Dominion Voting Systems, SYTL Software: Soros, NED, and the Cabal United With Open Government Partnership

Sytl Software has been cited as the voter tabulation company for Dominion with offices in Germany and Spain. After it was reported Sytl’s computers in Germany were confiscated by the US government, Sytl gave a press release in which they stated that all counting/tabulation was done by their subsidiary in Tampa Florida – SOE Software.   And they don’t have any link to Soros, Russia, or any online voter authority.

Lets See!

Sytl bought SOE Software in 2012.   SOE Software LinkedIn accounts have ALL been updated as the “3rd” account including the SOE Founder and Director until 2012 – Marc Fratello. His most recent post would appear to alter his position at Sytl to that of an ‘advisor’ since 2014.   But according to Secretary of State registrations, he was still the CEO and Director in 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 with additional filings in: Texas, Mississippi, West Virginia, Louisiana, Kentucky, Indiana, Connecticut, Arizona, Alaska, California and of course, Florida.

In their 2019 Secretary of State filing , Jonathon Brill, the then acting VP, was listed as the CEO/Director, as well as a change of address was noted. And Fratello had no further leadership.

The discrepancy is not ‘CLEAN” – and one would think the CEO would know when he was no longer the CEO…which was as of 2019.   I would suggest Fratello create a new LinkedIn account #4.   But the lie is an obvious attempt to distance himself from the potential of Fraud.

Sytl’s website claims many other clients: EU Parliament; having provided all 28 member states with election results.   Ukraine: providing election training. Canada; New Democrats in Saskatchewan, Ontario, Toronto, Calgary, etc…   US Department of Defense, UK Ministry of Justice, Government of Catalonia, SPD Party of Germany, Brazil, etc..

Then suddenly in June 2020 Sytl declared bankruptcy and the government of Spain authorized the sale of their assets.   What happened?

In February 2016, Sytl bought OpenSeneca and subdivided into 3 entities:   Sytl Voting, Sytl Hardwar, and Civiciti (the new name for OpenSeneca).   Why the name change?   Any organization utilizing the word ‘Open” in its title is an automatic link to George Soros Open Society, Open Data, Open Government, Open open, they wanted to hide the connection.

Civiciti’s website produces a blog.   Many of the blogs are devoted to an Open Government initiative.   Careless, these idiots don’t properly cover all their tracks!

Civicciti promotes and openly works in conjunction with the Open Government Partnership. The Donors of this OGP include: Omidyar Network, Ford Foundation, Hewlett Foundation, Department for International Development (UK Government and – Open Society Foundation.  

Their Motto is: BUILD BACK BETTER.  Sound familiar?

The Open Society Foundation was a founding donor of Civiciti and pledged additional funding of $10million in 2019, apparently with ‘caveats’.

Open Government Partnership currently consists of six working groups:   1. Global Initiative on fiscal Transparency, (government of Philippines and Brazil) 2.   National Democratic Institute, (Government of Chile) 3.   The Carter Center (led by Government of Mexico) 4.   Open Society Foundations and Transparency International (Governments of UK, Georgia and Brazil), 5.   Web Foundation (Government of Canada), 6.   National Resource Governance Institute and World Resource Institute (Government of Indonesia).   78 countries participate in the Partnership including the US and all of the EU.

The National Democratic Institute is funded by the Orange Revolution Coup organizers, National Endowment for Democracy, funded by the US government and chaired by Madeleine Albright.

The Global Initiative on Fiscal Transparency is very untransparent – it’s website provides little to no information other than how ‘open they are’.

The Carter Center is Jimmy Carter still holding the dyke with his pinky finger.

Web Foundation is a web of Open Data bologna, with links to Qatar, Google, Facebook, Microsoft, blah-blah.

Civiciti produces a blog that discusses the needs to force people to accept their Open Government ideology by closing the gap and utilizing representatives to administer the right public policy and – thought.

Civiciti’s main product is ‘online voting,   “…teaching countries and statehoods how to manage your election while providing, “real-time visualizations of election results”.

Civiciti works in partnership with the Open Government Partnership,  

The OGP has deep roots in the Open Society Foundation through multiple partners including : Luminate, PEW Research, Hewlett Foundation, Ford and Knight Foundations, etc…

Luminate is a creation of Omidyar. Their primary objective is: to seek to change how the internet enables the spread of news and information, through their subsidiary – RESET. 

The website reflects a propaganda that is so perversely tuned as to be brilliant in its subversive champion of false disinformation.   They want ‘independent media, financial transparency, data and digital rights, civic empowerment – blah-blah.   In actuality, their end game agenda is to have one independent media, controlled and edited data rights, civic slavery, and financial lines so opaque it requires massive research to find the – collaborations.

They are a cult of sorts – all supporting the same NGO’s with the same ultimate goals that traverse Marxism and the Green RESET.

Civiciti is one of the three subsidiaries of Sytl. 

SO, they are not owned by George Soros as they state in their refuting Press Release.   But their subsidiary is funded by the Open Society Foundation.   Also, despite their statement that they do not support online voting – that Product is Sytl’s and Civiciti’s main component according to their websites.   As people are shuttered in their homes and society is locked down for CoVid detention, online voting would be the only means.

One of the objectives of the Open Government Partnership is to shut down social media disinformation campaigns which they feel undermine their goals. Everything they promote regarding Open Source, Open Data, Open Government is all about censorship of everything that does not align with what they want the global citizens to know and have access to –

And then we have the irrefutable Malloch Brown – friend to, partner with, and board member of a veritable mishmash of Soros organizations.   His relationship with SmartMatic and SGO Corporation Limited have hurled him front and center in the online voting scandal that has perpetuated since at least the 1990’s.   His operation has been in the forefront of election fraud throughout Venezuela, Argentina, Belgium, Brazil, US, UK, Philippines, Mexico, Bolivia, Ecuador, Italy, Mexico and Chile.

In fact, election fraud was brought to the attention of the American public by – Democrats when George Bush was elected and they cited FOUL!   SmartMatic was slapped on the wrist.   With Dominion Voting Systems front and center. So they decided to buy them instead of fight them.

Dominion Voting makes specialized hardware and software used by some 600 US jurisdictions in 22 states, as well as by jurisdictions in Canada and other countries. Its flagship product line, Democracy Suite, comprises various systems used by election officials, including optical ballot scanners and vote tabulators, voter list generators, election management software, and electronic ballot systems for absentee voting.

So when Dominion says they don’t operate in Canada – they are lying.   When they say they do not promote online voting – they are lying.   When they say they are not ‘Owned by Soros’ – ownership becomes an interesting definition – Soros dictates end results and provides funding for their subsidiary – but he technically does not own them.   They did claim to have offices in Frankfurt – but supposedly shut them down.

But the connection through the maze of ownership levels does end in the entity: Open Government Partnership, which is primarily funded by Soros and his cult foundations.

Was their massive fraud in the 2020 US election?   Yes.

Did Dominion contribute to that fraud while Sytl gave election officials teaching techniques as to how to manipulate the votes on the Dominion machines as well as the ballot harvesting?    Yes.   Is Sytl’s subsidiary Civiciti heavily engaged with the Open Government Partnership?     Yes.   And what is the primary function of the Open Government Partnership?

TO RESET and RECONSTRUCT government and society within the Great RESET as outlined by the World Economic Forum with the ‘here-here’ of the UN.

So yes – Soros is in the mix, but so is Ford Foundation, Hewlett Foundation, Omidyar, Rockefeller Foundation, NED, USAID, – and the UK GOVERNMENT –   When your Friends Are your Enemies, – Boris Johnson, Theresa May – they HATE the US.

NED Planning China COUP & US COUP??

Pelosi’s garbage Bill that she has glowingly introduced to the House is so full of manure it has absolutely no chance of getting passed.   It proposes allowing everyone to simply stop paying their bills and debt, no foreclosures, no evictions, money for more pot, money for state governors, vote by mail for everyone, free felons and amnesty to all illegals, on and on ad nauseum.   So what’s the point?

Not even the left is not behind this nearly 1815 page Ponzi junket.

No one has seemingly read the entirety of the mashable comedy of errors given its obvious parlay to create a New Communist Regime within the guidance of the New Green Deal.   Just in time, CNN has scraped the barrel and brought in little Greta Thunberg to lecture humanity about the Pandemic and tell us how this opportunity should not be ignored as a segway for a global communist monarchy.

So which conspiracy is factual – and which is fantasy?

Pelosi’s Bill is a significant waste of time for anyone to even consider.   It should be – ignored.   While it is obvious Pelosi did not write the Bill, and highly unlikely she has read any of the Bill, she is its primary backer and subject to being made a laughing fool of therein.   It is almost as pathetic as watching Biden being parroted about while it is obvious to everyone his mental faculty has long lapsed into the abyss.  He is ‘expendable’.

Still – knowing the Democrat stratagem of diversions and distractions – could this Bill be simply that – a distraction from something else?  

Grumblings from the Soros demented mindplay may be key to the answer. Braggarts share a common failing, the need to spout their own genius and give away the plot.   Soros is no exception to the rule.

Recent videos published of Soros interviews received little attention, but pave a glossy picture of what may be the true treachery. While Soros believes China should be the World Power, he does not foresee Xi Jinping at the helm.   Citing Jinping’s failed CoVid response, and loss of support from the Chinese people, Soros alludes to the making of a coup.

When searching for anything concerning a ‘coup’ operation, for decades the first source has been National Endowment for Democracy.   They just love instigating coups around the world and watch greedily as entire countries disintegrate before their leader’s very eyes.

Working within China, their grants align with organizations that are supported by the Deep State. One such newly formed organization is the China Digital Times. CDT formed in 2013 and based in LA was the brainchild of Berkeley’s adjunct professor, Xiao Qiang.   On the surface CDT purports to provide uncensored news to the people of China, but like classic MSM, they are providing a stream of propaganda to infect discord and an internal uprising.     In addition to the school of Berkeley, funding for CDT is provided by NED, MacArthur Foundation and the Open Society Institute.  

When reviewing statements made by Qiang, he seems certain that the release of the Covid virus may have leaked from two laboratories in China while warning that the Chinese government is lying and combating the ‘infodemic’ should be our main focus.

While on the surface these organizations give us beef to support a conspiracy theory that we have readily lodged onto, in reality we have been double-had! And one needs only to follow the money to find the ultimate betrayal.   CDT works diligently in conjunction with the Liberal operatives of our corrupt CIA and FBI through The Atlantic and The Washington Post.

Qiang has been a visiting fellow at the Sante Fe Institute.   The Institute is a science and technology institute which is facilitated by the Omidyar Fellows.   Two of their research projects garner interest: evolutionary computation and computational immunology. Evolutionary Computation is a set of algorithms that determine optimal population numbers subject to natural selection and mutation.   The concept is that as populations are attacked, a natural drive toward better fitness and immunity will drive the survivors.

Studying complex protein-protein interaction, computational immunology is driving the perfect immune system that can survive a biological or viral holocaust.   For example; who contracted CoVid or who is asymptomatic due to their own immune system defeating the attack.  Antibody proteins must be analyzed….

Essentially what we are discovering is that the world population was used as guinea pigs in the fight against this ‘pandemically created’ virus so as to create a super human capable of complete immune defenses.

Qiang is also vice chair for the World Movement for Democracy that was also launched by NED to democratize Asia through NGO’s.   Their mission focus is to alleviate China of their suppression through the ultimate coup against Xi Jinping.

So in spite of the argument that globalization is dead as we maneuver the post CoVid crisis, in fact, the plan is still very much in action – with Pelosi more than happy to provide stupid distractions.   It is much like spooks who are double and triple agents spreading misinformation so that the true agenda can continue unabated and even unbeknownst to the people.

In this case, it would appear that not only does NED foresee itself as implementing a coup against President Trump, but also against Xi Jinping.   These have always been the two dominant countries holding out against a takeover per musings by Soros for decades.   Europe has caved to The Netherlands rule, Canada has willingly collapsed, Australia is on the cusp…

And so the narrative that this virus began in Wuhan, may very well be creative propaganda meant to destabilize the China regime.

Indeed, both NED and CDT criticize Tedros and WHO for botching the entire communication stream which makes Tedros an unwitting pawn as well.   “There is no honor among thieves” is righteously applicable.   Tedros was setup as the scapegoat.   Xi was out manipulated and the economy of China will end in the twalette and an easy displacement of their communist leader will ensue.

One of Soros recent video’s proclaims that he is so very elated at the fact that President Trump is destroying himself and needs no help from the wacko’s on the sidelines.   In other words, not understanding who the villain is – has united the world against China.   Granted, China is communist and thus an easy target for hatred.   But the fact that both Xi and Trump were beginning to make progress was most definitely not a part of the agenda – it was in fact, completely contrary.

The narrative was then contrived.

The all aboard leaders across the globe; Trudeau, Merkel, Macron, Pelosi, Schumer, etc… all believe they are somehow immune from the retribution of this thievery.   In fact, they might want to take a closer look at who is ‘nonessential’.   Because – there is no Honor, no Loyalty, no Integrity and they are expendable in the greater scheme – they are old, and valueless in the ultimate evolutionary computation..

And in this, 80 year old dementia laden Pelosi somehow thinks that presenting a ridiculous Bill that is a write in vote for a Communist US is important in the scheme oblivious to who she is dealing with and their absolute disregard for humanity.   She would be better advised to shutter in place with her children and grandchildren.

SOROS – The Master Puppeteer: Who will be his successors?

Most people in Europe are well aware of the name, George Soros. A good portion of the people elsewhere are somewhat familiar with his dealings. But it is only a fragment of the US population that would appear to have any idea of the magnitude of the Soros empire and it’s agenda.

There is a contingent of people who acknowledge that president Obama seems to be a ‘puppet’ waiting on any catastrophic event for guidance. Usually four days is the advance that Obama requires before speaking publicly about corruption, fraud, cover-ups, disasters, etc…

But even fewer seem to know the fringe circle of allies, Tom Steyer and Pierre Omidyar, whose power, political clout and money drive the decisions in Washington. Perhaps they are the a part of those who will succeed Soros as his legacy of Karl Popper, Communism, and Liberal Socialism continue to grow.

Pierre Omidyar: An Iranian American who founded Ebay, Pierre, like Soros, on the surface of edited bio’s appears to be a philanthropist who just wants to see good things happen. But as it happens, Omidyar was entrenched in financing the ‘regime change’ of Ukraine and helped organize the Maiden Revolution. He voluntarily hands over all available personal data on Ebay and PayPal subscribers to the government boasting that he has helped the police arrest thousands around the world. It is filtering process that helps to enforce the agenda.

It is said that he has buried several months worth of food supplies in Nevada, Hawaii, France, and Montana in anticipation of a pandemic. He invested in a company, Maui Land and Pineapple, which was busted by the US feds for being the largest human trafficking organization ever. He was investigated and sued by Congress for ‘spinning stocks’ and investing illegally in IPO’s with Goldman Sachs.

And he is an avid guest of the Obama’s at the White House.

In 2013 he started a new online journalistic front, First Look Media, which he claimed was going to be the front runner in independent and unbiased reporting. Glenn Greenwald and Ken Silverstein were his front team, Silverstein and a number of other team members have since quit citing a complete absence of management. But it is the lust for power and more money that would seem to drive the persona of Mr. Pierre. From microfinancing schemes in India in which profit was the sole motive, to land grabs for development and agriculture gains, to wielding a big stick in the US education system, to advocating First Amendment Rights when it comes to perhaps furthering ‘his’ personal agenda, the man is obsessed with power.

While his news agency, Intercept, is guided by principle, whose principle would seem to be the grinding wedge that has many questioning reality verses motive. In August 2014, the FBI stated it would be investigating the leaked, classified documents cited in one of Intercept’s article/blogs. Shortly thereafter, Intercept announced that all US military personnel were banned from reading its blog. A rather bold statement of censorship. Apparently, the target for much of the Intercept would seem to be the US military intelligence.

When probed, Glenn Greenwald declared that the personal donations, political views, etc… are no concern to him when writing for the man’s paper. In other words, ethics is of no concern. He has partnered with the Clinton’s in their foundation work, and established a $200 million fund to partner with the USAID, a US government organization. Omidyar’s foundation, Humanity United, shares a donor list similar to that of George Soros, including; Amnesty International, Center for American Progress, Human Rights First, Human Rights Watch, and more.

Tom Steyer: Hedge fund manager and green advocate whose battles against the Keystone pipeline and the coal industry have earned him honors as a hypocrite. While advocating heavily against Keystone, Steyer’s hedge fund invested in the Kinder Morgan competitive pipeline, which links Alberta with Vancouver, BC, as well as the Cochin natural gas pipeline between Western Canada and the US Midwest.

Steyer made his fortune as the founder of Farallon Capital Management, a fund that invested heavily in fossil fuels and the Kinder Morgan Pipeline. Although these investments were sold sometime between 2012 and 2014 when he retired to pursue ‘politics’. However, the fact remains that this is where his billions began and where he accumulated his power.

He is a political activist who has petitioned the White House to ramp up the Global Warming Initiative and advocate for green energy. He too is involved in the Soros organization, Democracy Alliance which requires an annual membership fee of $200,000. Their candidate of choice would appear to be Elizabeth Warren whose politics and policies support greater funding of groups fighting issues on a state level – such as freedom of speech, ie blasting religious institutes and their causes. Their aim is to boost liberal ideals on a state level including their launching of The Center for American Progress and Media Matters. The purpose – to squash the founding Constitution and replace it with a new and improved Constitution.

Where do these individuals and organizations go? Why is it important?

George Soros is old. He needs to hand over the baton. Both Steyer and Omidyar are relatively young – in their 40’s and 50’s. He needs minds that are similar, money that is engorged, and youth that can carry the One World Order to the next level. Regime Change is a part of that agenda. Civil chaos is a part of that agenda. And while both Steyer and Omidyar appear to be proponents of charity and philanthropy on the surface, so did Soros before the unraveling began.
