Shadow Government Defense Innovation Board Funds Protests

The Protests Have Officially Been Launched.  Cities have been the stage given they tend to be lax in control and protocol.  Violent.  Fire Bombs.  Crates of rocks and bricks.  Back to the good ole days during Trump’s first Presidency.  Obviously orchestrated.  And like a good neighbor, our esteemed media refers to them as partly peaceful protests.  Of the ten largest cities in America, 9 are run by Democrats.   LA is one of the ten.  Given it already was burned to the ground via arson and nothing was rebuilt, the city isn’t worth saving. 

Did the LA Mayor refill the reservoir?  Do the hydrants work?  Are there any firetrucks left?  The ACLU claims the protesters were “responding to dangerous immigration raids”.  ‘Responding’ is now the equivalent of destroying private and public property.  A Right. 

The ACLU was founded on Communism by a number of suffragettes and pacifists.  Riots and property damage are not indicative of pacifists, but word salad can explain:  ‘immigrants have rights’ ~ ACLU.  What is an immigrant?  We are all immigrants.  However, the term ‘illegal immigrant’ is not allowed in this communist manifesto. 

Dax Goldstein is the Secretary and Board Member of the ACLU in LA.  An attorney, he filed a lawsuit against President Trump on behalf of Santa Clara County regarding the 14th Amendment – ie Birthright Citizenship.  The Birthright saga is now before the Supreme Court with no result to date.  Although a few illegals were deported ‘with their children’ Trump has not deported any birthright citizens per se.  Children accompany their illegal parents or become orphans of the state.

While other countries do have Birthright laws, the vast majority include a caveat that at the time of birth at least one parent must be a legal resident citizen.  Canada is an exception in that a child is Canadian if they are jus soli – regardless of their parental citizenship status.  The status of South America and the EU varies by country.  There is no absolute on this ‘right’. 

However, the 14th Amendment is clear and President Trump cannot unilaterally alter the Amendment without Due Process.  Birthright is not a universal ‘right’ it is empowered by the LAWS of each individual country.  However, if birthright citizens break the law and destroy government property they are now subject to the federal jurisdiction of prison.  So who is rioting in LA?

A Movement, u/Evolved_Fungi, was supposedly created this year to 1. Impeach Trump, 2. Investigate Musk,  3. Give limitless funding to Ukraine,  4.  Reinstate DEI,  5. And protect LGBTQ and minorities.  They initiated followers thru Reddit, however they maintain strict anonymity despite rumors of links to Bernie Sanders – Revolution.  While they claim ‘Progressives’ values, the term coined most recently by Hillary Clinton in 2007 originated as a lapse of the Bull Moose Movement by Teddy Roosevelt.

Another organization, ‘West Seattle Indivisible’, will be joining the No Kings riots as well as promoting actionable riots including, Tesla Takedown’ at two dealerships in Seattle, June 10th.   Cofounded by Ezra Levin and Leah Greenberg, two Jewish activists who support the New Green Deal of Bernie Sanders fame.  The Indivisble brand came from Hillary Clinton supporters with the sole purpose being to take down President Trump 2016.  Funding is sourced from:   Democratic Socialists of America, ACLU, Moveon, Planned Parenthood, The Working Families Party, Tides Foundation.  And Reid Hoffman – of LinkedIn fame. 

Hoffman is on the Epstein List as having visited the island and funded E Jean Carrols lawsuit.  In addition, he funds;  Americans For Tax Fairness, American Federation of Teachers, Caring Across Generations, Economic Security Project Action, Fair Share America, MomsRising, The National Education Association, National Women’s Law Center, Service Employees Union, and Unrig Our Economy – which advocates against wealth…

More importantly, Hoffman sits on the Defense Innovation Board with Bloomberg, Ash Carter, Eric Schmidt, Mac Thornberry, Susan Gorden, Mike Mullen Gilda Barabino, and Will Roper.  It appears this Board is part of the actionable Shadow Government determining policies and wars for the Department of Defense including ramping up rhetoric against China and Russia, and running the shadow government via Secretary of State aka – Marco Rubio.  They are the Power Players moving the CIA implicated with MI6 in the recent drone attack on Russia.  

Currently, our military is in the Baltic Sea along the coast of Russia, running an ‘offensive operation’ of war games with all of NATO.  Does President Trump know?

Shadow Government via NCITE – The DoD Defense Apparatus

National Counterterrorism Innovation, Technology and Education (NCITE):  Director, Gina Ligon.  PhD = Psychology.

 

The DHS private sector partners with outside stakeholders for counterterrorism, border management, infrastructure security and national preparedness.  They do so thru a subsidiary labeled Workforce Enhancement, within a program called Loaned Executives.  Created in 2010, these expert loaned executives work inside HHS filling “discreet needs” without pay.  Congressional Handlers.  They operate as the shadow government.  

These executives include some of the finest and the 2nd tier Handlers who report to the first tier – the Octopus Head.  Obama was just as much a puppet as Biden.  Obama’s handler was Michael Bloomberg who accompanied him on every flight, in every detail, in every initiative that Obama, via the McKinsey and Co “My Fair Lady” grooming took place.

That is McKinsey’s role – to take Eliza and turn her/him into a suave, groomed adult capable of whatever inherent talent they may possess.  For example:  Obama was transformed from a drug dealer to a Senator, to a President utilizing his looks, his blackness, and his ability to orate.   AOC was turned into a bewitching figure – but they could do nothing with her head.  They work with your strengths. 

Through NCITE, T2C Global became a formative agency to assist with Defense needs as opposed to manufacturing needs (Part 1 – previous blog).  Working within the DoD, Secretary of State, Homeland Security, the intelligence Community and Partner Governments, they provide ‘global defense services’ – code for High quality former special op Mercenaries.  Their Executive VP, Jim Kotlyn, is a former Navy Seal/Sp Op.  And they are HIRING!

These agency’s “Loaned Executives” operate as the ‘shadow government’ instructing the elected officials to steer clear, keep their mouths shut, and take their unearned pay and ‘insider benefits’ while they run the show.   No one is immune.  

Within the US Department of Commerce is the Open Government Plan 2024 thru 2026.  They control data.  DATA is the basis of social credit crypto currency.  Accumulating a data base on every American including their social networks, voting, personal information, medical, financial, banking, and consumption in order to control social credit scores.  This agency was also created in 2010.  Its Director is Charles Cutshall.  His LinkedIn goal is to assure ‘trust in government’ thru control driven compliance.

Another agency within S&T is NIST.  Its sub agencies within NCITE and the DoD tranche include Miltech – via Montana State University.  Miltech’s vendors include T3 Academy.  The CEO of T3 is Nadhem Alhamad, from the UAE, whose training was conducted via MI6 in the UK.   His top LinkedIn voices include:  John Eades – molding more effective leaders and Sarah Johnston – Executive Resume writer for global Leaders and Branding.   The McKinsey Drill.

Everything is something of a Hollywood base creation.  Actors playing their roles to appear competent, knowledgeable, and professional.  While the ‘Loaned Executives” perform the work and tend to be the best of the best!

UPholding the illusions are:  Aspen Institute.  Huffington.  The Atlantic.  Paypal.  CSIS.  Prudential.  ALL far left Deep State persona.  They are led to believe their efforts are instrumental to “saving democracy”.   And their inflated egos have visions of dollar signs.   

SVIP Portfolio – VIDEO ANALYTICS:  An affiliate of S&T.  Creating deep fakes using AI technology.   The long Hollywood award for the Syrian civilian gas attacks.  This is where it becomes slippery in the Musk and Ramaswamy partnerships.  I vacillate.

RTI International operates under the auspices of DHS:  They are – North Carolina Universities – Duke, State and Chapel Hill.  Their focus is diseases and vaxes.  Their research is thru CDC, NIH, WHO, and ultimately they became an adjunct to USAID.  Their job is to work with Big Pharma to create an endless supply of black-book money.  Via Pharma ‘biologics’.  Just ask Dr. David Martin who has been rather vocal about WHO, Fauci and the Pandemic.  Not to their credit.   But a VOICE in the Storm.

The purpose of Homeland Security is to mitigate/prevent terrorism and natural disasters.  Within that aura is Director of the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Director, Jen Easterly, appointed by the Biden Handlers.  She was confirmed via a “Voice Vote” wherein the yea’s and nays are an estimation of sound.  Seriously.  She was an appointment in 2013 by the Obama Regime.

It is notable that outgoing Christopher Wray warned that Infrastructure would be the devastating terrorist/CIA/Mossad target 2025.   It is also imperative to understand that although the Biden Regime is exiting stage left, they have most likely ‘booby-trapped” everything to be ultimately blamed on Trump.

All these affiliate organizations are Deep State ingrained.   Liberal.   Appointed by the shadow government handlers.  And have the motive of bringing down America to achieve the ultimate Israeli Agenda.    The mercenaries are the US military.  AI will produce Deep Fake Videos suggesting devastation that does not exist.  Most of these agencies do not publish their leadership, board and/or team.    Funding is always the US government, no other private industries are mentioned although the composite ones are likely a given – Ford, Carnegie, Wellcome, etc….  

In order for Trump to delist the Deep State, these supra-subagencies need to be dissolved.  NOT an easy equation, but one that is best recognized as a means to an end:  DEFUND.  Their sources of funds = DHS, HHS, USAID, Department of State and DoD.  A secondary response would be that civilian infrastructure within the federal government apparatus be wiped.   The third response would be to eliminate the NSA, FBI and CIA.  Because they control the Federal Agencies via Blackmail.

We have 17-19 separate Intelligence agencies – removing 15 would have little impact on anything but corruption.  The Federal Reserve.   Trump’s pick for the US Treasury is a Jewish Scott Bessent whose history is everything Soros.    An interesting pick to be sure.  There are two possible reasons for Trump’s pick of Bessent:  1)  Trump is rogue,  2)  Trump will use his Jewish picks to dissolve their control over America by forcing them into the Open.

The shadow government is operating in Full View.  Technically, they are not hiding, they just drill deep into the legitimate agencies just like the Mafia of old.   Buying into legitimate businesses to launder the money and create legitimate wealth.  What better protection from arrest than via The Government Itself! 

This drill is a small cleave into the apparatus of the Octopus.  But it unveils the prominent fact:  “Civilian Executives” are running the Regime Legally.  Although Deceitfully.  They have infiltrated every major industry including:  Federal Reserve/Banking, Military Industrial complex, Big Pharma, and Manufacturing.   Peel away their funding, and the civilian NGO’s will fall like plastic pins.  Because, in the end, their entirety for existence is their Own Money.   

The Shadow Government Within Federal Agencies; NCITE

Who is the shadow government operating beneath Washington, DC?  How are they funded?   How do they operate?  How vast is the illusion?   An octopus of agencies run within the arena of the head of the octopus.  They operate as the government while the elected members of Congress are a stage show.  They are there to distract you from reality:

Through the University of Nebraska, I give you – National Counterterrorism Innovation, Technology and Education (NCITE):  Director, Gina Ligon.  PhD = Psychology.

Operating within the DHS and HHS, their tentacles stretch across other agencies operating beneath the Head.  One arm is NCITE.  Founded in 2020, NCITE is run from Nebraska State University.  NCITE partners with The Science and Technology Directorate (S&T) founded in 2003, as a result of 9-11.  S&T’s Under Secretary as appointed by Biden is, Dimitri Kusnezov, whose PhD is in theoretical mathematics and physics.  There is no personal data for Kusnezov.  Etymology states he is a Russian Jew from Belarus. He is considered a ‘civilian employee’ in the federal government.

Homeland Security hires private sector personnel to conduct business on their behalf.  The Private Sector Resources Catalog, originally released in May 2010, brings together access to all DHS resources targeted for the private sector including small and large businesses, academia, trade associations, and other non-governmental organizations.

Within Homeland Security there are fifteen sub-agencies.  The S&T Directorate has 7 sub-agencies.  In addition, HHS has an Intelligence & Management Directorate run by Kenneth  Wainstein, a Jewish man who previously worked with the FBI, NSD and was instrumental in creating the Patriot Act  In 2006, Wainstein was confirmed into office by Judge Silberman, a Jewish man appointed by Reagan.

The website of S&T states,  “We are committed to building and leading partnerships around “shared research and security objectives”. To keep the nation protected and secure, S&T leverages the expertise and capabilities of public-private coalitions to provide DHS security operators and the first responder community with the experiences, resources, and knowledge products necessary to help prevent, respond to and recover from hazards and threats.” 

Oddly, ‘prevent, respond, and recover’ is superseded by ‘cause, deny, and deteriorate’.    

In a 100% ‘shared research’ initiative, S&T partners with BIRD HLS and the CIA’s Q-In-tel, their private Investment Fund.  A nonprofit tax-free fund that invests in start-up organizations.  BIRD is funded by S&T, DHS, and the Israeli Ministry of Public Security under Ben Gvir, a radical violent Zionist promoting the annihilation of Palestinians and all Arabs and Goys.  At America’s expense.

Founded in 1977, BIRD is a foundation headquartered in Israel.  The foundation’s Board of Governors includes US government Jewish officials as well as Israeli government officials – currently in office.   Their website claims their work with the US government is about working together to create products that can be sold commercially.

In other words, it appears, these civilian Scientists are hired by Israeli and US government agencies buried within mainframe federal agencies to create products that can be sold commercially, off the books of the government and transferred to the Israeli and Jewish Board and their stakeholders to sell for personal gain while Q-In-Tel makes a profit off their investment in the start-up. 

ALL Funded by US Taxpayers.

Formed in 2014, the S&T division, Manufacturing USA is lead by Michael Molnar.  They are funded by the CHIPS ACT.  Molnar is also the Board Chair for BIRD.   They work with 17 different civilian agencies including biopharmaceutical products and sustainable manufacturing.  Despite BIRD’s claim that they fund these projects equally, there is no evidence to support that assertion.

One of BIRD’s success stories is the “development of a platform that allows a single operator to simultaneously operate multiple drones and missions from the drone command and control center. The drones can be from different manufacturers and may be autonomous during the entire flight or manual in case of need.”  Founded in 2014, the company represented by BIRD is Soteria, a cyber security firm co-formed by members of NSA – unnamed.

Likely the source of the drones flying over the east coast roughly a month ago which the DoD said was authorized.

It is these shadow agencies that are the mechanism driving the shadow government via civilian partners buried inside legitimate government agencies.  This is where the Mossad/CIA connection originates – within these shadow government tentacles.  This is how the US government is operated by a collaboration of Jews and Liberal Federal and Civilian operatives whose goal is money at taxpayer expense.

President Biden Delegating POWER via EO’s & Memos

It appears thru a slew of recent memorandums and EO’s, Biden is transferring the powers of the President to other agencies and new Committees and councils as established via EO and Memorandums.   The purpose of which is to make the President a nonentity.  A figurehead.   Powerless. 

I suppose the rational is that Trump winning will take the role of nothingism.  OR, the purpose is anticipatory  of a major event that will render the election void – and Biden stepping aside while revoking the VP ascendancy.   While the memo’s and EO’s all state these changes in power are Constitutional – there is no supporting Constitutional Power providing for the delegation of Presidential authority to specific agencies –

Example #1:   a Pandemic erupts.   The President secures himself in the basement – and all decisions are now the authority of a New Council as created by the President with members of the Council determined by ‘NGO’s and Stakeholders…

Example #2:   a War erupts.   The President secures himself in the basement – and all decisions are now the authority of the stakeholders, the shadow government,  currently operating behind the scenes – only now they will take the stage front and center.  Martial Law.  Gulags.   Etc…

These EO’s and Memorandums are accumulating over the last few months, and will likely assume complete and authoritarian control with each successive order.   Biden does NOT appoint these Leaders – the agencies appoint them.  The agencies already operating under the thumb of the Kabbalah Cartel.

In this scenario, the military is given the authority to quell any anti-authority according to the newly indoctrinated authority – as in the Gulags.  The President and VP are permanently ‘retired’, and the shadows come out of their shadows.  No, this isn’t Obama.   It isn’t Bush.   It isn’t even Clinton.   They were all stage cast actors.   And NONE of them has any desire to be cast as the Presidential Pawn within this Agenda.  Which is why they need braindead Biden to remain at the acrimonial – HELM.

To ensure this massive coup evacuation, two Supreme Court Justices must be eliminated – Thomas and Kavannaugh.   I anticipate the frenzied attacks against these two justices will PEAK over the next two months.  These two justices stand in the way of a solidified COUP.   So, while the pundits are busily focusing on voter fraud and corruption, the true Force DeJeure is the ‘Delegation of Power’.  Which will be upheld by a liberal Supreme Court.

At this juncture, it is likely that a New Constitution will be presented under which Authoritarian Zionist Rule is coagulated under a protocol of what Netanyahu is doing in Palestine.   And The People will no longer exist.    Which would indicate that’s their assaults on Trump are really not supposed to succeed, because it isn’t necessary.   Their Agenda will be instituted BEFORE the election.

Before Trump can be relegated power.

Other countries have imposed this same sort of nonvaluable headstone wherein the President has no authority and supreme power is relegated to Prime Ministers, Monarchs, or Authoritarians.   The difference is their End Game:  The Middle East is divided between those who will support this rationale of America Coup if it aligns with their monetary goals and those preserving ethics and a form of nationalism.   Europe is essentially Communist at this point, with few exceptions, but the holdouts are gaining traction.

Putin is the most egregious of holdout which is why all military alliances converge on destroying HIM.   Xi Jinping, has been duped by America and thus is in alignment with whomever will respect China without internal interference.   That was a HUGE mistake for the Kabbalah.   Losing the China Puppet.   Thus it became necessary to vilify China instead of embracing their American allegiance.   It is an interesting play to watch our rescuers – the same countries we have been told for decades are our enemies – try to mitigate Americans out of their Rip Van Winkle doldrums of apathy.

Both Russia and China just wanted their super powers to belong to the CLUB.  The George Carlin Club – to which us ingrate peasants will never belong.   In his inimitable way, Carlin  revealed an insight it took global leaders and Americans decades to understand.   In True Carlin Form –  he joined the Air Force but was labeled an “unproductive airman” by his superiors, and received a general discharge on July 29, 1957.  Interesting bio if you have the time – Full of laughs…

Anywho – I digress.  

Biden’s delegation of authority has been in progressive mode for at least two months.  None of which have been reported by mainstream or conservative view media.   One such demonstrative Proclamation as issued by Biden was the Pardon for Certain Violations of Article 125 Under the Uniform Code of Military Justice.   Article 125 prohibits “unnatural carnal copulation” between people of the same or opposite sex, or between a person and an animal. This includes oral and anal sex, and can be accomplished by force, fraud, or consent. The maximum punishment for violating this article can include a dishonorable discharge, life imprisonment, and loss of pay and allowances.”

It is notable that Israel claims to be the global capital of exactly this carnal copulation and has openly called for those who subsist on this moral to move to Israel where you will be embraced and can freely exploit these tendencies…upon whoever and whatever you want.  Family dogs, cats, deer, babies … whatever is your fetish.

SO when evangelicals like Macarthur & Piper, and Popes like Francis, and the thousands who have raped young boys and girls align….  THIS is their common theme – support the Zionist Cartel, their shadow Government, their trafficking in Children,  Human Organs, Sex Slaves, Labor, etc…, the source is – ISRAEL>    

US National Plan on “Responsible Business Conduct”

US National Plan on ‘Responsible Business Conduct’.   CSIS is once again rising to the position of Parent over all the children it is tasked with leading.  The purpose of this relationship is to diminish the capacity of businesses which operate outside of the Control Center.  This applies to public and private businesses.  The Control Center wants to assure that all businesses are unified in their ‘good governance’ according to rules and protocols established by the few.  

The few being the expert experts.  All businesses must operate in conformity with the UN  Guiding Principles on business and human rights.   Apparently, Germany is raised as the best example of submitting to the control center when its government discovered that only 25% of businesses complied with the Protocols.  Dastardly!   To punish thru these Protocols mandatory compliance was adopted in 2021 and CSIS declared Hallelujah!

The result of this Parent governance system is effectively overwhelming – no business, private or public, mom and pop or conglomerate, is free, they must all bow to the nonlaw protocols as established by the UN and codified in NGO’s ruling America.  It is no different than Mafia Rule – ‘pay me to not destroy your business’  – think of it as a Tithe.  According to these UN Protocols, individuals and competition are encouraged to snitch on businesses not in compliance with these nonlaws.

It is similar to the politicization of the Department of Education with regard to ‘antisemitism’.  Public and Private Universities must comply with the mandates or be defunded.  Blackmail.  Supported by Republican and Democrat and MAGA politicians.

  1. There is absolutely zero reason for the government to give money to colleges that are not open freely to ALL Taxpayers – that is anti-Constitutional. All Federal Funding must benefit the people of the United States equally.   Harvard, Stanford, Yale…etc, are unequal.
  2. Private Education Institutions should NOT be funded by public monies. Again – anti-Constitution.

With a Congress that is overwhelmingly made up of lawyers, they are either wholly inept, or they are all bought and the US Constitution is effectively worthless.

Making a law that favors ONE religion over all other religions is illegal – it is discriminatory.   Yet our House of Representatives – made up of legal ‘experts’, decided to ignore that detail.  Tim Scott is so proud of himself for writing the law…  Mike Johnson is so proud of himself for taking a knee to the Zionists…  Yet the Zionists have made it clear that every race is inferior and not to be tolerated.

ALL businesses now work for Israel.  The CEO and/or Board Chair are inserted.   He will make all the money and everyone else will be required to work 80 hour work weeks to support the CEO.  The CEO pays a tithe to Israel.

Today, it was released that the Columbia student raid was an Israeli operation:   The NYPD crackdown on Columbia University students was led by a member of the school’s faculty Rebecca Weiner who is a Columbia prof.  Weiner doubles as a Spook for NYPD intel division that maintains an office in Tel Aviv.  Weiner said student “rhetoric” necessitated the violent raid.

The NYPD’s Counterterrorism Bureau currently maintains an office in Tel Aviv, Israel, where it coordinates with Israel’s security apparatus and maintains a department liaison.  This unit is affiliated with the CIA.  Proudly = she led to the arrest of 300+ students.

Could Israel do to an American city/state what it is doing in Palestine?

Jan Koum, Ukrainian born founder of Whatsapp is the largest donor to AIPAC, and a backer of failed Nikki Haley’s campaign.   Nikki Haley went on to take a position at The Hudson Institute, whose Board Chair is Sarah Stern, a Jewish woman who is also a trustee of the Washington Institute For Near East Policy.  The Institute is a core Israeli lobbyist in DC under the wing of AIPAC.  Notable scholars of The Institute have served in the administrations of;  both Bushes, Clinton, Obama and Trump.  Its Board consists entirely of White House officials including Bill Barr, and Mike Pompeo and is dominated by Jewish Fellows.  It focuses on ‘Human Rights’ – in China, North Korea, and Russia and addresses the rise of antisemitism making comparisons to Nazi Germany.

United Democracy Project is AIPAC’s Super PAC and has allocated $100 million to be spent in the upcoming months heading into the Election.   Only those who forcefully advocate for Israel will receive funding.   Those that don’t will be pummeled with negative ads.   AIPAC’s CEO, Howard Kohr, is stepping down.  Kohr ranked #4 in Fortunes list of 25 most influential leaders.   As an advisor within the WH he was responsible for determining who and how much foreign aid would divvied by America as well as who should be sanctioned.  He was also a managing fellow for the Department of Defense – a civilian.

In other words, Kohr was key in the Deep State shadow Cartel operating within the White House for 27 years.   There is no word yet who will replace him.

The Control Center is operated jointly between Tel Aviv and Washington.  Islam was the distraction evil created by the Control Center.  Bolsheviks have always hated Russia.   Ukraine was their laundering capitol.  It was always the job of America to keep the Israeli Council in the shadows.  To protect against backlash and to heighten the Illusion of government.  But it fits the narrative that ‘Responsible Business Conduct’ would include a Pro-Israel stance – given only Jews can be expert experts…..

It is a bit disconcerting that Trump is ‘Pro-Israel’…

With Blinken emerging from talks with China as a dismal failure, the US proxies have decided to heighten their color revolution style coup in Belarus.   Couping is the only western means of gaining an ‘allied country’.   To this end, dissidents that had moved from Belarus to Poland have been in heady militant training exercises in order to return to Belarus and overthrow the Lukashenko government.   With the help of the Polish government in Minsk, a battalion was formed from these exiles for the purpose of killing all Russians in Ukraine and then initiating a coup in Belarus.

Their deposited Belarusian Leader, Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya is the wife of an imprisoned dissident.   She took up the baton when her husband, Sergei, was imprisoned for treason in 2020.   The Far Left Soros funded Amnesty International and Human Rights Watch immediately went berserk claiming the imprisonment was ‘politically motivated’.   HOW DARE THEY!

In response, the Soros Cartel called for a coup.

The Kastuś Kalinoŭski Battalion was established in 2022 by the Cartel to train for the overthrow.  They are a parallel unit in Kyiv, operating alongside the Azov Battalion with whom they share the Neo-Nazi ideology. They took their name from Kalinouski, an anarchist communist Bolshevik who participated in various uprisings against Soviet Russia in the mid 1800’s. In essence, the Russians and Belarusians are now positioned to fight against the Bolsheviks Second Revolution.

The usual accommodations arose wherein Sergei was elevated to the status of hero alongside other Cartel Puppets;   Navalny and Zelenskyy.   Like His cohorts, Sergei has no formal education, no political background, was a blogger by trade, and was chosen by the CSIS/NED Cartels in 2019. His wife, Sviatlana, is of Communist Bolshevik heritage.

The purpose of the Coup? To undermine Russian relations and reorganize BRICS.

In a recent paper issued by NED CEO, Damon Wilson, the lament was encapsulated in the notion that ‘democracy’ is losing.   Democracy is defined as the Globalization Cartel.   Any country that does not adhere to this form of coup interred democracy is considered a threat.   The latest countries to join against ‘the NED democracy’ include; Turkey, Pakistan, Malasia, Indonesia, Saudi Arabia, Iran, and other MENA members.

The NED version of democracy means these countries lose their sovereignty, their religion, and their freedom.   Instead, they must surrender under the umbrella of the Cabal Cartel and step down from Leadership.

NED’s Muslim pawn is Dr. Radwan Masmoudi.   NED’s apparent thought is that using a Muslim, Masmoudi, to advocate for the Middle East to bow to the Cartel is more likely to succeed.   Masmoudi’s credentials include his ‘expertise’ on democracy and human rights given his degree in Robotics.   He sits on the steering committee of NED’s World Movement for Democracy.   WMD works in Africa and Latin America to coerce governments to either submit voluntarily or suffer the ‘consequences’.

For Aleppo Syria, those consequences meant the destruction of antiquity: The loss of thousands upon thousands of ancient artifacts.   The liquidation of entire cities to rubble. And the loss of over 550,000 lives! 

Radwan typically appears on every major CIA owned and operated channel in the US as well as government owned and operated television stations in Algeria and Tunisia.

Both Tunisia and Algeria share close trade and economic ties with Russia.

In a classic attempt to twist history, NED’s CEO, Damon Wilson, is claiming that Russia is responsible for the bloody, reprehensible Bombing of Syria, China is becoming heavy handed authoritarian in surveillance of its citizens, and Iran is evil for sending weapons to Russia.

As a result of these conclusions, NED is calling for a revitalization of the Arab Spring Revolt!   Fawez Gerges, of the London School of Economics where Soros studied under Popper states; “I don’t think we’re going to see any stability as long as dictators and military intelligence agencies continue to suffocate society.”   His reference would apparently include all MENA members and BRICS.

NED views the current situation as ‘bleak’.   But the purpose of the CSID Conference hosted by Damon Wilson was to reiterate to themselves that the BRICS have taken control – and alliances are peeling away. Given that issue, the Arabs could align to boot intelligence agencies and western militaries from the Middle East – including the US military squatting in northern Syria.   This represents an unsustainable threat to the hegemony of The Cartel and their ‘Inserts’.  An Arab Spring and a coup in Belarus would be their solutions!

Without a clear counteroffensive from the Cartel, their power is waning rapidly and they are left looking like hamsters spinning on a rusty wheel going nowhere quickly! Waiting for instructions, the US military commanders that have been commandeered are lackluster desk jockeys looking for a beach and Mai Tai lifestyle – hopefully tomorrow.  And the Cartel has no inventory of replacements… 

CHIP Manufacturing Central to WWIII

Flexing its muscles, CSIS is obsessed with all things Chips, Chip Act, and Cyber WarGames.   Simultaneously, China held a meeting with its security chiefs to prepare for “dangerous storms”.   President Xi Jinping focused specifically on the US in his remarks stating that China must modernize its security architecture and prepare for actual combat.  

Unlike the MSM in their vane of fear mongering, China is not inclined to make these sort of statements needlessly.   Recently shutting down the offices of Bain & CO as well as Mintz Group in Shanghai citing security concerns, China is waking the dragon.   Perhaps too little too late.   The US has effectively already invaded China via a vast network of defense contractors and intelligentsia that were initially believed to be installed in order to advance China’s economy.

There are over 8800 US companies operating in China.   Most are simply benign food and retail companies, but China has growing concern that it has been the victim of a contrived military operation.   And the Mafia Cartel are likely asserting their roosters for a cock fight.

Central to the agenda are Chips.   Chips that are free of hack software.

In 2018, Bloomberg announced The Big Hack with China central in ‘compromising America’s technology’.   But what if the bog of false propaganda information parlayed by the US Bloomberg’s of the world is really a reality of US hacking – not China?   Rogue Intelligence Agencies Rule.   Given our governments inability to relay anything remotely resembling Truth, why would we believe – anything?

The Pentagon has declared China, ‘the most consequential and systemic challenge’.   While Russia is labeled the greatest threat.   Unfortunately, we are slowly coming to the realization that the greatest threat to western cultures is the US Government and its prolific three letter agencies.

I would clarify that the vast majority of Citizens from these countries are wholly innocent of the atrocities and agendas being perpetrated.   The WarGame is among the governments & Shadow Cartel.   Instead of looking for ways to disarm that Gamut, the shadows ruling the US want it amped up!   The only rationale is a barrage of media propaganda aimed at US = good guy – everyone else = bad guy syndrome.

Within this odd couples montage, MicroChips are central as a power vacuum.   The US manufacturing of chips represents just 12% of global supply and the future is Chips Ahoy!

The largest microchip manufacturers in the world are ranked: Taiwan, South Korea, Japan, – then US and China.   Top importers are Hong Kong, China, US, Germany and The Netherlands.   Isolating Hong Kong and China requires wooing of Taiwan, Japan and South Korea.

Taiwan was the most controversial given its political disfunction with China.   Yet it was also the easiest to align with given the recent presidential regime change instituted by NED.

According to our very truthful media, the Prime Minister of Japan was elected as a liberal democrat but is really a conservative in disguise. Despite getting quite unfavorable reviews, Fumio Kishida was ‘somehow’ elected as Prime Minister following the assassination of  Shinzo Abe securing another western puppet state.

The alleged perpetrator of the assassination of Abe is Tetsuya Yamagami.   Yamagami reportedly ‘made’ a gun from scratch using duct tape and shot Abe over a rift Yamagami had with the Unification Church 20 years prior…   He had no prior encounters with police or employers or neighbors and was viewed as a ‘normal’ guy.   Yamagami was never a member of the Unification Church.   Sounds like a staged scapegoat.  Sounds like the JFK assassination cover.  Sounds like the CIA.

Apparently, Shinzo Abe was becoming more and more difficult to deal with under the authoritarian thumb of the Cartel in compliance with the WEF. His usefulness had expired and he became a detriment to the Cartel.

By contrast, the newly inserted Kishida is more than willing to sell Japan to the highest bidder while situating them as one of several obvious China Targets.

Right now, the US depends on Taiwan for their advanced chips for military ‘devices’.   While there was a reported glut of chips in December 2022, suddenly CSIS declared the US military deficient in January 2023.   So what’s the Beef?

“Global chip shortages have impeded the ability of DoD contractors like Lockheed Martin and Raytheon to boost production of weapons used in the Russia-Ukraine War.”~   EE TIMES.

Meaning a war effort against China is considered a 2030 Agenda goal to be achieved once the US supply of Chips accelerates.   Intel’s new global chip plant under construction in Ohio has a scheduled delivery date of 2025 – maybe.   The purpose would apparently not be for the car industry or supply chain industry but for Global War.

And CHINA is preparing.

BOYCOTTS: The Big 3 – BlackRock, Vanguard & State Street

The backlash boycotts against Disney, Bud Light and now Target have been massive and effective.  While Bud Light attempted to rectify their misaligned marketing campaign, Target has taken the ideology to extreme levels in promoting trans conversions for ‘children’.   The Target marketing strategy was NOT in the adult section of the store – it was pushing an agenda on children’s clothing.   These are Public Companies with fiduciary responsibilities and duties to their shareholders – that could result in lawsuits for gross mismanagement.

In 2023, Disney has lost 6.4 million subscribers as a direct result of their internal policies.   Since March 2021 when the boycott began the share price of Disney has tanked from $197 per share to just $88.   Target’s share price has dropped a full 13% since the boycott began just ten days ago translating to a $10 billion loss.   Unlike Bud Light, Target doubled down;  adding satanic clothing for children.

The bottom line of marketing strategy is to increase sales thru an understanding of who your market audience is.   Less than half of 1% of people in the US identify as trans.   I remember when BLM began its racist canvassing campaign – Jesse Waters started the college campus crusade equipped with a microphone and some basic questions.   His comedy revealed that the uneducated college grads thought the US population demographic were comprised of over 50% black vs 13%.    Why?  Because the media pushed that belief.

Today the media push is to create the impression that the trans community is representative of 10%-20% of the US population and they ALL are pedophiles looking to convert your children.   In actuality – the source of this version of wokeness is born primarily in schools.   Schools funded by tax dollars thru Department of Education and Property Taxes.   Property Taxes are supposed to fund based on “enrollment”.

In that revelation – the best means of boycotting trans indoctrination of children would be to pull your children from public education.   As schools face reduced enrollment, they have a choice in reducing trans aligned woke teaching or conservative teachers dedicated to helping children achieve!   Like public companies – that choice is a bottom line depression.    Homeschooling being the most viable option it has evolved into an enterprise of its own!

In a true Capitalist society, the executives of corporations are paid based on performance.   They are rewarded based on performance.   A negative performance would typically result in their dismissal or the forfeiture of a large portion of their salary.   Target executives and the Board apparently don’t care – and that is concerningly odd.

When boycotts are rabid – Target’s CEO, Brian Cornell, made the corporate decision to suffer losses on behalf of their shareholders.   Knowingly.   In defense, Cornell is claiming his policies have been the ‘driver of growth’ via diversity, equity and inclusion.   That declaration is false – Target’s Leadership team has one black.   Cornell has been Target’s CEO since 2014.   When he came onboard the stock was trading at roughly $60 per share.   By July 2021, Target shares had risen to $260.   Today the stock has dropped nearly 50%, Net Income is at its lowest level since 2017 and EPS have dropped nearly 60% year over year.

Who is really driving the Corporate Wokeness?

The answer is the Hedge Funds:   BlackRock, Vanguard, and State Street who are among the largest investors of all major corporations.  They make the rules, initiate the Credit Scoring system that all corporations must abide by or have their business literally destroyed.   These Funds force the incorporation of ESG.   In the case of BlackRock, Larry Fink is the progenitor of all things Liberal Agenda compliance.

BlackRock is now the largest Hedge Fund in the world holding over $10 TRILLION in assets.   Fink sits on the board of the World Economic Forum.   BlackRock’s fame began in 2008 when the Bush administration contracted with them to help ‘cleanup the contrived financial meltdown’.   This move cemented BlackRock’s power within the CIA/Obama alliance.   Over the following 13 years, BlackRock’s portfolio increased 1000% and its share price tripled.

In 2019, Fink declared he would divest BlackRock of fossil fuel companies.   Despite that declaration, the Fund owns 92m shares of ConocoPhillips, 39m shares of Marathon Petroleum, 47m shares of EOG Resources, 33m shares of Valero Energy and 134m shares of Chevron.  What the portfolio lacks is solar and wind farms.   There is no ESG.   It died because it wasn’t profitable.

BlackRock owns 7.5%% of State Street, with a total of $8 trillion under management.   They own nearly 14% of Vanguard which has assets under management stated to be $7.2 trillion.   Vanguard owns 8.4% of BlackRock, and State Street owns 4.2% of BlackRock.  These three Institutions hold roughly 18.5% of Disney.   It is a circular CLUB.

When conservatives initiate boycotts the losses sustained by the individual companies also hit these Monster Hedge Funds!  That equates to losses for these Institutional Holders when conservatives Boycott.   That is Power.

These three hedge funds control $25 trillion in assets – ¼ of Global GDP.   This is why they continue to believe that they are the Global Chosen Ones.   By comparison, the BRICs control 31.5% of global GDP having surpassed the G7 at 30%.     Bloomberg estimates this skew will grow exponentially by 2030 when the BRIC’s will control 50% of global GDP.   China is the largest BRIC member.   While demonizing the China narrative, in reality all US intelligence agencies concur that wooing China is imperative.

Decoupling China assures the rise of BRIC’s – and the fall of the G7.   While our esteemed government demands a decoupling based on the false premise that China has aspirations of heading the New World Order via organizations such as WHO, they wholly ignore the Bill Gates and Clinton control…   A damaging view that will allow the true Cabal in Power.

A different assessment might simply couple trade with China via an alliance that is based on a ‘package’.   The package would limit deficit trade to zero.   Assure the dollar as the means.   And create a more broad based alliance to include greater trade with India, Mexico and South America.   A Department of Trade to fill the voids of the eliminated:  Department of Education, Department of Interior, Department of Labor, Department of State, Department of Health, Federal Reserve, CIA, FBI & NSA, and Department of Housing whose functions have little affect on our economy, is a MUCH more economic powerhouse! 

These drags on growth would also eliminate NGO funding which operates as the Shadow Government, aka The Cabal.  

RAND Corporation: The Shadow Government

Most have accepted that the Pandemic was ‘pre-conceived’ given the literal bounty of evidence in particular Bill Gates TED references.   In fact, Metabiota, the company implicated in funding the Ukrainian bioweapon labs apparently collaborated with Eco Health Alliance which was funded for gain of research by Fauci’s NIH.   Metabiota’s News Thread reveals Pandemic discussions dating from 2018. They are also aligned with the World Economic Forum. A similar pre-conceived revelation is revealed by the RAND Corporation as they outlined the means to destroy Russia – in a document published May 2019.  

OPENING STATEMENT:   “This brief summarizes a report that comprehensively examines nonviolent and cost imposing options that the United States and its allies could pursue across economic, political, and military areas to stress—overextend and unbalance—Russia’s economy and armed forces and the regime’s political standing at home and abroad.”

The paper details various means to accomplish this task with ratings of high-moderate-low for:   1. Likelihood of success, 2. Benefits, 3. Costs & risks.    It includes scenarios such as: imposing deeper trade and financial sanctions, increase Europe’s ability to purchase LNG from other sources, provide lethal aide to Ukraine, create the perception that Russia is not acting in the public interest, undermine Russia’s reputation abroad, reposition bombers, and deploy NATO forces on the Russian border.

ALL of which and more have already been advanced in order to neutralize Russia.

Suffice it to say, these experts at RAND did not anticipate that their provocations might precipitate a reaction quite as well planned and organized as has been seen in Ukraine.

The RAND documents made no mention of the bioweapon labs in Ukraine nor the Nazification of it’s military.   Two areas which gave Russia credence and sent the DoD into a tailspin of trying to ‘clean’ their preponderance of mistakes.   RAND’s miscalculations also did not take into account the abject sloppiness of Lloyd Austin, Blinken and Nuland, their proteges.

Documents released by Russia detail the moment ‘after’ the Russian advancement began which reveal the  maniacal attempts to dispose bioweapon lab toxins, lab materials and documents and the swift exodus of level 4 vials to Australia, Lviv, and possibly Poland.   Employees left a sink hole of information behind.  And RAND missed the BEAT!

Should a bomb hit one of these laboratories, a detonation could send the remnants of plague, anthrax, TB and other contagions into the atmosphere.   The dominant direction of winds from Kyiv are northeasterly. Directly NE is Moscow.

MAD KING!   To further the propaganda Putin’s mental capacity has now been described as deranged, mad, off the rails, irrational, and a nuclear time bomb.   All in line with the RAND Report to discredit image, reputation and coherency.   It is a tactic similar to the continuous attacks against President Trump as they frequently defined him as damaged goods. Trump had the Red Button!   And was going to destroy mankind –

It was something out of a James Bond movie to be sure.  But then RAND collaborated in one such James Bond movie!

It is difficult to read reports by otherwise educated men who knowingly and purposefully write hypocritical propaganda for the purpose of global dominance.   “A lie must be powerfully calculated to deceive”. ~Twain

RAND has been declared more devious and certainly more powerful than the CIA.    The Shadow Government. Funding is a jungle of US Taxpayers, NATO, every imaginable US University, most European governments, Qatar, Aspen Institute, Hoover Institute, all branches of the military, various ‘water’ agencies, etc… The list is pages long!   They frequent CNN as their main point of media which is simply one of the many CIA operatives.

RAND is the command center for strategy for the US military and NATO.   And their octopus arms spread far and wide including ‘healthcare’, child education, AI, surveillance, and even transhumanism.   Like most government funded NGO’s, their original force majeure in 1945 has extended into the stratosphere of every agency of control.

1944-1945 were pivotal years.   It was when the UN was created, it was the year the spoils of WWII were divied according to the US, UK and France.   It was the year, Patton was suicided.   The World Bank and IMF were created.   And led to the creation by these same institutions:  the CIA, WHO and NATO.

THESE organizations are in sync as our global rulers.  The Shadow Government el al.

Yet even RAND with its 1800+ analysts did not properly predict the relations that would develop as a result of anti-Russia rhetoric.   They went too far utilizing a media force that was derailed by the commoners numbering an 85% disapproval.   They miscalculated how quickly the propaganda would be exposed.   And they pressured/demanded that certain countries fall in line with their thought – or be punished.  Which backfired.

The extent of available data, the extent of global researchers seeking Truth, was severely underestimated.   And these mistakes will ultimately quash their trajectory of the Great RESET and a New World Order.

Foreign Agent Registration: Liberals Further Attacks on Trump Allies!

Tom Barrack, a President Trump ally, whose life would seem punctuated with bailing people out of catastrophic financial issues, has been arrested by the FBI under charges similar to Paul Manafort, Rick Gates and General Flynn.   The charges:   failing to register as a foreign agent, conspiracy and false statements to the FBI.   Basically, Barrack is accused of being pro-United Arab Emirates.

A member of the UN, OPEC, World Bank, IMF and the Gulf Cooperation Council, the UAE would hardly be perceived as an volatile enemy, but then the globalists are simply cleaning house. Defined as having close strategic ties with the United States the UAE has been described as our best counter-terrorism ally.   What they are not is an ally of Qatar and Iran.

But the Cult/Cabal would rather usurp all potential allegiances with countries that have not bowed to their globalist coup. And Tom Barrack has become the newest victim of the Shadows that rule within the White House.

Instead we are being led down a bizarrely fantastical Rabbit Hole as we follow Alice in Wonderland where black is white and queens rule upside down and sideways.

Mr. Barrack is stated to have acted as a foreign agent when he allegedly shared a draft of Trump’s energy policy speech to seek approval on the ‘pro-gulf region language’ from Rashid al-Malik.  The assumption is that Barrack was acting as an agent of a foreign government. A businessman from the UAE, Rashid al-Malik is accused of being an intelligence operative – spy… although there has yet to be ANY evidence to support this accusation.

President Trump had been actively involved in numerous business dealings in the UAE prior to the election.

By contrast, neither Hunter Biden or Daddy Biden have faced any such charges despite massive evidence of acting as a foreign agent for both Ukraine and China.   Nor did Obama face any such charges when acting as a foreign agent of an al-Qaeda affiliate operating in Sudan – knowingly funding a terrorist organization.

FARA was first enacted in 1938 to target Nazi propaganda efforts within the US. At the time, FDR was President and had admiration for Hitler, refusing to condemn him and the Nazi annexations.   FARA is RIFE with inconsistencies and recently the DOJ with approval from the FBI would seem to have a ‘woked allegiance’.

FARA registrations are quite low with a peak of 916 in 1987. Under Clinton, registrations virtually collapsed given the definition of an agent was considered unclear by NSD and investigators.   Registrations are required to be updated every six months and 62% of registrations were found to be ‘untimely’ a decade ago.

Did Hillary or Bill Clinton file with FARA when conducting political activities against Trump?   Did Bloomberg file with FARA over his relationship with the government of Qatar?   Or Podesta over his ties to Saudi Arabia and Russia?

The case against Tom Barrack is as flimsy as the January 6th coup at the Capitol orchestrated by democrat and neoconservative politicians. Like Blue Laws, such as one in Denver that prohibits a dandelion to grow within city limits… or in Boulder where it is illegal to have a couch on a private porch.  However, what it lacks in precedence, it makes up for in corruption.

In fact, outside of Mueller’s recent attacks on anyone affiliated with Trump, since 1966 there were exactly 7 instances in which FARA was evoked.   Since the end of WWII almost all cases were either suspended or dismissed.  Fines dropped, and jail sentencing dropped or subject to house arrest probation.   Until the Clinton/Mueller vindictive rage took hold.

Attacks on Trump affiliates is a powder keg waiting to explode as legal precedents are exposed. The DOJ is an operative of the corrupt CIA and FBI.   The money under the table, the gross blackmail, and the duplicitous nature of allegations reveals a US justice system obliged to a Shadow Government rule of law.   It is only a matter of time before The People no longer accept this transgression of authoritarian rule that has absorbed America.   Behind Closed Doors, police, military officials, and militias, will only stand down for so long…
