NRA A Terrorist Organization?

What does it mean when San Francisco designates the NRA as a terrorist organization?

First, what is the definition of a terrorist?   “A person who uses unlawful violence and intimidation, especially against civilians, in the pursuit of political aims.”   An organization designation means any member, employee, affiliate, sponsor, or funder would thus fall under that terrorist designation.

According to the FBI, a Domestic Terrorism designation would apply to:   individuals and/or groups inspired by or associated with primarily U.S.-based movements that espouse extremist ideologies of a political, religious, social, racial, or environmental nature. 

The designation has always been Federal, the acts are deemed to be in violation of criminal law, and are aimed at committing egregious destruction against people and/or property.   For example:  The Weather Underground was a domestic terrorist organization during the 60’s and 70’s.  Led by Bill Ayers, they were a socialist organization that sought out violence ultimately bombing 25 separate locations and killing 2 policemen and a Brinks driver.   Ayers never served any prison time – but he did manage to become Obama’s primary mentor. Some believe he was the writer of Obama’s storybook.

By designating the NRA as a terrorist organization, San Francisco is basically obliging their local police force to arrest anyone that is remotely associated with them.   That would also include the 4H Club, Boy Scouts of America and the American Civil Liberties Union.   Notable members have included John F Kennedy, Dwight Eisenhower, Reagan, Teddy Roosevelt, and Michael Moore…

The NRA is a lobbying organization. They don’t buy and sell guns, they – lobby. All lobbying groups advocate their cause before the government. Currently there are over 11,500 lobbyists in the US. All advocating for their cause, membership, money, and changes.

In 2018, Facebook spent $12,620,000 lobbying. The National Association of Broadcasters spent $14,170,000.   Amazon spent $14,400,000. Google spent $21,740,000. Soros Open Society spent $31,520,000. And the US Chamber of Commerce spent $94,800,000. The NRA didn’t even make the top 20 list.

But the San Francisco Board members apparently are not educated in this implication of law that they have enacted.   Other than the fact that all Board Members are Democrats, they have little biographical information.   The current mayor of San Francisco who serves as president of the Board is London Breed whose initiation began as an intern for Willie Brown – just like Kamala Harris.

From there, like Harris, her political career rose quickly.

Breed gained access to the politico arena as mayor only after mayor Ed Lee suddenly died of cardiac arrest in 2017 allowing Breed to step in as Acting Mayor. He died at the teaching hospital Zuckerberg San Francisco General.   Why he would be taken to a ‘teaching hospital’ is not clear.   But his death allowed Breed to step into the role.  A role she and her subordinates would seem wholly unqualified for representing given the enormity of this perverse – gaffe!

Labeling a lobby group as terrorist would allow a vast array of other groups to come under the same legal status, many of which are Democrat functioning.   But the real legal ramifications that could be initiated would be if the police failed to arrest a known member of the NRA.  The police would then be subject to collusion or negligence or – corruption…

Obviously legal advice was not requested when the San Francisco Board Supervisors made this ridiculous assertion.   But if you are a member, affiliate, funder, donator, or employee, I would think about leaving this very precious city and relocating somewhere over the rainbow where it is – safe.

In the meantime San Francisco has managed to make itself the laughing stock of the Country!

GUN Laws: The Constitution

The abject call from the Liberal Progressives is for the federal government to create a universal gun law. But given that we are a sovereign nation based on individual states, why is a Federal law so important?

Currently, each state is given the right to create their own gun laws based on the votes of the people of the state. Sometimes, the state laws are not embraced by other states, or their citizens, but – then – who cares?

Who is the body that wants to create a Federal Law to circumvent any sovereign state law?

What is the ultimate purpose?

Circumventing state law is the reneging of The Constitution. The entire point of our existence as contrasted with the British Puritans.

The Puritans. An evangelical messed up cult that immigrated to the US in order to flee the oppression of a monarchial British government.   As in – what?   Fleeing one to be the same?   No accounting for the logic of British intelligentsia.  But that would be – who we are.

Anyway, like Australia, the US was colonized by a bunch of rag-tag misfits bent on being better than their colleagues and mentors.

And somehow, Australia has elevated itself to being the bench-press, the benchmark, the Governor of moral aptitude, for all people – most specifically – Trump. They have self nominated themselves to righteous levels of ignominy and knighthood.

Pooh-hah!

The baron-robbers of British history. Arrogance knows no bounds. We can find comfort in the reality that most of our history has been contrived and manipulated to fit an agenda and has little to do with – reality.

So, what do we do with this knowledge?

Well, you have choices. You can sit on your arse and do absolutely nothing. You can get off your arse and make a difference. You can DO.

Because, ‘doing’ nothing is making your do – worthless.

My do – is to write and write and write.  NOT FOR PROFIT.

The people that ‘encounter’ me in their criticism or praise of my blogs are always an interesting dichotomy.   I have been accosted by the Open Society Institute, and railed by liberal jaunts.   But there are still those who see between the raindrops, and have sights for something sweet. And that would NOT include anything Socialist.

To lay the wisdom to rest, let me offer, I lived in East Berlin before the Wall.

There remain countries within Europe which sit unstable n the fence leaning and then realigning.   It is a difficult journey when knowing who is truth and who is lie becomes such a gamble.

I always reference. Who started WWI? Who started WWII? Who annihilated the Russians? The Bolsheviks.

Why do we choose to blacken the truth from the document?

WORLD TRADE WAR: TRUMP WINS

The EU Commission is backtracking their previous rejected deal with Theresa May and claiming that the no-deal BREXIT really means the rejected deal that gave them $46 billion is the best solution for all… according to Mina Andreeva, a spokesperson.

Certainly $46 billion is a whole lot better than the $9 billion they would likely get in the Johnson no-deal deal.   Of course, resurrecting a ‘rejected’ deal would legally be starting from scratch.   But in the mélange of chaos, the EU Commission would seem to be grasping and gasping – albeit too late.

All economic indicators now rally behind an impending recession for Germany. Given they are the stalwart economy behind the EU, where Germany goes, everyone else follows.

The primary cause of Germany’s implosion is trade not BREXIT.   Industrial output has tanked, primarily in the auto and machine parts industries. Merkel’s outright refusal to negotiate a fair trade with the US having been advised that in so doing she could create a German recession – is simply corrupt.

But allies can sometimes reveal the wolf behind the mask.   Germany is not a US ally, Germany milked the US economy for decades.

The US/China trade war tipped the balance, and Germany remained staunch and unmoving.

Timing is everything.

If the UK remainers win, the UK will derail with Germany and France.   They will be boarding a sinking ship. Short-sighted, ramping up trade with the US would be an economic win.   But sometimes, pride and principle are fervent manufacturers of destruction.

While the socialists in the EU argue against Trump’s tariffs, they seem to forget that Trump offered a zero tariff exchange which Germany and the EU snubbed.   Is the EU working for the people?   It would seem not.   And like the rejected BREXIT deal that they want to suddenly reinstate, a zero tariff trade with the US may be the no-deal deal.

Is it the trade deal or is it the ally that wasn’t?

While rejecting the US zero trade deal, the EU simultaneously agreed to zero tariff’s with Japan.   The wolf showed his face.  And the ally that was, revealed it’s true corruption.  The EU wanted an imbalance and it served them well for 30 years.

The US trade balance was at zero up until 1976.   The following 15 years saw the trade balance dip and trough before coming back to zero.   Between 1991 and 2010, the trade balance tanked! Why?

Clintonomics.

Clinton lowered US tariffs which ultimately destroyed US ability to compete in the export and trade markets, particularly with China.   Because while the US lowered its tariffs, other countries did not follow suit which would have been the job of the WTO…   The World Trade Organization, which was originally the General Agreement on Tariffs and Tax, was created to provide an equality, a balance of tariffs among all member countries. Apparently, that nondiscrimination balance didn’t apply to the US.

When Clinton lowered the tariff rate in the US trade disparities began to escalate rapidly to the detriment of the US. In fact, it was a binge selloff with the US trade balance going from zero to -900billion with the speed of a Lamborghini on a German autobahn!

Prior to this binge selloff, US small businesses were a growing, the economic boom of entrepreneurship expanded significantly.   Mom and pop stores changed the face of the US.   But with the advent of Clintonesque cheap imports, these small businesses began to shutter, unable to compete.   The Walmarts of the world took over increasing the trade balance even more as Chinese goods became the mainstay.   And middle class shrunk like Alice.

In 1980 small business start-ups represented 12% of all US companies and employed 4% of workers. Today those numbers are halved. Those companies were The American Dream. That Dream died when Clinton lowered tariffs despite advice from both parties that such a move would destroy US businesses. The World Trade Center obviously did nothing to balance the discrepancies in countries tariffs, and have proven to be a truly non-essential entity.

Back to BREXIT.

The creation of new trade partners invoking a zero tariff policy is the ultimate free-trade deal.   It is the deal that is now in effect with Mexico and Canada. Today China has slipped to third place in US imports with Mexico rising to number 1 and Canada to number 2.   Expanding their economies, Trump’s zero tariff trade is picking up the slack of China imports while contracting their economy.  It is a non-tax trade.

Adding the UK, would provide them with a backstop and relieve the angst of impending doom and gloom that the naysayers of BREXIT fear.  Trump and Johnson have already made arrangements to soften the initial BREXIT wind and create a sovereign economy without the welfare payouts to the EU.

It is change.   Change requires stamina and patience. Fear will only forebode chaos.
