CIA Running Global Torture and Assassination Experiments

Former CIA Agent, John Kiriakou, has opened the vault of CIA activity in our homes, our lives, in our workplaces.  All those great chips embedded in computers, phones, cars, electric meters, Alexa, refrigerators, etc… are monitored 24/7 and can at any moment in time destroy your life.  The CIA has a backdoor opendoor and can take control of your car and steer you off a cliff, they can listen to your conversations even when the television is turned off and they can hack your bank accounts.  Passwords are bull-shiitake.  They can even watch you get dressed …

That means all the evidence gathering of blackmail, from Epstein to Cruz, to Johnson, to every government official is a CIA operation.  It means that they know Tyler Robinson was not Kirk’s shooter.  And it means they coordinate according to what the current President asks them to do.  That could be to overthrow foreign governments. Or it could be to search out ‘extremists’ who post anti-government memes on social media.  It could be to make a LIST of anyone who disagrees with the President and implement covert action against those citizens through their ‘smart electronics’.

Because Kiriakou went public with the CIA’s torture program, he spent 2 years in a federal prison. 

It brings to mind various sensational hits including Gary Webb and Michael Hastings.  Both were killed in spectacular fashion after opening investigations into government surveillance and a rogue Big Brother.  Hastings Mercedes was going max speed and hit a tree, the engine fell out and skid across the road while the car literally blew up engulfed in flames.  He was 33.   Gary Webb shot himself ‘twice’ in the head.  It was termed a suicide.  Did Hillary order the hit on Seth Rich? Kary Mullis?  Dr. Bradstreet? Inconvenient Truths.

Trump’s campaign ran on a promise to dismantle the CIA.  Instead, he is extending their use in Ukraine, Venezuela, Sudan, Somalia, Nigeria, and any other country where regime change is espoused as a necessity by President Trump.  Why?  Power.  The God-like power to determine who lives and who dies. 

While the distraction is gangs and cartels, the bogeymen are interned in every major city across America goading people on social media, goading protests into riots, and making sure America is unraveling from within.  And not ONE government official has the courage to call them out – so afraid they are of losing their own life.  Lest we forget, the CIA was tasked with flying to Epstein Island.  They were the Colombia Drug Lords.

Yet somehow we keep getting distracted on mantra’s pushed by the same CIA;  China, Russia, Iran, Venezuela, Colombia, Lebanon, etc… always deflecting from what we know to be true – it’s the CIA.>

The IDF and the CIA employ torture.  Coffin boxes.  Black sites.  Cages.  Dogs.  Serial killers are considered psychopaths for using the same techniques on their victims.  Sadistic dehumanization.  How can any CIA officer agree to such barbarian tactics?  Behavioral modification employed on ‘suspects’ – not confirmed extremists, but suspected. As in maybe.  Just like the men on the open air speed boats – a boat that would travel 1600 miles to reach America traveling at speeds of 30 knots… having to refuel a dozen times.

Trump is using the CIA to remove those who are not agreement with him.  Creating terrorists by torture techniques.  Murderers by psychological brain implants.  Remember:   The military veteran who opened fire in the Fort Lauderdale airport in January 2017 was Esteban Santiago-Ruiz, who had served in the Army National Guard in Alaska, leading to the confusion about him being a “military man from Alaska”. He flew in from Anchorage with a gun in his checked bag, then shot and killed five people and wounded others in the baggage claim area before being arrested. 

COMPLETELY scrubbed from the internet, he claimed the military had implanted something in his brain, and voices were constantly telling him what to do.  He had reached out to his superiors and begged them to remove the implant.  Instead, they used him as a guinea pig and let him go on a shooting spree.  The test was to determine if the military could create death squads – like ISIS.

Esteban was not the only one who made such a claim.  So, the CIA decided these Mind Control experiments on their victims must not survive to tell the tales.  As documented in a 75 page brief by the Supreme Court October 5, 2018.  Under President Trump’s watch.  Our Government.  Not Cartels.  Not China.  Iran or Russia.

Subliminal Seduction: The Art of Manipulating The Mind

ONCE upon a time a person’s particular philosophy was a choice that might warrant a gentlemanly discussion, or a fervent argument over a glass of absinth followed by hearty laughing and the clapping of backs when all was said.   For everyone had some sort of philosophy to which they held fervently – possibly changeable, with wisdom and years.  Today, persons feel the need to discredit the person whose philosophy is not in alignment with their own.  That discreditation often involves cutting words, curses, and a quivering upper lip waiting to snarl.   If, these two have the unfortunate bad luck of being in each other’s physical presence, this can lead to violence.  All because a philosophy is not shared.

I admit that to some extent I am guilty, but only when provoked into defensive mode.  Given that I write a blog – the provocation is likely more often than for someone who did not write.  It is an add anomaly given that when writing book reviews, this personal discreditation is not the focus of a commentary.  Instead, the critique is of the content – typically with specifics and alternative evidence to support the comment.

NOT so in the world of blogosphere, the commentator somehow elevates their righteousness with personal insults.  Some even go so far as to insult and then respond to the responding posture – “ while I Never insult”…  Indeed.  A strange abomination to be sure – but where did it root itself?  From what source did people lose the ability to debate and converse – even if it was from different philosophies?

While some point the finger at particular generations, such as Millennials, Boomers, Gen-Z, Gen X, I don’t find that to be a true characteristic of a ‘generation’.  And given I personally know quite a few within these labels, which I personally find abhorrent, I would surmise that the source is different.  I would also surmise that it is a fairly recent phenomena that is born of lacking ‘respect’.   This lacking would seem to have become quite a bane on society. 

Yes I am older.  But with age, I am also wiser.  I respected my father.  His mother.  And I would have never asserted to be more qualified than either!  I have spent twice the time on this earth as the ‘other labels’.   And yet, I would dare to claim that this lack of respect was brought to us via Psychologists.  Freud.  Jung.  Fromm.  Piaget.  Adler.  Many of whom appear to have been – Khazarian Jews.  But that wasn’t the original source. 

Wilhelm Wundt is credited to be the first psychologist from 1879.  Not that long ago.  Credited with coming from Germany, as do most of the revered ‘psychologists’ who became the basis of the ‘theory’.    It does not appear they were Khazars, but simply Germans with a concept which was later hijacked as a means of delineating the mind so as to control – the mind. 

That ‘control’ was super-infused during WWII wherein Khazarian psychologists were brought to the US by the CIA to train Americans in the art of Deception and Control.  Ultimately, MK Ultra under CIA Director Dulles.  Dulles saw the benefit that such control could wield including controlling a person’s psyche to the extent that they could make then do or say what they were told, instead of via their brain.  Breaking the barrier of morality, ethics, and law. 

This psychological framework was then repurposed across entire societies via media.  A media labeled, Subliminal Seduction.

Subliminal Seduction was commercialized in movie theatres whereby the cinema would interweave pictures of coca cola, popcorn, candy bars, etc…, into the fabric of the movie without it being visually apparent.  Thus people would begin to crave these succulent sources of ‘pleasure’ and make a mad dash for the purchase, without knowing they were being manipulated.

What would you think is subliminally inserted in today’s media with  the intention of seduction?   From a psychological standpoint, it could be anger, hate, deviance, sex, porn, violence, killing, … it could be anything – and it likely is – everything.  It could be your source of empathy with Zelenskky – a burlesque porn dancer.  It could be your hatred of Putin and all person’s Russia.  It could be child porn. 

What it does is alter the brain’s very psyche.  I recently read of a nine year old child who was addicted to violent porn via his phone.  Nine.  That is subliminal seduction that has progressed to the child’s reality.  It is used to cause mass shootings.  Rape. Torture.  And all sorts of horrific psyche distortions.  And it makes once respectful debate become a personal attack.

“Forgive them Father, they know not what they do”. 

While many of the outpourings of these self declared psychology experts on the human psyche were not experts at all – many seem to have roots at the University of Heidelberg or Berlin.  The same scientists who became the Nazi torturers.  The same scientists whisked out of Germany post WWII to come to America courtesy of the CIA. 

What psychology produced was disrespect, disassociation, and the inability to collectively contribute to ‘critical thinking’ given the mind had been hijacked.  Thus, leading America down the Alice in Wonderland spiral of attack the person – not the topic.  Hate the person, not the differential.  Elevate violence instead of intellect.  And destroy the value system of morality and ethics. In order to dummy down a person’s brain function to that of a peasant – controllable and malleable – like – clay.

NEW WORLD ORDER of Human Mind Control – The Tavistock Institute

The Tavistock Institute was created in 1947 toward the end of WWII as an offshoot of the Tavistock Clinic created in 1921.   A collaborative effort of the UK military intelligence and Chatham House. The Clinic was founded by Hugh Clichton Miller for the purpose of learning how to ‘control minds’. The Institute was formed as an offshoot of The Clinic at the behest of the British Rhodes Roundtable Group with grants from the Rockefellers, Carnegies and the British Government.   Today, its Board Chair, Lucian Hudson, comes from the Open Society University. Their aim – a One World British Empire.

Tavistock’s website claims they are a ‘human relations’ NGO that attempts to use psychoanalytic and open system concepts to program group and organizational life.   Others have labeled them as a collaborative of the CIA in the use of MK Ultra techniques to destabilize character so as to control minds.

The initial stated purpose of the Tavistock Clinic was to determine the ‘breaking point’ of a soldier post WWI. Its network now extends from London to the U.S. through the Stanford Research Institute, Esalen, MIT, Hudson Institute, Heritage foundation and the Center of Strategic and International Studies where State Dept. personal are trained, US Air Force Intelligence trained, and the Rand and Mitre corporations. The personnel of the corporations are required to undergo indoctrination at one or more of these Tavistock controlled institutions. A network of secret groups, the Mont Pelerin Society, Trilateral Commission, Ditchley Foundation, and the Club of Rome are conduits for instructions to the Tavistock network. ~

It is believed that all major global politicians are required to attend the behavioral and personality modification training before they can be elected/positioned into our governments.   The tactics employed include drugs, induced psychosis, electronic shock behavioral modification and the ultimate implant of a new character person who responds only to their Handler.

Corporate CEO’s, actors and musicians were utilized given their mass appeal. Dr. John Coleman has cited Madonna, Oprah, Dr. Phil and Brittney Spears as being created for the purpose of mass mind control.    In order to invoke this modification on a mass scale, the Institute has used media propaganda, epidemics, fear, intervened in education, the redaction of family, and drug proliferation.   The end result is Mass Hysteria.

Heavily influenced by Freud’s psychic structure and death drive, Gestalts group thinking, and Lewin’s totality of perception as reality via dismantling the existing mindset and replacing it with a programmed model, these frontrunners of psychology were wholly onboard the New World Order of human control.

Cecil Rhodes, a British Imperialist, whose dominance of the diamond trade gave him unadulterated power established the Rhodes scholarship for the purpose of recruiting Anglophiles into the advancement of the British global domination.

Rhode’s will named conquests including:   Africa and the annihilation of blacks, The Holy Land, The Valley of the Euphrates, the islands of Cyprus and Candia, All of South America, all Pacific islands, the seaboards of china and Japan, and the ‘recovery of the United States of America as integral.

The goal was to create genetically superior white men tasked with ruling the globe working in conjunction with Elite Family Cartels:   Milners, Cadburys, Warburgs, Darwins, Huxleys, and Wedgewoods to achieve this core Elite.

They devised wars to achieve their dominance and deplete populations.   Civilian bombings were conducted as trials to view the effect on the human psyche.   The Fabian Society Socialists were created via a ‘conditioning’ wherein they believed they were promising world peace and environmental protection when in fact they were instituting depopulation and global fascism. Pierre Trudeau was a member of the Fabian Society.

Run through the Rockefeller Foundation, the extermination of individual farmers was a paramount objective.   These farmers produce capital via their agriculture and are thus a threat to controlled society. The Bolsheviks realized this capitalist production was a vital threat and seized all farms causing mass starvation. In the US, the Federal Reserve System was deployed to destroy individual farmers, forcing them into untenable debt so their farms could be confiscated and redistributed to the Industrialists.

While the OSS/CIA involvement in drug trafficking has been sourced since 1937, the CIA was tasked with implanting the 1960’s+ drug revolution into educational institutions to dummy down America.   Various journalists have brought forth allegations of the CIA’s involvement in drug trafficking including Gary Webb who was suicided in 2004 having shot himself in the head – twice.   Other journalists have implicated Bush Sr, and Bill Clinton.

For the past several years, DARPA’s newest project, Ouija, has been installing thousands of low earth orbiting satellites. This constellation can assist in advanced, specific targeting of Direct Energy Weapons.   The Ouija project creates high frequency waves similar to the high frequency radio energy which caused brain damage to diplomats in Cuba, and China – Havana Syndrome.

Those Havan Syndrome diplomats were likely targeted via the low orbiting satellites and DEW’s.

In 1954, William Guy Carr wrote: Pawns In The Game – A true story of international intrigue, corruption, graft, and political assassinations – both sensational and shocking.  He died in 1959 – cause unknown.

In 1998, Jim Keith wrote: Mind Control, World Control, The Encyclopedia of Mind Control citing Sirhan Sirhan as a victim.

In 1999, Jim Keith wrote: Biowarfare in America detailing mind controlled individuals as a threat.

Then in 1999 Keith fell from a stage and broke his knee. He was admitted to the Washoe Medical Hospital for knee surgery. He died in the intensive care unit shortly after surgery. The coroner listed cause of death as ‘blunt force trauma’.

Las Vegas Shooter: Mind Control?

Remote Control of Human Brains. Over ten years ago a team at Stanford University announced that they had perfected the art of brain control in mice through optogenetics whereby the firing of a pattern of neurons is controlled by light. Over the years, the research evolved, becoming more finely tuned and perfected.  Today, that behavioral control is harnessed via magnetic waves. Controlling not just the movements, but the behavior of a person as well.  Scientists have publically claimed they can utilize this technique on rats, mice, pidgeons, beetles, cockroaches and the sharkfish.

What they haven’t announced is whether they have been conducting research on humans. It’s a fair guess, they have.

Elon Musk has stated that this advancement has the potential to create a new race of humans who are not controlled and deviated by emotions.  However, if in fact emotions can be harnessed and manipulated to sway aggressive behavior, then they can also be swayed to perform aggressively.   As in assassinations and terrorism.

Of course, utilizing remote mind control for good, is only so ‘good’ as the person at the controls. The power to manipulate human behavior will elevate that controller to feeling like God, which can never have positive consequences.  And while robotics and artificial intelligence have been the science mania of late, remote manipulation and control of a human whether through hypnosis or through implants, the potential for this to be utilized for harm is quite real.

Given the military has a tendency to only divulge information that it deems necessary, it is a fair estimate to venture that human trials have occurred.

January 2017, Esteban Santiago shot 13 people, killing 5 at the Fort Lauderdale airport. He claimed his mind was being controlled by the CIA forcing him to join ISIS. Today we are witness to the carnage in Las Vegas in which an otherwise ‘ordinary guy’ according to his brother, with an arsenal befitting a commando unit, opened fire on concert goers killing 58 and wounding over 500.   According to Reuters, the gunman, a benign apartment manager with no previous record, converted to Islam and conducted the massacre.

While the background on this incident is still be investigated and the only evidence of his connection to ISIS is based on their website, Amaq, it bears a striking resemblance to the Santiago case.

There have been a number of other shooters making this claim, and while the possibility exists that they are using conspiracy models to justify their behavior, the history of mind manipulation within the military dates back to the 1950’s. The notion that they would simply give it up when a human assassin can be manufactured from any person is about as logical as the notion that the military simply ‘gave up’ on weather modification shutting down the Alaska facility.

We would be quite naive to believe this is ordinary.

The problem is disseminating between the psychological unfit, and the possible realities.   The unfit tend to make the realities less believable.

As in many scientific breakthroughs, there are potential positive uses for controlling brain functions. Such applications include utilizing TMS, transcranial magnetic stimulation, to increase activity in the brain so as to reduce depression. Or even reduce activity so as to diminish the symptoms of Parkinson’s.  These beneficial utilizations give credence to very ugly ethical and moral complexities.

In 2013, students at the University of Washington used focused ultrasound, FUS, to trigger motor cortex responses. Today, the FUS is used to treat various cancer tumors as well as essential tremor. And at Brown University, they created the first wireless implanted brain-computer interface.

Whether or not brain control is and has been manipulated to create terrorism is a valid consideration given that knowledge leads to power and absolute power corrupts.  Is DIA really the equivalent of the alleged Berkshire UK facility as stated by James Casbolt?  Does this evil cabal exist?  Conspiracies have become the fodder of hackers, but when Operation Mockingbird was first revealed, it was previously a – conspiracy.
