Foremost, a Serial Killer makes a concerted ‘choice’. It is not accidental, it is not revenge, it is not a crime of anger or lust, it is a crime of appeasement. As though the killer was on a mission. A quest to satiate the living evil that consumes his soul, his life, his being. But satiation is not possible – and this ultimate realization creates holes, pockets, and leads. There is typically, a level of IQ which the killer knows he possesses and guarantees him the right. Because the taunt is that a Serial Killer believes He Is A Chosen One.
Netanyahu, the Israeli Government, are psychologically trained Serial Killers. Absence of remorse, guilt, or compassion for anyone is predictive.
