Gain of Function Research: Ongoing in Cameroon via USAID and US Army

In 2009, USAID in partnership with EcoHealth Alliance, Metabiota, and the government of Cameroon worked to collect 140,000 biological samples among wildlife – including 10,000 bats.   Those samples revealed over 1200 viruses 160 of which were documented in the ‘corona classification’. Fieldwork ceased September 2019 – just when CoVid was identified. The Project was called, USAID PREDICT and was cancelled by Trump before being reinstated in 2020.

In 2010, USAID PREDICT expanded their program to China with USAID funding. Between 2012 and 2014, PREDICT expanded further into the DRC with the assistance of WHO, CDC, US Army Medical Research Institute and Societe des Jesuites among others.

Expansion continued throughout Africa, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Mexico.   At some point the government of Cameroon became concerned over the ‘test subjects’ being used and the ethics of ‘informed consent’.   Military personnel were considered as a part of the topic given that they were under ‘orders’ and thus the informed consent ethic did not apply.

October 2022, HEADA, a Cameroon based biotech company announced they had purchased Metabiota. Funding that followed the purchase was to continue via DoD, CDC and USAID.   In 2022, it was revealed that Hunter Biden had secured massive funding for Metabiota’s operations in Ukraine.

Two days after Russia invaded Ukraine claiming the 46 weaponized biologic labs were operating outside protocols – Zelenskyy ordered all documentation burned.

HEADA had previously worked with CRESAR – the US Army Medical Research Centre in Cameroon.   Simultaneously, Bill Gates Foundation was experimenting on Africans and Indians in impoverished areas via uninformed consent.   According to a Survey of International And Comparative Law comprised in 2017, Gates was responsible for thousands of deaths and injuries as a result of his ‘experiments’.

In other words, Gain of Function Research was ongoing in Cameroon and other African nations a full half decade before the Wuhan Lab even opened in 2015!   It was NOT simply a Fauci NIH controversy, it included the US Army, DoD, USAID, WHO, CDC, the Society of Jesuits under the authority of the Vatican, Metabiota and Eco Alliance.

Test subjects were likely those incapable of informed consent including children, the disabled, the uneducated villagers, military personnel, and the mentally handicapped.

And the research is continuing today with USAID, CDC, and DoD funding under the African organization HEADA. But that isn’t the whole story…

Founded in 2017, Labyrinth Global Health offers ‘sustainable solutions’ working in Cameroon and the DRC to prevent zoonotic diseases in conjunction with CRESAR and NGO’s.

“Labyrinth’s global reach is further expanded through our office in Kyiv, Ukraine, a gateway to Eastern Europe. Built on successful implementation of projects that span Ukraine, Armenia, and Azerbaijan, we engage Ministries and scientists in collaborative pursuits throughout the region.”

Labyrinth in Ukraine founders were former staff members for Metabiota. They too were funded by USAID with US military backing:   “In 2019, the chief of the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ sanitary and epidemiological department had sent to the director of Labyrinth Ukraine the Ukrainian military’s readiness to interact with USAID in terms of injecting troops with vaccines, as well as collecting, processing and providing information to the US.”

Located in Florida, Labyrinth’s research would seem to be focused inside Africa and Ukraine.   Financed by American Taxpayers. Karen Saylors, Labyrinth co-founder, was previously VP at Metabiota 2008-2019, Director at Johns Hopkins, and Field Coordinator at Medicin San Frontiere.   Affiliations include Bill Gates Foundation and Tedros at WHO.

While Russia has since dismantled the Ukraine Labs, Cameroon and the DRC remain hotbeds for the continuation of Gain of Function Research using ‘volunteer test subjects’ with funding sources uninterrupted. The names have changed somewhat – but it appears Fauci may have been the scapegoat to distract from the true sources of Funding!

Hunter Biden’s Laptop From Hell!

The laptop from Hell which has the potential to unravel every western government, every spy organization, most US & European congressmen, and the throttle of the Cabalists – and guess who is silent?   The Ukraine war story is dead.   Putin cleansed most of what was necessary – and the story is no longer about the war but why the cleansing was essential for half the global population. The other half can join Hunter.   No Presidential Pardon will be accepted.   And the Ukrainian people are likely celebrating their release from the prison nightmare that is Ukraine.

Technology gave Hunter the ability to feed his most ravenous addictions but it is also the source of his ultimate demise.   The Cloud where all things remain for eternity houses everything believed to be deleted.   Two years of diligent work and much is recovered including convicting emails and porn – involving children and his niece.

Jack Maxey refused to give up despite being dismissed by the same FBI that now claims the Russian Hoax Laptop is actually real and belongs to Hunter Biden.   Matt Gaetz claims that he has successfully entered the laptop into Congressional Record – where it cannot be ‘deleted’.

The Economist denies anything and has blasted its entire site with Ukraine and Zelenskyy promotions in a last ditch effort to pretend innocence.  Politico follows their commander-in-chief Cabalists, and fear is creeping into every crevice of their ‘weak link’ – Hunter.

Using Ketanji’s soft on porn stance to push her into the Supreme Court fray where Hunter’s indictment is likely to take place has failed.   But based on the statements by Maxey, porn will be secondary to Treason which is not going away and hundreds ‘could’ potentially go down with Hunter.   Speak No Evil?

All the Kings Horses & All The Kings Men – couldn’t put the Bidens together again.   Their family corruption is so vast one wonders if the delusional Brandon is simply an act devised as an excuse to recuse his crimes.   That the stage play was predetermined to be of a finite time frame after which Brandon would disappear.

In 2020 50 Intel Agents published a letter declaring the Laptop was a Moscow derivative and linking the Hoax to President Trump. The signatures came from the CIA, Department of Defense, National Geospatial Intelligence Agency, Defense Intelligence, Department of State, NSA, Homeland Security, National Counterterrorism Center, US Air Force, and National Security Council.   Effectively putting their careers and lives on the line. As in IMPLICATED.

The letter these ‘intelligence agents’ signed cites as partial intel evidence of their decision to claim it is a Russian hoax – came from ‘the media’.   When has ‘the media’ ever been a source for the CIA?   Not a good look for spooks across the world.   I imagine the fear has traveled far and wide.   But that wasn’t enough, the CIA felt compelled to cite two media sources:   The Washington Post and USA Today (which just this month glorified Melinda Gates as a woman of the year honoree).

USA Today is owned by Gannett whose headquarters is a mere 5 miles from CIA Headquarters in McLean Virginia.   Now isn’t that a coincidence?   Or just simply another CIA blunderfall.  

Gannett’s CEO and Chair is Mike Reed who identifies as ‘he/him’ on his linkedin account.   Prior, Mr Reed was CEO for GateHouse Media which filed Chapter 11 Bankruptcy and reorganized thru a stock finagle and became New Media Investment Group before being bought by Gannett in 2019.   Cleaning House?

The Washington Post, owned by Bezos, has been described as a CIA outlet since the inception of the CIA and was part of the MKUltra Project under CIA Director Dulles.

John Sifer retired CIA who claimed the laptop was a Russian Hoax – is now working at the Atlantic Council.   He and Grenell got into a Twitter spat about Sifer’s intel claim of a Russia Hoax. As it turns out the hoax is in fact that Russia had nothing to do with the Laptop or its contents and there was never ANY intel to support it did!

Maxey also claims that the Pentagon paid MetaBiota to build the biolabs in Ukraine using shell companies to siphon the money to them.    And that the biolabs were in fact funded by the US to secure bio-weapons which seemed to periodically leak killing Ukrainian nationals.

While the media focus is on ‘the elite’ in terms of the exposure in the Laptop, they are actually using the elite to distract from the true Rulers;   The CIA & Congress including BOTH parties.

The same CIA that creates the video’s, photos, and narratives about the evil Russia, the Hero Zelenskyy, to distract from the Biolabs and Neo-Nazi’s that Putin sought to disable – permanently.   While simultaneously goading Russia into a nuclear war that would have seen Europe obliterated. First, Second & Third strike.   With Blinken simultaneously doing the Bidding of Soros, his father’s comrade at The Open Society, to shove Poland and thus all of Europe under the bus.

And the Laptop from Hell spells it all OUT with hundreds of thousands of emails.   40,000 pictures and over 200,000 emails … so far.  And They are DROWNING!

RAND Corporation: The Shadow Government

Most have accepted that the Pandemic was ‘pre-conceived’ given the literal bounty of evidence in particular Bill Gates TED references.   In fact, Metabiota, the company implicated in funding the Ukrainian bioweapon labs apparently collaborated with Eco Health Alliance which was funded for gain of research by Fauci’s NIH.   Metabiota’s News Thread reveals Pandemic discussions dating from 2018. They are also aligned with the World Economic Forum. A similar pre-conceived revelation is revealed by the RAND Corporation as they outlined the means to destroy Russia – in a document published May 2019.  

OPENING STATEMENT:   “This brief summarizes a report that comprehensively examines nonviolent and cost imposing options that the United States and its allies could pursue across economic, political, and military areas to stress—overextend and unbalance—Russia’s economy and armed forces and the regime’s political standing at home and abroad.”

The paper details various means to accomplish this task with ratings of high-moderate-low for:   1. Likelihood of success, 2. Benefits, 3. Costs & risks.    It includes scenarios such as: imposing deeper trade and financial sanctions, increase Europe’s ability to purchase LNG from other sources, provide lethal aide to Ukraine, create the perception that Russia is not acting in the public interest, undermine Russia’s reputation abroad, reposition bombers, and deploy NATO forces on the Russian border.

ALL of which and more have already been advanced in order to neutralize Russia.

Suffice it to say, these experts at RAND did not anticipate that their provocations might precipitate a reaction quite as well planned and organized as has been seen in Ukraine.

The RAND documents made no mention of the bioweapon labs in Ukraine nor the Nazification of it’s military.   Two areas which gave Russia credence and sent the DoD into a tailspin of trying to ‘clean’ their preponderance of mistakes.   RAND’s miscalculations also did not take into account the abject sloppiness of Lloyd Austin, Blinken and Nuland, their proteges.

Documents released by Russia detail the moment ‘after’ the Russian advancement began which reveal the  maniacal attempts to dispose bioweapon lab toxins, lab materials and documents and the swift exodus of level 4 vials to Australia, Lviv, and possibly Poland.   Employees left a sink hole of information behind.  And RAND missed the BEAT!

Should a bomb hit one of these laboratories, a detonation could send the remnants of plague, anthrax, TB and other contagions into the atmosphere.   The dominant direction of winds from Kyiv are northeasterly. Directly NE is Moscow.

MAD KING!   To further the propaganda Putin’s mental capacity has now been described as deranged, mad, off the rails, irrational, and a nuclear time bomb.   All in line with the RAND Report to discredit image, reputation and coherency.   It is a tactic similar to the continuous attacks against President Trump as they frequently defined him as damaged goods. Trump had the Red Button!   And was going to destroy mankind –

It was something out of a James Bond movie to be sure.  But then RAND collaborated in one such James Bond movie!

It is difficult to read reports by otherwise educated men who knowingly and purposefully write hypocritical propaganda for the purpose of global dominance.   “A lie must be powerfully calculated to deceive”. ~Twain

RAND has been declared more devious and certainly more powerful than the CIA.    The Shadow Government. Funding is a jungle of US Taxpayers, NATO, every imaginable US University, most European governments, Qatar, Aspen Institute, Hoover Institute, all branches of the military, various ‘water’ agencies, etc… The list is pages long!   They frequent CNN as their main point of media which is simply one of the many CIA operatives.

RAND is the command center for strategy for the US military and NATO.   And their octopus arms spread far and wide including ‘healthcare’, child education, AI, surveillance, and even transhumanism.   Like most government funded NGO’s, their original force majeure in 1945 has extended into the stratosphere of every agency of control.

1944-1945 were pivotal years.   It was when the UN was created, it was the year the spoils of WWII were divied according to the US, UK and France.   It was the year, Patton was suicided.   The World Bank and IMF were created.   And led to the creation by these same institutions:  the CIA, WHO and NATO.

THESE organizations are in sync as our global rulers.  The Shadow Government el al.

Yet even RAND with its 1800+ analysts did not properly predict the relations that would develop as a result of anti-Russia rhetoric.   They went too far utilizing a media force that was derailed by the commoners numbering an 85% disapproval.   They miscalculated how quickly the propaganda would be exposed.   And they pressured/demanded that certain countries fall in line with their thought – or be punished.  Which backfired.

The extent of available data, the extent of global researchers seeking Truth, was severely underestimated.   And these mistakes will ultimately quash their trajectory of the Great RESET and a New World Order.
