NEW YEAR MISSIVE – Right There With You!

Years ago, before I had my own children, I owned a daycare licensed for 72 children.   It was an abject nightmare constantly.   Not because of the children – but because of the parents and employees.   Ultimately what the experience provided was a very pronounced rebel attitude that my children would NEVER – Ever be products of Daycare.

The original purpose of daycare was to help single women to be trained in a profession so they could provide for their children given fathers were absent.   It was called – HeadStart.   I frequented HeadStart as a child advocate with my mother to be ‘a friend’.

But the tides shifted, and suddenly everyone wanted their children to be raised in institutions.

And yes, I am well aware that this will NOT be viewed as a Politically Correct Blog Post.

I didn’t actually become the owner on purpose, it was a trade in the 1980’s when my billable hours could not be met.   And so, in lieu I became the proud owner of a daycare.   For fifteen years.

In those days, employees were ‘rough’, ‘scarce’, and would likely not pass a background check by today’s standards.   But it was all we had.

Parent’s would arrive after hours to pick up their child.   Often times it was the Director who had to stay and wait. Sometimes parents could be found at the local bar or strip club down the street.   Other times, they simply – forgot.   They forgot their child.

Today, I was reading an article about Mary Tyler Moore and her guilt over her own son’s accidental suicide.   While claiming her son was simply ‘playing with guns’ and shot himself, she goes on to state that she and her son were not close at all – alienated actually.   Why?   Because television was more important.   Her career was more important.   Her life was more important – than her son.  He literally had no parents.

A friend I knew in Junior High had a very similar justification for her own son’s tragic tragic issues that resulted in him being a ‘street bum’. Drugged to infinity.   His mind literally obliterated. He spent his entire life on the streets, in jail, and in rehab that never worked.   She ‘wished’ he would die.

She had also recounted the daycare phenomena exalted upon her son from birth.   Institutionalized 12-14 hours per day, depending whether they remembered to pick him up, she justified it was all the father’s fault because her career was all important.

As we are confronted with the chaos of the black community erupting in complete anarchy we can trace their upbringing to – daycare.   Institutional flights of caregivers with no compassion, little education, and a vent of anger. The evolution of which, these children cannot differentiate between basic morality or ethics of right and wrong.   Their brains are stunted.   Their emotions thus rule.   And hysteria is the consequence.

While I was no perfection of a parent, it isn’t about perfection, it is ultimately about – being there.   And my personal take was always, “if you expect day cares or nanny’s to take care of your child from birth, why have a child?” As entertainment?

Recently, a friend asked me to babysit her infant grandchild so that she could go to dinner with friends.   The mother had to work, my friend was the defacto volunteer babysitter when her daughter worked.   But she wanted me to take her duty so she could play.  And was incensed when I said – no.

The mentality is not one of family, but one of ‘me’.   I am the most important. I am.   Me.   And it isn’t simply the 20something generation, whatever alphabet they are called, it is a very narcissistic development that has its talons in the 1960’s.

So if a mindset can be drilled into 3 generations, can it NOT be reset with a different mindset, based in Truth. Because the entire Mindset causation was to create a society of androids.   Essentially.   The sixties was about recreating ‘everything’.   Rules.   Ethics. Morality. Values.   Life.   Sex.   Education.   Social.   And this android series is called Generation24.   2024 is the year in which the globe will shift quite dramatically.

The recreation allowed for the algorithm of mind.   Meaning a person’s mind was ‘algorithmed’ to determine an algorithm to recreate that mind in a laboratory.   I suppose that technically would be the purpose of the transhumanism future.   How boring.

There is no challenge. It is like having a chess match when you know in advance your competitors every move because it has been algorithmed. So you know you can win.   Every single time.   Even if you are sleeping.   How Boring.

Yet it would appear this is the world envisioned as utopia for the elitists who truly believe that their drug induced vision is a ‘ya, man…’.   In fact they are sounding more and more like Milano Cookie Alyssa.   A 7th or maybe 8th grade education.   Ask her anything – she won’t know.

Off topic sortof: Recently the media was drooling over a picture of Bezos standing over his girlfriend while she doused herself with a hose on a yacht.   And here’s the twist: I saw a man who looked as though he were heavily drugged with some sex drug and was feeling a rage of potential rape.   His face was quite scary really.   And she was taunting him, she ruled him, she was pre-planned.

By contrast the media saw a man in love with his girlfriend.

Ya haf ta laf.

Tra la la, it is a New Year and I am being goulish.   But then, New Year celebrations have always been for the youth!   I had many grand times!   From a Balls to a Pool Hall.   It has been FUN!

I suppose the bottom line is that our world has splintered many a time in history.   Life has been bleak.   And it does get better.   No one wants to have the misfortune of being caught in that bleak time.   And yet, the best part is – most everyone is right there – with you.   In the bleak time.   And some very solid souls develop.  And maybe, just maybe, that’s NOT a bad thing…

Build Back Better? Beat Them at Their Own Game!

Biden’s Build Back Better plan will destroy daycares across the country.   Raising regulations, increasing worker pay by nearly 140%, and mandating a cap for certain families will annihilate the industry.   The cost will be so prohibitive that someone in the family, dad or mom, will not be able to afford to work.   The spiral in lost income affects everything else from housing, to a car, to food choices, to restaurants and date nights.

And between CoVid mandates and lockdowns, and lost income, Big Pharma is ready and waiting with their new and approved elixor for “depression’. Drooling with anticipation!

Currently, the average pay for a daycare worker is roughly $13 an hour. Biden’s plan would raise that hourly to over $30.   Suddenly the annual bill for child care goes from $15,000 to $42,000. Who gets hit hardest?   Single Parents!

Who comprise single parents in the US?

25% of US households are run by a single parent.   86% of them are women. 45% have a high school degree – or less.   Four million of those single households are black, 3.25 million are Hispanic.   The Democrat Plan is to solidify and expand welfare and destroy single parent households from ever getting the opportunity to rise out of poverty.  BOOM!

In essence, middle class will be defused and redefined in terms of one income reducing their spending ability by roughly 50%.   The shortage of employees that is already prevalent will become catastrophic. And poverty levels will explode.

The Great Depression will look like Paradise.

The New York Times has stipulated that of the 800,000 who died ‘with’ CoVid in the US, 541,000 were ‘older people’ – 68%.   Of course, it bears mentioning that the 800,000 figure is an estimate and includes a host of comorbidities. Including heart disease which has apparently stymied all medical and science experts as to why there was a massive increase in 2021….

It isn’t just the middle class, the poor, and the poverty stricken that are being weeded out, it is the old.

In France, a person who is unvaccinated is prohibited from all public places, including Hospitals.   That’s right.   If you have cancer, forget treatment unless you are vaccinated. In an auto accident, too bad unless you are vaccinated.   Have a broken bone?   RIOTS.

You betcha people are depressed.   But even more so – they are angry.   I don’t think Pfizer has worked out an anger vaccine – just yet. But I imagine they will surely provide a monthly depression vaccine sometime soon. And the market in the US will likely be huge as poverty rises exponentially.

If you look at this picture, it has an uncanny resemblance to The Great RESET of sustainability Marxism.

You will be happy because you will be thoroughly and completely medicated.   You won’t own a home, because the price will be prohibitive.   A second car will no longer be affordable given someone stays home with the kids.   And a reduction of population will be secured.

The Grinches.

There are solutions.

Homeschooling is NOT what it used to be.   It has evolved significantly to include co-ops, sports centers, and art and music centers.   The materials typically cost roughly $500 per year, and children tend to learn more efficiently and quickly graduating from High School by age 16.   Within the co-op, a parent teaches one day per week, and rotates.   This same evolution can be fine tuned to child care allowing for a household to retain the majority of a second income.

The ultimate fallout?   Public schools and daycares will shutter faster than the speed of light.

Another benefit?   Property taxes will tumble given nearly 70% is for schools and based on ‘enrollment numbers’.   And that Big Pharma anti-depressant?   No longer necessary.

Regarding the vaccine mandate?

Red States are already seeing an influx as families move away from the untenable restrictions imposed by the unholy Marxists.   Businesses will choose sides.   And in the immediate aftermath, a schism will develop.   And consumerism will prevail.

The vast majority of people prefer NOT to be regulated, controlled and imprisoned. Much of what people perceive is based on manipulated propaganda.   Moving to an open red state will relieve that mind banter as truth becomes more popular.

The Bidenites and Clintonites and Obamaites failed because they used evil to put forth their agenda.   The Banking Cartel failed because information was internet ‘open’ and the truth was revealed.   And Gates and his Bloomberg cronies?   The only people they have left to deceive are African – because they hate black people and have been diligently trying to eliminate that population in order to control the continent for 2 decades. Which is why they have been doubling down on buying up huge tracts of African land.  Anticipation…

Land Grabs.   With the assistance of corrupt politicians, the land grab marketeers bought huge amounts of Africa’s most fertile land for penny’s per hectare.   The result was to enslave the Africans that were removed from the land where they squatted making a meager income, and offer them slave labor wage.

THESE Truths remain.   And evil will be brought to its knees.  GOD Bless!

US Education: A Broke Back Mountain

When one thinks the daft couldn’t get more daft, one might be rather daft….   In light of the tee-shirt slogan worn by a majority of college liberals which states “I don’t have time for hate, racism, misogyny, albeism, homophobia, Islamophobia, transphobia, bigoty” – segregation is required.   (Full disclosure I had to look up albeism).

As a result of their intolerance of the intolerable, and the need to have safe spaces, students now require segregated graduation ceremonies and segregated dormitories based on ethnicity, religion, identity, race, etc..

And a full 72% of colleges are apparently willing to comply.

It will be interesting to see how this lavishly daft intolerance survives in the work environment when these self obsessed students can’t whine and cry and demand the world conform to their ‘safe place’.

With titles such as Lavender Commencement, Gesta Latina Commencement, American Indian Indigenous Commencement, Don the Kente, etc… Virginia Tech boasts 10 different diversity ceremonies which are technically illegal under Discrimination laws.

Within this vein, Georgetown students have voted to increase tuition in order to create a pool of money to pay for ‘reparations’. The catch? The increased tuition is for ‘future students’, not them. And the extent of this generation of selfish self-consumed whiners is not just a product of a failed education system, but of a failed parent system.

Who is minding the children?

Over the last two decades, the number of children in full time daycare under the age of 5 hovers at 86%.   Four and under is 66%.   Daycare employee qualifications vary by state although most require a high school diploma or equivalent. The average entry pay is $10.50 per hour. In Washington DC a parent can expect to pay $36,000 per year per child for daycare. On the low end, in Mississippi, daycare runs about $8,000 per year per child.

For a family of four including 2 children, daycare can run from $16,000 to $72,000 annually or a mean of $44,000. That would be breakeven. With a mean salary in the US at $43,000 per year, there obviously comes a point where daycare is simply ludicrous. Aside from the financial cost is the social cost. The generation raised by an institution is coming of age. Their morality, ethics, values, and virtues have been impregnated by strangers who come and go within these institutions, and we are now witnessing the end product.

After paying a mean cost for daycare for 12 years – a total of $528,000, parents haven’t the funds to pay for college.   In 2009 when Obama reigned, student loan debt was $675 billion, today it has risen to $1.465 trillion representing 44 million borrowers, 10% of whom are 90 days past due. The debt has become so untenable that suicide is contemplated as the answer.

It has been likened to the concept of Socialism for the wealthy and Capitalism for the middle class and poor.   In other words, the next generation will wholly squeeze out all but the wealthy for a college education.  And there is no solution…

As we have recently been made aware, wealthy does not align with intellect. Bribes would seem to be the mainstream means of attaining a degree for the party lovers whose parents indulge the system. As such, some pundits point to Germany as a prime example of how an education system should work – free.

But of course, that isn’t the entire story.

When reviewing the percentage of college graduate rates around the world, Germany does not even make the top ten.   Canada is number one, Japan, Israel, Korea, UK, US, Australia, Finland, Norway, then Luxembourg rank highest in that order   All these countries are subject to a college cost, although it is somewhat lower than the US.

In Denmark where college is free, and a $1000 per month living stipend is available, they have found that students take advantage of the system and spend 6 years completing a 4 year degree because – well – it is free!   In addition, only 12% of the population actually attained a bachelor’s degree or higher, while 14% attained a technical or vocational degree, far below the graduation rate in the US which is roughly 48%.

Obviously, free is not the answer.

Pensions. In Canada, teachers pay 11.5% into their pension plan. In the US it is as low as 2% for a lifetime benefit.   The average teacher pension in Canada is $49,000, while the average teacher pension in the US is now $75,000.   That translates to reveal that a teacher’s average pension is 74% higher than the average salary.   In addition, teachers in 35 states also collect Social Security benefits. In Israel, the average pension for all retirees is roughly $33,000 per year.  The discrepancy is huge!

In essence, the pension system, the US labor unions, are the crux of the education cost problem given the average lifetime for receipt of a pension far exceeds the value of those dollars invested causing the cost of tuition to continually spiral.

The education system begins at the beginning – daycare.

As the cost of daycare continues to implode, the crisis of working parents scrambling to meet the cost while relegating their children to be raised by institutional high schoolers, is a cruel alternative. Free child care is hardly the answer. It will simply become a free-loaders babysitter, and a service that is already indoctrinating your children, will become the Communist agenda.

Retraining parents to have a sense of worth in raising their own children, in having a physical and emotional hand and foot in their elementary education will ultimately curb the cost of social daftness.  Overhauling the entire government pension system will help make US university graduates walk away with considerably less debt.  And a solid parental involvement just might create a healthier intellect, and thus subject their children to grants and scholarships…

Respect: A Virtue Lost to Arrogance and Daycare…

When my children were young, ‘nip it in the bud’ was a common phrase in my house. Every generation deals with a lot of the same difficulties, but I noticed that the coming generation, that of my children, were in fact different.   Two reasons come to mind.   1)   they were the first fulltime daycare generation, and 2) parents overwhelmingly allowed bad behaviors to go without consequence.

Having owned a daycare, I saw firsthand the abuse.   Not by the workers, but by the parents.   Daycare was used as a Socialist tool to raise children because many parents didn’t want to.  Often leaving their children for 12 hours a day, parent’s asked if we would open overnight care so they could – party…   Certainly in its infancy daycare had a valuable place as more and more single parents, mostly moms, needed to make a living to support their child(ren).

Soon, daycare became the middle class nanny.   And with the advent of classier titles, Montessori, and a media firestorm that saw all children as lost souls unless they were attending Preschool, Pre-K, K and 10 different studies and athletic endeavors in-between, daycare became the norm.   In fact, if your child wasn’t in daycare something was terribly wrong with you.   Mine did not attend.  And so the wealthy stepped in to create an even larger largess of ‘schools’ where rates matched those charged by the uber colleges and universities.

While generations of demise can be tracked back to Socrates and his lamenting of the lost generation, the value of ‘respect’ would seem to be at the core of the millennials’ lost souls.

Children grew up without discipline, without a mother/father guide, without the core and stability a true home atmosphere provides. Instead, they grew up in institutions always surrounded by 10 to 25 other children vying for attention.   They grew up screaming at their parents, back-talking, and defiant. They became entitlement seekers whose role models included most of the Hollywood cabal. And without a value structure learned at home, they adopted the one they saw the most – the Hollywood Fantasy.

It is interesting because the blog of Austrialia’s missiologist, Mike Frost, routinely denigrates America and all Americans, most specifically evangelical Christians as though we are the root of all that is bad.  However, it is in my church that I see the least of the millennial disease – disrespect.  The youth rooted in God are also rooted in virtues and values devoid in the secular world.  And sadly, I read it in the soapbox grandstanding of Facebook youth who tell everyone what they need to do while living off the earnings of their parents…

We see it in the screaming secular world of Hollywood, arrogantly decrying in media conversations, and rampantly entitled in feminist propaganda that loves to use history as their platform for maligning and belittling all the peoples of today because they don’t have a heart – like they do – damn it!  Whew!

They don’t know how to listen because no one taught them the art. And like each generation before they think they are heads smarter than their elders.   Only, each generation before evolved and came to understand the value and wisdom of their elders, this one – not so much.

There is a difference, a sharp contrast.

While some scholars shrug it off as a ‘stage of life’, in so doing they fail to acknowledge that this ‘stage’ is manifested in a particular group and would seem to not exist quite so much in another group, the group that did not grow up in daycare.   In addition, this “stage” would seem to have become one that has no evolution.  Stagnant.  Daycare as it is used today has never existed. There have been nanny’s and household nursemaids, but those were mostly reserved for the wealthy and elite. It is different.  Because their upbringing was different.  Socialist countries attempt to mandate daycare institutions – Germany, Australia, etc…

When a child is raised by parents, they adopt the values and virtues of their parents, when they are raised by a daycare, they adopt the values and virtues of those teachers in the daycare, and then the teachers in school. Parent’s wonder how they lost their children…

Just like in filing your taxes with the IRS, ignorance is not a defense.   I watched my boy’s friends scream at their parents, and even slap them on occasion. Boundaries were nonexistent then – and now. Their only lifeline? Arrogance.   Without the humble self-esteem that a parent embodies and teaches, a child creates their own in arrogance, pride and self obsessive attitudes.

Contrary to the pedestal that Mr. Mike Frost preaches from in which America and Americans are the fault and blame for everything universal, this phenomena of disrespect is prevalent the world wide.   And would ironically seem to include Mr. Frost… Inviting discourse, but then demeaning anyone who disagrees with the content, is not an open discourse, it is a demeaning one built on Arrogance.  His blog demonstrates this.

And while Frost seems bent on dissing America, he would be better advised to take note of Australia’s growing apostasy; 1901 – 92% of population identified as Christian, 2016 – 52% of population identified as Christian with only 25% of those attending church weekly.   And as of 2007, it would appear that only half of the Australian government believed in the Bible as only half agreed to use it in their swearing in ceremony.

The virtue of respect is most commonly lost in the sin of Arrogance, and while we are all guilty, some practice humility and repentance while others practice pride.

DAYCARE – tears in the rain

According to a report by the NACCRRA, as of 2012 about 12 million children under the age of five were in daycare. The cost depends on the age and local, the quality and the state. Infant care can cost as low as $4600 annually to a high of $20,200, and these number rise annually. In the US, 90% of the cost is born by the parents. Social Services provides an income balanced proportion of the cost at a fixed rate which is generally significantly lower than the public rate.

The advocacy states that more child care facilities and workers are needed to care for children so that the parents can achieve greater economic prosperity and productivity.

Actually, daycare was created to help single mothers get off welfare. Outside of that, daycare has evolved into an institution designed to babysit over 50% of US children, 70% of Canadian children and 92% of Swedish children. I remember when parents raised their children at home. I remember growing up with one car per household.

Stats:

  1. there are approximately 23.4 million children in the US under the age of 6

  2. there are approximately 15 million children under the age of six needing daycare

  3. 67% of new mothers return to work within the first year after giving birth and 44% after the first three months

  4. 8 million children under the age of six live with a single parent

  5. the average childcare worker makes $9.38 and has a high school diploma or GED

Articles abound that support the working mother cause and denounce the idea that daycare has problems.  The advocacy?  If you are working and your child is in daycare you are still completely ‘raising’ your child. So, what is the definition of the word ‘raising’.

What does raising a child entail?

In a nutshell; time and money. Time is the real issue. The reality is that a tremendous portion of women simply don’t want to devote the time. It is too ‘hard’. It detracts from their freedom.  It is inconvenient to their social life.  They feel trapped.  Years ago, a friend of mine who had just one child, a rather rambunctious boy, decided it was just too hard taking care of him any longer. He was three. She put him in daycare, spent $200 a week so she could earn $9 per hour. After taxes, gas, and meals she was slightly in the hole.

She didn’t ‘need’ to put her son in daycare, she ‘wanted’ to because she was bored.

Which brings to question another term that requires defining – ‘need’. How many mothers actually are in ‘need’ of daycare is subject to a qualification. Needing daycare because you want to work. Needing daycare because you want to make more money. Needing daycare because you need to get out of the house. Needing daycare because you want more adult stimulation. There are many qualifications of – need, but most revolve around want – not need.

Friend number two. She and her husband were fresh out of medical school and wanted no part in the idea of staying at home with their child. Making lots of money was the agenda, never mind that the husband was a doctor and fully capable of making a healthy living standard. It was about ‘want’, not ‘need’. She hired a nanny. In their household, a nanny lasted on average 3 months. I believe one actually lasted a year.

The point – it is rotation. Daycares have a huge employee turnover ratio. Daycares, like schools, have their agendas of values and ethics. These people instill their views, values and morays on your child daily during the formative years your child is most open to development. This is not to say that all daycares are bad, it is to say that daycares are in fact raising your children by virtue of time. Because raising is singularly about time and this is not simply a modern day invention. What the pendulum swing has unveiled is the self design of ‘me’. Me has become more important than the child. Me is the emphasis. And the common justification for daycare has morphed into – ‘well I just wanted more than sitting at home with my child’.  And the ever more succinct, ‘I deserve more than being a stay at home mom, I am entitled.’

This is a justification embraced by daycare proponents. Ancient history forward, children were raised by parents, the super wealthy or elite having the nanny or nursemaid. During various eras of poverty, children were sent to work the fields, the mines, the farms in order to stave off famine. However, in the 1600’s, John Locke defined a new attitude toward children in which he saw them as being born a blank slate. Everything that filled that slate would henceforth define that child and ultimately that adult. The greater influence was a product of – time.

Time defines many things; it is presumed that the more time spent on education, the more learned a person becomes. The more time spent at daycare, the more their values, ideas and beliefs are impressed on the blank slate that is your child’s brain. As of age 5, this blank slate is the framework of your child’s heart, emotions, security, bonding ability, behavior, sense of worth, and even weight.

While parents claim that daycare is great for the social development of a child via interacting with other children, more studies are showing a correlation between bullying, negative behavior, aggressive behavior, and conflict problems with children raised in daycare settings.

Sweden can be seen as the best long term example test case. With 92% of 18 month to 5 year olds in state run daycare facilities, there has been growing concern for the decline in education and behavior and a subsequent rise in anxiety and mental health issues over the last decade. Attachment disorder, ill-mannered behavior, entitlement, and slower emotional and intellectual development are common results of this daycare society. It should not be ignored.

It is unfortunate that these issues are not made more public. Partially, the media doesn’t want to make parents feel guilty for putting their children in daycare. They want to fill parents with a false sense of security and positive reinforcement – even if it is distorted. Most of the proponents of daycare will state that the quality is imperative, look for low ratio’s, engaging staff, educated staff, high quality food, etc… But these proponents live in a bubble world. In reality – this picture does not fill the norm for it caters to the wealthy who easily spend upwards of $15,000 per year, the cost of an in-state college!  The median wage in the US is $26,695.

More and more studies are focusing on the long term effects attachment disassociation relate to anger issues, bonding issues, and motivation issues as an adult. Mental health problems have risen disproportionately. This is exemplified by the fact that during the first year of development a babies brain doubles in weight as a result of glucose metabolism that is in direct response to input by the mother. The bonding between a mother and child during the formative years can not be transferred. Take that bonding away, toss in an assembly line of daycare employees that revolve through a child’s stream of development, and there will be consequences.

The bottom line should be that if you have a true need for daycare, single parent, then by all means this is the only viable solution. You need to make a living.  Instead, we have taken it to the extreme and conclude that everyone should focus on prosperity, because this is much more important.  Thus the definition of need is morphed to include anyone who – wants – because their agenda is more important. And of course, who looses? The child.

In the end, I think it is safe to say that no one lies on their deathbed and wishes they had spent less time with their children and more time at work –

If you deny there is a problem, how can you possibly attempt to fix it?
