Data Center Inefficiency – America vs China

Trump tells Americans that if we don’t support the massive expansion of Data Centers we are stupid and should leave the country.  That’s it.  He can’t expound on why – because he simply doesn’t know.  So why open his mouth and reveal his ignorance? The Number of Data Centers in China is estimated at 300-500.  The number in America is estimated at 4000 to 5000.  Yet the gigawatt capacity for America is 43 compared to China’s 40. Revealing a massive inefficiency of quality where ‘more is less’.

Up until 2020, Data Center electricity consumption was largest in America although parallel to Europe, Asia, and China. By 2026, US consumption was 400% greater than China. Consumption does not translate to greater capacity – it translates to ineptitude and waste.

Further, in terms of AI robotics – China is winning the race – the tortoise and the hare. US States are stating, not predicting, electricity costs will increase by 10% annually.   China’s electricity costs are HALF that of America. One country looks after its people, the other country looks after its elite.  It is not a reflection of communism vs capitalism because China is not a wholly communist nation and America hasn’t been a capitalist country for 250 years… the Illusion.

The best statement that sums it up is from Vaneck – “China powers production – and the US fuels consumption and comfort.” The basis of consumption is to create a false depiction of growth.  Growth is defined as an increase in production of goods.  US manufacturing has been in a downward tail spin for decades while inflationary pricing maintains a flat line version of ‘growth’.  In the US, growth is measured by inflation – not production.

Which is why America is a failed economic ideology.

Secondly, America’s manufacturing sector is led by War spending which produces NOTHING for the economy. There is no growth in building weapons. And the spiral quickens.

The US claims it produces $2.9 trillion annually in manufacturing of goods. Transportation Equipment ranks number one in manufacturing value representing $933 Billion annually. Defense spending makes up roughly $755 billion. The third largest manufacturing sector in the US is Chemicals – led by Big Pharma products. This sector represents $675 billion.  Growth is a product of efficiency of manufacturing. These three industries translate to 86% of America’s growth and manufacturing production wherein  2 contribute absolutely NOTHING toward actual growth.

The 5000 Data Centers is a perfect example of wasted money, land, and benefit towards growth.  Palm Beach County commissioners rejected a proposal to build a massive AI data center about 20 miles from Mar-a-Lago following local resident backlash. The reasoning? Loss of water resources and electricity overload blackouts.  Trump once again reveals his abject hypocrisy!

The Big Query:  Why does a country with a population of 2 billion require only 300-500 Data Centers, while a country with 330 million require 5400+? Is it to boost the illusion of Economic Productivity?  That’s illogical. Data Center’s under construction will add 66 more gigawatts of capacity draining water and electricity to zero. According to The Rothschild Economist – ‘people are just getting grumpy’.  The understatement of the century.  Grumpy? Our Economy is twalette water, food prices have doubled, gas prices and diesel prices continue to hike retail, food, housing, and energy to unsustainable levels leaving 97% of Americans behind.

Estimated buildout value of US Data Centers is expected to peak at $7 Trillion. What would happen if the US had no Data Centers?  No Internet. No online financial transactions. No Netflix. Online order tracking, warehouse logistics, and inventory databases rely entirely on data servers, which would halt deliveries – Amazon would crash.  No more digital client records. SMART Power attached to your home would crash. Robots would die.

Florida seems to be leading the flock of Data Centers with 111.  Their impact is huge: High continuous noise (55–65 decibels) from cooling towers and large fans, obstructed views, and potential property value discounts of 5% to 18%. Air pollution from emergency diesel generators is also a significant factor.  Diesel prices as a direct result of Trump’s war on Iran  is reaching record highs contributing not just Data Center costs – but Pandemic era cost prohibition levels.

The vast majority of Data Centers are owned by Amazon, Microsoft and META. But that doesn’t necessarily coincide with which companies lead in AI Robotics which includes: Symbotic, Tesla, Boston Dynamics, Agility Robotics and – Amazon. Raising an interesting Query…

Farm Bankruptcies up 46% in 2025 BEFORE Iran War

MEET the man who is likely the producer of the beef trimmings Trump is buying from Argentina – Eduardo Elsztain.  Hardly ‘dying’ as Trump attempted to play, Eduardo is worth well over $8 billion+ given his appraisal in the Panama Papers Caper some years ago.  He  runs Argentina and tells Milei what to do, when, and how.  He brought Milei to power and can take him down in an hour.

Elsztain’s father ventured into Argentina real estate at the advice of his rabbi. Today 850,000 hectares of farm and ranchland are managed by his company Cresud.  Real Estate holdings include hotels and Malls across South America and the US.  He has ownership in IRSA and most recently Sendero Resources specializing in gold, copper, nickel and lithium mines.  He considers himself one of George Soros’s proteges.

A follower of Chabad, created in 1775 by Rabbi Schner Zalman and rooted in the Rothschild family, Elsztain maintains a larger than life profile in his wealth accumulation utilizing Rabbi’s to advise him on his business ventures. The problem with these two Mega Capitalists, Trump and Elsztain, is their focus on monetary wealth will be a worthless enterprise in a global collapse.  The global collapse as orchestrated by the Zionist/Chabadist Jews is for the return of their Mesiah – Not Christ.  That Mesiah is rooted in Satan.

The Holy War. Each Country’s government is required to do its part in creating this desolation/Armageddon in order for the Jewish Zionists to realize their final offering to Ba’al. This beginning is slated to be 2028 when Trump will illegally impose himself as the winner of a third term Presidential Office igniting civil war across the US.  The ICE/IDF will act as the Gestapo.  While various police and Sheriff offices have already committed to the IDF superiority ideology. Particularly in urban cities.

ALL of which could be avoided IF Trump simply stopped every war the US is involved in right now including Palestine, Iran, Somalia, Sudan, Venezuela, Cuba, Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, Ukraine, Yemen and Niger.  But the Zionist Bankers won’t allow this because they have funded every war since the American Revolution via Haym Saloman.  Which created the first War Debt in America to the tune of $75 million.

Trump has no economic understanding at all.  America is suffering under his blockade of the Strait – fertilizer is now more important than oil as JP Morgan warns of food shortages coming in 2027.  In addition, Bank of America and JP Morgan warn this September thru October will be bearish with a possible 10% correction in equity shares. Average market drops have been roughly 7.35% but given the turmoil across the economy as created under the Trump regime, a larger selloff is expected.

AI stocks are over-valued and could trigger the equity market downturn. But given the Argentina Beef scandal, the obvious manipulation of Brent Crude, and farm bankruptcies without fertilizer – America is not ‘winning’ – as Trump claims. Trump’s feud with Canada will only aggravate an already volatile oil market.  Four million barrels of oil ‘Per Day’ representing 60% of all oil imports will put a largess dent in American’s pocketbook as Trump’s Strategic Reserve drawdowns leave America with less than 40 days worth of supply.

The Saudis have cut exports to the US to zero.  And Mexico doesn’t have the capacity to fill the Canadian void.  Meanwhile, Canada has been exporting more oil to China which leaves Trump and his Economics Professors in Twallete Water.  And the twallete is now overflowing like the USS Lincoln.

The classic model claiming a falling dollar will attract more buyers to US goods and manufacturing is hampered by one thing – American manufacturing.  American manufacturing is on a steady decline with the loss of hundreds of thousands of jobs and higher production costs via energy and unions. America is NOT self-sufficient. Primary manufacturing capacity vs output is well behind in chemicals, metals, machinery.  While Trump continues to tout his Tariffs which are paid for by American Taxpayers.

Top destinations for American exports are Mexico – Canada – Japan.  Before Trump’s first Regime, American agriculture exports had been a surplus for 60 years.  In 2019 that changed. In 2025 the deficit reached $45 billion. For Farmers, the export allocation has traditionally been powered by soybeans, corn, tree nuts, dairy and beef historically making the US the largest exporter of agriculture products. Without fertilizer – this parade will be empty.

As ICE continues its roundup and deportation of immigrants, farmers will be facing a crisis.  In 2025 alone, farm bankruptcies increased by 46%!  With net farm income dipping to $153.4 billion, sector-wide debt climbed to a record $624.7 billion. Add to the fray the absence of affordable fertilizer since the Iran War, the outlook for farmers in 2027 looks even more bleak.

The Problem?  Incompetent Governance. Our Agriculture Secretary is a Lawyer by trade – her degree is in lawyering… The mess is now so extensive that it will take years to even breakeven – assuming appropriate measures are taken to grow America instead of the Greater Israel and Argentina. Given Trump’s lack of understanding, ability to speak Truth, and concern for Americans – it is doubtful he will even try as his focus is unrelenting on his personal family wealth building.

As a Footnote:  Trump’s claim that the Navy has removed or detonated all mines in the Strait should be taken with a grain of salt.  As of August 1st an uncrewed underwater minehunter developed by General Dynamics Mission Systems and delivered to the Navy in 2021 — was likely deployed from a littoral combat ship to pinpoint the locations of potential mines, giving U.S. forces a safe surface route to work with. “That’s sort of a halfway accomplishment, but nowhere near yet to actually fully clearing it,”  ~ Cmdr. Joseph Bubulka, head of the mine warfare branch in the Office of the Chief of Naval Operations for Expeditionary Warfare.

China Trade War – MSM Playing The Wizard Of Oz…

CNBC’s Emma Newberger has published an article claiming that Goldman Sachs the has stated; “cost of tariffs imposed by President Donald Trump last year against Chinese goods has fallen “entirely” on American businesses and households…”   Goldman says there are two very detailed, item level studies that prove that Chinese imports remain at the same price. In addition, the US GDP could be hit by a .4% decline.

I suppose to some this sounds devastating. But when analyzed just a bit, the entire article is misleading at best, an illusion, and a tactical study in propaganda at the very least.

The article does not provide any link to any studies. It cites no statistics.   There is no historical graph.   In fact, it is red Jello with absolutely no cherries. Hospital food.

Between 2016 and 2017, the Consumer Price Index, before the levy of ANY tariffs, rose 2.1%.   In 2018, the CPI increased 1.9%.   Between 1970 and 2018, the CPI rose 25% with a starting point of -10%.   This increase coincides with the increase in the ‘money supply’ which doubled into Nirvana land during the Obama administration.

As for the US GDP rate, in 2017 it was 2.3%. In 2018, GDP increased to 2.9%. And in the first quarter of 2019, it increased 3.2%.   A .4% decline from the previous year would amount to a total reduction of .0116 resulting in a new rate of 3.18%.

Just three months ago, the very liberal CNN authored a story in which they claim that “the Chinese economy has slowed severely.   It has hit its lowest level in three years.   And it is much, much weaker than government figures suggest.” Local businesses blame the trade wars.   Senior China economist at Capital Economics claims the economy of China shrank 3% last year making the Goldman Sachs argument smell like a dairy farm.

The problem with the media is they do not have the power to ‘delete’ history, and so instead they attempt to rewrite it.   But a five minute research by anyone can quite literally unfold the truth and reveal a plethora of lies. In politics, they call them ‘gaffes’.   In the media, they are fake news.

Goldman Sachs is thus guilty of – fake news.

Barron’s claims that the US economy is slowing down. They site different methodologies for measuring the growth and choose to eliminate certain ones so as to lower the actual numbers.   But a measurement is only so good as it’s comparable historical measure. To conveniently eliminate certain industries because they might ‘artificially inflate’ the number means one would have to eliminate those numbers for all history. It is a defeating argument, designed to manipulate and propagandize the economy.

In essence, when analyzing the manufacturing industry of the US, Barron’s has determined that the current outlook is ‘half as bad’ as the decline from 2014-2016 during the Obama reign.

All numbers are intertwined.   If economists are going to extrapolate specific numbers without looking at the whole, then there will always be fluctuations, but the whole is the ultimate grade of an economy, not the individual parts.

The Gestalt theory, expressed in psychological terms in the 1920’s, understood that the whole is a sum of the parts.   Thus extracting ‘a part’ denies the whole. My father named his sailboat, “Gestalt”.

If one reviews the news from farmer and agriculture sites, as opposed to political news sites, the concerns are not so much China as: weather, disease, techniques, herbicides, trends, organics, toxicity, soil – all the normal discussions among those inside the industry.

What they aren’t discussing is – China.

What this reveals is that the MSM is manufacturing a Farming crisis without a farmer, they are creating an Economic crisis without a study or statistic, and they are creating an illusion without – magic.

In fact, the MSM is no different than the Wizard of Oz, a slight, old man, standing behind a great curtain, using machines to create smoke and noise so as to scare Dorothy and her companions, when in fact, there is nothing wrong – at all – and they all can find what they want inside themselves without the idiotic, narcissist behind the curtain.

POOF….
