A New Constitution? A Band-Aide On A Gaping Open Wound

Trump has signed 208 Executive Orders over the course of nine months.  FDR still holds the largest number per year in office, but Trump is coming in a close second with three months remaining.  The authority is based on the citation of the US Constitution or Federal Stautes wherein infringing on individual rights of citizens or overriding existing laws would deem them inapplicable.   They have become a tool to evade Congress given Bills are fraught with pork.  However, while they contain the same legal force as a Congressional Law, they are not a law per se given they can be overturned by any subsequent president by merely a flick of a pen.

FDR used a series of EO’s and Laws to insert his New Deal Program and administer political reforms.  Congress has passed 36 Laws – a large proportion relating to rescinding some of Biden’s EPA Laws.  But the vast majority of legal actions taken by Trump were done so via EO. 

As it becomes more and more obvious, the two party system as currently defined is wholly obsolete and ineffective in governing and as such a New Constitution has been ‘discussed’.  By contrast, the European countries typically have 5-8 parties which further delineates and divides voters to the point that a new President can be elected with merely 21% of the votes.  Thus, the representation has been sifted to 79% of voters are scattered to the winds – unless they unite creating a single opposition.

While a Constitutional proposal claims that every party should have a ‘proportional’ representation, the party with the majority votes will always win.  It is a ridiculous idea that has seen failure after failure particularly in Israel and currently in France and Germany.  With the exception of Netanyahu, most PM’s of Israel served 1-3 years before being ousted for incompetence.   

Changing the Party System will not repair Election Fraud.  People cheat.  It is a psychological inability to distinguish between right and wrong whether cheating in school, in relationships, in work environments, in politics.  In school the behavior is now so expansive it is deemed ‘normal’.   Drafting a New Constitution is like treating a disease with Big Pharma medication – creating more disease with each additional Pharma while never curing the root cause.   Or Gun Control wherein only Bad Guys have guns…

There are so many Executive Orders remaining on the books, Congress and no budgetary office has an inkling of how many remain or what they address and stipulate.  No different than the 30,000 Federal laws or the tax code which is roughly 7,000 pages, and put together with regulations is over 75,000 pages.  The insanity is rife.

We don’t need more laws and EO’s, we need a psychological, philosophical RESET.  It begins at home. 

The Voter Cheating is not a modern manifestation, it is a human ideology.  Teach your children well – is a literal testament to guidance that will be manifested in adult behavior.  The primary cause of the failure to instill behavior and consequence or behavior and positive reinforcement is family and village.  As in – ‘It Takes A Village’.  Everyone in the village has something valuable to add to the pot of guiding children.  This village approach has been banished to single parents, teachers at school, daycares, after-school care, and nanny’s.  Because parents don’t have time… or the will.

Putting more people into asylums doesn’t alter the fundamental problem.  It gets them off the street in the present, only to continually add to the pool every day, every year because the core source of the problem remains an open wound.  ALL of which cost is born by Taxpayers, while the problem exponentiates.   

One such inherent ‘Problem’ within the government that has been apparent for 80 years continues to be ignored!  The Rogue CIA.  Trump was going to bury the CIA as an agency.  This rogue apparatus which literally ruins entire countries for control.  When cleaning up the Federal Government, this Agency is a core pillar of all things Evil.  Trump has completely ignored his campaign promise to do what JFK failed to do – eliminate funding, disband, and shut the doors permanently. 

It is clear our government system is a failed entity.  It is clear that the family entity is directly infused within that failure and that the root is a psychological philosophy of existence that is broken.  EO’s are band-aides.  Even Laws can’t keep the open wound from getting infected.  There is no reward for being a good person.  Consequence or punishment has been obliterated and thus we as a country have lost all sense of reality.

The philosophy of Existence must be changed permanently if we as humanity are going to survive.  Solid Ground begins with Truth.  All of It.  Open The Vatican Vaults.  Start at The Beginning.  I am convinced there is little Truth in anything we are told.  Including WHY they preserve the illusion over truth…      

The Deep State and the Rogue CIA: Who Runs The Show…

Syrian President Assad gave a state interview in which he claimed there was not enough evidence to support the US statement that Baghdadi had been killed any more than there was verifiable proof Osama bin Laden had been killed.   In this interview he references an interesting concept that has been considered before; Baghdadi was a CIA asset.

This would explain why Susan Rice and Obama went ballistic when told Baghdadi had been killed – without their permission.

Assad claims that the director of these unsubstantiated claims is always the same – America.   But it isn’t America, it is who is running the show.  And in failing to acknowledge this very important difference Assad could easily fall into the same agenda – is it Communist Soviet Union, or Capitalist Russia?   Is it Ottomon Empire or the Middle East?   Nations come and go based on the government that leads. And Assad would do well to recognize that President Trump is not his predecessors.

While the New York Times has mentioned The Deep State, when ex-CIA Deputy Director, John McLaughlin, made the reference in a campaign promoting impeachment, the conspiracy that was – was officially outed.   Joined at the event by former FBI Director, Andy McCabe, and former CIA boss, Brennan, McLaughlin stated, “This is not an institution (referring to the CIA) that is not in a chain of command that makes or implements policy.”

Obviously, there are parallel universes with respect to ‘truth’ and the ‘CIA’. And the history of Baghdadi is note worthy within that above statement:

In 2004 when Bush was president, US forces captured the first Baghdadi in Fallujah considering him to be a low level member of al Qaeda.   He was placed in Camp Bucca detention center in Iraq under his civilian name Ibrahim Awad Ibrahim al-Badry.   Ten months later he was released unconditionally.  Why?

In 2006, Condoleezza Rice gave a press conference about The New Middle East in which she stated,   “what we’re seeing here [in regards to the destruction of Lebanon and the Israeli attacks on Lebanon], in a sense, is the growing—the ‘birth pangs’—of a ‘New Middle East’ and whatever we do we have to be certain that we’re pushing forward to the New Middle East [and] not going back to the old one.”

Within the plan was a redrawing of each countries territory in the Middle East to conform to this New and improved plan utilizing the ‘unleashing of forces of constructive chaos’, according to Rice.   At the time, Lebanon was considered the focal point, the birth pang.  In 2006, Israel launched a full blown attack on Lebanon displacing 1 million Lebanese and 500,000 Israelis.

The United States under Bush, Britain under Tony Blair, and Israel under Ehud Olmert were aligned in this redrawing scheme. Former US National Security Advisor, Brzezinski, alluded to the fact that the target was considered the Eurasian Balkans and would represent a coup toward ultimately chaining Russia.  The map would significantly reduce the size of Turkey, Pakistan, and Saudi Arabia while creating new states within these borders that would be effectively owned and run by the US, UK and Israel.

In 2006, ISIS rose as the Islamic State of Iraq.   Its leader, or General, was – Khalil al Zawi, he was also known as Al-Baghdadi. In 2007, a US Brigadier General, Kevin Burgner, claimed that Baghdadi did not even exist and that he was really a staged elderly cleric whose voice was used over a picture that was a fictional character. An intermediary to Osama bin Laden made the same claim. In 2008, another claim to support this was floated by a spokesperson for Hamas-Iraq.  The US Deep State chose not to comment.

Throughout 2007 to 2010, there were numerous reports of al-Baghdadi’s capture and death by the Iraqi Ministry.   Then in April 2010, it was announced once again that al-Baghdadi was killed by a joint effort of US and Iraqi forces.   Joe Biden was quoted as saying, “the killings were potentially devastating blows to the terrorist network.”  Whether he even existed was never really addressed or confirmed.

An ISIS website was cited as concurring that Baghdadi’s death was real and Abu Baghdadi succeeded in becoming the new leader of ISIS.  The CIA announced this fact.

In 2013, two photos emerged showing McCain in Syria with the Free Syrian Army and a man who looked very much like Baghdadi in the background. There is no claim the photos were shopped, but there are conflicting accounts as to who the man really is.   However, the fact that McCain was in Syria at all meeting with rebels is a bit disconcerting. McCain’s communications director, Brian Rogers, denied the picture was of Baghdadi and said instead this man was a high ranking official in the Northern Storm Brigade.   Ultimately, the Northern Storm Brigade was found to be affiliated with ISIS.

Two years earlier, McCain was in Benghazi while it was held by rebels looking to oust Gaddafi. McCain was in Ukraine during the rise of protestors seeking a coup in 2013, and again supporting the rebels as they fought against the residents of Donbas.

The internet defines Deep State As:   “a form of clandestine government made up of hidden or covert networks of power operating independently of a state’s political leadership, in pursuit of their own agenda and goals. Examples include organs of state, such as the armed forces or public authorities, intelligence agencies, police, secret police, administrative agencies, and government bureaucracy. A deep state can also take the form of entrenched, career civil servants acting in a non-conspiratorial manner, to further their own interests. The intent of a deep state can include continuity of the state itself, job security for its members, enhanced power and authority, and the pursuit of ideological objectives. It can operate in opposition to the agenda of elected officials, by obstructing, resisting, and subverting their policies, conditions and directives. It can also take the form of government owned corporations (CIA) or private companies (NED, NGO’s) that act independently of regulatory or governmental control.”

Who created ISIS?   Was it the Deep State in order to achieve the agenda for a New Middle East through what Condoleezza Rice termed ‘constructive chaos’?   Is the New Middle East part of the agenda for the New World Order?   As we watch time and again conspiracy theories playing out as fact, perhaps we should pay more attention.

The CIA is rogue.   There are those that think that Soros is actually an operative for the CIA.   Or could Soros be running the CIA?

ROGUE CIA and FBI: Whistleblowers

Speaking of Whistleblowers… There were quite a few during the Obama, Clinton and Bush administrations – their lives were made miserable despite the protections of the Whistleblower Act, and the consequences against those involved – nothing.

For Example:

Thomas Drake a senior executive formerly with NSA brought forth allegations regarding two controversial initiatives proposed within the agency; Trailblazer Project and ThinThread Project. Both involved spying but the Trailblazer Project was much more inclusive including spying on everyone, whereas the ThinThread Project which was considerably less expensive, while protecting individual privacy.

Drake favored the ThinThread Project.  

Going through the maze of internal government bureaucracy, he followed the rules and the fine print concisely, reporting to his superiors within NSA, the Department of Defense, the House and the Senate intelligence agencies, to no avail.  He did solicit the support of a Republican staffer in the House Intelligence Agency, Diane Roarke. She was considered the staff expert on the NSA budget.

Michael Hayden who was then head of NSA went through with the Trailblazer Project, hired Boeing, IBM, SAIC, and CSC among others to implement the project and ultimately spent $1 billion. Three years later the NSA Inspector General declared the project a total failure and it was scrubbed. NSA was declared to have wasted money, and their budget was restricted.

Two years later, Drake gave a reporter stories about abuse of spending at NSA making sure that all the information he released was not classified. In 2007, the FBI raided Roarke’s and Drake’s homes, taking computers, documents, books, and phones as evidence.   The government drafted charges against Drake for releasing classified information and conspiracy.   They pressured Drake to plead guilty and in 2010 he was formally indicted.

In 2011 prosecutors restricted proceedings to closed door, moved to restrict exhibits as hidden from the public, restricted cross examination of witnesses, and restricted jurors from reading the articles written by the reporter. May, all charges were dropped.

Drake lost his pension, lost his job, was responsible for $82,000 in legal fees, and was fired from his teaching position at Strayer University.

It was because of the 12 year harassment of Drake that Edward Snowden made the decision to circumvent the normal lines of procedure within NSA.

Drake has gone on to give speaking appearances in which he claims that the issues within NSA are so systemic and corrupt that dismantling the organization is the only solution.

Michael Hayden, the then head of NSA who instituted the failed, costly waste Trailblazer, was promoted to Director at the CIA. He receives full pension benefits, was awarded an honorary doctorate, and is currently a principal at Chertoff Group. He also serves on the board of Caliburn International, a group that operates temporary shelters for unaccompanied migrant children. Caliburn was awarded it border detention contract by Obama in 2014 for $97 million.   Caliburn is a private contractor receiving its funding from the Department of Defense. It is currently under investigation for bribery of Iraqi officials.

Chertoff Group was co-founded by Michael Chertoff whose experience includes Homeland Security under Bush, and Chad Sweet formerly Chief of Staff at Homeland Security as well as previous appointments as VP at Goldman Sachs and Directorate of Operations at the CIA.   Chertoff is essentially ‘Bush Men’.   All principles served under Bush, all came from Homeland Security in some capacity.

In 2013, it was reported that Chertoff routinely creates a market for a company with which they have a financial interest, fails to disclose this interest, and submits applications for funds from the Federal government – Department of Defense.   Michael Chertoff writes op-eds for the Washington Post and CNN in which he advocates for a new security to defend a crisis he foresees and then contracts with a company with which Chertoff has a financial interest.

Chertoff is considered a private NSA.

These agencies are rogue. It didn’t happen today or yesterday, it began in the 1950’s when Dulles initiated Operation MKUltra and Operation Mockingbird. It continued when JFK stated he would dismantle the CIA. He was assassinated. It ballooned when Bobby Kennedy went after the Director of the FBI and he was assassinated.

The mob has been in control ever since.

Judge Jeanine is correct in stating that these agencies, the FBI, CIA, NSA and DIA have collaborated to attempt a coup against President Trump.

Pelosi has admitted that her whistleblower who is asserting third party knowledge against Trump is inside the CIA. And she is utilizing the same rogue methods deployed ‘against Drake’ to defend the anonymity of this inside agent, and to keep the public at arms length claiming we have no rights.   She defends these measures by claiming that she fears for his ‘life’.

Of course one would wonder who might be the assassin given the history of murder by suicide rates…

CIA – A Rogue British StepChild

The rhetoric coming out of defunct CIA Directors in slamming the release of the Nunes memo is that the ‘release’ has undermined the trust and respect and dependence that American citizens had for the CIA.   The shadow government is being cast into the light, the cloak of darkness shaken, and what is exposed is a rogue agency that was created, run, and operated to enhance One agenda only – A World Order wherein we are all virtual slaves to their Protocol of Truth.  

The precursor to the CIA was the OSS, Office of Strategic Services, created as the stepchild of British Intelligence during WWII, as requested by FDR and William Stephenson, a senior British intelligence officer. The unit was created, coordinated and informed from intelligence garnered from the British Secret Service – M16 and SOE. That would mean that the OSS, for all intents and purposes, was simply an extension of the British spy agency operating as a stepchild utilizing US taxpayer funding.

While the OSS is said to have come under the auspices of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, in WWII, FDR and Churchill created a Combined unit, the CCS, which was installed as the “Supreme Military Body” and tasked with strategic direction of the “British Empire”.   Therefore, all ultimate decisions came from Britain, including the initial alliance “with the Nazi’s”.

After WWII, the government had no definable reason to continue the OSS given it was sold to the US citizens as a wartime machinization.   The shadow government comprised of oil and banking icons, and by default Truman, felt that a unified post-war system should be introduced and thus formed the UN, NATO, National Security Council and the CIA.  Utilizing the media, which was predominantly then owned by the banking cartel, Truman sold his new organizations to the American people by creating an ‘evil’, the USSR.   Despite the fact that the USSR was an ally in WWII, suffered heinous losses, casualties and internal destruction, this flip-flop of alliance was necessary in order to fulfill the agenda.

The cabal’s wealth had grown exponentially during WWI and WWII, the Rockefeller’s, Chase, the Morgans, the Rothschild’s had all benefited quite nicely during their propaganda war efforts, but now it was necessary to combine that wealth so as to create the ultimate object – World Power.

Utilizing the CIA was their largest weapon.  

The CIA was created for one purpose – to operate as the covert military arm of the cabal.

Over the next 7 decades the CIA conducted coups and attempted coups in; Italy, Guatemala, Iran, Vietnam, Hungary, Laos, Haiti, Cuba, Ecuador, Dominican Republic, Congo, Brazil, Indonesia, Greece, Bolivia, Chile, El Salvador, Australia, Angola, Nicaragua, Honduras, Panama, Iraq, Yemen, Ukraine, and the Soviet Union.

Propaganda Operations were utilized to establish fake opinions including; MK Ultra, Operation Mockingbird, Operation Paperclip, Operation Phoenix, and Operation CHAOS, amidst many more unnamed to date.

While the CIA worked outside of the public eye, while the media continued to parlay a popularity ring, the corruption within was virtually either forgotten or blindly accepted. Kennedy has been charged with claiming he wanted to shred the CIA.   And x-agents have attempted to expose the corruption numerous times, only to be met with death threats, lawsuits and extradition.   This is the organization that Brennan, Comey, Clapper and Mueller condone as a respected part of the US government.

The notion that Truth undermines respect is basically saying that as long as US citizens believe in a fake ideal it is a worthy confidence.   And this fake confidence should not be disrupted with Truth…

The last Budget information available dates from 2013, wherein the CIA garnered over $15 billion in taxpayer funds.   M-16 takes in over $3 billion.   There are 16 additional spy organizations funded in the US government budget. And while the Empire may no longer be referred to as the British Empire or the US Empire, an Empire is being built – it just isn’t by or for who we might be led to believe.
