The Green Climate Fund – A Soros Child

A funny thing happened on the way to the Forum, everyone cheered, but no one Changed… Germany has declared that it will not meet it’s Climate Change goals for 2020, China says it’s emissions will continue to rise through 2030, and France is mum, as in maybe no one in Paris will notice they have actually done – nothing. Six countries in the EU boast that they have met their goals as stipulated by the EU Commission; Hungary, Croatia, Greece, Bulgaria, Portugal and Romania. YEAH! Except they already complied as of 2014, because their goals were minimal and the economic crisis required ‘belt tightening’, so technically in order to meet goals they had to do – nothing.

So, despite the humbra of toxic words, toxic air hovers large and in charge.

Apparently, The Green Climate Fund is the body tasked with collecting and disbursing pledged funds from countries across the globe.   A quick overview: Japan has disbursed roughly 50% of pledges, Germany a third, The Netherlands a third, France roughly half, China -0-, UK about 2/3, and US 1/3, India -0-, and South America -0.

Of the $10 billion collected by The Green Climate Fund, roughly $45 million was spent on Administrative Expenses in 2017, and $35 million in 2016. Apparently, these hard working Board Members work on average – 10 days per month.   According to the 990 Tax Return dated 2014, it would appear that they raised about $88 million paid some salaries and operating costs and banked the balance. In 2017 they needed to create a investment fund management IT system to handle all the cash… Poor Babies.

Their latest project includes solving the Ethiopian drought problem thru an investment of $45 million to be developed over a five year period.   So far, they haven’t actually ‘done’ anything except draft a proposal – funding = $0.   They have pledged $38.5 million toward Columbia in order to improve the ecosystem.   This too is a proposal for which no actual work has been done and no money disbursed.   They have pledged $57 million to Argentina in the form of a “Loan”, $0 actually disbursed. There is an outstanding pledge grant of $31.4 million to Egypt for infrastructure rebuilding, nothing disbursed. A grant of $26.9 million to Nauru, the world’s smallest island, for the purpose of developing a climate resistant port. No dollars disbursed.

In fact, it would appear that the funds are primarily targeting ‘infrastructure and water shortages’. Both of these issues are certainly important, they just aren’t about changing the global warming trend that the fund stipulates to be their purpose.  So why are they funding these projects?

Who are the recipients? Namibia, Morocco, Senegal, Maldives, Ecuador, Mali, Gambia, Tualu, Armenia, Vietnam, El Salvador, Fiji, Peru, etc…

A Few Examples:

Malawi: USAID has been working with the government of Malawi for years to help mitigate agricultural shifts and provide drought security. USAID budget request for 2018 was $15.4 billion. So why is the Green Fund duplicating USAID?

Maldives: They have been battling a losing battle as the sea’s rise and the islands are swamped. Their 2008 government plant to abandon ship and relocate was dismissed and a $10 billion contract with the Saudi’s was initiated whereby they would secure their shipping route safety and develop the islands for tourism relocating thousands of local people. So is The Green Fund actually collaborating with the Saudi’s?

Ecuador:   Ecuador has been raising it’s fist to resolve water issues for years. The government has made some radical changes, particularly in energy investment and diversity. Partnering with the European Commission thru EUROCLIMA, they have spent $4.2 billion on energy projects.   They are currently funded by the REDD+ Program within the UN. So why is The Green Fund duplicating funding projects?

It would appear, that The Green Fund is simply a duplicate board tasked with billions of dollars in funding whose purpose may very well be to create a slush fund to give the appearance of battling Climate Change, aka, Global Warming, when in fact it is sustaining the infrastructure, agriculture and energy growth of third world countries. To what ultimate goal?

Given it’s purported goal is to raise $100 billion per year, it should be noted that it’s Board of Directors is predominantly comprised of Arabs, Africans, and various representatives from the Netherlands, many of whom seem to be devoid of a background, with the exception of the Globalist, Leonardo Martinez-Diaz. He has written extensively on globalizing emerging and developing countries in order to create a Global Order. He is a Global Director at Sustainable Finance Center at the World Resources Institute.

World Resources Institute partners with the George Soros – Open Society Foundations.

And there you have it: The Green Climate Fund, which is demanding contributions in the range of $100 billion annually, is utilizing those funds to create a global network of developing countries so as to ultimately incorporate their governments into a unified One World Order. Climate Change/Global Warming are simply tag phrases to sucker the funds for – The Greater Good of the Order of George Soros.

COP21, Paris Summit -a Biosphere failure

Biosphere. Remember the 1980’s and 1990’s attempt to create a mini earth environment? Their motives and aspirations were truly grounded and worthy! But the results were not exactly what they hoped and anticipated. The $200 million experiment was a success in that it was a failure.

The purpose was to create a mini-me earth. To replicate the environment in a way that could teach us how to be more sustaining – with less. But the earth is much more complex in its design and balance structure. Imagine in the human body there are 25,000 genes. Damaging a part of one can result in down syndrome, alzheimers, cancer, MS, etc… Now imagine earth and the billions of ‘genes’ that make up the body… damaging a part of one might cause our axis – to move.

Housing a rainforest, an ocean, a swamp, a tropic, and a savannah grassland, the idea of the Biosphere was to see if life could be sustained in space or on another planet. This controlled environment captured dew and condensation recycling it back. A wave machine created ocean currents and giant turbines serve to blow wind. They trucked in tons of soil, water from the Sea of Cortez, created contained hydroponic gardens and aquaponic rice paddies. They had a team of scientists confine themselves within the biosphere for two years – and the result? Abject failure.

They couldn’t create enough calories fast enough, malnutrition and weight loss contributed to illness, tension and disputes and even accusations of cheating arose. But the greatest problem they encountered was “wildly fluctuating CO2 emissions”.   The same CO2 that we combat in our present day climate change agenda that the White House and some governments attribute to man.   But the biosphere didn’t have pollution, or industrial activity, or oil wells, or cars – it had only plants, a few animals and some insects.  So what made the CO2 go crazy?

Most of the vertebrae and pollinating insects died. Fish died. But ants and cockroaches thrived and took over.

Panicking, to try and regulate the volatility of the CO2, oxygen was injected at higher levels and deactivation of the savannah and desert were routinely done to attempt to increase photosynthesis.  Didn’t work.  They decided that microbes in the soil were actively increasing the carbon CO2.  Naw.   Ultimately, they found that the carbon dioxide was reacting with the ‘exposed concrete’ forming high volumes of calcium carbonate.

Calcium carbonate is found in rocks, stone and concrete products and when it decomposes it becomes carbon dioxide. How does it decompose?  By contact with heat and water.  Simplistically, this would mean that a planet that is paved in concrete and stone, will decompose its calcium carbonate (concrete) into Carbon dioxide emissions …and Houston, we have a problem.

Concrete jungles. Turning and churning all that CO2 mixed with exhaust into the atmosphere and choking oxygen from our environment. Hence we have oxygen facials, oxygen saunas, oxygen cafes, oxygen spas… because oxygen levels in major cities are close to levels at 13,000 feet. And while flowerbeds on highrise rooftops might lower excessiv heat, no amount of flower beds on rooftops will be enough to photosynthesize all that – concrete/calcium carbonate dissolving to carbon dioxide.

The Biosphere failed to understand that all things contribute to an ecological balance, including; animals, birds, beetles, bees, wasps, butterflies, etc…all plants, all species, including man. Years ago, this balance phenomena was exemplified in a study of the Amazon rainforest. Each animal, insect, creature big and small had an impact on the environment, down to the ‘dung beetle’ whose job it was to cleanup – the dung.  Omit one, and you change everything.

In our attempt to ‘control’ the weather, as in Weather Modification, we may have disrupted its natural course forever. Shooting holes into our atmosphere, shifting wind currents, seeding clouds, fog dispersion, hail suppression, all coincidentally began the same year that Obama’s scientists claim CO2 emissions increased and global warming began – 1965.

Our world is an amazing place to be sure. To the best of our knowledge no other planet exists like it. Beauty is abundant!   I see nothing wrong with adopting as much solar power as we possibly can. But the Paris Summit, or COP21, is a farce by anyone’s standards. All 195 nations in the world reached an agreement… but only 125 were present… but each nation must get approval of their home governments before that agreement is legally binding…, at any time a country can simply ‘opt out’, and every country must put forth a plan that may vary widely from others, that has no mandate CO2 reduction, and that can be instituted over the next 10-20 years when most of those leaders will be long gone, but it doesn’t really matter because its all voluntary with no penalties for failure…   And even if all nations comply, it is accepted that it will amount to half the necessary reductions to achieve the desired result!   That’s a success???  Help me here!

So what is Obama’s plan?  According to the White House, Obama is personally responsible for reducing greenhouse gas emissions by 17%. Coincidentally, the US Solar Industry issued a report that found that US solar power had increased by 17% – in 2007. Hmmm, fishing for sand?

It is estimated that solar at its peak can sustain about 8% of our needs in the US. As of 2014, there were 515 MW of solar powered plants under construction and another 3,684 MW under development. Germany has 10x that MW capacity and solar accounts for roughly 6.9% of electricity. A long way to go…

Oh, and by the way, the Biosphere shows that global temperatures have risen 1’ since the year 900.  Not to panic.

Climate Summit – gaming the Africa Land Grab

Why are we giving billions to Africa to combat global warming?

Everyone seems to simply accept the notion that giving Africa billions of dollars and labeling it Climate Change Funding, will somehow actually change “Global Warming”.  It is nonsensical at best, and very devious at worst. And unfortunately, somewhat brilliant as we taxpayers pay for the infrastructure to support the Africa Land Grabs on behalf of governments and business conglomerates while they reap the profits.

In Africa, climate change has been a documented and theorized scientific phenomena for tens of thousands of years. Given there was no “industrial revolution” ten thousand years ago, it is a safe conclusion that humans had no impact on global warming whatsoever – then. So why would we think that the 4% could possibly change the direction of this natural phenomena? Because there is a hidden agenda – of course.

According to climatologists, Africa’s climate changed from a tropical grassland to desert between 8000 and 3000 B.C. That desert area that plagues the northern hemisphere of the continent remains today. While Africa’s infrastructure is poor to non-existent, the cause of this is not “Climate Change”. According to a paper released by the World Bank, the deficiencies in infrastructure are due to corruption, crime, financial markets and red tape. There is no mention of ‘global warming’. The paper goes on to say that the largest deficiency is in power – electricity for the 48 Sub-Saharan countries supporting 800 million is roughly the same as Spain’s supporting 45 million.

So why are we associating climate change with what is clearly corruption issues?

Could the land grabs of Africa over the last five years be related to the investment of billions under the guise of Climate Change/Global Warming? Power, electricity, roadways, these lacking conditions plague the land grabbers from cultivating the land at maximum efficiency, ie raping profits. How to mitigate the problem? Create a disaster, call it Global Warming, disguise funding, and poof – infrastructure for free!

In 2014, The African Climate Change Fund – a bank – was established with a contribution from Germany in the amount of 4.725 million Euro. The fund has given money to Mali, Kenya, Swaziland and Cape Verde. These same countries have been the targets of massive land grabbing by;   UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Germany, US, UK, China, Sweden, South Korea, India, Jordan, Libya, Kuwait, Egypt, and Djibouti.

In the banks 2014 annual report it stated that a sum of $660 billion would be needed to ‘meet the needs’. A hefty chunk of change that “world leaders” decided could be funded by – you and I!

The ACCF is a subsidiary managed by the African Development Bank – and Germany. Three dominate members of the UN panel which officiates the Climate Change Fund include; Jens Stoltenberg, current Secretary General at NATO and former Prime Minister of Norway; Akinwumi Desina, current President of the African Development Bank – and former VP for Alliance for A Green Revolution – a prominent Bill Gates Foundation; and George Soros, chairman of the Soros investment and financial services company. Uh-oh.

This would obviously mean that Soros has a large stake in the decision making process that determines the funding that the world will make to support the African Development Bank, and thus, The African Climate Change Fund. Which would appear to be the True agenda at the Paris Summit.

We also have the fact that NGO’s are the largest group being awarded grants and funding by the ACCF. NGO’s are typically conglomerates and individuals who prefer to remain somewhat anonymous in their business dealings while operating under the guise of some very important agenda…including such innocuous sounding organizations as “Natural Resource Governance Institute”, which is mumbojumbo speak for George Soros World Order.

This would mean that the Climate Summit has little to nothing to do with Climate and everything to do with siphoning money to prop up necessary infrastructures in Africa so as to ease the efficiency of agricultural and cash crop farming on Africa’s grab lands by foreign investors whose agenda is to maximize their profits.!    Land is cheap to free, labor is cheap, water is confiscated, infrastructure is provided for free, and voila!  Africa becomes the new raped country where fuel is exported, crops are exported and the country will be left razed, arid, and forgotten.

Because it isn’t about Africa, or the African people, it is about making money and selling ones soul.
