AMERICA: A Regime of Government For Government

What would it take to rebuild America?   What form of government would be immune to blackmail?   Can America undo FDR?   Every Executive Order is required to comply with the US Constitution.   Can Constitution Amendments be repealed?   While we are ‘told’ America is a pure capitalist society, is that factual?   Technically, America has been operating under a socialist/monarchial-elite government for decades – if not centuries. 

The illusion – the first lie.

During Russia’s Soviet imperialism era, the government operated under a communist/Marxist manifesto regime.   When the Soviets were liberated from this oppression, it is almost as though the entity that held Russia under its thumb attached to Reagan like a globular cell and was brought to America in full force –  creating an American Soviet Union.  This Union was then allowed to infiltrate every aspect of the US Government recreating a Bolshevik America.

The ‘entity’ attached itself to every aspect of Imperialism to the point that Congressional members became infatuated with themselves and their self imposed mini-power.   As though the entity infiltrated into their psyche.  It typically manifests in the classic smug statement,  “Do you know who I am!?”   Threatening repercussions should a business dare not bow and scrape to their power and push the peasants to the back of the line.   Ted Cruz.

Today, Politicians act like spoiled Entertainers – the Jesters of the King.  Notoriety is their goal.   Fame.   Fortune.   And their roles are dictated by a script provided by the Shadows who are too fearful and cowardly to reveal themselves.

China’s Government is labeled a “Uniparty Socialist Republic”.   A nice way of saying Communist.   However, note that China is a Republic.   Americans are quick to correct anyone who dares claim we are a Democracy – we are a Republic – they scream in defiance!   Well, so is China, so is Egypt, so is Greece, Italy, Yemen, Russia, Poland, France etc…   The definition is thus worthless as it defines every communist stronghold in Africa… Europe and Asia.

What is the US Government?

This Is What We Are TOLD:   “The Constitution establishes a federal democratic republic form of government. That is, we have an indivisible union of 50 sovereign States. It is a democracy because people govern themselves. It is representative because people choose elected officials by free and secret ballot.” ~ The White House

Self-Governing.   The concept arose  in ancient Greece during the time of Plato – 550ish BC.   Whether that was ever an intention in America, or simply a propaganda postulation is unknown.   But, it certainly does NOT apply in any manner today.   The Pandemic made that quite clear.   The US is not run by the White House or Congress – that is also abundantly clear.   Putin acknowledged that factoid stating that 40 years ago when conversing with the US the CIA was running the stage.

The concept of a Republic was notable during the Roman Republic – Empire.   Their Constitution was characterized by a Senate composed of wealthy aristocrats wielding significant influence.   Representation in a republic may or may not be freely elected by the general citizenry.  In fact, all it really represents is the lack of a ‘monarchy’.  When viewing the components of a Democracy, the US shares few of those ideologies – including “open society”.

An open society, first coined in 1932, is defined as one in which ‘moral universalism’ is the main characteristic.   But moral universalism means everyone – all 2-5-10 billion inhabitants on earth – must abide by the same ethics as created and adopted by some alien self-defined god, like Klaus Schwab.   The ultimate nihilist.   Created by The Bolsheviks in the Soviet Union – and now ruling America.

It didn’t work so well for the Soviet Union – millions put to death arbitrarily, millions starved, no trade, no productivity, no evolution, no modernization, no philosophy, no religion, no smiley faces…

So what sort of government is effective?  

We are told that Denmark is the least corrupt government in the world… – according to ‘perception’.   In other words, the Danes are so muddled in propaganda, they have no idea what their government is doing – therefore it must be Tony The Tiger – Grrreeeaat – Perception!   To put it into perspective – Canada and the UK are also ranked among the least corrupt governments… ~ World Economic Forum.

Corrupt US NGO’s promote their ability to ‘fight corruption’ around the world – stand up for justice…   And once upon a time – we believed.   We just don’t any more – and America cannot regain that veil – ever.

The Democrat Party is considered the longest lasting party to survive in the US – 187 years.   But in its present form – that would be through fraud and corruption.   ANY government can be usurped by nefarious individuals, only a few have managed to prevent that coup – Russia and China – utilizing two completely different forms.

CHINA:   China’s success came from opening its market to trade.   China’s failure came from their misplaced trust in western governments.  TRADE was the means to success.  But as the enemy – trade was deleted.   Therefore, China was relegated to find other sources to benefit its existence… when the US decided China Good = China BAD.

RUSSIA:   Russia’s success came from slowly building their entire economy from scratch after being freed of the Bolsheviks.   Their ‘near’ failure came from Trusting western governments.   Once relieved of the oppression, Russia has become a formidable state.   Built on Nationalism, a love of country, and a religious house of stone.

What made Putin Enemy #1 in the view of the Western Cartel, is also what made Putin favored #1 with the Russian People.  He booted all things Soros, communism, Rothschild, NGO infiltration and coup proliferation from the country and firmly kept them at bay.

NO COUNTRY IS PERFECT:   Crime will always exist.   Mafia Cartels exist in every country.  Some are more prominent.   China has organized crime cartels, Russia has the Russian Mafia, and the US has The CIA and FBI.   ALL these cartels operate on a global basis looking for the weak point wherein they can attach control.   However, the largest and wealthiest Mafia Headline still belongs to Italy in Calabria.

What successful governments and Cartels share in common to survive is – unity.   China attempts to force unity, while Russia promotes unity through nationalism, and the US destroys unity through forced immigration, diversity, and racism.   China, Russia, Cartels, have little to Nix, Nada, Nilch – diversity.   Diversity is not a cornerstone to growth – it is the means of economic and social death.

America is now the MOST ethnically diverse country in the world by percentage of population, displacing the ethnic majority – white.    Middle Eastern countries have zero tolerance diversity.   When analyzing the most effective form of government in the world, the US and Israel rank 26th and 27th.  NOT stellar.

When discussing various forms of government, the ideologies are based on a perfect system that will never be corrupted.   A ‘perfect democracy’ vs an ‘absolute dictatorship’.   Neither truly exist.   Because it isn’t about the form as much as it is about the person running the form.  In the US that would include:   FDR, who greatly increased government, took power away from The People, regulated everything and everyone, and created the caste system of rule.   This would be followed by Johnson, Carter, Clinton, Bush, Obama, and Biden…

America has yet to have the grace of a man who can rule with an iron fist to protect The People, while ruling with respect and fidelity for The People.   Instead, we lay listless, the wind has died, the sails are tattered, the crew is worn weary, and a hurricane force storm is brewing on the seas.   Captain… what do you do?

Captain Biden would call a lid and go on vacation.

There is no perfect government.   However, during Biden’s tenure, the jobs reports typically show that employment has been generated via more hiring in the government – not the private sector.   Expanding the government is classic totalitarianism.   Rule by Might – facts and history are thus ruled by the government.   Instead of intelligent noble leaders we are gifted the grifters within an anarchic ruthless system.   Grifters grift for themselves.

In essence, our entire Federal government is comprised of grifters.   When you work for a cartel – suddenly you become a Ted Cruz – ‘do you know who I am’ persona who believes he is above the peasants and plebes and undesirables.   Unity becomes divisive anger.   And the waves on the sea crash the bow of the boat, flooding the bowels.

Where is The Captain?

Our Constitution should remain the mainstay.   Congress and their 3 million employees should be purged.  State and local governments now account for 15 million full time and 4.5 million part time employees.   Roughly 20 million US employees work for the government – not including civilian employees working for the government.   In fact, there are at least 24 agencies that are considered independent of the federal government despite their being granted government monies via taxpayers.  In addition there are thousands of NGO’s – nongovernmental organizations – working for the government, as the federal government, paid for – by the government despite their nongovernmental status;   CIA, NASA, FCC, Federal Reserve, EPA, etc…   PURGE.

Thus America has become a country whose government works for the government, by the government, and with the government to further – the government.  It isn’t technically about Capitalism vs Socialism, or Republican vs Democrat, it is about abuse of power.   Congress should be limited to 50 states.   Senators are redundant.   District Representatives – are redundant and worthless.  They have no value, serve no purpose, and cost inane amounts of money when staffing and security become their entire valuation.

Pensions should be eliminated completely.   Benefits should match those provided by middle America businesses.   Education requirements should not include bought and paid for degrees from mafia cartels – Soros, Rothschild, Morgan, etc… or couch-services.   This is NOT Pompeii.

Obviously, the only way to purge to this extent would be thru The Clauses of The Constitution recognizing The People as the Employer and The government – as employees.   Trump does not have this Power.   But, we do.   Constitutionally.   WE have The Power.   We simply need to exercise it.

BORDER INVASION – A Legal Unraveling of Treason

The Border Invasion brings with it a plethora of issues that the democrats seemingly embrace, including;   diseases, gang violence, child trafficking, chaos, murder, and a proposed Civil or Revolutionary War.   It appears the FBI and Military intend to use these men to fight and kill Americans – providing them with the means, guns – while decrying gun violence and calling for confiscation.   And Texas is taking a stand.

Like the US Military, FBI recruitment necessitates a relaxation of requirements for enlistment due to large shortages in personnel.  In particular, those lax requirements include; weight, education (high school not required), drug use, mental acuity, IQ development, physical fitness, and experience – opening the door to the illegal immigrant young men invading our border.   Would this be “Legal”?

The potential Election of Nikki Haley is looking rather lame.   Biden requires more and more drugs just to exist on stage for five minute intervals.  The protests across France and Germany are fueling and reinvigorating a power struggle that has been brewing for 3 years.   And unrest is growing stronger – but is that what they want?   Are we falling into their designed plan?

Does Texas have The Constitutional right?

Article IV Relationships Between the States

“The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion.”

What constitutes an invasion per legal review:   “gangs operating within the territory of a U.S. state, may fall under the category of invaders, provided their criminal activity reaches a scale or degree of organization that deliberately overthrows or curtails the lawful sovereignty of the state.”   The basic point is ‘entry and enmity’.  They must show active hostility.   Given the vast majority of the ‘invaders’ are nonwhite and the Biden White House is adamantly inciting antiwhite ideology, that alone could qualify the definition.

What is a Republican government?   A government which is elected.   Nonelected officials have no power over The People according to the US Constitution.   These nonelected officials would include the Federal Reserve, NIH, CDC, EPA, SEC, SSA, CIA, IRS, FTC, USAID, etc…  They are independent of the government and thus have no authority over The People according to The Constitution.  We have zero obligation to do as they say….

Over the span of three years, between 6 million and 10 million illegal immigrants have crossed the southern border.   The vast majority are flown into Mexico via the Bush, Clinton, Obama, Carter NGO – Welcome.US which utilizes donated and prebought airline tickets – buses – trains – and ships to offload.

In 2021, Biden passed a widespread law that outlines how illegals can be exempt from the normal processes for naturalization.  The law says that “any alien who… at the time of application for a visa, or… for admission or adjustment of status, is likely at any time to become a public charge is inadmissible.”

However, the plethora of exemptions has made the ‘public charge’ rule baseless.  Included in those exemptions is “EXEMPTIONS ALSO INCLUDE – every single one of the inadmissible aliens that the Biden administration has let into the country since January 2021.” ~ The Heritage Foundation.

The fact that half the States are now backing Texas creates a blue/red civil war as the split between those who support the invasion and those who oppose.   A convoy of truckers are making their way to Texas to aid in the ‘oppose’.   The timing is interesting in that Canada’s Supreme Court just ruled that Trudeau’s application of the Emergency Act to quell the truckers protesting last year – was unconstitutional.   Setting the precedent against Biden.

Of course, the border crisis is a backpack on the Ukraine Funding Crisis wherein Biden is asking for $60 BILLION to buy new weapons from Lockheed, Raytheon, and Northrup after depleting our inventory thru donations to Ukraine.   The Trump wall that was denied was a request for $5 billion – for reference purposes.

Biden’s lawyers are claiming that an ‘invasion’ must be defined as coming from a ‘foreign army’. 

Are cartels facilitating the border crossings considered a foreign army?  Yes.  Because they bring in drugs, arms, and illegal substances in order to murder American citizens.   Fentanyl deaths are the direct result of these cartels crossing into the US illegally.

James Madison, the father of the US Constitution, labeled an invasion as ‘foreign hostility’.   Given he was an author of the document, I imagine his definition would take precedence over WH lawyers and media pundit’s definition who had no parlay in the drafting of either The Constitution or Bill of Rights.

“Section 4 of Article IV includes any unwanted unlawful entry that harms or threatens to harm the interests of the state or states invaded and the citizens therein. “  Articles of Confederation, the states sought to provide “for their common defense … against all force offered to, or attacks made upon them, or any of them, on account of … any … pretense whatever.”

The term ‘invasion’ is hugely impactful given hundreds of NGO’s and Catholic churches are facilitating and funding this border crisis.   In addition 3 living  previous presidents of the US are facilitating this foreign hostile invasion making them complicit in treason.   They desperately need the term quashed!

Among the invaders are criminals of other nations – Venezuela, known terrorists, cartels selling illegal drugs, and migrants carrying diseases without quarantine.  A Health Invasion.

Had the Biden Handlers processed the illegal invasion via the proper protocols of medical tests, drug tests, and criminal affiliations, Biden Handlers might have a case.   Had the NGO’s provided a process for properly ensuring that the migrants were not a threat to Americans – If Mayorkas had made any attempt to quell the sheer numbers instead of inflaming them – the White House might have a case.

But they specifically chose not to.  They specifically failed to attempt to secure the border.  THUS, they are fundamentally complicit in purposefully violating the US Constitution and should be subject to all criminal consequences therein.

CO Failed Constitutional Law – tries to supersede Federal Law

The Colorado Court’s decision to take Trump off the “Primary Ballot’ is basically doomed before it gets off the ground.   The decision was made without Constitutional due process.   The justices are creating an ‘opinion’ without a trial or conviction.   An appeal has no grounds because there is not a crime.   Opinion – is not law.   Therefore, Trump’s option is to bring it before the Federal Supreme Court which will immediately over-rule as to the Constitutionality – and likely punish the associate justices for their illegal action.

The Colorado Constitutional justices making this decision are not justices, they are associates, they have no Constitutional legal background, and have no legal authority because there has been no conviction.

Essentially, it is a distraction.

Technically, the ruling has been ‘stayed until January 4th’ when holidays are over and Justices return to court.   It is also the same time frame, January 1st, as the release of 177 Epstein associate names that will likely upend quite a few political careers.  The List is based on a civil lawsuit brought by one of the abused against Ghislaine Maxwell.   The names had been sealed from the public, and Federal Judge Preska has called for the List to be ‘unsealed’.   Some of the names include those of minor victims – who will likely remain sealed.

Many of the names on the List have already been mentioned in the media before – however, they are subjects of a lawsuit – a Legal Web of tangled proportions that could result in ‘whistleblowers’ coming forward for immunity.

The Colorado distraction is simply a means of deflection which the Media is all too happy to oblige.   The Justices that voted against Trump do not have a background in Constitutional Law to support their use of the 14th Amendment.  They include:
Richard Gabriel – an “Associate” justice whose specialty is business law.

William Hood III – an “Associate” justice who was previously a District prosecutor.

Monica Marquez – a former deputy AG, her expertise was employment law.

Melissa Hart – prior to being appointed to Colorado Supreme Court, Hart taught legal ethics and professionalism.  She gave a week long class for the Marshall-Brennan Constitutional Literary project which teaches high school students about discrimination.   The Project was created by Jamie Raskin, a far-left Jewish attorney whose ancestors came from Bolshevik Soviet Union.   A Constitutional Law teacher turned Congressman, Raskin refused to certify Trump’s 2016 election win based on Russiagate.   In 2021, Raskin was named the Impeachment Manager for Trump’s second impeachment with regard to the “Insurrection” – for which he was acquitted.

A Federal acquittal vs a Colorado non-trial illegal accusation… is a rather blatant form of election interference.   “The Supreme Court held that under Article III of the Constitution, the federal courts have the final jurisdiction in all cases involving the Constitution and laws of the United States, and that the states therefore cannot interfere with federal court judgments.”

They have no ability to convict Trump to support their argument.   Without a conviction, the entire stage play is simply another judicial comedy that could backfire and see these justices reprimanded for blatant disregard of Due Process.

“Due process of law is application by the state of all legal rules and principles pertaining to a case so all legal rights that are owed to a person are respected.”   Trump was not tried and convicted – his Federal acquittal supersedes their ability to impose this claim of Insurrection.

And once again the liberals have provided the American People with yet another reason to support Trump over every other candidate.  

Biden’s Student Loan Forgiveness – A Ponzi Scam

Biden is desperate to find something positive in order to promote voting for Democrats in the 2024 election.   After being gob-smacked for his The Economy is Great campaign, he is now relying on his student debt relief as a ping in his favor.   The Supreme Court already turned down his proposed massive across the board relief, so how is he manipulating Laws to grant loan relief?

Plan B is equally unconstitutional given it does not apply to the General Welfare, but instead to a ‘select group’ he created:  1.  Borrowers with balances greater than what they originally borrowed,   2.  Borrowers who have been in repayment for at least 25 years,   3.  Borrowers who attend programs that did not provide sufficient financial value,  and 4.  Borrowers who never applied to other relief programs for which they are eligible.

The justification being used is the Higher Education Act of 1965.  $6 billion of the loan forgiveness Biden is touting is actually a lawsuit settlement, Sweet vs Cardona from 2022.  NONE of the relief will take effect until summer of 2025 and NONE is guaranteed as negotiations are still being mapped.   In essence Biden’s Twitter Tweets regarding his accomplishment of debt cancellation for students is Disinformation.  It is propaganda.

Legal action can not be taken against the plan until the plan is finalized.   At which point lawsuits will prevail as they did with his Plan A.   It is simply Democrat fodder for Election 2024.

The 1965 HEA Act was signed by Johnson as part of his Great Society agenda:

It increased federal money given to universities, created scholarships, gave low-interest loans for students, and established a National Teachers Corps. The “financial assistance for students” is covered in Title IV of the HEA.

There are 45.3 million borrowers holding student debt.   The interest rate on loans ranges from 5.5% to 7.05%.   25% of student debt is for $10,000 or less.  Over 100 people owe more than $1 million in student debt.   10.8% of borrowers default in their first year.   The default rate is highest among blacks at 17.7%.   According to The Department of Education, a default can be forgiven upon death or fraud…

The total outstanding balance on student debt is $1.77 Trillion.   IF Biden is successful, he will reduce the outstanding debt to $1.37 Trillion – or 22%.   However, loans will continue to be made throughout 2024 and 2025 without ANY modification to the means and rules.

The rule within Biden’s Plan B, #3, is likely to be the most controversial.   Students who graduate with a major that earns them zero gain in the employment industry is a ‘choice’.   For Example:   As of Today Harvard, University of Florida, University of Texas, NY University, and Stanford, provide a new class entitled, “Taylor Swift”.   Obviously, this Class/Degree program is highly unlikely to benefit ANYONE financially – except Taylor Swift who is likely given an override fee.

There are a host of degrees that are currently termed useless – unless – one extends the degree into a specialty field, Masters Program, thereby ensuring the University of more Money:  Psychology, Philosophy, Language, Ethnic Studies, Culinary Arts, Creative Writing, etc…  In addition, most students now take a minimum of five years to earn a bachelors degree.

The College Degree scam is a Ponzi Schematic. 

For decades colleges have falsely advertised that a college degree guarantees higher wages and successful careers.   To make matters worse, many colleges offer bought and paid for degrees offline.   For Example:  It has been speculated that AOC never actually went to any university based on her acute lack of knowledge and any pictures to uphold her claim.   In fact, colleges will sell not only a degree, but transcripts as well to uphold the lie.   A mill.

The overall college entrance rate is 38%.   However, the graduation rate is as low as 20% and averages at roughly 40%.   By Contrast – Trade schools concentrate on specific training in a field that is marketable, are upwards of 1000% less expensive than college, and take half the time.  The supposed ‘disadvantage’ is that a student doesn’t get the College Experience.   You know, the hazing, the drinking, the brawls, and hookups…

In the meantime, like everything else the government handles, there is no actual solution to the student loan crisis.   In order to repair the problem, universities need to make guarantees.   They need to drop course work in Taylor Swift studies.   They need to be accountable to students in terms of their careers – instead of the almighty dollar.   The fault needs to be mitigated – not the result.

There are nearly 6,000 colleges in the US.   They vie for students by making false claims and vie for government money to uphold their extravagant spending.   Harvard’s annual budget is now $5.4 billion of which just $1.2 billion comes from student loans and payments.   The vast majority of Harvard funding comes from the Federal Government/US Taxpayers.  Truckers and Machinists and Cooks are funding Harvard.  The government agencies include:  DoD, NIH, CDC, DHHS, and NSF.

Harvard’s Net Assets/Endowment stands at $50.7 Billion – nearly 10 times its annual budget of which 63% is spent on wages and pensions.  WHY does it continue to receive Taxpayer funding?   It boasts a surplus each and every year.   WHY does it continue to receive taxpayer funding?   This is the problem the US Government needs to FIX.   NOT student debt.   This is the source of irresponsible spending for which US middle class taxpayers foot the bill – and this represents ONE example of nearly 6,000 Colleges.

OUR Government has usurped their power as provided in the US Constitution over and over again.   POWERS must be stripped.   At every level.

General Milley’s Last Words Confirm His Sedition and Likely Treason

General Milley formally exited ‘stage left’ by evoking Hate Speech’:   “We don’t take an oath to a country, we don’t take an oath to a tribe, we don’t take an oath to a religion. We don’t take an oath to a king, or a queen, or a tyrant or a dictator.   And we don’t take an oath to a wannabe dictator,”   he spat.   “We take an oath to the Constitution and we take an oath to the idea that is America – and we’re willing to die to protect it.”   

Not only does this crude statement reveal a man enshrined in hate, it reveals a General who has no idea what the oath of office is for officers!   A) he takes an oath to the Constitution of the United States our COUNTRY – not to China – not to Ukraine – not to Taiwan!   B) he takes an oath to ‘obey the President of the United States’.  

He did neither of these things and has now gone on record digging his grave for the world to hear and absorb.   His last words are words of sedition.   Sedition:   Speech or organization that includes subversion of The US Constitution.

The Oath states:

I, _____, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed …

The media has an interesting take on defining ‘hate speech’ – and instead references this ‘Generals’ choice of outgoing statements as a simple Trump ‘jab’.   Of course the media has zero understanding of the Military, its vows of discretion and honor and respect!   They only know Hollywood Che Guevara Sean Penn deviance of how military officials are supposed to be conduct themselves, and the hierarchy that entails.   The President is Milley’s Commander in Chief.   Not the other way around.  And if he cannot abide that Commander – he has the option to RESIGN.   Effective immediately.

Worse yet, Private First Class Milley, made his statements in front of cadets, other servicemen, and media, thereby enhancing his choice of words within the colossal potential for Treason by admitting he failed to uphold his Oath of Office under Trump, did not uphold The Constitution, and instead colluded with China – and made secret phone calls with CCP officials while still under Oath to President Trump.   An allegiance deviance.

In addition to Hate Speech, sedition, and treason – Milley revealed rampant ‘stupidity’ in his public display which he can not now deny happened.

In a similar vein of idiocy, Twitter influencer, Mehdi Hasan, made the unproven declaration that Hate Speech on Twitter has increased 1000x since Musk bought the company.   Without anyone asking, he decided to take upon himself to hold his own Challenge and thus prove he is right.   But in classic liberal scream fashion, he failed to edit his own tweets, which are rife with “Hate Speech”!   Stupidity has taken the reins of the liberals.   They cannot undo.

Now that we are globally witness to Gen. Milley’s seditious outgoing ‘hate speech’ he should be stripped of his rank and pension.    Milley’s illustrious career ended with Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Afghanistan Freedom.   Which liberated Iraq and Afghanistan of roughly 350,000 lives and Taxpayers of $4-$6 TRILLION.   Afghanistan is now controlled by the Taliban and Iraq is an ally of Russia.  WELL DONE!

Who did win these wars?   The Military Industrial Complex whose 2000 budget was $320 billion compared to today – $1 trillion annually – $1,000,000,000,000.   Not including the Ponzi Funds given to USAID, US State Department and NGO’s. By comparison, the next highest amount spent on Military is the UK at $68 billion.   A differential of nearly 1500%.

In my esteemed opinion, Milley should be more concerned with his deviance from supporting the American Citizens to inserting endless coups, wars, and depopulation.   He should be apologizing to The American People for losing every war since Vietnam.   For raping every one of us of our slave labor to this end.   And for NOT utilizing BASIC strategic and détente means to assure America is a nation of literal democracy instead of playing a Tactics II game board of destruction!

In my esteemed opinion, Milley and many other Generals should be relinquished of their pensions and their stripes. They have NOT protected Americans – and as such have degraded their entire OATH of office. They have lost the wars they initiated – including Ukraine, and have no honor to Honor. They operate on a spear of MONEY.

The US MILITARY VIOLATIONS OF US CONSTITUTION

Pre-Earthquake, Erdogan was adamant that he would not approve of Finland and Sweden joining the NATO ascension throne.   Post earthquake, Erdogan has given his approval for fast-tracking.   In addition, despite a contractual agreement with Putin, Erdogan allowed five Azov Battalion Nazis free from their Turkish prison. The agreement with Russia stipulated that once the war was over, the five Nazis could be freed to Ukraine.

Is the Russia-Ukraine war over?   No.   But the obvious threat to Erdogan was a repeat of the earthquake multiplied by ten.   And the threat-makers are likely at their desks in Langley.

From Russia’s standpoint, Sweden and Finland were already well entrenched in the socialist Marxist ideology.   And the award ceremony is mere pomp and circumstance. While Finland borders Russia, Sweden does not.   Typically, the reason by western mobsters would be to use Finland as a human shield for the front of an EU war.   A Sacrificial Lamb – if they embraced God. But they don’t.

Finland’s membership in the Cult is not even 3 months old and the US is putting together a contract for multiple military bases and fultime deployment of US troops.   The official briefing, “The presence of US forces will help strengthen Finland’s defensive potential”.   The unofficial commentary – A)  the US spends anywhere from $80 billion to $160 billion annually (Pentagon Math) to maintain current overseas bases.   B)   the military is short-staffed to the tune of 25%   C)   the military weapon stash is depleted.   D) the cost to build a new base is roughly $800 million – and the US is proposing multiple bases in Finland, Sweden and Denmark.

Sounds eerily like a military takeover of three European countries simultaneously.

It also wreaks of US allowing Ukraine to completely fall to Russia while they reconnoiter efforts to the North for a future offensive. That would mean Soros and the Cartel have been sufficiently compensated for their various trafficking enterprises that were stalled by the Russian incursion via aide packages that never went to Ukraine.

On that note:   Today Biden opposed an independent audit of Ukraine aid to date.   Surprise!

ALL of these northern European base maneuvers are hardly a defensive move, the offensive is preparing for a long war with Russia to the tune of decades.   Only the next time the US and Europe will be the invaders.   Soros, Biden, and most of the aging pool of neocons will have hit the bucket by then – making what they do now dependent on the same evil existing forever.

The strategy is stagnant.   Germany never needed US bases.   Nor is it the responsibility of the US.   A now seemingly ‘broke’ US.   So where will The Pentagon ‘find’ the money if Yellen keeps telling us we are moving toward a recession while using fake employment numbers to justify raising interest rates to 1970’s levels?   If the government caves employment, they cave tax dollars, they cave Pentagon expenditures.

Who the Fark is running the show?  Because they apparently have a combined IQ of 50 and the military strategic analysis of a poolboy.

Finland and Sweden currently spend about $15 billion per year for their military expenditures combined.   Under the NATO 2% guideline, Sweden would need to nearly double its current spending on defense. Assuming that NATO actually upholds the 2% requirement, which it hasn’t since its inception.   Of course, this time is Different – every NATO member has ‘pledged’ – pinky swear, to make the 2% sometime within the next decade…or two.

After 70 years, only 7 of the 30 NATO members have actually spent 2% of GDP on defense – 23%.   How can that be?   USAID.

The US gives Foreign Aid to 172 countries.   There are a total of 195 countries on the globe counting The Vatican.   That means the US is footing the bill for 90% of the world! The Brookings Institute states that Foreign Aid in 2019 was only $38 Billion or less than 1% of The Federal Budget.   Another source states the aid in 2019 was $47 billion. Still another put the figure at $33 billion and another at $51 billion.

The problem with fudging the books is that you need to make sure everyone spits out the same answer.

The US Constitution Article 8, Clause 3, regulates the power of Congress to spend money on foreign nations for the purpose of ‘Commerce’.   As in Trade.   Using taxpayer dollars for Foreign Aid is NOT Constitutional!

Between 1945 and 1953, the US government illegally gave nearly $6 billion to Asian countries – the vast majority going to China/Taiwan (given that Taiwan was given to China post WWII).

In 1961, Congress enacted The Foreign Assistance Act, which was signed as an Executive Order by JFK. The Act was written by James Fulbright, a democrat hawk who supported US integration into NATO, UN, Marshall Plan, and a European Union. He also supported President Truman’s firing of General McArthur over his anti-Communist stance. Fulbright declared that communism was not our enemy – The Soviet Union was our biggest threat.   Lost on him was that the Soviets were Communist.   However, Fulbright’s advocacy against McCarthy leant clarity to Fulbright’s embrace of communism.   Fulbright’s entire tenure in the federal government was the preservation of communism in the US.

The Foreign Assistance Act enabled the formation of USAID.   The Act declared that no assistance would ever go to a communist country, nor to any country that violated ANY Human Rights.   Which would basically eliminate nearly every country on earth from aid today!   However, it was this Act that Biden used as justification to give aid to Ukraine – illegally – given the human rights violations in Ukraine have been documented by Amnesty International and in numerous UN Reports for decades.

AND NOT One Congressman considered a vote of violation.

Sending troops abroad has also been a point of contention given that the US Constitution would take precedent over a NATO agreement.  The US Military now has 750 bases spread across 80 countries.   This represents 80% to 90% of ALL Foreign bases across the globe. The main tenets for overseas bases include:   1. Deterrence whether real or imagined,   2.   Reassure allies.

The CATO Institute, The Brookings Institute, Foreign Policy Center and others have all challenged the entire concept of foreign bases.   There is no Constitutional or legal basis for the precedent.   In fact – the US Government takes it to extreme by having a base in northern Syria WITHOUT permission of the government.   Not to mention theft of Syria’s oil.

It is no wonder aid to Iraq last year increased exponentially given the oil taken from Syria is sold on the Iraqi black market. And booked as Foreign Aid by The Pentagon.

As Ukraine takes a nosedive following their non-integration into EU Membership the US is already in Plan D mode creating a trafficking route on the northern spectrum of Europe via Finland, Denmark and Sweden.   With ALL that this implies.

Russia Crises Reveals Cracks in Putin ~ Blinken

“Russia Crisis Reveals Real Cracks in Putin’s Authority”.   ~Blinken.   A rather odd statement given that the crises in the US are far more prevalent, and far more destructive.   Fires, Riots, Mass killings, subway stabbers, crime unchecked, cities falling apart, trains derailing, bridges collapsing, shortages of everything, but Blinken chooses to focus on Russia.   Because that is what our government has been doing for 70+ years – feigning and faking.

An armed insurrection that came and went in Moscow.   Prigozhin has been transferred to Belarus.   There are four possibilities of that outcome:   1)   he leads a combined Belarus/Wagner front and center insurgency against Kyiv that could potentially end the war,   2)   he is replaced and executed for treason.   3)   Prigozhin and Putin played the CIA with Prigozhin as the double agent demanding $6.2 billion to take out Putin. 4)   drugs.

Everyone and their third cousin have brought forth their detailed description of Putin’s most innermost character, thoughts, and emotions – including the US intelligence apparatus en-masse.   While the US press cartel has revealed that according to unnamed sources our esteemed three letter agencies and ‘part’ of Congress were aware of Prigozhin’s intentions – they don’t say ‘how they knew’.  

I am inclined to favor either 3) or 4) –

3)   DOUBLE AGENT:    June 20th, the Pentagon releases a statement that they have recovered $6.2 billion “for Ukraine” due to an accounting error.   That error was actually a restatement based on two different sets of books maintained by the Pentagon. One set valued the weapons sent to Ukraine at their replacement value.   Those books were used in order to be reimbursed by the Feds. The other set of books valued the weapons at their depreciated sum of $-0-.

Therefore, The Pentagon miraculously asserted that they now had at their disposal an additional $6.5 billion to give to Ukraine.   But Ukraine didn’t get the money, Prigozhin did.   These shadow Pentagon books are also used to pay their mercenaries across the globe.   It would also explain how the CIA had advance knowledge of an attempted coup.   Staged quite well for appearances.

4)    DRUGS:   Toward the end of WWII Hitler was completely crazed out on a witches brew of drugs.   It is suggested that his drug fueled brain had ultimately contributed heavily to his death camp paranoia.   It is highly likely Prigozhin is on a drug fused spiral. Meth, opiates, cocaine, amphetamines, are now common during wartimes.   It has been asserted that these drugs are routinely given to ISIL to numb them from the atrocities. Battles can’t be won by tired, spooked, and crying men.

It is important for the western cartel to portray Putin as a man beaten and scared even when he isn’t.   Portrayal is akin to propaganda.   Given the trajectory of the Western alliances is in a death fall, unveiling a ‘pathetic’ Putin is their means of attempting to reposition the BRICS.

Simultaneously, these same Cartel members have been positioning China as churning within a stagnation hole.   Brazil is losing its grip.   And India has jumped ship and is now the new US Bestest friend. At least that’s the oil slick western intelligence is attempting to stage.   Until, occasionally a Bomb explodes and the cleaner is called in – Mr. Winston Wolfe, aka, Durham.

Like Mr. Wolf, Durham answers directly to the cartel. He has been told that the Biden mess is uncleanable.  It has reached far into the soleless depths of self destructive.  Therefore, in order to keep the stranglehold on their agenda the Biden family needs to be liquidated – and fed to Guantanamo.   Too many dead bodies – too many mistakes.   The Cleaner has been assigned to reveal the Truth.

How much power does the Federal Government wield?

Short Answer – NONE.   Which is the point of Agenda 2030, to RESET our idea of government and eliminate all Constitutions.   Every battle lost in the US to the Cartel can be traced to the US Constitution.   Without our Constitution and its Amendments, we would have already fallen.   It is the one document holding us together as a nation.   Rewriting, reimagining, and restating its tenets, the far left Atlantic Council held up such a notion in 2020.

Claiming to represent each party, progressive, libertarian, and conservative, teams were assigned by The Atlantic Council to represent each party.  Each team was told to draft a New US Constitution.    The first person Council assigned to the ‘conservative’ team was Robert P. George, a liberal neoconservative. Their second pick was Michael McConnell – another neoconservative.   And there it goes…  

According to The Atlantic, all three chosen teams had similar convergences for rewriting ‘certain provisions of The US Constitution’ – because the teams represent the New Normal – Uniparty.

What the Uniparty Teams revealed is that the abolishment of the electoral process is paramount, reducing the powers of the President while beefing up powers of Congress was also considered a necessary amendment.   Of course, the problem with all the initiatives proposed is they open a broad vein of ‘interpretation’.  

Because without interpretation, we would have no need for lawyers at all… Without interpretation, we would have no need for over half our media. Therefore interpretation is likely to stay – until a Great RESET authoritarian rule emerges.

IF the media’s job was to report ‘facts’ there would be little use for thousands of media outlets.   The Big Money Media Gambit would have little purpose.   Advertisers would have to line up for a spot.   Or, as it was when I was growing up in Germany, advertisers were all given a block of television time – typically 3 hours per day.

Unless, and until Putin decides he wants the world to know what really happened, it is conjecture.   An interpretation of events based on various biased interpretations of information and information subsets, as well as the ‘political affiliation’ of the party making the analysis.   Including MINE!

US Constitution Fourteenth Amendment

Clinton wants Biden to assert the Fourteenth Amendment to the Constitution in order to override Congressional approval of a budget without a debt ceiling.   Clinton, a former lawyer would seem to NOT be versed in the exact wording of the Amendment’s articles and their meaning.   Section 4 of the Amendment is the clause they feel leverages this right. It Reads:

“The validity of the public debt of the United States, authorized by law, including debts incurred for payment of pensions and bounties for services in suppressing insurrection or rebellion, shall not be questioned. But neither the United States nor any state shall assume or pay any debt or obligation incurred in aid of insurrection or rebellion against the United States, or any claim for the loss or emancipation of any slave; but all such debts, obligations and claims shall be held illegal and void.”

The budget proposed by Biden is not ‘debt’ because it hasn’t been authorized yet. It is simply a request at this stage.   Debt refers to obligations by law which would have accrued already such as Social Security, Interest and Pensions.   But there is another stickler to Biden/Clinton’s 14th Amendment assertion – Section 5 states:   The Congress shall have power to enforce, by appropriate legislation, the provisions of this article.

There is absolutely no statement that gives the acting President the authority to override Congress or omit them from budgetary law.

The Fourteenth Amendment is thus not a valid means to force a PORK budget with discretionary spending that is NOT debt at all.   The point is scare tactics.   The point is a legal nightmare of misinformation being used to illegally hijack Taxpayer Funding.

Budget cuts are not on the liberal table – they want instead to INCREASE spending to ever higher levels despite each increase simply increasing the deficit for the next brawl.   IF you gave our esteemed government a $13 trillion budget – they would overspend it.   They are children at a lollipop store.

McCarthy continues to declare that he speaks privately with Biden – which is of course a nontruth – LIE.   Biden can’t speak a coherent sentence much less negotiate deals and Bills.   When the entirety of Congress continues to pretend that Biden is our WH representative, they reveal the fact they are ALL complicit in the coverup.

The obvious backstage handlers include: Rice, Bloomberg, Clinton, and Obama.   But they are the shills for the largess hands of the opaque Masters who hide like thieves and mercenaries.

When The Pentagon, whose own budget record can’t account for $Trillions in LOST $$$$, suddenly determines a $3 billion accounting error freed up those monies to send to Ukraine, we know the Military is defunct.

According to the Treasury departments last public Balance Sheet dated September 2022, liquid assets amount to $2.668 TRILLION.   The interest on debt stigma that is being parlayed is ugly, but it would NOT break the bank: interest liability on debt is roughly $600 billion.   That would allow spending of over $2 trillion to cover remaining mandatory expenditures.

Aide to foreign countries is NOT a mandatory expenditure, neither is the PORK spending on NGO’s. The same NGO’s which rely on massive taxpayer funding such as National Endowment for Democracy which now has a number of subsidiaries all squealing for MONEY.   Or CSIS which has also created additional baby mouths to feed!   The CIA Fund Q-In-Tel would also be considered non-mandatory.   Of course, funding for the CIA, FBI, and IRS are already on the table for defunding given the internal corruption has become ‘unsustainable’.

Various economists and media pundits with degrees in equity and inclusion have made their opinions known as to what would happen should there be no hike in the debt ceiling.   The scenarios provided have been thoroughly researched and studied with conclusions stipulating –   ‘it’ll be bad’ or ‘it’ll be really bad’…

But the reality is an unknown.   Speculation provides theories, and theories provide guesstimates.   We are in the height of tax season, so a fresh incoming stream of taxes is replenishing the cash assets.   What the pundits don’t particularly like to discuss is truth.   What they don’t like to do is present calm and analytical observations.

Chicken Littles Screaming The Sky is Falling.

The synopsis provided by the left is that the Treasury would stop writing ALL checks.   That synopsis would have to be based on the principle that the Treasury has no money at all in reserve.   That would mean they spent money for obligations that were not recognized.   It would mean that the Treasury is already in default.   It would mean the entire system of payments is fake and corrupt.   It would mean our entire government has defrauded the American People. And THIS would be what they are afraid of –

Reuters claims that missing one payment on debt would trigger a collapse of Wall Street, and cause interest rates to go up pushing out housing, cars and small businesses.   The economy would implode – and we would all starve and die. The basis of ALL the dire warnings is that the Treasury is broke and has zero CASH.

IF that is true, then funding for Mandatory payments could easily be a temporary resolution.   But the liberals need the fear mongrels to intensify the allusion.     Because Discretionary Spending is NOT DEBT!

EVERYTOWN USA – Bloomberg Taking Your GUNS, Supreme Court & Constitution

As summer approaches NGO’s are already busily staging student protests against guns – all guns – as in they demand the confiscation from all legal legally authorized citizens.  The NGO paying the students o puppet their script is Everytown For Gun Safety founded by Mike Bloomberg.   One of the Back Room White House Handlers.   Everytown is composed of lawyers and lawyers of lawyers and directors of lawyers.     These guys could likely grind up Ghandi.

Each group of protestors is made up a small committee of trained script readers.   A hierarchy of three is all that is necessary to lead the paid crowd and deal with reporters.   And suddenly you have a bunch of teenagers protesting for – money and wearing their logo shirt to proclaim their alliance with Everytown.  Every media runs with the story…

Behind the distraction of children protesting, this hefty group of lawyers at Everytown are working on ONE issue – targeting Gun Control via courts and laws and judges.  They work alongside the ATF.   The purpose?  To take every conceivable court action against all the small dealers and bleed them dry of money so that they go bankrupt.   When the Big Five are left with control over all sales the CEO’s and Boards will be instructed to consolidate to three.   They will not have a choice – they have a directive.   Once each industry is monopolized they will be able to inflict the Control necessary to achieve their Agenda – limited to the US…

Everytown’s website states:

“30 percent of guns recovered by ATF in California have no serial number on them, making it impossible for law enforcement to trace.”

Meaning 30% of guns recovered in California belonged to criminals.   And another unknown percentage of guns also belong to criminals who have stolen guns with serial numbers.   The statement is a stumble bumble down into Alices Wonderland and is a filler.

Some of the lawsuits Everytown has litigated include:  victim lawsuits against gun manufacturers in Texas and Illinois, a victims settlement against an online ammunition seller, and working in Ohio to scrap the Stand Your Ground law.   This is the same method of usurping independence and freedom of rights that has already overtaken our judicial offices, DA’s, and courts.  The intention is to quirk the system to have hearings before prejudiced judges and wipe out the Gun Industry.

And the Supreme Court?  The conservative judges are being verbally, illegally, and physically assaulted to force intimidation.   But Everytown lawyers are working to eliminate the Supreme Court entirely.   IF there is no Supreme Court, when gun manufacturers lose a case, there is no higher court to overturn the injustice.    Any trial would be severely trampled without the Supreme Court apparatus to provide an unbiased opinion on a federal ground.

Simultaneously, The Cartel is attacking the Electoral College as another avenue to manipulate control to a singular entity.   And so the web is expanding.   Guns are certainly the largest hurdle for them to be able to Win.

While it appears Everytown is currently concentrating their legal crackdown in cities and towns this is not a federal directive – YET.  Without a Supreme Court there would not be any purpose or means for a Federal Constitutional appeal because there would no longer be a Federal Constitution.   Another domino – elimination of The Constitution since we have no Supreme Court.

As states became the sole means of judicial consequence – Reds would not survive in blue states.   Red vs blue division would force the redrawing of new lines and borders as the entire US territory is recreated and states are demolished.

Meaning the Reds have all the guns – and I’m missing something… 

The World Economic Forum has calculated that AI will replace 85 million jobs by 2025.  While exclaiming that millions of new jobs will be created with the advent of mass AI – WEF failed to define what those millions of added jobs would entail.   The vast majority will be to take care of the machines and AI bots.   Humans will become their maintenance workers, their servants, their slaves.  Work for the BOT.   Amazing transformation of humanity.

Humans will willingly agree to become slaves of AI given AI now controls war, air, water, sustenance.   Was this the real conversation between Musk and Schumer this past week?   How would this play out?   Are they ready?   Can the agenda survive with only a fraction onboard?   Russia?   China?

Seems like the Cartel is still stuck on a two dimensional war stage while the opponent is playing 3D.   Seeing the Big Picture – before the next Act instead of booing at the conclusion is only a small aspect of a good offense.    What we lack is a republican base that aggressively supports the The People.  Instead, our uni-government has joined the ranks of a rogue CIA and we have no representation.   Without representation all the illegal actions will continue without consequence.

Western Woke: Communist China Propaganda not fair….

The communist Economist has declared that when Chinese vacation it is ‘spiriting away revenue’ from being spent in China.   In fact, vacations are now ‘covert’ means of getting money out of China by its citizens according to MSM Propaganda.   But the IMF has declared that China’s economy will expand by 5.2% this year.   According to JP Morgan China’s inflation rate is 2%.   The US would foam at the mouth-lather at those numbers!   China has been stockpiling oil and gas reserves while the US and EU dwindle reserves to nothing.   China has ZERO pocket change in the war games in EU/Ukraine… Who has the better economic future?

CSIS speculates that Global energy prices hinge on China’s economy.   The basis for a lagging China economy is the fact that it only grew by 3% in 2022 which is ‘below the international average of 3.6%’.   That ‘average would embrace the US growth as 2.1% and the EU as 1.9%. But somehow China is the focus of pillage…

In a global scenario, Russia supplies China and India with oil and gas that would be bound for the EU at much cheaper pricing, grain to Africa, India and China, and the largest fresh water supply in the world.

By contrast, the US seems bent on polluting US waterways beyond capacity making them unavailable for humans, fish or animals.   The EU is busy nationalizing farm and agriculture land – a classic communist move that Stalin used to starve 100 million.

WHICH Countries Are Working FOR THE PEOPLE?

McConnell recently made news at the Munich Security Conference by declaring that he knows what is most important for Americans – Ukraine war indefinitely.   The statement comes on the hind end of:   1.   No one visiting Ohio chemical disaster,   2.   A poll claiming that less than 35% of Americans want any more money sent to Ukraine,   3.   A continued depletion of US fresh water, agriculture plants and oil and gas.

Fair to say the US government and its NGO’s are NOT working for US citizens despite their Constitutional Pledge. Which means that the US Constitution is No Longer In Force.

January 6th Defendants:

  • The 840 January 6th defendants have had their rights subrogated under the Fifth Amendment regarding Due Process.
  • The Fifth Amendment also guarantees that the government may NOT seize private property without market value compensation.
  • The Eighth Amendment – January 6ers had the right to trial by an impartial jury subrogated.
  • Section 242 of Title 18 makes it a crime for a person acting under color of any law to willfully deprive a person of a right or privilege protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States. Aka the Pelosi commission.

Then we have the BLM and Antifa Activists:

Section 82 (1) Criminal Code:   Every person who, without lawful excuse, makes or has in their possession or under their care or control any explosive substance is guilty of an indictable offense and liable to imprisonment for a term of not more than five years.

Today, neither the Bible or the Constitution are considered The Books with which a US Federal worker must uphold by oath.   In 2013, the very liberal Atlantic wrote that the US should abolish and rewrite an entirely new Constitution.   While the pundits claim Trump called for the abolishment of the US Constitution due to election corruption and fraud – the entire claim is fraught with Hollywood edits on the screen floor!

The Constitution expressly states that in elections – voting is amongst ‘citizens’.   Any ‘Pattern’ that reveals inconsistency in state law is Contempt.

Given the US Department of Justice refuses to assert Constitutional Law – that department should be under the scrutiny of Criminal Fraud.

We all recognize the Judicial System on a Federal and State level is acting outside the US Constitution.   Congress knows this.   The President and his handlers know this.   Yet nothing is done because The US Constitution is No Longer IN FORCE>

Section 21 of US Constitution: (1) Everyone has the right to freedom of movement. (2) Everyone has the right to leave the Republic. (3) Every citizen has the right to enter, to remain in and to reside anywhere in, the Republic.  What it does NOT say is that the President may utilize Executive Order to usurp this for any purpose.

The US Government is operating under a proxy of shadow peoples who have no allegiance to or patriotic embrace of – our Constitution.

Over the years Soros has slowly infiltrated the various state jurisdictions – redefining Constitutional Law on a state level or simply ignoring it.   Ultimately, these incursions create ‘precedent’ for lawyers to cleave to Unconstitutional appeals.   Even Communist countries revise and replace Constitutions.   The Chinese Constitution recognizes China as a dictatorship – in the same vein as China-McConnell delineated that the US Government – NOT The People are Constitutionally represented. 

In the Rule of Communism – Courts and judicial power do not have the same power of interpretation.   Instead, Committees appointed by the National Peoples Congress, aka CCP, are responsible for enforcement.   Committee – A structure incorporated into the US judicial system of Congress decades ago in tandem with the shadow communist overlord’s of the US.

Law firms are shrinking.   Staff Dismissed!   As of 2020 – 15% of Lawyer jobs shrank!   2009 saw the beginning of the Shrinking Violets.   By 2017, the field continued to shrink annually.   Where do they go?   Private NGO’s.   State Governments.  DA’s and AG’s were bought and paid for by Soros.   Anyone else ‘need not apply’.     In the US there is one lawyer for every 240 persons – in China it is one lawyer for every 4620 persons.   Of the lawyers per person in China – many are of international status with an office in Beijing.

Why?   Because dictatorships are not pro-attorney. Attorney’s interfere with the government. Attorney’s take up valuable time.   Attorneys meddle with the law of the country. While MOST government officials are ‘attorneys’ by degree, in China most politicians are former military.

I wonder if the attorneys following the Soros Cabalist convention of thought, deed and process, in western nations realize they are expendable in communist regimes, their employment and heads on the proverbial ‘chopping block’?   Doubtful.   Of the 535 members of Congress in 1964 – 315 were lawyers – nearly 60%.   Today, that number is closer to 25%-27%.   A decline of 35%+.   In Fact – Under Stalin, Lawyers were targeted for extinction. Why?   Because Stalin deemed they were helping the poor.   Ultimately, the Bolsheviks ordered their elimination.

I seriously DOUBT Congress has any idea what the ultimate outcome of their profession and their life entails…
