CDC – WHO – NGO’s Fighting Pandemics: Where The Money Flows

Why was the CDC so ill prepared?   Where has all their money been directed?   Why has the former CDC Director under the reign of Obama suddenly come out condemning the US response to Coronavirus?   The answers are inter-linked and tell a story of deception:

Ever hear of the CDC “Foundation”?   It operates as a charitable NGO that claims to direct and manage CDC programs in the US and 140 countries. The Foundation forges partners between the CDC and ‘others’ so as to enhance the impact of the CDC.

What – others?  Where?

According to their IRS form 990 – their grant making for 2017 was roughly $24 million out of revenue of $62 million.   NET Assets were nearly $97million – $70 million in investments and $40 million in Cash!  Not a bad take for a Non-Profit!

Where was it spent?   It is almost easier to say where it wasn’t spent – which would be the United States. The countries receiving the cash grant funds included; east Asia, Central America, Russia, Middle East/Africa, and Europe.   In fact the total cash disbursed in the US was $167,700 or .7%!     Of course they do provide ‘non-cash assistance’ to the CDC as well as other organizations in the US which apparently includes shared data, as well as assistance to the CDC in their quest for disease prevention in Haiti, Nigeria, Saudi Arabia, Tanzania, etc..

Non-Cash is apparently similar to ‘other’ – it has no specific definition.

Funding for the CDC Foundation comes from the same sources; Knight Foundation, Gates Foundation, Bloomberg, MacArthur Foundation, Kaiser, Rockefeller, Rothschild, Hilton, multiple pharmaceuticals, vaccine makers, CNN, WHO, US Army and Navy, etc… etc…

While the Federal government CDC claims to protect America from disease outbreaks – it works ‘globally’.   Money can be spent in Africa, but worded to benefit the US, and thus the grant muddies.

The CDC claims it spends $5 billion on free vaccines for ‘children’, Ebola and Zika prevention, opioid analyses, and $1.3 billion for ‘public health emergency preparedness’.   Sounds good in theory, but there are multiple agencies within HHS getting government taxpayer money for the exact same claims;   Indian Health Services, NIH, Health Resource and Services Authority, Substance Abuse and Mental Health Administration, and Administration for Children and Families.

In addition, there is a Public Health Emergency Fund allocated $3.27 billion annually which claims to spend it’s budget on “Nationwide Healthcare System Readiness and Response” working with public – and private sectors.     The private sector is the – key.  It is the funnel, the laundering mechanism.

The Emergency Fund awards money to various pharmaceuticals through BARDA (Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority) to combat the threats of Ebola, Anthrax, Botulism, Smallpox and various nerve agents.  Smallpox?

While attempting to find who these CDC and NGO and government partnerships include, I came upon a page that lists Global Health Stories of successes by the CDC.   Five stories emerged for it’s US detail which listed malaria, dengue fever, Zika, yellow Nile, and Chagas Disease.   Thailand and South Africa seemed to be the focal points for CDC global health although 39 countries were listed.

In essence, the CDC is spending an inordinate amount of money outside of the US, and while we may be saving the world, we are NOT saving the US!

Where did all the money go?

The Health and Human Services Department was also responsible for the development and implementation of Obamacare.

The estimate was that Obamacare would cost $1.27 trillion by 2025.   But in fact, it is far, far greater.   According to the CBO, the NET cost in 2019 alone was $737 billion and expected cost for 2029 is $1.31 trillion.   Where would the money come from?

It’s FREE!

NGO’s are NOT paying for it.  In fact, we are as taxpayers in diverted funds from wherever there are funds available, as in the CDC and HHS, anywhere else remotely applicable!

Why doesn’t the CDC have the funds for preparedness and test kits as they are supposed to?   Why is NIH giving grants money to China’s Thousand Talent Program recipients?   Why are we diverting precious HHS taxpayer funds to 140 different countries across the globe?   Why is the US the largest contributor to the World Health Organization $4.5 billion annual budget – funding again World Health, not the US?

Among WHO’s list of achievements is the eradication of smallpox.   But according to the HHS Emergency Fund, one of their targets today is to fund the eradication of smallpox… Today, WHO claims their focus is – diet.

There are 14 separate NGO’s working to prevent Ebola.   In 2015, the Clinton Global Initiative launched a ‘campaign’ claiming they would eradicate all epidemics – in Africa, in collaboration with; Management Sciences for Health, Save The Children, and the International Medical Corps.   Funding came from USAID, Gates Foundation and the UN. Focus included Haiti, Tohoku and Nepal .  USAID and the UN – taxpayer dollars.

The circle of NGO’s fighting the same crisis is all about grant money, a laundering scheme wherein money is circled through the system amongst a select few ‘charitable’ organizations all claiming to make progress against some dastardly disease, only to spend the preponderance of funds on salaries and overhead. And a large chunk of that money has historically come from the US Federal Government – Taxpayers!

The cruel joke is that when Europe, China, Canada, Australia claim they are diligently spending funds to combat a particular crisis – likely those funds came from US Taxpayers! And when the CDC, WHO, and all the NGO’s within claim they are not ready for the issue they were created to attend – the likely reason is because the funds were either spent in Africa, China or Europe, or that they don’t want to tap their burgeoning ‘investments and CASH’ while maintaining their non-profit status and charitable designation…

And then there is Obamacare.

UN Migration Pact: Global Order By UN

On December 10 and 11 the world governments will come together to sign the UN Migration Pact. So far the US, Hungary, Poland, Austria, Czech Republic, Israel, Australia, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Switzerland and Italy have withdrawn approval.  Why?

The Pact is an ongoing attempt to globalize governments into the rule of International Law whereby decisions are arbitrated on behalf of a country given “no state can address migration alone”.   Further, the Pact states that data collection will become a strategized goal whereby a global programme will determine a countries national capacity. This data will be reviewed by the UN Statistical Commission annually in cooperation with the World Bank Global Knowledge Partnership on Migration and Development.  Migration will no longer be classified as having a refugee status, all migrants will be created equal.  And all arms will point back to the global powerhead – the UN!

Within this Migration Pact, the 2030 Agenda For Sustainable Development will be forefront.  Migration as a result of Climate Change will ensure the human rights of those affected taking in recommendations from ‘state-led’ consultants.  In so doing all immigrants will receive a work permit, a certificate of nationality, counseling, legal guidance on their rights according to International Law, gender responsive support, training, and a job.  As their Human Right.

As Africa sees mass exodus as a direct result of these freebies, African states will likely be more vulnerable and subject to takeover.  Land grabs will be more prolific and Green Climate Funds derived from the Paris Accord will suddenly make sense in their diversion.  Full circle to a Continent untapped and in need of vast infrastructure improvement in order to adequately cultivate those resources.  Ta-Da – Africa Couped!

In the meantime, the UN will extend their arm of Global Leader.  The division of Africa will come under the control and mandate of the UN, and those with insider rule will WIN.

As of 2015, the countries whose ODA (Official Development Assistance) was concentrated in Africa include: Portugal, Ireland, Belgium, and Iceland. The US contributed the greatest dollar amount covering 30% of all contributions to Africa.

The 2030 Agenda, which is lovingly referred to as the New Agenda, states that the means of implementation of a Utopian world will only be able to be accomplished via a ‘Global Partnership’ whereby global solidarity is paramount.  The New Agenda lays out The Addis Ababa Action Agenda as the means to finance the litany of Agendas:    “…a commitment to a new ‘social compact’ in which countries commit to set up social protection systems, with national spending targets for essential services like health and education. If countries cannot funds these through domestic resources, the international community pledges to provide international assistance.

Countries also agreed to work together to fund infrastructure for energy, transport, and water and sanitation, as well as step-up investments in agriculture and nutrition. There was also a commitment to establish a ‘facilitation mechanism’ to promote innovation and scientific cooperation, identify technology needs and gaps, and support capacity building on technology.”

Countries will fund these Agendas by committing a percentage of Gross National Income.

Of course, the biggest issue in implementing Addis Ababa was Tax.  Therefore, the UN created a new programme entitled, Tax Inspectors Without Borders.   They will help countries to collect and audit the implemented tax that will fund the fund that funds that funds the fund within the ODA fund that gives the money to recreate Africa after all the mass exodus of natives and their relocation with freebies across the EU, North and South America.

As of 2018, these Tax Inspectors managed to raise $414 million.

Given that by simple Geographics the EU is the closest land mass for the African exodus, a quota that includes all countries across the globe is necessary in order to disperse according to the UN’s determination of  ‘capacity’.   Guidelines will map global sites of entry and the UN will determine the welfare administration of these displaced migrants.

Currently, war and conflicts have been the primary means of achieving exodus.  But this was based on refugee status and excluded simple immigrants. These UN provisions would alter that censorship of migration and Open Borders to all.   It extends the global power hold that the UN has been ramping up for decades within a body that grossly mismanages its own funds according to their latest audit, is mired in sex trafficking, rape and sexual assaults in Africa, and seems to in reality have ‘accomplished’ nothing other than to hold countless discussions and make empty meaningless promises.

The New World Order is under the gun and fighting a ravage brawl in its home base of Germany.   You just can’t make this stuff up!

All of this is being done in the name of “Mother Earth”, according to the UN.  Scottie beam me aboard the Mother Ship – NOW!

G20 Summit: UN Corruption A Bludgeon Blow!

Once again the G20 Summit managed to accomplish nothing more than a ‘commitment’.  Empty words without action that somehow makes the members feel all cozy.  Fair and Sustainable Development with a focus on people.  WOW!   Wouldn’t that equate to the same protocol each and every year wherein the members go home and release statements to their people about what they hope to accomplish by 2030 and 2050 when they are dead and gone…

Agenda 2014:   discuss coordinated growth strategies as well as finalizing agreements on core financial reforms, and actions on tax and anti-corruption.

Agenda 2015:   discuss the world’s biggest political and security crises, including Syria and the mass migration of refugees

Agenda 2016:   discuss climate change, pollution in China, combating nationalist attacks against globalization, tax evasion, support of refugees, international trade, and economic growth

Agenda 2017discuss, international trade, financial regulation, women’s empowerment, migration, digitization, occupation, health and the US withdrawal from the Paris Accord.

Sounds hefty!

But what has changed?

2014 – nothing.

2015 – nothing until Trump and Russia put an end to ISIS in 2017

2016 – climate change? Germany’s footprint – greater, China’s footprint – greater, money spent?  Africa where there is no footprint.   Tax Evasion? Nothing.  Refugees?  Crime.

In essence, these meetings are held to give the impression that the UN has some actual authority and change is being made under their auspices when in fact they continue to be a burgeoning bloated waste of money without successes, mired in sex scandals, and wholly non-transparent in financial and asset statements.

The US contributes an amount equal to the total contributions of:  Italy, Canada, Germany, UK, and France.

For 2017, the Board of Auditors for the UN identified an unidentified misappropriation in the amount of $1.5 million.  They noted over $24 million of goods and services that were not delivered as stated.  “The creation of outstanding commitments where they are not warranted results in overstatement of reported expenditure and inadequate provision for unencumbered balances for the biennium…”

In laymen’s terms this means they were fudging/playing with the books.

The Board of Auditors noted that:

‘Gift collections’ were not recorded because physical verification was not allowed, the system that tabulated was no longer working, and internal controls were lacking and/or weak.   The Board noted that the UN was using temp employees to fill high level leadership positions, and noted shortlistings of unsuitable and unavailable candidates. The Board noted a lack of reporting and oversight mechanisms in delegation of procurement authority.  36% of system contracts were extended beyond the rule of 5 years.  There were delays in disbursement of 21% of funds, and noted that their ‘anti-corruption and anti-fraud’ departments were basically not implemented at all.  And finally, the UN’s safety and Security Department did not monitor or implement required system policies…

Their computer systems are so outdated that the Audit Board is required to manually make financial adjustments to their record keeping, a process that is ridiculously expensive, tedious, and subject to error.

Ta-Da!

In other words, this ‘very successful’ organization that is supposed to promote peace, women’s rights, economic growth, etc.., etc… runs a bookkeeping system worthy of Vinnie and Co., while spending billions of dollars on their salaries and pensions, immersed in massive accounts of rape and sexual abuse, mired in corruption within their cash flows, missing millions of dollars, – this organization wants to tell all the countries of the world how to manage their country…

The report is 276 pages, the first 81 are dedicated to ‘recommendations’ as a direct result of mismanagement, errors, corruption, and missing money.

The report goes on and on ad nauseum identifying malfunctions within their self health insurance plan that had not been updated since 2000. Funds that are deposited in the wrong account. And admonishing because the Geneva staffing is bursting at the seams with useless staff and desperately is in need of massive streamlining.

This is what happens when politicians run the finances of the world.  It ain’t pretty.  And I want a refund.

The United Nations Headquarters and all additional ‘Palaces’ are considered sovereign (that nationalist word that is taboo)and not subject to the local laws – that means they pay no tax.  The Headquarters located in opulent downtown Manhattan is comprised of 18 acres of land hosting palatial buildings and guarded by roughly 1500 security guards who are equipped with weapons and handcuffs…  Like Vatican City.  In addition, the UN has three subsidiary headquarters located in Geneva, Kenya and Vienna.  In 2007, a refurbishment began at the Manhattan office with estimates for the construction topping $3 billion. Land in Manhattan runs approximately $7 million per acre.

The weaponry that a UN Peacekeeping Soldier must carry is not unlike a soldier in Afghanistan or Iraq.   However, the gear is considered “Light Equipment” and despite tactical gear has resulted in death, stress, and mental issues due to the constant guerrilla attacks… in their successful peaceful accords.   According to the UN, they need heavy equipment!

In the end, this agency is rife in fraud, ensconced in corruption, riddled with mismanagement, and impregnated with a budget that is about nefarious individuals who line their pockets while telling the world how to line theirs so they won’t look so bad…

Guatemalan Caravan Funded by US through Soros NGO’s.

Geraldo Rivera is drinking funny kool-aide again.   Apparently, he sees the growing mob of now more than 7,000 careening upon our southern border as just a bunch of poor brown-skins with crying, hungry babies.  Of course, as usual these same people who advocate for open borders don’t offer to help the crisis with their millions and billions, instead they talk and talk and talk.

His latest solution is to have a heart-to-heart talk with Mexico and the Central American countries… But Trump did that.  In fact, he has also stated he will revoke their aid packages if they allow the caravan to continue unimpeded.  It would seem that Soros’ money is worth more than Trumps because the caravan is not only coming, it is growing rapidly!  Most of the caravan is made up of men, while there are women and crying babies, the majority are angry men who have no intention of being civil, kind, compassionate and law abiding. MS-13, the notorious international gang that has grown to over 10,000 members in the US alone, is also active within these caravans.  The respective governments have warned that the mob is using women and children in the front as human shields.

I wonder if talking would have had an impact on the various mob chaotic protests and riots that have plagued the US, Germany, France, Sweden, Norway, Spain, Italy, and Greece? I wonder if Rivera has ever sat down and just had a friendly conversation with MS-13 or ISIS? Obviously, he never served in any form of combat or military unit.

In the meantime, the Guatemalan President, Morales, has boasted that they have arrested and deported nearly 100 gang and ISIS members that were initially a part of the caravan.

These caravans have been occurring every several months since Trump took office, but it appears this is by far the largest to date.   Organized by a variety of organizations including Pueblo Sin Fronteras and individuals such as Bartolo Fuentes, activists play an important part in instigating the illegals with empty promises.

Located in the heart of Guatemala is, Nomada, a media outlet funded by Open Society, Ford Foundation, Global Investigative Journalist Network, Creative Commons,  and Los Amigos De La Plaza.  One of its co-founders wrote a book entitled, “Satan Rides My Soul”.    Soros has been in Guatemala for a decade working within to destabilize, disrupt, create chaos, and instigate these caravans. He has infiltrated the Universidad, and pushed for the toppling of elected officials.   According to Judicial Watch, he has accomplished this using money from the US government appropriating through grants such as International Commission Against Impunity in Guatemala (a UN body funded by the US government aka you and I).

Under Obama, the ambassador to Guatemala, Todd Robinson, worked in conjunction with Ivan Velasquez, a Columbian attorney to create over a dozen such organizations.  Judicial Watch claims Trump’s administration has continued to support this Velasquez alliance.

“A multitude of entities funded by the U.S. government further Soros’ agenda in Guatemala and get money from the billionaire. The report identifies a dozen of them, their mission and their ties to Soros’ OSF. Among them is Chemonics International, a private development firm that partnered with OSF in Albania and received a $37 million grant from the U.S. Agency of International Development (USAID) for a Guatemalan youth and gender justice project.

A Soros-funded group called Fundación Para El Ecodesarrollo y la Conservación (Foundation for Ecodevelopment and Conservation) got $1 million USAID grant for sustainable water management project in Guatemala and $156,000 from the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service for a rainforest protection project.

Other U.S.-funded entities, also supported by Soros in Guatemala include Comité de Desarrollo Campesino (Committee for Rural Development), Asociación de Abodagos y Notarios Mayas, the Myrna Mack Foundation and Women’s International Network for Guatemalan Solutions.”

The amount of $$$$ that are filtered through bogus nonprofits is far greater than the US aid packages, which is why the government’s have no incentive and the threat will fail.  In addition, the government organization USAID is central to funding these leftists takeovers.

USAID is currently administered by Mark Green who is in charge of a $27 billion budget.  Prior to this Trump appointment he was senior director for US Global Leadership Coalition whose 500 members include Open Society, Planned Parenthood, Denver University Institute on Globalization. Its advisory Council has included: Hillary Clinton, Madeleine Albright, James Baker, Robert Gates, and John Kerry, to name a few.  The corruption is deep, and the hypocrisy lies on us as we fund it ALL.

It has always been the joke of the century that all the protests, all the rioting, all the discorde instigated throughout countries across the globe was predominantly funded by US taxpayers through the fake NGO’s created by Soros with the help of the US government.  And the Guatemalan caravan – is no different.

This year alone 225,000 Hondurans, Guatemalans and Salvadorans have attempted to cross into the US.   Most have been turned away, many have applied for refugee status and remain in detention and still more have made it across illegally and roam throughout the US.

The Guatemalan Caravan Is Funded By The US Through Soros NGO’s.

Africa Land Grabs and Agenda 2030 – A UN Ponzi Scheme

The UN is attempting to fund the African Land Grabs through the implementation of Agenda 2030 and Agenda 2063 utilizing public, government and private money that they call ‘wealth redistribution’ or simply ‘sharing’.

While Nero watched – The Roman Empire Burned…  And while we have been diverted by media silliness, Africa has been bought and sold to the highest bidders and is now the target of multi-national corporations as they seek to reap her rewards through a series of UN Agendas.

And the new micro-lending platform is – crypto currency!  Which explains why suddenly Soros has done a complete about face and started investing in this voodoo money.  But he isn’t alone by any means.  FinComEco, a British firm employing former Ministers and Bankers has been accumulating crypto loans.  American International Agriculture Group is busily setting up shop in Algeria.  GMEX Group, Blockchain Commodities, Chinese companies, all see the potential ravaging to be gained.

Within their chain of companies they provide genetically engineered seeds, and genetically enhanced animals which they sell to the impoverished farmers that have been displaced by the Land Grabs with money generated by the UN in its programs to end poverty and ‘share the wealth’ while creating lending bubbles and high interest rates of return – temporarily – until the swap bubble bursts.  WHEW!

The first Africa Agenda was introduced in 1992 under the surname, Rio Declaration on Environment and Development.  It generated a lot of attention, but failed to do anything despite its grandioso plugging. The UN simultaneously created the Kyoto Protocol after the Montreal Protocol was a valueless failure in 1987.

The Montreal Protocol was supposed to protect the ozone layer.  After a bunch of countries signed on, it was considered a huge success!  The Kyoto Protocol was created in 2005 to fight Global Warming through the reduction of greenhouse emissions.  The US never ratified this agreement and Canada, Russia, Japan and New Zealand withdrew in 2012.  The UN is busily making Agendas and Protocols, but the agenda would seem to be to further their agenda…more than anything else.

What these nice squeaky Protocols did create was a market derivative scheme called “Emissions Trading”.  Permit credits to pollute are sold and traded like a commodity.   The largest program is the European Union Emission Trading Scheme.  They even have a spot market where they can buy futures and options internationally.   California has it own such trading market, as does the US, Japan, New Zealand, Norway, Switzerland and the UK.

Follow the Money.

Therefore, we can assume that these UN Agendas will create pockets of trading wealth as well for masses of large corporations.  With the land grabs effectively concluded in Africa, the next agenda was to get government money to fund the infrastructure for the corporate agriculture tracts. Climate Change, the Paris Agreement was supposed to fill that void of funding need, but seemed to fall on its face.  Hence the UN needed to create Agenda 2030 and Agenda 2063 for the purpose of creating heartfelt needs to end ‘poverty’ in Africa through wealth ‘sharing’.

Who has signed on to these Agendas?  The UN and African Union leaders.   The African Union Leaders just recently unveiled their brand new headquarters in Ethiopia that cost $200 million and was built by and gifted by – China.  Although record keeping of land leases in Africa are scarce, it is estimated that China now holds as much as 100 million hectares of agriculture land.

Of course the African Leaders don’t mind China taking over their country at all because a good portion, if not all the money is pocketed and transferred to offshore accounts like the Panama Paper Caper.

Land Grabs have also been concluded in South America where Soros and Gates purchased large swathes for production purposes.

Owning the world’s food and water supply is a heady agenda.  Using the UN to grab money from governments, aka taxpayers, to fund their products that they will later sell at a premium to the taxpayers that funded them – is even headier.  I’m sure they are laughing all the way to the bank…

UN – A Corrupted Waste; Rebuilding Syria – Trillions in the Making

The UN is demanding $4.63billion in additional aid to help Syrians recover from their devastation, and to subsidize countries who are hosting Syrians. Of course the demand for money comes with a threat, if it is not forthcoming then there will be dire consequences not just for Syrians, but for all refugees and for the host countries…

I don’t know about you, but when someone demands money under the strong arm of a threat, it sounds more like ‘blackmail’.   But it is always the aftermath of an attempted coup gone seriously awry: Bomb a country, murder its people, leave it in disastrous rubble, no infrastructure, and then demand money to fix said country from the same people who bombed it.

So now, after spending trillions on a war We The People and They The People never wanted, depleting our budget, our economy, and our livelihoods, we are being told we have to repair said country out of our tax dollars. And if we don’t? We are being threatened by the very agency that did absolutely nothing to mitigate or stop the war despite their claim that they are a success in ‘bringing peace to the world’ – The United Nations.

After 3 years of useless bombing by the US and EU, Russia, Iraq and the Syrian government have successfully put a truce and end to the fighting in place. A truce between the CIA backed and Pentagon backed rebels vs. the Syrian government that we desperately fought to displace in a failed coup.  A sickening deplorable crime.

So why is the UN even asking for money? What have they done that warrants them – anything?

The UN, lays claim to five major successes since their inception in 1945: The eradication of smallpox, the promotion of arms control, helping to save the lives of 9 million children, protecting the ozone, and saving the pyramids.

WOW! Imagine if a corporation laid claim to similar feats after 71 years while riddled in mismanagement, corruption, fraud, sexual molestation, and theft. According to it’s audited 181 page financials for 2014, they devoted 3 entire pages to internal fraud cases, and nearly 30 pages to the status of audit recommendations from 2013.  I guess that would deplete their $5.3 billion Development Budget…keeping their records straight.

With assets totaling about $6.5 billion on liabilities of under $1.9billion, and annual revenue for the ‘Development Program’ at roughly $5 billion, about 6% of their expenses actually went towards grants and ‘other transfers’, while the remainder of expenses, $5billion were utilized to maintain the UN staff, consultants, and office, resulting in a deficit of about $330million.

Impressive?  Hardly!

The Development Program is only one agency/subsidiary of the UN and names four inherent duties: poverty reduction, sustainable development, peacebuilding and climate and disaster resilience. They don’t actually spend their budget to do anything other than to ask for more money for everyone else to do – something.

I’d say they had failed on all fronts – massively. In addition, as a ‘charitable’ organization, why do they need to hold $6.5 billion in cash and investments? But then they do provide annual leave, pensions, full medical benefits during and post employment, home-leave benefits, termination benefits, repatriation grants and ‘other lump sum payments’.

Its more perverse failures have included Somalia, Bosnia, Rwanda, Afghanistan, Iraq, Sudan, Syria, Congo, Sri Lanka and Haiti. They are so bloated that they have now adopted ‘advisory committees for ‘indigenous people’ for ‘sustainable forest management’, and ‘coordinating efforts of NGO’s’ (that would include Soros Open Society), as well as promoting abortions, vaccination overseers, agriculture overseers, education overseers, World Bank, WHO, and a host of agencies that ‘DO’ nothing but watch over those who are ‘DOING’ utilizing revenue from alternate sources.

In other words, they are The Middle Man taking a hefty cut to bully more money from countries in order for them to do the hard work.

And now they are demanding $4.63billion for Syrian people and for subsidies for host countries, aka, Germany, Sweden, and Turkey. Will the money go towards rebuilding Syria? No. That is a completely separate BILL which is estimated to reach between $180 and $200 billion, not including loss of economic wealth, and the decades it will take to re-emerge as a viable economy – after a failed coup that ushered in ISIS, displaced millions, and murdered hundreds of thousands – in the name of PEACE.

Sickening.

UN Warns Qatar…A Mirror of Corruption

Qatar is given ‘one year to stop abuse of its migrant labour workers or face a UN commission inquiry. WOW!   I bet they are really scared now.

Although the abuse was relayed back in 2015 and has been going on for years, the US has decided that as of now the one year transition to being nice will commence. Of course a UN ‘inquiry’ could take another five years, enough of a lag to fall short of the deadline for the Qatari based World Cup matches slated for 2022. Surprise!   In the meantime, I imagine their plan of action is to ramp up the abuse to accelerate the completion of the overhaul to the stadium before the UN yawns and flexes into action. Maybe they’ll send over some of their rapists to investigate.

Imagine telling a rapist he had a year to stop raping before he would be investigated? Or a banker given a years notice before he would be inquired about embezzlement? A Meth dealer – “we know you are dealing but we are putting you on notice that one year from now we will look into your ‘dealings’…”

That’s like being guaranteed a year of unabated crime without recourse or consequence.

In Qatar the migrants make up 90% of the population! Talk about an inequality of wealth! The country has THE highest per capita income in the world… yet that capita is apparently consumed by the 10% of the population that identify as Qatari’s while the migrants are paid monthly wages of about $200. They are beaten. Their passports and papers confiscated so they can not escape. They are deprived of wages at all – sometimes for months. They are charged a fee for the right to work. And they live in squalor. Gee whilakers, better not do that anymore…or else.

But hey, this country is given high fives and koodo’s! And they are allowed to host the World Cup. And who decides which country will have the honor of hosting the World Cup? FIFA, of course. The same rigged, corrupt, fraudulent FIFA that has been mired in bribery charges, money laundering and racketeering. Of the 35 Managers employed part time to determine which country may have the privilege of Host, they were paid $30 million plus $4 million in bonus’s – not to mention how much they put in their Offshore Luxembourg account as bounty from bribes.

These same Managers within the UK have arrogantly demanded that countries boycott the Russia hosting, because well, they believe Russia is militarily aggressive. Ouch! Talk about a Log in the eye…

But I suppose we shouldn’t be surprised by the dire warning that gives Qatar a heads-up advantage to continue abuse, Germany has adopted the same attitude but in reverse – allowing migrants fair game to rape, loot, burgle and pillage without legal consequence. “Please don’t rape that 9 year old boy again…”.

The same Germany that is investigating a national comedian for hurting Erdogan’s feelings and possibly putting him in jail for 4+ years.

Why do we allow the Qatari human rights abuse?

Because at their Al-Udeid Air Base they allow/host the US Central Command and the US Air Force Central Command where we have most recently deployed B-52 bombers capable of holding 20 nuclear warheads and deploying air launched cruise missiles in a bid to ramp up the game against ISIS.

So what happened to the Syrian cease-fire? They US has continued unabated bombing from facilities in Jordan, Djibouti, Italy, Iraq and Turkey. Exactly who was supposed to ‘cease fire’?

Simultaneously we have the Hillary avidly declaring that she will NEVER be prosecuted, because of course, the law only applies to those without power and has nothing to do with Law.

Rules – Laws – the ambivalence is only as perverse as the information is falsified. Because – how can you possibly care when the disinformation forms your opinion and thought?

UN Honors – Saudi Arabia For Human Rights

Saudi Arabia:

“Wanted: no previous experience required. Must be able to lift heavy sword. Must not fear blood and death. Good pay and health benefits. Hours of employment – flexible. May be asked to perform additional duties, such as amputations and torture. No recruiters please, only serious Male candidates should apply.”

United Nations:

“Wanted: Human Rights Advocate. Must uphold the greatest value of human rights and human dignity, unless torture and public executions are deemed necessary for The Greater Good, in which case, go for it. but make sure not to get any of that blood on my Armani suit.  And as for women and children, we adamantly agree that they are inferior, so whatever suppression you deem appropriate we uphold and will never challenge. Indiscriminate civilian bombing is okay too as long as you make sure to call it ‘coalition’ bombing in the name of terrorism. Okay then, that about sums it up… oh and must rank among the lowest in the world for social and economic freedom.”

The United Nations.

NewsFlash – “UN launches $25 billion strategy to end preventable deaths of mothers and children.”

I have a solution, and it doesn’t cost $25 billion… stop! That’s it. Just stop. Stop bombing Yemen. Stop beheading civilians. Stop torture. Stop denying women rights.

On Yemen: “UN urges parties to stop this fighting and return to negotiating table…”

According to NATO, Yemen’s problems are: water shortage, unemployment, poverty, lack of education, oil rich, corruption, rural population, al Qaeda in the Peninsula, radical Shi’a clerics, and division.

Saudi, NATO, US solution: Bomb everyone, eradicate the entire population and instill puppet government– end of problem.

Oh wait… al Qaeda… no matter.

Like Syria… no matter.

So when did the UN become an ineffective corrupt institution? After being roiled in abuses and corruption for decades, most recently the oil for food scandal in Baghdad kickbacks, the UN set up a self regulating anti-corruption task force in 2006. After just two years, they declared everything was hunky-dory and disbanded in 2008. Who decided that?  Why the UN General Assembly did.  You see, the UN is given complete authority to hide everything from financial opacity to internal department opacity, to censorship. Their power is absolute.

UN Peacekeepers were charged with rape, sexual abuse, gun running, and abuse. But what has been done since the allegations? Well, the head of the Peacekeeping agency was sacked… and that’s it. Will the abuse stop? No! It’s been an issue for decades – decades! And the UN is the perpetrator. The same UN using $25 billion to end preventable deaths, the same UN spending billions on Human Rights, the same UN that is required to provide NO financial accountability. The same UN that elects Saudi Arabia as one of their ambassadors for Human Rights.

The issue with the UN stems from issues with its leadership, past and present, specifically Ban Ki Moon. Former representatives, employees and delegates, have expressed concerns over internal favoritism, of control over internal audits and investigations, over corruption charges, over refusal to hand over court ordered documents and over the constant deference to ‘immunity’ despite heinous abuses and crime.

While Ban Ki Moon is considered a gentle person, a man content to be in the shadows, a man humble and courteous, these are qualities of a monk, not a world leader. And so goes the UN having accomplished little to nothing with no oversight and a chaotic over-growth of governmental quackery.

The rule and law within the agency has been described by former under-secretary, Inga-Britt Alhenius, as deplorable and seriously embarrassing, an agency drifting into irrelevance.

Bringing Saudi Arabia into the Human Rights council is wholly a political move that further discredits the entire value structure and reputation of the UN.  It is truly beyond any moral, ethical or value system in our careening spiral into complete depravity.

So how much does the US ante up to this organization?

No one is exactly sure… You see, while the US is on the hook for roughly 25% of the budget, no one wants to advertise what that budget actually is because, well, then they’d have to actually tell us how it is spent.

Apparently, there are two budgets, a core and a system budget. As of 2011, some estimated the system budget at $25 billion which would put the US obligation at roughly $6 billion. But there are no numbers for the ‘core budget’. Even Susan Rice of the US State Department refused to provide any answer when asked about the UN Budget numbers. Stonewalled, we can ante up our tax dollars indiscriminately, or we can ask for accountability.

If the US ante’s up six, ten, fifteen billion annually, and if Saudi Arabia votes against the US in typical referendums over 70% of the time, and the US continues to give foreign aid to Saudi Arabia, and Saudi Arabia continues to mutilate it’s citizens, persecute its women and crucify its children – what the HECK ARE WE DOING?

The UN’s Functional Inhumanity

Amnesty International calls on the UN to investigate war crimes in Yemen…

UN Names Panel To Investigate War Crimes in Gaza…

UN postpones Sri Lanka War crimes report…

UN investigators to share list of Syrian war crime suspects…

“International Criminal Court prosecutor Fatou Bensouda said Friday she has suspended investigations into alleged war crimes in Sudan’s Darfur, criticizing the UN Security Council for inaction over the conflict-hit region.”

“At a Conference in The Hague today, the International Community pledged 15.6 million Euros towards the setting up of a specialized War Crimes Chamber in the Court of Bosnia.”

The call to action! In the Iran-Iraq war their were six calls for war crimes, 100,000 casualties and 25,000 deaths – no prosecutions. In the 1992 Iraq invasion of Kuwait – no prosecutions.  Where was the UN?

“The Lebanon War – 1,000 to 1,200 Lebanese citizens were reported dead; there were between 1,500 and 2,500 people wounded and over 1,000,000 were temporarily displaced. Over 150 Israelis were killed (120 military); thousands wounded; and 300,000–500,000 were displaced because of Hezbollah firing tens of thousands of rockets at major cities in Israel.” No prosecutions.  Where was the UN?

Darfur Conflict and civil war in Chad – estimates vary widely, death toll anywhere from 20,000 to 500,000 – no prosecutions.  Where was the UN?

Ukraine – death toll surpasses 6500 – no prosecutions.  Where is the UN?

Is it all just a joke? What is the UN doing? Well according to their own ego briefing they have 1) accomplished the heady task of world peace by deploying 42 peacekeeping forces. 2) They take credit for ending the Iran-Iraq War, the withdrawal of Soviet troops in Afghanistan, and an end to the civil war in El Salvador. 3) they have enabled people in 45 countries to participate in free and fair elections 4) they have protected the environment – independence – international law – and the prevention of nuclear proliferation. 5) they take credit for ending apartheid in South Africa… 6) alleviated world chronic hunger 7) reduced effects of natural disasters – on and on and on

In fact, the list is so self aggrandizing, one might confer upon the UN the Lordship of God.

Fast Facts:

  1. Apartheid – lasted nearly 50 years. The end was actually a result of a brokered deal by the then British rule under F. W. de Klerk, Nelson Mandela and the African National Congress.
  2. Iraq-Iran war – in 1980 Iraq invaded Iran. At one point it is said that Saudi Arabia was giving Iraq $1billion per month to fight, but they were still no match and their losses were substantial. Despite the funding Saddam asked for a truce in 1982 conditional upon occupation of specific areas. Iran said no. The UN drafted Resolution 598 asking for a ceasefire. Saddam accepted it only to invade Kuwait shortly thereafter.
  3. The Soviet/Afghan war – upwards of 1.5 million deaths. Initiated by a coup, the soviets supported the new government. The US supported the uprooted Afghanistan military, including a notable Saudi, Osama Bin Laden. Although the soviets withdrew in 1989, internal civil war continued until 1992. After the soviet withdrawal, the US supported Muhjahideen Taliban and Al Qaeda were left to rise to power which prompted the US and UK to invade in 2001.

The US provides 22% of the annual UN budget, Japan about 11%, Germany about 7%, France 5.5%, China 5%, the UK 5%, and Italy about 4.5%. Of 193 contributing countries, just 7 countries make up 60% of the funding.

According to its Financial Statement 2012-2013, the UN spends virtually its entire budget on salaries, internal training, consultants and contractors. It accrued a 4% deficit and has nothing remarkable to show. While the UN has been criticized for fraud, waster, corruption, sexual abuse, bioterrorism, and inefficiency, claims that brought down it’s predecessor, The League of the United Nations, to date they have not had any consequences as a result of the inappropriate and illegal actions.

The most recent accusations stem from their peacekeepers involved in human trafficking and sexual abuse as well as the cholera endemic in Haiti. Still, there has been little to no reparations leaving the impression that the UN has diplomatic immunity and can thus operate above the law. Despite lawsuits against the UN, invoking the Convention on the Privileges and Immunities of the United Nations. This was adopted in 1946 and ratified in 2015.

Establishes Juridical personality of the UN (Art. I)

  • UN premises shall be inviolable, and UN property shall be immune from search, requisition, confiscation etc. (Art. II)
  • UN shall be exempt from taxes and customs duties as well as prohibitions and restrictions on imports and exports (Art. II)
  • Diplomatic immunity of communications and mail (pouch) (Art. III)
  • Functional immunity of delegates (Art. IV), officials (Art. V) and experts (Art. VI)
  • Recognition of United Nations Laissez-Passer (Art. VII)

The Functional Immunity clause is the most controversial. Functional Immunity does not apply to absolve anyone from crimes against humanity, genocide or war crimes. Then the definition comes down to ‘humanity’, what are crimes against humanity? There is a list of legally defining humanity crimes and at the end of the list is the classic defining crime of ‘other’.

Invariably, giving the UN carte blanche to commit criminal acts without consequence is a hugely dangerous precedent of inhumanity.
