The UK’s DARPA is ARIA Tasked With Dimming The Sun

January 2023, the UK created a new government agency:  The Advanced Research and Invention Agency (ARIA) with a tagline of “high risk/high reward”.  The agencies budget is 800 million British pounds with 66 million being allocated to the project of blocking the sun with sulfate particulates.  “The experiment will send high-flying planes to release sulfate particles into the stratosphere, near the lower atmosphere, which would then prevent some of the sun’s rays from reaching the ground by reflecting them toward space.” 

What could possibly go wrong? 

Because it is a ‘government’ agency, other governments are unable to block the project which will impact every plant, animal and human.  Sulfates in our atmosphere have been dimming the sun for decades – and used to be referred to as a pollutant causing ‘acid rain’.  Apparently, Starmer didn’t get the ‘memo’.  The US equivalent to ARIA is DARPA.

Like the CIA’s In-Q-Tel hedge fund, DARPA also invests in companies with Taxpayer funding including;  Harvard, VQ Biomedical, Sivers Semiconductors, EnCharge AI, and Paradromics – as of 2025.  Sivers is a Swedish Company.  There are a total of 42 organizations funded by DARPA.  None of the wealth generated from the funds is ever returned to the original investors – taxpayers. So why do we have a government agency DARPA if all the work is contracted out to private companies?

DARPA’s 2025 budget is $4.4 Billion.  DARPA employs 100 program managers to oversee 250 research programs.  An additional 150 are employed as assistants – although the exact number is unknown.  They are sitting on Net Assets of $3.3 Billion.  Their Hedge Fund Assets are NOT included in their government financial statements.

According to DARPA their creations have included:  Internet 1960’s.  Drones 1950’s.  Google Maps 1979.  GPS 1973.  Cyborg insects 2019.  Computer mouse 1960’s.  Encryption 1990’s.  Siri 2003.  DARPA is a middle man.  They get a cut of the inventions that are privately founded.  Like the CIA running the drug trade.   Most of the government agencies are established in that manner. 

They produce nothing.  They do nothing. They use Taxpayer money to invest in the private sector.   Artificially raising the values of stocks due to the middleman apparatus.  The Black Book keeps a record of the wealth generated by the startup companies they invest in but never share with the American People.

April 22, the UK Government gave ARIA a thumbs up on their plan to dim the sun via sulfate particulates.   Spain currently boasts its renewable energy sources, wind and solar, account for 41% or its electricity production.  Portugal is at 63%.  When blocking the sun – that means solar panels are not absorbing as much and wind patterns are disrupted:  “Wind patterns are driven by temperature differences caused by the sun’s uneven heating of the Earth. Reducing sunlight would disrupt this temperature gradient, leading to changes in wind and rainfall.”

It gets worse:  Sulfate particles can impair satellite performance and observations.  Was the downed power in Spain and Portugal a TEST?  How to bring an economy to a complete halt.   No credit cards.  Cash Only.  The Biden Regime was constantly warning Americans that our electric grid would be manipulated and taken down.   IF the particulates are responsible, then the shroud of whodoneit could be wholly covered up.  No cyber attack necessary.

IF the government needs to contract out all of its production, then what is the point of the government?  ARIA UK is given complete autonomy to do as it pleases without oversight.  It is exempt from freedom of Information requests and run as a civilian agency with its own agenda.  Much like the CIA and most agencies of which there are over 440 all holding up sub-agencies despite none of them having created anything of benefit to the economy or the American people.  Without these agencies we could save $6.7 trillion every year!

Western Economies Are Built on Sand As The Ocean Rises

Germany and France are barely holding up their economies.   Amidst these weaknesses, they are looking to further sanction/decouple from China.  Given the Israeli escalation in Iran, and OPEC mulling a production cut, oil prices are being pushed higher which will further impact the manufacturing and transportation industries.  The Longshoreman strike is slated to affect just about every aspect of the US economy from food to appliances to chips to toys, etc…  The West is being steered by an Alzheimer patient and a cackling infant and if the earth were flat, we would fall into the abyss of space.

While the media would have us believe that EV’s are the future – automobile dealers are privately not onboard.  EV’s are not selling leading to massive losses and inventory that needs to move for more hybrid versions and gas powered vehicles to come aboard lots.    Western governments are powered by weak cowards unwilling to speak the Truth for fear of retribution.  

In the US, a government position is quite lucrative while requiring a mere 20 hour work week to qualify for full-time pay.  A tidy pension.  And little incentive to accomplish anything worthwhile.  

Germany’s Scholz and France’s Macron continue to brawl over economic turmoil in their respective countries, one open to friendly trade with China, the other desperate to save his economy. 

France:  Economic Freedom ranking shifts lower still with the country now teetering at 32nd of 44 EU countries.  Their economic growth is hoping to attain a .7% increase.  While public debt is slated to reach 114% of GDP.  

Germany:  growth has completely stagnated for 2 years.   The Economic Times claims Germany needs more ‘skilled’ migrants to survive.  Macron says France will fall in 2-3 years.   Squabbling about China trade while in the midst of economic dire circumstances seems a bit  self-mutilating, but that would appear to be the Western Agenda.

While economies are struggling with stagflation the US Liberal diaspora continue to claim the US is in a strong position despite facts and figures proving otherwise.   ADP Payroll vs US BLS:   143,000 new jobs vs 254,000.   The Longshoreman Dock Strike has been ‘suspended’ after the union boss backed down amidst allegations linking him to the murder of a mob boss.  Blackmail deterrent.  Works well. 

However, the end result was a pay increase of 62% over 6 years or effectively $63 per hour which is likely to be fed to consumer pricing.  

The FEMA debacle is still a sore point in the Democrats election cycle given the lack of governance response and the now perversion of paying illegals affected by the storm before Americans.  At this point thousands of charities and civilians came to the immediate rescue providing airlifts of the injured, supplies – most specially water and food, and other necessities.   Hampering the civilian assistance was Biden and Harris who demanded all airspace be shut down while they surveyed the devastation – costing 4 hours of relief to be suspended.  

Despite Buttigieg claiming FEMA has a deficit, the DHS Balance Sheet reports $96 million in cash, $154 billion in Treasury Funds.   Unfortunately, Buttigieg is not willing to use those funds because the illegal migrants get paid first.  

As geoengineering weather is exposed in various patentsWhile there are a few instances wherein Hurricanes moved inland – however, the path and circumstances of Helene are questionable.  Typically, the further inland, the less force of wind and rain.  This was not the case with Helene whose wrath was significantly greater inland.

In addition, it has come to the attention of sleuths that the city of Asheville sits on one of the largest lithium deposits in America.  Lithium mines can be as large as 20,000 acres or 31.25 miles.  Lithium requires 500,000 gallons of water per one ton of lithium.  The largest mine in the world produces 1.95 million tons per year or 100 trillion gallons of water.   The ONE commodity that is necessary for species survival.

In closing – the focus of the Liberal MSM is ‘polling’.   Not to be distracted:  Polls are no longer polls but ‘surveys’.  They are paid for.  They involve a quantitative sampling of under 1,000 people typically coming from a paid-for panel preselected for all polling for that particular agency.   There is no oversight for the presented results.   The demographics are often not revealed – if there are any. 

The only point for these false surveys is to present a stage set.   IF the surveys indicate a neck-in-neck election, it allows for fraudulent voting supported by fraudulent surveys.   In that – Biden has stated there will be violence – meaning the fraud will elect Kamacackle.  The Electoral votes could be the differential – but blackmail goes a long way….

Geoengineered Climate – Disease – Dictators – and Propaganda

Ukraine will be liberated by the allies.   Just like Syria was liberated from its Dictator.    Just like Europe was liberated from Hitler.   Via mass casualties, an even greater number of disabled, and an entire country reduced to rubble.   Soldiers coming home to nothing.   Disease rampant. Brain trauma, PTSD, rehab, drug overdoses. Loved ones dead.   For what kind of liberation?  

After a likely geoengineered earthquake devastated a huge portion of Turkey killing over 50,000, Erdogan was given no choice in suddenly allowing Sweden to be absorbed by NATO.    He was blackmailed.   Mere weeks later Sweden announced they would allow Koran burning – which has now embroiled Sweden in riots.

War could not exist if not for stoking hatred thru propaganda.

One commonality of war is that The People being bombed – and the people doing the bombing rarely hate each other.   It is a mindset form of hypnosis.   It has become so common that to track times of peace is a much smaller research effort than times of war.

Sometimes it feels as though earth is in some minutia bubble and sitting at a large circular table are giants watching as we entertain them with – War & Hate.   Certainly peace and prosperity are not nearly as entertaining.   Just watch the Hollywood movies…

Everything on earth appears to operate in a constant circular pattern. Trees losing their leaves and regrowing every single season – a circular.   Farming crops, tides, wind currents, natures way.   But then there are manipulated circulars;   inflation, war, rebuilding, death to birth, the creation of hate, even ‘rebirth’ is a circular.

In my lifetime, I don’t think the US has ever NOT been at war.   Wars are much longer now, protracted by greed within the abject lack of anything resembling compassion.   Evens these evils are circular – framed in a constant within antiquity.

If we go back to Adam and Eve, we find a circular of hate as some postulate that every aspect of evil in our world today was – Eve’s Fault.   If Eve had resisted Satan would have lost – or some such nonsense.   These same blame sayers will also pontificate that God is the singular source of everything that happens.   In that context, God caused created and caused Eve to sin.   Blame –

I listen to Zelenskyy being described as a ‘hero’ for standing ground and literally decimating his entire countryland and his people, for an ego driven, greed driven villa in Italy.   He could have ended it before it began – and he chose not to.   The US and EU governments declare they want a ‘forever war’.   But The People don’t.  Yet the people are the ones who suffer while the governments rejoice in death.

Today Germany’s economic minister warned Modi that unless he disavowed and demonized Putin, he could forget trade with Germany and the EU.  WHAT?    It is more like an elementary school playground than a system of Leadership.   And what happens when their money is gone – their legacy is spoilt – their fame deteriorated?  And Prosperity rules?

They start over with the same end game rationale. Circular.

Imagine what could have been achieved if these evil mindsets had instead focused on building – creating – solutions – farming – you know, that which is our sustenance for living.

What gives me faith are those who are weary and yet still gather the strength to fight a verbal and legal right of passage.   This strength has been there for every single war fought by every single country.    It exists today.

Syria’s President Assad was a victim of the war worshippers.   A war fought in the guise that we were ‘liberating’ Syrian peoples from their evil dictator.   But we didn’t liberate anyone – instead we spent years completely obliterating antiquity – beautiful historical treasures – under the prefect of Hillary’s words of wisdom that apply to every such situation, “What difference does it make – …they are dead.”

Two wealthy music stars created a video wherein they asked every American to put up their money for Ukraine’s citizens.   Why did they make the video?   Why don’ they just hand over their wealth to Zelenskyy?   Why don’t they call for Peace?   Why don’t they call for peace….

Maybe the reason the elites want to depopulate us is because we have multiplied like bunnies and are uncontrollable.   The reason MAGA is their Achilles heel is because it is a united front. A front that could extend across borders.   A front that can dislodge the contempt and replace it with something good and positive.   That would not be very entertaining to the mind embroiled in chaos.

Today Germany and the UN declared that they won’t send aid to Syria any longer because the bad dictator Assad would misuse it.   SO people must be punished and incited to believe Assad is evil. The tactics come from the bully pit yet they are reformulated each and every time in a manner wherein they believe these Peoples will suddenly thank the US for liberating their country and reducing it to rubble.  Bow and scrape…

I am reminded of the picture of white people on their knees kissing black peoples feet – begging for forgiveness.   But they don’t want our forgiveness they want money!   And NYC is proud to announce they will be paying BLM rioters millions for unjustly arresting them…   The same NYC that is broke.

I just read the Lew Rockwell blog ‘Is climate engineering real?’   It’s worse than real, it is worse than we can imagine real.   Because not only have the ‘experts’ been busily playing with our climate – the reason they are so desperate now is because they can’t fix the damage they have done – so they need to deflect and BLAME The People via Climate Change.  The article is absolutely stupendous!!!   Perhaps why I am so melancholy today.

Maybe God needs to blow up earth and just start over.   These people are beyond evil – evil is too tame to describe them.   They must be another Species…

PARIS ACCORD: Africa Slated For Deep State Colonization

In January Biden signed an EO re-instituting the US partnership in the Paris Accord.   As such the US monetary obligation will be in force. All Funds are distributed to The Green Climate Fund per protocol.   And with the UN approval, all funds are supposedly allocated toward sustainable development including alternate energy, clean oceans, food, and environmental health.

Despite the Texas wind/solar failure that resulted in the deaths of 30 people including children, wind and solar remain the singular focus for alternate energy.   Post Texas disaster, the entire Board of ERCOT resigned.   Although ERCOT did submit a request to Biden’s energy Tzar, Huizenga, for emergency use of coal and natural gas to compensate for the downed wind and solar, in essence it was denied.

In Huizenga’s response, he allowed the use, but submit restrictions based on environmental emission regulations imposed by Biden.   Per the letter, should those emission restrictions be violated ERCOT would be responsible for fines, penalties, and other charges.

There are now multiple class action lawsuits instituted. But the focus should reveal that while wind and solar have their value, they are imperfect and backup is essential! Unfortunately, that concept would seem to be only of value to the logical and rational – and not the possessed and short-sighted.

Denmark has announced an ambitious plan to build an artificial island 80 kilometers into the North Sea which will house 600 turbines measuring 852 vertical feet to provide energy for 3 million homes initially, and possibly 10 million at some future point.     The estimated cost of construction for the island is $34 billion.   The cost for the Turbines will likely exceed $8-$10 million apiece not including transport costs to sea and erection.   A likely estimate would be a total cost of $50 billion for the project, bearing in mind that the turbines would require daily maintenance, and removal and replacement every 18 years.

Denmark plans to pay for its 51% share of the project thru the sale of oil and gas. The remaining 49% share will be sold to private investors.

The projected completion date is determined to be 2033.   Any excess wind power will be converted to liquid hydrogen which must be contained at -427” F due to its high flammability and explosion hazard.   Hydrogen is typically used for jet fuel or submarine fuel.  What could go wrong…

Currently turbines shut down when wind speeds are 45-50 mph.   Wind speed is greater at taller heights. The taller the object, the more wind speed hence the 852 vertical feet turbines.

There were 31 wind storms on the North Sea between 2010 and 2020, typically lasting a week or more, wind speeds were clocked between 80 and 162mph. There is no data on winds between 50 and 80 mph wherein turbines would be shut off. But the point is that turbines will require frequent shut-downs when situated on the high seas.

At the same time, The World Economic Forum is proposing a Blue Revolution to save our oceans from the devastation of man.   They outline ten steps: 1. Freeze the warming, 2. Walk the talk, 3. Consider synthetic cell based sea food,   4.   Designate 30% of the ocean protected, 5.   Regulate further marine industries and fisheries, 6. Protect Antarctic waters, 7.   End plastic pollution, 8. Reform fertilizer use,   9. Detect illegal fishing, 10. Make sure ALL people have a fair stake in the ocean.

Of course, understanding all this mumbo-jumbo becomes more clear when analyzing where and how The Green Fund is actually spent!

The opening statement of The Green Fund website clarifies:  “GCF’s investments are aimed at achieving maximum impact in the developing world, supporting paradigm shifts in both mitigation and adaptation.   … allocation for particularly vulnerable countries, including Least Developed Countries (LDCs), Small Island Developing States (SIDS), and African States.”.

There are no funds allocated to wind farms or solar.   No funds allocated to the EU, Russia, Japan, China, or North America. No funds allocated to the ocean. No funds allocated to food access. No funds allocate to fusion.

Current Approved Projects are in;   Sudan, Mongolia, Bangladesh, Liberia, Burundi, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Brazil, etc…   Many are micro-finance operations, where The Green Fund approved banks will lend money at usury interest rates and share the profits with The Green Fund. All while claiming as a result – reduced emissions.  

But Africa’s total emissions output represents less than 1.5% of the globe.  Do they intend to state that as a result of their efforts, The GCF has taken Africa from 1.5% to 1%?    By contrast, China, US, EU, India , Russia and Japan account for 70% of emissions and $-0- funding for mitigation.

Therefore, The Green Fund will become the newest burgeoning source of massive tax free profits paid for by taxpayers and used to support further advancement in Africa.   Because Africa is where the elite focus is singular.

The Cabal intends to colonize Africa for themselves.

In the meantime, North America and Europe will be subjected to a deep freeze as instituted by their protégé, Bill Gates, in conjunction with Harvard.   It is likely this deep freeze that John Kerry continually refers to in his nine year timeline, will require a shift of all elites to Africa as the globe is subjected to a miniature ‘ice age’.   Spearheading the deflection of the sun’s rays by man-made infused particles, is the means. And sub-Sahara Africa has been determined to be the most viable and only inhabitable place for survival once that agenda has been accomplished.   In nine years = Agenda 2030.

This geoengineering was scheduled for approval ‘by an independent advisory board, sometime in February 2021. The scheduled release is June 2021 in Sweden.

Xia LYU: A Chinese woman who serves as executive VP for WEC Energy which provides the energy for Wisconsin, Michigan, Illinois and Minnesota, the majority of which is based on coal and natural gas.

Ayman SHASLY: A Saudi who works for one of the world’s largest oil companies, Aramco, selling oil to China while working as a consultant to the Ministry of Petroleum.

Weather Manipulation: An Opioid Epidemic

In 1976, the UN created a treaty within which 78 countries agreed not to participate in the use of weather modification for hostile or military engagements which would have “widespread, long-lasting, or severe effects as the means of destruction, damage or injury to any other party state”.   States that are NOT party to the agreement would thus be susceptible to whatever military strikes and destruction party states deem necessary.

The parties that did not sign this agreement or signed but failed to ratify, include:  France, Mexico, Croatia, Portugal, Lebanon, Turkey, Bolivia, Holy See, Iceland, Iraq, Liberia, Luxembourg, Morocco, Syria, Uganda, Sierra Leone, Ethiopia, Democratic Republic of Congo, Indonesia, Columbia, Venezuela, Ecuador, Peru, Guyana, Thailand, Cambodia, Iran, Haiti, Dominican republic, Bosnia, Montenegro, Myanmar, Laos, Nepal, and ‘most’ of Africa.

What the treaty acknowledged was the fact that weather modification was in existence, had been for some time, and as a result of its scientific breakthroughs, required ‘management’.  The Treaty states that the agreement against hostile use shall not ‘hinder’ the continued use of ‘environmental modification techniques’.

In addition the wording could be legally construed to allow for the use with debates over what constituted; 1.  Widespread, 2.  Long-lasting, and 3.  Severe.

Today, modification is referred to as ‘geoengineering’ and refers to solar radiation management (SRM) and global climate engineering.  Which came first – the chicken or the egg?  In the Geoengineering mantra, it is now unclear if global warming/climate change is a result of natural causes, man causes, or geoengineering manipulation.  Given that the tests have been ongoing for over 70 years, the trial and error factor is not unlike the nuclear tests of the 1950’s.  Let’s wait and see what happens when we nuke our military personnel…  My father was a victim.

Such is the ‘science of weather manipulation’.

Despite denying it existed, the 1976 UN document brings an obvious truth to what was termed a conspiracy theory for decades.  Given that we know that truth is in short supply within these various arenas, it would not be out of the ordinary to  assume that the evolution of weather modification has progressed most infinitely and is in fact utilized quite readily for peaceful purposes, and for management of nations that we feel need to be punished.   Albeit, in a way that might not be construed as ‘long-lasting’ – which has no legal definition.  Therefore, the punishment might be temporal, flooding that will subside, or a heat wave that makes life uncomfortable, except that we are now finding that even the most temporal change has cumulative and domino effects.  

But if no one admits it, if no one party states that they are engaging, the media will continue to claim it is all man-made and we simply need to reduce our ‘carbon footprint’, our gas consumption, our aerosol use, our…

One of the methods of achieving SRM is to inject billions of particles of sulfer dioxide into the stratosphere in order to deflect sunlight and send it back out toward the sun.  It is believed that this technique would cause widespread and localized droughts in either Africa or South America.  This particular methodology is currently inherently funded by Bill Gates and Harvard – the same Harvard and Bill Gates that advocate for massive de- population.

Coincidence?

Much of the initiative is defined as “Experiments” which are conducted in our atmosphere as a hit and miss, maybe, theory that we need to act on in order to determine if it works – and if it doesn’t then we have – consequences.  Like Global Warming and Chaotic Weather Patterns.

Apparently, as a result of these manipulations, scientists warn that stopping the manipulation is like a heroin addict going cold turkey, the likely reaction of the atmosphere would be catastrophic as it went into convulsions and withdrawal.

The problem is there is no corresponding methodone fix!

“If geoengineering were halted all at once, there would be rapid temperature and precipitation increases at 5–10 times the rates from gradual global warming.”x This means that stopping SAI once it had started could be more dangerous than starting it in the first place. Ozone depletion is another important side effect of SAI.

Furthermore, once SRM is deployed, sudden interruption would cause a termination effect, raising temperatures rapidly, creating a situation worse than it was before its deployment. Therefore, SRM will create dependency and captive markets.”

In other words, we created a monster akin to ISIS.  We can’t terminate what was started decades ago because it would send our environment into a cataclysmic state of chaos, so we are stuck.  It is liking weaning off opioids.

Weather Manipulation is an addiction.  So while the scientists that ‘experimented’ us to this place desperately try and claim that it is all man-made and a carbon footprint, the reality is that this same science is actually most likely the base cause of the chaotic eclipse that has morphed into a nanospeed decay of planet earth.

How the particles are injected is the source of argument and conspiracies, instead of the fact that they are injected.   And so, the truth is mushed into a legal advertising morph or play on words.  But the truly sad reality is the fact that we are now addicted to a scientific shitakestorm that began as an ‘experiment’.

There are those who claim that aluminum is one of the stratosphere ingredients in the nanoparticle experiment.

What does aluminum do to our body?
Aluminum is linked to blood disorders, such as hemolysis, leukocytosis and porphyria, as well as amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, or ALS.  In addition, exposure to this unwanted substance can cause an increase in cavities, as it interferes with bone calcification and competes with fluoride.   Aluminum exposure causes brain oxidation and inflammation – while increasing amounts of the beta-amyloid proteins linked with Alzheimer’s disease aluminum exposure causes brain oxidation and inflammation – while increasing amounts of the beta-amyloid proteins linked with Alzheimer’s disease.

What you CAN DO:  Eat Cilantro by the fresh bunch, crave anti-oxidants, turmeric, purified water, sea salt, avoid processed foods, high doses of vitamin C, garlic and onion. 

So many of us opt to avoid all the vaccines which are rich in aluminum, but if our atmosphere is deluged, it becomes even more of a dominant agenda…

FYI: Don’t forget if they are actively injecting trillions of particle into our atmosphere that means our rain water, our ponds – are the highest concentrate.  Sorry.  Also realize that this means that Trump can not simply alter this course given that the proposed reaction would be severe withdrawals far worse than the current weather chaos we experience today…
