TWITTER / X: The Dystopia of Censorship

X-TWITTER:  Today I made the dastardly decision to write a post to the newly indoctrinated Agriculture Director regarding her approval of the Bird Flu Vaccine for ALL Cattle/beef.   I had barely lifted my finger from the keyboard when I got the dreaded message:  Your Account Is Temporarily Suspended For Hate Speech.  Obviously, it was algorithm wording I used – perhaps cyanide.   I’m not sure.  But oddly it felt dystopian – more so than when a Liberal doxes you which has happened recently as well.

I should be able to BLOCK Twitter censorship the same way I BLOCK idiot BOTS.  It is not unlike living under a surveillance dome wherein everything we do is monitored and analyzed in a nanosecond.  And I became increasingly – uncomfortable.   Certainly this happens to everyone at some point and after my first Sanction I was always very careful about my ‘speech’ –

I wonder if the fact that I was writing this to the Secretary of Agriculture is now considered preferential SUSPENSION.  After all – she was inserted by Trump.  

There are anti-suspension techniques.  On Facebook I learned years ago that if you routinely post comedic or animal mems, interspersed with your anti-vax or anti-Obama/Biden rants you were less likely to be reviewed.  So my Twitter suspension truly took me by surprise.  Especially given Musk’s adamant denunciation of the UK/Starmer for arresting people over ‘memes’.   Three to nine months in jail – UK.

I am convinced that if I ever again stepped foot in most European countries I would be arrested tout suite!  A sad reality to be sure.  And yet the Twitter pronouncement was two strikes you are permanently OUT!   Yet we each are witness to depraved content including threats of violence that is ‘allowed’.   So how do they get a pass?  Why wasn’t I simply ‘censored’?

What happens to the brain when we live in a regulated bubble of punishment?

MY particular message stated that if cattle are subjected to the Toxic Bird Flu Vax we may as well eat cyanide.  And the cattle and chicken industries would die as citizens refused to purchase the meat subjected to the secondary vaccine bioweapon.  Granted, my post was not made in lala land – but did it really qualify for suspension given it was advocated as an opinion?

Perhaps this is the super realization of a society in which AI makes emotional decisions on behalf of humans via input from fragmented humans.   Algorithms.  

I would suggest Musk has no idea the extent of these punishments.   Is this really our future – in the “free” world?   DO I want to live in a place and time where I must edit, modify, and re-edit my speech in fear of retaliation by a government that claims to be on MY SIDE?  Am I now on a LIST?   Deposited in in Twitter data compilation no different than Zelenskky’s Hit List of Any And All Peoples who do not support Ukraine?   Does Twitter maintain a HIT List?  In their algorithm?   In their AI?  

I have been an open advocate of both Trump and Musk.   But like the January 6ers, when the ones you support suddenly are the ones shape shifting to your punishers, loyalties quickly change.   The psychological phenomena is inherent in prisons wherein the guards treat everyone as sludge.   No matter your accusation.  Within days you learn that they are the enemy and the inmates are your support system.  An interesting shift.

Musk would do well to reserve some attention from DOGE to rogue Twitter accusations, suspensions, and bereft accusations against highly valuable opinions while promoting hate toward those Lesser On The Scale of Israeli Bow and Scrape Adulation.  LEST – the entire façade comes crumbling down ….  And there is nothing left but Mad Max.

AI vs Word Salad Interview: False Advertising Fraud

Free Speech is muddied.   Kamala wants to drown us in censorship by the Disinformation Police while the media selectively edits and uses AI to create false interviews.  Under pressure, 60 minutes released the unedited version of Kamala Harris’ word salad interview revealing an incompetent bungled response vs the AI clean version.  Not only was the message altered in its bumpy hems and hahs, but the actual content was completely reframed.   AI. 

Who created the AI version?  Was it authorized by the White House?  The FCC Chairman, Jessica Rosenworcel, yes she’s Jewish, claims Trump’s threat to revoke the license of CBS which aired the AI version of Kamala’s interview is a threat to ‘free speech’.  But AI is not a person therefore Constitutional Rights of any nature do not apply.  What does apply is – FRAUD.

Legally, had 60 minutes provided a ‘disclaimer’ indicating that the word salad had been replaced with AI – that would likely suffice.   The misrepresentation is the legal call against CBS.   We were warned that AI would circulate in this election via voice as well as photo and video AI representations.  The photos inserting Kamala into a stadium have been rampant.  A green screen fixation.   People have commented that various rally’s didn’t happen – they didn’t exist.  That would be fraud.

FCC laws do not address this caveat of false representation. Therefore, the FCC has little legality over Trump’s threat to pull their licensing but the FCC does have the authority to assert ‘False Advertising’ against CBS.  The fact that CBS ultimately released both versions works in their favor – the fact that they have not come clean on their AI usage works against them.

33 US CODE – 931

(1)

Any claimant or representative of a claimant who knowingly and willfully makes a false statement or representation for the purpose of obtaining a benefit or payment under this chapter shall be guilty of a felony. 

CBS knowingly made the representation and benefited in payment and are thus guilty of a felony.

This is why Trump can make the licensure of CBS subject to legal action.  The First Amendment applies to The People.  CBS violated the First Amendment due to ‘false advertising’.

The First Amendment is also clear that ‘censorship’ based on disinformation does not exist.  It does include the regulation of;  threats, fighting words, child porn, obscenity, defamatory speech and false advertising.  There is a distinguishing definition between disinformation vs misinformation;  Disinformation is deliberate knowingly making false statements vs misinformation is more of a ‘dang I forgot or didn’t know’ mistake.

Disinformation would apply to Fauci, NIH, CDC and Big Pharma.  Misinformation would apply to someone who didn’t know all the facts.

Once again, this raises the legality of using AI in any manner without a Disclaimer.

Companies offer TTS – Text To Speech availability to anyone willing to pay the price.  “Free Unlimited downloads. Most Fluent & Conversational AI voices.”  This particular company advertises that it is ‘trusted’ by;  Doordash, Hyundai, Moderna, Reuters, Salesforce and Equifax.  “Realistic AI Voice Models for Generating Expressive Speech”.

Another AI voiceover company advertises – “Generate natural sounding voiceovers and dubs in multiple languages.”  This one is ‘trusted’ by;  Honeywell, Pfizer, Cisco, Splunk, Glencore, vmware…  Just pick your language.

Text to video in 8 seconds.  Or, Image to video – works on your Mac or Apple devices.  You can create your own Avatars!  Trusted by;  UBS, NBC, BBC, Target, Netflix, Amazon, Google, Merck, and Meta.

ALL ABOARD THE TRAIN.  

Congress seems to have no idea how to regulate this phenomena and have instead resorted to “Ethics”.  Be ethical in your usage…  Use Ethic Guidelines such as sustainability, fairness and dignity.  Yes – they actually say this.  Their biggest concerns are with AI Bias and as Kamala noted, “The racial bias in AI”.

In an even more insane development, concerns that robots can be sentient and subject to ‘artificial suffering’ would need to be addressed.  Therefore they should be granted rights and compassion is an ethical legal standard currently on the table within the frame of regulation.  Mistreatment of robots is a concern from a philosophical standpoint and is hampering the initiation of regulations…

TELEGRAM Founder Pavl Durov Arrested – unCensored Speech

The case lodged against Telegram’s co-founder Pavl Durov becomes more interesting as alternate facts reveal some interesting dichotomies:   He is a World Economic Forum Young Leader.   He was outspoken against Putin.   He supported Russia’s opposition, Navalny.   He claims he is a Libertarian.  And claims to follow Taoist philosophy.  He left Russia in 2014 claiming the government was pressuring him to release names of people of Vkontakte group (VK) who engaged in the Euromaiden Protest.

In 2006, Pavl, former classmate, Mirilashvelli and Lev Leviev, an Israeli Bolshevik founded Vkontakte as a Russian alternative to Facebook.   A riff ensued wherein Durov was forced to resign as CEO and Leviev took over.  Pavl and his older brother Nickolai then co-founded Telegram with headquarters in London.   When their allegiance to Russia soured, they acquired citizenship in Saint Kitts and Nevis.  In 2021, only Pavl assumed dual citizenship in France.

The Euromaiden protest was the impetus for the Ukraine coup wherein the pro Russian President, Yanukovych, was ousted and Chocolate King was interred – Porochenko.  The protests supposedly stemmed from Yanukovych’s refusal to sign the European Union – Ukraine Association Agreement.  Eastern Ukraine was not onboard with the agreement, while western Ukraine was.

Thereafter, the Poroshenko government went about ridding Ukraine of the dissenters through the Azov Battalion (a Nazi aligned militia) which was later nationalized by Zelenskky as a National Guard unit. 

France is owned by the Rothschild Family.   Israeli Zionists.  

Telegram has refused to provide a backdoor access for intel agencies in the US and EU.  They have instead opened the platform to ‘free speech’ recognizing that comes with some damage.  By contrast, Facebook caved to the CIA order for complete access just as it previously had over Twitter in a deal whereby Zuckerberg can remain onboard – per Soros. 

The CIA and the Rothschilds work together.   Durov wouldn’t comply – therefore Macron was solicited to institute an arrest warrant.   Of course the irony is Durov’s background with WEF and opposition players in the Ukraine coup.   Like Musk, this arrest will only have the impact of pushing more techs rightward into the MAGA  velocity of free-speech.

France claims the Telegram app has been a major source of information for Russia in the Ukraine war. 

In June 2021, German authorities launched proceedings against Telegram that could see the messenger app’s operators fined for failing to abide by laws requiring social media sites to police their users’ actions.  The threshold for social media censorship had been reached, and Telegram was required to abide just like Facebook, Twitter, and Tik Tok. 

Germany’s free speech denial was first instituted to address antisemitism in the 1950’s at the request of Israel.  In 1994, Israel told Germany that they must expressly add – ‘holocaust denial’ as a far-right infringement punishable by 5 years in jail.

While the Law remains unclear if a foreign person can be tried under the censorship laws, Pavl is being charged with extraneous charges including;  money laundering, drug trafficking, and child sexual abuse – as a co-conspirator for not censoring content.  While the Epstein A-listers walk.

The law includes anyone who approves of, glorifies, or justifies Nazi rule.  The Nazi slogan, Slava Ukraini, used extensively by American politicians appears to be acceptable…   However, a recent case found a ‘far-right’ German politician facing fines and jail for saying “Everything for Germany”.  A disallowed slogan – per the Bolshevik Mossad.   In essence, after WWII the remaining Nazis were jetted off to Argentina and the US while the Bolsheviks took over. 

No other specific culture is a part of these free Speech censorships except Israeli Jews.  No Christians.  Which is why the determination of what can and cannot be censored is ‘racist’.   Lending to hypocrisy – formulated by Jews to give them superiority. 

It is highly likely Pavl is a victim of refusing to backdown to Mossad and CIA pressure.  The fact that he was arrested at his private plane upon landing in France means he is likely being surveilled 24/7.  This was planned in advance.   They have his itinerary.  They track him.   His homes are likely bugged.  This censorship pressure will boil until the volcano explodes. 

In the meantime, every personality, every MAGA, are in the same crosshairs and could find themselves vacationing elsewhere not wanting to take the risk.  The hit could backfire both Germany’s and France’s economies which are already rather fragile and teetering dangerously into recession territory:  

France:  Debt $3.4 trillion.  146% or 112% or 110% – depending on who is making up the numbers – of GDP.  2024 deficit is expected to be 5.1% of GDP.

Germany:  Debt $2.8 Trillion.  575% of GDP.   2024 deficit increase $19 billion anticipated.

Reversing Charitable Tax Status

Censorship by Google and Facebook is now common.  August 2023 RFK Jr. sued Google for censoring his content.  2018, Google launched a censored search engine in China.   YouTube censors right leaning videos.  2010 Google stated that it had received orders to censure content from the ‘authorities’ including; Canada, US, Thailand, Spain, and Germany.  Interestingly, the Washington Post and New York Times, as CIA draft liberal media spinners, also claim Google is illegally censoring.  

Google claims that it provides “Transparency Reports” to show exactly who they censor and why.   Oddly the last update was June 2022.

The First Amendment – Freedom of Speech Law refers to government censorship.   Clearly, both Twitter and Google have been subjected to government censorship.   Yet, government courts continually reject the claim and any lawsuits.

A little known outlet, Ad Fontes Media, formed in Colorado in 2019 has released a media bias chart.  The chart claims to rank media outlets based on left lean, right lean and middle.  In addition, it provides a ranking for reliability and value.  It was created by Vanessa Otero, a registered Democrat.

While claiming to work with all sides of the media spectrum, Ad Fontes Partners include META & Newsela among others.   Newsela Partners include WAPO, NYT, AP, The Economist, Soros, Al Jazeera, and Bloomberg – among others.   All middle ground highly unbiased according to Ad Fontes – including our beloved CNN!     The results were tabulated by their partner Comscore via an online survey.  Comscore founders, Magid Abraham & Giani Fulgoni, are both World Economic Forum Pioneers.

Incredibly UNBIASED…

These are the censors – the media bias analysts and ‘watchdogs looking forward to the government council which will determine what news is allowed.   Technically, everyone is biased.   It is why we have two parties – bias.   It is why we have alternate media to the bias of the liberal media.   Bias is inherent in everything and everyone.   The Civil War was about bias.   Attempting to censor bias is mandated by the World Economic Forum so as to turn the masses into one big slavery package.

In the US Constitution the First Amendment protects “Freedom of Speech”.   With caveats.   It only applies to the prohibition of the government initiating the censorship.

The Supreme Court has added caveats including defamation.  “False information that harms the reputation of a person or business”.   A bias pyramid would fall under this caveat.   By using a comparative, Ad Fontes has sullied the reputation of those on the rungs below a linear CNN, BBC, NPR etc.. as of better quality.   An individual could be seen to have an opinion, but the pyramid presented does not suggest ‘opinion’, it suggests a Truth Bomb.   And now comes under the heading of libel for publishing this as Fact.

In the case of Twitter, it was clearly shown by Elon Musk and Jack Dorsey that the CIA was heavily involved in the censorship.   Yet the US government, our Congress, took no action.   Why?   Because the CIA/FBI have a file on ‘everyone’.   Quite literally.   And the vast majority of Congress, whether right or left, are owned by the CIA.

What happens when the government doesn’t exist?   The Constitution is no longer valid.   In a world of NGO Stakeholders, censorship is legal.   A Stakeholder ‘government’ is the goal of The World Economic Forum.   The same Forum that is creating fake pyramids of left and right bias.

The world of censorship has been hijacked.  

Protecting children from books deemed inappropriate is a meandering line.   To Kill A Mockingbird is banned because it is classified as racist – yet libraries brimming with transexual and homosexual depictions is considered protected speech for elementary children.   Until this is addressed by the Supreme Court and /or an Amendment to the Constitution clarifies this, the NGO’s and Stakeholders will continue their arbitrary classifications.

The fastest way to topple the vast majority of NGO’s is to eliminate the Charitable Status completely.   And yes, that would have to apply to churches, otherwise every NGO would claim they were a church…   The 16th Amendment gave Congress the Power to Tax.   It was led by democrats and ‘progressive republicans (rhinos).   The Revenue Act of 1917 gave individuals the ability to make charitable contributions a deduction.  The first NGO was the UN.

The difference between an NGO and a charity is that an NGO can make a profit.   In addition, despite its nongovernmental status, an NGO can get its funding from governments.   Diluting the entire means of charity or charitable deduction.  The Revenue Act of 1954, signed under Eisenhower, began the deluge of NGO’s.  It established a wealth maker by creating a false charitable definition and allowing profits to be untaxed.

Because the entire point of a charity vs a corporation is one entity is supposed to have No Profit to tax – because as a charity you give it all away…

The ALT-LEFT

There has been much ado about the alternate right, the neo-Nazi’s, and radical right groups – purportedly instigating riots and racism across the country. And while no one is denying radical right, alt-right groups exist, there seems to be little media discussion of the Alt-Left, Radical-Left who openly call for violence on their websites and the ever censoring – Facebook.

The “New” and improved “Students For A Democratic Society, or SDS is one such group. They originated in the 1960’s, became famous for the Kent State Protests, and collaborated with the infamous, Weather Underground”; Bill Ayers (retired professor University of Illinois and involved in education reform), Bernardine Dohrn (currently a law professor at Northwestern) and Mark Rudd (working with the new SDS). They were anarchists who bombed the FBI, banks, the Pentagon and murdered 2 police officers and 1 Brink’s guard and hid from prosecution only to emerge and get highly acclaimed positions at notable Universities!

The original SDS disbanded shortly after the Weather Underground went – underground, forever hiding from prosecution. But in 2006, SDS reorganized and has apparently established over 150 Chapters across the US at your local colleges and universities. Ta-Da!   Including – two – in Virginia, George Mason and James Madison. FYI:   Madison owned over 100 slaves and proposed an Amendment that would give them 3/5’s of a person… I wonder how that’s going to turn out.

The new and improved SDS was supposedly reignited by two high school students and – Mark Rudd, former Weather Underground anarchist.

Solidarity C’Ville’s website praises Black Lives Matter, Showing Up For Racial Justice (a whites only left organization – that aims to prove whites are for blacks), as well as various other “anarchist and antifa groups” who protected each other when the police refused to do so…  Solidarity appears to have been formed in March 2017 and oddly identifies no actual ‘persons’ within the organization.

Despite the report on the BBC, Solidarity specifically asked for an “ALL CALL to everyone across the nation” to join the protest. The Alt-Left was not comprised of mom and pop locals as the BBC journalist would have us believe, it was hijacked by radical Antifa anarchists from across the nation. The Alt-Left makes the All Call claim themselves on their websites.

These are just a trickling of representations of the participants in the Charlottesville alt-left. The actual list of radical organizations is endless, including: The Young Communist League, World Alliance of Reformed Churches, Urban Institute, Teachers For Social Justice, Southern Poverty Law Center, Agenda Project, Students for Justice in Palestine etc… These organizations are promoted across hundreds of universities with such speakers as Nerdeen Kiswani who advocates for attacks against Israelis, and violence and terrorism in order to save the peaceful Palestinians.

Antifa declares that it is simply – “anti-Fascist”. Well, most of us are, but they also consider Trump and all his supporters to be Fascists deserving of death. And while all these leftist radical groups advocate freedom of speech, it is only free when it is applies to them and their agenda, and censorship when it is not aligned within the borders of their belief structure. As in the new report that an ex-CIA ousted woman has started a gofundme page to raise $1 billion in order to gain a controlling interest of Twitter and censor Trump… Free Speech. FYI, she’s raised $5000.

Amid these Alt-Left groups with Alt-Left CNN, NBC< Washington Post, New York Times, etc…, Fox News is considered a ‘conspiracy’ because it has right leaning journalism.   It is also continually defamed for lacking integrity for not upholding a true journalistic non-biased reporting ethic.

And who is making the accusations? The Alt-Left media.  

Civil War has begun. It already is in play, both with the Pen and with Anarchy. Many of us both Conservative and Liberal still hold to a line of ethic and integrity, but the push to grow the anarchists on both sides is very real.   Anarchy was the rule during the Dark Ages. There is very little left of that time frame in terms of antiquity, sculpture, books, writing, art, or evidence of what happened and why. Most of our recreation of history during this time is – conjecture.

However, we do know that it was precipitated by the collapse of an empire…
