Trump: No More Weapons for Ukraine. Rubio: Status Quo

Trump has called for the suspension of all aid to Ukraine, causing Zelenskky to summon the US chargé d’affaires in Kiev, John Ginkel, who has absolutely no say in the matter.  But it is a PR prerequisite.  The inevitable outcome will be Ukraine absorbed aback into Russia, either temporarily or permanently.  Macron has apparently agreed to the surrender as long as Candace stops talking about Brigette being a transgender.  A transgender whose physician inexplicably stumbled out a twelve story window yesterday to his death.

IF this was in a spy novel, people would laugh at the outlandish antics as being too contrived and wholly unrealistic.  And so reality has completed its tectonic shift and become a Leslie Neilson classic comedy – the good ole days!

Kyiv without its western players is doomed.  Zelenskky will likely be on the run as he attempts evasion of being suicided by his backers.  His wife will remarry and his kids will call him daddy.   He will go down in the history books along with his namesakes; Stalin and Mao one of the most demented leaders in hundreds of years – destroying his own country for no reason other than the puppet masters who will be edited from his legacy.  Maybe he and Trudeau will hook-up…

Still holding to his stage character, Zelenskky told the US ambassador, Ginkel, that by not providing weapons, the US would prolong the conflict.  It appears the order came down from Israel given they are demanding the same weapons originally slated for Ukraine and Hegseth has stated there isn’t enough inventory left for both countries.  

Furthering the Leslie Neilson comedy, Poland’s president, Karol Nawrocki, has voiced opposition to Ukraine gaining EU approval.  Given that such an ascension would bankrupt the EU and engage them in a direct war with Russia can’t be said aloud because it would reveal they lost the war. 

May 31, 2025 — Ukraine skipped a $665 million government debt payment after failing to agree on restructuring terms with creditors. External debt is nearly $200 billion with government guaranteed bonds estimated to be worth $152 billion with an interest rate of 37.95%.   Like Israel, Ukraine has no economy left for anything.   They have no borrowing power.  They now have no way of being rebuilt by the EU.  And their trafficking hub is out of commission.  Likely replaced by Turkey.

It is a sad commentary – hopefully it awakens other countries looking to join the EU on red alert as they see the outcome.  The fact that Russia does not have any ‘need’ for Ukraine and it has scraped their economy with this prolonged war, rebuilding is likely to be on the back burner.  Adding to the incontinence is the fact that the west ordered land mines to be tossed about the eastern portion of the country – likely without any mapping of their locations.  Uninhabitable.

For the global diaspora, a conclusion to this war will take a heavy weight off and re-encourage the global economy.   It will also draw undivided attention to the disease called Israel. 

The Atlantic:  “The Atlantic’s David Frum opens with a warning: The United States’ support for Ukraine is collapsing under Donald Trump’s second term—and with it, the global system of peace and security that has protected Americans for decades.”

David Frum is a Jewish editor at The Atlantic who previously served as Hawkeye Bush’s speechwriter having taken credit for coining the phrase, ‘Axis of Evil’.   And thus encouraging the attacks by the US on the Middle East which ultimately caused in excess of 600,000 deaths based on the false premise – weapons of mass destruction.  That David Frum.

 A fierce advocate of Israel, one would think Frum would support the transfer of Ukraine weapons to Israel…

As has become common, Rubio is reversing Trump’s statement claiming ‘no cessation’ of weapons.  The President is made to look like a fool by his own MAGATS.  Or, Trump is attempting to lure Putin into a trap of letting down his guard – and we are faced with yet another dispensationalism of words.  Under the guise of War Rules within Deception.  And just like that Trump is once again discussing regime change in Iran.  SIGH.

Ukraine & The Pentagon: Follow The NUMBERS

In 2021, before the Pandemic, Ukraine exports suddenly rose by more than 30% after nominal increases in the two previous years;  4.7% and 7.3%.  And then in 2022 exports tanked.  But it wasn’t the first time exports tanked.  Between 2012 and 2015 Ukraine exports fell by nearly 50% to roughly $46 billion, falling again in 2023 to $36 billion.  By 2022 exports were claimed to be $56 billion and about 40% of GDP.   Ukraines largest exports have been;  corn, sunflower seed, wheat and iron ore.  Largest trade partners include China, Russia, Turkey, Poland and Italy.   Nothing terribly unusual.   Except…

Ukraine has very minimal trade with six African countries which each represent ½ of 1% of total trade.   Insignificant.  The combined value of its wheat, corn and sunflower oils in 2021 was roughly $17.7 billion.   During the same time, Russian grain and wheat production hit all time highs allowing Russia to fill Ukraine’s void with exports to African countries – FOR FREE.   India represented the largest trade increase at 250%, followed by Turkey.   Poland has rejected ALL trade and built a wall on their border with Ukraine.

The Center For Strategic and International Studies is still blaming Russia’s aggression on Ukraine for the spikes in food prices.   The claim is that Ukraine was a major player in the global food supply given their export value of $17.7 billion.   2023 wheat exports for Ukraine were considered relatively good and represented about 5% of the total wheat with China, India and Russia leading the pack and ranking in the 15th or less global percentile.

Obviously, the war has NOT been the cause of food insecurity.   So why is CSIS claiming that globally acute food insecurity has peaked at 258 million people as a direct result of – Russia?

Global Food insecurity is level at around 760 million since the Pandemic.   Each and every year, the number rises as every Western country declares they are ‘fighting this disease’…   The EU claims it commits $350 million per year to quash this disease – starvation.   That would equate to less than $.5 per year per person.   Yet Ukraine has taken in nearly $300 Billion in war aide.  And the US just airlifted 40,000 meals for “Gaza residents” who have been forced out of Gaza to Rafah – supporting 2 million Refugees as a direct result of Israel – 2% get one meal.

FUNNY NUMBERS.

The true bull in the china shop is transportation, ie price of fuel.   From filling up your 20 gallon tank to filling up a container ship that uses up 63,000 gallons of ‘marine fuel’ per day – 90 octane, ethanol free.   Everything you import and export – now costs MORE – including your child, slave, drug, and organ trafficking…   Making border crossing much more cost effective and  profitable than shipping.

Ukraine claims its GDP in 2021 was $200 billion – a 100% increase over 2020 – despite most other sources claiming the number was more like $100 to $156 billion…  The reason for the vast cavern is based on how much money Ukraine declares it needs to survive.   Which is now supporting luxury vehicles and antique vehicles, some of which are valued in the $5million range.

IF the world at large really cared about starvation in Africa – then why doesn’t the EU give Africa $200 billion and Ukraine $350 million?

Because the Club of Idiots doesn’t think anyone outside of Zion is capable of comparing these sort of numbers.   Bankers – with no knowledge of numbers….   Odd?

Another funny number is Ukraine GDP per capita which has risen by 70% since 2022 and is hailed as a GREAYT SUCCESS.   WHY?   Is the country producing more?   No.   It has fewer citizens – millions fewer with which to distribute the GDP given refugees and deaths.

According to Statista, Ukraine’s 3 main components of GDP are from;   retail, incl – motorcycles, agriculture and manufacturing.   Manufacturing?   Odd.   Agriculture in total accounts for just 10%-11%.   What do they manufacture?  Apparently, as of March 3, 2024 – Ukraine declares itself to be a major global weapons manufacturer – having made nothing.   Ever.   The purpose?   To revert Pentagon money that is supposed to replenish depleted US Inventories to Ukraine.   Cute.  No cigar.

But that is the serious objective as approved and initiated by our esteemed CIA.   Because we all know Ukraine hasn’t a military stratagem or intelligence acumen beyond a caveman and the CIA, MI6  and Mossad are running the show.   Albeit quite poorly!

Of course, the CSIS analysis of global starvation trends – is proof positive of the IQ acumen.

The easy cure to Africa’s ails is to allow them sovereignty over their own resources.   The easy cure for Ukraine is a peace negotiation that recognizes Ukraine Lost and the spoils can be divvied as per every other war in history.   The easy cure for Palestine is for Israel to relocate their secular settlements to Greenland – lots of available land…   A bit chilly – but the upside is an open book… for colonization.  It is owned by Israel’s good buddies the Danes.  And as a chilly island – it has persevered through every war…

The idea that secular, nonreligious, Khazars should have ANY authority over Biblical Holy Sites in Palestine is borderline insanity.  The fact that these same Khazars destroyed Syria’s Holy Sites is duly noted – given western Syria was a part of Palestine in Biblical determinations.   History has a way of providing perspective that cannot be understood otherwise.   Rewritten history has been the principal agenda for 2000 years.   IMAGINE – what reality could reveal?        

Germany’s Recession Translates To Ukraine’s Growth

Germany is traveling at warp speed toward a complete spiral into an economic collapse reminiscent of the 1930’s.   The US intelligentsia has declared that the sanctions imposed on Russia, and in particular Russian oil, have had zero impact on Germany’s economy – and they just can’t get it together.  Yet, these barnyard hens and rooster clucks fail to mention that as of December 31, the fuel subsidies will end. Germany has been subsidizing electricity and fuel costs for its citizens thru price limits.   Price fixing was the brainchild of FDR – and failed stupendously! 

Price fixing is wholly illegal unless you are the government.   Under the socialist, FDR New Deal plan, involving several federal agencies in addition to the OPA, he called for heavier taxes, price control, stable wages, stable farm prices, war bond buying, rationing, and less consumer credit.  What FDR got was poverty, bread lines, and death.

Germany’s PM Scholz appears to be following this New Deal Protocol and is about to untether the previously instituted price controls in the middle of winter.   Since 2019, Germany has been forced to borrow to meet its budget which is in violation of its Constitution mandate, ‘Schuldenbremse, or debt brake’.   Unlike other EU countries, Germany has yet to revitalize its economy and has been operating within a recession for the most part of 2023.

Facing an $85 billion deficit for 2023, Germany’s skid marks on the autobahn are due to irresponsible spending on a worthless military, Ukraine, and subsidies to counter the lack of cheap Russian Oil.   With hopes to reduce its oil imports from Russia to zero by 2024, Germany is ramping up imports from Kazakhstan.   Kazakhstan imports its oil from – Russia.  As such, Germany will pay a higher middle man fee to get the same oil it could get directly from Russia – and German citizens will suffer the consequences.

In the midst of Germany’s failure to balance their budget, and manage fuel subsidies for its populations, Scholz has declared that they will spend $8 billion on Ukraine in 2024 which should maintain their entire economy for one year… Apparently, Schulz is unaware that the Ukraine War has virtually ended!  As in CRASH landing.

According to Deutsche Welle, Germany committed 17.1 billion Euro for Ukraine since the war’s inception in January 2022.   According to their source, Kiel Institute, the US committed 42 billion Euro military aid and another 24 billion in financial aid… = $72 billion US Total.   Interesting.

According to The Pentagon White House Media Spin – the US allocation from all departments is closer to $200+ billion…   According to a report issued by US Congress, the figures are even more compelling:   Total Presidential Drawdowns = $24.5 billion on committed funds of $46.7 billion:   $25.93 went directly to the DoD to buy new equipment from Boeing, Northrup and Lockheed for their profit margin.   $18 billion for Ukraine’s Security Assistance Initiative.   $4.73 billion for Ukraine and any countries impacted by Ukraine for Foreign Military Financing.  And $300 million per year for good measure.

The Formal Dictum:   “The United States has committed more than $46.7 billion in security assistance “to help Ukraine preserve its territorial integrity, secure its borders, and improve interoperability with NATO”.

Ukraine also has received assistance pursuant to DOD’s security cooperation authorities, notably Building Partner Capacity (10 U.S.C. §333) and Defense Institution Building (10 U.S.C. §332), as well as International Military Education and Training, which has provided professional military education at U.S. defense institutions for Ukrainian military officers. Other State Department- and DOD-funded security assistance has supported conventional weapons destruction, border security, law enforcement training, and counter-weapons of mass destruction capabilities.”

Translation:   $26 billion went to the Pentagon to buy new military equipment while they sent Ukraine all the outdated weapons that are useless during Russia’s Winter.   And the rest was siphoned via the black book accounting method.

According to CSIS, the US drawdown has been $113 billion which includes such interesting campaigns as;  disinformation, energy, and refugee assistance.  That’s a heady amount spent by the CIA to create BOTS.   Of that, $61.8 billion was given to the DoD.   But they can account for less than 10% of the funding.  SURPRISE!  USAID got $34 billion of which 2/5’s went to Europe, Eurasia, and Central Asia (including – Moldova – find Moldova on a map).

Funny Money.  Funny Numbers.

Germany states that their contribution of $8 billion will fund Ukraine for one entire year.   ODD.  In 2019, Ukraine’s supposed GDP was $153 billion.   But the World Bank would have us believe Ukraine’s GDP rose to $200 billion during the Pandemic – an increase of 30%, whereupon by the end of 2022 its GDP tanked the exact same percentage – 30% – leaving Ukraine completely flush despite the WAR and a Pandemic that destroyed the Global economy!

In addition, despite the War – the population of Ukraine has decreased by just 7 million to 36 million despite 5 million refugees in Russia and 3 million in Poland, Germany and Czech Republic and another 2-3 million diaspora in the US and elsewhere.   But hey!   Ukraine’s GDP PP is now significantly higher since they have 10 million fewer people …

Just in time – The Economist has pronounced that GDP is not really a good indicator of a nation’s economy and we shouldn’t put stock in growth rates.   Which is gob speak to reveal that US, German and global growth will be far less than anticipated.  Germany’s 2023 growth is -.05% and the US is unknown given every published number is an estimate that must be revised twice before a real number can be modified for public consumption, and an election year approaches.  But bombed out destroyed Ukraine is expected to have GDP growth of 5% in 2023…

UKRAINE Economy – SOROS Dictum of Vengeance!

One nice feature of the FBI linked Social Media Wikipedia is that it saves ‘history’.     Thus it allows users to identify the corruption and manipulation of its pages.   For example:   In 2016-2017 Ukraine’s economy was listed as follows:   inflation 12.4%, GDP $93 billion, GDP per capita $2194, external debt $113 billion, labor force 22million, median wealth per adult $133, and growth rate 2.5%. It was Twalette Water!     This was considered their stellar time of economic growth!

By 2018, when Wikipedia pronounced Ukraine as a roiling victorious economy, per capita income rose to $2583 (+20%), inflation was over 13% and the labor force had shrunk dramatically to just 17.85 million – a nearly 20% drop.   Meaning income didn’t rise at all – because it was pegged against a falling labor force.

Other sources claim ‘household income’ for Ukraine was actually just $1693 in 2018 – a statistical deviation of 52%.  A Common Core Math probability.

IN 2020, The World Bank declared Ukraine’s growth was solid at 3.2% with agriculture being the ‘driving force’.   But agriculture represents less than 6% of the economy, so how could it drive anything?   The service industry has been listed as Ukraine’s major contributor to wealth generating 68%.   The GDP growth for the last two years is now in the hole over   ‘-50%’….

Today, The Economist declares that – Ukraine’s economy is ‘coping’ despite the war…HOW!?

To support this statement, The Economist created a profile of a Czech businessman who created Ukraine’s largest hedge fund, Dragon Capital. The incredible disrespect in using a hedge fund as the basis of a positive economic picture is not LOST.   Imagine using Warren Buffett’s wealth as a means of measuring the wealth of today’s working class Americans…

PUNCHLINE:  Dragon Capital has TWO investors; Tomas Fiala – and George Soros…

The assets of the fund are primarily real estate acquisitions throughout Kyiv.   Many of which are now destroyed – which may account for Soros’ ANGER.

Dragon Capital’s website provides a list of Ukraine charities for donors including United24 –   an account set up in Zelenskyy’s name with the National Bank of Ukraine.   Collections have supposedly totaled roughly $250 million.   In addition, according to the NBU, Ukraine just completed a bond debt of $225.7million thru auctions.   Why do they need War Bonds when the US alone has provided $140 BILLION?   In fact, total bonds sold to investors was $1,446 million of which 101% has been repaid.  HOW?

Does this explain where US taxpayer dollars are going?   Are we financing the debt repayments for investors thru war bonds? For which taxpayers receive NOTHING in return?

Dragon Capital is the singular source behind the Ukraine War Bonds.

US Mark Hamill is busily working for United24 raising money for drones.   Another United24 collaborative is Interchem – a pharmaceutical company pushing vaccines for malaria, HIV, AIDS and TB while simultaneously buying drones for Ukraine.

In 2013, the Open Society Foundation worked with InterChem to provide ‘oral morphine’ for citizens. InterChem partners include various UK, US, French and German biotech and pharma companies including Merck, 3M, Orion and others thru a complex spider web of affiliates.   Given Ukraine has no regulations for pharma – they are able to operate outside of normal procedures and precautions.

These vast networks would explain the biolab hysteria that Russia initiated back in February that was vehemently denied by the US, Pentagon, NIH, Fauci, etc….   While the Media portrayed this claim as Russian Propaganda for years, June 2022, The Pentagon said that it has operated 46 biolabs in Ukraine handling dangerous pathogens.

Despite the legal ramifications under the Biologic Weapon Convention, the US operated outside the formal agreement for decades.   While the Pentagon’s admission was made just this past June there has yet to be ANY formal inquiry as required under International Law within the auspices of the UN.

Global Justice does not exist.   The UN operates above LAW.   Ukraine was specifically chosen by George Soros for the purpose of amassing elite wealth, cheap labor, and complete unregulated industries – including the trafficking of children.   The UN is complicit in the distribution of Big Daddy moneys – and given Soros lost heavily as a result of the Russian incursion – the US is being made to PAY!

Ukraine – A ReBuilding Fee of $1 Trillion Plus – Ante UP

Ukraine Prime Minister says the ‘first phase’ of rebuilding the country will cost $1 trillion and should be planned and implemented now… while bombing is still going on, while tanks are being sent from Germany… Yes. No accounting for stupid. Where will they put all the rubble?   Maybe they can crush it down and build a wall.   But walls aren’t allowed in the world of liberals. According to Demys Shmyhal, the PM, Ukraine’s economy hit an all time high last year at $200 billion although they remain the poorest country in all of Europe with poverty measured as earning less than $3.2 per day.   According to ‘other sources’ their GDP was $188 billion.  

Ukraine’s credit rating is considered – ‘stable’.  KID YOU NOT

Between 2014 and 2018, the US government, aka taxpayers, gave Ukraine roughly $2 billion. 2019 thru 2021 we gave an additional $1.8 billion. This March we foot an additional $13.6 billion which includes:

“Assistance to Europe, Eurasia, and Central Asia, as well as assistance for refugees – and of course weapons!

$1.12 billion goes directly to Ukraine’s government and $3.5 billion for military supplies.   $120 million is being spent to ‘counter Russian propaganda’ and $30 million was spent to connect Ukraine’s electric grid to the EU.   Never stops getting interesting; $30 million to fight human trafficking in Ukraine, $25 million for USAID, $100 million for Food for Peace, $647 million for financial support for Ukraine and “other countries”. Ad Nauseam –

This does NOT include the aid they get from the EU.

Despite All the money that has been poured and piled on Ukraine – they still remained the poorest, least developed, most corrupt nation in Europe.   How could that be?   And now they are demanding a partial rebuild package of $1 trillion.

In 2019, the UN estimated the cost to rebuild Syria at $250 billion.   All western allies refused to pay.   In fact, Nikki Hailey claimed that any western support was laughingly  ‘absurd’!   The UN did nothing.   The IMF did nothing.

The rebuilding of Afghanistan was determined to be $133 billion. WHY is Ukraine, the poorest most undeveloped country in the EU needing 4-5 times that of Syria and nearly 10 times that of Afghanistan?   Is it ‘unionized labor per Bernie Sanders’?   Did Ukraine have a ‘rich ancient history of artifacts’?   Or is Corruption their god!?

Obviously Ukraine wants the US to build a Dubai to replace their Afghanistan.   And printing more money via the Federal Reserve while spiking interest rates and inflation for US citizens would appear to be – the means.

So Where oh Where is the UN spending it’s money? The UN is likely one of the least transparent agencies in the world claiming ‘regular budgets’ and a vast array of ‘other’ budgets.   Their ‘latest’ report, 2 pages, was dated June 2019. There are no current financial statements at all.

The UN Foundation, which is a small adjunct of the UN at large did file a form 990 for 2020. It’s funding came from: Bill & Melinda Gates, Facebook, and the Swedish International Development Agency.   The vast majority of their ‘grant making’ went to Europe – could that be – Ukraine?   Ukraine the despot of all evil and corruption in Europe – they are the source that supports the majority of the EU.  I’m thinking Bio-Labs.

It is this ‘source’ analog that is an important distinction because as long as Ukraine remains ‘outside the EU’ should their infidelities come to light, the EU can still claim “see no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil”.   And all the nukes and armour would annihilate ‘just’ Ukraine. Leaving the EU – presumptively – CLEAN.  It’s a Mafia bookkeeping technique.

According to the UN Foundation IRS Form 990, although specific organizations are NOT stated for EU grant transfers, grants originating within the US went to:   the UN, The Better World Fund, CDC, UNICEF and The Purpose Foundation.

The Better World Fund was initially created by Ted Turner, and all the money goes to the UN! The Purpose Foundation is much more fractured and by all light appears to be a shell.   A link to one such website in Scotland states it had 2 employees and no longer exists – but claimed it was about AI, the other is a campground in Wisconsin for children… Two dissolved namesakes were terminated in 2005 and 2015 respectively.   The donation would appear to be for a shill company.

The UN Foundation is thus granting money to organizations that don’t exist.   Interesting.

Today was the deadline for Poland and Belarus to back off the ‘destroy Russia ‘ campaign.   As a result of their refusal – Russia has blocked their oil.   Tch – tch.   If Russia was so evil and oil is so anti climate change – why did they import the crude at all?   I mean, How Dare Russia retaliate for their attempts to destroy Russia!

Von der Leyen has made it clear that she is livid – how dare Russia actually take away the supplies after these EU countries aided and abetted the annihilation of Russia!   Really…!

The absolute Topsy Turvydom of this logic is beyond bizarre!

So now, the already beleaguered EU which is receiving US Reserve Shipments of our oil from our strategic supplies that are supposed to be for US war defense, is stretched even more thinly after bombing Russia and simultaneously demanding Russia supply their Gas… while bombing – Russia.  And now they have to supply Poland…   Somehow – they perceive these defaults as Liberal Wins…   Not Really Seeing IT!

And this is Media Propagandized as ‘Russian Blackmail’!

Where is all the money flowing?   Obviously NOT to where our esteemed handlers proclaim. Not to where our stretched Taxpayers would vote.   And NOT to the victims of war – any war – pick a war!

Russia/Ukraine War – A US Military Monetary Coup

Given many of us understand that the entire instigation of pushing Russia into a hole was to ramp up the Military Industrial Complex, that would mean they desire a prolonged conflict.   Along the lines of Syria or Afghanistan.   Biden has already stated that an increase in the Defense Budget is necessary – and Raytheon is gleefully announcing their future profits will be billions…   And despite all the gasping about ‘thug Putin’ the hawks are playing the amnesia game over the 23 War/Conflicts involving the US and the Middle East since 2000.   The death toll in Syria alone is over 350,000.  WHERE is the COMPASSION?

The CIA is already busy working the ‘green screen’ gamut releasing two photographs of the same woman in two different Ukrainian towns – having suffered facial injuries.   Her turtleneck is the same, her face is the same, and her hair is the same, with an added bandage in one photo.   PATHETIC!

Within twelve+ hours of Russia starting the shelling, they offered Ukraine a surrender on two conditions – the same conditions they offered NATO: 1.   Keep Ukraine out of NATO – as independent, as per the NATO/US/German agreement of 1991, and   2.   Uphold the Minsk Agreement from 2014 regarding amassing weapons.  IN other words – HOLD to the Agreements that you signed – or be subject to the consequences.

Rather simple actually.   And YET, NATO and the globalists deny any surrender because that would undermine their profit margin.   Having watched Big Pharma reap the rewards during the pandemic, the military junta of the US has declared it is their turn!  BOOM – Raytheon announces mega-profits! 

I wonder what stocks Pelosi is holding now…?   Given the depth of corruption in every judicial department in the US – I doubt she is telling the truth of her holdings either…

Macron came out today making his official Nazi salute for the Media and declaring he had a perfunctory conversation by telephone with Putin.   With no results.  AH

Sanctions have been imposed on Russia annually since at least 2014.   Nothing was ever lifted – even sanctions of election fraud via the Trump Dossier.   Sanctions were imposed before Russia raised a finger at Ukraine – what did they have to lose?   Obviously, the sanctimonious sanction prosecutors have completely devolved into rapid reptilian beasts.

What could they possibly be angry about?   Russia has more oil, more gas, more freshwater, more GOLD than any other country.   And the globalists want it – without having to pay for it. A war means industrialists make profit and Russia potentially loses its economy.   In their magnaplutorium world, the cabalists continue to be short-sided on their understanding of Russia.

We have watched as Ukraine was couped in 2014 and the subsequent spiral of its economy has been devastating ever since.   That spiral makes them vulnerable.   That spiral is the same vision the Cabalists have designed should they gain control of Russia.   Break Them – and Remake Them – is the mantra.  It is the World Economic Forum.

But Putin – had an awakening of sorts it would appear.   He realized that his desire to integrate Russia into the global society of the EU and US was a CIA dead-end alley.    Back-doored, betrayed, propagandized, like all of us – Putin awakened.   He realized that desire would never – ever – occur. Any more than it did for our Ally – Assad!

Betrayal is probably one of the worst psyche games that can be perpetrated on an individual, city, state or country.   Assad was our ally and friend – until suddenly, he wasn’t.   The Shah of Iran was a CIA installation. The Shah was technically murdered by a French Professor, Georges Flandrin, who diagnosed him, refused to tell the Shah the true diagnosis, and then prescribed prescription drugs that killed him.

Yet, despite reality, we continue to believe that maybe, just maybe …

Somehow, these truisms are diluted – disputed – slewed – and profaned as conspiracies.   Over and over and over again within the media propaganda hypnosis.   Until the truth is no longer visible.

Despite being personally lectured as to this ‘evil’ that permeates such grandiose snakes within our global societies, I continue to be naïve.  

  1. Putin’s targets in the Ukraine were quite specific – munitions, artillery, military, airports, and the mercenaries.   From a military standpoint – this would be a General Patton strategy.   By contrast, the Syria trajectory of bombing and destruction under Obama was aimed at – civilians.
  2. Russia has made its demands more clear.   It is now up to Zelensky to choose – the Ukrainian People – or his Self Idiotic Ego failure as his legacy. Does he have the courage to protect the people of Ukraine – or is his own life more important than his country?

This is the Cabalist blackmail.   And each failure;   Romney, McCain, Biden, Macron, Trudeau, Morrison, Stoltenberg… they are given a choice.   And each – have chosen self – over their entire country!    One of the most profound dictums that deliniates  good over evil.

In reading an extraordinary novel, The Silent Patient, the concept of ‘betrayal’ from a psychiatric view is most amazing!  

How humans respond to various levels of betrayal defines our global agenda. But peeling apart the psyche of an entire ‘class of peoples’ his hugely different than evaluating one particular person’s proclivity to evil.   I enjoy the game of deconstructing a novel to find the perpetrator as quickly as possible.   However, while I must say The Silent Patient – was extraordinary, the mass psychosis perpetrated upon our global citizens is beyond an ordinary novel!

I hold to the one truism that seems to have power.   IF your enemy, aka the Biden Regime, supports something or demonizes another something – it is our clue that those being demonized are our true allies.   Hence.   When the liberals and Neo-Hawks glee over War…   it is because that was – their Agenda.

Ukraine – IMF Hypocrisy

July 31, the IMF gave Ukraine more money, the ante coming in at $6.68 billion so far.  In a statement justifying the money based on criteria of achievement, the IMF claimed:

“The Ukrainian economy remains fragile, but encouraging signs are emerging. In recent months, the exchange rate has stabilized, domestic-currency retail deposits have been increasing, and the pace of economic decline is moderating. Continued prudent policies and further reforms should allow the economy to turn the corner and growth to resume in the period ahead.”

Really?  Few sources would agree. In fact, the IMF was required to downgrade it’s forecast considerably from 5.5% to -9% with 46% inflation. In essence the IMF simply turned a blind eye and pretended that shoving money into the economy was ‘working’. Still Ukraine has said it will default on its coupon payment of $500million, $200m of which is supposed to be footed by PrivatBank.  Why?

What happened to the $6.68 billion? Do they have to make an accounting of these funds?  What is it used for?

There have been some drubbings that Ihor Kolomoyskyi, a majority owner of Ukraine’s PrivatBank has been the recipient of IMF deposits that have possibly been misappropriated, a legal term for – disappeared.

He also is apparently the central owner of Burisma Holdings, the company awarded to Hunter Biden and Devon Archer (Kerry’s son-in-law) with another notable Director, the former president of Poland. Of the IMF funds deposited in the bank, roughly $1.8billion has been lost in the translation…

But the IMF, the US, don’t seem to mind despite the information coming to light in September 2014 when Kolomoyskyi was governor of Dnipropetrovsk where the suspicious activity initiated. He was later forced to resign, but the investigation by Interfax Ukraine did not proceed until recently when the news media began to take note.

Four days after the IMF agreed to the additional $1.7 billion relief to Ukraine, it released a statement that Ukraine’s bailout faces “significant uncertainty”. In other words, all the money given – may be lost. Still, in another article, economists claim that the economy has stopped contracting, it’s exchange rate has stabilized and domestic deposits have increased.  Statements are polar opposite, conflicting and evasive!   And no one raises an eyebrow.

In fact, the economy is far worse than predicted, inflation is out of control, protests continue, bombing continues, human rights violations continue, and of course, corruption is rampant. So let’s all agree to give them – more money…

While the IMF wanted 40% of it’s face value debt wiped away, just four of it’s creditors agreed to 20% which amounts to less than $2 billion. And at that, they were less than happy to concede. Who are the creditors? Franklin Templeton is the largest bond holder at $4 billion, BTG Pactual of Brazil, TCW Investment Management Company, and T. Rowe Price hold about $5billion. Blackrock and others are not so forthright in coming forward for negotiations or transparency. Russia has refused to negotiate and owns $3 billion. The total debt is estimated to be $129 billion.

So basically, the IMF agreed to give Ukraine $1.7 billion additional aid which will in essence be paid by Franklin Templeton, T Rowe Price, TCW Investment, and BTG Pactual.

Again -where does the money go? What does it pay for?

Keiv submitted its 2016 budget proposal at roughly $25 billion with apparently, little to no detail. When asked for detail, the Finance Minister said that information wasn’t available. What?? According to it’s 2015 budget, it runs a 10.5% deficit. In addition, while budgeting for military spending increased 100%, spending was cut for education and science. Does not sound prosperity driven to me…

In 2015, Ukraine saw exports virtually collapse, levels have been reduced to those reflected in 2010. Doesn’t speak of a recovery to me.  Over the past year it’s gold reserves are roughly half at 23 tonnes (1 tonne = about 35,274 ounces at $1128 each = gold reserves of $915,148,656). But even that number is filled with mixed media hype and hypocrisy. It was reported in 2014 that the US took control of 40 tonnes of Ukraine’s reserves, which would have accounted for ALL the gold. So, whether the 23 tonne figure is accurate is up for debate.

Bottom line, there is currently no accounting for where Ukraine spends it’s IMF money, no accounting for their gold, and no accounting for their central bank deposits. There is no accounting for exactly who holds their debt and how much. And Ukrainian ministers continue to ‘decline to talk’ or answer any questions in this shadow of transparency.
