FEMA Director, Deanne Criswell, is concerned with the ‘morale’ of her responders in the hurricane hit Georgia, North Carolina, and Florida due to the fact that boots on the ground say responders are not there or doing more damage than help.  Kamala is having a hissy fit because Governor DeSantis did not answer her telephone call.  A female Navy commander just sunk a ship due to incompetence.  Senator Warren thinks abortion is being hijacked.  And Whoopi Goldberg, aka Caryn Johnson, just referred to Biden as the “Acting” President.

Feminism is dead.

The only charity showing up to help the hurricane victims appears to be Samaritans Purse.  The only country that called Biden to offer assistance in our time of need was – none.   Kamala’s big attempt at being interviewed meant going on a site which is framed in sexuality and sex.   Democrats are calling for Hurricane Milton to take out Mar a Lago.  And America has truly quaked!

Germany is now in a recession.  Macron is being punished by Israel.  Ukraine is still faking its peace talks.  Israel wants to take over the entire Middle East.   AIPAC’s largest recipient donor is Mike Johnson.  The only sane block of voices are coming from Russia – where God still lives.

Every year FEMA submits a budget.  Every year FEMA gets ‘additional funding’ equal to about 70% of the original budget.   Maybe instead of giving Billions to the Green Fund, the US should concentrate on Disaster relief!  Under Biden, that fund is receiving $3 billion every 2 years!   The Net Unexpended assets of the Green Fund is now – $10,904,248,000 – 70% of which is in Cash.  37% of its income is spent to run the fund.   

The largest outlay from FEMA is Covid – a man-made disaster for which it claims to have active obligations… FEMA WEBSITE, September 4, 2024:  Eligibility for Public Assistance – An applicant must be a state, territory, tribe, local government or private nonprofit organization.

The Obligations portion of FEMA’s latest report include moneys to NGO’s for assistance of a ‘disaster’ dating as far back as 2013.  For Example:  FEMA reported 9/9/24 that it was awarding additional funding to:  1.  Trujillo Alto Economic Development Corporation, a Puerto Rican Finance firm that makes loans to individuals.  2.  Comerío Family Pro-Welfare Association, a Puerto Rican agency that addresses school dropout behavior.  The reason?  Hurricane Maria – 2017.

To Quell the rumor that FEMA is attempting to quell, there is this nugget, News Nation 8/29/24:   DHS on Wednesday announced the allocation of over $380 million to various entities nationwide through the agency’s Shelter and Service Program. The program is administered by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) in partnership with U.S. Customs and Border Protection.

This includes almost $17 million to the Catholic Charities Archdiocese of San Antonio, which received over $10 million in a previous tranche of Shelter and Service funds released in April.  However, two lawmakers told Border Report when the first batch of Fiscal Year 2024 SSP funds were released that they questioned how Catholic Charities of San Antonio was spending the money and they were concerned with reports that airline tickets were being bought for migrants to travel to other U.S. cities with these funds.

U.S. Rep. Henry Cuellar, D-Texas, who at the time was ranking member of the House Homeland Security Appropriations Subcommittee, helped to set up this program. He told Border Report it was never intended to supply airline tickets for migrants to travel. The money is intended to reimburse non-governmental organizations and municipalities for food and shelter and toiletry expenses they incur housing asylum-seekers who cross the border.

No one in the US Government seems to know exactly how to tell the Truth.  They don’t have their statements aligned.  And they often forget that Google has yet to delete the past information so as to support the LIE. 

The amount of disease in our federal and state governments is far more progressed than we can imagine.  The psychosis within their hearts is beyond repair.  And as Kamala continues to speak like 5 year old on Prozac, the depth to which the Inner Cartel is prepared to go is unfathomable – unfortunately, they just don’t care…

USAID – US Government Ponzi Scheme of Opaque Spending

USAID has been working through local, international, and U.S. NGOs to strengthen Haiti’s economy, build the capacity of Haitian institutions, improve democratic processes and the rule of law, and raise living standards to support long-term development and stability. –

There are over 9,000 NGO’s helping Haiti…  including IRC (International Rescue Committee) founded by communists in 1933.  The IRC is funded by the Four Separate Departments in the US Government, including USAID, as well as by the UK and EU.  Obviously the funding for Haiti – is benefiting the gangs. 2024 – the US claims it sent over $100 million.   US hurricane victims?   Nothing.

After 9-11, the stated purpose of the IRC in the US was to increase immigration.  As of 2020, the last time they filed their Form 990 – net assets were $304 million on income of $970 million.   Within the US, all funds were directed to refugees/illegal immigrants.

USAID website:  “Addressing security and goodwill in over 100 countries”. They do NOT cover aid to Americans – only refugees.   Their audited 2023 financial report indicates that of the 37 audit recommendations created over the decades – to date they completed 7.

The US is literally funding the collapse of countries world wide:  Namibia, Haiti, Afghanistan, Nicaragua… are noted. Colombia’s Navy transports refugees from Venezuela and Nicaragua to Mexico where they complete their journey to the US via a slew of “Catholic Charities” all paid for by US Taxpayers.  Since 2017, The US Government has given Colombia nearly $2 billion – and this is how it is used.  The money is sourced thru the State Department.  The number of Venezuelan refugees being resettled – 3.2 million.

The Exchange?   While the US is being recreated as a foreign country – foreign countries are being ravaged for their resources by the US, including Nicaragua, Colombia, Haiti, Afghanistan, Syria, and more.  Haiti was the same in 2010 when Hillary illegally absconded with thousands of children who were never seen again and the gold mines were confiscated and given to her brother.  This is the OTHER HALF of the Deal within which inserted puppet governments are awarded a tythe.  A mafia style reparation.

Within the USAID financial statements there are 2 outstanding bond guarantees with Israel, one of which has been on the books since 1993.   No payments are made, no interest is paid and together the principal and interest = $4,642,000,000.  These loans were made to support the costs of Israeli settlers moving from Russia, Ukraine, Poland, Ethiopia, etc… to Israel. 

As of FYE 2023, USAID Net Position was $36,662,500,000 of Unexpended Appropriations.   The budget for 2024 was $63.1 Billion.  The money went to illegal immigrants, Ukraine, and likely – Israel.  Unlike every other government reports, financials for USAID are not built to reveal actual costs – but instead claim ‘categories’ , such as:  Health, Humanitarian Aid, Peace.  There is no breakdown of costs at all for audit purposes.

In addition to funds warranted directly to USAID, the Agency also receives allocation transfers from the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), Commodity Credit Corporation, the Executive Office of the President, and the State Department.   Much like a Ponzi scheme.

Additional financing sources for USAID’s various credit programs and trust funds include amounts obtained through collection of guaranty fees, permanent indefinite borrowing authority from the U.S. Treasury, proceeds from the sale of overseas real property acquired by USAID, and advances from foreign governments and international organizations.

The recipients of funding include:  World Food Program – UN, administered by Cindy McCain, Unicef, International Organization for Migration, World Health, Food & Agriculture etc… totaling $13.6 billion – where does the other 78% of funding go?  We don’t know because their transparency is more opaque than transparent.    On a footnote, the financials state that USAID has had difficulties  with non-US NGO’s in Ukraine committing fraud and corruption and that money cannot be accurately accounted for.  

The Ukraine government claims it needs $5 billion per month to operate.  Exports for 2024 aggregated $30.7 billion on imports of $51.2 billion – deficit spending  = $20.5 billion.  Not a good hedge – but then the newly reorganized BlackRock and other Bond Issues are paying 36% interest for which US Taxpayers foot the bill when we give our money to the till, aka, the IRS.

While Social Security is broke.  Money is flying from agency to agency and NGO to NGO.  And despite HHS sitting on unexpended appropriations of $942 Billion as of September 30, 2023, new appropriations never take this into account – nor do the auditors make any reference to this accountability.  KPMG is the auditor for ALL government agencies. 

FY Spending By US Government FY 2024 = $6.3 trillion on receipts of $4.4 trillion.  This number will likely be correct 2-3 times before the end of the year.

Israeli Terrorist Groups Fought The British For Palestine Coup

David Horowitz.  A self-ascribed conservative Jewish activist is against any and all Muslims. Oddly, despite his claim to ‘conservatism’, he worked for Salon – a far left liberally progressive ‘news’ site that offers “predictably liberal provocative commentary and lots of sex”.   It was founded by Catholics and Jews.  Working with David Collier a far left Berkeley grad, Horowitz was as far removed from conservatism as Cheney, Romney and McCain.   But the label was the stage.

Together these bulwarks of past were instrumental in creating the anti-Muslim rhetoric.  The point of their collaboration was to create a ‘common enemy’ on behalf of Israel.  Their platform included Truth Revolt whose editor was Ben Shapiro.   But their ideology was/is to demonize anyone of Muslim origin to fulfill the genocide of ancient history.  They are – Hollywood. 

Horowitz’ family were Soviet Bolsheviks.  He initially supported Trump’s 2024 campaign but reversed positions to Kamala Harris – like a good neoconservative uniparty hawk. He is Founder of David Horowitz Freedom Center whose director is Caroline Glick, an Israeli New Right author who writes for Steve Bannon’s Breitbart News and has asserted that Lebanese are fake people as Israel annihilates their existence.

This is how the Zionists propagate.   Thru fake ‘conservative’ sites supporting Zionism, Liberalism, Communism, and Global Regime Change under the gauge of false Conservatism, ie the wolf.  In other words, any pundit whose extreme support for the secular, Deep State Cabal, Israel, as proudly promoted, is in fact a potential/probable Cabalist Shill.  The Conservative Treehouse and the Gateway Pundit are two sites I highly recommended once upon a time, but their far left turn onto Highway Israel leaves more than a few doubts.

While both these sites were engaging in their fruits of conservatism – those fruits morphed into Zionist propaganda extremism – complicating their allegiance.   The choice is simple – America or Secular genocidal Israel.   This is the ultimate divisive pogrom between conservatives and liberals.   The Israeli allegiance at all costs!

The same Israel that collaborated with the CIA in 9-11, created ISIS, and celebrates the slaughter of men, women and children is flexing its retaliatory muscle should anyone dare to take an alternate path.   Macron was given the boot when he called for a western arms embargo and witnessed the elimination of the French Total Oil and Gas station blown to smithereens the next day by an Israel bomb in Lebanon. 

Netanyahu televised his threat so no one would be mistaken about the consequences for not abiding by The Rules.  The common puppets on Twitter immediately tweeted their undying support of Israel to the very Last American as the US slides into pitchfork fever under the Biden Regime.   It has now come to my attention that not only is FEMA diverting funds to Israel, but so is USAID, the UN, WHO, DoD, Department of Agriculture, Department of State, and the Commodity Credit Corporation in a bizarre scheme of NGO’s.  Leaving no doubt as to who owns ‘whom’.   And who is Afraid of BiBi Wolf?

The Free Press:  “In the late 1930s, when the land that is now Israel was under British rule…”   What is wrong with this statement?   Aside from the fact that is reveals a complete bumbling idiotic understanding of history – it frames a nonexistent Palestine.   In 1920, Britain assumed responsibility for Palestine from the defeated Ottoman Empire under a League of Nations Mandate. During the next two decades, over 100,000 Jews entered the country.  When Palestine resisted the coup takeover of their land, Israel created ‘terrorist groups’. 

The History That Was Hushed:

The main terrorist groups were Irgun Zvai Leumi (National Military Organization) – ultimately led by future Israeli Prime Minister Menachem Begin – and an even more militant organization, Lohamey Heruth Israel (Fighters for the Freedom of Israel) or LHI.  In November 1944, LHI assassinated the British Minister for the Middle East, Lord Moyne.

After WWII, the British refused to lift the ban on immigration and admit 100,000 Jews to Palestine.    The Jewish underground forces were now united. The Haganah had resisted attacking the British as long as they were fighting Nazi Germany. Now, their fighters allied themselves with Irgun and carried out several raids against the British.

On 28 June 1946, 17,000 British troops carried out Operation Agatha in Jerusalem. The Jewish Agency offices and other buildings were raided and arms caches discovered. On 31 March 1947, Irgun set light to the oil refinery at Haifa, starting a fire which blazed for three weeks. In May, it attacked the prison at Acre, freeing a large number of inmates.

On 29 July, in retaliation for the execution of three of their members, LHI kidnapped and hanged two British Army sergeants. They then booby-trapped the bodies so that the officer who cut them down was badly injured.

These are the circumstances that led to the UN designation wherein Israel was awarded 57% of Palestine – an agreement that was never signed by Palestine.  The British were sick of fighting the Israeli terrorists over Palestine and decided to let the Arabs handle it.

This history is only 80 years old and yet is quashed by Jews attempting to victimize themselves into a power position.  Horowitz, Collier, and Shapiro extract this history in exchange for The Chosen People – Operation Propaganda.  Thereafter assigning themselves as superior beings, when in fact they are simply gangland terrorists.

HHS and FEMA Funding: Immigrants – Ukraine – Israel

The HHS Budget for 2025 went into effect as of October 1, 2024.   The Total Budget is $1.7 Trillion with an additional Discretionary Budget of $170+ Billion.  FEMA’s share of the Discretionary Budget is $33 Billion.   FEMA’s website for Hurricane Helene victims offers referrals for counselling and for social media websites – with a Disclaimer.   On the ground help?   Nothing. 

Contrary to media claims that FEMA does not give money to immigrants, they have a “Shelter and Services Program:  This program funds NGO’s providing shelter and other services to noncitizen migrants who have been released by Homeland Security.  FY 2024 FEMA released $641 million.  In addition FEMO has the Emergency Food and Shelter Program which also gives money to NGO’s for shelter, food and supportive services for immigrants. 

One such NGO is Jewish Family Service:  In 2021 they received $82 million. In 2022, They received $77 million ($50 million from government) – contributed $20 million of which $11 million was to their own subsidiaries JFS Holdings and Balboa Avenue LLC.   – payroll costs were $34 million – spent $200,000 on gift cards – and have an accumulated Fund Balance of $70 million for a rainy day…  They do NOT account for donations made.  They do NOT pay taxes on investment income or any accumulated funds.  They work predominantly with their five related organizations which are also NGO’s –    

Welcome The Stranger is another subsidiary NGO operating under the Jewish Family Service umbrella.  Their website indicates donations go to Ukraine.  Their 2022 financials (the last available).

Border Servant Corps – Migrant Hospitality.  Catholic Charities of Rio Grand – Refugee humanitarian aid.  NYC, Arizona, Arizona, Texas, Denver, Massachussetts, Chicago, DC, Loredo, Ohio – ALL gifted by FEMA.

In other words, American Disaster Relief is $zero while illegal immigrants, Ukraine and Israel are the source for donations.  And everyone inside LIED.

This is a microcosm of the NGO’s funded by FEMA which could likely include 50-100 different agencies across the globe.  This is why FEMA is “broke” despite a new budget and a new Discretionary BUMP of in addition to the budget of $33 billion.  It is why Biden, Mayorkas and the MSM claim that a completely different appropriation must be added for Hurricane Helene which will also go toward these same NGO’s!

The stories coming across the media from victims in North Carolina are heartbreaking!   Similar to claims made after Lahaina burned to the ground.  They were offered $700, North Carolinians are offered $750 if they log on a computer and make a request based on their circumstances.  Some are being denied.

September 26 Biden announced military aid of $2.6 billion for Ukraine as part of the $6 billion drawdown.  The same day, Helene made landfall in Florida.  According to Mayorkas, there is no money in FEMA.  He suggests everyone call their insurance agent immediately.  But insurance agents don’t provide food, water, medicine, blankets, diapers, etc…   The federal, state and local governments are responsible via National Guard.

Roy Cooper is the governor of North Caroline – he is a member of the Democrat Party.  He has sent a crew to drive around and analyze infrastructure issues.   As of ‘today’ he has sent one Chinook helicopter to ‘assist those affected’.  No mention of food and water.  However, Cooper claims there are thousands of national guard troops that have been on the ground since the beginning.   Unfortunately they haven’t come in contact with actual people nor have they delivered any supplies according to boots-on-the-ground…

FEMA is doing everything but something for America.   OUR TAX DOLLARS.  Lahaina now has a few trailer homes.  Palestine PA – FEMA ordered an ‘assessment’ – toxic water still.  Flint Michigan toxic water – began in 2014, in 2022 FEMA no approval for funds – toxic water still.   

Trump was correct.  FEMA is a front for the Deep State Cartel to funnel money toward immigrants and wars.  It is highly likely most agencies within our government are operating at a similar level of ‘Fraudulent Appropriation of Taxpayer Funds’.

Western Economies Are Built on Sand As The Ocean Rises

Germany and France are barely holding up their economies.   Amidst these weaknesses, they are looking to further sanction/decouple from China.  Given the Israeli escalation in Iran, and OPEC mulling a production cut, oil prices are being pushed higher which will further impact the manufacturing and transportation industries.  The Longshoreman strike is slated to affect just about every aspect of the US economy from food to appliances to chips to toys, etc…  The West is being steered by an Alzheimer patient and a cackling infant and if the earth were flat, we would fall into the abyss of space.

While the media would have us believe that EV’s are the future – automobile dealers are privately not onboard.  EV’s are not selling leading to massive losses and inventory that needs to move for more hybrid versions and gas powered vehicles to come aboard lots.    Western governments are powered by weak cowards unwilling to speak the Truth for fear of retribution.  

In the US, a government position is quite lucrative while requiring a mere 20 hour work week to qualify for full-time pay.  A tidy pension.  And little incentive to accomplish anything worthwhile.  

Germany’s Scholz and France’s Macron continue to brawl over economic turmoil in their respective countries, one open to friendly trade with China, the other desperate to save his economy. 

France:  Economic Freedom ranking shifts lower still with the country now teetering at 32nd of 44 EU countries.  Their economic growth is hoping to attain a .7% increase.  While public debt is slated to reach 114% of GDP.  

Germany:  growth has completely stagnated for 2 years.   The Economic Times claims Germany needs more ‘skilled’ migrants to survive.  Macron says France will fall in 2-3 years.   Squabbling about China trade while in the midst of economic dire circumstances seems a bit  self-mutilating, but that would appear to be the Western Agenda.

While economies are struggling with stagflation the US Liberal diaspora continue to claim the US is in a strong position despite facts and figures proving otherwise.   ADP Payroll vs US BLS:   143,000 new jobs vs 254,000.   The Longshoreman Dock Strike has been ‘suspended’ after the union boss backed down amidst allegations linking him to the murder of a mob boss.  Blackmail deterrent.  Works well. 

However, the end result was a pay increase of 62% over 6 years or effectively $63 per hour which is likely to be fed to consumer pricing.  

The FEMA debacle is still a sore point in the Democrats election cycle given the lack of governance response and the now perversion of paying illegals affected by the storm before Americans.  At this point thousands of charities and civilians came to the immediate rescue providing airlifts of the injured, supplies – most specially water and food, and other necessities.   Hampering the civilian assistance was Biden and Harris who demanded all airspace be shut down while they surveyed the devastation – costing 4 hours of relief to be suspended.  

Despite Buttigieg claiming FEMA has a deficit, the DHS Balance Sheet reports $96 million in cash, $154 billion in Treasury Funds.   Unfortunately, Buttigieg is not willing to use those funds because the illegal migrants get paid first.  

As geoengineering weather is exposed in various patentsWhile there are a few instances wherein Hurricanes moved inland – however, the path and circumstances of Helene are questionable.  Typically, the further inland, the less force of wind and rain.  This was not the case with Helene whose wrath was significantly greater inland.

In addition, it has come to the attention of sleuths that the city of Asheville sits on one of the largest lithium deposits in America.  Lithium mines can be as large as 20,000 acres or 31.25 miles.  Lithium requires 500,000 gallons of water per one ton of lithium.  The largest mine in the world produces 1.95 million tons per year or 100 trillion gallons of water.   The ONE commodity that is necessary for species survival.

In closing – the focus of the Liberal MSM is ‘polling’.   Not to be distracted:  Polls are no longer polls but ‘surveys’.  They are paid for.  They involve a quantitative sampling of under 1,000 people typically coming from a paid-for panel preselected for all polling for that particular agency.   There is no oversight for the presented results.   The demographics are often not revealed – if there are any. 

The only point for these false surveys is to present a stage set.   IF the surveys indicate a neck-in-neck election, it allows for fraudulent voting supported by fraudulent surveys.   In that – Biden has stated there will be violence – meaning the fraud will elect Kamacackle.  The Electoral votes could be the differential – but blackmail goes a long way….

Washington Is Concerned About It’s Credibility

Assistant Secretary of Defense, Celeste Wallender, is suddenly concerned about Washington’s credibility due to the Ukraine War loss.  The fact that America has lost every war since WWII (which it won vis a vis with Soviet alliances) – is a distant memory for this PhD professional student having zero war or military experience.   She is an experienced – politician.

“The global standing of the US has been called into question by the Ukraine conflict”.  Understatement of the decade.   The war is no longer ‘about anything’ – it is an egocentric conflict centered on winning.  The obsession with Russia is over the top.   Her former employer, Center For Strategic Studies (CSIS), is busily analyzing, “Seizing Middle East Opportunities”.    Those ‘opportunities’ are about killing more people and installing the western proxy Reza Pahlavi.  Like Ukraine, the Israeli war is no longer ‘about anything’ either – which is why it will ultimately fail as well.

The dysfunction of psychosis becomes paralyzed when the reasoning is not ‘defense’ but annihilation.  Which is why Israel continues to assert ‘defense’ – a false premise that has been unveiled over and over again.  Defense is a ‘legal justification’.   However, if the person you murder is unarmed it is homicide. 

This ‘defense’ premise is the Pandora Box of evil that Netanyahu unleashed and cannot contain.   Which is why the GLOBE is looking to nuke Pandora.

The Team that Trump has assembled is a powerhouse that Liberals and Neoconservatives fear exponentially.   It overcomes boundaries and unites a diversity of intellectuals against a pogrom of strategic idiots.  Militarily – the US, EU and Israel are completely inept and thus have created a military force equivalent to a Diddy pajama party.  

Israel led the globe in trafficking, molestation, adenochrome, and drugs.   They then trained western police, sheriffs, and military ops in this ‘adventure’ scheme.   They use blackmail to own their politicians.  And now wonder why they are so increasingly strategically bereft of wisdom – and allies.   For the most part, Israel’s successes have been against unarmed civilians, children and women.   Which is why it is called – genocide.  But it proves they have no strategy – no military worth.  So, YES, their credibility is twallette water.

When confronted with Military might – both Ukraine and Israel are suddenly ‘freaking out’.  NO FAIR!   Is the cry.   As one pundit noted – Israel’s targets include Jews, Muslims, and Christians.  The common theme – religion.   Genocide of religious peoples by Secular peoples under the auspices of Biblical theory … as their cloak of armour.

CSIS would have us believe that ‘Biden” attempted to ‘stabilize the region’ but the evil Iran disrupted the agenda.   The evil Iran has retaliated against aggressive Israel.  They have not attacked any other country.   Their goal is sovereignty within their own form of government.  In order to create the global fusion as per the WEF, every country must come under the dictatorial regime of America’s Liberals.  But that was fading so the only alternative left was for Israel to come out of the proverbial closet of its genocide and torture.   It needs the war because there is no way around America’s DEBT which is intricately tied to Israel.  The awakening is Global.   And thus Celeste of no experience is correct – the US has zero credibility.  

Apparently, in the mindset of illustrious CSIS analyzers  – they note that Iran did not strike despite all the previous punctuations of their society by Israel.   They are dumbfounded because the entire point was to prod Iran.  Thus, these analysts have determined that Iran’s reticence to engage in a WWIII – is reflective of their incompetence.  Once prodded to annihilation – inaction to provoke a global war is now considered a weakness.  In the eyes and minds of the insane.

True to form, Twitter is ablaze with every politician’s handler posting pre-scripted Israel support until the ‘end of America’…  Sound familiar?  Until every last Ukrainian…

45,000 US soldiers are now moving into battle in the Middle East.  Fighting a war that is not ours to fight.   A war that Israel would certainly lose without the US.   Even The economist anticipates Israel’s prodding could unleash a nuclear bomb.    Yet the implication is met with ‘excitement’…  Another fun time for the gatekeepers to watch from their tower in Nineveh.

The only question left is who will Israel bomb next – Egypt?  Turkey?  Jordan?  Meanwhile the US still pretends that China is an ally as well as Morocco which just arrested an IDF soldier on R&R for “War Crimes”.

The Rothschild Economist has declared the Ukraine war a failure.  Instead of calling for a rational peace agreement, they are calling for a restructuring of the war and NATO membership.  Hurricane Helene is being whispered to be a geoengineered catastrophe. Netanyahu has declared war on the Middle East and a dockworkers strike has gone forward.  The October surprise is the death of America’s Economy.

And the White House Handlers are behind each one of these events. 

In perusing some the Federal Government Balance Sheets I noticed that audits routinely declared massive ‘deficiencies’.  Meaning irregularities.  Potential fraud.  Meaning the BANK is empty.   The Department of Homeland Security which includes FEMA devoted 13 pages of their annual report to these irregularities. The Deficiency section of the audit reveals some were noted as far back as 2003 with a projected correction of 2028…  The magic year.

Many of the agencies reveal a NET Asset position that grows each year – meaning they are not using the budgetary funds allocated to them – or they are misleading valuations.  Example:  DHS Net Assets = $145 billion.  DOT  Net Assets = $277 Billion.  The DOT’s Budget for 2024 is $108.5 billion with a ‘guaranteed contingency’ of $36.8 in advance appropriations for a total of $145.3 Billion.  DHS Budget is $107.9 billion which includes $62.2 billion in ‘discretionary spending’.  The discretionary spending conveniently included an increase in FEMA of 10% or $33.1 Billion – ironically, the ‘estimated cost of Hurricane Helene’ – submitted months ago.

QUITE a coincidence.

What is Discretionary Funding?  It is money that can be spent elsewhere instead of on the agencies mandatory expenses… such as defense and foreign aid, aka war.   60% of the Budget for DHS is ‘Discretionary’ – meaning it does not  benefit American Taxpayers.  It also aligns with Deficit Spending which has now reached  roughly 40% of revenue. Not including the Pentagon fiasco on a GDP ratio of 137%.

The Pentagon is awarding contracts that can’t be fulfilled until 2035 including a $6.9 billion contract with Boeing for Bombs to be delivered to Bulgaria, Ukraine, and Japan.  A $9 billion contract for cloud-computing to be shared by Microsoft, Google, Amazon and Oracle thru 2028. 

As Israel ramps up a WWIII, the US has supported and aided every assault taken by the Zionists against the Middle East.  Austin announced more US troops to be deployed into the regions Netanyahu is bombing.  Similar moves that FDR made in the induction of US troops in WWII.  There are now upwards of 45,000 US troops deployed to ‘defend Israel’ in its campaign of genocide.

With a military that is deficient, wholly untrained, and incompetent, lacking in inventory, short supplies of chips necessary for all weapons, and with Petroleum Reserves at nearly half of capacity, The Power Cartel is fomenting simultaneous wars in the Middle East, China and Russia.  Knowing it will lose.  Canada and most EU countries are in technical recessions.  The US is printing so much money the largest foreign Treasury holder, Japan, will economically collapse when the dollar spirals to Germany 1929 levels.

1923, the German government devalued currency in order to support printing more war money.  The hyperinflation was first triggered by the French-Belgium occupation of the German Industrial District.  While Germany was making progress with inflation the French and Belgium’s conspired to collapse the value of the mark.  JP Morgan Jr. organized the coup.

Both WWI and WWII were largely financed by JP Morgan.  As the ‘purchasing agent’ for governments, JP Morgan took a 1% cut.  After the US government watched JP Morgan’s WWI accomplishments, he was named a member of the advisory council for the Federal Reserve Bank of New York by FDR.

Today, BlackRock, Vanguard and State Street are the financing tools on behalf of Israel and Ukraine thru their dominant ownership of the top 5 weapons companies:  Lockheed – YTD shares + 33%, Raytheon – YTD up 46%, Boeing – piece of crap, Northrup Grumman – YTD shares up 16%, and General Dynamic – YTD up 18%.  

When the US becomes overwhelming indebted to these investment companies – they will effectively own the “government” .  Given the largest shareholders of each of these Investment companies own each other – the consolidation is complete.   The more wars, the more money needed to fight the wars.  And once again the USURY LENDING wins.
