UKRAINE’S Defense Ministry: WWIII is Underway!

The Russia/China alliance was somehow not anticipated by all our three letter intelligentsia.   As such every major agency is obsessed with how to break up this strategic alliance so as to weaken the ‘enemy’.   When obliterating western economies, this alternate alliance has the power to supersede the efforts and gain a resilient traction. The players are deeply concerned this alliance will upend the western colonization of Africa.

Billions of dollars have been invested into Africa’s infrastructure to support the land grab farms.   The money comes from the Green Fund that does nothing green. Unfortunately our western three letters don’t have any strategy other than force.   Detante no longer exists. Which is why they must pathologically lie.

Despite the UK adamantly claiming they are not involved in the Ukraine war, elite special ops are on the ground in Kyiv. Mercenaries are on the ground in Kyiv.   What isn’t discussed is the fact that British ops and US ops and CIA and MI6 have been in Kyiv since 2014.   Running the show for the inept, incompetent, Nazi regime.

France has situated military entities on the border of Niger in Benin. The purpose is to bomb the Niger junta into oblivion.

Romania has put its citizens on notice after finding debris from a ‘Russian style drone’ on its Danube border.   The fact that Romania is currently hosting military drills for Ukraine, US, UK, France, Bulgaria, Romania and Turkey at this location adds to the propaganda diaspora of pathologic lying.

Their next destination is Naval Exercises in the Black Sea.   Along Russia’s Border.   What could go wrong?

Mercenary groups have long been used by governments to pretend they are not involved.   When the CIA came under Congressional oversight for its assassinations in the 70’s, they pinky swore they would not engage ever again – promise.   That was the moment black books were created and mercenary companies arose as a Military Industrial Industry.

There are over 30 known mercenary groups, and countless smaller ones that fly under the radar.   Many US and UK groups have headquarters in Dubai, including; Aegis, Erinys International, and Defion Internacional.   The growth of mercenary companies is directly tied to a veil of pretense.   Their orders come from the applicable government. Their wages are quite high.   Their background is ‘special ops’.

Yesterday, Ukraine bombed the Sevastopol port on the Black Sea.   Two ships were damaged, and 24 civilian men were injured, 4 critically. The attack included the launch of 10 British missiles and 3 unmanned boats.   Given the quality of the remaining forces for Ukraine, it is more likely that the strike was a coordinated effort by well trained mercenaries acting on behalf of the UK and US.

Russia is well aware that they are not fighting Ukraine – but are embroiled in a full scale NATO proxy war.   Every single NATO nation has contributed to the war. The only option for Russia now is to destroy Kyiv and the underground railway system. The West will use the citizens as human shields – and cry wolf.

The desperation for Control is driven by the World Economic Forum and their recent statement that they were ‘accelerating 2030’. Why?   Because the Pandemic and Trump put them behind schedule.   And thus the Ukraine war is used as fodder.

In 2015, Operation Orbitol was kicked off by the British Military with assistance from Sweden, Canada, Denmark, Cyprus, and of course – the US.

Part of this Operation included the genocide of over 15,000 civilians in the eastern region of Donetsk over the course of seven years. When Russian forces attacked Ukraine, the NATO troops/mercenaries in Ukraine claimed to have left in order to comply with International Law.   But this was not the case.

Oleksiy Danilov of Ukraine’s National Defense Services claims in a video;  WWIII is now – it is underway.   The goal is the complete disintegration of Russia.   This is NOT about border disputes, it is about the failed Russian coups to take Russia for the Cabalist Mafia. This is vengeance.   Civilians are target practice – just ask Hillary. The entity state that is Russia is facing a Global Mafia takeover.  And the US and UK are at the HELM.

General Patraeus was in Kyiv when Danilov made the declaration.   He concurs.  We are in WWIII and regions across the globe have already pledged sides.

In July 2022, General Patraeus created the Strategic Advisory Council for Ukraine (SAC).     Generals – Dick Lodewijk, Rick Hillier, and Wesley Clarke joined Patraeus to act as the main conduit for oversight of the procurement of weapons for the war, advice, and strategic analysis, while enhancing propaganda public relations campaign – such as Russia has already lost, Putin is a dictator, and all of Russians are evil.

Patraeus gave an interview in which he asserts that the main objective of the SAC is to determine what weapons are needed and then ‘convince’ the respective governments to provide them.   F-16’s, cluster munitions, long range missiles, drones, whatever it takes to annihilate Russia from mother earth!

Patraeus does NOT indicate why the US, Canada, The Netherlands, and UK are involved in a non-NATO country’s conflict. However, he does reveal that he has been intimately involved in Ukraine’s shadow government since 2014 wherein the Petroshenko coup took place.

In the video, Patraeus acknowledges that development of weapons that can be launched from space and have an exponential kill effect is the near future for all wars.  And he can’t wait until they can be indiscriminately used to annihilate entire countries…  Kamala Cackle.

Patraeus expresses great pride and joy in the fact that US Taxpayers have been forced to shell out more billions of dollars for Ukraine than most country’s entire military budgets, including; Canada, The Netherlands, Germany and UK!  The man comes across like a James Bond villain on steroids!   All that is missing is the white cat.

What these Advisory Council Generals all have in common is a desire to kill and a liberal affliction.   Their goal in life is to kill as many people as possible.    And they have no intention of stopping.   A perpetuity of Medieval War.   It is a sad commentary when our military leaders define their legacy by the number of humans lives they have snuffed or critically wounded – gleefully.

Perhaps Plato’s concept is not far from truth:   a government led by a Great Philosopher learned in agriculture, history, economics, Math, Astronomy and Philosophy. Where our military is tasked only within our borders to mitigate riots, dissent, earthquakes, hurricanes, floods, and other natural disasters.   Where our borders are secured.   And where NGO’s, shadow governments, Big Pharma and the military industrial complex are completely dismantled.   No stakeholders. No sharecroppers. No lawyers or politicians running the country. And the Leader and his appointed committee are salaried based on the average GDP PP.

Debt Default Among Poorer Countries – Another Banking Spiral…

Poorer Countries across the globe are beginning to face ‘debt default’.     Ukraine, Ghana, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Lebanon, Egypt, Tunisia, Argentina, Kenya and Zambia are in an economic crisis and the US is calling for more restructuring and forgiveness.   The vast majority of the debt is owed to China and the IMF.   1)   Despite demands from western nations that China follow the rules based mafia, China is no longer bowing to these whims and has declared they will make their own decisions. 2)   The IMF is nearly broke sitting on a 5.8% Net Equity Ratio.   They have no leverage for restructuring.

Politico:   “Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen and other officials are growing adamant that what they view as China’s hardline approach to lending is squeezing countries and threatening to deepen poverty in Africa and elsewhere.”

The issue with the version presented by the far left Politico is that it is focused exclusively on China instead of the IMF whose inability to provide relief is a paramount concern. By contrast The World Bank would appear to be relatively healthy.   The bias places unequal weighting on the scales and thus precludes a whole picture presentation.

According to Politico, China made loans with the expectation of receiving oil and minerals while the US/IMF were simply above board in their backhanded stipulations and pinky-swear motives in just trying to lift countries out of poverty.

You see, according to Politico, the IMF has been helping to build infrastructure such as bridges, roads, and railroads so as to unlock these rich farmland commodities to be consumed by the individual country’s citizens… That would be the pitched riff.  

China’s loans and influence have interrupted the Cartel’s true intention of colonizing Africa and absorbing all their resources while Bill Gates performs his magic depopulation religion.

Land Grabs have been the infrastructure reasoning.   Land grabs have been commonplace for 2 decades. The vast majority of the land purchased for pennies on the dollar was sold to US, Saudi and China interests.   But US hedge Funds and Banking Cartels such as JP Morgan and Goldman Sachs have tucked away African Land for a ‘rainy day’ as well.

In addition, many US venture firms form offshore status to surreptitiously buy up the land and are much more difficult to confirm.   For Example: A)   Petrotech-ffn Agro Mali which is a subsidiary of Petrotech-ffn USA. B)   Sierra Leone Agriculture (SLA) is actually a subsidiary of the U.K. based Crad-l (CAPARO Renewable Agriculture Developments Ltd.), associated with the Tony Blair. 

The local squatters who were fending off the land were expelled without a dime. The farmland was lacking in infrastructure so the Green Fund, USAID, and the IMF have been redirecting US Taxpayer funds to build infrastructure. Not for the squatters – but for the interests of the Western Nation Cartel.

Africa has over half of the world’s arable, unused land. An estimated 500 million people in Sub-Saharan Africa depend on 3.46 billion acres of community held farmland.  As of 2010, 261 million acres of this land belonged to ‘investors’.

China is not responsible for the rising debt problem in these countries.   Because of the disingenuous actions of Treasury Secretary Yellen raising interest rates, the cost of debt paid in dollars has become insurmountable. The basis for Yellen’s larceny has been ‘employment’ stats.   The employment stats have been fabricated.   And thus the entire interest rate hike scenario is a farcical fantasy.  When compared to ADP payroll processing, the Bureau of Labor numbers are wholly inconsistent!

March ADP:   145,000 jobs added                                   March BLS:   236,000

February ADP:   242,000 jobs added                              February BLS:   311,000

January ADP:   106,000 jobs added                                January BLS:   472,000

The discrepancy is MASSIVE!   It is also – ignored.   And the BLS numbers continue to be the source for Yellen’s hacking interest rate hikes which have created an explosive debt default spiral.

As a result, the devaluation of the dollar will continue to splinter the US economy as more countries move to ‘safer’ coin.   Countries holding US Debt will likely refinance with better terms.   And the Western Cartel will find themselves with nothing but paper.   In addition, Sanctions imposed by the US have contributed to the destructuring of the American Empire.   Sanctions have rarely been beneficial to the US, however they played a pivotal role in other countries demise, including Syria.

As a result, Syria and other Middle Eastern countries are being befriended by their own while the US continues to parlay an enemy motif.   “The Common Enemy” was George Bush’s response to 9-11 in the destabilization of the Middle East.   Give people a common enemy and they will come together.   This hawkish ideology led to a host of assassinations across Africa and the Middle East. Detangled from this illusion, these same enemies are now being befriended as allies growing alternative empires.

Politico’s distraction of blame is easily deconstructed.   Africa and South America continue to be the greatest recipients of climate change funds somewhat mitigating debt collapse.   Should they move to a different currency would The Green Climate Fund still play footsie?

CLIMATE SUMMIT: The Great Colonization RESET of Africa

The Great RESET CLIMATE Summit is underway and two rather inane things make the news:   1. Everyone wants to shake hands with the Jesuit traitor, Pope Francis, who has instituted himself as the new Climate Tzar, and 2. Deutsche Welle Headline:   “Is southeast Asia meeting its climate commitments?”

#2)   Mauna Loa dataset is the current singular most prevalent means of measuring greenhouse emissions. They began measuring in 1960 and became the common source for all of Europe in – 2015.   Prior to that all European countries had a variety of measurement systems in play, as did individual countries. Therefore using different years as the base for reduction literally has absolutely no factual context.   And somehow SCIENCE is oblivious to this conundrum…

Indonesia’s deforestation is the primary culprit for SE Asia emissions.   They likely won’t have any trees left to cut by 2050.   So the pledge will die along with their economy, and their islands.

On the other hand, China’s emissions continue to rise despite any and all pledges, because 80% of their fuel source for economic development is based on coal. In order to advance their reign to number One in the global war for Kingpin their manufacturing output needs to constantly increase.  And the Great Climate Subject ignores this factoid and instead focuses on small benign countries.

And thirdly, emissions are measured by a country and designated as their per capita despite the fact that energy, manufacturing and industry are imported and exported widely, which has absolutely NOTHING to do with ‘per capita’ or total emissions. The only way to measure via an absolute number would be to shut down ALL trade.

Pledging. Commitments.   These are the terms used to placate the UN.   Any country that pledges net zero by 2050 will be left alone.    And China has learned that pinky swear is good enough of a pledge for the UN.

#1)   Since the beginning of Papal reign, the duties to which a Pope must hold true include: 1. Teaching, or feeding the flock with the Word.   2.   Set by example.   3.   Feed the sheep, not yourself.

Pope Francis has declared, or self-appointed himself, not Supreme Leader of the Church, but Ruler of the World.   All kings and governments must submit to his Authority and Supremacy. This doctrinal Papal Authority was reignited by Pope Innocent III in 1198.   Launching crusades, Pope Innocent’s reign was about Power. Power of secular states, power over kings, and power over the Church.    Religion was a low priority.

While Christianity was designed to adhere to moral and ethical standards, and the moral decay of a civilization is rooted in secularism, Papal Authority is subject to corruption just as easily as Secular Power.   Pope Francis has provided the world with just that largess profile lacking in dignity, respect and honor.

Pope Francis is not without his bosses.   Former UN Secretary General, Ban Ki Moon, George Soros and Jeffrey Sachs recognized the power that could be centralized with the pope-plant, Francis. Shortly after his pivotal ascendancy, Francis was recognized as a Catholic Powerpoint presentation for the Sustainable Development Program, leaned pro-abortion, and supported the Millennium Development Goals.  

This Coup was a masterful game changer.

Both Soros and Francis celebrated their narcissism by declaring;   Francis – “make a mess – create chaos”, and Soros – “discern the chaos – and become rich”.   CHAOS and WEALTH are the wholly Grail of Mantras.  Their ideological alliances are absolutely parallel.   The secular joined the Catholic and the World Order became a vastly closer ideal.

The United Millennium Goals preceded the Sustainable Development Goals.   Developed in 2000, their achievement was to be presumed by 2015.   Funded by the World Bank, IMF, and the African Development Bank,  the focus was of course, money. They missed the target goals, they were inundated in criticism, lacked legitimacy, and failed miserably to achieve much of anything.

While highlighting One success, they focused on a bizarrely disinformation particulate:   China’s poverty population declined from 452 million to 278 million (A statement reiterated routinely by Bernie Sanders).

In 1985 China’s rural poverty line was 635 yuan per year or $.66 per day.   The World Bank measure was $1 per day.   Thus the World Bank used their measure to create a rate of 42% poverty in 1985 thru 1992.   As of 2017, the World Bank raised their worst poverty line to $1.90, while adding $3.2 for lower middle income countries and $5.5 for upper middle income countries.   In 2000, China changed their measurement which equates to roughly 2300 yuan per year.  In 2021, a 1985 inflation adjusted parity would equate to $.16 per day.  All in the midst of an Economic and GDP heyday!

The Millennium Goals flopped.   And together with Pope Francis, Soros recreated numbers. Today, numbers and statistics are simply an algorithm whose parameters are inserted to produce a designated outcome – much like polls.

And the Great RESET was established with more money, more manipulation, more corruption, and more theoretical predictive science.

Where is Ban Ki Moon today?  

He launched the Global Commission on Adaptation with Bill Gates and Kristalina Georgieva who is currently the Managing Director of IMF and a member of the World Economic Forum. In 2021, an independent inquiry revealed that Georgieva had instructed staff at the World Bank to skew data to make China look better.   Aren’t we supposed to believe that China is the Bad Guy?    Her education was at the Karl Marx Institute.

The purpose of the Global Commission on Adaptation is to help and support global organizations transition to the Great RESET world.   Key Partners are all African NGO’s.   Other Partners are heavily entrenched in the New Green Deal and funded by Bloomberg, UK Government, Ministry of Denmark, IKEA, AXA, Rockefeller Foundation, OAK Foundation, the CCP, and Open Society Foundations – among others.

The focus of the African Adaptation is the Recreation/Colonalization of Africa for the Cabal for the purpose of  creating vast profits while the rest of the world spirals into the Rabbit Hole.

The Media/Globalist RUSE is to falsely portray the CCP as being targeted as the ‘bad guy’ while they are fully integrated in the GREAT RESET strategy. The PURPOSE is the global Cabalist takeover of Africa and the elimination/redistribution of black people so as to significantly lower the wealth thru redistribution.

Rockefeller and Gates Collaborate to Engage the Great RESET

The Rockefeller Foundation website claims its goals have not changed since 1913.   That would include the creation of Big Pharma and the elimination of ‘cure doctors’.   With Africa one of their core targets for health and prosperity, they site the eleven greatest causes of premature death globally: Diet, tobacco, air pollution, child and maternal malnutrition, alcohol use, impaired kidneys, unsafe water, low physical activity, occupational hazards, unsafe sex and drug use.   The source of this ‘study’ is the Institute For Health Metrics and Evaluation.   IHME is wholly owned by Bill Gates.

What is glaringly missing from these causal factors is Malaria and HIV, the two MOST pronounced reasons Gates promotes his arsenal of vaccines.

The Rockefeller Foundation then proposes the following sustainable foods for better quality of health in fighting disease:   legumes, vegetables, omega 3, fruits, whole grains, nuts and seeds. NOWHERE in this analysis does Gates/Rockefeller site promote fake meats.

How do they propose to accomplish this ‘sustainable goal’?

They have chosen four regions they wish to colonize; Kenya, Rwanda, Ethiopia, and Uganda.   The goal is for these chosen regions to produce 60% more food…   for the globalist population that intends to capitalize on this massive, free agenda.   Free because an initial contribution via the Greenie Weiners is $3 trillion with a $50 billion contribution thereafter – annually.

Given that Africa currently has little design in place for keeping food fresh and ‘clean’, the Foundation and Gates have designed what they reference as Smart Markets: “Smart Markets” that will be restorative and regenerative by design—equipping markets with solar technology, water harvesting infrastructure, waste management systems, and strengthening supply networks to meet food needs for all.

In other words, what is being created in the Great RESET is a sub-culture within four African nations that will be the major agriculture workers supporting the non-depopulated Cabalists.

All of this is done in conjunction with – the United Nations.   Per the Rockefeller website.

Partner Grants were recently awarded to:

  1. Odyssey Energy Solutions based in Boulder Colorado which provides infrastructure solutions.
  2. Medic Mobile founded in 2009 by Isaac Holeman out of San Francisco to provide medical assistance via mobile phones.
  3. Dalberg, an analytics advisory company that claims it’s agenda has nothing to do with externalities such as money and wealth, but instead on ‘empathy’.
  4. Dimagi – a data cloud service bringing healthcare services to Africa.

What these companies and the positions of Rockefeller Foundation enhance are all built on the survival of the elitists who will take up residency in Africa when they have successfully obliterated the economies of North America, South America, and the EU.   And these traitor governments are ALL ABOARD!

Creating a global self sustained environment in Africa for the RESET requires massive planning that supports all phases of survival including; medical, food, technology and social.

Within their US Agenda, they target the fact that our health care system, our doctors, our pharma, place relatively little importance on diet. This has led to obesity issues and diabetes causing premature death.

What the Rockefeller Foundation does NOT share is the fact that the health care system, doctors that don’t cure, hospitals and pharma were ALL created by – the Rockefeller Foundation, aka Institute.

Created in 1901, the Rockefeller Institute was the frontrunner for vaccine dependency, and the elimination of alternative ‘cure’ medicine quackery.   They were responsible for the vaccine mandate to depopulate the globe during the ‘Spanish Flu Pandemic’, which ended up causing massive deaths as the vaccine caused bacterial pneumonia.

And the Media Agenda – was BORN.

IN 2018, the last year available, the Rockefeller Foundation reported income of $430 million.   Direct Administration accounted for 17% of income, and contributions 24%.   Net accumulated assets were $4.3 ‘billion’. Obviously they are NOT charitable by any stretch of the imagination!

Some of their largest contributions went to: Acumen Fund a micro finance lender. African Development Bank which makes – micro loans.   Bellagio Center, which is their own affiliate on Lake Cuomo. And most importantly – Alliance For A Green Revolution – which is – Bill Gates. While there are a vast number of other affiliations that bear question, the point is made.   Contributions are for profit in non profit entities so as to redistribute the wealth to – THE ELITE>

To allay fears, today, Jack Dorsey of Twitter announced that as per the Plan, the US was about to enter Hyperinflation.   That would equate to a typical 50% increase every – MONTH.   Think – Venezuela.

The Buddhist Dorsey would seem oblivious to his mantra of Karma as he literally pronounces massive deaths upon American peoples.   PREPARE!    It is – Your Choice.

Africa’s Expatriate Wealthy Demand UN Climate Change Billions…

More clarity into the UN Climate Change Pact has been revealed – perhaps somewhat inadvertently by Deutsche Welle.   For all intents and purposes, Africa has already fallen.  China, the EU and to a lesser extent the US have taken over the five largest cities including;  Congo’s Kinshasa, Nigeria’s Lagos, Egypt’s Cairo, Tanzania’s Dar es Salaam and Angola’s Luanda.   According to the EU, these cities face ‘extreme risks’ from climate warming. And funds need to be made available immediately to mitigate the losses that the EU might encounter as they have ramped up business exploitation for over a decade…or two.

Luanda:  A valuable port city, the official language is Portuguese.   They host a Chinese community, a Latin American community and of course, a sizable Portuguese community.   While 53% of locals live in poverty, lack clean drinking water, have limited electricity, and live in squalor housing, luxury construction for the wealthy is booming!     The government has solicited a Chinese firm to build what they call ‘social housing’.  The 53% slum population will be removed from the streets and housed in these facilities so that additional renovation, infrastructure and luxury housing construction can continue for the wealthy expatriates.

Kinshasa:  Located along the second largest river in Africa, The Congo, primary language is – French.   Affluent residential and commercial areas and three universities are flanked by an ever shifting slum community.   Every year, as wealthy development inside the city continues unabated, the slums are shifted to the outer periphery.   The UN has a headquarters in Kinshasa and as recently as 2016 deployed ‘peacekeeping troops’ to stabilize unrest.   NGO’s play a prominent role in the local government, including the Belgium Development Agency.  China has an $8.5 billion loan outstanding for infrastructure development.   Corruption is rampant, poverty is rife, and war is a constant – to eliminate the undesirables and allow room for the new wealth.

Dar es Salaam:  The city experienced one of Africa’s fastest urbanization rates as businesses were opened and prospered, growth in the construction sector with multi-story building, bridges and roads.  Tanzanian Banks headquartered in the city started to run more proper,and the Dar es Salaam stock exchange expanded.  The Harbor proved to be the most important in Tanzania and prominent for entrepot trade with landlocked countries like eastern Rwanda, Burundi and Zambia.  The CBD skyline hosts tall buildings, among them the 35-floor PSPF Tower, finished in 2015, and the Tanzania Ports Authority (TPA) Tower, currently under construction. Diplomats and expatriates revel in the white sands of Oysterbay and Coco Beach.   According to the UN, 70% of locals live in slums.   But not to worry, with squash courts, white sand beaches, a darts club, golf, soccer and fitness clubs throughout the wealthier sectors, the city is insulated from the riff raff.

Lagos:  2/3 of the cities population live in slums…

Do you see the pattern yet?  Need I say more?

In other words, Africa has been systematically developed by China and the EU for a wealthy expatriate contingent.  That contingent desires better infrastructure, water, power, and retail in order to sustain their lifestyle.   The local population will ultimately be housed in barracks where they will not defray the views, and will be available for labor at the behest of the lords and ladies.   These countries all host a largess youth population averaging over 50% of the entire population, making the labor force more valuable.  They have a huge emigration population residing in the US, EU, and UK, while the wealthier residents that live in these cities come from the US, the UK, and the EU.

This is – the shift.  

Macron, Merkel and May allow unlimited migrants to take over their flailing countries, while their own wealthy emigrate to Africa and then demand that their cities and townships meet the standards to which they are accustomed while providing a largess slave labor force at their disposal.   All, provided for via the Climate Change, Global Warming Hoax demanding $100 billion annually to fund – their colossal compounds in the continent most affected by global warming – Africa.

They have sold their countries, their people, to the ravages of immigrant terrorists while moving to the same continent that the immigrants are fleeing.  Albeit with a purse of $100 billion paid for by you – and – I.  Sure, open the borders to more illegal ravaging.   The end game has been in play for possibly two or three decades.  The resources, the climate, the beaches, were always the draw.  But how to rid these lavish sultan cities of the scourge?

Open borders.

And if you thought this was a ‘white supremacy’ racist agenda, think again… Obama.
