AI REGULATION: Humans are too ignorant.

Today a blue-checked Bloomberg Twitter account published an image of the Pentagon being blown up.   After the markets tumbled, and the image was picked up by media outlets across the globe, it was determined AI made it’s debut!   And it was considered a Great SUCCESS!

One of the supposed topics of discussion at the G7 Summit was how to regulate AI. Given that not one member attendee had ANY knowledge of AI, technology, or regulation, it is quite doubtful this discussion even took place.   But the appearance of a Summit was necessary in order to have a nice vacation at a ritzy resort at taxpayers expense.

The internet is already well rehearsed in lively AI technology reconfiguring heads on different bodies – in an advanced version of photoshopping.   Some are certainly more advanced than others, but the concept that AI will somehow allude the criminal elements is naïve at best.   Because that element is already upon us.

Using what is termed ‘deep fake’ audios and videos, AI is able to replicate mannerisms, voices, and appearances.   Think you are watching President Biden in Geneva?   Think again – AI can superimpose anyone anywhere.

AI can create pornography imagery.   AI can create a bomb explosion at the Pentagon that never took place.   And that was just the Trial.   Within that scenario, our esteemed US government has now been given ‘satellite phones’ for when the grid is down and communication must be maintained.   AI software is capable of making decisions on its own without input from a real person.   Let me repeat: AI software is so advanced it can make its OWN decisions without input.   As in – start a nuclear war – or even FAKE the start of a nuclear war.

In reality we are too late. Regulation of AI is simply not possible. It assumes criminals and government criminals are going to suddenly become law abiding.   Like the wackadoodles in Chicago, just teasing the law with assault, battery, car theft, and murder; criminals require a re-education camp.   Unfortunately, Government officials are too far gone for re-education and should be let out to pasture…   A Congressional chamber filled with ‘attorneys’, their competence in manners of technology and business is wholly lacking.   A competency test for Biden has been dangled – but it might behoove all of Congress to be subject to such an annual exam accompanied by a medical exam looking for ‘substances’.

A satellite phone is pricey, requires LEO batteries and is subject to a monthly subscription for it’s use.  The obvious catch is that if the grid is down and mobile phones and landlines are inoperable, communication would only be viable to other satellite phone holders. Walkie-Talkies might be a better no fuss no muss option.

To date – no one has claimed responsibility for the Pentagon AI image.   But the point is moot.   AI is already loose and spreading abuse.

Of course, some of the most airheaded notions of regulation have already spilled across the media with ferocity and velocity!  

  • AI Must be prohibited from discrimination
  • AI must NOT be allowed personal data
  • AI must NOT be allowed to spread any fake information, data, or phishing scams
  • AI must be equitable and inclusive
  • AI can not be biased

Really!?   Fark! Are these people that DAFT?   The rule book for the IRS is now what – 75,000+ pages?   Few accountants have read the rule book and instead use AI generated data to complete a tax return.   So how would you then regulate the AI that runs EVERYTHING?   Who would oversee every decision by AI?   How would AI be monitored?   The only answer is AI would have to be the regulator and police of AI.  

And that’s the dicey truth of this manifestation without intellectual humans to consider the consequences!   IF AI is thus running everything and regulating itself in everything because humans are now too ignorant, AI is The Master.   The extent of potential detriment is astronomical.   Suppose AI is performing surgery on a person and makes the decision that the patient is not a healthy candidate for said surgery, AI could make the decision to either forego the surgery or to euthanize the patient.

Further complicating the AI phenomena is the fact that all original input data is subject to extreme bias. A simple algorithm is only as good as those feeding the data.     Polls are based on AI data feeds and are routinely ridiculed for their bias and lack of factual output.   IF AI is fed a healthy bias of progressive WEF Agendas – its output will be The Great Reset.  

Will AI software companies create competing AI?   A conservative vs liberal version?   Will AI determine guilt and innocence based on biased data input?   The perils are as expansive as each human brain.  Would AI have determined the FBI was inciting the January 6th protestors?   Or would AI have told the FBI how to incite the protestors?  

We will know all too soon.

G7 Summit – A Little House of Horrors

Four Trillion years ago, a new and improved research study has found that an unknown species of unknown gender changed their plant diet and suddenly stopped farting. As a direct result, CO2 emissions dropped 68% over the course of five days!   Within 3 months all plants on earth died, as did this entire species having no food source other than each other.   Like Eric Carle’s, The Greedy Python, it is presumed to be a theoretical scientific fact that this species consumed itself from existence.  

The findings have brought great accolade to the New Research Institute of Scientific Herbalology Farts, which prides itself on pride and envy and self absorption.   Each researcher was required to drink ten ounces of Absinthe before writing their collaborative findings.   It is empirically assumed that their ability to read the teeny tiny grass blades would become easier as they consumed the wormwood based Absinthe given the psychology of oneness.  Ommmmmm.

Unfortunately, ultimately 50% of these 2 scientific scientology researchers turned into plants and died of dehydration further speculating that this 4 trillion year old species may have definitely possibly perished from lack of water.

Statistical models were utilized throughout which studied the blades of grass on Mount Olympus under a super duper microscope capable of seeing inside a single blade to the 1 trillionth plasma scope.   It was determined that fecal matter and CO2 inside the blades of grass could be traced to the year 4trillion BC, give or take a margin of error of =/- 3.

Given that a plant based diet causes more farting, when this species began to eat each other instead of plants, CO2 levels dropped dramatically according to Dr. Fennel.   Dr. Fennel has ten honorary degrees bestowed by the bestest institutions across the globe. He has lectured extensively at grocery chains across every state and country traveling via high-speed feet.   Highly regarded, Dr. Fennel is pinky swear sure that everything he says is factual, although he acknowledges its theoretical plausibility is plausible.

As a result of this study, G7 Summit leaders across the globe have decided to confine everybody inside an underground steel enclosed bathroom so as to mitigate the effects of farting as a result of the Bill Gates induced plant diet.

Each steel bathroom enclosure will house 4000 citizens and will be secured by a Police Herbalist who has been authorized to promptly hose down anyone who attempts to escape with Monsanto Glyphosate.   The G7 leaders and all their family and friends will be exempt given their consumption of real meat is considered their royal divine right and farting will be kept at minimal degrees as measured by the guestimator techno-gaseous collator.

In the meantime, while everyone is confined, all property and real estate will be confiscated for the Greater Good of the G7.   Dr. Fennel has requested 1% of the total confiscated bounty for his time and efforts in producing this study.   This request remains under review given the G7 thinks this would dilute their shares in an unprecedented boogyman manner.   Dr. Fennel has stated that if his terms are not met, he will hose down all G7 leaders with Monsanto Glyphosate canisters, which he has been hording for 1000 years.

Currently all G7 leaders are hiding in the Little Shop of Horrors awaiting instructions from Audrey II, a Venus Flytrap.

G7: Free Trade = No Tariffs, says Trump.

John McCain feels it is his voice of reason in siding with Trudeau’s stupidity that is of merit.  In his recent Tweet storm he declared, “…Americans remain pro-free trade and pro-globalization…”  But McCain can not speak for Americans because he lost, his Hillary ticket lost, and his ‘values’ lost.   In fact, Trump offered up the most pro-free trade terms possible – NO TARIFFS.   That is truly – Free!

Of course, it doesn’t meet the international systems of norms, in which the US must be heavily mistreated to the financial advantage of the EU and Canada.  Blustering with indignation, Merkel and Trudeau , as politicians, were beaten at their own game, and in defense sputtered like children on the playground, ‘well my daddy can beat up your daddy’…

The larger issue at stake is not the tariffs, it is the ‘norms’, it is about losing control, and thus power. 

Trump is a businessman, a negotiator, he isn’t a politician and he isn’t diplomatic, nor does he want to be or care.   There is only one way to deal with Trump – on his ground as a businessman. Period.  Because Merkel and Trudeau have never done anything other than politicking their entire lives, they don’t have a clue how to handle the nuance.  Merkel continues to threaten alliance with Russia, while simultaneously refusing to lift sanctions per the request of the Austrian PM, and by refusing to allow Russia back into the G8.  Why?  Because her threat is most likely air that she would rather not breath.  And because MI6 can’t allow it.

Tied within the entire circle is – Soros.  The man who most likely was running the Swamp CIA, who hates Russia, who wants Putin dead, and will do anything to create a false reality that Russia is the true ‘evil’.

So both Putin and Trump are calling Merkel’s bluff. 

While Soros is running the show and fuming like Wile E. Coyote, when the Road Runner suddenly stops and Wile E. finds himself splattered at the bottom of a cliff…  Trump is looking down and decrying, “beep, beep…”

The ball is in fact in Merkel’s court.  If she aligns with Russia, she has to give them the G8 back, she has to lift sanctions, and she has to render Soros impotent.  Poland, Hungary, Slovenia, Italy, Austria have all announced their support to align with Russia.   And because Merkel is a politician, not a businesswoman, she is waiting for instructions, like the true Communist of her upbringing, “tell me vat to do”.

What to do..what to do…? Threaten more tariffs against the US. Sigh.  Not a good move Merkel, because to lift them she will appear weak, and weakness, the appearance thereof, is the core of the game.

The chinny chin comment by Merkel that she is delighted that Trudeau is on her side is equally silly. Trudeau is ruled by the UK.  The UK is ruled by MI6.   May is ruled by MI6.   They do as they are told, walk when they are told, and talk with the intelligence of AI.  Beep, beep.

We are not impressed.

This is the same UK that has imprisoned Tommy Robinson without cause, simply because he dares to speak against the government policies.  The same UK that scurried away with the Skripals, claimed they were poisoned by Russia, refused access by Russia or the US, and refused any interviews whatsoever.   The same UK that has refused to indict any ‘living’ politician in the ongoing child and sex trafficking case that has dragged on an historically 35 years! This is the same UK that created the Trump Dossier…

And we want them as our faithful and compassionate – ally?

Ally in what?

Ally in the Swamp?

Ally in the international systems of norms?

Ally in bombing to smithereens Yemen?  Without one shred of reasoning…

Ally that collaborated to create a Hillary Presidency?

The EU is NOT what it has created itself to appear to be.   I doubt it defends the words of The People, any more than McCain does the American people. 

So.  Pro-Trade?  Then no tariffs would seem a good solution, let everyman play the game!

Globalization?   A Ponzi word that means – international systems of norms.   As defined by – Soros, the Cabal, and the Mafia.   Because, now the Mafia has demanded their cut in the picture, the scheme, and given their subtle means of making sure they get what they want, the cabal is an inclusive vehicle.  Smile. Tolerant.

IDIOTS.  You expect more from the globalists who claim to rule the world… Right?

G7 Summit Ruled by EU Commission

The G7 Summit is taking place in Quebec under the tutelage of Trudeau.   The purpose of the Summit is to talk about global topics chosen this year by Trudeau to include:  ocean pollution, trade tariffs, and climate change.  The Summit was originally created in 1973 by George Schulz.  It was to be attended by the finance ministers of four countries;  West Germany, UK, US and France.  It has historically evolved to include Canada, Italy, Japan, and Russia, although Russia was expelled in 2014.  

The President’s of these countries basically get together, have some food, meander around the property, and talk.  The only spouse to accompany her husband was Macron’s.  After two days, they go home and nothing changes.  From the perspective of a businessman, it is a huge waste of time.  From the perspective of the various politicians attending it gives them airtime. For Macron, it gives him hug time.

For example, in February 2009, the group of finance ministers met in Rome and pledged to take all necessary steps to stem the financial crisis.  That was the sum total of the meeting.  Seems to me a phone call could have accomplished that at a considerable fraction of the cost.

But it has become a media hype and everyone wears their Sunday best.  Furthering division, the summit conspicuously omits other global countries; Ireland, India, Scotland, The Netherlands, China, Russia, Spain, Portugal, Brazil, etc.., etc…  Instead it is more of a good ol’ boy platform wherein tradition is the only rationale.

The end result of this meeting seems to be that Trump and the EU will talk about trade in two weeks. Macron thinks the US should be expelled from future summits.  And as representative for ALL EU countries, Merkel stated that they all agree Russia should remain expelled.  I wonder if the ‘other countries’ were notified of their agreement before or after her statement?

Apparently, the new PM of Italy, Giuseppe Conte, stated that he felt Russia should be reinvited. However, the EU Council President, Donald Tusk, speaking on behalf of Conte said that Italy would toe the line and be a follower, not a leader.  I wonder if Conte is royally miffed!

Why would the EU Commissioner and EU Council President be at the G7?  They are not countries. 

In 1977, the UK PM, James Callahan, made the unilateral decision to henceforth include the EU Council and EU Commission as a part of the summit.  Supposedly, Juncker and Tusk are there as a united front to represent the remaining EU countries that are not invited.  Why?   Why not let sovereign nations speak for themselves?   Because in reality they are not sovereign, their voice is censored.

If the G7 Summit is really about the EU, and given Canada is a parcel of the Queen of England, why would the US or Russia have any desire to participate?  Both Tusk and Juncker are representatives of ‘open society’ and globalization.   They have collectively taken over the Summit which was originated in the US.

After losing a re-election bid in Poland, Tusk became the EU Council President.   He has since been openly accusatory that the current President of Poland and his conservative party are puppets of Putin.  In addition, he claims that the EU values are quite polar opposite from the values of Poland under conservatism and nationalism. In 2017, Juncker initiated an investigation into the President and his Party claiming ‘judicial independence concerns’.  

The bottom line is the fact that according to the EU any country that is not governed by a Socialist Party towing the line of the EU ‘values’, is operating under a fascist government and sanctions will be levied including being stripped of voting rights.

Hungary is also facing potential sanctions by the EU for their stance on conservatism.   Hungary has come under attack for expelling Soros and refusing to bow to the EU demands for African immigrant quotas.

Slovakia is facing condemnation for similar stances.

BREXIT is meaningless as long as Theresa May continues to be a pawn of MI6 and the Merkel.  What is more relevant is the growing number of countries that are standing up to the Royal Arm of the EU Commission and Council who tend to act much like the Wizard of Oz – behind a red curtain.

Which country in the EU will be next?
