Forest Fire As A Military Weapon ~ Final Report 1970 – US Department of Agriculture ADD509724:

“Forest flammability can be greatly increased by killing all shrub vegetation, selecting optimum weather conditions for burning, and igniting fires in a preselected pattern.”

Operation Sherwood Forest – In September 1965, CINCPAC requested that the Joint Chiefs of Staff take action to expedite the development of a device capable of destroying large areas of jungle or forest growth by fire. Vietnam April 1968; resulted in a burned-over area of more than 1000 square miles from an expenditure of 20 aircraft sorties and 36 naval gunfire support missions. The damage caused by this fire was equivalent to that of a 20 megaton nuclear device.

Firestorms are considered one of the greatest means to cause peak fires beyond control of firefighters causing high mortality rate. Firestorms create Wind velocities exceeding 100 miles per hour which are often attained during peak firestorm development.   

Europe is on FIRE – Headline:  European countries battle multiple wildfires as record heat grips the continent.  France, Italy, Spain, UK, Germany, Croatia, and Albania are all engulfed in flames.  Despite militaries utilizing fires as weapons, the Media continues to push the concept of Heat Induced Fires to promote Climate Change. Why would Europe be a target?

Unclassified, the US Government ordered a report on how to use fire as a weapon against the enemy.  Three years in the making and 171 pages detail this military operation and how to kill the most people with the smallest amount of input. Specific US areas were designated as testing grounds for evaluating mass disaster and casualties. Oil or pellets were scattered in areas to help accentuate the burns.  One Test – Three areas were targeted for testing the results of the report:  Grand Junction Colorado, Pueblo Colorado and Modena. While evaluating climate conditions for these relatively dry conditions; spray an adjuvant in July. Stoke fires in September and October for maximum destruction.

The climate conditions for test areas in the US were then matched to various European countries including; England, Scotland, Norway, France, Germany, etc…   Middle East and South American countries were subjected to similar evaluations.  Bringing Hell – alive.

Whoever can own the weather can own the world.  Military Wars 101:  Cloud seeding is the accepted distraction, however a handful of militaries have developed means to cause; earthquakes, floods, wildfires, droughts, hurricanes, tornadoes, ocean temperatures, and even air pollution.  Primarily through electromagnetic vibrations in earth’s core.  Which likely includes the phenomena of the magnetic north shifting toward Siberia for the purpose of creating a complete polar shift. Within these technologies radioactive and viral particulates are released to assure maximum death rates.  The ultimate result being a radical elimination of global populations in order to cycle earth to what it was 25,000 years ago when the last polar shift saw the rise of oceans and the redrawing of land masses.

While Fabien claims 50 countries have some level of the technology, four countries have the military grade technology; US, Israel, China and Russia.

As of 2023, HAARP scientists were working on creating mobile units that could be directed from a ship of jet.  Always with the focus being war and death. Of course, mammals and sea life are eradicated in these events given the disruptions to their natural systems causing, for example, dolphins and whales to beach themselves. Large swathes of environmental disaster – all pre-conceived without consideration.

The spraying of particulate is required in order to implement the electromagnetic phenomena.  That would account for the Chemtrails which contain Aluminum, Barium, nanoparticles and Sulphur.  The damages from aluminum exposure and inhalation include; lung function, nervous system function including dementia and Alzheimer’s, and flu-like conditions. All of which are then reported to Big Pharma for their witches brew concoctions.

The damages from Barium exposure include; heart problems, spikes and drops in blood pressure, severe muscle weakness and potential paralysis, rapid drop in potassium levels and stomach distress. All of which are reported to Big Pharma…

The US Air Force claims that by ‘2030’ the US military will be God creating weather instead of modifying it.

The World Economic Forum heads the deflection of climate change in order to justify the necessary funds drawn down from The Pentagon et al, numbering $3 Trillion annually to maintain and grow this God factor or more specifically Satanic desire to destroy humanity. Because not all beings are human.

Fabien’s article has been well researched and includes citations, references, patents, and figures. It coincides with the DARPA Document regarding the use of wildfires to destroy humanity. With America and Israel the likely most prevalent in using these techniques on countries across the globe.  With Netanyahu and Trump heading the permanent destruction on orders from – … just as Trump and Bannon announce that Trump will remain President through 2032 in defiance of the US Constitution (they claim to have 5 potential loopholes).

The UK’s DARPA is ARIA Tasked With Dimming The Sun

January 2023, the UK created a new government agency:  The Advanced Research and Invention Agency (ARIA) with a tagline of “high risk/high reward”.  The agencies budget is 800 million British pounds with 66 million being allocated to the project of blocking the sun with sulfate particulates.  “The experiment will send high-flying planes to release sulfate particles into the stratosphere, near the lower atmosphere, which would then prevent some of the sun’s rays from reaching the ground by reflecting them toward space.” 

What could possibly go wrong? 

Because it is a ‘government’ agency, other governments are unable to block the project which will impact every plant, animal and human.  Sulfates in our atmosphere have been dimming the sun for decades – and used to be referred to as a pollutant causing ‘acid rain’.  Apparently, Starmer didn’t get the ‘memo’.  The US equivalent to ARIA is DARPA.

Like the CIA’s In-Q-Tel hedge fund, DARPA also invests in companies with Taxpayer funding including;  Harvard, VQ Biomedical, Sivers Semiconductors, EnCharge AI, and Paradromics – as of 2025.  Sivers is a Swedish Company.  There are a total of 42 organizations funded by DARPA.  None of the wealth generated from the funds is ever returned to the original investors – taxpayers. So why do we have a government agency DARPA if all the work is contracted out to private companies?

DARPA’s 2025 budget is $4.4 Billion.  DARPA employs 100 program managers to oversee 250 research programs.  An additional 150 are employed as assistants – although the exact number is unknown.  They are sitting on Net Assets of $3.3 Billion.  Their Hedge Fund Assets are NOT included in their government financial statements.

According to DARPA their creations have included:  Internet 1960’s.  Drones 1950’s.  Google Maps 1979.  GPS 1973.  Cyborg insects 2019.  Computer mouse 1960’s.  Encryption 1990’s.  Siri 2003.  DARPA is a middle man.  They get a cut of the inventions that are privately founded.  Like the CIA running the drug trade.   Most of the government agencies are established in that manner. 

They produce nothing.  They do nothing. They use Taxpayer money to invest in the private sector.   Artificially raising the values of stocks due to the middleman apparatus.  The Black Book keeps a record of the wealth generated by the startup companies they invest in but never share with the American People.

April 22, the UK Government gave ARIA a thumbs up on their plan to dim the sun via sulfate particulates.   Spain currently boasts its renewable energy sources, wind and solar, account for 41% or its electricity production.  Portugal is at 63%.  When blocking the sun – that means solar panels are not absorbing as much and wind patterns are disrupted:  “Wind patterns are driven by temperature differences caused by the sun’s uneven heating of the Earth. Reducing sunlight would disrupt this temperature gradient, leading to changes in wind and rainfall.”

It gets worse:  Sulfate particles can impair satellite performance and observations.  Was the downed power in Spain and Portugal a TEST?  How to bring an economy to a complete halt.   No credit cards.  Cash Only.  The Biden Regime was constantly warning Americans that our electric grid would be manipulated and taken down.   IF the particulates are responsible, then the shroud of whodoneit could be wholly covered up.  No cyber attack necessary.

IF the government needs to contract out all of its production, then what is the point of the government?  ARIA UK is given complete autonomy to do as it pleases without oversight.  It is exempt from freedom of Information requests and run as a civilian agency with its own agenda.  Much like the CIA and most agencies of which there are over 440 all holding up sub-agencies despite none of them having created anything of benefit to the economy or the American people.  Without these agencies we could save $6.7 trillion every year!

NEW WORLD ORDER of Human Mind Control – The Tavistock Institute

The Tavistock Institute was created in 1947 toward the end of WWII as an offshoot of the Tavistock Clinic created in 1921.   A collaborative effort of the UK military intelligence and Chatham House. The Clinic was founded by Hugh Clichton Miller for the purpose of learning how to ‘control minds’. The Institute was formed as an offshoot of The Clinic at the behest of the British Rhodes Roundtable Group with grants from the Rockefellers, Carnegies and the British Government.   Today, its Board Chair, Lucian Hudson, comes from the Open Society University. Their aim – a One World British Empire.

Tavistock’s website claims they are a ‘human relations’ NGO that attempts to use psychoanalytic and open system concepts to program group and organizational life.   Others have labeled them as a collaborative of the CIA in the use of MK Ultra techniques to destabilize character so as to control minds.

The initial stated purpose of the Tavistock Clinic was to determine the ‘breaking point’ of a soldier post WWI. Its network now extends from London to the U.S. through the Stanford Research Institute, Esalen, MIT, Hudson Institute, Heritage foundation and the Center of Strategic and International Studies where State Dept. personal are trained, US Air Force Intelligence trained, and the Rand and Mitre corporations. The personnel of the corporations are required to undergo indoctrination at one or more of these Tavistock controlled institutions. A network of secret groups, the Mont Pelerin Society, Trilateral Commission, Ditchley Foundation, and the Club of Rome are conduits for instructions to the Tavistock network. ~

It is believed that all major global politicians are required to attend the behavioral and personality modification training before they can be elected/positioned into our governments.   The tactics employed include drugs, induced psychosis, electronic shock behavioral modification and the ultimate implant of a new character person who responds only to their Handler.

Corporate CEO’s, actors and musicians were utilized given their mass appeal. Dr. John Coleman has cited Madonna, Oprah, Dr. Phil and Brittney Spears as being created for the purpose of mass mind control.    In order to invoke this modification on a mass scale, the Institute has used media propaganda, epidemics, fear, intervened in education, the redaction of family, and drug proliferation.   The end result is Mass Hysteria.

Heavily influenced by Freud’s psychic structure and death drive, Gestalts group thinking, and Lewin’s totality of perception as reality via dismantling the existing mindset and replacing it with a programmed model, these frontrunners of psychology were wholly onboard the New World Order of human control.

Cecil Rhodes, a British Imperialist, whose dominance of the diamond trade gave him unadulterated power established the Rhodes scholarship for the purpose of recruiting Anglophiles into the advancement of the British global domination.

Rhode’s will named conquests including:   Africa and the annihilation of blacks, The Holy Land, The Valley of the Euphrates, the islands of Cyprus and Candia, All of South America, all Pacific islands, the seaboards of china and Japan, and the ‘recovery of the United States of America as integral.

The goal was to create genetically superior white men tasked with ruling the globe working in conjunction with Elite Family Cartels:   Milners, Cadburys, Warburgs, Darwins, Huxleys, and Wedgewoods to achieve this core Elite.

They devised wars to achieve their dominance and deplete populations.   Civilian bombings were conducted as trials to view the effect on the human psyche.   The Fabian Society Socialists were created via a ‘conditioning’ wherein they believed they were promising world peace and environmental protection when in fact they were instituting depopulation and global fascism. Pierre Trudeau was a member of the Fabian Society.

Run through the Rockefeller Foundation, the extermination of individual farmers was a paramount objective.   These farmers produce capital via their agriculture and are thus a threat to controlled society. The Bolsheviks realized this capitalist production was a vital threat and seized all farms causing mass starvation. In the US, the Federal Reserve System was deployed to destroy individual farmers, forcing them into untenable debt so their farms could be confiscated and redistributed to the Industrialists.

While the OSS/CIA involvement in drug trafficking has been sourced since 1937, the CIA was tasked with implanting the 1960’s+ drug revolution into educational institutions to dummy down America.   Various journalists have brought forth allegations of the CIA’s involvement in drug trafficking including Gary Webb who was suicided in 2004 having shot himself in the head – twice.   Other journalists have implicated Bush Sr, and Bill Clinton.

For the past several years, DARPA’s newest project, Ouija, has been installing thousands of low earth orbiting satellites. This constellation can assist in advanced, specific targeting of Direct Energy Weapons.   The Ouija project creates high frequency waves similar to the high frequency radio energy which caused brain damage to diplomats in Cuba, and China – Havana Syndrome.

Those Havan Syndrome diplomats were likely targeted via the low orbiting satellites and DEW’s.

In 1954, William Guy Carr wrote: Pawns In The Game – A true story of international intrigue, corruption, graft, and political assassinations – both sensational and shocking.  He died in 1959 – cause unknown.

In 1998, Jim Keith wrote: Mind Control, World Control, The Encyclopedia of Mind Control citing Sirhan Sirhan as a victim.

In 1999, Jim Keith wrote: Biowarfare in America detailing mind controlled individuals as a threat.

Then in 1999 Keith fell from a stage and broke his knee. He was admitted to the Washoe Medical Hospital for knee surgery. He died in the intensive care unit shortly after surgery. The coroner listed cause of death as ‘blunt force trauma’.
