The CDC is extending its National Eviction Moratorium through June!
But they don’t have the power or authority to do anything remotely outside of making recommendations regarding ‘quarantine’. Period. And even there, it is a recommendation with individual States retaining power and authority.
They have zero authority to invade in commerce in any manner.
UPDATED: The CDC has provided the link to the ‘study’: 3950 individuals, predominantly in Arizona, 62% Female, 72% between the ages of 18 and 49, 86% white, and 69% have no chronic condition. Further, the effectiveness was determined as an ‘estimate’ range of 68-97 and adjusted using a ‘proportions hazards model”.
In 2014, the very liberal Time Magazine, exposed the true authority and limitations that defines the CDC: “Since time immemorial, public health officials’ main weapon against the outbreak of a disease has been to restrict the ability of people to interact with one another, also known as a quarantine. Within the American federal system (designed from the outset to check the power of the national government) the power to quarantine resides largely with state and local authorities.”
What that means is that the CDC’s power is simply a suggestion and nothing more!
The CDC sites as their authority to extend the eviction moratorium on the: CoVid 19 Eviction Defense Project. So I looked them up!
The COVID-19 Eviction Defense Project (CEDP) was formed in April 2020 by The Community Firm, a Colorado non-profit, social enterprise law firm.
What they do is help provide rental assistance and legal advice to Colorado residents. No one else. Colorado. They utilize Colorado partners to assist those who have lost their job strictly due to CoVid and cannot currently afford their rent.
So the CDC’s Eviction Moratorium is a FAKE. There is no eviction moratorium. They haven’t the authority or power to make any commerce recommendations much less law or prohibitions. That power is subject to state authority only. And no such authority has EVER been breached.

Further, the effectiveness was determined as an ‘estimate’ range of 68-97 and adjusted using a ‘proportions hazards model”.
They do mention that the study was conducted through HEROES-RECOVER network ‘a network of prospective cohorts’. Who are these prospective cohorts? And why aren’t they named?
The Cohorts include; ABT Associates which partners with GAVI, Gates, WHO, USAID, etc… Marshfield Labs which partners with a number of veterinary agencies, CDC employees who do such things as secure contracts, money, work with the irs, etc, and a number of university students. Who they are NOT are scientists, epidemiologists, virologists, PhD’s, or infectious disease experts.
So did the CDC even conduct a scientific study, or did they simply ‘write a press piece’? The participant numbers are vastly skewed. Much like Polls – wherein the outcome is predetermined and the input data is cherry-picked to support the contrived output. The idea that we would have to ask this question of the CDC furthers the illusion presented regarding CoVid that seems to follow false science, fake science, and fake scientists who provide fake algorithms – as science, instead of data.

They may not have the Authority but obviously they have the Power – right or wrong – as they are doing it. And so long as no one stops them they will continue. Who can stop them? Obviously not us!
Just read an article where RFK told Rutgers that Federal Law prevents them from forcing people to get the jab. But their doing it. What we have is those that are supposed to enforce the law are breaking it. Now who is going to enforce the law?
Only ones left are the citizens and all they seem to want are stimulus checks and vaccines. Rule of Law, Freedom, Liberty, Honesty are all the old normal,,, considered racist and/or White supremacy. The new normal are vaccines and Wokness.

I read your columns every day you post new ones, so please keep up your enlightening efforts. I do Ops Research for a living… went to NPS. My profession includes tearing apart bogus BS. In late March early April last year, I downloaded all the current worldwide available sars-cov 2 data. All country ramp ups were statistically similar regardless of the actions of those countries. Flatten the curve was and is nonsense. The actual ramp up rates were also an order of magnitude less than the propaganda predictions. I recognized way back then that it was fraud designed to divide people, kill small business, and provide more opportunity for fraud in the elections. The real catastrophe us that no one will do anything about any of this and that the perps won’t face any sort of justice.
