WHO Announces New Serological CoVid AntiBody Test For Devastated Africa

A curious group of scientists have announced they are confounded, dumbfounded, that despite Africa having below 6% vaccination rate they have fewer cases and deaths than most other countries.   So, WHO has decided that because of this ‘devastating’ inequity a new and improved plan is necessary.   The Plan is to create a new test… that can detect CoVid antibodies.   “The aim of the royalty free license is to facilitate the rapid manufacture and commercialization of CSIC’s COVID-19 serological test worldwide,” the WHO said in a press release, adding that the offer to low- and middle-income countries “will remain valid until the date the last patent expires.”

In other words, ‘testing’ is the cure for a disease that has not made much impact on the entire African continent.

According to WHO, The technology to date has resulted in four different tests, one of which has the potential to distinguish the immune response of COVID-19 infected individuals from vaccinated individuals.

Royalty Free or open patent is the practice of licensing patents (especially biological patents) for royalty-free use, on the condition that adopters license related improvements they develop under the same terms.   By definition, it means that after the initial permission is secured, usually through money, additional uses can be made without payment.    Meaning Pharma still pays for a sublicense, they just pay upfront.

The Agreement is between – WHO’s Covid Technology Access Pool (C-TAP), the Medicines Patent Pool (MPP) and the Spanish National Research Council (CSIC).  Tedros encourages all Pharma companies to be on board in the development and sale of this royalty free license product.   CSIC currently holds the Patent.

MPP is wholly funded by Unitaid, The Swiss Agency For Development and Cooperation, The Ministry of Foreign Affairs Japan, and the WellCome Trust.  The entire effort of all these organizations focuses nearly exclusively on Africa illuminating the agenda that Africa would appear to be the target for greater depopulation efforts.

“A new analysis by WHO has concluded that the vast majority of cases of COVID-19 in Africa are not being detected. At time of the analysis, Oct 10, 2021, Africa had recorded around 8·4 million SARS-CoV-2 infections, and 217 000 deaths (the continent has since reported another 200 000 or so infections and 2000 deaths). WHO calculated that the true number of infections was seven times higher than the reported figure. The same analysis showed that two in three deaths from COVID-19 are not being registered in Africa.”

AND VOILA!    A new and improved test will surely show everyone devoid of antibodies and thus a massive vaccination campaign will ensue.

The WHO ‘analysis’ states that only 14.2% of people in Africa are being tested and 6% are fully vaccinated – far below the necessary pool.

The ‘analyses’ was conducted using the COVID-19 calculator developed by ‘Resolve to Save Lives’.  Resolve To Save Lives partners with WHO, World Bank, Johns Hopkins, and the CDC according to their website.   However, in 2018, the Huffington Post stated that Resolves backers were Bloomberg Philanthropies, Chan Zuckerberg and Bill & Melinda Gates???   A new website?

The president of Resolve is Tom Frieden.  His resume details tenure as Obama’s CDC Director and a prior position with Bloomberg Philanthropies.   His entire resume is bureaucratic having spent no time as an actual medical doctor, much like FAUCI.   He is a vocal advocate for ‘Universal Health Coverage’.   Frieden’s board certification for infectious diseases ‘expired’ in 2002.  In 2018 Frieden was charged and arrested for sexual abuse and harassment.  Just Perfect!

NOWHERE on its website does Resolve state that they have a CoVid calculator for use in an analyses. 

Obviously the editors dropped the BALL and someone forgot to tell WHO – there is NO analyses.

However, as a result of this ‘non-analysis’ WHO determined that the number of infections Africa was reporting is more than 7 times higher than what was being reported.   Although Africa does no ‘reporting’ given it has no mechanism in place for health reporting of any kind.   SO, WHO relies on such scientific sites as Wikipedia and the New York Times to provide Africa’s CoVid ‘non-reporting’ report.   The New York Times states its data numbers are provided by the CDC, and the CDC states their numbers come from Johns Hopkins which are wholly algorithm based.   No one actually relies on reporting because no one is reporting…

Circular statistics from a computer.   Perfect SCIENCE!   But given pharma profits will likely tank as the vaccine is found wholly ineffective, a new source of revenue is being promulgated on their behalf by The World Health Organization, aka World Death Organization.

CoVid Tracking: A Pseudo Predictive Algorithm

The Delta CoVid variant is decimating Africa and could be transported to Europe and US causing a new lockdown!   That’s the tag line every single media outlet is pushing, pushing and pushing!   It is ten times more deadly, 3 times more infectious, and can cause severe reactions…   But given Africa does not track any diseases internally, where is the information coming from?

Associate professor Lauren Gardner whose areas of expertise include – ‘diversity’ and modeling is the source of the data tracking model.   Not fashion modeling – algorithm modeling.   Ms Gardner’s epidemiological modeling has been used by Mike Pence as well as US states in factoring their estimates of CoVid cases having created an ‘interactive web based dashboard’.   You see, Mz. Gardner is not a epidemiologist or a virologist, she is an engineer. And her tracking data was compiled by surveilling citizen’s phones.  Without your knowledge, of course.

Published in The Lancet whose tag line is “a Manifesto of Social Change’, Mz Gardner is a proponent of the idea that climate is one of the main causes of all disease viruses.   All methods for data tracking are ‘predictive’ with input from the World Health Organization which uses guestimates. Unfortunately, despite the Dashboard being an algorithm model, WHO reports these numbers as ‘confirmed cases’ which is an impossibility.  Last I checked their is no such thing as confirmation of an algorithmic guess.

As of May the CDC announced it would no longer track CoVid cases.  In addition, a number of states declared they would no longer record cases.   So if no one is actually recording cases how is it possible for Johns Hopkins to track data?    The fast answer:   It is NOT.

Algorithm model accuracy requires a standard deviation to determine it’s predictive value.   That standard deviation is based on actual data divided by predictive data.   Given the CDC declared that the actual data, ie the percentage of CoVid deaths as CoVid alone was only 6% of reported deaths, the standard deviation would be so ridiculously high that any model would typically be laughed at with much prejudice! In a World of Science.

Springsteen has just announced that unvaccinated and those having received the Astra Zeneca vaccine will NOT be allowed in his concerts.   Why?   Because the Astra-Zeneca vaccine does not have FDA approval, according to Springsteen.   Of course, his abject ignorance would benefit from a basic 101 lesson on authorized vs approved.   But then, idiocy knows no bounds.

Funded by CDC and NIH, every single agency sites the numbers of Johns Hopkins without exception, including health agencies in US, Canada, Australia, South America, and Europe.   They are the singular source of prediction science for CoVid.

The “Daily” data is founded on this pseudo model alleviating the need for Fact.

In reality, there is absolutely zero factual data on the Delta CoVid variant in Africa or anywhere else.   But the push to vaccinate Africa is hardly a surprise given that is the continent the elite desire to conquer and colonize.

What better way to justify altering the earth’s climate than by declaring climate to be the cause of pandemic diseases and have exactly ONE agency reporting the global tracking for every country…  Sigh
