A New Constitution? A Band-Aide On A Gaping Open Wound

Trump has signed 208 Executive Orders over the course of nine months.  FDR still holds the largest number per year in office, but Trump is coming in a close second with three months remaining.  The authority is based on the citation of the US Constitution or Federal Stautes wherein infringing on individual rights of citizens or overriding existing laws would deem them inapplicable.   They have become a tool to evade Congress given Bills are fraught with pork.  However, while they contain the same legal force as a Congressional Law, they are not a law per se given they can be overturned by any subsequent president by merely a flick of a pen.

FDR used a series of EO’s and Laws to insert his New Deal Program and administer political reforms.  Congress has passed 36 Laws – a large proportion relating to rescinding some of Biden’s EPA Laws.  But the vast majority of legal actions taken by Trump were done so via EO. 

As it becomes more and more obvious, the two party system as currently defined is wholly obsolete and ineffective in governing and as such a New Constitution has been ‘discussed’.  By contrast, the European countries typically have 5-8 parties which further delineates and divides voters to the point that a new President can be elected with merely 21% of the votes.  Thus, the representation has been sifted to 79% of voters are scattered to the winds – unless they unite creating a single opposition.

While a Constitutional proposal claims that every party should have a ‘proportional’ representation, the party with the majority votes will always win.  It is a ridiculous idea that has seen failure after failure particularly in Israel and currently in France and Germany.  With the exception of Netanyahu, most PM’s of Israel served 1-3 years before being ousted for incompetence.   

Changing the Party System will not repair Election Fraud.  People cheat.  It is a psychological inability to distinguish between right and wrong whether cheating in school, in relationships, in work environments, in politics.  In school the behavior is now so expansive it is deemed ‘normal’.   Drafting a New Constitution is like treating a disease with Big Pharma medication – creating more disease with each additional Pharma while never curing the root cause.   Or Gun Control wherein only Bad Guys have guns…

There are so many Executive Orders remaining on the books, Congress and no budgetary office has an inkling of how many remain or what they address and stipulate.  No different than the 30,000 Federal laws or the tax code which is roughly 7,000 pages, and put together with regulations is over 75,000 pages.  The insanity is rife.

We don’t need more laws and EO’s, we need a psychological, philosophical RESET.  It begins at home. 

The Voter Cheating is not a modern manifestation, it is a human ideology.  Teach your children well – is a literal testament to guidance that will be manifested in adult behavior.  The primary cause of the failure to instill behavior and consequence or behavior and positive reinforcement is family and village.  As in – ‘It Takes A Village’.  Everyone in the village has something valuable to add to the pot of guiding children.  This village approach has been banished to single parents, teachers at school, daycares, after-school care, and nanny’s.  Because parents don’t have time… or the will.

Putting more people into asylums doesn’t alter the fundamental problem.  It gets them off the street in the present, only to continually add to the pool every day, every year because the core source of the problem remains an open wound.  ALL of which cost is born by Taxpayers, while the problem exponentiates.   

One such inherent ‘Problem’ within the government that has been apparent for 80 years continues to be ignored!  The Rogue CIA.  Trump was going to bury the CIA as an agency.  This rogue apparatus which literally ruins entire countries for control.  When cleaning up the Federal Government, this Agency is a core pillar of all things Evil.  Trump has completely ignored his campaign promise to do what JFK failed to do – eliminate funding, disband, and shut the doors permanently. 

It is clear our government system is a failed entity.  It is clear that the family entity is directly infused within that failure and that the root is a psychological philosophy of existence that is broken.  EO’s are band-aides.  Even Laws can’t keep the open wound from getting infected.  There is no reward for being a good person.  Consequence or punishment has been obliterated and thus we as a country have lost all sense of reality.

The philosophy of Existence must be changed permanently if we as humanity are going to survive.  Solid Ground begins with Truth.  All of It.  Open The Vatican Vaults.  Start at The Beginning.  I am convinced there is little Truth in anything we are told.  Including WHY they preserve the illusion over truth…      

The Economic Muddling of Economists Destroying The Economy

Why is inflation measured to exclude food, housing and energy – the three most important commodities?  What is left?   The government answer is that these items can be volatile thereby obscuring core inflation.  In 1914 the working-class cost of living index was the first official measure of inflation.  The circular is:  “Changes in inflation are widely attributed to fluctuations in real demand for goods and services (also known as demand shocks, including changes in fiscal or monetary policy)”.  Which comes first, the chicken or the egg?

In 1914, the Consumer Price Index (CPI) was 10.  Today it is 314.4.  Its measurement is confined to urban pricing only as well as a government selection of a handful of retail and businesses.    Oddly, the government version always seems to be far less than the People version.   While the government version of employment seems far greater than reality.  What we call funny numbers.

But the value, if it were honest, is to measure the economy after the fact.  Something akin to weather manipulation.   Forward thinking.  Anticipation.  Not a bad thing except that this thinking process is confined to a select group of people who may or may not have our best interests at heart.  Essentially human bias is no different than AI machine bias.  The only advantage to machine bias is that it is faster.  

Fortunately and unfortunately, everyone has bias.  This nomenclature of NGO’s claiming they are nonbiased with their committee of 10 liberals is an inevitable skewer.  To counter this NGO propaganda, once upon a time the government tried to create a balance of ideologies – which basically resulted in a hung jury.   As a result, we swing wildly like Tarzan in the jungle going from one treetop to the other – one extreme to the other and never really accomplishing anything.

 Russia has become a good example of how a society can benefit with one ideology based on competence, a love of country, people, and trade.  Since 1999, Russia’s GDP has grown from roughly $250 billion to nearly $2.2 trillion.   Statista claims the future trajectory is a solid upward linear growth trend.  US GDP growth also follows an upward linear progression.  The major difference is debt.  Russia’s debt to GDP is 14.9%, by comparison the US debt is 123%. 

In people terms that debt would calculate as follows;  Individual earns =  $87,000 per year.   Individual spends = $107,000 every year and debt accumulations keep growing with a 19% credit card rate.  At what point does individual declare bankruptcy.  A RESET.

The entire Monetary Policy of the Western nations is wholly flawed and faulted.  The debt creates the inflation – not employment.   Which has resulted in the CPI rising from 10 to 315 since 1914.  Making your dollar 305% less valuable so you have to ‘spend’ more while owning less to make ends meet which is how the CPI is measured… against inflation and why the numbers are absolutely meaningless. 

Economists are much like Big Pharma – they have been around for a hundred years and haven’t cured anything.   It is a worthless occupation.  They simply sit around writing scathing newsletters of Chicken Little proportions of doom.

Milton Friedman:  Nobel Prize of Economic Sciences based on his research on consumption analysis and monetary theory.   He was an admirer of FDR and the New Deal until he watched America slump into a Depression.  As a result he proclaimed the FDR Federal Reserve acted in the opposite manner that it should have.  Hindsight is always 100% correct!  He also determined that the reason physicians made so much more money than other professionals was due to ‘barriers’ – ie, the educational cost prohibited the ability for there to be more physicians.  Stellar…. and for this idiocy he is awarded the Nobel.

Friedman was a critical component in the creation of the Withholding Element of the American Tax System during his tenure at the Treasury Department in order to support the endless war programs.  Ultimately, the very vacuous industry, The Federal Reserve, that he admonished in 1932 for causing the Depression, became his theory advocating for a Federal Reserve that utilized monetary expressions to regulate the economy via The Federal Reserve.

To support their theories, Economists have no actual knowledge of the US economy prior to 1857, so they extrapolate, code for make-it-up.   Like Climate Change.  The panic of 1857 is said to be the cause of the Civil War according to economists.  After which deflation continued up thru today with a few years here and there of a break.  Each time Economists did nothing to prevent the illnesses.  Each time they used hindsight to make their analysis.  Each time the Federal Reserve response lengthened the disease recovery.  And today, is no exception. 

Instead of calling out these esteemed Economists who prevent nothing, we give them prizes and awards and put them on a pedestal of grand kingship. 

1961 to 1969:  Long period of growth until the Federal Reserve initiated monetary tightening in 1970 – ending the honeymoon.

1980:  The recession began as the Federal Reserve, under Paul Volcker, raised interest rates dramatically.

1981-1982:  Tight monetary policy in the United States to control inflation led to another recession.

When the Economists at the Federal Reserve enter the picture the US folds into a recession.    All their theories and analyses are valueless.  They don’t produce anything.  Economics is a platform of philosophy wherein great thinkers come together to argue and opine while making use of exactly 2 methods of altering the economy:  tightening monetary supply and loosening monetary supply.  That’s it folks – after all their profound arguments and analysis that’s all they’ve got.

WANT COMMUNISM? Move to China

As the Agenda for a RESET, a new and improved America unfolds, some who believed they were part of the dismantle team are suddenly waking up to find they are dismantled nonessentials.  

Universities created the ignorance of our youth, they fostered liberalism and Marxism, they embraced Communism while hoarding billions of capitalist dollars from our government and from – China.   They embraced CoVid lockdowns and closed schools and are now just beginning to realize they are complicit in their own demise… without students, without international $$$$, they are quickly facing a squeezed budget, shortfalls in pensions, and the New Green Deal call for the end to the burgeoning 5300 traditional colleges across the country in favor of specialty training centers.   Much like Germany.

Having decried the absolute necessity for a college education for decades, the US employers lost laborers, and instead were handed a stream of uneducated, unemployable college degrees – skimpy pieces of paper – and a whole lot of attitude.

You went to college – but what can you do?  

Value of government funding?   Roughly $170 billion – not including loans.

Universities are not the only unintended scrapping by Communism.   Under the New Green Deal Unions would no longer exist.   While some people believe that unions are communist – they are in stark contrast to the entire ideology.   Unions are formed to ‘benefit the worker’, but in a Communist society that would be considered undermining the government and such dissidents would likely ‘disappear’.

In China, a worker’s retirement meant moving in with grown children to support their meager social security subsistence.   When China initiated the one child tribunal, aging parents had little resources and the stress placed on a child resulted in the killing of female babies as they were considered financially less capable. Poverty was rampant.  In essence, the same catastrophic demise of Germany’s system is similar given a negative population growth and they now haven’t the laborer support of growing generations and are thus forced to usher in massive immigration for ‘survival’.

It is estimated that by 2050, 330 million people in China will be over the age of 65.   Social Security will be nonexistent, siphoned to scrap.   And the young people are well aware of this brutal future…       At least the young people who live the nightmare in China.

Hollywood!   They are truly the most nonessential as AI replaces them, their exorbitant fees, their tirades, wimpish cries, and emotional psycho-drama is barely tolerated by Communist China.  Little wisdom, less intelligence, they will be sacrificed.

And yet, they are oblivious to their extinction in this Agenda they adamantly support – their gas chamber.

Movies have been moving closer and closer to the extinction of actors in favor of robotics for decades – it was only a matter of time.   Not only eliminating actors, directors, producers, every pion beneath will no longer exist under the New Green Agenda the RESET will annihilate this industry.

Under Communist ideology, the vast increase in workers is attributable to exactly ONE industry – agriculture;   laborers – cotton pickers.   Somehow I can’t picture the pinktard millennials lining up for a job picking cotton. But that is what their protests produce for them.   Should someone tell them?

Nah.

What else can we embrace under the totalitarian rule of 20-somethings who advocate Communism as the Flower Child solution to all the world ‘s problems?

Income Limitation.   There is an income level goal, however, if a person exceeds the goal as mandated by the government, ALL proceeds over the base amount remit to the government.

And maybe you think you should be an artist, a writer, a mathematician… Your desire has no validity – because the government will determine what you will do the rest of your life so as to ‘better the common good’.   And you WILL comply.

You get a burr under your skin because the government is prohibiting you from doing what you want?   Go to jail – never get out – and submit to torture.

YUM!

So why does Communism appeal to such an extent to Young People?

They have little idea of how it works, what it is, and how it will impact them now and forevermore:

  1. Dissent and protests will result in detention, interrogation, possibly torture, and there are no attorneys to bail you out.   According to the Rothschild rag The Economist, in 2017 China was rounding up and torturing all their Civil Rights Attorneys.  
  2. Most employment areas are in agriculture.   Therefore this will be your chosen occupation and training per the government.   No entitlements.   No welfare.   No BLM.  Hard, back-breaking work.
  3. Want to own your own home?   In Shanghai, an 80 sq meter (860 sq foot) apartment sells for $900k to a million. Down payments for properties are most often provided by parents who anticipate moving in when they retire.   A person’s 1st house requires 30% down, 2nd purchase 60% and thereafter no loan is available. Ownership ends after 25 to 30 years and reverts to the government.
  4. While The Sanders Greens like to boast that China has pulled 300 million out of poverty… it should be noted that in China the measure of poverty is $328 per YEAR!  Considerably higher than it was 20 years ago.

Ultimately, unions, teachers, liberal mindsets will begin to understand that they are the victims of their own making given their entire financial means would no longer be remotely feasible.   Of course, by then, the graves will be dug and the dirt will be shoveled.
