LA NINA DESCENDS – And Scientists Blink

Colorado is flooding.  Mexico is flooding!  What is going on?  La Nina.  Technically, the El Nino and La Nina are a force of climate change, they just have existed since weather became tracked and have nothing to do with the ‘man-made’ theory.  These polar indices impact the jet stream and can create havoc on particular vortexes within their range of anomalies.  The NOAA refers to these nuances as ‘predictions’ because when it comes to Mother Nature, she will simply perform feats that only she chooses.  Under normal circumstances.

Unfortunately, Mother Nature’s responses to the government/military weather manipulation warfare can create havoc when they find themselves at odds for control.   Thus, hurricanes expand.  Tornadoes drill further where none existed before.  Typhoons are more devastating.  And our sea creatures are confused causing mass beachings.  For midwestern and northern states La Nina means brrrr cold and lots of snow.  For the south it means drought.

Weather ‘scientists’ speculated over a glass of Absinth and their Ouija board and have determined that these fluxes persist for 9-12 month … or 3, 4 or maybe 7 years, as in – whatever we have no clue.  This time, they claim La Nina became effective September and will persist through the end of the year – as in 4 months.  Why?  Because having no idea means your job is secure for eternity.

Some sleuths  have noted that since the government shutdown there is a significant lack of those nasty-pants chemtrails.  I guess weather manipulators are nonessential.  These geniuses of weather manipulation maintain that such things are absurd – a Conspiracy Theory.  Yet, weather warfare has been a focus of the military since at least the 1950’s.  The reason for the pretense?  The Pentagon’s reasoning would state ‘classified information’.  Must not let the bad guys know who has the capabilities and to what extent.

It reminds me of when we were stationed in East Berlin before The Wall and my father would be invited to a party of spies.  Everyone at the party was a spy, but everyone pretended they didn’t know everyone was a spy.   Given the absurdity, my father would attend the parties in his finest silk hand-made Japanese suit, a floor length black cape, black leather gloves, a fedora, black sunglasses and brandish his riding crop for emphasis.  While all the women wore their pearls and pillbox hats.  Of course, guns were mandatory.

Such is the military.  Pretend no one else knows when EVERYONE knows.  My dad?  Comedic Relief.

Certainly, we can surmise that the US, Canada, China, Russia, and the UK at the very least have perfected their various means of weather warfare.   But they mustn’t let on lest the populace at large were to realize that their homes complete destruction was the consequence of just another Government proxy war.  To participate, insurance companies developed noninsured Acts of God.  God, in this case, being the Military.  Never mind when something goes afoul as in Asheville North Carolina or Haiti, just do what government does best – DENY. LIE. 

Years ago I was watching a weather forecast on television and the map of the jet stream was behind the Model/Weathergirl when she inadvertently noted with concern that there were three downward humps in the jet stream over America instead of two.  CUT to commercial.

Some scientists are warily admitting that’s the movement of the Polar North magnetic field is impacting jet streams.  Which is logical.  Unfortunately, our esteemed scientists don’t employ logic, they employ the same rationale as our government – if I make this claim will I get in trouble?  TRUTH is not even a consideration.  Yet, they do admit that polar shifts have occurred throughout time. The last explaining the disappearance of the land bridge between Russia and Alaska as immigration into the America’s was no longer possible or feasible for humans or animals.

How deep is the Illusion? 

Given that Hollywood has been a pawn of the CIA since its inception, we can conclude that many of the movies deemed Futuristic or Fantasy are in actuality, reality.  Such as The Matrix.  A sort of prep before the reveal.  When Reality is rolled back and the Wizard’s red curtain is no longer cloaked.   

Remember in the world of Spy Reality or The Matrix there are triple agents …  Ultimately, they are like mercenaries, they have no allegiance at all as their souls have shut down – and there is only money.  Because, if they allowed themselves to feel they would implode internally unable to live with what was witnessed and what was done.  This is their Golden Dome.   

As in all dystopian novels, the weakness is in trust.  Trust gets you and your tribe killed.  An interesting psychological hype.  But then, look to the source.

Just some musings on this Sunday evening – my new puppy in my lap, the sun just beginning its descent.  The clouds oddly devoid of chemtrails…

President Trump Igniting Weather Weapons Against his Enemies

Trump wants Bagram Air Force Base in Afghanistan or ‘bad things will happen’.  Afghanistan is rich in rare earth minerals to the tune of $1 trillion.  Trump wants Pakistan base or bad things will happen.  Pakistan is rich in rare earth minerals.  Trump wants to strike inside Venezuela.  Venezuela has $14 trillion in untapped resources.  Trump has become Boris Badenov whose catch phrase was, “sharrup you mouth”.

Anything to avoid begging China includes bombing innocent countries.  Desperation reigns.  Trump’s War Department has declared that rare earth minerals present a “National Security Threat”.  By making this claim, the US gives itself the authority to commit terror on any country in order to steal their resources.   

Trump’s administration investing taxpayer money into these companies despite it being unclear how that ownership will be distributed back to us, the investors, now includes MP Materials to which Taxpayers are now the largest shareholders through the federal government.  The plant for MP Materials will not be operational until 2027-2028 as the US faces severe shortages leading to a significant hit in the auto industry and the military weapon industry.

With headlines claiming China Laid a Rare Earths Trap the supposed trap was actually a reciprocal response – not initiated by China, but by Trump in the Tariff war.  And now it is simply a matter of EGO.   The US can’t wait 2-3 years to build mines.  The deficit is having harsh effects on the US economy.   Russia offered to help – nixed.  Myanmar, a major supplier of rare earths, has also been mired by civil war strife since 2021 via a coup.  The military junta is financed by Russia and China while the National Unity Government is funded by the West.

The U.S. has provided nearly $400 million in aid to pro-democracy groups and has frozen approximately $1 billion in Myanmar Central Bank funds.  So again, in essence, Myanmar is a battle ground between Russia/China and the US.  Civilian deaths have surpassed 25,000.  Coincidentally, a 7.7 earthquake hit Myanmar March 2025 with significant damage.  Venezuela was also just hit by a 6.2 earthquake 3 days ago also affecting Colombia.  Thereby giving greater insight as to the reason the Colombian President was less than happy at the recent UN meeting.

While wastewater injection at fracking and drilling sites have been known to cause earthquakes in Oklahoma and California, US style fracking is not done in Myanmar or Venezuela.  Trumps tariffs, on the other hand, have created an economic collapse in Venezuela reminiscent of Rockefeller’s Standard Oil precipitating WWII with Japan.  Killing the competition.

 In 1898, Tesla created a steam powered oscillator that when attached to the side of a building produced vibrations similar to an earthquake which could be felt for blocks.  At Tesla’s death, the US government confiscated these patents – and we are to believe that 80 years later, not one scientist expanded on this invention… 

In 1968, area 52 in Nevada released a one megaton nuclear test that produced a 1200 meter long fault rupture according to the US Geological Survey.  In 1992, Alexsey Nikolayev of Russia’s Academy of Sciences claimed that ‘tectonic weapons’ could trigger not just earthquakes by volcanic eruptions.  In 1997, US Secretary of Defense, William Cohen while at a conference regarding terrorism claimed, “Others are engaging even in an eco-type of terrorism whereby they can alter the climate, set off earthquakes, volcanoes remotely through the use of electromagnetic waves.”

 In 1998, thermonuclear tests in India and Pakistan were believed to have caused the earthquake in Afghanistan.  In 1999, new Zealand initiated Project Seal to create a tsunami bomb, generating tsunami waves as a weapon. July 2025, flooding and a tsunami bomb ripped through China.  Simultaneously an 8.8 magnitude earthquake hit eastern Russia.  Three days ago tsunami-like waves ripped again thru China destroying cities. 

Coincidental?

According to historical records, only 10 earthquakes and tsunamis have occurred in China in the past 2000 years, with an average of about 200 years between.  Has Trump initiated Weather Weapons against his enemies?  IF so, we can expect reciprocation will be forthcoming as prodding the bear and the dragon will not be so forgiving…

Climate Change: A Global Geo-Engineering Experiment

Weather modification used to be considered a ‘conspiracy theory’, but like many other conspiracies, today it is acknowledged as fact.   From the simplistic to the complex, the concept has many useful positives;   increasing water supplies, preventing hail and hurricanes, and dousing wildfires. But there are also useful military objectives which are more cynical and deadly in their agenda.

While climate gurus continue to scream ‘the sky is falling’, Harvard has been busily at work the past two years geo-engineering weather thru solar deflection.

China has been manufacturing cloud rain for over a decade, launching silver iodide with rockets and via planes across swathes of the Tibetan Tableau the size of Alaska, the project is considered the largest in the world.

ScoPex is the Harvard experiment which includes the introduction of particles in the stratosphere in order to deflect solar activity away from earth.   According to NASA, such a scheme could devastate agriculture.   The argument in support of the program is that the positive effects out-weigh the negative impacts.   I disagree.

Harvard contends that rising sea levels as a result of global warming will decimate valuable land and millions of homes. The analogy is to ‘chemotherapy’.   But even the analogy is flawed given that chemo only works on some people some of the time.   By contrast, geo-engineering has been shown to have substantial impacts on weather intensity, weather patterns, and rainfall.

The same issues that the alarmists are now claiming are a result of global warming could in fact be the result of saving the planet from climate change.   Perhaps the very technology utilized across the globe to alter weather is actually responsible for creating intensely destructive weather.  For example our jet streams are linked to solar radiation, change the solar you alter the jet stream.  Air masses push the jet stream around, change the air mass and you have effectively altered the weather pattern.  The jet stream pattern has only been monitored since 2000, so identifying changes is only as good as the record exists.  But obviously if we suddenly begin inserting particle matter to deflect the sun, the jet stream will be affected.

It stands to reason that geo-engineering and cloud seeding may have far more disruptive ramifications than scientists are willing to reveal.  I refer to it as the ‘oops factor’.

While one justification for the manipulation is for the purpose of redirecting or eliminating hurricanes, it is just as likely that the modification could ramp up these storms as well.   While Harvard and China represent just two specific projects that are currently being utilized, there are likely hundreds being employed by various nations – none in collaboration with another.

India uses small planes equipped with twelve cylinders. Flying into the belly of a storm cloud, the cylinders are filled with combustible chloride and released at intervals. With agriculture in India failing from lack of water, the Harvard geo-engineering experiment could cause India’s production to fail completely from lack of sunlight.

It is less like chemotherapy and more like a Molotov cocktail.

While scientists had polar views on the effect of geo-engineering, Harvard ignored the negative reactions and sent up its first flood of particulates in early spring 2019.

And despite all the information available regarding these various geo-engineering actions, the media is still attempting to manipulate our understanding of the true cause and causal actions taking place.

“July was earth’s hottest month on record”! The articles go on to actually explain that the ‘record’ they refer to is for the 20th century.  In the realm of millions of years, a century is relatively meaningless.

Historically, temperatures were taken manually on land and ships at sea. There were no computers, no standardized measurement system, no sophisticated instruments like we use today.   All statistical science has margins of error.   But climate scientists fail to provide that margin – ever. In fact, determining temperatures historically did not even include tenths of percentages.   Thus to calculate that the global temperature rose by .7’ between 1850 and 2003 could not be factual, it would be a theory. An estimate. As of today, that estimate is .8% based on unproven science that has changed dramatically in its ability to create an accurate model.

In theory, the enhancement of global temperature could align with the advancement of weather manipulation and geo-engineering just as easily as claiming the casual factor is carbon emissions.

According to scientists, the last ice age ended between 10,000 and 20,000 years ago. That would indicate a potential deviation of 10,000 years – not terribly accurate.   Scientists claim that the reason the ice age ended was due to a rise in carbon dioxide.   Volcanic eruptions create vast plumes of carbon dioxide.   Volcanoes exist both on land and undersea. There have been 404 volcanic eruptions since 1883.   Since 1980 – there have been 18 volcanic eruptions with a rating of at least VEI of 4.

It is estimated that 200 million tons of carbon are emit into the atmosphere annually by volcanic action.

But even this data is an extrapolation, not a fact.   Still it has widely been the accepted causal factor that pulled earth out of its last ice age. Why? Because science has no other explanation.

In other words: based on massive extrapolations, estimates, best guesses, faulty science, and zero historical technology, science has concluded that our planet needs geo-engineering of our natural climate change in order to ‘save the planet’ and ‘save the children’.

And in so doing – may actually wipe out large swathes of agriculture production in order to save a few estimated millions of houses many of which are built of mud and clay.

Weather Modification – The God Particle

With Hurricane Harvey behind us, Hurricane Irma barreling down on us, and apparently two more offshore waiting in line, what isn’t being reported are the 81 large raging fires across the US, burning 1.4 million acres to date. Of the 81 fires, 58 are still ‘uncontrolled’.  And the US weather extremes are a global phenomena.

Without any warning from the ‘media’, in Colorado we woke up Monday to what was called ‘light smoke’. That meant you had a visibility of about a mile, your eyes burned, your throat was rough, scratchy and dry, and everything smelled like fire. Being outdoors for more than 15 minutes was said to be dangerous to your health.   Twelve other states were experiencing ‘heavy smoke’ that was considered hazardous.

But absolutely nothing in the mainstream media?

The smoke from the fires in the northwest was so pervasive they were experiencing it in North Carolina.  Not a word.

Washington has declared a state of emergency, the fires are threatening Glacier National Park and Yosemite, and there are numerous evacuations in both Oregon and Washington.  Not a word.

San Francisco was experiencing temperatures over one hundred, peaking at 115, which hasn’t been registered since the early 1900’s during the great San Francisco fire.

At the same time… Fires ravaged more than 400 hectares of land and homes in southeastern France, Russia experienced ‘flash flooding forcing the evacuation of 20,000, and 95% of St Martin has been completely destroyed. Severe weather warnings in Europe include most of Italy, Greece and Croatia as heat and flash floods devastate what has been a drought. Water rationing in Rome and Palermo has been instituted.

What the heck is going on?

The Higgs Boson, or more commonly called The God Particle, is an ongoing experiment in Cern on the border of France and Switzerland.  Very secretive, information about particles is forthcoming, but little to no information is transparent about when, how and what the experiments are fused.   Could these smashing of particles be affecting weather and energy patterns across the globe?

Simplistically;  The caldron works with a presumed unstable particle manipulated in a vacuum, Higgs Boson, and through collision processes within a contained state analysis of the particle, it’s strength, its mass and it’s effects, is detailed. As tests are conducted, energy is manipulated and a ripple effect is created in which reality as it relates to time and to the concept of the Great Bang are analyzed.   As Hawkings has warned, we are playing with physical properties that we don’t understand, and the causal spins that these scientists may be creating could alter existence.

The simplistic concept that ‘climate change or global warming’ is attributed to manmade carbons approach is most likely a very carefully crafted detraction from what science, the military, and governments are prodding in their attempt to rule not just the world – but the universe through control of creation… Given that weather is a result of electromagnetic waves, colliding unstable particles is a Pandora’s Box like we can not even imagine.  And could explain the altered state we have created in our electromagnetic energy, ozone, and weather.

These severe weather anomalies have been raised in the news since the 1960’s which coincides with the experiments of HAARP.   This is not a new phenomena, but making the common man the scape goat – is.   It allows the governments to continue to experiment without taking responsibility for the consequences. HAARP, the US version of weather manipulation is well known. Supposedly, the government would have us believe that sometime in 2015, HAARP was chucked and given to the University of Alaska… Why? Because the government suddenly decided it didn’t care about weather modification any longer?   Because the military said it didn’t care about wining wars and control any longer?

REALLY?

A means of world control, is simply chucked and handed over to a – school?

Perhaps the land and an empty facility was handed over to the University, but I seriously doubt the expertise, the equipment, the data, and the scientists all simply shut down shop. More likely they relocated and used their data, knowledge and research in conjunction with – Higgs Boson experiments.

Coincidentally, Higgs Boson shut down for two years 2013 to June 2015, about the same time HAARP was shut down – relocated…

In science, the casualties of experiments whether mice, rats, dogs, cats or humans are considered worthy for The Greater Good.

COP21, Paris Summit -a Biosphere failure

Biosphere. Remember the 1980’s and 1990’s attempt to create a mini earth environment? Their motives and aspirations were truly grounded and worthy! But the results were not exactly what they hoped and anticipated. The $200 million experiment was a success in that it was a failure.

The purpose was to create a mini-me earth. To replicate the environment in a way that could teach us how to be more sustaining – with less. But the earth is much more complex in its design and balance structure. Imagine in the human body there are 25,000 genes. Damaging a part of one can result in down syndrome, alzheimers, cancer, MS, etc… Now imagine earth and the billions of ‘genes’ that make up the body… damaging a part of one might cause our axis – to move.

Housing a rainforest, an ocean, a swamp, a tropic, and a savannah grassland, the idea of the Biosphere was to see if life could be sustained in space or on another planet. This controlled environment captured dew and condensation recycling it back. A wave machine created ocean currents and giant turbines serve to blow wind. They trucked in tons of soil, water from the Sea of Cortez, created contained hydroponic gardens and aquaponic rice paddies. They had a team of scientists confine themselves within the biosphere for two years – and the result? Abject failure.

They couldn’t create enough calories fast enough, malnutrition and weight loss contributed to illness, tension and disputes and even accusations of cheating arose. But the greatest problem they encountered was “wildly fluctuating CO2 emissions”.   The same CO2 that we combat in our present day climate change agenda that the White House and some governments attribute to man.   But the biosphere didn’t have pollution, or industrial activity, or oil wells, or cars – it had only plants, a few animals and some insects.  So what made the CO2 go crazy?

Most of the vertebrae and pollinating insects died. Fish died. But ants and cockroaches thrived and took over.

Panicking, to try and regulate the volatility of the CO2, oxygen was injected at higher levels and deactivation of the savannah and desert were routinely done to attempt to increase photosynthesis.  Didn’t work.  They decided that microbes in the soil were actively increasing the carbon CO2.  Naw.   Ultimately, they found that the carbon dioxide was reacting with the ‘exposed concrete’ forming high volumes of calcium carbonate.

Calcium carbonate is found in rocks, stone and concrete products and when it decomposes it becomes carbon dioxide. How does it decompose?  By contact with heat and water.  Simplistically, this would mean that a planet that is paved in concrete and stone, will decompose its calcium carbonate (concrete) into Carbon dioxide emissions …and Houston, we have a problem.  

Concrete jungles. Turning and churning all that CO2 mixed with exhaust into the atmosphere and choking oxygen from our environment. Hence we have oxygen facials, oxygen saunas, oxygen cafes, oxygen spas… because oxygen levels in major cities are close to levels at 13,000 feet. And while flowerbeds on highrise rooftops might lower excessiv heat, no amount of flower beds on rooftops will be enough to photosynthesize all that – concrete/calcium carbonate dissolving to carbon dioxide.

The Biosphere failed to understand that all things contribute to an ecological balance, including; animals, birds, beetles, bees, wasps, butterflies, etc…all plants, all species, including man. Years ago, this balance phenomena was exemplified in a study of the Amazon rainforest. Each animal, insect, creature big and small had an impact on the environment, down to the ‘dung beetle’ whose job it was to cleanup – the dung.  Omit one, and you change everything.

In our attempt to ‘control’ the weather, as in Weather Modification, we may have disrupted its natural course forever. Shooting holes into our atmosphere, shifting wind currents, seeding clouds, fog dispersion, hail suppression, all coincidentally began the same year that Obama’s scientists claim CO2 emissions increased and global warming began – 1965.

Our world is an amazing place to be sure. To the best of our knowledge no other planet exists like it. Beauty is abundant!   I see nothing wrong with adopting as much solar power as we possibly can. But the Paris Summit, or COP21, is a farce by anyone’s standards. All 195 nations in the world reached an agreement… but only 125 were present… but each nation must get approval of their home governments before that agreement is legally binding…, at any time a country can simply ‘opt out’, and every country must put forth a plan that may vary widely from others, that has no mandate CO2 reduction, and that can be instituted over the next 10-20 years when most of those leaders will be long gone, but it doesn’t really matter because its all voluntary with no penalties for failure…   And even if all nations comply, it is accepted that it will amount to half the necessary reductions to achieve the desired result!   That’s a success???  Help me here!

So what is Obama’s plan?  According to the White House, Obama is personally responsible for reducing greenhouse gas emissions by 17%. Coincidentally, the US Solar Industry issued a report that found that US solar power had increased by 17% – in 2007. Hmmm, fishing for sand?

It is estimated that solar at its peak can sustain about 8% of our needs in the US. As of 2014, there were 515 MW of solar powered plants under construction and another 3,684 MW under development. Germany has 10x that MW capacity and solar accounts for roughly 6.9% of electricity. A long way to go…

Oh, and by the way, the Biosphere shows that global temperatures have risen 1’ since the year 900.  Not to panic.
