FBI: Kash Patel’s FBI Stats Appear To Be Fragmented

Kash Patel claims that the FBI has arrested 300% More people in 2025 vs Biden in 2024 – yet he also asserts crime is down 20%…   Can they both be true?  Yes and No.  The data for 20% is actually for 2024 per the last time the FBI updated its crime statistics.  The last data available is October 2024 thru August 2025.  The Caveat:  2021 Expanded Homicide Data includes fewer homicides due to an overall decrease in participation from agencies that are not yet reporting via NIBRS.

Crime didn’t go up during the Pandemic – the reporting system changed and estimates were inserted for the cities and states not reporting.  Example:  FBI claims there have been zero homicides in Alabama for 2026.  Alabama records 8 as of January 9th.  The property crime rate between 2000 and 2020 had been on a steady decline dropping by roughly half well before Kash Patel. Assault is now the third largest crime per prison statistics behind rape and murder.

NIBRS:   As of May 2024, police agencies serving cities and counties with a population over 250,000 are reporting to NIBRS covering a total US population of 76.7 million or 22%.  Numbers Don’t Lie…  unless they are creatively created to enhance what you want them to.  Crime has thus become a political manipulation just like everything else.  When Kash raved about his arrest record, the bigger question would be; ‘how many were criminally charged and went to jail?’  Second Question would be; ‘what were their crimes?’

The number of people incarcerated in federal, state, local, and juvie remains unchanged for a decade – roughly 2 million.  But the numbers include those people who have not had a trial and may be innocent.  20% are there for simple drug possession and 34% are in prison for ‘violent crimes’ which includes murder, manslaughter, rape, robbery, and assault. 

Clarifying Assault: “ Legal assault is an intentional act making someone reasonably fear immediate harmful or offensive contact, even without physical touching.”  As Pam Bondi sat in a Miriam Adelson seminar she recounted an incident at Florida State University wherein a female student verbally attacked and harassed a male student for wearing an IDF shirt. The entire altercation lasted about 10 seconds.  After being informed by the university president, Pam Bondi put on her big girl pants and contacted Florida’s attorney general and law enforcement, saw the case proceed through the system, and the student responsible expelled.  The boy is pressing battery charges despite the girl not touching him.

The girl’s entire life is now solidified in Hell because she said, ‘Fark You”.  That’s who we put in jail.  Not the pedophiles whose feelings might get hurt, ~ Trump. Bondi actually took a bow for her bravery in destroying this 20 year old girl’s life.

With the DOJ and Trump hyperfocused on AntiSemitism prosecutions, our judicial system collapses even further into itself.  Under Biden’s Regime we saw murderers go free and now under Trump we have free-speech advocates jailed.  But only when that speech presents as antisemitism which is then redefined as assault.  All a person has to do is make the assertion  – they believed a threat might occur.  And a person’s life would be instantly ruined.  Two decades ago, the system became obsessed with fake rape charges.  The incident rate became so prevalent that a new specialized class of attorneys were born.  Defending young men, many of whom saw their lives blown apart and jailed based on vindictive young women.

The US ranks fifth in the world for incarceration.  Fighting for first position under El Salvador, Cuba, Rwanda and Turkmenistan. 

By contrast, Trump has commuted the sentence of a Jewish man, Jacob Deutsch, convicted of $50 million mortgage fraud.  44 of Trump’s individual pardons were convicted of money laundering, bank fraud, campaign finance, insider trading, and wire fraud. Some of the billionaires, all wealthy.  With these pardons, restitution is also alleviated.   But some little girl who said “Fark you” to a weak kneed Jewish boy is the focus of Pam Bondi’s arrests?

We have traded an Alzheimer Patient for a Narcissistic Psychopath to run the Greatest Country on Earth – into the ground so that a bunch of Looney Tunes in Davos can Run The Greatest Show On Earth – a carnival.

Kash Patel’s FBI Data Explorer site remains locked claiming to end reporting as of August 5, 2025.  Incident Data By State is through 2022 giving the appearance that the Data Patel provides is falsified earning him the award for criminally obscuring data and making harmful negligent statements without factual evidence.   He should be indicted for FRAUD.

RACISM Drives Inequality In America… Really?

RACISM drives inequality in America.   That is the new tag line promoted by every liberal media and company across the US with the prodding of Politicians.   A detailed account of median income per household based on ancestry race reveals 93 categories.   Of those 93, Indian Americans rank #1 with Taiwanese 2nd and Australian Americans coming in third place.     English Americans rank 36th. The bottom of the totem pole would be Somali Americans.   The medium white household income is $66,000 compared to Indian Americans earning $135,000 or more than double.

So explain how that fits in with ‘white supremacy’?     Unless Indians, Tai’s, Filipino, South African, Indonesian, Pakistani, Iranian, etc… qualify as ‘white’, the entire racist propaganda is BULWARKY! Because whites actually rank in the 59th percentile out of 93 categories of race.   Ghanaians and Nigerians rank above ‘whites’ on a median basis.   Should we then conclude that in America, Indian, Asian, and Middle Easterners should be disabled because they rank higher in household income than blacks?   And whites?

Logically, that would be the fomented rage of the agenda created and stipulated by the liberal mainstream.   If racism was the culprit and whites are the propagandized cult, why do we rank in the 59th percentile?   Perhaps reparations should be based on household income generation within this median.

As such, South Africans, Ghanaians, and Nigerians would be the ones paying reparations! To Whites.

The black population in the US remains at roughly 12-13% of the population.   Yet, they are depicted as the target by whites because of income disparity.  Composing slanted statistics using convoluted data is the algorithmic chaos of the decade.  And no one can disprove the algorithm until it disproves itself.

INSTEAD, the spray of disinformation focuses on the ‘disparity of wealth’.    Yet even that statistic is laughable:  70% of all wealth in the US is held by the 1% – millionaires and billionaires.   45% is billionaires exclusively.  Of the 614 billionaires in the US – 7 are black.   Of those 7 their total accumulated wealth amounts to roughly $16+ billion.   Those 7 don’t even dent the Wealth Club which begins at $10 billion per person. The Club conveniently ‘allows’ Oprah inside their pantry of mafia goods, otherwise blacks just aren’t wealthy enough.

Hence the absolute SKEW in Median or Average when taking in the 1%.

In other words, wealth has absolutely NOTHING to do with the general population and everything to do with the white uber wealthy.   The JOKE is so far beyond statistics as to be – criminal in its audacity when statistical income of blacks vs whites is the forced topic.

Despite all the rhetoric, the crime statistics do remain off the charts with blacks committing over 50% of homicides while representing just 12-13% of the US population.   Those statistics have not been updated for 2020 when the riots engulfed much of the US during which homicides and violent crimes spiked between a 35% and 97% increase.

Is it racism that Indian Americans represent 2x the median income of white Americans yet comprise 1.5% of the population?   Or is the true rage among Blacks the fact that despite their presence in America for hundreds of years, they have still failed to gain the same foothold as Indians, Asians, Filipino’s, and Middle Easterners?   Most of whom came to the US as poor…   Refugees.   With nothing.

Despite these statistics completely annihilating the entire narrative of ‘racism being caused by white supremacy’ the facts will likely get buried in the same trough that upholds ‘Vaccines Are Completely Safe’, or ‘There Was NO Election Fraud’, or ‘ UFO’s Are A Conspiracy Theory…’   Spewing false narratives in a brew of verbiage right out of Alice’s Wonderland, everything is topsy-turvy!

Of course the all time favorite is that racism never applies if it is black vs anything or anyone else.   They have created their own parallel universe. And the demons of liberal nihilism continue unabated truly believing they are gods within the universe.

Somehow, despite their attacking Whites, other Blacks, Asians, Hispanics, and now Jews, we should bow to the WOKERS whims of Glory and Money.   The Democrat feed is full fledged now.   They have managed to isolate blacks against everyone else.  Corporations reveal they have no loyalty to shareholders and will tank profits in order to pretend some sympathetic false spirit of equality while raking in $billions in compensation.

And I don’t think that any of this was accidental. How it plays out is NOT favorable for the Black community at large.   The implosion is likely to be fast and furious when livelihoods are ruptured and rage seeks vengeance.

DEFUND POLICE: An Ignorant Mantra

The Seattle Times has published an article highlighting who they think best represents the anarchists who have taken control of a part of the city.   These ‘gentle people’ include a ballet dancer, an ex-con, a student, a techie, all black, all supporting “Defund Police” citing their vast experience and victimhood of police brutality.   Listening to their incredibly childish accounts only spurred the argument that our public school education system is an abysmal failure.  

One man claimed that defunding education has been the root cause of black racism and if we give all that money to schools, everything will be forever fixed.   Another laid off employee advocated for self policing – because there is no real crime, just stuff made up.   The dancer wants all money currently allocated to police to revert to funding black artists…

Another well informed protester thinks that all funding for police should be reallocated to hospitals and education… Obviously recognizing that without police our hospitals will be crammed with victims of violence – murder, knifings, domestic violence, rape, trafficking, child abuse, etc…

And yet another well educated soul likened abolishing the police to abolishing slavery…AH!

Yes these poorly educated youth represent a sampling of the peacehuggers while completely ignoring the violence that has destroyed hundreds, if not thousands, of minority owned businesses, cars, buildings, and homes.

Education: The US spends more per student than any other country… the misnomer is whether this spending is actually for the student, or for the massive pension liabilities for the teachers.   Roughly 30% of ‘compensation’ expense is for pensions.   School budgets per student are greater than the cost of community college, and many state colleges.   Yet the ‘level’ of education and the value of the education compare to an equivalent 5th grader 100 years ago barely matches a high school graduate today.   At the same time education spending has increased 600%.

School Resource Police:   The ramping up of a police presence in schools occurred between 1997 and 2016 at the very vocal insistence of Liberal democrats when school shootings became prevalent.   Today, 70%-80% of schools utilize a Police Officer.   Of course that was when schools were actually open and functioning and our property tax dollars were funding that cost.  I wonder where our property tax dollars are going today? The cost of the officer is born by the police department – not the school.

Administration costs are another digestive of school spending with 13 states spending over $1000 per student for these bloated costs.   States and local municipalities are the primary funders of our schools covering 92% of costs.   If schools are being ‘defunded’ that would be primarily thru your local official policies – not the federal government.

Black Murder Rate:   According to a report by the liberal Washington Post: “… in 2018, 995 people were shot and killed by police, the lowest number since 2015 when they began collecting and reporting this data publicly.   So, here’s the 2018 breakdown of the 995 people shot and killed by the police.   403 were white, 210 were black, 148 were Hispanic, 38 were classified as other, and 199 were classified as unknown.

Out of that 995, 47 were unarmed — 23 were white, 17 were black, 5 were Hispanic, and 2 were unknown.

Out of those 10 million people arrested in 2018, 47 of those shot and killed were unarmed, which equates to 0.00047 percent, 17 of which were black which equates to 0.00017 percent.”

In 2018 there were 1,206,836 violent crimes, 7,196,000 property crimes and $16.4 billion property crime losses (excluding arson).   Black males were the victim of 6,236 murders out of a total of 16, 213 = 38.5%.   93% of black homicide victims are killed by blacks.

And for that – police are labeled brutes;  and absolute destruction – death – murder – and arson are simply 1st Amendment Rights…according to liberal fantasy.

If blacks want to change these statistics – change the root – the core creation – parental environment.   Because riots have obviously done absolutely nothing over the last 50 years except destroy thousands upon thousands of livelihoods, structures, and cars sending our insurance rates into the realm of obese burdens!

Black Lives Matter Protests

Protests coming to a city near you?   Knowing that every ‘peaceful’ protest right now has devolved into massive rioting, why would ANY protest be okay?   Knowing the business destruction, hospitalizations shootings, and police deaths, why would any protest be authorized today!   It is insanity knowing that each and every protest has ultimately led to full scale looting, fires, and complete chaos. And yet, here I am reading that my fair city will be the next victim as of today.  

Black Lives Matter has captioned a protest that will begin at 2pm and continue without end…   We have video after video of the resultant outcome – business owners attempting to secure their stores beaten, looted, and dropped.   How many innocent people must be butchered in order for Black Lives to feel vindicated?

According to the BLM website, their main call to action is to ‘defund all police across the nation’.   What exactly could this possibly accomplish? We can clearly see the lawlessness and chaos that has now consumed NYC, St Louis, Baltimore, Minneapolis, etc…   Police – STAND DOWN.

Do Black Lives matter? Yes!   All lives matter – but statistics reveal that it isn’t about racism at all – it is about behavior.

Each and every year the statistics are the same, blacks account for 52.5% of all homicides despite representing just 12% of the population. Is that racism?   Or is it behavior?

Given whites have a higher rate of death by police, why aren’t they protesting?

Simply providing the number of blacks vs whites ‘killed by police officers’ in any given year is a ridiculous statistic as it makes absolutely no reference to a crime or the circumstances!   Between 2015 and 2019, blacks represented 26% of police killings while whites represented 50%.   When adjusted for crime rates, blacks are thus greater than 50% LESS likely to die by police shooting.

The problem with any statistics in this realm of discussion is that a true representation of crime compared to ethnicity is not available.   Records do not adequately provide the ‘nature’ of the encounter.   The underlying factors, the crime committed, the circumstances, are not a part of FBI data.   Did the person assault the officer?   Did the person attempt to escape? What was the toxicity of the person and did the toxicity contribute to death?   Were they a gang member?   Where did the shooting take place?   What was the ethnic makeup of the neighborhood?

None of these factors are traceable. And all these factors are statistically relevant.

There are good cops and bad cops.   There are good black people and bad black people. Good white people and bad white people.   Claiming that ALL police should be eradicated has as much merit as saying all black people are bad.   It is a ridiculous statement.

What does a protest accomplish?   What does a riot accomplish?

Protests:   a form of physically voicing an opinion.   Does it change anything? Rarely, it is more of a placebo.

Riots:   a lawless form of destruction and chaos with the sole purpose of violence.   Victims are typically innocent.   Property and livelihoods are the target. Does it change anything?   It promotes hatred.

Who pays for the destruction caused by rioters?   Insurance companies may or may not cover the cost – some do and some don’t leaving the business owner or homeowner responsible.   In addition, any claim against insurance increases rates, even if the person was not responsible.   Ultimately, the victim pays.

What is the behavior mechanism that creates criminality?  

For the most part environment is the core – a persons values are a direct relation to their peers and parenting. The ever exhaustive means of fixing the problem has been ground out time and time again and yet its implementation has not. Why?   Because it means taking responsibility instead of exacting blame.  Blame is much easier.

The psychology of crime begins in childhood.   For some, gangs are essentially their parents instilling values and ethics.   Estimates range from 65-70% of black children live in a single parent household compared to 24% of whites.   The statistic is routinely ignored because it represents blame – therefore the statistic does not change!   In fact it gets worse.

Even Obama recognized the failure of black men to support their children emotionally is the basis of criminal degeneration.   “I believe the continuing struggles of so many boys and young men—the fact that too many of them are falling by the wayside, dropping out, unemployed, involved in negative behavior, going to jail, being profiled—this is a moral issue for our country,” said Obama

According to psychology studies – “father-absence was the strongest indicator of delinquency, even more so than low socioeconomic status or peer pressure. There is also evidence that fatherless children have lower self-esteem, a greater risk for mental illness and suicide, and increased risk of depression.”

So what will these protests actually accomplish to help pull black lives out of criminal behavior activity? What will ‘defunding the police do to save black lives?

NOTHING. Absolutely – nothing.
