CIA – Office Of Policy Coordination & Assassination Operations

”Operations shall include any covert activities related to: propaganda, economic warfare; preventive direct action, including sabotage, anti-sabotage, demolition and evacuation measures; subversion against hostile states, including assistance to underground resistance movements, guerrillas and refugee liberation groups, and support of indigenous anti-communist elements in threatened countries of the free world. Such operations shall not include armed conflict by recognized military forces, espionage, counter-espionage, and cover and deception for military operations.” ~ Office of Policy Coordination, CIA.

1952, the OPC was merged into the Directorate of Plans.  Before the merger, it’s first operation was to interfere in the 1948 Italian election. They were successful. The first Director was Frank Wisner who was brought over from the State Department.  This created a riff given the OPC was thus under the control of the State Department and thus the DoD instead of the CIA. Petty, internal warfare broke out led by then CIA Director Roscoe Hillenkoetter who was miffed he was picked – until he was replaced in 1950 .

Basically, the OPC held more power than the President and could act with impunity wherever and whenever desired.  OPC was then merged under the name Directorate of Plans. While its name changed over the years, the operational plan has always maintained the covert activities employed since inception.  It is currently under the direction of Michael Ellis. From 2021 thru 2024, Ellis was a visiting fellow for law and technology at the Heritage Foundation during which time Project 2025 was created. Gosh! So many coincidences..

Ellis is also a Claremont Institute Fellow. Claremont is an NGO which was a significant model for Trump #1.  Their Mission statement claims their purpose is to restore the principles of American Founding to their rightful authority.  Funding is sourced through its Chair Thomas Klingenstein a hedge fund manager whose livelihood has been in the banking industry for generations. He is of Ashkenazi heritage.

The CIA officially creates America’s ‘enemies’. Whether real or not is not their focus.  They create riots in foreign countries with assistance of the National Endowment For Democracy.  They create Hollywood movies, and AI imagery for social media propaganda. Their purpose is to create a false reality for Americans while ‘clandestinely’ operating across the globe to incite wars, conflicts, coups and assassinations. They consider themselves the “Rightful Authority” over every other country.  And they work in conjunction with the Mossad and MI6 –

The Claremont Institute was founded by 4 students who followed Straussian Philosophy.  Leo Strauss was a German Jew and philosopher who studied the ancient Greeks, Aristotle, Plato and Cicero while embracing the writings of Maimonides, corresponding with the Noahide Laws. 

While the CIA continues to operate outside of the Law, they have recruited a number of NGO’s to help facilitate their goals while finding financing in either the form of government grants or thru high level billionaires on BOTH sides of the political spectrum. Thus able to maintain a continuum of illegal funding no matter who is in office. 

One such NGO is In-Q-Tel which is now worth over $1 billion whose budget includes, management and support staff – an employment base of 500 people and a heavily monetized executive summaryies.  The President and CEO is Steve Bowsher whose compensation is – $4 million per year. The brainchild to have created this highly controversial use of Taxpayers Money was George Tenet – a Clinton officionada. His bio includes the fact that he was president of his ‘6^th grade class’.  His first political foray was working for John Heinz whose death is considered ‘controversial’.

Other more obvious NGO’s funded by the CIA apparatus include RAND, CSIS and Council on Foreign Relations. However, a little unpublicized NGO was Israeli Gloria Steinem’s, Independent Research Services. The organization received covert funding through CIA-linked foundations (such as the Independence Foundation) to promote American soft power, freedom, and democratic alternatives during the early Cold War.  She was most assuredly the primary decay of American women in all respects.

Clearly a product of everything psychologically depraved, Steinem was tasked with the destruction of the American Family Unit who unapologetically claimed she had no guilt over her declared multiple ‘abortion(s)’.

In order to extricate ourselves from what we have become, we need to relive how we became who we are. Too many still hold to the vacuous belief that it is all Biden’s fault, Obama’s fault, Clinton’s fault. When in fact – FAULT is Blame.   Blame takes you nowhere forward.  This was a finely orchestrated Waltz. When we could have had an Argentinian Tango!   Alas.

Once we see the beginning, we can re-orchestrate our own – End.  The hard part is getting past the hyperbole.  Secondarily it is sequencing. In a perfect world a dedicated team would analyze every bit of historical data and determine if it is fake – possibly real – real. The Sequencing would then place shards of data into a chronological sequence.  And realize.  Unless we can gain access to the Vatican Vault – we will never know beyond ‘conjecture’.

However it is always Better To TRY because the Universe just may shift. Because the alternative is an unimaginable dystopian society of great pain.
