Bill Gates: A Non-Inventor Who Manipulated a Monopoly – Microsoft

Bill Gates invented – nothing. Nada. Nilch.   His entire career and accolade has been a media mania manipulation of rewritten historical accounts.

While Gates co-founded Microsoft with Paul Allen, everything he has accomplished is credited as a ‘collaboration’ which implies Gates was simply a savvy brutal businessman who was able to ‘take’ the MS-DOS platform that had been originally created by Gary Kildall and launch Microsoft while giving Kildall – nothing.   At the time, intellectual property law had yet to catch up with computer software, and Kildall was told by an attorney he had no legal recourse.  So Gates sailed.

KIldall was not the only body left for dead by Gates and Microsoft.   In 1979, Tim Paterson was working for Seattle Computer Products under the ownership of Rodney Brock who was keen on developing an operating system that would work in conjunction with Microsoft BASIC naming it 86DOS. Microsoft bought a license right to use the system for $75,000.

Allegations were made that Paterson had used coding created by Kildall.   Paterson denied the accusations and found refuge by taking a job at Microsoft.

In 1985, Brock’s company began to fail and he tried to sell his business and the license rights to 86-DOS to Tandy Corporation. Microsoft sued claiming the license was nontransferable, and an out of court settlement gave Brock $925,000 vs the $60million he sought.  In 1986 Microsoft launched its IPO and history was made on the backs of genius’s who were given next to nothing.

Paterson went to work for Microsoft, and in 1986 Microsoft bought Paterson’s company and the non-royalty rights to what had been relabeled – MS-DOS.   Kildall who was the true computer era software engineer went on to develop the first computer encyclopedia, and developed a home PBX system.   His company, Digital Research, was bought by Novell which attempted to compete with Gates but found themselves unable to beat the monopolistic agenda when Gates bundled his software into every PC – Windows NT.  Novell crashed and burned – bought by The Attachmate Group in 2011.  Gates went on to lavish insurmountable wealth and Kildall died under ‘confusing’ and uncertain circumstances in 1994.

In 2004 a book was released which claimed Paterson’s system was a complete ‘unoriginal ripoff’ that was attributed to Gates as his brainchild but in essence was Kildall’s work.   Paterson sued for defamation and the judge determined that the lawsuit was unsubstantiated and that in fact the now dead Kildall was the father of the PC movement and Paterson had effectively cloned over 36 functions taken from Kildall and given them to Microsoft.

Contrary to the media parlay that Gates is a genius, a software developer, and a pharmaceutical intellectual – history shows an otherwise shrewd manipulator who gained access to intellectual property unjustifiably.   Computer engineering experts speculate that our entire PC system today would likely look completely different and be technically much more sophisticated had Kildall been the prevailing father.

Fully aware of the future consequences of intellectual property law given Gates father was an attorney, Gates instituted a Microsoft wide declaration that all property, notes, research, etc… of company personnel belonged exclusively to – Microsoft.  Employees were prohibited from patents or copyrights of any of their work during their employment and for years afterwards.

Paul Allen, who co-founded Microsoft, became ill with cancer in 1982. Gates, in all his compassion for his boyhood pal, renegotiated their split from 50-50 to 66-34 and tried to buy out his 100 million shares for $5 each.   According to Allen’s memoir, they had a massive falling out when Allen overheard Gates and Steve Ballmer who Gates had brought in to run the company, discussing ways they could dilute Allen’s stake in the company and force him out.   Allen quit.  He went on to develop a number of companies including: Apex Learning in 1997, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Allen Institute for Cell Science, Allen Institute for AI, and others.   Paul Allen died of sepsis in 2018 – he was 65.

It was over a decade before software copyrights were found to be relatively useless and patents became the preferred means for securing rights.   By the mid 1990’s, somewhat coinciding with Kildall’s death, those Patent laws protected a person’s coding and end product from cloning.   Could Kildall have sued Microsoft for theft of his original system that was cloned into MS-DOS?  Could such a lawsuit upend Microsoft and give Kildall billions in damages?

Kildall died at the age of 52. Reports are oddly conflicting. He was at a bar – had been there for 2-20 minutes, unsure, when suddenly he is on the floor, the victim of a brawl seen by -0- witnesses who later gave completely different accounts including some claiming he fell down steps… He went to the hospital and was released. Two days later he was dead and although the police labeled his death a possible homicide, the furtively edited accounts preferred today state he had a heart attack. According to the coroner, John DiCarlo, an autopsy ‘failed to determine the cause of death’.

If Bill Gates were to be credited with inventing anything it would be a global monopoly that brutally squeezed out every viable competitor and rose to the top on the stolen software supplied by Paterson and created by Kildall.   That would seem, on the surface, to be a viable reason for concluding death by homicide.   But of course, if you have the resources, such a conclusion could easily be erased.

Footnote #1:      Bill Gates Sr was an attorney who has served on the boards of the Gates Foundation, United Way, Planned Parenthood, and the World Justice Project whose aim is to further the global Rule of Law.   The Rule of Law purports to rate countries by their ‘open government’ and human rights.   They are supported by Human Rights Watch, a Soros entity.    Much like the Southern Poverty Law Center also organized and funded by Soros, they ‘rate’ countries by their perceived alignment with ruling by the stratagems delineated by the Global Justice Project.   Countries scoring the highest originate first in the Swedish bloc of the EU, followed by Germany, Japan, Australia, Canada, UK, Czech, Spain, France, China – and then the US.  NOTE:  the US follows – China.

In other words, Communist China scores higher than 112 countries across the globe.  

Footnote #2:   In 2004 the US tax laws were revised to allow multinational conglomerates a loophole that ultimately resulted in over $3 trillion of revenues taxed at a rate of near -0- % to remain untaxed by the US Federal Tax system.   It was called Base Erosion and Profit Shifting – BERS – and was utilized significantly by Microsoft, Facebook, Google, Apple, Pfizer and Amazon.   Within this schematic, an Irish tax haven was created for, among other things, the deferment of tax on ‘intellectual property’.   It became known as the Double Irish wherein an intangible asset (software Patents) can be charged as an intangible asset tax deductible status as a royalty payment.   Between 2004 and 2014, Apple shielded 111 billion Euro in profits from US tax within this shield alone.

Under President Trump, this was phased out as of 2020 completely. The amount of lost tax revenues is likely estimated in the trillions. How much this will effect Microsoft – we have seen the reaction….

And Yes – Bill Gates is on the War PATH for more than we know!

PANDEMIC: China Setting Stage for North America Colonization

Research is an evolution.   And in this case, while it may have uncovered some new and powerful truths, those truths may be more than we can handle.  

It all began – in the beginning – 1995.

October 1, 1995, the Mikhail Sergeevich Gorbachev Foundation gathered 500 of the world’s most important statesmen, economic leaders and scientists, including George W. Bush, Margaret Thatcher, Tony Blair, Zbigniew Brzezinski, as well as George Soros, Bill Gates, Deepak Chopra, George Schultz, Desmond Tutu, Jane Fonda, and futurist John Naisbitt, among others under the guidance of the foundations’ local president, Jim Garrison. The Gorbachev Foundation states as its goal ‘ a sustainable future’ through globalization and how much of the population was forfeitable to maintain the world within this NWO.

As a result of this meeting, it was determined that the world’s economy could still thrive with an 80% reduction in global population, that Christianity must die in favor of ‘pantheism’, and that socialism is preferable over capitalism.

In 2001, Chinese Defense Minister Gen. Chi Haotian, gave a speech to high members of the Chinese Communist Party that provided a blueprint for how and why China would take over all of North America, and possibly Australia.   Simply speaking, he understood that China had reached a point of no return and their existence depended on taking over our lands because they had destroyed their own. Food shortages, pollution, depleted resources, lack of water, changing climate, too many people, and a need to become once again the Central Global dominant force was paramount given Chinese are ‘far superior to all other races’.

Gen. Chi recognized that such a takeover could not be attained through traditional means such as a nuclear attack because the land would be destroyed and the land was vital to the mission.   The means he recommended was biowarfare.  That was in 2001.

Chi’s speech was translated by The Epoch Times in 2005.   In his speech, he refers multiple times to ‘cleaning up’ America.   Meaning killing a sufficient number of the population through biowarfare so that Chinese nationals will be free to move to North America and colonize the country. Dissenters would be dealt with accordingly, whether they are American or westernized Chinese. People will adapt – or die.

The Gorbachev Foundation – its members, advisors and funders were essential in coordinating this effort. Russia was given Alaska and parts of Canada, China would take over the lower 48 states, and other countries were given ‘looting rights’.

In 2003, the Wuhan Level 4 biowarfare laboratory was approved and shortly thereafter construction began.   It opened in 2014.

In 2014, the Chinese Thousand Talent Program was formed whereby the government would hand pick the brightest to infiltrate into our universities across the US and Canada – specifically in virus manipulation. Why the universities accepted these plants would seem to be – simple greed.   They would work in collaboration with our finest scientists at no cost to the university given their salaries would be fronted by the Chinese communist government, and in turn, China would give the universities large donations to deter them from reporting these infiltrators to the federal government as required.   NIH continually gave millions of grant money to these scientists who then took their ‘intellectual property’ back to China.

In 2014, one such scientist was Shi Zhengli.  Her specialty was SARS and she was stationed at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill under Dr. Ralph Baric in collaboration with Wuhan Institute of Virology.   What they sought to find through manipulation of SARS was the “Disease X virus”.

Simultaneously, another female scientist, Dr. Xiangguo Qiu, was stationed at the Winnipeg University Level 4 lab in Canada.   It was discovered in the summer of 2019 that she and her colleagues had been stealing samples of SARS and taking them to Wuhan – 5 separate occasions.   She was let go – but no charges were brought by the Canadian government.

While at UNC, Zhengli and other scientists worked with the SARS virus to make it more potent, inserting additional proteins and pathogens including HIV to create a hybrid virus with the goal that it –  ‘can’t be vaccinated against’.  

In 2018, WHO warned of a Disease X virus that would result in a global epidemic that would kill a large portion of the global population. They also stated that such a disease would be zoonotic – that is pass from animals to humans. Specifically, ‘highly pathogenic coronaviral diseases’.

In other words, China’s plan has been in the making for decades in collaboration with some interesting Americans including George Soros and Bill Gates. And Bill Gates $40+ billion investments in China are likely to guarantee his immortality or so he envisions.  But the Chinese government has great animosity for anyone not ‘yellow’ per General Chi.

According to General Chi, once China has control of the US all other countries will bow to their global dominance given they will otherwise be destroyed, including the EU and India.   He cites lessons learned from Comrade Mao and Nazi Germany, their failures, and how China will use those models to override the failures and achieve world victory.

When President Trump introduced the trade war with China, it created a severe wedge in the blueprint given Chinese economic productivity was paramount in stabilizing the support of Chinese people to accept wiping out most Americans and Canadians.   Maintaining a disciplined order without protests through censorship and a continually rising gdp, Xinping managed to corral his sheep.   Believing the deception was not known, Xinping preserved an affable relationship so as to disguise the truth.  Deception.

Then, in addition to a trade war, the Hong Kong protests triggered a destabilizing wave against his security.   And his plan of colonization of North America and Australia necessitated a surprise attack – perhaps – ahead of schedule.

If China was unable to achieve this conquering, Gen Chi stated that China would suffer a total societal collapse which would necessitate the annihilation of 800 million Chinese in order to survive.

Yes, China went rogue from the initial Deep State, likely even deceiving them, not of his purpose, but of their security.   And with North America and Australia colonized, their promise to Russia is also most likely empty.

While we battle the virus in the US, it should be remembered that just weeks ago it was discovered that test kits in Spain were infected with the virus and returned to China.   More than 600,000 masks imported by the Netherlands from China were also found to be defective.   Coincidence?   I doubt it.  

CHINA: Smuggling Intellectual Property – Bio Hazardous Virus’s and Economic Theft

Intellectual Property has been a topic of trade discussions and concern with respect to China.   Most of the media coverage regarding intellectual property revolves around music, movies, the entertainment industry, etc…   Something of a distraction. In reality, the true issue is much more frightening as it involves science, bio pharmaceuticals, bio hazards, diseases, drugs, nuclear data, etc…   In the past two months, the FBI and Justice Department have arrested or expelled a number of scientists from R&D universities in the US as it has been uncovered that they are smuggling vials, samples, and documents to China – routinely. The program that facilitates this is called, Thousand Talents Program.

Coincidentally, it was established in 2008 by the Chinese government and since its inception patent applications in China have more than tripled.

In essence the premise is twofold:   1.   Solicit a Chinese scientist to gain access to a US, Canadian, or EU University for the purpose of R&D – working pro bono, and   2. indoctrinate a US scientist through university programs, and offer a very lucrative salary and expense account so as to ‘finance’ their willingness to share their patents with China.

Technically, these scientists are required to share with their respective university of study that they are affiliated with Chinese companies, and the university is supposed to report those affiliations to the state or feds.   They haven’t.

Instead, it would appear that in addition to patented technology being shared, the universities have been accepting large ‘unreported’ sums from the Chinese government. Currently, Harvard and Yale are under investigation, however, there are literally hundreds of universities that are a part of the investigation. The threshold for reporting is $250,000, so the amount of money is significant and is estimated to be in the billions.

The Thousand Talents Program has been in operation for over a decade, coincidentally seeming to have been initiated during the Obama administration, and is now the subject of a massive investigation.   With the Wuhan Coronavirus making headlines, few media outlets discuss the possible links given the rumbling of either a purposeful outbreak, or an accidental one.   Another coincidence…

Xiangguo Qiu, a virologist, her husband, Keding Cheng, and Qui’s students were working at the National Microbiology Lab of Winnipeg, a level 4 Lab, without compensation. In 2017-2018, they made five trips to China’s Wuhan National BioSafety Lab.

The Wuhan Lab opened in 2015 to study deadly infectious diseases and pathogens, specifically SARS and Ebola, SARS is directly related to the Coronavirus.   According to a Rutgers molecular biologist, Richard Ebright, the SARS virus had escaped from the lab on multiple occasions due to lab technician errors.

It would appear that the Canadian virologist, Xiangguo Qui, is the most likely connection for the Coronavirus given:   1.   She was found to be smuggling virus’s from the Winnipeg Lab to China, and subsequently expelled along with her husband, and 2. She was not compensated by Canada, and thus likely part of the Thousand Talents Program.

While university officials claim that ‘sharing’ information is common, it presents a complicated tier of reporting – and certainly ‘smuggling’ is not a part of that tier.

Dr. Kang Zang was an ‘eye doctor’, or ophthalmologist, who worked at the University of California San Diego studying genetics. He set up multiple companies registered in the Cayman Islands and operating out of his Del Mar California home that have reported assets in the multiple millions.   These companies were not disclosed and utilized technology he gained while under contract with the Thousand Talents Program which can pay as much as $58,000 per month and up to $150,000 in living expenses.

NIH awarded Zang more than $15 million in grant money. His companies include “biomedical technology’, and ‘biological pharmaceutical’ interests. He resigned.

Charles Lieber, a chemist from Harvard has been arrested for his participation in China’s Thousand Talents Program.   In addition to Harvard, his institutions of study include Wuhan University of Technology.   His latest development includes the ability to inject into a chosen region of the brain macroporous electronics that act like a brain probe.

In addition to Lieber, the Justice department charged two Chinese nationals; Yanqing Ye and Zaosong Zheng. Ye is currently in China, and Zheng was arrested for attempting to smuggle 21 vials of biological research samples.   In addition to payments from the Thousand Talents Program, Lieber was also compensated $15 million from NIH.

Last month, Turab Lookman, a physicist, was arrested for his involvement with the Thousand Talents Program.   He worked in Sante Fe at the Los Alamos National Laboratory tasked with securing the nation’s nuclear stockpile, and conducting research.

Yu Ben Meng, was the chief investment strategist for the California state run, CalPERS. Under his direction, CalPERS invested in numerous Chinese companies that were blacklisted by the US government including surveillance companies.  Meng was recruited into his position through the Thousand Talents Program. Members of the Senate are calling for his immediate resignation.

August 2018, Xiaoqing Zheng removed electronic files with company trade secrets involving its turbine technologies and hid data files in a digital photograph of a sunset.  He was an employee of General Electric and was arrested.

Oddly, the media seems uninterested in these nefarious accounts despite the incredible risk they pose to national security.   Not only are US secrets being stolen and shared, the potential monetary reward is thus also diverted making US R&D which is funded by taxpayers, an economic waste.
