So the Cartel is becoming yawn bored with Ukraine.   Zelenskyy has worn out his welcome. Biden has enough cash and gold to bury every accusation against him and his family.   Not to mention the humility in admitting the Cartel is LOSING!   The Pharma Cartel got it’s money during CoVid. The Military Industrialists got their money fighting a lost war in Ukraine.   And now it is turn for the Building Industry to reap the rewards of ‘reconstruction’.

The West has been talking about reconstruction of Ukraine for at least six months.   Likely they have already hired on engineers and architects to draw the blueprints mimicking NEOM.   The only problem is where to get the Money!   Having tapped frozen Russia assets, taxpayers, and the sale of war bonds, the Cartel has NO intention of simply walking away from their investment.

But they don’t want to be pocketbook either.

NEOM is off-schedule.   Completion has now been pushed to 2039.   Change orders and modifications have topped out with some estimating the cost may double to $1 trillion.   The exact same number the Soros Cartel says it will cost to rebuild Ukraine.   With some of the same controversies – where to relocate all the remaining Ukrainians?   Russia?

Zelenskyy already has property in Florida and London, so he will slide into obscurity.   But all those damn citizens who didn’t leave already will need to be ‘moved’ in order for the rebuild project to materialize.   NEOM stands for “New Future”.   Ukraine’s city could be called S-POWR – “Spoils of War”.

Despite a weary West and Pentagon, Zelenskyy is intent on smearing Putin. Does this mean a peace deal will include Putin stepping down and releasing Navalny?   While it may be on the West Table – it will never pass a Russia inquisition.   So we await the “Spring Offensive” wherein the Cartel is begging for a Win but ‘Not Too Much’.

What the fark is that supposed to mean?   Don’t Win Too Much?

Why announce a day of the month to launch a ‘Spring Counter Offensive’?   Art of War:   “All war is based on deception”.   Russia’s military and Wagner Group are more versed in Art of War than Zelenskyy and Ukrainian military which is why they must take orders from the Pentagon.   The Pentagon is rife with deception tactics.  Mercenaries in Ukraine may have special ops training but they are not about tackling an entire military army. They are trained to incite conflicts or rescue prisoners.  Thus multiple deceptions arise:    The Spring Offensive is a distraction for nuclear war.   The Ukrainian military is completely useless.   The mercenaries are leaving on orders.  

The DoD has authorized the dispatch of a nuclear sub to the Persian Gulf via the Suez Canal in order to threaten Iran.   Other US nuclear subs are patrolling the Indian Ocean. While simultaneously two nuclear subs were sent to South Korea to ‘help deter North Korea’.   Of course these moves are deception.   The moves create a half circle surrounding the southern portion of Russia.

Trident missiles are submarine launched with a range of 6000 miles and can be armed with nuclear warheads. Launch time to target of 5000 miles is roughly 20 minutes.   Long enough for Russia to hit the red button.

Attacking North Korea is meaningless. They are not a threat and have had no direct involvement in any major wars.   Therefore stationing the Submarine in South Korea and declaring its presence internationally is an obvious distraction.   But these nuclear armed subs could compliment the Spring Offensive announced to take place against Russia May 12th. The Art of War “Deception” being that these subs are simply hanging out for deterrence.   Seems a rather immature unstrategic ploy but then our military has been grossly devalued over these Brandon years.

According to CSIS, the Ukrainian military needs air defenses or they will be crushed.   Yet they conclude:   “it is better to win the war at hand rather than lose it in favor of a future war that may never occur.” Given the inability to secure more air defense having depleted inventories, CSIS states that NATO must fill the void.   That means transporting missiles across the Polish border via the underground tunnel system.

NATO chief would tend to disagree claiming that 98% of all promised weapons have been delivered.  

The US military, Congress, and various intelligence apparatus do not seem to be on the same page – anywhere:   Congress wants 30 tanks sent to Ukraine immediately claiming the current timeline of September is NOT acceptable.   Politico states that a peace deal should be considered.   CSIS wants a forever war with Russia.   And the Pentagon doesn’t seem to have a clue –

Not exactly instilling a united front – a cohesive front – an intelligentsia front – or the PEACE they all demand for Sudan!   However, the nuclear subs stationed at precipitous ports flanking the south of Russia should not be taken lightly. The Cartel does NOT like Losing!   But the Cartel is not General Patton:   stationing subs near Iran, Pakistan, and North Korea – countries that despise the US, could be the backfire anticipated and incited.

REBUILDING UKRAINE: Confiscating Russian Assets

The US Treasury is ramping up calls for Russia to be responsible financially for the reconstruction of Ukraine.   But of course, Janet Yellen doesn’t want to go through procedural means and methodologies, but instead is talking about forcibly confiscating Russian Assets…   Once again setting a Pandora Box Precedent that will surely backfire.   Standing in the wings is Assad, Sudan, Yemen, Ethiopia, and Palestine – waiting – hoping….   International Law would bury the US in reparations!

According to Nuland, the US Congress granted the Justice Department authority to use “illicit assets seized from Russian oligarchs” to help rebuild Ukraine.  But Congress doesn’t have the authority!   The Justice Department doesn’t have the authority!   Desperate for external funding to rebuild their biolabs and racketeering setup, $300 billion in Russian assets is at stake.

The irony of these two women, Yellen and Nuland, is the fact that their parents were directly affected by the Nazi Holocaust – Yellen in Poland, and Nuland in Ukraine.   Yet both support the neoNazi’s who destroyed their families.   And give them vast sums of taxpayer monies without Congressional vote.

Undeterred over the illegality, Nuland is threatening the EU to make it happen!

Once again it appears the western Cartel has been so fearless in ignoring rules and regulations that they think a little more blackmail might help sway their allies in Europe.   But they seemingly are again ‘overestimating’ their alliances and power and find themselves in a quagmire of pig dung.  Many foreign companies set up in Ukraine are ROYALLY PISSED!

Poland is fuming after volunteering to buy all of Ukraine’s wheat with the pinky swear promise to deliver it to Africa sometime – sometime – soon…given Africa is ummm in sacrifice.   Only to find that the grain is tainted with a pesticide chemical that is banned across the EU and US.   As a result, Poland has been forced to destroy their entire Ukraine wheat inventory.   The cost?   Loss to Polish Taxpayers.

Wall Street profited over $55 billion in the aftermath of lost Ukraine grain as the price of commodities skyrocketed with wheat bumping nearly double in just one year.   Falling off its high, wheat from Ukraine has been paused as local European farmers demand their priority in the markets.   Zelenskyy is fuming and will likely threaten the Polish PM in a classic temper tantrum designed to shame him into agreement.

The rebuilding of Ukraine will be a war of its own as companies vie for the privileged dollars and ratchet their bids accordingly.   The outlying towns will receive little to no funding as the restitution will be awarded to those American companies that suffer losses in Kyiv and Lyiv where the munitions and biolabs flourished.  

There are 237 US corporations operating in Ukraine including every major defense manufacturer; Raytheon, Northrop, and Lockheed.   Pfizer has operations in Ukraine.   The largest oil and petrochemical companies listed have operations in Ukraine.   What they don’t have are WINDMILL and Solar Manufacturers…

Obviously, profiting off oil has overcome the impact the pretend greenie-weenies have instilled via western hypnosis.   I imagine these 237 US companies are not too pleased at the loss of profits and assets that the Ukraine conflict has incurred.   They are most likely the ones pushing Nuland and Yellen for reparations.

The media is already onboard the rebuild mission declaring that a new and modernized Ukraine will be built on the backs of Taxpayers in the West.   They want to take the opportunity to turn Ukraine’s poverty laden century old brick and mortar buildings and turn them into the Saudi blueprint of NEOM.  

Coincidentally, NEOM has a price tag of exactly how much Yellen and Nuland want to expropriate from Russia – $300-$500 billion.   However, the Saudi project has been stalled.  Curious whether the fallout of the US spying, the US sanctioning, the US inciting war with China and the US admitting Western and NATO involvement in Ukraine is ongoing… could cool the jets of Bin Salman as he distances himself and Saudi Arabia from Western Cartel countries.

Apparently the BRICS countries have opened their eyes wider and acknowledged the fact that coal and oil and gas are NOT going out of favor – and we’ve wasted an entire decade playing patty-cake.   Russia continues to set records on oil sales, China is buying everything it can and more!    India and even Japan have begun relying on Russian oil to lift their economy out of the doldrums and meet demand.

Products made from oil and coal number in the thousands.   None of our manufacturing facilities have an alternative source.   Not one Greenie has addressed this differential.   Not one government official has brought this up to the windmill advocates.   The cost to retrofit any factory with steel machinery made from coal and oil, or the process for making upholstery, helmets, shaving cream, windmills, solar panels, parachutes, asphalt roads, wheels, tires, etc…etc…etc.. has ever been discussed.

Ukraine should be written off the Balance Sheets of these companies.   Rebuilding would take half a decade.   But the Power Cartel has already announced a new Pandemic – much more deadly – will be released in 2024 – their deadline for Kyiv biolabs to be operational.

With Sudan once again embroiled in clashes and bombings, oil is set to jump!   Do you think the ESG companies will jump on the profit potential or buy?

US Taxpayers Footing The Bills For Europe Since WWI

Poland wants Nukes on its Territory. Poland wants NATO military on its Border. Poland wants $1.3 trillion in reparations from Germany for WWII Nazi’s.   Poland wants reparations from Russia for WWII – but Russia was an ally??? Maybe Russia should file a lawsuit against Germany as well – demanding reparations for the Bolsheviks instituting Communism and death.   Whatever Poland Demands!   Oddly, the President is sounding an awful lot like Zelenskyy…  

The Soros NGO, Human Rights Watch, has condemn Poland as an ‘authoritarian state’ due to their stance on abortion and homosexuality. In addition, HRW claims that Poland handled the CoVid lockdown horribly and that Ukrainian immigrants have been treated inappropriately.

Not to be outdone, Amnesty International has joined the anti-Poland fray in highlighting their violations of fair trials, the erosion of judicial independence and illegal tribunals.   All of which indicate that Poland apparently needs a coup.   Via Soros Style

Andrzej Duda has been the seated president of Poland since 2015. He was with the Law & Justice Party, a right wing nationalist organization before switching to ‘independent’ immediately after being elected president. He has bucked the European Commission on numerous occasions claiming their over-reach.   He was initially supported by Trump.   Now the Biden Regime is inserting their pawns.

Today the Biden WH announced that we are sending Poland upgraded nuclear weapons and building their first nuclear power plant.   Over 72% of its energy is derived from coal.

Poland has some odd hypocritical relations:   Their largest trade partner is communist China, followed by Italy, and third – Russia.   The same Russia that was a WWII ally.   The same Italy that was a WWII belligerent.    Poland is a Lost Child.

They have recently garnered the ire of Israel which claims Poland is a Holocaust denier.   And seem to be on a path of zero allies.   Perhaps when the money dries up for Nazi belligerent Ukraine, Poland will assert reparations against the US…  Who the heck knows!

At the end of WWII, Germany was divvied according to Churchill, Stalin and FDR.   As PARTNERS.   Poland’s assertion that Russia was a belligerent is thus wholly inaccurate.   Yet they continue to make this assertion.  Germany won’t even address the reparations and rolls their eyes in disgust.   Russia already rebuilt and instituted trade reparations.   But Poland wants MORE – GIMME SOME MONEY!

The Marshall Plan was created in 1948 to fund the reconstruction of ‘certain’ countries in Europe: UK, France, West Germany, Italy and Austria, the main inheritors of US money were thus rebuilt by American Taxpayers. The value at the time was $17 billion – plus additional aid packages all in the form of US goods and services.

Given Us Taxpayers foot the bill – shouldn’t we have individual ownership interest in our ‘investment’?

If anyone was deserving of reparations and a return of investment, it would be the US!    The stance that government supplied the money is ludicrous.   Governments don’t have ANY money. Their only source are Taxpayers.   The People.   I think a certificate of ownership shares of the EU should inure to all Americans whose heritage existed at the time of the Marshall Plan thru 1951.

The initial investment of $17 billion would be worth $200 billion adjusted for inflation alone. But the GDP of the EU is $16.6 trillion for a profit of $16.4 trillion to be divvied up amongst about 200 million Americans. Of course, ownership shares would be salable on the market like any other investment.

Poland was rebuilt by the Soviet Union – so technically, Russia owns those shares of Poland. Reparations are a different matter – but the death toll enacted by Germany in WWI and WWII would be enough to obliterate theirPoland Wants MONEY

entire GDP. Poland’s share alone of $1.3 trillion represents 25% of Germany’s total GDP.  Reparations based on death would inure to Russia first and foremost given they lost 24 million civilians and soldiers!   By comparison, Poland lost roughly 9 million.   On a statistical basis – Between just Russia and Poland – Russia lost 88% to Polands 12%…

True Capitalism doesn’t exist.   Otherwise, these initiatives would have been instituted and Taxpayers would be the beneficiaries.   Again – America is NOT a True Capitalist country.   It is and has been a Totalitarian Regime that confiscates the earnings of plebes to fund the Monarchy.   A Monarchy that rules the UK, the largess recipient of the Marshall Funds, and all it’s colonies.

WHY were US Taxpayers responsible to rebuild Europe for a war that was initiated by Germany, Italy and Hungary/Austria?  

The SAME reason America of British Monarchial Rule of Order must now bomb Ukraine in order to establish a Marshall Plan to Rebuild Ukraine – BOTH FUNDED BY THE US TAXPAYERS>   How’s your Pocketbook Fraying?  

UKRAINE: EU Calling For Marshall Plan Paid For By US – $1 Trillion

Ukrainians are going back home… and the EU has determined that a Marshall Plan should be created for Ukraine to ‘rebuild’ – estimated cost $1 trillion.   

Implementation of the US Marshall Plan post WWII has been cited as the beginning of the Cold War between the United States and its European allies against the Soviet Union.   At the time, the Soviets had effectively taken control of much of central and eastern Europe and established its satellite republics as communist nations.   The purpose of the Plan was to combat communism and stabilize the ‘international order’.   Created by George Marshall who served under FDR and Truman,  McCarthy accused Marshall of being a ‘Communist’.  IRONY?   Or Matrix?

“How can we account for our present situation unless we believe that men high in this government are concerting to deliver us to disaster? This must be the product of a great conspiracy, a conspiracy on a scale so immense as to dwarf any previous such venture in the history of man. Effectively, the Marshall Plan served to create a singular body called the EU-United States and the installation of NATO, UN, and CIA, under the guise of a New World unified government.

Marshall’s primary partner was Henry Stimson a war monger who promoted the Manhattan Project and the nuclear bombing of Japan.  Stimson helped secure the US involvement in WWII via the US as an adjunct of Britain.   After WWI, Stimson sought the yielding of sovereign governments to a ‘world government’ as the means to achieve global control and peace.

During WWI and WWII these men were known to favor Great Britain as the global leader to which the US owed allegiance.   America was considered their shadow and the purpose of our military and might was to support the eventual New World in which Britain would be the central ruler within the creation of NATO, UN and CIA among other agency formations.

Now the EU and independent UK are calling for the institution of a New Marshall Plan within the guise of Ukraine.   Paid for by controlled taxpayers.

Today, Olaf Scholz of Germany described the devastation he witnessed in Germany post WWII, comparing it to Ukraine.   Scholz was born in 1958 – 13 years after the end of WWII.  As such, he appears to be yielding a Biden memory lapse …

According to the Soros derived Deutsche Welle:   “The program (Marshall Plan) entailed the US providing loans to finance European reconstruction efforts, as well as importing goods, raw materials and foodstuffs to Europe. More than $12 billion (approximately $150 billion in today’s dollars; €142 billion) were provided to 16 different countries — among them West Germany, Italy, France and Great Britain — between 1948 and 1952. West Germany received roughly $1.5 billion. The cash infusion not only kick-started Europe’s economic recovery, but also opened up new markets for the United States.”

In other words – The Marshall Plan made wealth inequality a mainstay for the future!  It robbed US taxpayers while enriching bankers and industrialists – while installing a socialist economy and government in Europe.   Now, the EU is calling for an even greater disparity of wealth – NOT for Americans but for the same bankers and industrialists before the final implementation of a peasant class global society.

The cost in today’s dollars to rebuild all of Europe was $150 billion – Ukraine, a singular eastern country whose economy was twalette water and GDP per person sat at roughly $3500 – demands a 700% increase in cost.   Obviously, profits play heavily in this fraud.

The G-7 Summit scheduled for next weekend is slated to discuss the implementation of a Marshall Plan paid for by the US. predominantly.   However simultaneously, Scholz has announced that the war in Ukraine is far from over given the UK, US and other European countries continue to spike greater destruction through the continued advance of our inventory of weaponry.   An inventory that is nearly depleted…

Germany has stated that given their investment in Ukraine has been substantial, international investment must be tagged to implement a Marshall Plan.   Ukraine’s largest export partner prior to the incursion was – China at 12.1%.  Oddly, as a trading partner the US ranks 12th and the UK 16th – hardly worthy of our vast war efforts!  Essentially, the US is footing the bill for China, Poland, Italy and Turkey.  And now for grins – $1 trillion.

To Date – France has donated roughly $2 billion, UK roughly $1.3 billion, Germany $1 billion, China $2.37 ‘million’, and the US $54 billion!   At this point Germany has declared they have no more weapon inventory to give Ukraine so the US, under desk-jockey Austin, will more than likely further deplete US resources including our gas inventory slated for wartime.

Setting ourselves up for a colossal loss should the US be attacked.

Given Scholz has declared an endless war in Ukraine, it is unclear how rebuilding could possibly be on the table.  Butt Scholz is on par with Brandon in this Matrix of Puppetry.

While focus on Ukraine is a distraction at best, The Economist has stipulated that unrest across the globe is inevitable as food and gas shortages begin to take hold.   Emphasizing that cities will be most affected – riots and chaos are slated to be the norm.  As in the lawlessness of Portland and Minneapolis will become more pervasive…

Don’t Wait To Prepare.

EU Set to Ration Energy and Food – Ursula von der Leyen…

The EU strategy to fight energy shortages and food shortages is to institute ‘rationing’.   While there is plenty of oil available in Russia and a bumper crop of wheat, the EU is employing the same insane ostrich approach as Ukraine when confronted with ‘dialogue’.   No dialogue – no upholding legal commitments – no compromise – simply use the scenario to cause massive hardships and potential death sentences to citizens!

On the heels of this announcement, von der Leyen has pledged on behalf of ALL EU members a monthly budget handout to Ukraine as well as hefty funding to go towards rebuilding which Zelenskyy has stated will cost the globe $1 trillion …in the beginning.

According to von der Leyen, EU commercial buildings will be required to install solar panels…   The top Three Solar companies are ALL based in China.   SURPRISE!   Meaning the EU is fine propping up China’s economy, but Russia is off limits!   An interesting enigma unless you realize that the communist model of China is a preferred alliance to the anti-Nazi model of Russia.

The economics of the plan are wholly ‘unsustainable’ given that a recession means less people working and less taxes from which to thieve as a money laundering payment to Ukraine is deemed more important than one’s own citizen’s welfare.

The monthly investment to support Ukraine is valued by ‘Zelenskyy’ at $9.5 billion.   In addition, the EU has ‘pledged’ $316 billion to support windfarms and solar as they wean off coal and oil.   Neither of these green energy vacuums have the ability to store energy – thus days without wind or sun mean -0- energy output.   Winding down oil will mean a shortage of all plastic parts and products, which are used in just about every aspect of our daily lives!   That would include;   clothes, shoes, cutlery, gas fireplaces, asphalt roads, auto interiors, medicines, furniture, appliance handles, window casings, toys, basic computer parts, tires, eyeglasses, building materials, siding, etc… etc… etc… Our World Is Plastic!   And we did so to Save The Planet!

YES!   I remember it well, – Gigi.

There is NO plan in place, no direction, and no discussion of how these aspects of our every day life will be addressed when oil is eliminated.

Plastic substitutes include, glass, trees, steel, bamboo and hemp.   NONE of these would be viable and production is limited. In fact there is a shortage of sand which is used in the production of concrete and glass.   Only certain types of sand are available in limited quantities that can be used in production processes.   The ever dwindling supply will exacerbate the supply side of production!     But it get’s worse:   sand is used in the production of silica which is necessary to build ‘solar panels’. The price per ton of sand has tripled since Covid – 2 years.

Suddenly, these Green Weenies of politics begin to look more and more vacant in the brain hemisphere of critical thinking production…   Ommmmmmm

Von der Leyen would thus be leading the pack as her cellular brain function production dwindles to Neanderthal prototypes of science, logic and rationale.   And thus the game plan or The Agenda is a doomsday proposition.   And they know it.

And the reason for this doomsday would be a blame game that “Russia Did It”.   Russia caused Zelenskyy to Not-negotiate.   Russia caused the western nations to sanction the death of Russia.   Russia caused the supply shortages – the food shortages – because No Other country was self sufficient in anything.   And given Russia ousted Soros and the Rothschilds….  RUSSIA DID IT!

Case in Point:   Biden’s baby formula plan is to import formula from – CHINA!@   The baby’s who will die?   Those of the poor, uneducated, and likely black families. Hospitals are already reporting a spike in baby malnutrition emergencies.   Despite a plentiful supply in Mexico and Canada…

But the ‘speed charging’ of the Green Deal in Europe and the Western nations is the modus while some of the late bloomers of enlightenment are suddenly realizing their billionaire lifestyle will be severely curtailed when 1/3 of the global population is eliminated.   Bezos… OH OOPS.  Dang – who will build his next yacht!?

If the dissemination of facts was not fake enough, Deutsche Welle has positioned a piece on Australia captioning an intense fire as the product of its oil and gas usage.   But their biggest fires have been the product of  ‘Arson’.   In fact, the last largess fire that killed billions of animals was purposefully started by a gang of over 100 teens.   Teens who laughed in court when confronted with their actions…  JUST Disgusting!

A sickening display of mental illness directly caused by the affront of teachers committing pedophilia, CRT, BLM, Marxism, and Communist ideologies.   While moms are quickly realigning their children within home-school education parameters, replacing our medical doctors et al will be a bit more of a challenge.   Albeit – not impossible.

Perhaps our level of lifestyle will be hit like a global tsunami…   but we do have access to history to help us survive and overcome these insidious lizard peoples.
