CDC – WHO – NGO’s Fighting Pandemics: Where The Money Flows

Why was the CDC so ill prepared?   Where has all their money been directed?   Why has the former CDC Director under the reign of Obama suddenly come out condemning the US response to Coronavirus?   The answers are inter-linked and tell a story of deception:

Ever hear of the CDC “Foundation”?   It operates as a charitable NGO that claims to direct and manage CDC programs in the US and 140 countries. The Foundation forges partners between the CDC and ‘others’ so as to enhance the impact of the CDC.

What – others?  Where?

According to their IRS form 990 – their grant making for 2017 was roughly $24 million out of revenue of $62 million.   NET Assets were nearly $97million – $70 million in investments and $40 million in Cash!  Not a bad take for a Non-Profit!

Where was it spent?   It is almost easier to say where it wasn’t spent – which would be the United States. The countries receiving the cash grant funds included; east Asia, Central America, Russia, Middle East/Africa, and Europe.   In fact the total cash disbursed in the US was $167,700 or .7%!     Of course they do provide ‘non-cash assistance’ to the CDC as well as other organizations in the US which apparently includes shared data, as well as assistance to the CDC in their quest for disease prevention in Haiti, Nigeria, Saudi Arabia, Tanzania, etc..

Non-Cash is apparently similar to ‘other’ – it has no specific definition.

Funding for the CDC Foundation comes from the same sources; Knight Foundation, Gates Foundation, Bloomberg, MacArthur Foundation, Kaiser, Rockefeller, Rothschild, Hilton, multiple pharmaceuticals, vaccine makers, CNN, WHO, US Army and Navy, etc… etc…

While the Federal government CDC claims to protect America from disease outbreaks – it works ‘globally’.   Money can be spent in Africa, but worded to benefit the US, and thus the grant muddies.

The CDC claims it spends $5 billion on free vaccines for ‘children’, Ebola and Zika prevention, opioid analyses, and $1.3 billion for ‘public health emergency preparedness’.   Sounds good in theory, but there are multiple agencies within HHS getting government taxpayer money for the exact same claims;   Indian Health Services, NIH, Health Resource and Services Authority, Substance Abuse and Mental Health Administration, and Administration for Children and Families.

In addition, there is a Public Health Emergency Fund allocated $3.27 billion annually which claims to spend it’s budget on “Nationwide Healthcare System Readiness and Response” working with public – and private sectors.     The private sector is the – key.  It is the funnel, the laundering mechanism.

The Emergency Fund awards money to various pharmaceuticals through BARDA (Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority) to combat the threats of Ebola, Anthrax, Botulism, Smallpox and various nerve agents.  Smallpox?

While attempting to find who these CDC and NGO and government partnerships include, I came upon a page that lists Global Health Stories of successes by the CDC.   Five stories emerged for it’s US detail which listed malaria, dengue fever, Zika, yellow Nile, and Chagas Disease.   Thailand and South Africa seemed to be the focal points for CDC global health although 39 countries were listed.

In essence, the CDC is spending an inordinate amount of money outside of the US, and while we may be saving the world, we are NOT saving the US!

Where did all the money go?

The Health and Human Services Department was also responsible for the development and implementation of Obamacare.

The estimate was that Obamacare would cost $1.27 trillion by 2025.   But in fact, it is far, far greater.   According to the CBO, the NET cost in 2019 alone was $737 billion and expected cost for 2029 is $1.31 trillion.   Where would the money come from?

It’s FREE!

NGO’s are NOT paying for it.  In fact, we are as taxpayers in diverted funds from wherever there are funds available, as in the CDC and HHS, anywhere else remotely applicable!

Why doesn’t the CDC have the funds for preparedness and test kits as they are supposed to?   Why is NIH giving grants money to China’s Thousand Talent Program recipients?   Why are we diverting precious HHS taxpayer funds to 140 different countries across the globe?   Why is the US the largest contributor to the World Health Organization $4.5 billion annual budget – funding again World Health, not the US?

Among WHO’s list of achievements is the eradication of smallpox.   But according to the HHS Emergency Fund, one of their targets today is to fund the eradication of smallpox… Today, WHO claims their focus is – diet.

There are 14 separate NGO’s working to prevent Ebola.   In 2015, the Clinton Global Initiative launched a ‘campaign’ claiming they would eradicate all epidemics – in Africa, in collaboration with; Management Sciences for Health, Save The Children, and the International Medical Corps.   Funding came from USAID, Gates Foundation and the UN. Focus included Haiti, Tohoku and Nepal .  USAID and the UN – taxpayer dollars.

The circle of NGO’s fighting the same crisis is all about grant money, a laundering scheme wherein money is circled through the system amongst a select few ‘charitable’ organizations all claiming to make progress against some dastardly disease, only to spend the preponderance of funds on salaries and overhead. And a large chunk of that money has historically come from the US Federal Government – Taxpayers!

The cruel joke is that when Europe, China, Canada, Australia claim they are diligently spending funds to combat a particular crisis – likely those funds came from US Taxpayers! And when the CDC, WHO, and all the NGO’s within claim they are not ready for the issue they were created to attend – the likely reason is because the funds were either spent in Africa, China or Europe, or that they don’t want to tap their burgeoning ‘investments and CASH’ while maintaining their non-profit status and charitable designation…

And then there is Obamacare.

UKRAINE: Pelosi’s Nightmare Unravels as National Endowment For Democracy COUP unveiled

Reading the New York Times Headlines one feels like they have just been airlifted to an alternate universe: “When Trump Froze Aid, These Soldiers Felt The Chill…” – …the country was struggling in bare bones fight against Russian separatists.

Obviously history has been completely annihilated.

Ukraine’s coup came under the direction of the Obama administration so as to insert a US asset who would benefit US interests.  While the focus has been on Biden and Kerry, it would seem much deeper as a veil is pulled back revealing the global Marxist agenda of Pelosi, Soros, USAID, and the National Endowment For Democracy.   Suddenly, it all becomes clear.

No one seems to ask the most obvious question:    Why would the US even involve itself in providing aide to Ukraine at all?

The intent was to recreate Ukraine so that it could enter into the European Union.   In that vein, aide was supposed to build up their economy so that it met the criteria of the EU.

While Europe claims they have contributed far more to Ukraine, their monetary aide comes primarily in the form of ‘loans’, much of which are passed through via NATO.   The US is the largest contributor to NATO – so essentially, the claim falls on its face.

But again, if the purpose of the aide is to rebuild Ukraine so that it can become a member of the European Union, why is the US even indirectly responsible?   Shouldn’t the EU be completely responsible?

The aide that the US supplies is labeled military in nature and the amount being contested by the Democrats as being blackmail money was $250 million.   The aide was held up initially in August, well before any purported telephone conversation between President Trump and President Zelensky.

In 2017 shortly after Trump took office, he questioned the veracity of sending any aide to Ukraine given the purpose was support the war in Donbass. But that wasn’t the first time military aide was questioned!   In April 2016 Washington’s UN envoy Samantha Power said that a military solution to the crisis in eastern Ukraine would spell disaster for all.  “A lot more people would suffer,” she warned.

Despite that warning, during Obama’s final moments in office, he unilaterally decided to ramp up spending from $125 million to over $500 million.   The money has done nothing to quell the violence, and instead has simply extended it. No attempt whatsoever has been initiated to resolve the conflict through communicative means.  So why pour more money on old failed money?

In 2014 when Obama promised $1billion in loan guarantees to Ukraine, The Huffington Post asked a pointed question,  “where does the money go?” and found a very opaque circle of NGO’s.   One such privately held organization is Chemonics.

Based out of DC, Chemonics receives the majority of its grant money from USAID to support various programs throughout the world, including – Haiti.   In 2012, they were awarded $196 million in no-bid, uncontested contracts and came under considerable criticism for misspending, overspending, noncompliance, and abject failure.   Money given to Chemonics supported the White Helmets in Syria, an organization that was found to be in collusion with ISIS.  As a For Profit enterprise, Chemonics net income for fiscal year 2019 was $1.5 billion.  What aide did Ukraine get?

Another flow-through organization receiving money for Ukraine is the National Endowment For Democracy whose president and CEO, Carl Gershman, hails from the UN and the Social Democrats USA. The Social Democrats USA was formally the Socialist Party of America. It is considered a left wing Socialist organization in affiliation with the AFL-CIO and was found to have used USAID money to support the communist regime of Poland in the 1980’s. In addition, “NED has also supported, provided training, and consulted with groups which approve of democracy, but criticize the United States, in countries such as Indonesia and Ukraine.”

NED has been cited as funding the Hong Kong rioters in order to create chaos.

Each year NED provides a Democracy Award to recognize creative work. Past speakers at awards ceremonies have included: John McCain, Nancy Pelosi, and Paul Ryan.

According to the Huffington Post:  “The program’s efforts are described on the USAID website as providing “training for political party activists and locally elected officials to improve communication with civic groups and citizens, and the development of NGO-led advocacy campaigns on electoral and political process issues.”

The Board of Directors of NED is crammed full of notables in Washington including; Senator Tim Kaine, Congresswoman Karen Bass – who was selected by Pelosi to serve on the Steering and Policy Committee, Victoria Nuland, and Ambassador William Burns and Michelle Dunn of the Carnegie Endowment which promotes globalization.

In 2000, the Carnegie Endowment created the Migration Policy Institute which is funded by: Open Society, Ford Foundation, MacArthur Foundation, Rockefeller Foundation, Urban Institute, UN, governments of Sweden, Spain, UK, Netherlands, Norway, etc…

James Zigler who serves as a Trustee to Migration Policy Institute is also a board member for National Foundation for American Policy:

“The National Foundation for American Policy, according to it’s website, “is a non-profit, non-partisan organization dedicated to public policy research on trade, immigration, education, and other issues of national importance. The organization seeks to expand the debate over the proper role of government on key issues of the day and to engage actively in the media and with the public to ensure its ideas are considered and implemented wherever possible.”

In 2005, Ron Paul stated that NED has “very little to do with democracy. It is an organization that uses US tax money to actually subvert democracy, by showering funding on favored political parties or movements overseas. It underwrites color-coded ‘people’s revolutions’ overseas that look more like pages out of Lenin‘s writings on stealing power than genuine indigenous democratic movements.”

So.  Who profits from military spending in Ukraine?   Soros, Pelosi, Ryan, NED and the globalization effort of the Socialist Marxists.

In other words, the Ukraine debacle with Pelosi leading the pack behind closed doors whereby testimony can not be verified, is embroiled in a collage of organizations whose function is to instigate coups and color revolutions so as to destabilize the balance of power utilizing media propaganda as a tool to promulgate fake and false news while promoting mass immigration within the veil of globalization.

And the US government/aka taxpayers are paying for these organizations through shadow pools of NGO’s whose agenda is to realize radical Marxist socialism and world dominance therein.

The war that erupted in the region of Donbass – Ukraine, was a direct result of the coup in 2014 – a Color Revolution….

Guatemalan Caravan Funded by US through Soros NGO’s.

Geraldo Rivera is drinking funny kool-aide again.   Apparently, he sees the growing mob of now more than 7,000 careening upon our southern border as just a bunch of poor brown-skins with crying, hungry babies.  Of course, as usual these same people who advocate for open borders don’t offer to help the crisis with their millions and billions, instead they talk and talk and talk.

His latest solution is to have a heart-to-heart talk with Mexico and the Central American countries… But Trump did that.  In fact, he has also stated he will revoke their aid packages if they allow the caravan to continue unimpeded.  It would seem that Soros’ money is worth more than Trumps because the caravan is not only coming, it is growing rapidly!  Most of the caravan is made up of men, while there are women and crying babies, the majority are angry men who have no intention of being civil, kind, compassionate and law abiding. MS-13, the notorious international gang that has grown to over 10,000 members in the US alone, is also active within these caravans.  The respective governments have warned that the mob is using women and children in the front as human shields.

I wonder if talking would have had an impact on the various mob chaotic protests and riots that have plagued the US, Germany, France, Sweden, Norway, Spain, Italy, and Greece? I wonder if Rivera has ever sat down and just had a friendly conversation with MS-13 or ISIS? Obviously, he never served in any form of combat or military unit.

In the meantime, the Guatemalan President, Morales, has boasted that they have arrested and deported nearly 100 gang and ISIS members that were initially a part of the caravan.

These caravans have been occurring every several months since Trump took office, but it appears this is by far the largest to date.   Organized by a variety of organizations including Pueblo Sin Fronteras and individuals such as Bartolo Fuentes, activists play an important part in instigating the illegals with empty promises.

Located in the heart of Guatemala is, Nomada, a media outlet funded by Open Society, Ford Foundation, Global Investigative Journalist Network, Creative Commons,  and Los Amigos De La Plaza.  One of its co-founders wrote a book entitled, “Satan Rides My Soul”.    Soros has been in Guatemala for a decade working within to destabilize, disrupt, create chaos, and instigate these caravans. He has infiltrated the Universidad, and pushed for the toppling of elected officials.   According to Judicial Watch, he has accomplished this using money from the US government appropriating through grants such as International Commission Against Impunity in Guatemala (a UN body funded by the US government aka you and I).

Under Obama, the ambassador to Guatemala, Todd Robinson, worked in conjunction with Ivan Velasquez, a Columbian attorney to create over a dozen such organizations.  Judicial Watch claims Trump’s administration has continued to support this Velasquez alliance.

“A multitude of entities funded by the U.S. government further Soros’ agenda in Guatemala and get money from the billionaire. The report identifies a dozen of them, their mission and their ties to Soros’ OSF. Among them is Chemonics International, a private development firm that partnered with OSF in Albania and received a $37 million grant from the U.S. Agency of International Development (USAID) for a Guatemalan youth and gender justice project.

A Soros-funded group called Fundación Para El Ecodesarrollo y la Conservación (Foundation for Ecodevelopment and Conservation) got $1 million USAID grant for sustainable water management project in Guatemala and $156,000 from the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service for a rainforest protection project.

Other U.S.-funded entities, also supported by Soros in Guatemala include Comité de Desarrollo Campesino (Committee for Rural Development), Asociación de Abodagos y Notarios Mayas, the Myrna Mack Foundation and Women’s International Network for Guatemalan Solutions.”

The amount of $$$$ that are filtered through bogus nonprofits is far greater than the US aid packages, which is why the government’s have no incentive and the threat will fail.  In addition, the government organization USAID is central to funding these leftists takeovers.

USAID is currently administered by Mark Green who is in charge of a $27 billion budget.  Prior to this Trump appointment he was senior director for US Global Leadership Coalition whose 500 members include Open Society, Planned Parenthood, Denver University Institute on Globalization. Its advisory Council has included: Hillary Clinton, Madeleine Albright, James Baker, Robert Gates, and John Kerry, to name a few.  The corruption is deep, and the hypocrisy lies on us as we fund it ALL.

It has always been the joke of the century that all the protests, all the rioting, all the discorde instigated throughout countries across the globe was predominantly funded by US taxpayers through the fake NGO’s created by Soros with the help of the US government.  And the Guatemalan caravan – is no different.

This year alone 225,000 Hondurans, Guatemalans and Salvadorans have attempted to cross into the US.   Most have been turned away, many have applied for refugee status and remain in detention and still more have made it across illegally and roam throughout the US.

The Guatemalan Caravan Is Funded By The US Through Soros NGO’s.

Afghanistan Money Pit -I Want A Rebate

It just wasn’t enough to spend $1 TRILLION on the Afghanistan war. We have to keep spending to put them back together again –  Humpty.

USAID, which claims they represent aid from the American people… know one asked me for my two cents on this spending spree, boasts that it has spent as follows: $338.2million for Democracy and governance, $344.8million for economic development, $162.5million for education and social services, $1.3million for environment, $81.5 for health, $54.8 for humanitarian assistance, $180.2 for peace and security, and $45.3 for program management.

I want my money back.

For those who are Math majors, that’s $1,153,800,000. That was in 2014 alone. In 2011, $2,229,600,000, in 2012 it was $2,137,500,000 and in 2013 it was $1,026,800,000. Grand total = $65,477,000,000.

But that’s not all.

Two years ago the military gave $486million worth of transport planes to Afghanistan, but they apparently didn’t work very well and were scrapped and sold by the Afghan government. The Pentagon claims to have no idea who bought them or where the money went. Sigh.

There was the $456,000 training facility that melted. Then $300million for police salaries that ‘disappeared’ – as in poof. Let’s not forget the $110 million for drug intervention programs… I’m sure that worked well. There was the $2billion spent to improve the lives of women in Afghanistan… Dr. Phil? And the newest to come to light – the $43million gas station that still is vacant (gas stations across the US for sale average about $150,000).

Who gets some of these very lucrative contracts? Dyncorp gets the majority at over 69%. But Dyncorp is a mess! In 2014 their CEO Gaffney jumped ship without explanation after four years, their replacement, Walsh, made it just three weeks before running out the door, and their next CEO, Bernardt left after a year – also without explanation.  Hmmm, something fishy downstream… Their profits are down, their governance is lackluster, their performance is in legal litigation and yet – we keep giving them contracts. Why?

Their newly appointed CEO as of June 2015 is Lewis Von Thaer who also serves on the Defense Science Board, a group of civilians who advise the US Department of Defense. No conflict of interest there… He is also on the board of the National Defense Industrial Association, an organization that “connects government officials and military officials with industry professionals”. In other words, he assures that the government use industries, like Dyncorp, as their subcontractor. Wonderful, since they are doing such a strappy job!

Dyncorp currently has posted 213 job and career opportunities in Afghanistan. They may be hard to fill since this past August three of their team members were killed in Afghanistan by a car bomb… Despite a long history of foibles and shoddy workmanship, failed contracts, collapsed buildings and sink holes, they continue to reap the rewards of Afghan contracts.

The answer may be in Cerberus Capital Management, a private equity firm whose name references the mythological three headed dog who guarded the gates of Hell. They own or have majority interest in Chrysler, GMAC, Spyglass Entertainment, Bushmaster firearms, Albertsons, kyo-ya, New Page, Georgia Pacific Corp., Bayer Plasma, and on and on with a total asset value of $30billion. Some of the employees at Cerberus include Dan Quayle, former US Secretary of Treasury, John Snow, former Federal Reserve employees, Goldman Sachs, Lehman, Morgan Stanley, and then there is Ronald Kravit, former Managing Director at George Soros Realty Advisors.

Their clout could be why Dyncorp continues to get the contracts despite its absolute poverty of professionalism. The second largest contractor is PAE Government Services. In 2014, their program managers pleaded guilty to defrauding the military in Afghanistan and sentenced to prison.

So far, it would appear that the State Department is not doing a very good job of filtering their awards, oh wait, these were done under the auspices of Hillary Clinton…

How is it going in Afghanistan? Well the Taliban is back in control of many areas, terrorism poses a threat to all neighboring countries, and ISIS may soon join forces. In fact, in the northern sections of Afghanistan the Taliban is stronger ‘than ever before’.  While the US admonishes, don’t worry, be happy…  ISIS has gained control of parts of Afghanistan and continues to grow stronger.  Still, their threat is nothing that we need to worry our pretty little heads about…China…Russia… they’ve killed, well, umm, never mind.
