Khizr Khan -A Miserable Con of Saudi Intervention

Khizr Khan came to the US ’empty-handed’ like all immigrants in 1980. And immediately enrolled in a masters program at Harvard where he obtained his law degree…according to most media reports.

Hmmm – REALLY?

While he was born in Pakistan, he was living in the United Arab Emirates before coming to the US at the age of 29. What was he doing in the UAE?   Apparently nothing.  But he did move to the US in 1980 – although he actually was really living in Saudi Arabia…  working in International Trade Law during the 80’s where he was also writing a paper on Wahhabism. Concurrently, he was attending the University of Missouri where he graduated in 1982 with his law degree. How is that possible??  The same Mizzou Law School that was a hotbed of protests and saw the resignation of its President and Chancellor last year.   But how could Khan be going to school in Missouri when he was living in Massachusetts/Maryland – according to his bio? Because his sons were raised in – Maryland.

Discrepancies lay waste to the Truth.

He holds no law license in Maryland, Virginia or DC, (according to his website) but instead states that he is a member of the New York State Bar Association. According to their website – he is not a sustaining member. A search of the New York State registrations shows he was admitted to the Bar in 2010. But his website states that he was practicing law at a ‘major law firm’ from 1998 to 2007 in DC, and then moved to New York in 2007 where he was a Director of Law at a ‘major law firm’ from 2007 to 2010. In addition, he was an adjunct member/professor at Georgetown Law school in 2006… despite the fact that he had never passed the bar anywhere yet!

He has a newly minted website that was created in 2016 thru Godaddy. He claims to be the Founder of ESI Institute New York… but there is no such institute, there is an EDI Institute New York, but it is NOT affiliated with Khan.

His ‘website’ states his office is located at 415 Madison Avenue, 14th Floor, NY. But as of June 2016, a list of tenants does not include his name. Rent in the building starts around $55 sqft per year, and ‘virtual space’ is available on the 14th floor through Regus.

Empty-handed, he managed to put himself through law school and his sons through advanced degree programs, including PhD programs at the University of Virginia. Interesting…  A ‘success’ story the media would have us believe…  Really?   A success in that he was backed by Saudi money!

Electronic Discovery is considered on par with a paralegal, today’s starting salaries range between $69k and $89k. So how did he get thru Harvard? And how did he pay for extensive degrees for his three sons making maybe $50,000 at best twenty years ago?

Tangled Webs.

He holds up what he professes is a Pocket Constitution, but in a screen-grab I could find no book that matched the one he held. Nor was the wording consistent with The Constitution of the United States of America.  Maybe it was in Arabic…

He states that the 14th Amendment guarantees equal protection under the law. But the Amendment has nothing to do with putting a stave on immigration – it has to do with citizens who have been granted citizenship in the US.  Maybe he needs to reread the 14th Amendment…

Making the accusation that Trump is ‘dividing the Muslims’, is like blaming Hillary for Nazi’s… there is no correlation. The division within the Muslims dates back centuries.

While working in Saudi Arabia, he wrote a paper in which he references the contribution to his article by Said Ramadan, a prominent leading figure within the Muslim Brotherhood who died in 1995. The fact that Huma Abedin has been linked to the Muslim Brotherhood would fit that possibly she was the one who rooted out Khan to deliver the scathing DNC address to Trump.

But filling in the inconsistencies to his background was poorly executed.

Still, Hillary calling on this man, Mr. Khan, to ask the GOP representatives to repudiate their candidate was rather out of line, bold, and quite presumptuous, an arrogant request against someone who has had business ties with Middle Eastern countries for years, and only served to want an end to radical Muslims who want to annihilate the US. Technically, the SAME agenda served by his son in Iraq!

Perhaps the Saudi link would make sense though given they are tremendous donors to the Clinton Foundation and tit-for-tat, everything is greased. Even a Manhattan Office. An education at Harvard and the University of Virginia can be greased.

Mr. Khan’s residence would appear to remain in Charlottesville, Virginia, a house and acreage bought in his name in 2010. There is no listing for his residence in New York. Which would explain the ‘virtual office’ and a website dated 2016…

What we don’t know about Khan is a whole lot more than what we do know.  To have such a person making presidential demands is quite disturbing!  To have such a person support a candidate who faces innumerable potential crimes is even more disturbing.

Republican Debate Moderators – Mental Minions

A baby is born innocent. But they are also born demanding, selfish, impatient, unloving, inclined to anger when they don’t get their way, greedy, gluttonous, and consumed with self. Over the years, it is a mother’s job to instill values and to moderate behavior, pulling it back, putting it in its proper place. And when the child ventures into the world on their own, hopefully the mother and father have taught them love, compassion, respect, patience and honor.

The commentators of the debate last night missed those lessons.

Will they be penalized? Will they be lectured for their absolute indecent behavior? Or are they all high fiving it and chugging shots behind the curtain of Oz?

Sometimes people don’t realize that when they slander another person, use bully tactics, and ignore common decency, they become the focus instead of the one they are trying to intimidate. Their behavior is so filled with venom that no matter who they were speaking to, no matter what the other person said, they are now the focus of venom.

John Harwood. Becky Quick. Both heavy duty Clintonites.

The fact that Ben Carson stepped out of the fray was possibly the best and most sane move anyone could have committed given the hatred packed fumes that were expelled from the mouths of babes. While the media is asserting that the Republican candidates are just angry because they were asked tough questions, lets take a look at some of these ‘toughies’:

  1. Should fantasy football be regulated by the government?
  2. Referencing Trump, ‘is this a comic book version of a presidential candidate’?
  3. When Carson stated that he was not affiliated with a company that had illegally placed his picture on their website, the commentator said, ‘doesn’t that speak to your vetting process’?
  4. Rubio was asked about a newspaper’s editorial calling for him to resign
  5. Asking Carson why he serves on the board of Costco which is gay friendly
  6. Asking Trump why he said Facebook founder, Zuckerberg, was wrong about immigration?

How do any of these questions address the economy? They don’t. They were created to slander and denounce the individual. Petty. Stupid.

And if that wasn’t enough, apparently Hillary was busy having her campaign managers text notes to reporters in which she chastised the candidates and their answers. Did Hillary create the questions for the commentators? Or does she just tell the media what to say?

In this topsy turvy world we have made a befuddled mess. We learned nothing from the debate because the questions posed were about nothing and deserved the befuddlement responses. The commentators were harsh, rude and ill-prepared with facts. What they did possess was a true laissez faire attitude that proved beyond a reasonable doubt that they failed to grow beyond the arrogance of a babe at birth. Tch Tch.

Trump Trumps

With 16 GOP candidates all vying for the chance to rule the United States, divvying up the poll becomes a sticker shock of sorts. I mean if all were equal, each would share 6% of the votes. So it is not news that the garbage, rageful, potty-mouth vendetta’s should begin early on as vetting is necessary.

It is also important to consider who the pollsters are in these random tallys. For example; the Quinnepiac University Poll – if you haven’t heard of them, you aren’t alone. But they are declaring themselves to be; highly accurate and the gold standard. Their random sampling is of 1000 age 18 and over registered voters. And despite their claims to fame, they have a scanty record of accuracy. Nonetheless, the media likes polls and so they are often cited…paid to cite.

Trump has shown a breakout in the polls, and the low ballers are miffed taking swipes that do nothing to give integrity to their own failing run. What to do, what to do… In classic style reminiscent of the reality Survivor series, elimination of the competition is top priority. So the GOP is ganging up on Trump for only one purpose, to eliminate the one who has the most points. How righteous… And the Games begin!

The intention is to eliminate as many as possible as quickly as possible so as to confuse the polls and delete what people think or want so that the competition is now among the losers that no one really wanted in the first place but that’s all that is left. It’s the political tact to force voters to choose between two evils, instead of values. I do not qualify as a Trump supporter, I have made no choice as yet, I am merely a bystander watching the melee.

One advantage to Trump is simply his team. They are sharp. They turn every bad press to a press – then to a positive press – it’s a win-win situation and the others are way too over-matched to get it. When the other ‘contestants’ rant, their raves look scary because they were supposed to represent a decorum of sorts. Now, we see their true nutty professor self. And it ain’t pretty.

Graham doing some goofball video about cell phones is a loser rhetoric, he’s already on the defensive and he is hardly addressing anything of importance. Not a good sign. His campaign is ummm, misinformed, I’d garner.

But candidates rely on polls in order to determine which side of an issue they stand. If the poll indicates that the American people don’t care, then the candidate stays on the sidelines. Making no comment, the candidate can then come back later and make a stand if the poll changes.  It’s called hypocrisy and deceit.

On the other side of the equation we have Hillary and Bernie. With Hillary gaffs, Hillary lies, and Hillary coldness, her appeal as a woman is lost. She crosses the line of all ethnicities, religions, nonreligions, class, you name it, she makes people cringe. Martin O’Malley has an uphill battle given the Baltimore debacle of inane leadership, not to mention his bizarre claim that global warming led to the formation of ISIS. I mean, if that were the case, then wouldn’t California be an ISIS haven?

So the dog fight has begun and the mud will be by far the worst in history – that’s a fair bet. It’s the perfect time to go on holiday, to have no access to the squabbles and intense verbiage slinging, it’s a good time to just – go away. We still have nearly 18 more months of this and that would be a long, long holiday…
