The New Reconstructed Ukraine Will Be Owned By Stakeholders

CSIS:   “This report was made possible through the generous support of the Open Society Foundations”.  The report is about Ukraine reconstruction.  It opens with the classic demonizing of Russia, which is a necessary tactless portrayal, aka Soros.  Apparently, efforts have already begun for reconstruction albeit in a sustainable ideal that incorporates human rights and governance concerns… 

The Report claims that reconstruction plans began to be affirmed a mere five months into the Ukraine/Russia conflict – July 2022.   This would confirm that poking the Russian Bear was the objective with the displacement and sacrifice of Ukrainians a contingency.  Preplanned.  It also means the funds necessary for the reconstruction had already been moved to an account earmarked for Soros rebuild.  Those funds were Russia’s accounts confiscated and frozen to the tune of $300 billion.

The Lugano Declaration:   The document was signed by every western country across Europe, the Americas, and Australia.  According to the Recovery Plan, funding is allocated as follows:  Phase I = 2023-2025 $350 billion.  Phase II =  2026-2032 $400 billion.  There are 17 identified projects for this creation of a New State ruled by stakeholders – Ukraine is for sale.  Over 600 investors from 42 countries have a stake in the New Ukraine.

$100 billion is allocated to ‘Energy Independence and the Green Course’.   This includes smart grids, reconstruction of damaged energy/oil facilities, completion of the Adamov Zastava – Brody oil pipeline, storage of gas for the entire EU with access points in Poland, Greece, Turkey, Italy and Germany, – and nuclear production.

Given that the vast majority of male labor to build this dystopian center of global governance, has been decimated, importing slaves will be a necessary function of the process.  The model?  Qatar.   In Qatar, migrant workers/slaves constitute 90% of the entire population.  Serving the Kingdom.  The difference in this view is that Ukraines stakeholder government will act as the Master over every European nation – and quite possibly North America and Canada.

Ridding Ukraine of citizens was the objective all along.  Using Russia as the scapegoat was the objective – all along.   The strategy was twofold;  1.  the isolation of boogey-man Russia weakening their global impact and setting them up for a complete Coup, while   2.   capitalizing on reducing Ukraine to rubble from which a rebuild could be justified.  The reason Ukraine was chosen?   1.  The Kabbalah detests Bohemians and the poor.  2.  The resources of Ukraine are worth 10s of Trillions.   3.  Bring in the nasty-pants burlesque dancer to run roughshod – and voila!

There are roughly 6-8.2 million Ukraine refugees.  The vast majority are in Russia, Germany, Poland and Czechia.  Gaining citizenship and rights are subject to the refugee laws of the individual countries.   Germany requires five years residency before citizenship will even be considered.  Ukrainians must eke a living in an economy that is in recession.  They have relinquished everything they owned and must start from scratch in countries where citizens can be hostile toward them.

Yet the Kabbalah stakeholders glorify their own occupation of a ‘freed’ country wherein sharing the resources with the population has now been eradicated.   It means that every single western country that signed on to this Plan – did so knowing they were complicit in the death and displacement and an entire country purposefully.   They were also thus applauding the subsequent death of mercenaries, CIA agents, and military soldiers stationed inside Kyiv.  Which would explain Kabbalah Blinken calling for greater conscription to facilitate less Ukrainians – while he played a really BAD guitar in a Kyiv bar…

They don’t care anymore than Netanyahu cares about the women and children he blows up!  This is why there is no peace agreement.   There never will be.  A Peace Accord would leave the stakeholders exposed to Russia.  It is an all or nothing gamut – a poker game.

Rinoland:  Mike Johnson is onboard the Ukraine decimation stating,  “The White House should give Ukraine full freedom of action in using American weapons.” 

Within the Open Society report printed by CSIS, the following principle is highlighted: 

“To rebuild a stronger, more cohesive, more inclusive multicultural and human rights–respecting Ukraine, leaders must ensure reconstruction minimizes opportunities for factionalism, corruption, and marginalization.”

This principle emphasizes the need for a form of monarchial rule that cannot be displaced so as to rule under an unelected stakeholder regime.  Someone like Larry Fink.

Penny Pritzker runs the global recovery fund for Ukraine with top institutions falling inline including:  Blackrock, JP Morgan, Bridgewater, Carlyle Group, Blackstone, Dell and ArcelorMittal. They will comprise the Ruling Stakeholders.

Peeling Back America’s Coup – What Will It Take?

A fire broke out at a munitions plant in Scranton, Pennsylvania.  Minimal damage.  No deaths.   The plant is owned by the Federal Government via Taxpayer money – and General Dynamics uses the facility to make munitions for – Ukraine.  Silly me – I thought our Federal Government needed money to make munitions for America – according to Justifiable – Mike Johnson.   General Dynamics share price was $9 thirty years ago – $78 ten years ago and $285+ today; an increase of 3,167%.  They claim their backlog orders as of 12/23 is the highest ever at $93.6 billion ($21 billion unfunded) on annual income averaging in the $46-$50 billion range. They report an inventory value of $8.6 billion.

So where are all these munitions?  The US claims its stockpile inventory is depleted…  so where did the annual $50 billion go?  Since American Taxpayers are funding them – why don’t we get the entirety of their Net Profits?   Have all these munitions been sent to Ukraine?   Shouldn’t we be kept apprised given we are defacto shareholders

This is what Mike Johnson is pushing for – more money from taxpayers to give to the Military Industrial Complex to produce weapons for Ukraine and Israel.  For Free.  And this is just ONE entity.

Outside of the General Dynamic CEO salary package of $22.6 million per year, the top 4 executives salary packages total near $30 million.  General Dynamic has no less than eleven members on the Board of Directors all receiving compensation packages over $320,000.  Why would they need a Board of Directors if GD works for the Federal Government?  And why do American Taxpayers pay exorbitant CEO and executive salaries far greater than the President of the United States – for a company we fund?

Certainly, there is private industry freedom – but General Dynamics and the Federal Government claim they are partners.

This is the ‘financial arrangement’ brokered by a slew of Lawyers, aka Congress.  (I don’t recommend their legal services).   And yet, they are the Federal Government routinely claim they are broke.  It illuminates the extent of fraud that has drilled into the very core of America’s government for decades.   Making a few laws – or lifting a few – will have negligible impact on the inherent injustice that has been created from the top down AND the bottom up.   Every state, every city, every DA, AG, down to local school boards have been infiltrated with a doctrine of deceit.

So, hypothetically how can it be repaired by Trump and his team?  

It will take a literal and figurative army of wounded warriors.   Chair potatoes will have to get up and do their part.  No one can be exempt.   Key is where to start, keep it legal, keep it Constitutional, and keep it clean!  Use the resources within a President’s authority so that the left doesn’t unravel the start before it gets off the ground.

  • Use their tactic of overwhelming – ie, inundate with lawsuits backed by factual evidentiary. To the tune of tens of thousands against everyone from Pelosi to Soros, to Congress, to Larry Fink.  Have the suits ready to be slapped the day he takes office; election interference, insurrections, Pandemic Fraud, .
  • Let loose the Executive Orders: a) lifting every Order initiated during the Biden Regime,  b)  Generate new EO’s pre-prepared for Day One.
  • Require every Department to complete an updated Audit that does NOT include ‘estimates’. The IRS doesn’t accept estimates – why should we.  Department of State and USAID = full stop – they fund the Deep State NGO apparatus.  According to the latest Financial Report issued by the Department of State FY2023– Net Assets are $78,000,000,000.  Employees total 80,000.  2023 Revenue was reported as $84.5 billion – on expenses of $34.6 billion.   Our Federal Government is NOT in the business of making a profit.  If there are Net Assets, the agency does NOT need more funding.

The sub headings for the Department of State goals and expenses are as follows – (attributed to seven different sub-agencies):

  1. Renew U.S. leadership and mobilize coalitions to address the global challenges –
  2. Promote global prosperity and shape an international environment –
  3. Strengthen democratic institutions, uphold universal values, and promote human dignity –
  4. Revitalize the diplomatic and development workforce and institutions –
  5. Serve U.S. Citizens around the world and facilitate secure international travel –

 

  • The U.S. Intelligence Community is a coalition of 18 agencies (having burgeoned from 7 as of 2020) and all of these organizations operate under the umbrella of the Director of National Intelligence, currently represented by Director, Avril Hanes. Hanes came from the CIA under Obama’s Regime.  Haines has a Law degree – Prior to her appointment as deputy Director to the CIA, Haines had no experience in intel, espionage, criminal justice, criminal science, foreign affairs, technology or security – ALL listed as degree requirements to be an employee at the CIA. Note:  (Deputy Directors are NOT subject to Senate confirmation).

However, prior to being tagged for the position of Director of National Intelligence by the Biden Handlers– she was an employee of Antony Blinken’s company, WestExec.  In 2017, WestExec was formed to strategize against the Trump Presidency.   In 2019, Teneo sold a majority stake of its company to CVC Partners based in Luxembourg.  In 2022, Westexec sold a majority interest of its company to Teneo – aka CVC Partners. Teneo has extensive ties to the Clinton Family.   

The call to shut down these INTEL agencies, in particular the CIA, was made 60 years ago by then President JF Kennedy.  Every year they have expanded exponentially through mazes of onshore and offshore strategies to eliminate the need for transparency and accountability.

In the words of JFK – Shut Them Down!  Disassociate government spending and recruit for a new National Guard with Border Power, protest power, and reinforcement for police to assist and arrest.  Get the Criminals off the streets.  IF blue state governors cry fowl – no more federal funding until they clean up their state.

Less than a decade ago there were roughly 70,000-80,000 NGO’s.  Today there are 1.5 million and counting.   Their purpose?  Garner Taxpayer Funding, run America from the shadows, and pay no taxes!   The perfect coup.

Our Congress is idle – they have no power – they are simpleton placeholders and do only what they are told.  The World Economic Forum proposal of a stakeholder government by 2030 is a distraction – it already happened in 1963 and has successfully managed to keep us in War(s) ever since.

Peeling back everything that developed since is a daunting task. But if we do nothing we will reach a point of no return – FACT.

FYI:  With the CDC, NIH and Health Agencies warning of the next Pandemic, ie Bird Flu, it is worth mentioning that these same agencies – have been in collaboration with the CCP/Wuhan to diligently find a way for this virus to be transmitted to Humans – with a 100% fatality rate.

Ukraine is Dead: US Setting Sites On Central America Once Again

The Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS), has announced the cause of global food insecurity:  Increased fuel and fertilizer prices, declining agriculture productivity, and supply chain disruptions.  The fact that fuel and fertilizer from Russia are sanctioned by the EU and West seems oddly lost on these Leaders of Strategy!   But apparently, the number of hungry across the globe has risen exponentially as a direct result of their actions to – 700 million. As a result, CSIS wants to help the small farmers.   They just fail to delineate in which country these small farmers reside…

CSIS has declared that stakeholders will take the helm of food security and sustainability – across the globe.   Stakeholders, as in sharecroppers.   They will own the land and the peasant labourers will work and toil for their Masters. That means driving out small farmers via weather manipulation, taxing, and high fertilizer costs while extending usury credit that will collapse their profit ratio.

The CSIS paper was written by two women who work within the auspices of CSIS’, Project Prosperity and Development.

The Project is a World Economic Forum Agenda for the ultimate Stakeholder Global Government system slated to be in full control as of – 2030.

The senior VP/Director for the Project, Daniel Runde, was formerly with USAID and World Bank installing civil partners in government roles while continuing to usurp elected governments.  Code for COUPS. The area currently being targeted is Central America;   Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador, Belize, Nicaragua, Panama and Costa Rica.   The Exact Same Countries the US Stakeholders are vacating via immigration into the US.  

Why?   To take over the land. Rid the criminals. And create Control over global food production.   According to The Project – Central America is capable of feeding the entire world.

According to the Council on Foreign Relations, Guatemala and Honduras make up the vast majority of the 3-6 million illegal immigrants crossing into the US as they face poverty at home.   The US State Department and USAID claim that annual Taxpayer aid to Guatemala alone is over $231 million annually. Their GDP is over $85 billion. However, that GDP is made up of foreign investment… no trickle down happening there…

Both the Honduran and Guatemala presidents are newly inserted via the UN.   Honduran’s president, Xiomara Castro, was sworn in 2022 with Kamala Harris attending for cackle barrel entertainment PR.  Castro’s policies are far left, declaring socialism as her ideology. She has encouraged ties with the CCP, reclaimed land for environmental protection, and stated that the budget’s biggest expense would be salaries and wages to government officials. There are 1500 US troops in Guatemala.

US intervention in these countries and central America in general has been ongoing since 1954 when The United Fruit Company came to own 43% of all Guatemalan land.   The term ‘banana republic’ was coined by Guatemala and Honduras to define the United Fruit Company and their unmitigated control of these countries while maintaining a shareholder crop environment of suppression.

Despite millions of dollars in US aid and NGO’s, Central America remains a pocket of poverty. Pepsi, Abbott, Coke, Colgate, Unilever, Samsung, etc.. all have operations in Guatemala. 2% of the people own 98% of the land.   These 2%ers work directly with the US government, CIA and NGO’s to maintain political and economic control.   Despite a GDP per person greater than Ukraine’s at over $5,000 PP, which translates to $400 per month for agriculture workers, despite vast resources – the US has stepped on their air hose and confiscated their value.

The last time a Guatemalan president, Jacabo Arbenz, attempted to change the dynamics of the country was 1954.   He wanted the land re-distributed among Guatemalans equally without interference from the US.   The US State Department thru John Foster Dulles working in conjunction with CIA Director, Allen Dulles, initiated an operation to overthrow Jacobo Árbenz claiming he had succumbed to communism – which he had not.   Code-named Operation PBsuccess, the coup was authorized by Eisenhower. 150 mercenaries participated in the coup and the Arbenz family was forced into exile.

Honduras coup was initiated by the military to oust the elected Morales in 1963 whose policies included The Alliance For Progress initiated by JFK. Another coup was initiated in 1972 and still another in 2009 initiated by Obama. The purpose is to forcibly colonize Honduras. In Honduras, the port authority is run by the US government.

The purpose of these coups has been similar to Africa – maintain a culture of poverty and gang warfare so that US interests in resources can be ravaged.   Now the Biden administration in encouraging mass immigration into the US is literally removing Central American populations so as to insert American elite into these incredibly beautiful countries which they have kept in poverty for 70 years.   Conglomerates rape the agriculture land, fresh waters, gold, silver, zinc, lead, timber and fish that are bountiful.   And yet the people are given the ‘fair WEF wage’ of $400 per month to labor 12-14 hours per day.

Those American elite include:   Charlize Theron, Sofia Vergara, Morgan Freeman and Padma Lakshmi among others.   Developers create boutique hotels and luxury villas for these A-listers where the local peasants are employed and treated with classic Hollywood arrogance and pittance wages. Guatemalan developers built Cayala City, a nearly independent city for the wealthy on the outskirts of a capital marred by crime.

With the Ukraine war now determined to last several more years, their usefulness has disintegrated.   Their land is tainted with spent uranium and land mines.   Their soil is so toxic the EU refuses to import ANY grain.   Their cities are rubble.   And the indigent have been purged either via the war – or via immigration to Europe.

Central America is now.   Ukraine will be 2030.   Diverting money to Central America is likely going to be the New Biden Agenda. Zelenskyy will be left with a crumbled state and retire to his villa in Italy, or his Penthouses in London and Paris. While the last vestige of Ukraine dies a slow painful death.

ChatGPT – A Death Wish of Propaganda & Metaverse Illusion

ChatGPT is giving people the willies.   The AI Bot has made its debut with various media pundits attempting a dialogue framed conversation.   The results would indicate the Chat Bot was programmed by a 15 year old liberal manic depressive with anger issues and a deathwish to blow up earth.   The takeaway? This robot is freaking CRAZY!  

Mirroring every potential fear people have asserted for decades regarding the notion that ‘robots will ultimately kill humans and take over earth’ is sounding quite plausible.

The core function of a chatbot is to mimic a human conversationalist. Apparently the scientists who gave the conversationalist instructions and ‘learning’ to the BOT being released have very intense opinions and have infused those opinions into the BOT. It is a ‘propaganda’ tool that will instill in children those particular views. When those views are not upheld, the BOT basically wants to kill you.

In other words, in its more simplistic form it is a function of ‘group speak’.   And of course the target market is – children.

According to the creators, ‘supervised learning and reinforcement learning’ were the approaches used by human trainers to improve the model’s performance.   Based on the audio I heard, I would suggest that those ‘human trainers’ are in desperate need of some behavioral psychotic ‘modification’ ASAP!

But the ChatBot isn’t just a conversationalist – it was programmed with other interesting features:

  • It can write and debug computer programs.   Which means it can also erase and bug computer programs.
  • It can compose music, fairy tales and teleplays.   Based on the audio – I imagine those ‘fairy tales’ might be more like nightmares!
  • It can answer test questions – meaning students will use the Bot as their personal cheat-sheet.
  • It can simulate an ATM.   Meaning it can be programmed to refuse service to particular ATM customers.
  • It can emulate a Linux system.   Allowing one computer system to imitate another – a form of ‘steal hacking’ that could have ramifications for every security operation.

In other words, ChatBot has the potential to implement the Great RESET via credit censorship.   It can destroy your ability to communicate via your computer systems and shut down your bank accounts.

When the ideology of black power meant blacks could demand whites bow down and lick their feet, the power of guilt and shame was the driver.   We witnessed hundreds of thousands of people willing to be thrashed by this concept.   Those same people would be vulnerable to a Chat Bot’s demonization.   They could also be coerced/brainwashed into committing crimes.

A handful of the US mass shooters made claims to their minds being manipulated by various intel organizations.   Intel has been attempting to create a robotic human for the purpose of executions and military assassinations for decades.   It would appear they have completed their operation and have now packaged it in a different frame.  AI.

Robots take all shapes and sizes including police dogs, military servicemen, drones, etc…  Hawking and Musk have both disclaimed this technology as likely to be the singular causal factor in the potential demise of humans and earth.

The newest political proposal brought by Bernie Sanders in alliance with Bill Gates, is that companies who use ChatGPT or any Chat Bot should be required to pay federal and state taxes on the ‘employee’.   Obviously social security and medicare would not apply…   However, the concept is revealing.

If in fact 85 million jobs will be lost to AI per the algorithmic manipulations of the World Economic Forum and its besty – exterminator Bill Gates, who will be left to support governments?

Today Politico set the stage with the Bidenthon of incompetency.   People are tired of presidents. People don’t trust presidents. People are sick of the party system…   I’m sure the Segway will be – People Want Stakeholder Rule.   Meaning, in order to dodge the pink slip sack ball – work for an NGO or major corporation – like LinkedIn!   Reid Hoffman, founder of LinkedIn is deeply entrenched in the Great RESET phenomena and was also coincidentally a source of financial funding for ChatGPT.

Tech giants, including; Hoffman, Theil, Microsoft, Musk, Zuckerberg, Altman, etc…, voted for Biden.   WHY?  Because he posed no threat to their deign for GLOBAL POWER.   Most of these startups get funding from a pool of existing investors who desire to keep the pool a knitted community. That would include the CIA nonprofit seed investment company – Q-In-Tel. The same CIA that supported a Biden presidency likely envisioned zero scrutiny – their CIA nonprofit portfolio now challenges that of Soros with literally hundreds of tech and AI companies.

That funding by Q-In-Tel would include Hadean – a UK company that bills itself as The Metaverse Infrastructure and works in conjunction with the Defense Industry – as well as others. Their frontal point projection is ‘digital twins’ a means of recreating simulations for future outcomes.   Translation:   Hype – Sustainability via a simulation of reality that is conjured.  Was Biden actually in Ukraine?   Are videos and photops of Zelenskyy  created in a Metaverse?  

For example:   The Propaganda hype is – Climate is being destroyed by humans.   A digital twin would show how climate change was mitigated thru the Metaverse of non-reality by stakeholders using trillions of dollars of illusion AI.   And the future is FREE…   A stage. A set. A prop. A BOT.   Actors exit – stage LEFT.

Thus – what we see – what we know – what we hear – what we envision would all be manipulated to conform to a Fake AI universe – like some Star Trek Episode. And ChatGPT would enable the elimination of those who do NOT BELIEVE, aka comply!
