ERIKA Kirk – TPUSA – Unraveling The Saga

Erika Kirk:

Mother = Lorin Abbas of Muslim Lebanese descent.  Father = Kent Randall Frantzve ‘Swedish’ descent – according to Geneastar a genealogy website.   In a 2007 obituary for Lori’s father, Joseph Abbas, the relatives include Lori Abbas and her husband Larry R. Guinta (Frantzve) – not Kent Randall. The tribute to Erika’s grandfather was from her paternal side, Carl Kenneth Frantzve who died in 2016.  There is no genealogy linking Lori to a previous marriage or to Erika having any siblings.  But then, her place of birth varies as being Ohio and Scottsdale.

Larry and Lori have numerous patents together, filings beginning between 1994 and 2011. The address listed for Lori in Arizona details the purchase in April 1995 and sold in 1998 (likely the divorce).  Another home built in 2017 in Fountain Hills, AZ is also associated with Lori.  It’s current MV is roughly $3 million. While Larry and Lori may have divorced, he was very much in their lives given he worked alongside her mother and continues to do so as of today.

Larry Guinta is co-founder along with Lori Abbas of E3TEKG Group;  Lori is CEO with computer and network security experience.  Previously, Lori worked as CBIS-RAB/ISO9000 (Cincinnati Ohio Bell) as an auditor in Germany, Netherlands, England, and Australia.  Erika was born in 1988.  Larry has a BS degree and states expertise in electro mechanical engineering.   In 2017, he wrote a white paper for the Department of Defense on how a small carryon EMP Device could bring down a commercial airliner.  He follows one company:  US Space Forces Combat Forces Command based in Colorado Springs.

It appears, E3TEKG contracts with Northrop, DoD, and Homeland Security.  In 2014, they won a medal for their participation in Operation Enduring Freedom under Obama in Afghanistan and for Operation Iraqi in the over-throw of Sadaam led by Bush.  Their website provides zero other information.  No team profiles.  No Board of Directors.  No News Releases.

At some point around 2015ish Erika moved to Manhattan and became a real estate agent with the Corcoran Group.  She claims she worked mostly with ‘developers’.  Simultaneously she tried to grift into television and was in a few bit parts but nothing took hold.  It was Mikey McCoy who called her while she was still living in NYC and told her to apply for the TPUSA job in Arizona in 2018.  She didn’t know Mikey at the time and said the call was strange because she and her mom, Lori, had just traveled to Israel together and Charlie Kirk was in the same line to get on the plane.

Barbara Corcoran of the Corcoran Group worked closely with Donald Trump beginning in 1983.  In 2001, Barbara sold her company to National Realty Trust  (NRT), a subsidiary of Anywhere Realty Trust opening them to the NYC market.  CEO of Anywhere Realty, Ryan Schneider, began his elevated career as a partner at McKinsey & Co – responsible for the vast majority of ‘political makeovers’.   In 2016, Trump dropped the Corcoran Group over a fee dispute dating from 1994. 

Mikey Mccoy’s wife, Eliza, just released some messages on Instagram that is blowing holes everywhere – “They all knew”. “Everything is set.  Keep calm if it happens”.  “We’ve rehearsed this.  Make sure cameras stay rolling”.  “Erika already knows”.  “I can’t stay quiet any more.  This wasn’t an accident”.  Her Twitter account has been erased.  McCoy’s reaction to the shooting is continually called into question with storylines changing as more information is released.  His initial statement was that he immediately called Erika.  His pastor father, Rob McCoy claims Mikey called him. TPUSA claims he was a hero for walking away.

The storyline is so muddied at this point as a direct result of bad PR campaigns reminiscent of Israel’s attempt to portray themselves as the forever victim.  Had they kept everyone out of the limelight, they wouldn’t need the constant Cleanup Cartel to fix the damage.  Erika is now the epitome of everything Charlie Kirk said he disapproved of including the Tammy Faye comparisons swathed in millions of diamonds, fake hair, gobs of makeup, media mélange tours, glitz and glam, and not tending to her children – foregoing Charlie’s basic message on women of faith.

Unraveling this at hyper-speed, the number of media podcasters joining in the investigation and sleuthing is growing rapidly.  The naysayers only fuel more investigations as Erika makes her way on stage – prompted, scripted, and with cuts and redoes to make the imagery impact appear compassionate.  I am reminded of Obama’s fake tears in 2016.  The Show Must Go ON!

OPERATION NORTHWOODS – a DoD/CIA Terrorist Agenda

In 1962, General Lyman Lemnitzer proposed to President Kennedy Operation Northwoods.  The proposal called for the use of CIA operatives to both stage and commit acts of terrorism against American military and civilian targets.   The idea was to use Americans as fodder in order to  blame the Cuban government and use them to justify a war against Cuba. The possibilities detailed in the document included the remote control of civilian aircraft which would be secretly repainted as US Air Force planes, a fabricated ‘shoot down’ of a US Air Force fighter aircraft off the coast of Cuba, the assassination of Cuban immigrants, sinking boats of Cuban refugees on the high seas and blowing up a U.S. ship, all while orchestrating terrorism across U.S. cities.

Although Kennedy refused, Lemnitzer went on to be promoted to four stars and awarded numerous medals.  The CIA Director at the time was Alan Dulles who was well known for his psychological experiments on military personnel.  IF you ever doubted the extreme measures that the DoD and CIA were willing to breech in order to kill all the citizens in a foreign country, in this instance, Cuba – this will  haunt you for decades.  Americans are seen as cattle.  Fodder.

What had Cuba done to be destroyed by America?  Cuba had aligned with Soviet Russia.  Bolshevik Soviet Russia.  Communists.  The exact same communists that now govern America via The Deep State Apparatus. 

The official reason parlayed internally was that the American government wanted to preserve its commercial interests in Cuba which was upended by Castro’s election.  Their installed dictator had lost the election.  This became the first in ‘how to manipulate elections in favor of the CIA’.  

For the next 60+ years, Cuba’s economy was sanctioned into poverty.  Presented as a lesson to every other country which refused to bow to the dictums of the CIA.  Of course the irony is that the Jewish Cabal is – Communist. 

General Lemnitzer was also deeply involved in Operation Sunrise during WWII.   Alan Dulles, Waffen SS General, Karl Wolff, and other operatives met clandestinely to create an end to the Nazi War via numerous conciliatory negotiations.   Stalin was NOT happy given the Soviet losses far exceeded any other country at 27 million and he was left out of this ‘negotiation’. The idea that America would not include them in the negotiations prompted Stalin to argue vehemently with FDR.  Questioning his motives.

Given the degree of deviance within the DoD and CIA, that agreement with Hitler likely included::   1) Giving Hitler a fake death and an arranged Argentina life.  2)  Allowing high ranking Nazi scientists diplomatic reprieve upon the requirement they work to advance American Science.  3)   And the capitulation of Mussolini.  Karl Wolff was given US protection but ultimately was sentenced by Germany.

Dulles was fascinated with the Nazi techniques for behavioral modification, torture, and the use of hallucinogens.  German Scientists were far superior to any in America.  Many were shipped to the US to work at Lockheed and Roswell among other locations.  Cherokee Ranch in Castle Pines was one such location.   The castle was sold to Tweet Kimball in 1954 by the Johnson Family.   It is roughly 3400 to 4000 acres and became home to many Nazi Scientists working at Lockheed. 

Dulles was famous for various devious agendas including MKUltra, Iranian coup, Bay of Pigs Invasion, the Warren Commission investigating the CIA’s assassination of Kennedy, and his expose that the Protocols of Zion Elders – was a forgery.  Dulles was instrumental in the development of Lockheed’s high altitude U-2, a reconnaissance spy plane that is still in use.  At the point of this development, the Nazi Scientists inserted into Lockheed were a pivotal asset.  Their test flights were at Area 51. 

Given General Lemnitzer was discussing the use of remote boats and planes in his plan to destroy Cuba as of 1962, it is highly likely that technology has been subjected to super sonic evolutions since.  The fact that multiple plane catastrophes have happened over the last few days is no longer a viable ‘coincidence’:  Alaska F-35 nose dives into the Pacific.  Blackhawk explodes into American Airlines.  Korea plane catches fire on landing, Air Medic plane dive bombs Philadelphia, Boeing plane overruns runway in North Carolina.

Given the CIA and DoD are Deep State.   Given they are about to be invaded by Hegseth and Musk.   Creating false flags is their MO.   And Autonomous control would be the means.

Shadow Government via NCITE – The DoD Defense Apparatus

National Counterterrorism Innovation, Technology and Education (NCITE):  Director, Gina Ligon.  PhD = Psychology.

 

The DHS private sector partners with outside stakeholders for counterterrorism, border management, infrastructure security and national preparedness.  They do so thru a subsidiary labeled Workforce Enhancement, within a program called Loaned Executives.  Created in 2010, these expert loaned executives work inside HHS filling “discreet needs” without pay.  Congressional Handlers.  They operate as the shadow government.  

These executives include some of the finest and the 2nd tier Handlers who report to the first tier – the Octopus Head.  Obama was just as much a puppet as Biden.  Obama’s handler was Michael Bloomberg who accompanied him on every flight, in every detail, in every initiative that Obama, via the McKinsey and Co “My Fair Lady” grooming took place.

That is McKinsey’s role – to take Eliza and turn her/him into a suave, groomed adult capable of whatever inherent talent they may possess.  For example:  Obama was transformed from a drug dealer to a Senator, to a President utilizing his looks, his blackness, and his ability to orate.   AOC was turned into a bewitching figure – but they could do nothing with her head.  They work with your strengths. 

Through NCITE, T2C Global became a formative agency to assist with Defense needs as opposed to manufacturing needs (Part 1 – previous blog).  Working within the DoD, Secretary of State, Homeland Security, the intelligence Community and Partner Governments, they provide ‘global defense services’ – code for High quality former special op Mercenaries.  Their Executive VP, Jim Kotlyn, is a former Navy Seal/Sp Op.  And they are HIRING!

These agency’s “Loaned Executives” operate as the ‘shadow government’ instructing the elected officials to steer clear, keep their mouths shut, and take their unearned pay and ‘insider benefits’ while they run the show.   No one is immune.  

Within the US Department of Commerce is the Open Government Plan 2024 thru 2026.  They control data.  DATA is the basis of social credit crypto currency.  Accumulating a data base on every American including their social networks, voting, personal information, medical, financial, banking, and consumption in order to control social credit scores.  This agency was also created in 2010.  Its Director is Charles Cutshall.  His LinkedIn goal is to assure ‘trust in government’ thru control driven compliance.

Another agency within S&T is NIST.  Its sub agencies within NCITE and the DoD tranche include Miltech – via Montana State University.  Miltech’s vendors include T3 Academy.  The CEO of T3 is Nadhem Alhamad, from the UAE, whose training was conducted via MI6 in the UK.   His top LinkedIn voices include:  John Eades – molding more effective leaders and Sarah Johnston – Executive Resume writer for global Leaders and Branding.   The McKinsey Drill.

Everything is something of a Hollywood base creation.  Actors playing their roles to appear competent, knowledgeable, and professional.  While the ‘Loaned Executives” perform the work and tend to be the best of the best!

UPholding the illusions are:  Aspen Institute.  Huffington.  The Atlantic.  Paypal.  CSIS.  Prudential.  ALL far left Deep State persona.  They are led to believe their efforts are instrumental to “saving democracy”.   And their inflated egos have visions of dollar signs.   

SVIP Portfolio – VIDEO ANALYTICS:  An affiliate of S&T.  Creating deep fakes using AI technology.   The long Hollywood award for the Syrian civilian gas attacks.  This is where it becomes slippery in the Musk and Ramaswamy partnerships.  I vacillate.

RTI International operates under the auspices of DHS:  They are – North Carolina Universities – Duke, State and Chapel Hill.  Their focus is diseases and vaxes.  Their research is thru CDC, NIH, WHO, and ultimately they became an adjunct to USAID.  Their job is to work with Big Pharma to create an endless supply of black-book money.  Via Pharma ‘biologics’.  Just ask Dr. David Martin who has been rather vocal about WHO, Fauci and the Pandemic.  Not to their credit.   But a VOICE in the Storm.

The purpose of Homeland Security is to mitigate/prevent terrorism and natural disasters.  Within that aura is Director of the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Director, Jen Easterly, appointed by the Biden Handlers.  She was confirmed via a “Voice Vote” wherein the yea’s and nays are an estimation of sound.  Seriously.  She was an appointment in 2013 by the Obama Regime.

It is notable that outgoing Christopher Wray warned that Infrastructure would be the devastating terrorist/CIA/Mossad target 2025.   It is also imperative to understand that although the Biden Regime is exiting stage left, they have most likely ‘booby-trapped” everything to be ultimately blamed on Trump.

All these affiliate organizations are Deep State ingrained.   Liberal.   Appointed by the shadow government handlers.  And have the motive of bringing down America to achieve the ultimate Israeli Agenda.    The mercenaries are the US military.  AI will produce Deep Fake Videos suggesting devastation that does not exist.  Most of these agencies do not publish their leadership, board and/or team.    Funding is always the US government, no other private industries are mentioned although the composite ones are likely a given – Ford, Carnegie, Wellcome, etc….  

In order for Trump to delist the Deep State, these supra-subagencies need to be dissolved.  NOT an easy equation, but one that is best recognized as a means to an end:  DEFUND.  Their sources of funds = DHS, HHS, USAID, Department of State and DoD.  A secondary response would be that civilian infrastructure within the federal government apparatus be wiped.   The third response would be to eliminate the NSA, FBI and CIA.  Because they control the Federal Agencies via Blackmail.

We have 17-19 separate Intelligence agencies – removing 15 would have little impact on anything but corruption.  The Federal Reserve.   Trump’s pick for the US Treasury is a Jewish Scott Bessent whose history is everything Soros.    An interesting pick to be sure.  There are two possible reasons for Trump’s pick of Bessent:  1)  Trump is rogue,  2)  Trump will use his Jewish picks to dissolve their control over America by forcing them into the Open.

The shadow government is operating in Full View.  Technically, they are not hiding, they just drill deep into the legitimate agencies just like the Mafia of old.   Buying into legitimate businesses to launder the money and create legitimate wealth.  What better protection from arrest than via The Government Itself! 

This drill is a small cleave into the apparatus of the Octopus.  But it unveils the prominent fact:  “Civilian Executives” are running the Regime Legally.  Although Deceitfully.  They have infiltrated every major industry including:  Federal Reserve/Banking, Military Industrial complex, Big Pharma, and Manufacturing.   Peel away their funding, and the civilian NGO’s will fall like plastic pins.  Because, in the end, their entirety for existence is their Own Money.   

US Government Spending on Electric Grid & Environment & Infrastructure $-0-

WHEN did it become okay to destroy our oceans?   To damage and destroy all fish and mammalian life that live in oceans?   Wonder why whales are beaching in vast numbers?   Wonder why our wild fishing is no longer viable?   Why was Japan allowed to dump a million metric tons of radioactive waste water into the ocean and the only objection came from China?

It takes just 57 days for that waste to distribute across the planet’s waterways contaminating everything in its path and destroying every creature within.

Somehow climate change will be blamed.  

It isn’t just the oceans – but it is our global landscape!   Forests burning to ash.   Arson.   Lack of firemen, firetrucks, materials, is despicable.  We are sending our money into the Ukraine toilet.   Instead of addressing the arson, our esteemed government continues to claim that heat from climate change and drought from climate change and a thirsty atmosphere from climate change are the real culprits.

Except they aren’t.

Even more disturbing is our government claims the 36,275 fires so far this year are normal.   Below the average.   The average beginning in 2010.   If we look at 1983 when fires first began to be recorded, there were 18,229 wildfires.  Meaning we have doubled the norm.    This is the metric of misinformation forced down our throats via cherry picking dates to substantiate an agenda.

But the disinformation is even more disturbing;  in 1983 those wildfires burned just 1.3 million acres.   In 2020, they burned 10+ million acres.  There are video’s afoot on Twitter X showing the arsonists.   Fire fighters understand that arson is the equation.  SO given our corrupted government is likely behind these fires in some manner, the question would be – WHY?

A more desolate landscape will force evacuees into inner cities.   The air pollution fallout from the fires will force people to move, their lungs burning with acid.   The trees that once provided our CO2 will not exist.    The animals once hunted for food will no longer exist.   Without these food sources we will eat bugs because that is all that will remain.  Cities are the end product.  Cities currently riddled in crime and destitution.   Cities ready to be leveled in preparation for the new and improved 15 Minute WEF Smart Green City.

Contaminated fish.  Contaminated wild meat.   You will eat your dog – one person espoused.

Yet it is only western countries.   Everyone else will fill the void of the West and flourish.

Lahaina:   Over 2,000 children did not show up for school this week.   Yet Governor Green still declares 112 people in total have perished.   The Official number.   The air quality in Lahaina is worse than poor after the fires, it is toxic.   Laden with arsonic, asbestos, and lead.  Fumes from burnt tires and plastics that can cause a host of health issues.  Chemicals that can increase the risk of cancer, birth defects, and cognitive impairment.   Why haven’t the elites opened their homes to people?   Not One.

The Department of Transportation led by Buttigieg announced they would release $3 million in emergency funding for ‘traffic management and repairs’.   Withe what maintenance equipment?   The cost to lay one mile of roadway is over $1.3 million.   One mile.   This does not include cost to clear and clean the current ashes, cars, and debris.    Resoil.   Grade.

When considering our environment as threatened to the point of extinction, our western Handlers are destroying the environment.   They pay the NGO’s that hire the arsonists.   And lest we forget, the Prime Minister of Japan, Kashida Fumio, was at the WH just 7 days ago and suddenly exercises the ‘right’ to pollute our entire ecosystem within the oceans.   Not one Congressional member objected.

Today, the Colorado government along with BLM have withdrawn 2 million acres of western slope land from oil & gas leasing.   Because of ‘pollution’.  The Strategic Reserves today are calculated to be 348 million barrels out of a capacity of 747 million.  This would last America 19 days.

There are no new electric grids currently being created.   There is currently no expansion of the grids functioning.   There is Federal funding in the amount of $13 billion available but with caveats — smart grids.   Smart Grids:  an entire network within the 3 grids across the US that will use AI to determine where and how much electricity will be distributed.   Despite this initiative being lauded since 2022, nothing has actually improved.   Why?

The Department of Energy led by Jennifer Granholm budgeted $46 billion in fiscal year 2022.  The vast majority went to the Department of Defense.   Another $16 billion, 35%, went to ‘Science and Energy’.   Their role is to advise Jennifer Granholm.  To give the money to the DoD.

In other words – there are no grid improvements.   No grid repairs.  No additional utility lines to support electric stoves, fireplaces, furnaces, heaters, or cars.   NONE.   

The Department of Transportation last week revealed they have completed all infrastructure improvements!   Just Kidding!   Buttigieg did announce that he has ‘appointed a committee to investigate infrastructure equity’.   The committee will investigate civil rights issues within infrastructure.   Disbursements for infrastructure?   $-0-.

LIES.   Our Government is destroying our environment.   They are destroying our economy.   They are raping Taxpayers.   For the privilege of inflicting untenable pain.

US BOMBING OF SYRIA: Iran the Bully Or the Scapegoat? ROGUE BIDEN MILITARY

While reports have surfaced of John Kerry’s meetings with Iran officials, and Biden wanting diplomatic relations to be restructured, the US attack on Syria comes with some very questionable facts:

  1. Despite Trump’s withdrawal of troops in Iraq, NATO forces state that they will increase their presence from 500 personnel to 4000.
  2. A dozen rockets hit coalition forces outside of Kurdish controlled Erbil International Airport.   A contractor was killed and nine others were wounded (although the original report claimed 5 and no names have been released). It is speculated the contractor killed was from South Africa.
  3. The US defense company, Sallyport, has its headquarters within the airbase providing services to Iraq’s f-16 program.
  4. Four rockets struck an airbase outside of Balad, north of Baghdad.
  5. The attack in Iraq occurred on February 20th by a Shia militant group called, Saraya Awliya al-Dam.   In response, US military forces conducted airstrikes against infrastructure utilized by Iranian-backed militant groups in eastern Syria.
  • The strikes destroyed multiple facilities located at a border control point used by a number of Iranian-backed militant groups, including Kait’ib Hezbollah (KH) and Kait’ib Sayyid al-Shuhada (KSS).
  • Seventeen people were killed, according to the Soros organization, Human Rights Watch. The attack was not approved by Congress – instead it was initiated via another Biden EO.   Congress has stated that Biden’s EO authorizing the strikes was “unconstitutional’.
  • And despite the newly appointed Secretary of Defense, Austin’s comments, the Iraqi Ministry denies that they exchanged intelligence before the US bombings in Syria.    General Austin’s resume , despite his rank, is relatively absent of typical military commands.
  1. Kait’ib Hezbollah has claimed the attacks violate International Law and the sovereignty of Iraq.
  2. Regional experts claim Saraya Awliya al-Dam was NOT working with Hezbollah or any other pro-Iranian militia. And there is no evidence that they did other than a statement from US officials.
  3. Syria claims the US attacks came as Syria and Iraqi militia groups were engaged in anti-Isis operations.

NATO has released no statement regarding the attacks other than the reaffirmation of an increased presence in Iraq for the 4,000 troops and the assertion that NATO will do nothing without the approval of the Iraqi government.

AND AS USUAL – SOMETHING SEEMS AMISS:

On February 17th, Iranian President Rouhanni announced that Iran was ready to hold talks with the UN chief claiming they had no intention of stopping their collaborative work with the IAEA and inspections.

The contractor hired to maintain security for the Iraqi F-16’s is Sallyport.   KS International, LLC states that Sallyport operates as a subsidiary under their umbrella.   And Michael Baker International LLC, located in Lakewood, Colorado, claims KS International, Kaseman, Michael Baker Corporation and Sallyport are subsidiaries under their umbrella.   KS Website no longer exists, and Sallypoint never had a website.

Their LinkedIn profile claims their clients include: DoD, Department of State, USAID, UN, World Bank and ‘others’.   KS International LinkedIn of ‘people’ indicates special ops mercenaries.

Michael Baker International LLC claims ‘more than’ $1.3 billion in annual revenue.

In 2017 Sallyport came under scrutiny when internal investigators and staff revealed that while in Iraq securing the F-16’s, the company was a) involved in human trafficking for prostitution, b)   smuggling high volumes of alcohol onto base with planes weighted so heavily one seesawed on the tarmac when landing   c) security officials ‘allowed’ militia to steal generators on a flatbed truck, d) theft of an armoured SUV and a 60’ crane, and e)   maintaining two separate set of books.    https://www.cbsnews.com/news/sallyport-global-contractor-alcohol-theft-sex-trafficking=iraq=balad=ap/

The investigators and whistleblowers were immediately fired.

The investigations were all shutdown and Sallyport apparently continued its lucrative contract with the DoD. 

So why would the DoD hire an unknown dirty contractor with no website or apparent history to ‘guard’ a couple F-16’s owned by Iraq that cost $30 million new  and pay them $1.4 billion over the course of six years in an open contract knowing they are selling off US military equipment to local militias for profit?     Call me crazy but that seems a bit odd.

What is the DoD really paying them to do?   Because from what I know hiring mercenaries is a common DoD tactic – albeit payment is typically made in cash, and the contract is not written in ink.

Who really bombed the facility, because blaming some obscure newly formed tiny militia that has no ties to Iran but somehow acquired a whole bunch of rockets, seems a bit contrived.

And who really ordered the strike, because we all know Biden’s brain cells are shy of an amoeba?   And General Lloyd Austin is not exactly the stellar military figure his rewritten bio relays.

Was the strike to cover up Sallyport’s irregularities?   And then some yahoo decided it was a good excuse to revamp and instigate a new – old war in the Middle East?   Because none of what we are being told seems to even remotely relay the truth much less skirt it.   Bumbled and inept, the corruption is obvious.

The ONLY support that substantiates the claim that Saraya Awliya al-Dam claimed responsibility for the rocket attacks – comes from US ‘officials’ unnamed. The story regarding the attack would seem to be a circular fed initially to AP and then picked up verbatim by other MSM outlets which sounds like it was written by the Pentagon.

It seems a bit odd that right as Iran is working in collaboration with the UN and IAEA, they would authorize an unknown militia group to attack Iraqi Kurds and a US facility charged with protecting Iraqi F-16s.   And given Sallyport has no viable website confirming the attack on them is not available.

In December, 2020 this report was released:

“Iraq’s F-16 fleet is no longer flying missions as part of the international coalition against the so-called Islamic State (IS) group, according to two Iraqi officials and two coalition spokespersons — a consequence of the mismanagement and alleged corruption that continues to plague the program.

Did the US destroy an already defunct and worthless airbase after spending $1.5 billion for security alone?   Did the US create a false Iran bully to justify the destruction of an airbase?   Was that airbase again mired in trafficking, prostitution and glaring sale of military property for profit? Did the preponderance of irregularities need to be quashed?
