capital of all Europe. Of the cases that go to court, 70% are rejected

~An 18 year girl in France was abducted and raped by 3 Muslims for two hours – arrested, one of the youth stated that all French are sons of whores.

~5 Muslims from Eritrea were arrested for gang raping a woman in Israel

How will we assimilate ‘that’ culture into our society?

According to UNHCR, in 2014 they submitted the files of 103,890 individuals for resettlement; 12% female – 88% male, they are from Syria, Myanmar, DRC and Iraq. In addition, 73,000 were actually resettled from Turkey, Lebanon, Thailand, Kenya, Malaysia and Nepal. That means no Syrians, Afghans or Iraqis or Yemenis or Somalis went through the UN assimilation process in 2014…at all. In addition, ALL training and integration for resettlement is under the auspices of the new country – the UN does not provide this assistance.

Odd… that’s not what Obama and the White House are saying…

While it is true that refugee resettlement is not knew, it used to be called “Alien Reintegration”, at least in New Mexico it was. A friend and I accidentally drove through a restricted site years ago. Suddenly, the dry dusty agriculture gave way to a picturesque forest, bunnies, flowers and a bubbling stream. “You Are Entering An Alien Reintegration Zone” was our first clue we had messed up! Signs abounded warning against picking up random hitchhikers. We were the only car anywhere in sight and it was eerie! Suddenly four or five helicopters were buzzing all around, sirens wailed and police vehicles zoomed past. “An Alien Got Loose!” I screamed. And while we laughed, we were scared.

In 2014, according to the US government, we took in 69,986 refugees from the Middle East and Africa. So if the UN only sent out to the ’28 countries in the world that have agreed to accept refugees’, 73,000 – that would mean we accepted 96% of all approved resettlement refugees… But wait – according to Eurostat, Europe accepted 104,000 refugees in 2014. Someone is obviously not very good at math.

But that’s what the White House says...cross my heart and hope to die, stick a needle in my eye kind of promise.
